In short

Birthday episode of Therapist (penultimate before season finale). Guests discuss Brett’s marathon weekend (great run club, disastrous race with stomach/anxiety cramps and needing Max’s support), plus the Louvre jewel heist theories and “seven-minute playlist” songs. They also review music: Lily Allen’s West End Girl (divorce-focused, graphic, made in 10 days), Life of a Showgirl (top tracks: Fate of Ophelia, Father Figure, Elizabeth Taylor; debate over “been number one, but I never had to”), Bon Iver’s Sable (Award Season, Short Story, Day One), and more. They reminisce about the year, journaling insights, and “it’s tears” as a shared phrase for bad days.

Guests

Brett (marathon runner; talks about training, race collapse, anxiety/stomach cramps, and recovery) and Jake (co-host/partner in conversation; supports Brett during the race; birthday-related context).

Key claims

Louvre security gaps enabled the heist; inside-job theories exist; “it’s tears” means consistently miserable/bad moments; journaling reveals insecurities (e.g., feeling excluded from “pretty person” circles); “Elizabeth Taylor” hook is a top pop moment; “been number one, but I never had to” is likely literal/relationship-based.

Notable examples

Brett’s “where’s Max?” moment during the race; Louvre heist details (sawing/scaling, scooters, dropped crown claim); Lily Allen album tracks (“West End Girl,” “Madeline,” “Relapse”); Bon Iver lyric examples (“January ain’t the whole world”).

0:24Hi pussies and welcome back to Therapist. Tonight is the penultimate episode, the week before our season finale. And wow, this season has been, I mean, I don't, all I do is I think about to the first time I really thought about doing this podcast. If you would have told me at that time that I would have had Selena Gomez or Lorde on my show, like I, I'm pretty delusional, but I think I would have laughed in your face. And the fact that it has happened this season has just been a dream come true. And it's really all because of you guys. It really, really is. This season, I don't know what I expected after season one because season one was so insane to me.

1:03But this one just shattered everything that I thought it was going to be in the best way possible. I thought for the penultimate episode, we would have bread on because we both have been through so much this past year, this past season. And I thought it would be nice to have a friend on before our big season finale, which I'm really, really excited about. Um, Brett talks about her marathon. I talk about the music I'm listening to. Obviously we talk about show girl. I would just, I would just like to also point out that in my previous Brett episode, I guessed the melody of Elizabeth Taylor. Have you heard this?

1:37Can Nolan, please, will you take a moment to show how this, I know it will be amazing. Elizabeth Taylor. I knew you were going to say that. But like, I don't know how she can say Elizabeth Taylor. Like I literally, I guessed it. It was like every, how insane is that? That's crazy. This is also my birthday episode. I am recording this the day after my birthday, this intro. I am 26 now. If you would like to follow along my musical journey of the year, my 26 playlist has begun on Spotify. My 25 one just finished. It's like my favorite part of my birthday is always finishing my playlist for the year.

2:10I've done it since I was 22. So I did USC. That's from ages 18 to 22. Then once I hit 22, I did 22, 23, 24, 25. And now I'm 26. It's my fifth year doing it. It's crazy. It's honestly, it's really nice to like look back on the year and be like, oh my God, this is what I was listening to musically. And it also was like a weird depiction of how fast the year goes by. Like for this year, like I look at the top of my 25 playlist and I'm like, how was that a year ago? But yeah, I'm 26. I feel old. I officially, I'm not sure I enjoy my birthday anymore. I was like emotional yesterday. Love presents. Got a few great ones.

2:50I'm really pumped about it. A few great texts, you know, like, but I think birthdays are just a little stressful sometimes. All my friends dressed up as me and surprised me with a hibachi dinner. It was amazing. My lifelong dream of going on Lost Culture Recess has come true. And that episode is out now as well with Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang. I got to do my I Don't Think So Honey, which I'm pretty proud of. I listened to it and I'm pretty proud of it. I was really nervous. I was like pretty proud of it. It was Louise's Roman Empire. They shouted out Louise during the podcast. She loved it. Okay, well, yeah, I'm excited.

3:22for, I mean, you, every year I always get very anxious on my birthday, especially when I have a good year before, cause I'm always like, okay, is it time now for things? Is it going to be bad? Really? Just like that feeling of like, okay, I want to celebrate the good. I'm so scared of it being bad. But I think as I grow older, when I get really anxious, I remind myself that like, no matter what happens, like I do have people around me that love me. And like, that does include you guys. And so I think it's a testament to the community we've built and my friends and my family. But yeah, I'm really excited for you guys to hear the episode tonight.

3:54It's really fun. We talk about the Louvre robbery. We talk about Bon Iver's album, Lily Allen's album, which is amazing. Amazing. If you haven't heard Lily Allen's album, please go listen. And we obviously talk about Life of a Showgirl, which we have on repeat all day in this household. I tell you my top three favorite songs, which have not changed, but I will, I would like to, I didn't say this at the time, and I would like to say this. I think the hook on Elizabeth Taylor makes it one of the best pop songs of the year. That hook is irresistible. Be my NY when Hollywood hates me. Only as hot as your last hit, baby.

Welcome back to Therapist on a special. This is my special birthday episode. I wouldn't consider myself a big birthday diva.

4:52Brett Chody:No, but you would always have us plan your birthday in college. And he always wanted a surprise. And you want to know why I'm not doing anything this year? Because you were never surprised. No one planned me a surprise. Well, you didn't say you wanted one. You took off the weekend for me, which is actually like I was aghast. Is that the word? Like I was shocked. Yeah. when you said that you would do that. You took off both Saturday and Sunday for me. Yeah. You're doing things you like actively don't want to do. Yeah, but I want to spend time with you. No, I know. We're going to have fun. Because it's your birthday weekend.

5:29I want to just go shopping.

5:30Brett Chody:Yeah. I would like to work out Saturday morning. Yeah. Or I'm going to Pilates.

5:41You don't want to do the run club that Louis wants us to do? Shit. I forgot about that. Well, honestly, I might be hungover. I have a birthday party the night before.

5:50Brett Chody:Okay. So, like, maybe I'll just sleep in. Yeah. I get an IV. Yeah. Why don't you do that? Why don't I just, yeah. Yeah. So, we have a lot of things to talk about today. Yeah. First, do you want to get into your marathon? I mean, sure. Why not? Okay. Ow. Cramp. Cramp. Cramp. Cramp. Cramp. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Are you acting? Yeah. I've been practicing my acting. I only knew that because you just did it. I just did it. Did you believe it? Yeah. It was good. Really? You actually believed it? Yeah. I had no reason to think you were acting. Okay. So I've been practicing my acting. Okay. That was really good.

