In short

World Cup Road Trip EP4 recap from New York/New Jersey, including England vs Panama reaction, stadium/travel experiences, and a live-show thank-you, plus debate over England squad choices and Harry Kane’s record.

Guests

No named guests appear; it’s a group-host episode with recurring speakers (including “Daz” credited with helping at the live show). Mentions of other people are attendees/players/journalists, not interview guests.

Key claims

England’s first-half performance was flat/uncertain, but once the first goal went in Panama were “knocked the stuffing out.” Harry Kane is England’s highest-ever World Cup scorer and has 70 goals this season across club/country; he’s still “in with a shout” for more. Elliot Anderson’s Man City signing was allowed so he can focus on England. The MetLife Stadium experience is criticized as hard to access (shopping-center logistics, parking/transport, expensive drinks). Jordan Henderson at right-back “did his job” against Panama.

Notable examples

Jude Bellingham goal/assist; Kane’s missed one-on-one; Batano billboards with Bellingham; live show at a venue arranged by “Definitely Maybe” and Paul; Times Square street performers; $18 drinks and $50 margaritas; pizza picnic after the show.

08Coshers:I recently got back from a holiday in Balec in Turkey. It was brilliant, but I did spend it looking longingly at the golf courses in the area. In reality, if I'd taken my clubs, I probably would have come back from that family holiday single. It's a brilliant place, stunning beaches, five-star hospitality in some of the best hotels on earth. But for me, just getting out on those courses would have been the icing on the cake. Search Turkey on TripAdvisor now to book your ultimate golf holiday in the Turkish Riviera. Coming to you, the final time from US soil. are you sad you're going home if it wasn't for the kids I'd stay out and my partner of course

56you just save yourself a bollock in there another one I've been wanting to go home for a good few days but after last night for exact same reasons I want to go home, see the kids but I could come back again I could do two days, three days at home and then come back. I was going to say, you're ready for home, but I know for a fact in four days you're going to message going, get us back out there. I'll go and support Dr Congo if they get through. No problem. Thoughts on the game? We're coming from New York. We're in New Jersey. We're in New Jersey and we've got a basketball court in our back garden.

35We've been shooting hoops all morning, haven't we? Sweats on. In terms of the game, I thought, first half, the flat of the D.C. second half they tired and it was convincing yeah I thought they were dangerous first off by the way yeah a little guy with the silver there little stocky fella bull I think he could have done enough for a moving first off in the words of the Trevor book brookin we weren't positive enough we weren't creative enough we're apprehensive he didn't say that I was gonna say this Yes. This could have been anybody. But as soon as the first goal went in, you could see that knocked the stuffing out of them.

15Yeah. And it could have... Alan Keane missed one, didn't he? The one-on-one. Yeah. But seven points on the board, job done. Jude, heartbeat to the team. Goal and assist. He just steps up, doesn't he? Yeah. I've seen someone this morning on Twitter, journalists six months ago saying they wouldn't even bring it to the tournament. Eh? And the same journalists are now saying... All hail Jude. See, that's how fickle it is, innit? Yep, I won't mention no names, but it sums it up. You know who you are. Whisper. If you're a Patreon, we'll give you a refund. You're not going to know who it was. That didn't even know Simon Jordan this summer.

55No, no, that newspaper. Ah, right. But, yeah, Kane again. He's still in with a shout, innit? He's still two behind. What's the lead run so far after round of 32? Still five, innit? or did he unless he's on six he's three behind he's not bad him how mad's this Harry Kane has scored 70 goals this season that is mental for club and country how many games will that be in do you think I'll tell you exactly I've got it written down here no I haven't I don't know he's scored 36 in the league one in the Super Cup World Cup qualifiers six World Cup, he's got three up to now, 14 in the Champions League and 10 Cup goals in Germany.

