1:43Hey, hey, it's the Friday Club. The weekend's here, get in that pub. It's Friday Club. Bing, bang, bosh. With all of your favorites from under the cuss. So if you want to share a story or relive a form of glory, butter the wheat or clapping them cheeks, Baby, you got caught by the mother-in-law having a wank. It's all here on the Friday Club.
2:09It's all here on the Friday Club. I'm going into a... It's not an email. It's nothing that's been sent in. Just a news article that I saw this week. A young woman has been left with horrific injuries after leaving a sex toy inserted during an MRI scan. the unnamed 23 year old had a silicon butt plug in her back package package her back passage while undergoing medical imaging and is said to have suffered a dangerous reaction to the scanner the mri uses strong magnetic and radio waves to create highly detailed images of inside your body and it's important to remove any metal objects from your body before having one but unbeknown to the woman, the sex toy that she was using, which she thought was 100 % silicon, actually contained a metal core.
3:05I think there's grounds for sewing here. This might need cutting, but am I out of order for that to be a bit of a turn-on? That she's been in the waiting room and thought, I've got half an hour here. I'll pop it in. I'm going to stick it up there. Not out of order at all, Chris. No? No. That's good, that, isn't it? Yeah. I hope she's alright, though. I mean, under normal circumstances, like maybe go and see the doctor, dentist or whatever, but she's going for an MRI scan, which they clearly tell you you've got to remove anything, any milluscule of risk that there's a bit of metal in that thing.
3:38But she thinks it's rubber, doesn't she? Yeah, she thinks it's fully siliconed up. Siliconed up. It finished up in a rib cage. Why, did it move? Did it move? It's all magnets. Yeah, it's all magnets. So it's pulled it through her arse into a rib cage. Fucking hell, I wonder. what that felt like for her. The cause of the... This caused the adult item to be dragged through her body, causing the patient to scream in pain. So, basically, never wear a butt plug. Do you wear a butt plug? Insert a butt plug for an MRI appointment. Do you know, like, she's screaming and that. The nurses are running. Like, what's the first thing she said?
4:19I've had a butt plug in my hand. How would you put it in? Do you know where I'm coming from, though, Johnny? Yeah, it can get a bit boring, the MRI scans. Yeah, just lay there. But you know, like, if a butt plugs in... Are you getting any pleasure? Do we know once it's in? Do we know? They must do something, because they just leave it up there, don't they? I don't know. Have we spoke about them remote-controlled vibrators before? We haven't. Have you had a go? I've had a bash in the past. Good. What, out and about? What, you're at work? no so obviously it's for you really because you're in it's like an app you've got the control mad them apps haven't they so you can just turn it up or down say if you're out in public situations where inappropriate to have a vibrator on you've got the control we can be in control and just give it one of them oh so like I don't know just get in a sandwich yeah just turn it up turn it up to 100 good that as well I always like to be yeah I like to be in control Oh.
5:21Shall we all do like secret Santa? Would you be up for that in public? No, because I think she knows I'm too childish. I'm just going 100 full stop for the whole night. For a night out? Yeah, she's on for the lot. It could be dangerous though if you, you know, if knees go at bar. Mm-hmm. Oh, I don't know if they're a good shirt at all. But the thing is, nobody else is going to go, well, she's obviously got a vibrator in there, hasn't she? You're not going to think that. What are you thinking then? and she's just like blind shitting. Yeah, having a seizure or something. Have you done this? Yeah.
5:56In public? What? Like, what was your venue? Pub. Pub? Mm-hmm. When did you... That wine's got to get me in bother. So I'll tell you what, if you haven't got your... Ladies, listen to this. If you haven't got... Put your Santa's list in. And funny enough, we've got a 50 % offer. I mean... Put the code COSH. Is it a vibrator? It's like a... Is it the... A little love egg thing. Yeah. Oh, eggs. It's obviously linked to the... You can link it to your phone. Different settings and that. Lights. I think there was a light feature. Oh, that's so... Oh, look at hell. What, she's like a whole song over in 2000.
6:36She's just walking out. She's just walking through pub with a blue knee on her. Walk at disco light. Is she getting fingered by you to your bar? Yeah. I don't think I don't think I might put it on a list would you would you would you see that as a present for you or would you see it as a present for your wife partner I'd be too I think I'd be too I think it's one of them for both innit like if you're both game for yeah I know but is it game for a laugh no because it's it's gonna be pretty intense I'm with you though John I'm too childish I'm fucking about I'm not I think I don't think it'd be a sexual thing for me.
7:19More of a childish thing. I think it would be to a certain extent, but then I just couldn't help myself. You know when you're speaking up front to house in a restaurant or somewhere, and then you just go, wait! Table for two! You's are going to be half turned on when you say her eyeballs go on the back of her head. Oh, yeah. Well, getting on your Christmas list. Getting in your stank. Thanks to everybody who came to Doncaster, by the way, last Friday. That leads us on to this thing here, yeah. We've spoken here a lot about, well, the snooze that we have and how many nights it's ruined in the past.
7:53Basically, if you don't smoke or vape or whatever and you have one of these nicotine pouches, it's just a reducer. It's end of night, isn't it? Yeah. Remember when I went during a podcast? Yes, you've left. Were you sick? I wasn't sick, but I had that. Water jets. Anybody who's, I mean, you got me onto them. And I used to, back in the day, we both did, didn't we? On a drink, we'd get on the odd Marlboro Light, and then you got us on the Siberias, and they can just turn you like that. And we were recording. Pipes, Matty Piper. Matty Piper just went. I remember just getting up in the middle of the podcast, straight in the toilet, I'm in trouble here.