6:30Brett Chody:The marathon weekend overall, I would say, was a success in that my run club was so great. But then the race itself was actually horrible. I knew when she started posting Insta stories halfway through that it was just - Well, yeah, it had been tears for a while. And I was like, you know what? And I learned this from you. We can cut this out if you don't want to end. No, I know what you're going to say. And I would openly say that. Okay. I learned this from Jake. Everything that happens to you is content. It's just your life, okay? It really is. And I looked at her. Good or bad. I definitely was upset.

7:10Brett Chody:You were upset. That it was going so poorly. But I was like, you know what? I'm gonna get my phone out and I'm gonna make a tiktok during the race and I'm gonna lift my head up and finish this thing but it was it was really bleak because it was inspiring for people thank you I think in that moment yeah it was content but it was also like like you it was like you were like you know like you were like it was inspiring to see you keep going thank you yeah I think it's important to show the ups and downs because of running because, um, like for like a lot of people, they make every marathon seem like all rainbows and butterflies and like, it's just like straight up not.

7:49Brett Chody:And now I've had to go literally horribly and it's definitely defeating, but it's important to show. And a lot of people were saying like, this is more inspiring than if you had the perfect race, which like made me feel good, but it is, I definitely wanted to like reach my goal, but that's okay. next time maybe but then it's like I don't want to put a lot of pressure on next time okay and so what happened was you got a cramp yeah but it wasn't like a running cramp it was stomach and I have never dealt with stomach issues like that on runs I think it was anxiety I've never had I know I know I know but I it's just my theory I think you were really anxious you kept bringing up the word anxiety to me you were like I was doing six and a half minute miles and I was getting a little anxious about it and then I was gonna slow down I was anxious but I've never let mental stuff like that get to me in races I know running a really long time your body changes as you get older and like yeah manifest in different ways yeah but the only thing was like my stomach was literally like protruding you know when your stomach like protrudes when it hurts like yeah That's what it was.

9:00Brett Chody:And I said to Max, I was like, feel my stomach. And when he was running with me. That was so sweet. Yeah. He was running in a sweater and it was hot out. Yeah. He sprung into action. If anyone's wondering like what happened, basically I got to my like 21 and I like, I see Jake and people and I'm like, where's Max? I have it on video. I actually, you know what? Why don't we take five seconds to show the video? Five more. Down there. Go. You look at me. I go, yay, Brett. You go, where's Max? yeah because max because you had texted so basically we were in i think we were in chinatown we were waiting for you and max said oh no and i said what and he just showed me didn't show anyone else and he said he showed me the text from brunt two words it's tears that was it that's all she said and i said okay she's probably being dramatic like we're just like not gonna like just tell her to keep going like it'll be fine i obviously had no idea what was happening as soon as i opened my Instagram and saw her post Instagram stories of her.

10:02Brett Chody:You were like, oh, it's over? I said, oh, fuck shit. Like, there's no way she'd be posting Instagram stories if she, like, something must have happened. And then I was like, you know what? Like, let me just keep encouraging whatever. So I was like, let's go. Let's go. And she said, where's Max? And I said, oh, shit. So he jumped into the race with me. And then just, he wasn't planning to run four miles with me. It just ended up happening. And I needed that, you know, moral support. You almost dropped out of the race. yeah I thought about it but then I was like I can't quit I can't quit I gotta even if you fucking walked it even if I did I did walk some bit that's just so crazy that never happens to you it's never happened it's just it was a fluke it must have been just a fluke it was a fluke and I was in my best shape ever so it was just like a little bit upsetting because you put so much time and effort into marathon training and like if race day doesn't go your way like that's just like kind of that yeah and we had a great dinner that night yeah and like overall you know you'll Live and you learn.

10:55You went to the Lake Forest Starbucks.

10:57Brett Chody:Yeah. I showed Jake Lake Forest. Shout out Lake Forest. He finally saw the hometown. And it is what it is. But, you know, I don't know what's next for me. Maybe I'll do a spring one. Maybe I won't. I don't know. But you're not done running marathons, period. No, no, no. Of course not. Of course not. Yeah. But I just like, you know, I might need a break. But I also might be like, eh, fuck it. and I think when you're like fuck it is when you just fly yeah I mean it's still crazy that my first marathon was like my best time and I think it's because we got home at well actually I just interrupted you oh it's okay what were you gonna say I was just gonna say like I think that that's kind of a testament to like I was kind of just like oh like let's just do this and like now I kind of have more expectations on myself not even external but like on myself because I know I'm capable of more so I don't know I'm gonna have to change my mindset with my next one but that's okay it's just also funny because like that night it's not even like you were in complete silence in your room like me I got home from the night out at five in the morning that night and like was loud well no one said that night that first Los Angeles marathon no you were still out and I FaceTimed you when you and Peyton were still out.

12:21Oh. Oh, so we really didn't wake you up. We just were out.

12:24Brett Chody:You didn't wake me up. Yeah. You were out and then you came back and then that's when. I didn't sleep. So what should we talk about? There were so many things. Okay. The Louvre. Let's talk about the Louvre. Okay. Because this is coming out next week. It's not my birthday yet. Contrary to. It's almost your birthday. It's almost my birthday. Actually the day after this I'll be 26. So the day this is out it'll already be 26 okay so let's talk about the louvre okay do you do you want me to go like do you have thoughts like i think here's the thing that's so crazy who the fuck is stealing those jewels i think it's so awesome i think it's so awesome like they did that i'm like you know they're selling that shit on like the black black black market like you think yes like they obviously or you know but have you seen some theories there are some theories that like a billionaire commissioned it like because they wanted them that feels like a really there was a theory that it was like a french inside job because the french government is bankrupt crazy wait okay so tell me more about that because how would these jewels help the frank french government they they would somehow have to sell them to someone and then i think i i don't know they caught them these people no and i don't want them to but like i bet i was like thinking last night like do you think they like are on the internet like seeing like everyone like fangirl over them no what because i think anybody as smart as them to pull off what they did are not on tiktok 1000 percent but like i don't know like i think they are like reading books yeah but like you know what the crazy thing was about that crime it was very oceans eight but like in oceans eight they aren't that smart they're kind of just like savvy you know so it's like like they didn't do anything because it's a movie crazy no no no like what do you mean Well, like.

