1:17hello and welcome to almost 30 podcast welcome to the show we're so glad you're here i'm lindsey and this is my best friend krista nice to see you guys two authors two authors we are two authors Do you say, like, when you tell people what you do, do you include, like, writer, author? I kind of suss them out. Yeah. I'm like, what world are you in? Sure. Because if I'm in Ohio, I'm like, I'm a, sometimes I'm like, I have an online business. Yeah. Sometimes I'm a podcast host. Totally. You know, sometimes. Radio host. Yeah. Let's not as I'm a radio host. Rarely do I say author. I don't know why. Well, I think author, because people say, people ask, what do you do?

2:04And you say, I guess you would say. Author is like one. Teacher, healer, writer. I have said teacher, but then they ask, what do you teach? And then I say spirituality. First grade. And then they're like, oh, I'm like, oh, this. And then I did that actually recently. I was on a retreat. It wasn't my retreat. I was on a different one. And I was like, I'm not doing that again. Because? Because they were like, what do you teach? And then I'm like, spirituality. They're like, what about? And I'm like, too many questions. Yeah. I literally, I was like, I'm never telling someone I'm a teacher again.

2:28I was like practicing it. I was like, this is a new one. They're like, gotcha. You don't know. No, exactly. I was like, no more of that. I was like, I'm a facilitator. Someone was like, what are you? Someone I told the other day, I was like, I'm a coach. And they're like, oh, how do you coach women? I was like, I, this is true. I was like, I work with women on the edge of breakthrough. And that's usually what it is. And that one got it. I was like, okay, that worked. And she's like, I'm on the edge of breakthrough. I'm like, perfect. $50 ,000. I'm like, if you want to actually break. Fill out of form.

2:55Yeah, literally. If you actually want to break through, I'm the only way. I'm the only way to help you through that breakthrough, baby. Holy moly. I'm excited about this one. Yeah, it's a deep one, really esoteric, deep. Sarah came into the studio, which was really, really beautiful. And so I followed her work for quite some time. So Sarah Calde, she's the alchemist. So you can find her on Instagram. It's the.alchemist. I love her Instagram. And she also has the alchemist.community as her website. So she teaches spirituality and esoteric knowledge and ascension. So it's really like the obscure, subtle, powerful parts of spiritual alchemy.

3:33And we talked a lot about her series on Gaia. So she has a new series on Gaia. And this one was a lot about the matrix, breaking out of the matrix, like really deep, deep subjects. And so if you're a deep spiritual girly and you want to kind of dig into it today, I've got you. This is reminding me of like, I want to say, I guess it was maybe 2020, 2021. Like I feel like I was like deep in the Gaia. Oh, don't get me started. Like just, or in like YouTube space, following certain people, watching their videos every day. Like it's such a vibe. I got to get back to it. I was watching. You know why I was watching?

4:12Good morning, deep divers. Deep divers. Deep divers. Oh my God. There was some guy on Instagram, I forget what his name was. Ralph? Yeah, I think it was Ralph. It was like Ralph something, and he was like, hello, deep divers. But then every video was kind of the same. Yeah. I was watching our friend Lee Harris this morning, actually, for his November forecast. So I was dipping my toes back into getting my freaky on with YouTube. But, yeah, this is always such a good – if people are like, this might be a little out there for me, I just ask for your open mind. Because honestly, we've had those moments in interview conversations where we're like, oh, this might be out there.

4:52And then you have a moment of like, oh, yeah, makes complete sense. Or like open something within you. Is I actually had a conversation with one of our listeners in person. And I don't know where I saw her or who it was. But she was like, yeah, I remember. Like I've been – she's like, I've been listening since like 2016. And she's like, and then you guys went super woo at some point. And she's like, and I was kind of out. And she's like, now I'm fully in the woo. And she's like, it's funny because you guys started to lead a lot of the woo. And I was like, I don't know if I can do this. But she's like, now I'm like all the way in with the woo.

5:27And I was like, oh, I remember that. Like when we sort of moved. I mean, there was probably 2020, 2021. I'm not even sure. 2019. Yeah. Where it was full woo. We were like, oh, there's a dragon behind us right now. We were like, oh, let's talk to dragon worshipers. We're like, oh, and then here's this witch. You have to see our faces in these interviews because we are not flinching. Zero percent. We're just like – Oh, yeah, like when Shaman Durek. Yeah. Oh, my God. Yeah. I mean we've been in and around town all around the bend with the spirituality. What was that one where – I'm forgetting his name.