8:37I'm in trouble. Cubicled sweat dripping off my head. Normally when people ask, I'll warn them. I'm sure you do as well. I'll say honestly no. But anyway, I've come off the stage the other night and I've got to speak to two lads. And one of the lads was just stood there, not really taking part in the conversation. So his mates going, give him one of them snusers. And I didn't deliver the warning. So he's just taken one. He's taken one and went our separate ways. And then Saturday morning, so the morning after, lads, no names. Love last night, blah, blah, blah. Brownie just thought you'd like to know my mate spewed twice on himself in the taxi in the taxi as well he had to bin his shacket in a bush after the first one and he had to get rid of his t-shirt after the second one ending up in just jeans and trainers cold and old by the way Friday it wasn't half I had to bribe the taxi driver with£20 to take us home my mate has messaged this morning saying Brownie poisoned me that was his first introduction to snooze cheers please see video attached and he's gone on oh this is the next this'll lead into the john it's all right i didn't want the bed back anyway hold that thought and i'll just play the ring doorbell footage so is this him getting home this is him getting home from the night
10:09I lost my fucking shirt I'm dead I'm dead I'm dead oh my gosh I'll be in the room I just need to chill out I want to see I love you it's a love you innit I love you I mean it all that's brilliant that's the first time I've seen I know you sent it but he wouldn't load I wouldn't have no oh my gosh he's obviously thought I'm going to be I'm going to be in bother here I love you bit of coal wasn't it cold Friday night it must have been fucking freezing that's brilliant that what is it I'd ask for permission to post it but I don't know I feel I think it's not too bad is it nah but it is funny that ring doorbell's dangerous innit do you really want to do you really want to know what you were like when you came in you know when you're bad bad yeah when you're I'm bumping into a garage and that and falling off the front of the car and stuff.
11:07You think, oh, what am I doing? I'm 43. Were you when you first got into snoot? Was it like... Was it like... 25, maybe? There's hit pieces now, isn't there, in the media about footballers and snoots. But it's been around for years. But there's positive research now to suggest that it's good for you. Is there? Yeah. Oh, for fuck's sake. Apparently it's good for your memory. Is it? Is that what it is? Apparently. I can tell you now. I can tell you that's false. That is false information. In fact, that's a load of bollocks. Who introduce you? John? Who introduce you? Danny Higginbottom and Carl Ofkins at Stoke.
11:54So when I went to Stoke... I thought they were definitely going to be Scandinavians. Yeah, Carl Ofkins is... Mail Belgium. That's not Scandinavia, is it? No, but still. Yeah, I'll art that way. I don't know if Danny went on loan somewhere, did he? From Manu. Right. They used to send them over. Maybe Belgium. Belgium. So it might be big in Belgium and all. It's still not Scandinavia. No, it's still not. It's still not quite far enough, is it, for Scandinavia. But yeah, when I went to Stoke, I were on probably 15 Marlboro lights a day. Yeah. At 26, 25, whatever I were. And then when I got to Stoke, they said, oh, try one of these.
12:31and they were like, oh, this is good. This is fucking very good. Did you ever play with them in? Mm-hmm. Did you? Yeah. Blackburn? Yeah. Do you not find that they relax you too much? No. Never played with them. The record at Blackburn would say. You were that relaxed, you were fucking horizontal. It says here, yeah, nicotine activates brain receptors that protect neurons and reduce inflammation. therapeutic promise for depression, ADHD. But we can pretty much dispel all of this. Tourette's and schizophrenia. Fuck! So basically, I've obviously, I've just had to have a new knee because I've got an arthritic knee, so that's a load of bollocks.
13:17My memory is absolutely horrific. Your ADHD is off your tits. Yeah. So that's a load of bollocks. I'm saying that. We've just researched that. What were you on about bed? Have your bed back? Oh, no. Oh. Oh. I like that noises. Remember last week when he was egging you on when you started? Right, yeah. You started so you're finished. Magnus Magnusson. Have a sip of Ribena? No. I think there could be a Friday Club first. Refusal. Basically, I'm...
13:55Somebody who came to the live show, apparently, at some point in my past, I broke his bed. We'll leave it at that. What do you mean? Just something to read an email, Art. No, at some point I broke his bed. What were you, like, jumping on it? Right, I'm going in, lads. See, I think that's worse leaving it. Urgent advice for John. Shut the fuck up. Urgent advice for John. You are the equivalent of a loose clunge. Fed up of John saying he's a dribbler, you can change this, in capitals. Your pelvic floors are weak as shit. Start reformer pilates twice a week for a month and you'll start squirting away.
14:46Trust me. Oh, dribbler when you're jizzing. Right. I thought you were on about piss dribble. It's only that, to be honest. as your bone idol maybe do normal pilates or some home pelvic floor and core exercises again in capitals thank me later you're welcome come back to us when you have sought the issue and believe me you will feel on top of the world and a total dominant alpha if you surprise your missus while she's on her back by pulling out and jizzing all the way up her tits but the target really is her face or hair. Is this a male or female? A fella, this. After a few months of me doing it, I realised how weak I was in that area.
15:30I started squirting everywhere and coming more. More sex driving also. I even now, 50 % of the time, come twice in the same load. All three pilates? If you know, you know. Couple of emojis. Winkies. Don't keep me anonymous. I'm up it from books. cheers boys up the cosh it's honestly brightened up my days especially when going through hard times blah blah blah can I just say I was a laughing stock when I said I used to come over me lugs you laughed us out the room didn't you well when really I was a high performance machine yeah thank you very much Uppy but I can't remember ever saying I want advice on this I can't remember saying oh I'm a bit concerned that I'm just dribbling is sending me to fucking not only Pilates some special sorts of Pilates and throwing in that he's born idle as well do you know what I was just going to say I think that's one of the worst insults that you can throw at someone but especially them words born idle it's worse than lazy innit yeah it's harder because it's something your mum had said you're born idle you're born idle and I'll be honest with you I've got no desire whatsoever to exactly it in air But he did say the benefits include increased libido.