14:31Brett Chody:In Ocean's 8, like, the people doing, have you seen it? No. Sorry. That was rude. That's okay. But, like, the heisters, like, they aren't brilliant. They're just, like, savvy in how they planned it. And I think that's how the Louvre people were. What do you mean? Like, it wasn't, like, rocket science. Like, they literally sawed through a window and, like, scaled a ladder, you know? I guess maybe, like, the security at the Louvre just, like, wasn't as. Apparently it sucks. Apparently only like, apparently 75 % of the Louvre like doesn't have security cameras or something insane. So just like, just no one try it?

15:07I don't understand.

15:08Brett Chody:I guess just no one tries. That's so fucking awesome. But that's also why people think it was an inside job. Okay, so here's the reason. This is what I'm just a little confused about on multiple fronts. They, okay, and you know what? I'm going to relate it to Task. So in Task, they get this like huge shipment of fentanyl, right? That he steals and they're like, they can't sell it. They're fucked. Yeah. Because they're obviously these, the, the, the fucking motorcycle gang is like, we are on the lookout for whoever's selling a pound of fucking fentanyl. Yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah. The same goes for this.

15:42It's like, hey, uh, if anyone's selling these specific jewels from the Louvre, like obviously we're going to figure it out. I know. It's like in Scandal when Olivia got kidnapped and then sells herself. Oh, right. I think I took it too far with that. But like, do you know what I mean? Like, I don't see what their goal is here.

16:02Brett Chody:That's what I'm saying. Unless they like melt them down and like do some weird shit. Did you hear that they dropped something that they stole? Shut up. Yeah. Do you know that? They dropped, they got away with a lot, but they dropped a crown. Ooh. Yeah. What crown? I forget. But they got away on scooters and I think they were dressed. No, they didn't. Yeah, they did. No, they didn't. Yeah, they did. No, they did not. Yeah, they did. Like what, e-scooters? I watched a fucking New York Times video. They got away on scooters. Yeah, they had to be electrical. Maybe they are on TikTok. I don't know.

16:40This is like crazy.

16:41Brett Chody:Why is it giving? Like, they're like young or something. I don't know. I will say like the TikTok that gave me full body chill. Oh my God, it was seven minutes, right? The fact that, do you know the song Robbers by the 1975? that like the have you ever heard this song probably these are the opening chords of robbers and the song is about it's just i don't think it's about robbers but it's called robbers and like these are the opening chords of it and like here if there was someone was like imagine this is the first song that they listen to once they have full body chills like we just stole from the louvre bitch yeah like you know what i mean yeah sick and like all credit goes to whoever the fuck posted that on tiktok i i you gonna check i'm gonna check but like somebody posted that on tiktok and said like imagine like you leave the lube you just committed a seven minute heist and like that's the first song you play i just love that like everyone is aligned that like this is awesome saint laurent cow girly love yeah also also also the louvre by lord like they get home they drink and then we're the greatest

18:02down the back but who cares so the louvre wait so what did they steal a bunch of like jewels like napoleon's jewels shut up yes oh my god they are probably like fucking and doing drugs and like

18:17Brett Chody:Like, I hope so. They probably feel like the shit. Do you think they're going to catch them? We may never know. I think the mystique around who they are is so awesome. Same. You're right. You're right. There's any videos of this? Like, I imagine them, like, holds up in, like, a Paris loft, like, smoking cigarettes and, like, with these jewels. Like, one of them's getting a little cocky with it and, like, pouring the jewels on the bed and the other one's like, hey, like, we got to take this serious. and like one of them's like way too cocky and then the other one's like, you know, they start to like kind of turn on each other and like, you know what I mean?

18:51Brett Chody:Yeah, yeah. Do you know what I mean? That was beautiful. Like someone's like, we're fucking, like we're fucking, like we're the fucking kings of the world and it's like, don't celebrate too soon. Like we're not done with the plan yet. Like, you know what I mean? Like that's what I envision. Yeah, yeah. And then like that guy, and then there's obviously one person in the middle swinging to both sides of the spectrum and like the guy's like, come on, and he's such a fucking stick up his ass. Like, we just robbed the Louvre. Yeah. Like, do you know what I mean? 100%. And I think one of them is like a beautiful woman.

19:22Of course one of them is a beautiful woman.

19:26Brett Chody:1000%. Preferably played by like Isla Fisher. Love that. Love that. Yeah. Yeah. This is totally going to be a movie. Of course. Seven minute Louvre heist. In broad daylight. And by the way, if they can rob the Louvre in seven minutes, I can do anything. So fucking true. I can do anything. Yeah. I can fucking walk on the treadmill for seven minutes. I can read a book for seven minutes. I can. And I think you should. Now, hold on. No, yeah. Wow, that joke was horrible. What? Now, hold on. That wasn't horrible. It was pretty bad. No. I'm just saying. I thought it was going to be like. You know? Well, I didn't know if you were offended by me saying - Offended by that I should read a book?

20:20Yeah, I probably should. I don't read.

20:22Brett Chody:It's only because I also haven't been reading, and I picked up a book yesterday for the first time in a really long time, and it made me feel good. What book? It's called Just Another Missing Person. Ew, Jesus Christ. You know I only read thrillers. Just Another Missing Person. Yep. Just another one of those. That's another one. So we covered the Louvre. Anything we're missing about the Louvre? I think that's it. Okay, should we say what our three songs would be on our seven-minute playlist? Yeah. Okay. You go first. Okay. I would go into this song by Santigold. Shove It. I would go into Shove It by Santigold.

21:06That would be like my let's fucking do this thing song.

21:09Brett Chody:Okay. So I guess that would be like the first three minutes and then the next four minutes would be like about leaving or three minutes. Yeah. Like, am I still hyped up at this point? Like, right? Like, I'm not, I'm not out of the woods. Yeah.

21:24I would then do out of the woods.

21:26Brett Chody:Otherwise you have to. Although part of me feels like it would give me anxiety. I still want to be like, let's fucking do this thing. Okay. No, like I'm trying to think of like someone that makes me feel confident. Like when I listen to them, like I feel confident. And like I feel like I can I'm on top of the world There's a lot Like Adela makes me feel confident I don't know what my middle one is But I know that I would end with Robbers I think I would do the Louvre then Robbers Okay I think I just fully copied that Spotify playlist you sent me No but I swapped out one You swapped out one Which I'm gonna use a song off that too I think No I don't think I would do the Louvre Cause I would be like Oh the Louvre set Like I think when I would hear that song I'd be like oh it's so like monumental Like this place that I'm stealing from Okay I can't play any game.