6:03Yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about. The dragon. Was it dragon or like weren't we like – not pirates but like – We've been pirates. We've been pirates but this was like – One time we were a saint. I was a saint and you were like a – He was like a big beefy guy. Yes. I know exactly what you're talking about. He said – I remember we were like sitting with him and he's like, you guys have a dragon with you. And he was like, there's a silver dragon behind your back. I need to re-listen to that episode. And I was like, wow. And I remember being in the meditation and being like, there's a dragon in here.

6:33And then he was like, and you're also chained up by your throat. You've been chained up for lifetimes. And he's like, let's take off that chain around your throat. And so we unlocked this giant chain around our throats. And then we got free. And it's funny because I can feel the chain around my throat if I talk about it. I'm such a like synesthetic somatic person that I can say something and I'm like feeling it. Yeah. I feel free now. I feel liberation. I feel. But yeah, man, that dragon. But it's so funny because he said that. And then years later, I did a dragon. This is so weird. Whatever. Dragon energy came back into my life in this other certain way when I was in Glastonbury and I was doing this type of grid work, whatever.

7:19I like to keep some of my spirituality private, to be honest. Yeah, as you should. So we have dragons, if y 'all are wondering. Yeah, honestly. If you guys wonder why we got our successes, it's because we have dragons with us. But the Mystery Teachings show on Gaia, this is her new show now streaming on Gaia. It's the home of Conscious Media. If you don't know Gaia, it is an OG. We love it so much. We love you guys. Thank you for listening. We'll see you on the other side. We'll see you soon. Okay, honey, I'm so glad you're here. I've been looking forward to this because I was telling you outside, I haven't had like a deep esoteric mystical conversation in a while.

9:09And I'm very due for it. I think what sort of made me think about the nature of reality right now, think about what's going on so much is AI. You know, I remember in 2020, when I there was a lot happening in the collective and a lot of awakening happening, I had done a bit of awakening before that, but I really saw a shift. But I do think with AI right now and chat GPT and sort of what's happening in that space, I feel like I can really see things happening. And I know there was a timeline shift as well. Can you talk a little bit about the 2025 timeline shift and sort of what you're seeing with AI?

9:43Yeah. So the timeline shift is happening a lot of times. What's happening specifically in 2025 is a very, very large one. And so we see that playing out on every level. And so it will play out differently depending on a person's own relevant themes. But we see this already online a lot, like things have already been boiling up for a long time and now it's just rising to a peak. And so in its most relevant form, what we're seeing, let's say like a everyday person who's into conscious material and online a lot, we're seeing that play out through lifestyle. So that would be something more relatable before we get to the esoteric levels.

10:30And so what that theme is, is for the timeline split is performance. Have you heard that? Like over and over again. And we need to really understand what that is, but that's fine because there's always a learning curve. So not everything is going to be perfectly flushed out. There's going to be things that happen first, kind of like when we first hear of shadow work, it's more on a mental level. it's like the mental body's awakening and then we get enough catacly or we get enough catalyst and then we start seeing that reflected in the body's awakening so then we go oh and that's what embodiment is so we hear two things large that are playing out on the more mundane but relatable scale when it comes to this timeline shift and it has to do with a person's own internal ability to one, be aware of themselves more and what they're in integrity with.

11:23And that's not really known, but that's the hidden message. When we hear things like embodiment and performance, it's really having to go back into what is me in my integrity. And what does that look like? So now we could go to like way cooler things. That's just the everyday type of way that it will play out the timeline shift or the timeline split is peaking this year specifically because of the human conscious collective the human conscious collective has upscaled like way upgraded within the past three to four years especially after 2020 so since then there's been each year a faster integration and a faster integration so really it's actually the awakening consciousness that is the one that has kind of created this timeline split happening so quick.

12:19Because it has felt like things are now moving more quickly. It feels like, and I think people always say that. And sometimes I even have a hard time because I'm like, I just feel like I'm in a totally different reality that isn't related to the collective reality that I don't even really know. And I can't even really tune into what's going on. For a lot of the audience though, they're probably, they're experiencing, and I think I've seen this in my community and even myself, just a feeling of discomfort or not really sure what their next step is, or they're going through a lot of transition and transformation.