16:51Yeah. Sound, minus five. I think that's a positive. But never have I heard any... I mean, ladies, again, maybe get in touch if it is a discussion that you have. But I've never heard a woman say, oh, I wish you could come further. I know, but it must be a bit of an ick when, if you just look at it, just a little... Not as much a nicker like that, lying on your back and think, oh, fucking hell, he's got it in my eye. What a guy. Fucking hell, this is the best I've ever had this. Oh, look at it down in my fringe. Oh, sweet. Do they actually like it, though? What, Seema? Yeah, we've had emails of them.
17:28I'm sure there's some who do. Do you know if you were with a woman who was like, you know, like they are in Poland, them, the two movies, do you think that she would like, are you trying a bit hard? Would I? Yeah. Oh, 100%. I've said this before. What, if she's like, ah! Yeah. Straight in me pussy, you know. Fuck me in the pussy. But what about if they were going for the old, like, you know, facial? Oh, that's a different kettle of paper. This is what I'm talking about. Do they actually like it? It's not nice, is it? It's good that they're taking part. I think it's more, I think, yeah. Everybody likes them to make an effort, don't they?
18:06Do you think that's the influence of pornography? I'm going, I'm going. I'm going a bit deeper now. Maybe, yeah. Because surely it's not nice to have that, to have it all over your face, is it? I mean, you don't even, like, spit, let alone semen. Yeah, some, I'm sure some will. And I know a lot of lads who say, a girl will never wankers off like I wank myself off. So imagine the satisfaction they would get, the girl, if they did do it. Because there's a lot of women out there that won't be able to make you come with her because you know how you like it and whatever. But when you masturbate? Yeah.
18:46But if they do it, if you're not having sex. There can be a bad wank at all, can't there? Yeah. There can't be a bad wank. Yeah, 100%. Yeah. That's exactly what I'm saying. The awkward moment. Not the moment, but sometimes a prolonged period of time where the wank is bad. It's an awkward handover. What do I do here now? The handover. Yeah. Just move it to the side. It's all right. We'll go self-serve. I'll take it from here. You've done all you can do, Pat. Yeah, it is awkward. Then you can go in there. I wouldn't have achieved that with the first 20 minutes of you. You just nearly ripped it off.
19:28You did the hard yards. I've just took all the glory. It is. To the point where it's going numb. Do you know what I mean? We've all been there. she's like a rally driver on gear stick Colin McRae it's like have you done it with your other hand that's a bit like it's not you in it you haven't painted your nails as well but when they get it right it's that where a chef's kiss but so thanks for your advice but I never fucking asked for it there's no wrong with my masculinity and my alphaness and all that bollocks Skybet celebrates true football fans those who follow the team through thick and thin, home and away, rain or shine.

23:22This lie was, him and his friend had a threesome with his other mate's step-mom and the dad watched. What? Him and his friend had a threesome with his other mate's step-mom and the dad watched. And he's put in brackets, she's put in brackets, dad is the step-mom's partner. There's one big loser in this. Obviously her. Wait a minute. Dad is the step-mom's partner. But his mate. So it's his mate's dad. yeah and stepmom and stepmom yeah and he's watching two of his son's mates he told me he wasn't involved and it was just his mate that shagged his mate stepman on multiple occasions of us going out he would joke about it and wind his mate up and i genuinely was clueless until his mate accidentally called him the right hand man and the other mate the left hand man i finally put two and two together.
24:15Bear in mind the step-mam is probably in her 40s and has a young son with the dad. I've had to see the dad in person and I bet he looked at me thinking your boyfriend shagged my 40-year-old missus and I watched which makes the matter even worse. Who even shags their mate's step-mam in the first place never mind with her partner the dad watching on. I'm not sure who I feel sorry for. The mate who's dad and step-mam it is on myself. This is a weird story that you can use on your podcast as my ex-partner loves to listen to you most Fridays on the way to football. See, we're not in this game, are we lads?
24:58I'm going to throw it out there, right? If he's single and his left-hand man's single, they've done no wrong have they if everybody's consenting and willing to yeah but that isn't the case is it John was it before the did you say if it were before the met yeah she hasn't said oh right she hasn't said but I think what she's getting at is that he's lied that he wasn't involved right because they've spoke about it in but company I'm not defending but there's no definitive proof am I right in saying that she's just putting two and two together? They haven't got a nose for these sort of things than women, Chris.
25:40No. But he's made a joke and she's come to an assumption. No, I think when she's... Is it definitive? Yeah, because they've had the big argument and then they're not together. So I'm guessing... Right, okay. It's festo. So it's the lies, isn't it? Yeah, well... Do you think if it had just owned up? Again, it depends if they were together or not. I wonder if the son, the mate, knows about his dad and the step-mom. I know. He is a loser. Yeah. I think that's a worse... What's the word? I think that's worse than... Is that wrong to say it? You've got to think of a word, just to the sentence again.
26:20Yeah, we out the word and click your fingers. It's a worse... I think that's a worse breach of trust. But it's not... Is it? if you were with her because it's your mate they've obviously been invited in haven't they it's not a worse breach of trust but there's two heavy shagging your mates step mum bad but no but it's not is it it is bad why if a step dad's encouraged it and game for it alright then so you you find out that we've been shagging your mum not my mum is it step mum Step-man. I've not got one, but... I know what you're trying to say, but I don't think... You don't think I'm putting it across properly?
27:08That's the main issue here, Chris. I think the main thing is... So what... I'll tell you what would be interesting. If she could email back. If she could email back. If he had just said, look, just to let you know, me and Baldy, we had a threesome with Brownies, dad and step-mum, whatever happened. Yeah. Is it a threesome, isn't it? Because he watched. So would it have been fine then? Would you think it should have been like, well, I'm not really happy about that, but... Would that be a breach of trust? If what? If... Alan stood in wardrobe.
27:50He'd get too excited, Bob. He'd have to join in.
