05With us right now, Stan Suchkov. Stan, you are the CEO of Evolve. You're found on the web at evolveplatform.ai. Stan, it's great to have you. Thanks for having me, Gios. Likewise. Yes. Well, I love your topic. We're going to be learning about team training and online learning, which I absolutely love. And I just think it's such an exciting topic right now, given so many evolutions that we've been seeing in that department. I can't wait to get to that. But before we do, Stan, you know, in terms of your personal life, when you're not working, when you're not working on yourself, like what kind of like things have you been geeking out on lately?
46Well, when I'm not working, I do like playing Monopoly with my friends and just hanging out. So this is Monopoly. So you're on like a Monopoly kick right now. Yeah. Well, actually, there is a lot of fun there. And I do like, you know, some sort of conflicts and argues among us, but we just play, then we finish, we wipe everything out. And it's like lots of activities within the game that help us just to be really engaged later on on our working days, etc. Give me one tip as a Monopoly player. What is your strategy, one or two things that you do that you really try to shoot for that maybe most average or new players don't consider?
37Make as much deals as possible from the first step. Really? So just start wheeling and dealing right out of the gate. What are you trying to do? But so some people might, I don't want to get political here, but some people might be a little bit more like they're more hard nose. Right. And they think, well, wait a minute. If I create a favorable outcome for somebody else, then they might win. But you're saying, no, no, no, no. Create as many deals as possible. Can you explain that? And then I think, by the way, this is going to turn into a great segue to business. But let's just talk about monopoly first.
13yeah actually you should always find zone of possible agreement with anyone in your life in your business and that's what happened in monopoly so you just try to negotiate in advance in order to win more later on and if you learn how to give at first then you'll get back in advance like you'll get more when you'll need something. So this is like a motto of my life and it's helped me to build my business right now. So there is a great story about that. And Monopoly also like helps to evaluate the skills. Okay. Well, let's talk a little bit about how, give me an example, like in your own story, and we'll talk about Evolve here in just a second, But how has this give first mindset or, you know, again, just trying to create wins for everyone.
10How has that led to your success professionally? Because you've had two very successful exits, I should point out. Yeah. One is not really successful, but the second one is really successful. I've just sold my share in a company, in a development company, construction development company, just in order to launch Evolve platform.ai. And I always state that you should help to anyone who needs help. And even if they don't ask for it. and one day when you will need help people will help you uh and do you like the things you couldn't even imagine and it happened with our platform as well uh so it's like you know there are some movies and i do like watching movies about the boy who decided to help at least three people.
08I just forgot the name of this movie. And when he helped anyone, he asked to, he asked this person to help any three more people. And he just built a huge network where people helped each other. So that's what I'm working on as well. Yeah. And, and so I would imagine then that that is part of where Evolve evolved from. By the way, that movie is called Pay It Forward. And the young person is Trevor. And he comes up with the idea, again, pay it forward, pay it forward. Yeah, I think Kevin Spacey's in it, Joel, Haley Joel Osmond, Helen Hunt's in it. By the way, thank you, ChatGPT, for making me sound really smart right now.
56I'm like, I think it's, but I'm not sure. So it's like, boy, this guy's really smart. No, no, that's just some pretty quick searching. All right. But tell me about, Stan, where Evolve came from. Like, how did you know? So you've been now, Evolve has been around for three and a half years. How did you know that the market needed this platform? Well, actually, I haven't known about it. So I always dreamed about a global startup. And I started to build by myself, investing my money, investing my time, working in another company as a partner, as I have already mentioned, in a construction development company.
36And we had like two and a half years of zero revenue and zero clients. We just couldn't build any product. And I just understood that they can't give up. And even my founders almost gave up. So I've just sold my share in the company, entered the LinkedIn, found like 10 founders of huge tech startups. and I've just messaged them. Hey, I'm Stan. I left my company in order to build a startup. Nothing going well. And I think that it's completely crap. Can you just have a look at it? And maybe you can give me some piece of advice. And nine out of 10 answered me. And I had like six offline meetings all over the world with guys who have built like companies of one billion evaluation.
29And all of them stated that our startup is a crap, but everyone gave me a lot of advice as how to fix it. And that we built, like we've pivoted and built evolveplatform.ai. So this platform is built by ideas of really big startups, founders, who has just given me in advance. So they just helped me for nothing. And this is a really cool story. I absolutely love it. And by the way, I've talked about the book, The Go-Giver. And I think a lot of what you're talking about is lead in generosity. city. And, you know, it's like, you know, leaders use the language of generosity to recognize one another.
19It's usually the amateurs or this desperate salesperson that's, you know, just kind of talking in a way that's all about them or, you know, some of these bro-y marketers. It really carries a lot of ick factor, I think, for people that have been around business for a lot longer. Like, we all see it for what it is. It's not a bad thing. It's just a different stage of life type of thing. But I love that you have a success story that was birthed out of continued generosity. Stan, would you mind maybe just sharing with us what Evolve is? Is it correct to say that Evolve is a learning management, is an LMS platform?
59Sort of. But actually, we've developed a platform which converts all role knowledge of any company into the digestible form. So it builds trainings by itself. It builds knowledge base of all the materials uploaded. Wait a minute. Wait, okay. If there were, editor, if you could add a sound effect of tires screeching just right now, you just said, so the LMS builds itself. I'm interested. I'm leaning forward. Please tell me more. I'm sorry to interrupt, but you just got my, you had my interest. Now you have my attention, as they said in, oh, that one movie. Oh, actually, the founders I've talked about before, they have given me several insights.