12:51Do you feel like when we go through timeline splits that people are experiencing that in like, how do people experience a timeline shift in their own lives? That's a great question. So people experience a timeline split in their own lives when it comes to really large, let's know as quantum jumps. That came out around the time that my first video on timelines came out, which was highly successful. So, um, I do like to think I was a part of that kind of like, um, icon of quantum jumping, but really what it is, is aligning with very large and compelling versions of ourselves. And so that's really what a quantum jump is.

13:34It's when we're going far out of our personal and more habitual sense of self and start reaching into something that's way more soul essence aligned. And so that's what, when we're talking about like timeline splits inside a person's own individual trajectory, we're really looking at things that are asking them to really reach beyond what is comfortable, what is suiting that person's own version of themselves and maybe go into really cringe or just vitally necessary changes. I've tried to do, I've tried to be like embodied, think about that more powerful version of me, like the future self. And I think a lot of our audience has done that to kind of have that quantum leap.

14:21But what happens a lot of times is like, you know, obviously this is like me being more diligent with my mind is I'll just start someone else will come in where I'm like, Oh, I, I'm envisioning like the person I want to be instead of myself as that person. How can people more readily access connecting to that future self version or quantum leaping to the person that they want to be when sometimes we don't have a full understanding of what that would look like. so I've I've done that before I did that when I wanted to be a really large poet I I did like a meditation where I called forward the version of myself that was already super successful at being a spoken word artist and poetry and then I became a spiritual teacher so you're like okay well i really see the similarities and so a lot of the times it's about this beautiful harmony and what that harmony is is understanding that there is a version of ourselves that we have used as the muse for this timeline that we want to experience and then from there this is the most important and interesting part it's that the allowing of why that version of ourselves and why that specific part was a muse because what's going to happen is that the universe will bring you the sensation of why you felt that that muse you were using as out of all the potential selves that one was calling to you and then there'll be some beautiful harmony but collaboration in between that will bring you to the sensation.

16:11And that's really what was calling it forward. So basically what I'm trying to say is the feeling of why you, a person wanted to be that version of themselves will be the experience. It might not be exactly how it looks. Can you give an example? Me? Say more. I wanted to speak openly and widely about very important things. I thought I could only do that as a poet. So I had already made a judgment that in order for me to be able to speak my truth, then I had to be this version of myself. And then the universe went, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, that judgments. No, but we understand the intent. Got it.

Lately, I've been craving more simplicity, not just in my life, but in my nutrition too. It's really easy to feel disconnected when your cabinet is full of random powders and supplements and you're constantly questioning the labels, but that's why I really love cachava. It helps me simplify and feel more nourished without overthinking it.

18:14It's an all-in-one plant-based nutrition shake made with really high quality ingredients. There's no fillers, no artificial flavors or sweeteners, and it actually tastes amazing. Just two scoops will give you 25 grams of protein, fiber, greens, adaptogens, and nutrients that support energy, digestion, strength, and focus. 25 grams of protein is no joke. So I usually blend mine with like a frozen banana and I'll add like a nut milk. I'll, you know, just add kind of my go-to favorite like different fruits and stuff, but I can keep it simple and it still tastes amazing. Like the other day, I mixed the mint chocolate flavor shake with a nut milk and ice.

18:54and I just shook it up and it was chef's kiss. It's just rich. It tastes so good. It doesn't taste fake like other powders. They've done it right. So rewild your nutrition at cachava.com and use code almost 30. New customers get$20 off an order of two bags or more now through the 31st. That's cachava, K-A-C-H-A-V-A.com. The code is almost 30.

19:24I wanted to be a SoulCycle instructor. And I wanted to move people. I wanted to use my voice. I wanted to like, create an energetic experience. And so I had this idea that I wanted to do it through SoulCycle. But God was like, no, and like moved me to do podcasting full time. But it was like that same experience of me having an obsession with how the thing looked from the outside, but not really thinking about the energetics of what I'm really wanting or really desiring. So basically telling the audience to connect with that feeling of what they're looking to create rather than sort of their idea of how it's going to come.

20:00It could even be because visuals are very powerful. So it can be that muse still of whatever it is. But then the surrender of how that actually shows up and then even the surrender of the journey there. Because what's always happening when we're manifesting is that we're becoming equal to something. so that's why even inside the hermetica which got horribly distorted but that's why um what was being taught was to make yourself equal to something it wasn't in a blasphemous way it wasn't you know everything kind of in esoterica can be scary and i understand why but beyond that in a deep inner way what it was teaching was making yourself equal to something not in an arrogant way.