27:56Go on, now. Go on, now. Yeah, I don't want to think about that. Yeah, if he'd have straight away just said, oh, yeah, it happened, would she have... Would they still not be together? Is the lie worse than the actual crime? Well, this is not a crime, is it? I know, John. It's just play on words. Crime. Isn't that a crime? Was it the lie, the straw that brought the camels back, or the fact that your partner and his mate had a threesome with his mate's step-mom with the dad watching. Heavy, heavy stuff. But that's fucking filth, isn't it, from the step-dad? I'm the step-man? Yeah, well, we don't live in that sort of world, do we?
28:44So we can't fathom out what people are thinking and that. I mean, he's been sloppy by bringing it up. Well, she's there. Taking the piss out of. Yeah, that's a bit like rubbing it in her face, isn't it? but he's just leaving himself open you think he's gone so sloppy that he's got a bit of a kick out of being able to take the piss out of his mate knowing that it's a multi layered frill that he's talking about it knowing that he won't say anything but he's actually involved and she doesn't know I don't know I don't think there's any need for that I'd only let it go so far then I'd be like be very careful you be very careful your mum's fit and loose.

29:28And loose.
29:31Over the years, you build up on what you can and can't send you in company and that. You know the crack. As soon as parents get involved, no. Nobody wants to be thinking about anything to do with that, do they? No. Shall we put that to bed? Bit of a light-hearted one. I think so, yeah. Bit of good news. Yeah. Morning, gentlemen. gentlemen, not really an update for the listeners, more for yourselves, but the Kosh twins have arrived. Oh, excellent. This was trap three. Yes. But yeah, we are going back. That was early doors. Trap one, two, and three. We advised which one to go for. We end up taking our advice.
30:15And despite being due in early January, they arrived via emergency C-section at the end of October. weighing just over a kilogram each. Both girls are doing great, but will spend the next few weeks in neonatal intensive care until you're well enough and chunky enough to come home. Mum is recovering well and we are both delighted. Once again, up the cosh. Anonymity, still appreciated. Photo of me and the Ben's attached, but please keep it to yourselves. Have a look. See a picture of Christine and Joanna? So that is probably... Fucking hell, how did he have three birds on going? They're ugly, did he?
30:54Fucking hell. I want to have dinner. I want to take him ratting. I want to make congratulations. Brilliant. That's like, it's heartwarming, that, isn't it? You know what I mean? We are a massive factor in them little twins, aren't we? I'd like to think we're getting invited to the christening. I'm not big on christenings. No, the wedding. Yeah. Yeah. I'm not big on christenings. I prefer a funeral over a christening. Oh, crikey. I know what you're saying. Better spread. Better do after. No tunes, though. Have you ever thought about your funeral? Well, no. Our luster's father has. He wants fucking...
31:37It's going to cost us about fucking 25 grand. He wants fucking awesome carriage and that, doesn't he? Was he? Like Queen's Gwynn. Yeah. Well, that's Scott. He wants that. He wants a fucking lot. Do you know what? I'm going to go for minimum cost. I'll have the cardboard coffins. Look for them pure ones. Yeah, whatever the cheapest option is, I'll go for that and put all money behind the bar. Get a DJ on and just have a blast. And show your stories. The green chinos will do it. The cardboard box will go. They'll have technology burning them. It is for the band. They'll be used as fuel. Don't worry about it.
32:19Chris has put their money behind the bar. Everybody get half a piece. Oh, what a guy. Imagine everybody stood there. I can still smell them, can you? He could have had a fucking shower. I don't even wash them down. I don't have pure cremations. Fancy dress? I don't know. Is that too far? I don't think it's... I don't know. I'm traditional, me, I think. I'm a traditional. Yeah. Yeah. I would like there to be a party after that. Same. Yeah. I'm just in fancy dress. Maybe like... Invite out. Everybody has to turn up in fancy dress. It'll get everybody going. Yeah. What about a couple of chicken dippers?
33:03I'm coughing.
33:07You don't, aren't you? It doesn't matter. What song would you go into? Living in a box. living in a cardboard box. Well, you're not going to go into one, are you, if you have one of them pure ones? Well, I'm having a cardboard box. That's where they just take you away and then that's you. They just fetch your ashes back. There's no do at all. Can you go no coughing at all? You can just bring me in over your shoulder. Just in a middle. Five and slipped. Then I'll smell. Just on table, like, chicken, like a slab of meat. Yeah, fuck, you know how that would work? work but now our last father wants bloody awesome drawn cart and everything all right is he gonna get us i suppose he left to win it red arrows in i'd like to i'd like to be at the front you know riding it not riding the horse obviously for us but you know i mean the front range why i've never done it before You don't have to wait for him to die if you have a go on horse and cart.
34:15Get down carny on a Sunday. I know, let him enjoy it. Just like I thought I'd have a good treat for him, that. Go up front. They tell me about when Katie bought me a horse riding lesson from Red Letter days. You as well? Not remember. We spoke about it, yeah? Yeah. It can't be long enough. And you were too heavy? Oh, well, you know that anyway, yeah fucker but we had to send us waiting and whoa cancel we ain't got no big enough no shite no shite your arses it was something like 15 16 stone or something like every issue could be like so we obviously put in what we are looking 18 and 19 at time oh no reverse reverse so what else can we do we said well you can go on a quad like what about Air balloon.
35:11You're meant to go in and put a crane. Air balloon, right. No, you're not getting the problem, are you?
35:23That's a shiny double fort, double helium. Get you both up, you fat bastards. So what did you do? Refund? Yeah. Yeah. Refund. That's what I know else really want to do. What nothing for... Well, what else do you want to do? Well, what else do you want to do? It's a lovely gesture, though. A thought that counts.