42And he's now England's highest ever goal scorer in World Cup history. Yes. Do you think he gets enough credit? Yeah. I think he needs to come back and break Shearer's record and I think then he'll be... He'll be up there. Yeah. I know for a fact we're not going to know these numbers, but how many do you think he was short before he left? I mean, we'll be able to find out, Georgie boy, but it's doable. Yeah. I reckon, I've seen people say come back and do another two or three seasons, so is that 20? He must be 50-odd behind, Georgie. Oh, he could piss you then, couldn't he? I think. Two seasons.

21You're looking at, you can get 25 penalties in that now with the AR, can't you? He's just going to have to go to a... A big dog. A big, big dog. Yeah. and it's whether they take him at 33, 34, 35. Or whether Munich will sell him. I think that's unattainable if I'm honest. You don't think he's going to do it? I don't think he could come back and... I reckon he'll have a clause in his contract at Bayern so that if an English club comes in... What, with a certain figure? I'm not his agent around, but... Well, it's in the same paper as the other one. The same journalist said. Kane's got an£18 million buyout clause if it's Reading.

00Do you know what I was going to ask you? What did you think about Elliot Anderson signing for City? Because Southgate wouldn't have had that, would he? Do you know what, right? I think it's better that he's let him. Yeah. Because now it's done, he's concentrating, isn't he? He was sky high as well, wouldn't he, with his big contract from City? Well, yeah, I imagine he's had a... What, you mean allowing him to sign during the World Cup? Yeah. Yeah, I think it's been done plenty before. I don't think Southgate would have had it in the last tournament. But, obviously, if he's not got it signed and boxed off, it's on his mind then, isn't it?

36Thinking, oh, I don't really want to get injured and whatever. Just let him go. He's probably only had an afternoon off to go and have a medical. Yeah. Signed his name a couple of times, job done as a Man City player. Because Vardy speaks about not going to Arsenal, doesn't he? During a tournament. What, he wasn't allowed? No, it was his decision to concentrate on England, and then he didn't sign. Oh, nice. so what's your thoughts on the met life stadium in new york well it's in new jersey isn't it yeah being held final for the final i don't think you can walk through a shopping center to get to a football ground you can't you can't be buying a candle can you when when you went to a game i think we're all in agreeance that the dallas can't remember what it was called dallas cowboys ground first one was the best yeah comfortably three that we've done unbelievable for me that should be the final apparently the one in la is incredible as well and i imagine the uh one in mexico city is good as well but i don't know when you talk chris we're always going to be in america the final weren't it yeah even though they've got well that stadium that we went to you last night was in terms of logistics facilities and everything was well off the mark compared to dallas well i think anybody who owns a stadium near here the space there for one of them uh texas lives want there yeah you know what i mean just so everyone texts us live they had a next to the dallas cowboy stadium they had just this big they had outdoor indoor loads of different bits big screens food mall yeah stage I don't know how many different bars were in the 20 yeah but it was still felt like everyone was together so all the England fans were together still in this massive venue they were like an experience just before you even got into a game weren't it yeah it was that good I mean yesterday was an experience going in Nickelodeon world in that shopping center basically before the game here in Jersey you just act going Trafford Center didn't you yeah pretty much we're in a massive shopping center you want to do a bit of shopping perfect i mean it's not really fair on people who do want to go shopping is it you know you've got thousands of people singing and chanting tk max yeah you're gonna pay 200 for for parking yeah you walk you walk through the bottom of a car park and then we were herded for a tower over a bridge through the tunnel yeah yeah so yeah not for me and there weren't many options for a drink were there they ended up in tapping yaki yes we did and after i just felt we were flat afterwards as well because you had to march from the ground there were no real transport links unless you don't pre-bought wristbands and everything so everyone's just in this shopping center looking bars were half full and everybody's just having a wander around or there's always a little laughter i'll Old clerks.