22:12I take it too seriously.

22:13Brett Chody:A little, but that's okay. You know what? What if I did, like, since you've been gone? Love that. No, I would get tired. Okay.

22:24Do you guys have any ideas?

22:26Brett Chody:I'm thinking. I got one. What? Yeah, I fucking did it by Labyrinth. Ooh. Have you heard that one? He doesn't like it. He doesn't like it.

22:43You're awesome.

22:55You are awesome, Nolan.

22:58Brett Chody:Okay. I think I would do Shove It by Sandy Gold. And then I would do... I love you, Nolan. Love you, too. I would do Shove It. Thank you. I would do Shove It by Santigold. And then I would do, I mean, how many times have I said Shove It by Santigold? Literally 10. 10. And then I would do. Okay, wait. No, yes. Can we reference our, because I need an idea for my second one. Oh. Oh, I have such a good last one. Okay, don't tell me yet. Okay, so I would. Oh, my God. We all know my first one by now. And then I think I would do a song off of Brat. I think I would do a song off of Brat. I'm very 360 I think I would do 365 yeah yeah okay I would do Shove It by Santigold 365 by Charlie XCX and I would Leave to Robbers by the 1975 okay do you want to hear mine yeah okay I would Go In With Kids by MGMT wow yeah I love that yeah and then the middle song this is the one that I'm like iffy on but I think I'm gonna go with with um paparazzi by lady gaga why you don't like it no i do it's just slow no baby you'll be okay okay you're right no i'm not here to yuck your yum no no no you're right this is i want you to be hyped up like you have to get out of the loof okay okay then i'm doing ready for it Fuck me.

24:33Fuck me.

24:34Brett Chody:And you want to know what I'm fucking leaving to? Getaway car. No. What? Heaven Takes You Home by Swedish House Mafia. Ah! Right? My God! Is that one so good? When Heaven Takes You Home. Anyway, I thought that one was sick. Okay, that was so fun. Yeah, that was fun. Okay. Well, shout out to the robbers at the Louvre. Maybe they're watching. You guys really gave us something to connect over as a community. Yeah. Over these past few days. Yeah. They're probably not watching Therapist. It's been that. Well, you never know. It's been that and Group 7, but we don't need to talk about that. I'm not Group 7.

25:16Brett Chody:It's okay. Are you Group 7? What the fuck? Are you Group 7? What the fuck is Group 7? Of course you and I are both not Group 7. It's okay. so like this show okay just out of curiosity this showed up on your for you page yeah and it said you are group seven yeah and then there was all this shit about like being group seven no i know what are you bringing to recess today is that what people comment someone commented hey what are you bringing to lunch yeah i don't know i'm 25 i don't really know where it came from but that's just been my free page whatever whatever you wanted to talk about lily allen oh shall we so are you gonna care about this no oh kind of okay I love Lily Allen like when I was in eighth grade like Lily Allen was like she released this album called Jesus and I loved Jesus see like I like hearing this stuff because like I don't know it okay so I really love Jesus She also does like fuck you, the fear, who would have known, not fair.

26:25Like she is a banger. She's LDN. I used to listen. When I was like – remember when I went to – like remember when I went to London a few summers ago?

26:33Brett Chody:Yeah.

26:37We were tipping.

26:40Brett Chody:I was really going to go with that for you. No, I know. But I like I listen to LDN like on repeat in London. Okay. Okay. Okay, so like I love Lily Allen. And she was married to Dave. You'll be interested in this. She was married to Dave Harbour from Stranger Things. They got divorced? They got divorced and it was fucking messy. And this album is like insane. So the opening song, so the album's called West End Girl, right? Okay. So the opening song is basically her being like, so basically the way Lily Allen writes is very like, I don't know, it's very like matter of fact. Okay. And it all rhymes.

27:19So it's like, I'm walking down the street in my bicycle and then in a bicycle. And like, do you know what I mean? I'm like, do you know what I mean? But it like all like makes sense. It's like, yeah, I went to go to dinner and then I finished her. Like, I don't really know. Like, you know, but she does it right. Like, yeah, it's very like blunt and like London and like cheeky.

27:39Brett Chody:Yeah. And she does that on this album, but it's about divorce. And it's like super fucking graphic. like she like starts the song and she's like I got a call I woke up and they offered me a thing on West End I was so excited and then you came home for dinner and I told you and you laughed at me and said no I had to audition and then I went and then the song stops two it's a four minute song it stops two minutes in two and a half minutes in and you just hear doom like the answer of a FaceTime and it's just her you don't hear the other person and it's like I miss you how are you oh oh insinuating like he divorced her on FaceTime or like said that he needed space and then the yes and the rest of the album the next song is called I think ruminating and it basically just ruminates on the beat like over and over again and it's about how she knows that he's seeing this other girl and she can't stop thinking about this other girl and she's ruminating on it and it's like then she goes home and they get together and she he hits shows an Instagram post on his phone and she like he whisks the phone away after so then she goes through his text and find someone named Madeline the next song's called Madeline that yes like it's a really good album It's like objectively a good album.

28:46And like, and then she starts talking about, she finds his butt plugs and all his sex toys and like, yes. And then she talks about how hard it is to date. Like it's this, oh my God, like divorced mothers are going to gag, die and throw up over this song. Like it's basically like she says in the song, she's like, I'm 40 years old. I have two teenage kids. Like, does that interest you? Like, it's so hard for me to date. Like, how am I supposed to find love again? Yeah. And it's like a really, really vulnerable moving album. I thought it was fantastic. Like I listened to it all day today. It was so amazing.

29:20There's a part of the album where she tries to just like appease her ex-husband. And like just change who she is. And there's a song called Relapse where she talks about like how she wants to relapse on Valium and drinking. And like I think maybe insinuates that she does. I don't really know. And apparently it was made in 10 days. It felt like you're watching a movie, but it's an album.

29:45Brett Chody:Wow. It's really good. It's really good. Me and Louise listened to it all day. We were super gagged. Okay. Yeah. It's great. It's great. And by the time this episode is out, if you haven't heard it, it is out now. This is not promo, like paid promo. West End Girl by Lily Allen. People are calling it the melodrama for divorced 40-year-olds. It is seriously amazing. And by the way, I'm not divorced or 40, and I felt like I was both. Are people actually calling it that? Yes. I read that in paper magazine. And it's so good. Like, I can't emphasize enough how good it is. It is so back to Lily Allen's roots.