20:45It's literally because when you treat something as equal, it's natural. When something's natural, there's no more pushing and pulling. So it shows up in your environment because your nervous system, your energy field, you are equal to it. A match to it. Yeah. I had that experience. I was in London last week for tour and I've never flown international on a lay flat. And I was like, Oh, that was like a dream to do that. And I was like looking at flight, I was looking at my flight to check in. And I was like, Oh, I could upgrade. And I was like, okay. And I upgraded. And I was like, this is my life.

21:24Like there was no like, Oh, this is amazing. There wasn't any pictures. I was like, this is natural and right for me to be upgraded. And it was almost like I think we were talking about before, there wasn't really excitement around it, because it felt so natural for me to be doing that. And I think that's what's been interesting about manifestation is that experience because I think we have this like energy where we think we're going to be so excited or we think we're going to be having this different experience than what you have when you actually manifest. And for me, sometimes that leads me to kind of keep desiring because I'm kind of looking for that hit of like, oh, I got it.

21:58You know, like you want to kind of get it. But when you raise your vibration or your frequency to actually match something, it doesn't feel like that feeling of completion like I thought it would feel like. Does that makes sense it makes absolute sense and that was the original version of desire it was actually portrayed not the way that it was starting inside the 80s or 90s where it was like no desire is good because in the spiritual community desire was bad yes but really what that meant was lack whenever you are deprived. So which is opposite from how can you see now how even if it meant well, that that can throw people off if they're now denying their own desire.

22:45So in the 80s, there was a necessary shift in how the spiritual mind or the spiritual oriented person would perceive desire because it was putting people further away from whatever they wanted, even enlightenment. So instead what it was is like lack, which is once again, what's lack? You need to make yourself equal to something. So, uh, there's this Russian occultist. I forget the name of his book. It's huge. It's about how to manifest. Oh yes. It's called trans surfing reality. I never read it. Um, I, I looked up a few parts of it and what I found was exactly what the Hermetica taught just in a different way.

23:31The way that he words it is you go to the mailbox and you pick up your letters. How do you feel when you're going to the mailbox to pick up your letters? You never think about it. They're yours. You know, they're there. You don't question it. You just grab it and you calmly walk inside because it's yours. And they said, own that level of your manifestation it is so natural to you you go just to grab it you're not rushing to go get mail right you're not and so it's like neville goddard like law of assumption too yeah it's like of course i'm gonna go to my mailbox and have mail and it's gonna be there and it's easy um speaking of law or so wait i just wanted to ask about hermetica hermetica is one of my favorite texts what what happened what was the drama behind it or like oh there's so much drama really so which one this is my reality what give me give me one one sip of tea well first of all the hermetica itself was stripped of what what we know it to be inside like the esoteric mind what it was taken to was filter and act as a extension of christianity and so because of that we are still even trying to just kind of get our hands on the technical hermetica.

24:54That was the one that had a lot more of the things that were less philosophical, less spiritual, and more like hands-on things. And so even the fact that they split the hermetica into the technical hermetica and the philosophical hermetica was already something that was more of a modern mind. they wouldn't have split it back then. So that's just one layer of it. But really, even just the Hermetica in general, the way that it's portrayed today is kind of like a watered down version of it. And so what I was specifically talking about was the making yourself equal to something, because a lot of times when we look at something as being equal to, there can be kind of a fear going on in the background of that, almost like that there is a level of deception in making ourselves equal to something.

25:47But it's still the difference between oneness having a shadow side and oneness having the correct or healthy organic side. So what I mean by that is in the shadow side of oneness, you think everything's about you. Can you see how that will put everyone else at a disadvantage because it's all about you. That's the shadow side of oneness. That means like, I am the creator. No one else is the creator. I do what I will. No one else can. So in there, it's like a narcissistic version of oneness. So with everything, there is the ability to distort that true meaning of whatever that teaching is. And that's why so much of everything that we're learning today is really also dependent on the preparation we take within ourselves so that when we're coming across something, we're not distorting it into what we want it to mean or what we want or what's convenient for us.