33School starts soon. But then if you think after the Dallas game, after the Croatia game, there was a bit of a lull. We were walking back. It was like, right, it was red hot. Then as soon as we got there, there was a DJ on. So everyone was back up again. Yeah. When yesterday, it was like, and then we're just waiting around for the traffic to die down. It's like, but anyway, that's enough negativity. Yeah, we do have to say a massive thank you once again to Batano. We're sat in New York, lads. I know. We've been to three England games. They've been unbelievable for us. And did you see, you know, we talk about the billboards.

11Jude Bellingham stood there, hands outstretched in front of the England fans. There it was, the orange sign at the bottom, Bertano. I mean, I reckon a lot of sign-ups yesterday, you go on Bellingham Kane, aren't you, to score. So, hopefully. Hopefully. He's won a few quid. Some of the lads might be doing all right. Yeah. And it's not an energy drink. was it you that keeps well I don't try to get it across it does look like one around the stadium you think oh I'd like a drink of that get us a Batano two frozen two frozen Batanos please but no we have got another offer on for under the cost listeners and viewers if you sign up bet£10 you get£40 in free bets job done Yeah.

00And all you've got to do is click the link in the description or go to www.batano.co.uk slash kosh. The best company in the world. T's and C's apply. 18 plus. Please gamble responsibly. Always gamble responsibly. What about this right back situation?

25You think we're in trouble? Well, he's just left himself short, hasn't he? we've got one right back left to be fair we have had bad luck you can't expect three to get I know but you've got Trent who can play right back Jed Spence Elliot Benny of course Beno can do a job get Beno in all the parricks over any chance of four tickets for Atlanta Beno but yeah Yeah. Oh, yeah. The sticky situation. The thing with Trent as well is he could have played in midfield, couldn't he? He can do a job in there. Yeah. You know, if needed. Yeah. I mean, he's obviously picked Kwanzaa and Konzaa because they can do a job at right back.

13But that's not enough to win a World Cup, is it? We've enough room in with it. I mean, is it squad 24, 25? 26. 26. Kane's starting. so that you've got him, there were two strikers, Watkins and... Ivan. Yeah. So there's three. Three goalkeepers. You've got 20 spaces for 10 midfielders, 10 defenders. Yeah, I mean... It's a lot of that, you know. Yeah, he's just been... Henderson... He took a risk and it's half-back fired, hasn't it? Yeah. Jordan Henderson will do his job at right-back. Yeah, stick him in. Got a lot on, didn't he, for his cap? I thought he was good when he came on. Yeah, he's playing.

52against bloody Panama, who just chased about for 80 minutes. Exactly, but that's what he's there for. That's what he's there for. He's come on, he did a job. I thought he were brilliant when he come on. Steady the ship. Who would have been more effective at this World Cup? Trent Alexander-Arnold or Jordan Henderson? Well, in the situation we find ourselves in. Even not in this situation. Morale was up as well. Morale was up. When? Yesterday. Our morale? Yeah. Yeah. Jordan's done his job. It looked a bit shecky though, first of all, didn't we? Yeah, it was just on the counter-attack, wasn't it?

34You weren't. Jude, man. Yep. Can we get on to the good stuff? Can we say a massive thank you to everybody who came to the live show? Oh, wow. It was humbling. Class one, man. It was emotional. everybody just it was a we were still on that stage it was it was packed yeah i don't think if the fire officer if keith larder had come around i think i think we've been it might have been in a spot of bother yeah but the band i mean i'm definitely definitely maybe bar yeah brought their own band or they're not even a band you know they're just brought together individuals chucked together. One Direction.

12Like us. It was brilliant. And just thanks to everybody, because everybody was on top form. They were. Singing. What time did we... We were supposed to close at 11 as well. I think that's on Fire Report and all. 11pm close. What time did we leave? Half one? Half one? It was... If anybody came to listen to an actual interview, I'm really sorry. Yeah, I know. Because it... But what I will say, if Trevor Chalibur is half as good as a late call-up as Daz Yardley's been, he'll have done well. We owe Daz a massive favour for keeping him entertained. You know what I mean? He's took the pressure off us at no end.