35:45I don't want to go fucking... Has anybody ever bought you a red letter there? No. Is that like when you go in the cars and similar to that? Yeah, stuff like that, yeah. You? Rose bought me a wild camping survival weekend. Why had you done so bad to deserve that? Never went. Did you? No. You know when you're like, oh, bloody hell, we've still got that, and then you look and it expired. three months ago. Was that for you and Rose? Or was it you and your mates? What, you think she just sent me off? Just me on my own. She just wrote a letter to herself and put red letter down the top. Got a tent. Sound.
36:21Yeah, but like, you know when, this is years ago, this, you know when Burr Grylls were at his eye, I used to like watching, so two and two together, she's like, we like watching Burr Grylls, I don't know what's getting through Christmas. You can go and sleep in once under some leaves for a weekend. I like watching Countdown, but I don't really want to go on it. As well as the remote control vibrator Christmas list. Get the new COST shirts. Get them on my list. And obviously you've released the pictures and none of us are looking great, are we? No. I must admit, I'd had a heavy weekend. I looked a little bit...
36:56You've got centre stage as well. It is your day eye to put weight on me. I've noticed you're not drinking today. No. Has that been a catalyst? Bad one. Go on, be honest. Bad. So we're talking about it. And I went, ah, that picture's out, isn't it? And he went, he stitched me up, I need that Matty.
37:19What do you mean? He went, well, there must have been a better angle than that.
37:27He's getting his trainers cut up tomorrow, he says. I went, John, you need to take some accountability here. Yeah, fair enough. Just for context, we've released the new shirts and we put the first image out, which is us three stood in a triangle formation. Would you say you're in the middle, me left, John right? Yeah, it's not the most flattering. In fact, we need deleting, doesn't it? No matter if we don't sell the shirts. The seams on John's shirt are putting in one hell of a shift. I tell you, it's my hips and my jeans. High hips. Yeah, so everything's resting above. he stitched me up that matter so it was somebody else's fault exactly I went then them fucking jobs better not come to Dubai because they're getting cut up he stitched me up there must have been a better angle than that man surely to fuck but fuck me I'm telling you he could have fucking helped me out he could have done some pencil brushing his rumour thing is he got he half got serious on the way down he's like it's not the best advert for nails is it I went no to the opposite them seams are durable It's going to be your derby in them.
38:37Fred can't. It's clicking on for his life, man. Double up some rugby shirt, couldn't it? But yeah, fucking hell. Yeah, he stitched me up. So if you listen to this, Matthew, be very, very careful when we go away next week. Do you know what? It does fascinate me. Fat men. That's not a natural segue, but you know, there are different body types. You know, you get them... Them blokes, it was solid. They're fat, but they're solid. Like granddad belly. It's just all ear. Yeah. And it looks like if you went for a gut punch, you'd hit your fist. Yeah. And then you get others that are all big and wobbly up top.
39:21Stick thin legs. How has that happened? I don't know. And then you get others that have got almost a gunt. Like they've got the zip around with the flies. See, when I put weight on it, it goes on my arse. My heart's in my face. Well, you know, I've got the hamster cheeks. Mine seems to go most places in my body. Well distributed. Joking apart, though, did you look at it and go, right now, I need to do something about it? You aren't ribina tonight. I know, because I don't really feel like a drink, if I'm honest. I've got a very busy week. Serious. Fucking shock. You know what? I'll tell you what, it has made me think.
40:01I just cut the one and two and threes out. you know like the one I would say three or four pints two or three pints I thought I'll cut them off well I've got I was saying earlier I've got two stone to lose by Monday so I'm going to try my best and I've got two nights out before then by the way I met up with yeah I'm not an alcoholic no but like I don't mind having a couple before my tea a couple of bottles before my tea, the big block, big ones. So if you do that two or three times a week, and then if I go for a game of golf, you'll have two or three pints after golf. So I'm in for like 10 pints there.
40:46And then if you have a night art, I'm in for 15. So I'm in for 25. How many calories a pint? 280, 300-ish. Do you know what I don't get with you though? So you mentioned there a couple before your tea. You'll have, we'll say three or four, and you have your tea and then that's it. Someone says, do you want a drink? No. Yeah, you've got the switch, haven't you? I'll have a Diet Coke. Once you're done, you're done. What's the point in having them? Because I rate like them. I rate like having a couple of beers. But then you have food and you don't. No, because once I start having a drink, on top of food, it just bloats me.
41:24I'm like, no, I'm not bothered. What's your favourite pint? Peroni. No, no. I mean, scenario, place. Post-18 holes. Yeah, you've got a holiday. After the game of golf. It's hot. It's hot. Yeah. After the game of golf, it's a nice tipple. So you like an airport one? I'm not fussed about the airport six o 'clock pint. I think I'm... I wouldn't say I'm mad for it, but I always have it because I feel as though I'm missing out if I don't. Yeah, I could easily... When we went, we... in fact when I went with Katie I don't know whenever I went three weeks two whatever three months ago we went for you know the after you'll be on a bar seat you know that lounge jobby where you get your breakfast and all your ale so we nearly missed playing our final call final call because I'd paid for it right and I wanted to find as many dine as I could before I had my breakfast and I wouldn't be able to drink after my breakfast so I'm like I think I had I think I had four pints right and it's like so I went oh that's me I'm going to get my breakfast and that and she's like it's final call final call so I went to rush you didn't even get your breakfast I had to rush my breakfast I didn't long and leave it but I wanted to get four pints in because I paid for them this episode is brought to you by Google Chrome you think you know a browser but Gemini and Chrome that's new it can help you with practically anything on the web like restoring a vintage motorcycle from a 50 page restoration block or finally break down that long article you've had open for weeks.