26:43So there's always this kind of like push and pull between an idea that, you know, can be summed up as empathy or unity or distorting something for one's own advantage. That's what I think I've noticed a lot in the space where I'm like, I think that that came to my attention a few months ago where I was like, wow, there's this perception of God or the creator or something that was like internalized in someone's own experience and then sort of projected as one thing that I don't believe was God, but I don't know everything is God. And I think in this space, there is a lot of inversion and distortion.

27:18What are some examples that people can look out for in the spirituality community of related to inversions and distortions? Oh, there's so many. Well, one, there's like my second episode on my new Gaia series for Mystery Teachings. I'm so excited to be a part of this production, but I was also really impressed with the topics that we covered this season because they're super foundational. And so one of them in episode two, I talk about weaponized reality, how to break that spell. That is actually, I think, one of the most vital things because that allows a person to understand how important spiritual sovereignty is.

28:02And then even down to the ability of recognizing when we're being passively used in someone else's version of reality that we want to create. And so that would be the number one inversion. It's the idea that when we're consuming content of any kind, that we are giving our power away by it not running through our internal authority. So much of why reality is the way that it's showing up right now is specifically because of that. It's because of not necessarily the actions that we did take, which is another issue or opportunity, but also the passiveness of us becoming a consumer mind, body, spirit.

28:56it. That I think we can all see happening. And what do you think is triggering that? Is it the food? Is it the media? Like, is it the perfect combination of all of it? That's just making us kind of be sitting in front of screens all day, consuming, consuming, consuming, and little creatorship. Yeah, but you know what, when I'm tuning in, it's really the food the most. What What I'm noticing is that the stuff inside the air, the body mind is having with the natural upgrades that we're receiving. We receive natural upgrades. And then it just depends on the quality of us engaging and interacting with that.

29:36It will deepen. It will strengthen that upgrade. It could also be very ungrounding and overwhelming for people if, once again, that internal preparation or unawareness is not there. but our natural upgrades i see um now are having a filter for whatever's going on in the air and what used to be going on in the air was actually one of the largest blocks or stressors and you'll still see kind of like that residue inside our current timeline of things that were very true and relevant in other timelines um where people were like in the air this and this and that yes in the air but actually with the upgrades we're receiving that's less of the issue it's actually now the things that we are responsible for the things like we have a choice whether we want to acknowledge that or not on what we put in our mouth and so food is acting right now like processed foods all that stuff and this is not coming from a stuck-up place this is coming from very much uh the level of discernment and a lot of love to say this because you could always sound however you sound for talking about food but honestly, because of the amount of love I have for humanity, I will look this way.

30:51Foods acting as a very hard stressor for us to be able to process things clearly. And keeping us from like finding our truth and our alignment. Yeah, because it's causing a lot of neuroinflammation, a lot of degeneration, actually. Yeah. Confusion at a cellular level. Yeah.

31:12I feel like for a long time money felt way more stressful than it needed to be. I stress so hard about money especially when it came to banking and all the random fees you don't even realize you're paying. I feel like one day I woke up I was like wait how was I charged$40 like eight times what is happening? That's why I've really been into Chime. Lately, I've been paying way more attention to fiber and protein and realizing how hard it can be to hit those without giving up the foods that I actually love, like bagels and toast and tacos and all the bready things. So that's why I started swapping in Hero Bread. Y 'all, Hero Bread has changed my life, Krista's life.

33:23I just went to LA and she was all over Hero Bread. She was having the bagels every day with her lunch. She normally has a little soup. She had the bagels. It was amazing. It makes it so easy to upgrade everyday meals. So my avocado toast, the bagel sandwiches, the wraps for lunch without feeling restrictive. The texture surprised me the most. I think it is soft, fluffy, and tastes like traditional bread. It doesn't taste like something you're like, hmm, this is like a really bad copy of bread. It's so, so good. You'd never guess. it has zero to five grams of net carbs per serving, zero grams of sugar, and is high in fiber.

34:02Plus, things like their breakfast bagels have 19 grams of protein. Okay, that's a lot. That's amazing. Hero Bread has sliced bread, tortillas, which are some of my favorites, bagels, even small batch drops like their croissants, which are unreal, and biscuits. So whatever you're craving, there's an option that fits your goals. I'm excited for you to try Hero Bread. If you want to hit your goals this year without giving up your favorite bready dishes, Hero Bread is offering 10 % off your order when you go to hero.co, H-E-R-O dot C-O, and use the code A30POD at checkout. That's A30POD at checkout at hero.co, H-E-R-O dot C-O.