54We owe him at least$120 because he paid for the taxi as well last night. Yeah, we were in debt to him, man. Yeah, my pal Daz has come out here and he's worked wonders for us. him and George Max and Paddy security for the live show. George is near enough. If you checked his heart rate, I reckon he's not far off dead. You're not far off fucking... You're not far off revving fucking deep up, I'm telling you. I took one look yesterday, George, and I said this, and you didn't need it, but I just went, George, you look like a corpse. You're giving two shallots a run for his money for looking half dead.

31How old are you, George, your boy? 26. the old guy's showing you how to do it, isn't he? Yeah? Yeah. I'll tell you what we're good as well. It weren't just the English there, they were the expats, all the people who live in New York. I think I would talk to someone who'd travelled an hour and a half to come to the show. Yeah, from Macclesfield. Drove it down, didn't they? Did they? Yeah. Not from Macclesfield. You'd get caught for speeding. Yeah, they drove maybe two hours to come down to watch it. Yeah. and you know people sometimes say that footballers exaggerate stories or make them up we had barry conlon down who's he hasn't featured much but peter sweeney told a story about being in a restaurant and eating a fish straight out of the tank and he was there and he confirmed that it was definitely true i went that that's my nightmare no arms no legs no pins put on that story were there that international relations as well we had um norwegians in they had a good crack you got the got some rowing going on dance floor panama panama guy one panama guy came in and i i remember i was coming back from toilet and i just saw him stood there in corner he must have just thought he must have heard heard the band from outside what come in and he said paddy fucking came over his shoulder 40 dollars out of his wallet and fucking chucked him in here have that you bastard He said, oh, I said, are you getting involved?

57He went, oh, no, the English. I was just watching him. I said, get in there, mix with the lads. I dragged him into the dance floor. Next minute, he shuts off around his head. And do you know what? I came across one Scotchman in there as well. Was he all right? Yeah, I think he was with the, what they call it, the overlap crew. Ah, yes. All the overlap crew came in. What, just biding time? Not the big dog. Just biding time before he got his flight home. John, there's no need for that is there? Eh? That was funny though, wasn't it? We got, he held a meeting and said, right, nothing derogatory about Scotland.

34No Scottish songs, obviously. Scottish people might listen to the show. We don't want to offend anybody. Nine minutes in, there's been three different Scottish songs sung. Like, oh God. I did try. And I had me shut off. Not my words. I think I might just turn around and start looking at the corner at one point. I said on these episodes I wasn't going to sing Three Lions until it came home. Five margaritas in and the band invited me on stage for a sing song and I said, what are we doing? Three Lions. You did the whole lot, didn't you, start to finish? Ah, fuck it. Give me that microphone. Yeah, I'm sure you're forgiven, Chris.

15You're not the only one. It was good. No, massive thanks. Yeah, again, massive thank you for everybody for coming. I mean, I hope that is good enough as we did. I'll tell you what we're good as well. So, you know, having all the England fans in one venue, like prior to a game, because we haven't had that yet. Well, that's why we did it, wasn't it? If you remember, we probably sound like a stuck record, but we've been to Germany, we've been to Qatar, and it's a mission trying to find out, a ball ache, finding out where everybody's going to be at one time. And that was perfect. And speaking to you, Daz, so if you're an England fan and you walk past it, you're coming in there and having a good night, aren't you?

49Yeah. because there was england songs it was i mean there's that much oasis song was in there big tango i think england fan i had a book of tango it was lovely he was a great guy by i never yeah i never realized you're from wolverhampton oh he's a wednesday fan any yeah you didn't realize i didn't know that tell your reaction yeah yeah i came with i've known his missus for 25 30 years i didn't realize yeah yeah she had a good night as well yeah yeah no it was good wasn't it it was good i'd i'd i'd wish we could have done that every game for the next tournament why don't we then yeah we're looking oh we've got to say massive thanks to definitely maybe as well and paul it definitely made for sorting us out with a venue and if any england fans are in new york again then that's the place to go for england fans in it yeah and the i got up and thanked the band but they made it 10 times better than we ever thought yeah imaginable we can't even give the band a shout out because they ain't got a name yeah they're just the lads and the lads and annabelle wasn't it and annabelle and annabelle good as girls she's a good singer can i say the controversial to statement do you think the England the ugliest set of fans Oh comfortably do you think I think we're not bad at the part but whether probably the ugliest podcast in town as well I'm proud of that assess it from side angle and from front not as good looking as when it comes There's a cross-off camera this fucking enough.