Get yourself that heavy discount and a 30-day money-back guarantee with no VPN. crusty superman pajamas am i a terrible person oh hi lads i have a story for me few years few years back that came back up in the lads group at the pub the other day after seeing the last in question and i need your help to decide if i'm a bad person like half the lads in the group think i am it is good to be at that level where imagine it lads in a pub discussing something like oh you're a dirty bastard you no i'm not well that's the kosh sending into the lads it was a sunny saturday in july 2018 england had just beat sweden to reach the world cup semi-final drinks are flowing and the lads are all out for an overdue night out we watched the game in newcastle with drinks starting at 10 30 a.m and by the end of the game most of us were completely wankered we decided to head back to our local town for a night out instead as it's close at the home and we were all a bit knackered in the local pub i got chatted up by a blonde lass i'd say an eight out of ten decent looking girl with the best rack i have ever seen we ended up going back to hers and we were chatting downstairs for 30 minutes when she said she was tired and going up to bed with her saying, are you coming up or what?
47:05When she was halfway up the stairs. That's a lovely offer, isn't it? I'm just going to stay here and have another drink, love. Coming up from five. As I was following her up, she made sure to tell me we weren't having sex that night. What? Mm-hmm. We got into bed and started playing tonsil tennis when she took her hand downstairs and started stroking the pork sword. Oh. It's not a hard no, is it? Do you think that's just for her, like, in her own head thinking, no, I'm not doing it. Make myself feel better. Yeah, like, oh, I probably shouldn't be doing this, but I'll tell him I'm not and then, oh, I'm going anyway.
47:45If he takes advantage, he takes advantage. Yeah, and then she grabs his cock. They're a fucking trollop. After a bit of finger action, she told me that the no sex rule was off the table for the night. fucking hell breaking strain of a Kit Kat Jesus Christ just that now I'm taking it off the table do you know when I mentioned we were having sex I'd like you to have sexual intercourse with me ASAP please after 10 minutes I was ready to release the poison I pulled out and ended up finishing on her back being the romantic that I am I grabbed a towel and cleaned her back after which she got up and had a quick wash I would have to care.
48:28Yeah. We'd have to care from both. Yeah. Yeah. That was until the morning when she told me her day was full of housework and washing. She then picked up the towel I chucked on the floor. It turns out it wasn't a towel and it was her son's Superman pyjamas. Oh, no. Not in the S. No. Not in the S. Webs in it. When Superman and Spider-Man come to you. Yeah. I misjudged that. She didn't realise that I wiped the poison with her son's pyjamas and said I wondered where they were and put them back in the drawer in her son's bedroom. Oh, no, no, no, no, no. I did debate taking them out and binning them.
49:11Then I thought I would look a bit odd going through a young boy's wardrobe, so I thought I should just dress and leave, which is exactly what I did. I told the lads in the pub and they said I was a terrible person for leaving them. Yep. So my question is to you, what would you have done cheers lads I think you've just got to say oh I think I might have used them last night love for the wipeage yeah because he's done that wrong he's just give up one of them down the side of the bed yeah yeah I think that's that's where the mistakes lie learn to put him in the in the draw no no no you panic though in that situation I think he's a bit on Gover but you've got to realise he's realised you're not thinking logically are you I think I am I think I'm like no no I think I might have used them last night for the clean up operation I'm really sorry I just thought it were a towel yeah and she can just shut up in it wash her sound so I think the big question is is he a terrible person for not doing that he should have done or can we let him off we just slap on wrist yeah I think he's panicked any he's not told and then he's got a bit out of control we are putting him back in draw and then it's too far gone.
50:25Yeah. Maybe even sending her a text. Yeah. Yes. He needs to go. Oh, I've just realised. Do you know what? Do you know what? Last night, I think those pyjamas you picked up, I think I might have used them. I go along the lines of something. You're right. Thank you so much for last night. Yeah. It's one of the best nights I've ever had. You are amazing. Bit too much. No, you've got to. I am a fucking gentleman, Chris. just a quick note just been thinking about our night of passion and the jammers that you put back in your son's wardrobe is the jammers that I used to clean my Harry Monk up with take care JP nah it's too much yeah you've laid it on too thick just a shit yeah exclamation exclamation I've just remembered slash thought yeah your kids' pajamas are covered in Harry Monk just thought on Spider-Man's Superman's covered in Spider-Man but you're not a terrible person no you should have acted sooner he's panicked I'd like to think he's made to winding him up yeah and if he's not if he's not bothered about getting a number maybe leave a note the pajamas are covered in cum kiss kiss yeah maybe a thumb throw a thumb on when was the last time you had a wee with a hard on hurts I don't know it didn't hurt it's just impossible impossible It's not.
51:53Not impossible, but it's a struggle. Sit down, a lot easier. Yeah, I sit down and push it down. If I get up in the middle of the night for a piss and I get hard on, I'll have to push it down. And it's uncomfortable, isn't it? No wonder it hurts. It's uncomfortable piss. I always sit down anyway in the middle of the night because I can't be arsed with the aim. Yeah, well, I sit down in the middle of the day. How do you get it? No wonder it hurts if you push it down. No, you've got to put your back a bit. But you know, the more that you piss... Yeah, the flaccider it gets. Yeah, it leaves you the more you piss.
52:26See, I went for the lunge. Have you never gone for the lunge? What, in the toilet? Yeah, stood up still, left foot forward, and just that way, and it wasn't painful at all. Oh. But it's an awkward position to hold. I can't believe you sit down. Oh, aye. Sit down. Right, further back. Yeah, and then push it forward. Probably a 40 degree angle. But anything below 45 degrees, is that 45 degrees? Yeah, so you're probably... You're going against... Yeah, well, that's why it's uncomfortable. You probably need to go 60 degrees. Try a lunge. Nah. What, middle of the night? Fuck that. Can't be arse lunging.