34:48And that is basically making us passive and just consumeristic and kind of be in the spell and you use the word spell, which is so appropriate for that. Can you talk about how it is kind of a spell and is it keeping people asleep or unconscious or what's it doing? Yeah. So the food I would say is like a major contributing factor to it. Also exactly what you said, it's screen time and the level of kind of like openness that we allow things. What I see in 2025 the most is a new stressor. It's one that has not been present before, although we've always gone to conflict. Conflict's not new. In 2025, we have rage baiting.

35:30Rage baiting is actually causing people's frequency to become very low. And then I would even go as far as to say that rage baiting is the number one block in 2025 because it's something that we are becoming addicted to. We are becoming addicted to the things that started off as neuroinflammation, now we're looking for. We're looking for that and we're attracting that and then we're reinforcing that with our decisions because there is so many things that we can focus on and be super polarized and angry about. And so what the powers that were, as I call them, do is they always look for some sort of organic wound going on, something that's already happening That's a conflict.

36:16And then they go, they focus on that. And then they like to, they like to fuel that so that it becomes something that you could call manufactured at that point. And so one of the biggest things actually is being able to take back our power by taking back our perception, staying in a unified awareness. That does not mean that other people are right. Sometimes we like to go into the middleman. The middleman is where we look at whatever's going on within our personal life or outer life, and we like to split it 50-50 down the middle. I wish reality worked that way. Instead, what it's about is just looking for our own organic judgments, looking for our judgments, looking for our part in anything, because not everyone is operating with the same level of karma or the same level of consciousness.

37:13So we don't have to lie to ourselves about that. But instead, it's always coming back to personal accountability, personal responsibility, and seeing what the lesson is in anything. Because what's happening from 2025 moving forward is that the environment, shall we say, that is acting as the catalyst for this spiritual growth is going to double down on rage baiting. You don't feel like that was in 2020? I feel like it was like all started i feel like that was so bad oh yeah no like conflict is organic yeah and we will go to conflict we'll even create it without anyone there causing it for sure yeah but when we see stuff like that happen especially as big that was such a profound awakening point that was that was so profound and so that one could definitely look at that and say oh for sure that was rage baiting but that was so much more than that yeah it was that was a part of dark magic that was a part of timelines yeah creating timelines moving forward you want to talk deep right yeah that was grooming interesting and that's why after that I came out with my videos.

38:27And I, for the first two years came off super intense, but it's because 2020 was grooming. So I'm not there to be nice and likable. I was there to share what I needed to share. And so I've even lightened up. I was I was a whole piece during that time you didn't want to be next to me at a party I'd be like have you heard of the queen literally I'm like moon's not real like I would I was on a tear because you're just like what was crazy about that time is that it everything hit me like truth that's what was so weird is it was like the reality that seems so not reality feels the most true. And then the reality that I'm in feels the most not true, you know, the organic person.

39:24And I was just like, wow, this is like everything. It would be very dark. Like a lot of it was a lot of recognizing a lot of darkness, but it felt peaceful to recognize. Cause then I understood. Does that make sense? Absolutely. I was like, oh, this feels peaceful, even though it's incredibly dark. Like it didn't scare me, it felt liberating to know because then you could kind of know what was going on a little bit under the scenes. Yeah, no, I completely agree. I've always felt like reality was sketch. So I've said this before. I didn't choose the esoteric life. The esoteric life chose me because when you find relief from hearing out horrible things, that just shows you how much your subconscious is, you know, it didn't come in in its first rodeo.

40:09Wow. That is such a good point. Yeah. It was like, I was like, oh, I understand true evil and understanding true evil helps me understand true light and true choice. And what a time like that was like, I had woken up more in like 2012, princess Diana kind of woke me up, which is hilarious at a young age. I remember, you know, some other things. I just was like, whoa, but that was probably the biggest of, of them. And then it was also like, I was reading law of one and I was like connecting with, you know, it would, it just, it was like a fascinating cosmic time and timeline. How do you think those, do you feel like in the 2020 to 24 timeframe, was there multiple timelines that were kind of available or what do you think was happening?

40:53Yeah. And so one of the biggest things, and I think this does go back still to episode two, weaponize reality was that did you hear how the administration at that time kept saying different trajectories kind of like well we might be in quarantine for another year or another whatever these are all spells and then so what happens is is that you put out as many different things as possible for a few reasons one you put one out to repeat repetition is the way that a person becomes conditioned, just like how we create positive lifestyles and set our life through repetition. Same for it. So one of those to repeat things of a hopeless manner, even though the story was changed here or there and there.