29There's some beautiful nations across the world, isn't there, that we've seen. And then as soon as light, if you're at some lights waiting crossroad, you know straight away they're English. You can see. Dishevelled. We all look dishevelled. We all look as if we've had a good time, don't we? Far too good a time. Yeah, we all look hungover as fuck. That group that had the shit shirts on in Madison Square Garden, there's only English in it that would go for that. Oh, before they went to the darts. Yeah. What about his billboard? yeah that was that was another surreal moment wasn't it the billboard in uh shut up guys we're telling a film yeah what a surreal experience that were i'm fed up with times square now yeah times square i can't remember what it was called i keep calling it leicester square yeah albert but yeah yeah i don't think we've um seen the best of it no so we haven't been grafton We've stayed in New Jersey Which has taken us an hour to get in New York But we were only So far from the ground But the other thing was the expense We were speaking to a New Zealand woman On the tube She was going to Poland To watch her son in a Water polo wasn't it?

48No, canoe slalom Oh right and she were paying a thousand dollars a night Wow in New York in New York yeah it's ridiculous obviously with four room three rooms yeah three three thousand dollars a night no we've paid three grand here for five four or five days pounds yeah but there's five five of us the same in New York was coming out 12 13 14 grand. Yeah. Which is outrageous. I think what folk have done is, they've come, they're moaning about the prices, but they've just thought, I tell you what, we're all this way now. Yeah. Fuck it. Seeing Kez, my mate, in ground yesterday, he went, his first words were, I need a fucking YouTube channel, mate.

37$18 a drink in here. $36 for two. We went with margaritas again, didn't we, during hydration break. That was$50. They liked refreshers, weren't they? $50 for two margaritas. $50 for two. It was the same in Dallas. You know, if we'd have just drunk water, we could have stopped down there, couldn't we? 54 with a straw. And me mate came. He lives in Leeds, but his missus lives over here. And he paid a grand for a ticket. And he was like, it was one of them where I thought, it's expensive, but it's probably once in a lifetime. And they're never going to do it again. So he's paid two grand for two tickets.

08Rebounce it when you get home. I think so, yeah. It goes all over with Leeds as well. He's a big Leeds fan. We could have stopped at hers. I know. I know. He didn't offer. but yeah so we're we've really enjoyed ourselves aren't we yeah I saw an article earlier about the well George showed me an article earlier about the in-between places that England fans have enjoyed and I think for us that's Austin in it that was the number one yeah for us yeah it's not many times I go to places again but I go to Austin again although every person I've said that to I've said Austin was amazing what a city and I bet you 15-20 times either Americans or expats over here have gone but have you been to Nashville and apparently it's another level so that's Is there any teams we're going to be playing roundabout Nashville we can go and support yeah Nashville United I'm going to bet in the World Cup but we spoke to somebody last night the two lads started in Nashville drove to Dallas and then drove they went the scenic route to Boston 3 ,700 miles they've driven yeah started it started in Nashville who's driven more you too do you think I reckon John might have just picked me but not through like a trying like he whinge didn't he about oh much he driven and I kept saying John just pulling here I'll oh I've started now I've started you prefer driving or don't you don't prefer driving yeah but I will really tie when I got here yeah might have been playing a long game thinking I don't know what the bed situation is I know for a fact that's what you were doing so would he by the You want me to pull up at bottom of the street?