53:14What person's going to think when he pulls his toilet? Have you heard the song? Pissing with a hard-on? just played it played at the end i think this one's a pat on the back lads firstly i wish to remain anonymous as i know a lot of lads that listen recently i've noticed a lot of emails being read out on friday club telling you lot how much you help people who are going to going through things so firstly i want to say you lads have no idea how much blah blah blah and if it wasn't for blah blah blah then i wouldn't be completely blah blah blah seriously though i've had the pleasure of meeting you all twice at live shows great company even when party called me a cunt for buying you all a shot of sambuca what a constraint like you gave me the time of day and ski sunday nose was buzzing when i told him i gave him his england debut on football manager is that me that's got to be me isn't it yeah I think so and he scored the winner in the cup final during lockdown the quizzes kept me going and it gave me something to look forward to I tried to do odd jobs around the house while I was listening to the podcast to keep me sane Mr Jambles had me in tears ah Kevin Campbell what a storyteller I've said to friends of mine who've been down listen to Friday Club it's like therapy for blokes I hope after messages similar to this that you have read out on Friday club, you realise what a massive impact you're having on people.
54:41You should be very proud of yourselves, lads. When you started this, I bet you had no idea the impact it would have. I genuinely think there are people alive today that otherwise wouldn't be, all because of your daft, piss-taking podcast, Up The Bastard Cosh. Brilliant, that, innit? Good gossy there. We spoke about the Doncaster show, didn't we, earlier, and it was great to have the lads from Andy's Man Club there and I think it was just nice to speak to them and we had 10 minutes with them didn't we and we'll play it after this but hearing their stories on why they seeked help on what the help did for them and the reasons for wanting to help people was just brilliant wasn't it like you said we'll listen to the chat that we had hope you don't mind we're going to I finished the episode with the chat that we had with Andy's Man Club and we can't take our hats off enough, the way that they're trying to break them stigmas and change that mentality of men not wanting to speak and being afraid to speak up and cliche men cry too.
55:55But everybody needs that escapism and that feeling comfortable to chat because for so long, I don't think men did feel comfortable and still don't feel comfortable to chat. See, I don't feel comfortable taking that praise. Yeah. I think that's what I'm trying to say. Yeah. That's what I'm trying to say. Yeah, no, I get you, John. I get what you're saying. But November's, obviously, Mental Health Awareness Month, I think was just nice to address it, spread a little bit of awareness. And if you are struggling, you know, we've spoke so many, we haven't spoke so many times. it sounds like inadvertently we've spoke about it, but we haven't, that the best remedy is talking about it.
56:36And, you know, even if it's not Andy's Man Club that we're going to hear from in a minute, all your mates give a shit. That's the one that, like, I know if one of my mates were feeling down, if one of you were feeling down, I'd like to think that we'd be able to fuck all that stigma off and be able to chat about it. We know that we all do give a shit about each other and each of his mates. Well said, Chrissy boy. Yeah, he is still a cunt for getting Sambuca light. So I just wanted to finish on that. You are still a cunt pal. But thanks for the drink. No, but we're going to just have five, ten minutes just hearing about Andy's Man's Club and what they're doing.
57:15It's just incredible. I'll tell you what we haven't given out for a while. The email address, because I've seen a few messages saying how do I email. So it's fridayclub at underthecosh.co.uk. yeah that's long ago I can't remember that is your job Chris I can't remember for stuff like that and live shows live shows it's Sunderland tonight sold out I think sold out Barnsley's sold out-ish yeah I think all those dates are available for next year I'm looking forward to it get your remote control vibrator on your hit list I tell you it would be class if a female came in one in and gave us the control yes could we do that could we make that happen I'm going to well you email that that would be incredible wouldn't it and we've got some more dates coming as well I know we've released them but a big one to be released yet Cardiff yes who's the guest Ginge James Collins that's going to be epic yeah I think he'll be able to drink his under the table players legend Redden have you said that no I haven't Redden with Glenn Little yes what a man Can we finish on this song?
58:27Go on. Back in my life slow. She's pulling me close. Halfway in, bladderspring. Babe, here we go. She says, don't you dare stop now. I'm hopping to the loop. Swear I'll be quick somehow. I'm busy with a hard-on. Missing the pain. You don't just don't understand. I'm pissing with a heart on Coming in the sea I'll be back to bed in a minute, baby Fuck this will be Oh, no, no Ryan, Ben, appreciate you coming down. We're in Scorthorpe Social Club. And Ryan, I got introduced to you. You know my legendary, my dad's legendary Scarborough trips in the Newcastle Packet? Yeah. First time I met Ryan, he was dressed up as my dad 70s sunland kit ginger perm wig big nose he had a stick on nose didn't you yeah yeah if you want to do it you might as well do it properly yeah you might as well going big but uh it's it's class to see us both again and so i remember having a conversation with you ryan about the andy's man club and what that you've joined and you started doing your little bit for them and we just thought was a good idea for us to come down and basically talk us through why you're involved with it what it is what people need to do to get involved so just give us an example if i'm struggling with mental health i haven't spoke to anybody how does it play out from seeing andy's man club uh a poster or whatever how does it how do you pan out from seeing that poster to coming to a meeting and what does the meeting consist of so what we'll do is any man who arrives obviously every monday between seven and nine we'll introduce them just before welcome them into the group show them about introduce them to all the facilitators and then from there we'll let them get a brew a biscuit and have a general chat and then we'll start the session after that we'll have three questions which stay the same each week so that first half is mainly if anybody's got anything to get off the chest which is what we're there for and sit and listen even if they don't want to talk because they're more than welcome just sit there and pass a ball around the group but sorry right does that happen where people come they're unsure where they want to be there and they're just kind of looking from afar and just take it all in yeah we have lads that'll arrive and we'll sit there for a few week and they're more than welcome just to pass that ball across when you say pass the ball does that mean when you've got the ball it's your time to talk yeah yeah so we have the ball when you have it like you say it's your time to talk or not to talk so they can pass that straight on and like you asked we do have people that will pass that ball on and not speak for a week or two or a couple of months but then eventually hopefully we're always there there's never pressure on them so we'll let them go at their own pace and there's no judgment on it at all.