30:24Brett Chody:Okay. Something else I've been listening to, in case you were wondering. Actually, wait, we haven't talked about Showgirl. I was about to bring it up. Well, we have to talk about Showgirl. Yeah. Like Father Figure is one of my favorite songs she's ever written. Father Figure is like so poetic and incredible. It's amazing. It's amazing. So if you can't tell, Brett and I really love the album. It's all I've been listening to. It's all like I came downstairs and Brett was listening to Opalite. I listened to Fate of Ophelia every single morning on my way to, I listened to, I actually have an order that I go through.

30:54It's amazing. I love the album. Yeah. What is your top three on Life of a Showgirl right now?

30:59Brett Chody:Okay. Right now, I mean, the Fate of Ophelia, I don't care. Number one. Oh. like banger alert it is so fucking good it is so fucking good two um father figure and three right now is probably elizabeth taylor same that's actually my three two okay perfect elizabeth taylor that beat drop yeah elizabeth taylor tell me for real do you think it's forever But number one, but I never had to. Pause. What do you think she means by that line? Because there's been an internet discourse about this. I have my thoughts. Wait, been number one, but I never had to. I think she's saying, obviously she's saying I've been number one, but people are like, what does she mean by the two part?

31:45Brett Chody:And I think it means that she's never had a partner that she like genuinely can share in her success with. Yeah. Do you agree? Fuck. Do you agree? But other people are saying, but number one. No, I think that's like saying like, you know, you know that thing in English class where people are like, the wall is blue. And then they're like, what does that mean? Like a double entendre? I think she's like literally just being like talking her shit. The number one, but I've never been number two because she hasn't. Oh, so you think that? I think it's like quite literal. Okay, that's valid. I think it's quite literal.

32:21I think the one that is not literal is like father figure. I think that one deserves some like deep diving into.

32:27Brett Chody:Yeah. Definitely. I think Elizabeth Taylor is like, she's like pretending she, she's like this like old Hollywood. I think the entire album has these like mafioso themes. Do you know what I mean? Like I think they, it does. Like it has this theme of being like this, like, like mob boss of a pop star. Yeah. And it's like, she's like basking in her success. It's really cool. It is really cool. And the Fate of Ophelia music video is awesome. Ugh. dare I say one of her best music videos of all time agreed in terms of other stuff I am listening to as you can see in my shirt I feel like I always come to our episodes I think I'm going to make this a thing and I am a sucker for when I like an album I will buy that merch and I have been listening to a lot of Bon Iver lately I don't know if they are for you I don't think they are but they are for me and their album Sable Fable is genuinely probably my album of the year besides like Showgirl and Lorde and this is like probably the album that means the most to me.

33:33Brett Chody:Wow. It's like very beautiful so the first half is Sable and it's very like depressing and dark and moody and then the last song on Sable is called Award Season and it's like do you want me to read you some of the lyrics? Yeah I do. Oh but maybe things can change what can wax can wane things can get replayed and if it's all the same, oh, just take my hand and place it on your blame and let it wash away. With you, I will remain. Wow. So, like, let me take your hand, place your blame into my hand, right? Right. And now a big wave crashes over us. Okay. Gone is, everything washes away. Okay. All your blame, all your troubles, everything.

34:15I'm still here. Yeah.

34:18Brett Chody:Oh, that's powerful. So that's how that ends. And then the next song on the fable side of the album is called Short Story, which is honestly probably my song of the year. Really? Yeah, it's unbelievable. And so it's – so basically it's like plays as like he's coming out of this like melancholy, dark, depressive state. It's like very high keys on the piano. And he says, oh, the vibrant sun in my eyes. Like he's like coming out and like seeing the sun. And then he says that January ain't the whole world. Once he says that, the entire beat of the song changed and the album changed and it becomes like upbeat gospel music.

34:59And he says, and falling's really overshone and you're never really, really on your own. And then like the next part of the album is very hopeful.

35:06Brett Chody:That's really cool. Would I like any of the songs? Are any of them like Exile? You would like Day One. Okay. Day one is like objectively like a pretty, it's a pop song. Okay. Like it's a pop song. I think it's with like Dijon. Like it's really good. Okay. It's really, really, really good. Okay. Like I think you would like it a lot. And yeah, so. I'm really happy for you that you're having this, you know, moment with Bon Iver. Thanks. And like it's not lost on me that I think it's cool to listen to Bon Iver. So I'm telling everybody I can that I'm listening to Bon Iver. For sure. Like I understand that You know at dinner last night They were like Name and a song You've been listening to I'm like name Jake and I've just been really crushing This Bon Iver album This year And you know like You sounded sick And I've No But like everyone Like Will said like Someone that I've never heard of And someone was like And then for me I said in Crickets Oh I'm sorry Fucking crickets I was like None of you guys listen Thank you SeatGeek For sponsoring tonight's episode.

37:57Brett Chody:yeah do you want to talk about like reminiscing on this past year I guess yeah yeah okay so I think a highlight for me this year was um I started eating pre-made meals from Organic Orin that part and I feel very inspired in the gym right now because of both the mix of like consistently going to the gym and eating Organic Orin and I feel very good in my body right now I don't feel great like perfect yet but I feel better than I have in past years and I think that's definitely been a highlight for me I love that um it really is a game changer when you're feeling good yeah it really is working out I think I've realized that working out is like really like important to like how my mental health it really is like yesterday it didn't work out and I had Brett the worst day ever yeah like I my diary entries are just diabolical oh I started journaling I was about to you started journaling yes and it really really helps me like connect thoughts that I didn't know I had I'm inspired to start so basically you know how I always get insecure when two really hot gay guys start hooking up yeah so I started writing about it And then I realized it's because it feels like this pretty person club.

39:16And it's like this very exclusive club that I can't be a part of. So it feels like a club I can't get in. And I feel like that's such a theme in my life of like trying to get into circles and clubs so desperately. And like this pretty person tall club. That's why I'm like I hate how short I am. I hate how I look because I can't get into this club. And that's what I discovered via journaling.