07I'm that tired. I cut my arse to do it. Just pull up at bottom of the street and let me do it last leg. Last fucking 300 yard. Matty have been roomies right the way through, practically. Yeah. It's been a pleasure for you, hasn't it, Matty? Lovely. A lot of flipping. The dolphin? He's like Flipper, isn't he? Noises. No clicking? I mean, you're on the other side of the equator, I reckon that's what it is. What do you mean? Just the pull, the gravitational pull. The climate in our room is too hot in it. It's absolutely bliss top end. Got my own air comm, my own telly. It's just bliss in your room.

52Quick break, gents, for one of our favourite partners that have been the saviors of this trip numerous times. I know for you, John. Nord VPN. Yes. Bouncing your location back to the UK on numerous occasions. I never thought I'd need it or want it, but the BBC and ITV punditry I've missed. It's second to non-compered to Fox, ESPN. Sorry, chaps, but it's true. Yeah. So I can officially confirm in the state of Nevada you do not have to confirm that you are over 18. In the state of Texas, you do need to prove it to watch certain sites. You understood the assignment and you produced. So when we got here, you had to bounce your location.

42Back to Norway. I see, I see. Well, if you don't know what a VPN is, you can bounce your location to anywhere in the world, which is ideal if you want to watch the TV that's on back at home while you're away, or you're at home and you want to watch something that's not on in your own country it's been a while since i've been away but it's great to see the security still yes it is tight watertight an extra level of security on all your devices your phones your laptops that keep your passwords and your all the bank details away from any of them naughty naughty hackers it's a no-brainer yeah i don't know anybody who's signed up and then cancelled well but you can't cancel there's a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're if you're not uh enjoying it but i guarantee that will not be the case and there's a link in the description with a heavy heavy discount for all you under the cosh listeners and viewers remember the first episode we did world cup episode we did we're going through the best looking players the actual winner wasn't even mentioned.

47Pedro Neto has been voted the World Cup Sexiest Man. Really? Are they doing a World Cup Sexiest Podcast Man? That would be funny. You can see it. He looks a little bit like Mask. Yeah. He's got the shape of a mask. Off the film. Jim Carrey. Yeah. Saying that, I was fanboying Kieran from the overlap the other night. He'll bring them down a notch or two. Sorry, Kieran.

28But what a fella, man. He looked like he put his finger in a plug socket, didn't he? There's no barbers. He's not had time to defuzz, is he? It's the humidity, isn't it? The drunker he got, the fuzzier his hair got. Yeah, it was like the more static. When somebody rubs a balloon and holds it next to your head. Or brush your hair with a toffee apple. Sorry, Theo. He's not going to watch this. He only watches the thingies. His head did look like a lollipop that you found on the couch. But he had the time of his life on stage. What a guy as well. And the rest of him. Beth was a good crack as well from the overlap.