1:01:55Say what I'd sure always passing the ball to the next person I think finding a man, I think I'd struggle to just throw it in the air and just think, somebody grab it, please. Somebody fucking grab it. Can I just ask, where did it start and why did it start? So Andy's Man Club started because Andrew Roberts took his own life early hours of a Tuesday morning, and hence why we do it on a Monday night. Your suicide rates are higher on a Monday. so Andy's brother-in-law Lou Cambler and Andy's mum Elaine Roberts were still heavily involved in AMC and we see them quite a lot they had the idea of setting up a coffee club for men to just go and chat before their emotions got out of control so from that idea there were a big social media campaign that it's ok to talk hashtag and the hashtag that one man and the first AMC was held in July of 2016.
1:02:56Nine blokes attended. And the way that essentially that Luke and Elaine's idea was that Andy felt like he couldn't reach out and he were really struggling. He'd had an argument with his missus and whatever had happened over the weekend. So if they could have a safe space where men could, in that same position, come along and potentially open up, chat, whatever else they want to do, that it might be able to help. and yeah, July 2016 Andy's Man Club were born in Halifax and the aim was within five years to have ten groups and within five years there were 50 groups and within nine years there's 328 up in that UK.
1:03:39It's amazing what you're doing just in terms of just changing that stigma. Do you know, loads of people who I imagine are struggling, it's just that outlet. where do you go? What do I do? Where do I turn to? Maybe they haven't got their mates or family that they can speak to and it's just refreshing to know that there is somewhere that you can just turn up. The way that I try and explain it is, like you just mentioned, Leo, it's stigma. That stigma's around men's mental health and men opening up. It's been there for that long. We kind of sometimes refer to it as pitman mentality because back in that time, you went to work, you put food on the table or whichever way we want to put it and you wouldn't then go to Boozer after and talk to your group of mates about your problems because they could construe that as a sign of weakness or they might take piss out of you or whichever way it would and I think that that's just carried on generationally to the point where mental health doesn't discriminate and we have blokes of all ages who come.
1:04:42It's not just young lads or middle-aged lads. we have a lot of older blokes who come as well. And the way of describing it as the pitman mentality is not like a thingy against that generation, but it's carried on and carried on to the point where men automatically feel like it's a sign of weakness and there's a stigma around it and you can't talk about it. So again, like what you said, even if it's not necessarily the icebreaker, but at some point you get the name out of them a couple of weeks or whatever it might be you can feel a buzz and you can feel that like weight at world's been lifted off the shoulders because even just saying the name they wouldn't even necessarily have to talk about what's going off in their life for that for them that's huge and to kind of get them to that position where three months ago they would have never have dreamt to walk into doors or a men's mental support group so for us it's it's really important that we've been open since 2016 and his man club i didn't hear about it till 2023 so there's still a lot of work to be done but again breaking down that stigma is i think the thing with it as well is it's not it's not an age thing is it because you could be happy as larry you've been married to your wife for 50 years she passes away you've got no one else and you're fucked and that's one thing that i think we wanted to touch on the, like you've just said, that way, losing your wife.
1:06:14We are a suicide prevention charity. That is our goal to stop men from committing suicide. However, you don't just have to be suicidal to come to Andy's Man Club. It could be that you've gone through bereavement or it could be money issues or you could be bored or lonely and not really have anybody in your life and you come along and it fills your week or sets your week up well. And we We have so many different variations of people who come for variations of reasons, but I do kind of want to make sure that every man out there knows that you don't have to be at the point of taking your own life to necessarily come.
1:06:51Like, a lot of the lads, after a year of potentially feeling that way, they get to a place where they don't feel like they need to come every week, but they want to come every week because they've made friends and it sets the week up good. So they're in a really good place now, but still want to come on a Monday. So that's mega for us. Do you think when they get to that point, they take it upon themselves to want to help other people who are in the same situation as what they were in? We started off as attendees. We were attending groups. Every facilitator has attended group for a period of time.
1:07:24That's the beauty of being a facilitator is giving back is it's a feeling like no other. and seeing that bloke who doesn't need to be there every week anymore, but he wants to because he enjoys it. It's magic, lads, genuinely. I can believe it's so rewarding. I mean, I know somebody who I said, look, I'll take you if you want. I never did, they never took me up on it, but can somebody else take, can somebody sit in the background with it? My mate out there, Dan, never really had any mental health issues. he took me and I made him promise me he'd stay with me for the first couple of months because I was shitting my pants and three years later he's still coming and he's a facilitator at one at group so we have dads, brothers, friends who come along with the mates but like the group and the way that it's run and they end up still coming the Sens like it's free especially tea and coffee and biscuits I think you said before, Johnny, about it's great that you're so busy, but it's not because people are struggling, people are feeling the need to go and seek help.
1:08:37But I think it's good that it's been recognised that it is a problem and people are seeing Andy's Man Club, they're thinking, how can I get help? And they're actually doing something about it. And I think it's class that you lads are all involved. I just want to thank you again for coming. and if anybody listening, if you're struggling, need to talk, just check it out. It might not be for everybody, by the way. I'm sure you know that. But take a look if it's something that you think will help. I'll tell you what it can't do. It can't hurt, can it? No. It can't hurt to go. You're not going to lose fuck all by going.
1:09:15Like you said, we don't always talk about it, but lads, hats off for changing cultures. Have you thought about, actually, you know, you talk about them questions initially. Have you thought about asking, like, the biggest animal that people could possibly... Wrestle. We did, and it was sheep, apparently. Shut up, you fucking man, but... Not a cat in hell. I'm going to speak about the whole live show tonight. You cannot fucking take a sheep down. It's okay to talk. It's okay to talk. It's okay to talk. Thank you for having us. No, you're very welcome. Thank you very much. Thank you, lads. Thank you.
1:09:50Any coffee and biscuits for you? No, not tonight. Not me. Well, it's Friday.