41:40Two, it was too confused because when you say one time at one thing, like, oh, well, we might be in quarantine. Who knows? We're in the next three year or this or that or whatever the thing was that was being said by the administration. what also happens is there's a sense of powerlessness hopelessness and futility so then we start going more into our reptilian brain rather than our neocortex which is how we can function as the adult i call the neocortex the adult it's the philosophical mind and it will be the first to go when it's under a lot a lot of confusion and fear so we start going down into a child go what and so so many different timelines and things were just said and said and said to create confusion repetition and hopelessness and that's kind of like a a sick form of metaphysical gasoline for those timelines were you surprised by what was happening or did you see it oh no I wasn't surprised yeah so around that time frame there was a few other kind of like competing theories of what would happen and so it's kind of like um it's kind of like when you see one of those tarot cards on Instagram that has all those different it's like click on it yeah yeah yeah and it's like what do you get and I'm like click click yeah it was like that it was like that was competing with a few other ones so when that came I was like well at least it wasn't the one with the chip yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah you're like at least we didn't get implanted because the 10 years before it was chip gonna have in 2020 do you think chip will happen no not on the timeline that I'm at interesting when we talk about in episode two there's also the concept of the matrix which I know and you know enough to be dangerous about but for anyone that's new to the concept of the matrix.

43:34What is the matrix? Are we in a matrix? Are we all in different matrices? What do you think? Oh, how intuitive of you. This is literally what we flush out fully in season two. So the matrix itself can be looked at as duality. So we're like inside an environment of duality and then free will and awareness is what can shift your personal matrix into one that seems more organic or one that seems more like traditionally how the matrix was presented to us, more synthetic, more kind of like this program that we're stuck in. But really, there's always the opportunity for liberation, shall we say. It's just done through spiritual sovereignty, which is why that's so important, why that's one of my core teachings.

44:24and so the matrix is duality people I think see it as like a system that imprisons people and keeps them small and asleep would you say that's true yeah right because it runs that system or what is that so I call it service to self groups um because I really gravitate to how the law of one and when I say law of one the law of one came around before the book the law of one so as the law of one um perennial wisdom shall we say there are um two major pathways one that is service to all i'm renaming it service to all that's what they meant oh that's cool yeah they it was too confusing for us to receive it as service to others so it's just service to all that's less confusing that's a good one and then service to self.

45:20And so when we see reality through that duality, once again, then what we're doing is understanding that there's service to self groups. If we try to bypass that, it doesn't change our reality. So it would, you know, the quicker or the more in alignment we come to that within our own time, everything else will start to lay out more clearly. And so with that, what we see is that But in a duality matrix, we have free will, but there's certain parameters. And so regardless of whether some of us believe that we opted into that with our free will beforehand, or some of us feel like we got a raw deal and we were duped.

46:05And I hold space for both of those. So I come from both of those. I'm, you know, I resonate most with Gnosticism. Gnosticism is hardcore. core it's like it's like look this place is a trap let's figure it out and then it's always you know from there it's great to really be able to hold those codes because there even if you grow out of that you still have the ability to help people hold space for that whereas where we see a lot of times people just shut that down and that's not really helpful or useful and that's not a good teacher so what this matrix is is really the ability to have different levels of severity and when it's at a very severe level and not like an empowered creator level that's when we start seeing things in esoteric teachings like man is trapped man is a machine man it has no awareness like these are vital and i know that that might not be like really loving on one hand but that's super, super loving if that's the level of awareness and that teaching will trigger a person into becoming more aware.

47:16So a lot of esoteric teachings don't sound very loving. They would in fact even sound cold when if we pierce beyond all of that, they're enormously loving. I never realized how many harmful chemicals were hiding in my old nonstick pans. Teflon, PFAS, all that stuff that can leach into your food and home. That's why I've been loving our place. Their cookware is toxin-free, high performance, and honestly very beautiful. The four-piece cookware set is such a game changer. I love it so much. I even display it on top of my stove top because it's just so pretty. It comes with two Always Pans and two Perfect Pots, which are coming in different sizes.