11We've seen Gary Linick here in Times Square. Oh, we did, yeah. Well, no, I didn't. I didn't even know. You did. Just me. Did you see him, Daz? He'd just done a bit of shopping. What were his bag, did you see? It was just white. It looked expensive. Expensive. It had a blue Primark on the side. Long handles with a tape. You know, when they tape it together. Right, that's proper expensive. You know, when they don't even put the branding on the bag. Yeah. I thought Gary that's one of them where you've got to stand at door and then somebody comes and unlocks it I reckon he might he just fucking fetched one from home and it might have been a fashion accessory they're not in the bag he fetched his own tate we've got some masking tate like we have he fetched his own tate like look at it I'll just walk around see if anybody knows or thinks I've spent loads of money in who's the biggest creature you saw on Times Square oh god there's a lot that woman with saggy tits little saggy pants the thing is she was she was that keen for let's just say that that was her act it's not just a lady she got a guitar in her hand she had tape over her nipples I think her might have been 80s I think her main part of her act was slipping a tit off her top of the guitar she was that keen flop and we saw the naked cowboy from the Nickelback video yeah very good framing yeah there was an old an old i don't know what she just had an american um bra on american knickers i don't know what she was but i've seen her every every time i've been there there was a gorilla was there one of your mate yeah he's a good lad on him he's probably England lads around here I think by the way smells New York all you can smell is either weed or shit weed piss and shit yeah a lot of different aromas as you walk around tell you what I did think they'd be more of though more homeless not seen many homeless not in comparison with LA yeah I reckon they'll be a street won't they like there is in LA there'll be where they'll just heard them down there I just thought they'd be teaming with it it's a long time since I've been here the thing is next door definitely maybe was a homeless shelter and I've come out like yous have said your goodbyes getting off for an early night and I've come out half an hour later to go to another bar and I thought for me there's homeless here yeah but it was you three lying on the floor having a pizza 18 inches worth that was best moments of not only the trip but my life i think after the show it was just a random bit of tough artificial turf yeah and we made it our own didn't we so we were a pizza picnic we booked the taxi didn't we and then it like it kept going up in time yeah probably the best thing you've ever done you came back with I don't have many inches of pizza I just went it was like like we said half one two in the morning there were just different pizza slices left I just went I'll take the lot and it was perfect full pizza I honestly thought I was seeing things we saw your big swede on the floor me and Chris just lying outside gazing up at the stars they were in lovely temperature a piece of pizza on us there on us bellies were people not having to step over you to get past you no no it was like well maybe I think they they just they just diverted round us but yeah I was content I could have had another half an hour there you all spelt it by coming out looking mouth in sticking his pizza and all yeah because I'd ordered an Uber and said right it's here in two minutes and then it went eight minutes ten minutes twelve minutes fifteen minutes in which time we got the picnic together yeah but favourite you know it's home time tomorrow favourite number one spot that we've done still Austin and that's New York's got something in store for us today big guy still be Austin I woke up this morning especially at this part of the trip I can't be participating in any negativity but I woke up to a fucking he doesn't know any songs, any England songs are out but he wrote his own England song I'll read it to you please take me home virgin take me home I just can't do any more work.

49I don't want to stay here, drink any more beer. Please, please, virgin, take me home. It is catchy, like. It just got a bottom right corner, thumbs down. I just rolled over for an alcohol. I'll speak to him in a bit. King Garfunkel over here.

11Where are you going to watch a match when we get home? I think I might watch it on my settee just a piece of pizza on your chest yeah I'll tell you what I'm going to do I'm going to the smoke in the barbecue meet I need to get one of them barbecues that top comes over and some tracing paper to cook it in but obviously I'll have to put it in straight away because obviously the game's Wednesday we get back Tuesday takes a long time to cook the thing is I always say I just want to sit on my couch on my own and watch it properly but then I remember in Germany when Watkins scored in was it Extra Time or the 90th minute he got the winner didn't he and I was up on my own in my living room and I thought I actually wish I was in the I wish I was in the pub now or a band's bar dark fruits all over your ceiling I was I remember it but so yeah I don't know but the thing is the Congo gamey thing is going to be a gimme don't say that Mexico that is the big one isn't it I've had a look at flights by the way to Mexico City 1700 quid from Manchester please take me oh that's what you do next under well if you're looking for somewhere I did see this if you're looking for somewhere to watch it Croydon the box park guest DJ has been on.

40I've seen that. Big Sam on the decks. Halliday's. No way. He must have had the graveyard shift because there was nobody on the dance floor. Have we been done by AI? Well, I don't know. Maybe again. I think we have, haven't we? Maybe again.