48And the biggest one is that many companies have a lot of knowledge and they just don't have time, enough budgets and knowledge how to convert these into trainings, how to make this knowledge and make a digestible form. And that's how we started to build our product. First of all, we started with ChatGPT and the quality wasn't as good as it's now. But now we have developed our own technologies and we have the best quality in the world, actually. And we've received two awards last year, like best learning management system of the year, but um best ad tech solution for enterprises and we just grow really fast like 30 per month because first of all we work with any sort of no any sort of materials so you can upload workshops videos mp3s dogs presentations you can combine them and platform does everything by itself so it creates tasks it creates interesting facts jokes images videos and it evaluates results by itself so when the learner goes through the like training platform evaluates all the open open-ended questions it provides feedback for the learner for the manager it measures the results and provides a lot of analytics.
20So we help HRs and like different other ICPs a lot. And we have a conversional rate of more than 50 % after the first demo. Yeah. Well, so here's what got my attention here is that your claim on your website, don't wait around for months, get your company's learning ecosystem up and running in just 24 hours. That is a very compelling offer, my friend. Also, when you consider, and I hope you don't mind me fanboying here, but I love what I'm seeing. And we are in the process of actually, like we have a really good ecosystem for our members. And I want to talk about use cases because this sounds like you do that, like this is primarily for folks to use in their internal learning systems.
13Is that the only case? No, not only. So we have really big companies actually working with us and they teach their salespeople in other companies, like representatives, et cetera. So when you produce a lot of products and services and you need to onboard people fast, like the people who do not work directly in your company, you just use our platform in order to convert all the presentations and information about the product into the courses and you distribute it like in one day so uh these people they go through these courses you measure the result you understand how good do they know the products and it helps you actually to like launch the products really fast like in several days you can explain to people how to sell it how to interact with customers and you understand that these people do understand your products.
10So this is the second biggest case we have. We work with companies of 100 ,000 people. They also take our product just to distribute the knowledge. I love that. In fact, as we're talking right now, you're solving a roadblock for us because what I want to be able to do is I've got all kinds of sales copy. I've got all kinds of pages that explain things, but I would love to have kind of more of an organ. And I've got like a really good FAQ on our main sales page. But I like the idea of being able to build this out into a little bit more robust knowledge base, use some AI features. So that's, in fact, like one thing that, you know, we're about ready to do is put, you know, basically a chat bot that says, listen, I can help answer any question you want about our products or, you know, would this work for you?
06Give me and then, you know, just kind of chat and respond. And it looks like you have that built in. Do you mind, you know, for that use case? And I know you talked about that already. Would this be a good fit for that? Yeah, actually, you're completely right. But our platform does even more. So you can compare the products. For example, hey, Josh, I just, for example, you asked me about, like, I need some sort of product. Can you just give me an advice? What should I choose? And I can just ask our knowledge base. And it will name the product. It will show the picture of the product. It can compare it to other products and highlight, like, advantages of the product I've been advised.
48So this platform does it by itself. it never makes any mistakes and it does it like from scratch. So awesome. Awesome. All right. So I don't, I'm going to, so in terms of accessibility, do you mind sharing like who this is a perfect fit for? I mean, obviously you work all the way up to major enterprise. Do you mind sharing about, you know, the users or the clients or the companies that are using Evolve right now and how they're using it? So I guess what I'm looking for is our friend that's listening. Yeah, you need to go to evolveplatform.ai and take a look at this because you'd be perfect for it.
26I'll just, I hope you don't mind me stealing your thunder, but the pricing is pretty accessible. You know, depending on your use case, I mean, it can get down to as little as a couple of hundred dollars a month over the course of a year in order to have the platform. But I'll let you kind of share a little bit more about who this is for. uh well actually if we are talking about our clients so we have a huge manufacturers and the fmcg companies so my uh manager marketing manager states that i shouldn't name any companies because it's like we haven't received their approval but uh we can i i will say it um you can see the low let me just list off the logos that you have in your website and you don't have to confirm nor deny but i see dhl adobe uh ice spring some of like some other really you first delegate i mean there's some go ahead and look for yourself well actually uh if you have named them uh we have sharp working with us shiseida this is cosmetics brand we are signing the contract with l 'oreal etc so um these companies they do have a lot of products and they need to distribute the knowledge about them and they need to understand whether people know their products and can sell them or not so uh in this case our platform works really well and we provide opportunity just to try for free so for example you can just upload any materials you'll get your first course your first trainings you'll get your piece of knowledge base you can just try it literally today and even For example, we have our podcast and our platform can convert even this podcast into the training.
11So it will put the video, it will insert different texts, images, jokes, tasks, et cetera. I just need to upload this podcast into our platform. That's it. And the course will be created and the assessment will be created as well. Stan, the future of education and knowledge is so exciting right now, given the technologies and AI. I cannot geek out on this topic more. I've been using Notebook LM to take complicated things, convert it down into a podcast. Obviously, ChatGPT, I love the process of like, okay, explain like I'm five. Okay, now explain like I'm in fifth grade. Okay, now explain like I'm in eighth grade.
53Now explain like I'm a, you know, and you just keep working it up and like, oh my gosh, I now know complicated things. Like that's all of what can be done here. So let's talk about next steps for a friend that's listening. You can go to evolveplatform.ai. What would you recommend they do next? Just log in. It's for free. And just grab, take, and drag and drop any content they have, you know, to try it and start generate the course. Like, serial settings, they need to mention, like, who is this course for and tone of voice, et cetera. So it takes you five minutes to try, and you'll see the outcome, which definitely will impress you.
39Wow. Yeah. So, again, I'm on the website. You just click on. It says right here in the header, it says start a free trial. Click there. And then you start building. Very, very cool. EvolvePlatform.ai. Stan, it's been a great. Stan Suchkov, again, CEO of Evolve. It's been a great conversation.