39:37Brett Chody:Wow. That's deep. Yeah I was talking to this guy from Germany on Raya and he was like yeah no journaling really like helps you figure out your shit. And so I started doing it. Well I was already doing it but then like I really got into it after he said that. Okay wow. I was going to ask like who told you to start journaling. I think I realized I lost my journal and then I was like shit I should probably start. Write shit down. Yeah. Like all the best creatives write stuff down. I was like I should start journaling. Yeah. Well I love that. Thank you so much. I think that writing for myself like I miss writing

40:17you know what I mean no well no because I am writing okay you're right but like me as like

40:24Brett Chody:that's how I felt before I was writing as a journalism as a former journalism major and like English like girly like I loved an essay like I haven't written something in so long I think I should start. Start journaling. Okay maybe I will. It's just hard. It cramps your hand. Yeah and my handwriting is so fucking bad. So is mine. So is mine. It's so bad. So is mine. I can't even write a birthday card for Max without it getting so messy. Why don't you get a journal that like prompts you shit. Okay. Like I have a gratitude journal that I haven't opened if you want it. Maybe. Yeah. That might be good for me.

40:58Yeah no I've been really enjoying journaling when I like can sit down and do it. It's mostly because it's really nice to read back on. because there are certain details in your day that you forget.

41:07Brett Chody:Yeah. Like just like shit that like happened in my day that I normally wouldn't remember. Yeah. And you know what? Your future self will thank you. It does. Like I literally used to read old diary entries and it's just like, oh my God, this shit was, I thought this was so important. Like, and it was so not important. Yeah. Yeah. That January ate the whole world, dash Bon Iver. Period. You want to see Audrey Hobart in December? Yeah, I do. I'm obsessed with her. We're going to go, what is it, December 4th? Yeah. Have you ever seen Manny at a concert where she likes the artist? No, but I'm dying to.

41:39Brett Chody:And I know that Manny loves Audrey Hobert. Manny. Did you see her on Jimmy Fallon? No, Manny at Carly Rae Jepsen said, she looked at me and goes, are you good? And I go, yeah, I'm good. Why? She goes, I need more space. And I said, oh, okay. And then she walked to the other side of the room and just the world was her dance floor. I love that. So Audrey Hobart's about to be lit, let me tell you. Where is it? I don't know. Where is it? I don't know either. I'm super excited for that. I love every single song on her album. Yeah, it's one of the best debuts I've heard in a really, really long time.

42:14Brett Chody:Agreed. I saw today on Twitter that Olivia Rodrigo's third album was maybe released, but it also, or not released, sorry. In the works? In the works. Well, she just did an Amex commercial, and at the end of it, I'm pretty sure she played a few tunes. Really? Or a few like notes of a song. But it also could be AI and I could be stupid because I fall for a lot of that AI shit. You guys? Brett goes, oh my God. They have the security of the Louvre robbers. And immediately I'm like, didn't they like not have security cameras in that room? I'm watching this video. They're like smashing shit. And I go, Brett, that's AI.

42:55Brett Chody:I was like, damn it. Wait, so you heard music? that was like allegedly. I didn't, no, I didn't listen. It was like a cover. And I saw lyrics, allegedly. On Twitter. On Twitter, and it was like. And you just scrolled past. It was like photos of a vinyl lyrics, kind of like how Taylor's got leaked. Because we do not condone leaks up in here. Uh-uh, uh-uh. We do not, we scroll. We scroll, always. We scroll. I heard a few notes of the fate of Ophelia, and I didn't know if it was real or not before it came out. Oh, on TikTok, right? We couldn't go on TikTok all day. Yeah. Yeah. That sucked. Wait, so this is just a really random thing, but I've been getting, and I don't know if you do, because you say it a lot too, but people have been asking what It's Tears means.

43:40Oh, they have?

43:41Brett Chody:Yeah. And so I feel like it could just be a good informational thing for you to tell the background and kind of explain it, because you and Alice started saying it first. It's Tears, basically, Alice and I are always miserable everywhere we go. and I think we just like it's like a thing like we are consistently miserable like we cannot be happy yeah unless we are home yeah and um I think we were just like we just started saying shit like we used to say this is boof like this is boof like this shit is it's boof this is boof and then like we just kind of replaced that with tears so we were like oh this is tears that's tears this is tears your tears were tears yeah so like someone wasn't responding to me today so I was I like you know it's like your tears you're being tears yeah tears when Brett bonked her marathon it's tears it's tears like definite like yesterday was tears for me like like like what I overdid it with the pho it's tears it's tears like did you though really Brett like I think I've had enough okay would you like to like enlighten everyone on what we did this week I've had five times in one week I don't know what happened oh basically Brett basically what happened was Brett got sick after her marathon that was a week ago today I'm gonna throw up right we've had it five times we've had it five times times I was coming back from acting class I was coming back from acting class and I was like I feel really good about myself I feel really proud of myself.

45:12I just did a scene that I didn't think I could do. I'm gonna get pho. Like I want it. I crave it. I'm gonna get it. And I ate it while watching Real Housewives of Salt Lake City which has just been nothing short of incredible. And I overdid it. Fifth time was enough.

45:27Brett Chody:Yeah. I liked mine last night and I didn't feel like I overdid it but I definitely need to pause just because it's been too much. Oh I think it's Alice. I agree. You're on Therapist and we were uh-huh yeah uh-huh uh-huh uh-huh and we were like talking about it's tears and like and out brett was like you have to call alice because like she's the one that like really started that so like how would you describe it's tears okay so you were actually the one that said it but you said it like not without any like context and then i just took it and ran with it like it's tears I feel like mean just like oh it's bad like I'm it's we're not in a good way or like this is just like it's tears

46:17Should I do Rose Thorne and Bud of my year?

46:21Brett Chody:Yeah Okay Rose was finishing my tour doing Radio City. That was amazing Was there a moment of like pure darkness? For you? Yeah. Did I have a bad month? I did. I know I did. Or just like a bad situation. Oh, and I got into a really, really, really big fight. That was a really hard time for me with my thorn. That was just horrible. Like, and I, like. I don't think I knew how bad that was. It was so bad and so horrible. And like, it was just tears. Tears. That was tears. I felt super like, I just felt super like, I felt a lot of like resentment at myself and then at the situation and just thought with my thorn.

47:17I think my bud is, I'm excited for, it's like very bittersweet that Therapist season two is ending. This is the, so I'm not going to pronounce this right, the pomotuous episode? Penultimate. Penultimate episode And I'm excited to like Explore other things In that break That I have Yeah That's my bud For the next year

47:38Brett Chody:I'm excited for that For you You've been working Really a lot On this season Thank you This season's been crazy It's been so long And so crazy It's been long It's been almost a year of it It's really crazy And you should be impressed Oh thank you Do you have a favorite episode Of the last season I mean like There were so many Lord was insane Lord was insane Lord was insane That was like I think a moment where we all looked around and we're like, what the fuck is happening? Yeah. Yeah. And just like she pulled up alone. It was awesome. She pulled up in an Uber alone. Like iconic. I'll never forget it.