00He'll be out, won't he, Barry? Now I'm computing that we've definitely been done by AI. But Barry will be out somewhere. EastEnders, Barry. Something inside so strong. Was that real? That was real. Yeah, he'll be there somewhere. Is there any uncomforts you're looking forward to? Yeah. Kebab. Kebab? I can't wait for a kebab, garlic sauce, chips, pizza. I think it might be that first dip. Not of the garlic sauce either. Oh. why is that so disgusting with grown people no no i was i was saying it's lovely i agree with you imagine just eating a kebab off louise's chest oh roasty pounding a roast or no not really chips chips just spaghetti on toast yeah sardines or Macro and toast I'll be on Macro toast and a cuddle you've got another chips America coming soon you oh yeah fish and chips I think I think I might go fish and chips yeah Kerry I've got a trampoline bill when I get home anyway have you subsided judo's been messaging and about a trampoline each one time I would say no we've not got room for a trampoline it guy last night we're at the match they're at the stadium the players are coming out I rang home first time have a look at that Oscar have a look at that Rose Juno's head pops up what do you think about the trampoline thumbs up by the way they're not easy to put up I know I've told you I've got a 10 footer in my garden full of leaves it looks like I need an angle grinder break it down it looks like George because I know he's been on yet he's been on to Chris about he's waiting that and you were in a rotten mood in Times Square the other day and there was like the random acts and the shores and there was a little fella doing a dance move and he like his belly was coming out of his t-shirt kind of I went fuck me Chris he's just a stunt double and it just did you know what it wasn't time other places i knew he was in a bad mood and he didn't even turn around i thought i'll i'll walk away because i was hungry

You just don't know what's true. Blaming that fucking AI. So can we build a bob-oam from Portugal, won't we? Morocco it is, not South America. I think it was you, Henry George. You definitely said South America. You've been fucking crap for the last five days. You've been fucking gone. You've been crap but last five days. Steady on, cowboy. You've been a sack of shit for five days. What about that? When we were playing cowboy karaoke.

01Dallas, we were. Were we in Dallas? Yeah. We were in a bar in Dallas and we started cowboy karaoke. The lads from Leeds and... Grown men. Grown men. It was very childish, but it was George's cowboy hat. put it on someone's head cowboy give us a song cowboy had to give you an England song yeah and they were just took it off George's head passing it around every time oh oh Danny get it back and about eight songs in he was needed a piss and he went forceful he went he grabbed it off somebody's head put it on and just fucking walk to the toilet with on game over boo boo he was oblivious totally oblivious to what we're going off which way from it come back from a shite to start the game back up well lads it oh for me personally it's been absolutely unbelievable yeah my age George lads does it does it's been fantastic I've loved every minute of it yeah I know we've had a bit of rumping and that and along the way but generally I've really enjoyed it and we really do appreciate the fact we can come out here don't we a lot of ump and from more so than others and a final thanks to batano yeah as well thanks everybody for watching and listening and coming to the show and yeah i hope you enjoyed it that was something that will take with us in at that walking into the room in fact i think we should the live show not the podcast on the head now finish on an eye that's just done what just retire yeah game you'll get bored I'll tell you how we'll finish it one last time Fart

No. Who knows, we might be back. Yeah, well, let's have Wednesday off, regardless. Yeah, we'll have Wednesday off and then we'll take it from there. I'll see you. Just wait for that first dip, lads. God bless you. Yeah, we do have to say a massive thank you once again to Batano. We're sat in New York, lads. I know. We've been to three England games.

24They've been unbelievable for us. And did you see, you know, we talk about the billboards? Mm-hmm. Jude Bellingham stood there, hands outstretched in front of the England fans. There it was, the orange sign at the bottom, Betano. So if you did put the England to reach the last 16 Beton, basically... Quarter-finals. How many games are to quarter-finals? Two more? Yeah.

52Pass that, didn't you? Somebody else will need to say something. I mean, I reckon a lot of sign-ups yesterday, you're going Bellingham-Cain, aren't you, to score. So, hopefully. Hopefully. He's a wonderful few quid. Doing all right. Yeah. And it's not an energy drink. Was it you that keeps... Well, I don't try to get it across. I know. It does look like one. It does. Around the stadium, you think, oh, I'd like a drink of that. Yeah. And you think, oh, no. Get us a Batano. Yeah.