48:11Brett Chody:Yeah. So yeah. I was like, oh my God. Yeah. And then obviously. Selena. Selena was awesome. And like coming in here and hugging Kerry Washington. I was like, wow. Yeah. I regret not getting a selfie with her. I forgot. Oh, it's okay. You were in the moment. I was really in the moment. I gave her a big hug and she hugged me back and it was great. Rose of the year. Go to girls. The fucking go to girls. Changed my life. Yep. Changed my life. My systems are still in place. Me too. Me too. It's, it's the best thing we ever did. Okay. What are you therapist about today? Sorry, I'm a little stuffed up.

48:50Brett Chody:I'm therapist that I got a post marathon cold, which is normal last week. I was very like smart. I slept a lot, whatever. got better for the weekend but then I obviously did it to myself I went out for Max's birthday I got so fucked up I was very hungover and now I'm back to being a little sniffly I think I'm finally at the tail end of it but like being sick is the fucking worst and like it's yeah it's just lingering and like it's very annoying yeah so that's what I'm therapist about I am therapist about it's very valid by the way I'm therapist about I think I have I know I feel like I'm beating a dead horse here but I fucking know I have a deviated septum and I need to get it fucking removed and checked out and the doctor I went to to tell me that I had a deviated septum like literally said I didn't have one but I literally have one I don't know how to make that any more clear and it's incredibly frustrating when he won't listen to me listen to me and tell me I have a deviated septum I've also been like pouring over my words recently so when I've been doing auditions for stuff like I've been like fudging my words almost like my brain is moving faster within my mouth and that's what I'm therapist about.

49:59Brett Chody:Okay. Oh my God. Should we do the tummy with throngs? Yeah. I'm Jojo. Hi, Jojo. And I went out with all my friends the other night. We were on the tube. Okay. London. Yeah. On the way to bowling. On one of the stops, my boyfriend of four months gets on. He was supposed to be out of the country for work. He, without saying hi, suddenly got down on one knee on a very crowded moving train and proposed to me. It was so overstimulating. I got so claustrophobic that I started crying and got off on the next stop without any explanation. He's a great guy, but this is way too fast. What do I do? It sounds like he literally proposed because he got caught in a lie.

50:37But he had a ring.

50:39Brett Chody:Oh. Okay, yeah, you're right. I don't know. That's like, so that is the weirdest vibes. Four months is weird. And if you're not there, you aren't there. And I think had you been there, that train would have been romantic to you. It would have been like, oh my God, this is the best thing ever. And I think that claustrophobia you felt wasn't just physical, it was mental too. Like I think you felt claustrophobic in your relationship. Yeah, for sure. And I think you should break up with him. Yeah, if they aren't already broken up. And I prescribe champagne problems by Taylor Swift. Ooh, that's a good one.

51:13Brett Chody:I prescribe happiness by Taylor Swift. I had a gut feeling to go through my boyfriend's phone and saw he's been searching Reddit about, quote, getting bored with girlfriend of two years. Rejected by gym crush. Pilates. Literally just help me because if I bring it up, hey, my fault for going through his phone anyways. Just break up with him and don't say you went through the phone. But it sounds like she doesn't want to. I know, but this is what I preach and I know that it's tough love, but it's like that's not your husband. That's not your husband. You think you're going to catch your husband when you've only been together two years looking up, I'm sick of my girlfriend?

51:50Brett Chody:like that's when you have to really like know your self-worth and it sucks so much but you don't you deserve better like you don't deserve a guy who's looking up on reddit what to do when he's bored of you and has is getting rejected by a gym yeah that means like he's actively trying to cheat right i think my roommate is obsessed with me while i was away for the weekend she broke my door handle and slept in my bed i also came home that weekend and found she folded my undies on my bed now she's trying to set me up with her twin brother and says that her quote ideal situation would be all of us living together she's even mentioned wanting wanting to have a twin someday and name one of them after me oh i would prescribe the roommate with leighton easter something's a or single white female yeah that's not normal and that's really fucking weird oh my god i would be so freaked out yeah i mean broke the doorknob to sleep in her bed that's weird ew that's so weird I literally would get so mad at that.

52:47I would be furious. I think the universe is sending me signs, but I can't act on them. Last night, I had a dream that I reconnected with a guy I was involved with a while back, but that guy is now dating a good friend in real life. Then the next day, I find out that they have broken up. I never really got over this guy, and it feels like the universe is trying to tell me something. Help, I am so conflicted. Am I delusional? No. I mean, if your friend wouldn't get mad at you, I would say just reach out. You never got over him. Reach out.

53:12Brett Chody:Yeah. I think maybe like give it a beat if they like just broke up. Oh, for sure. Right. And we prescribe Is It Over Now by Taylor Swift because maybe it's not. Yeah. So true. But like. I guess that song's about it being over. You don't know though. Right. But yeah, I mean if your friend doesn't care but like it also could just be like, you know, you saw his name somewhere and so that's why you like dreamt about him and like it's not that deep. Have you been having weird dreams lately? I have. Yeah. Really weird. Yeah. And they like have been making me upset. Yeah. Yeah. They've just been a little bit vivid, which I normally don't have.

53:46Brett Chody:Right? Like it feels very real. Yeah. Yeah. All of my friends, 23 to 24, are so independent and know how to live on their own. I feel like I rely on them so much and can't function on my own. I don't want to mooch forever. I just graduated and haven't been able to land a job yet. Please help. What do I do in the meantime? My advice is there is no meantime. Like, you know what I mean? like if you like does that make sense there is no mean time in that like you need to grow up you kind of need to grow up I agree like and like that doesn't mean if you can't find a job like that totally valid like totally understandable especially right now the job market financial help from your friends is different like that's a different sector I'm not talking about that what I'm talking about is like handling your own business and like growing up and taking accountability for your own life and you need to be comfortable being alone like it is like the number one most important thing to learn is to like enjoy your time alone and like relish in it and like I really implore you to do that me and my best guy friend kissed ruin the friendship in Taylor Swift terms now it's so awkward we haven't talked in person in three weeks because he he just keeps avoiding me even though we have two classes together and live in the same dorm building I need advice I feel like In a weird way I feel like that means that like he likes you and he doesn't know where to go from here Because he doesn't know if you feel the same.

55:11Brett Chody:What do you think? No, I don't think he likes her. Okay Right. He's like avoiding her. He wouldn't be avoiding her if he you are so sweet I'm just I'm just like trying to think about The brick but I guess in college people kind of get over being awkward, right? I mean, I just don't understand and like if I kissed someone and like I knew they liked me and I liked them I wouldn't want to avoid them I'd want to be like let's hang out that went okay yeah so advice to this girl is just like be normal and then like move on with with him I think no I think send him a text and be like so what's up but be prepared for receiving bad news yeah okay yeah I'm aligned with that I was no joke going home with this guy from the bar and when we started hooking up I noticed he took off a ring.

56:00I didn't even notice it when we were out and now I'm wondering if I should find his potential spouse and tell them or alternatively do I just stay out of it? Stay out of it. Stay out of it. Stay out. Wait did they continue hooking up?

56:14Brett Chody:Yeah I was about to say did you continue hooking up? It sounds yes that's is what this sounds like. Okay well. Well you know what stay out of it. Stay out of it. I'm so sorry to whoever his spouse is, but like, it's just not worth it. It's not worth it. Yeah. I'm turning 30 in December and I really want to have a fun birthday party. I've never been a big birthday girly, but I really want to do something fun to step into this new era. The only problem is that most of my friends live out of town. I'm in New York and I feel like no one will want to travel and pay for a hotel in the city around Christmas time.

56:43That makes sense. What should I do to celebrate and how can I get my friends there? Well, what if you just celebrate in a different place that's cheaper with all your friends.

56:51Brett Chody:Yeah. Or you like really like all cuddle up in your apartment. I don't know. You don't know? I feel like or like since Christmas, it's like the most expensive time to travel. Like do something with your New York friends and then like have your other friends come visit in a time that's more like financially feasible. Yeah. You know? Love that. You can do a 30th birthday celebration. Like Elle, her birthday's in May. But like it's always like kind of still like gloomy and like you never know what the weather's going to be in May. And our pool wouldn't be open yet when we were growing up. But Hannah and I had August birthdays so we were always able to have pool parties.

57:30Brett Chody:So Elle would like have a pool party like two months after her birthday as like her birthday party like two months late. So that she could have a pool party.

57:43Be like Elle Chodi. So be like Elle and just celebrate late. Yeah, just celebrate late. If that's when the hotels are cheaper. I'm therapist because at the ripe age of 26, I learned that I have a secret half-brother that my mom has been hiding from me and my sister. What makes matters worse is that we know him. Sorry, it was in all caps. And he was slyly introduced as a quote family friend. Turns out years of Christmas presents and family get-togethers were how my mom stays connected to her one and only son. They kept it from us for so long because he's the product of an affair my mom had 20 or so years ago before we were born.

58:15How do I move on from this betrayal and do I try to have a relationship with this quote brother of mine help? Holy shit, I don't know.

58:22Brett Chody:I don't know either. Like holy fuck. I don't know. I feel bad for the mom. There is a certain point in age when you realize that parents are just grown up adults or grown up children and it's the worst feeling ever and I think that just happened to you and I'm so sorry. And it happens to everyone at some point. And I think you have to give your mom a little bit of grace. I really do. like what you don't know really you don't know i mean but you can like i think two things can be true at once there can be betrayal and then she can still be your mom and like also yeah why not i mean i don't know you know if you already knew know the guy like you don't need to be like well i guess we're brother and sister like you know what i mean like yeah just you know i don't know i don't know i don't know i actively don't know me either therapy yeah therapy i need help reacting to something this guy I've been hooking up with is constantly picking stuff up around my apartment and cleaning surfaces etc what's the problem like the only time he isn't is when we're having sex lmao I appreciate the sentiment but I think it's more that he's like he's grossed out by his surroundings like is this an ick am I overthinking it what does this mean I think it's normal to be in a relationship with someone who's opposite to you in terms of like cleanliness and stuff and I actually think that's kind of charming yeah but if he like can't stop cleaning like maybe have him over when like everything is spotless and like see what he does oh good advice and then if he's like still cleaning then it's like weird i think well maybe yeah or maybe he's just like an anxious cleaner maybe he's anxious around you you don't think i mean i just think it's weird to like clean like all the time like if he's literally cleaning all the time except when they're having sex like that's weird my grandfather died in may and my family just inherited his big ass farm like 160 acres of land my dad and my uncle are splitting the farm 50 50 we are learning a lot of crazy shit about my family and one of the craziest things is that my uncle has been trying to start some sort of cult on his portion of the farm my family is really confused and doesn't know what to do i love a cult wait i know but like you can't let your uncle start a cult.

1:00:34Yeah, you can't. Oh my God. No, no, no.

1:00:38Brett Chody:It'd be such a sick documentary though. Like the one half of the farm fights the cult and the other, oh my God, what? No, you can't let him start a cult. Like you have to have an intervention. Yeah, I think your dad should get involved or something. And be like, you cannot start a cult under my watch. Yeah, like we'll call the police. And maybe like watch a few cult documentaries to learn how to handle it. So I prescribe that. Yes, yes. like um nexium and um the jim jones one what's the jim jones one the island and or no it wasn't an island um it was like this plot of land in south america and um he convinced all of his followers to move there and you know the saying don't drink the kool-aid that's from that yeah because he gave everyone kool-aid with cyanide oh that was the suicide yeah the mass suicide oh wow Oh, that's where don't drink the Kool-Aid comes from?

1:01:26Brett Chody:Yeah. Is that interesting? Or like drink the, you know what I mean? I wonder what phrase like from our generation will have a lasting effect like that. Same. Like. It's yours. It's yours. Maybe like YOLO. YOLO for sure. I'm trying to think of like a phrase. I don't know. I don't know. Well, Brad, what did we learn today? I learned so much about Lily Allen and Bonnie Bear. And I think that that was really awesome. And last episode, you taught me a lot about Carly Rae. And I was wearing a Carly Rae shirt. And now I'm wearing a Bonnie Bear shirt. And it's my birthday episode. Yeah. So that's what I learned, I think.

1:02:11Brett Chody:And I really liked picking out our songs for like if we robbed the Louvre. Oh, I learned a lot about the Louvre robbery. Yeah. That was so fun. Yeah, that was really fun. Okay, well. Me. Ah! She wasn't going pee. Oh, she wasn't? What's she bringing? Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Oh, Manny. Happy birthday to you, Jay. Happy birthday to you. Okay, I'm making a wish. Do you like the photo? Did you pick it out? Oh, I love you, B. Thank you. Okay, I'm making a wish.