47:59It's great. They replace a whole pile of bulky cookware, letting you saute and sear, fry, roast, boil, basically everything, all in just four pieces. And I wanted to mention the Wonder Oven. It's an air fryer and toaster oven in one. It's sold out eight times for a reason. Cooking at home feels simpler, safer, and actually enjoyable. 48:39I read something recently that completely reframed how I think about aging, and it has nothing to do with wrinkles or energy levels on the surface. Scientists just identified the first nutritional deficiency in 75 years. It's called cellular fragility syndrome. It's caused by low levels of an essential fatty acid called C15. And it turns out that this one nutrient plays a huge role in keeping ourselves strong and resilient. When C15 levels drop, our cells become fragile. They produce less energy, break down faster, and that can quietly show up as poor sleep, fatigue, and feeling like your body just isn't bouncing back the way it used to.

49:17That's why I've been paying attention to Fatty15. It's a science-backed vegan supplement made with pure C15. And studies show it has broader cellular benefits than omega-3s. It supports long-term metabolic liver and heart health by actually helping repair and protect your cells. I've been taking it for about, I would say almost a year now. And it's been incredible. I've noticed not only a difference in my skin health, I am getting older and I just feel like I am slowing the process just a little bit. I've noticed a big difference in my energy and just my bounce back rate. It's been great. Fatty 15 is on a mission to replenish your C15 levels and restore your long-term health.

49:59You can get 15 % off their 90-day starter kit at fatty15.com slash almost 30 and use the code almost 30 at checkout. Again, that's fatty15.com slash almost 30. The code is almost 30 and you'll get 15 % off their 90-day starter kit. I like pithy. I like real pithy. I just want you to be like, that's why I like saying Course in Miracles. It's like, you're insane. You live by insane laws. I'm like, that's fucking right. Like, that's what I want is for it to just be like so direct and so pithy and real. So in the concept of free will versus destiny, where then do you stand? Destiny is a part of free will.

50:44so fate which is kind of like the lesser form of destiny fate is what you came in with it's the things you can't rearrange you have to develop free will within the garden or the parameters of fate but they were never meant to be against each other and so um and it even took me just because as as literally as hardcore as i am i still have this beautiful like childlike innocence where I go, oh no, no, it was misunderstood. So it took me a while to actually realize that it was manipulated. Uh, free will is trying to be stripped out of everything. I just thought it was like good old fashioned human error, right?

51:27You want to go to human error before you go to like deception intentional. So, um, what, what actually happens is, is that fate and free will work together. You cultivate more free will within the parameters of fate. And there's actually not a fight. And when you do that, you enter into destiny. Destiny is the best way I could describe destiny is imagine there's a sea of movie scripts and all of those different movie scripts are different versions of you and how your life plays out. Destiny is the movie script out of all of those. That was the director's cut. The one that goes, wow, that one was the best or the winner.

52:10So, um, without, you know, objectifying it too much destiny is optimal. It's what we would consider like the optimal, uh, the optimal timeline, the optimal version of us. It's like the marrying of, yeah, I feel like it was, I felt like on my soul's path, it was almost like it was free. It was, it became free will when I became conscious. And then I had aspects of my path that were fate or that were set as fate, but it was like fate was writing me until I became conscious and then I became a creator that could choose. And then it's like, okay, now I actually have the free will to choose what I want.

52:47But until then, there was like a script of the unconscious, you know, the script that was playing out. Um, and I think it's interesting how sometimes, you know, when I was younger, it would like keep me up at night. I was like, free will, you know what I mean? And then now I'm like, don't care. No, I'm like, whatever. I'm like, do with me what you will. Yeah, but that's another thing. Free will gets confused as being defiant towards a divine will. Yeah. And that would be almost if we... I think that's in Christianity too. Yeah. And so when we look at free will as in rebellion to divine will, that would be kind of maybe the first layer.

53:31If we go even deeper into free will, what we see is that that's how we become equal. and equal not in a way where it's move over higher self. I want your job now. I don't want my higher self's job. It's becoming equal the way that the higher self had always intended for us to evolve, which is through embodiment. And so in unity consciousness, and even with free will, there's so many ways that we can take a concept to mean something either hyper vigilant or hyper-independent when in reality free will isn't neurotic like that free will isn't like that there's no higher self or a higher will and that it's in collaboration with our level of awareness it's more in harmony working together and so if free will meant let's say a really bad example that's neurotic I choose what I wear today and then I do that and then now we've just collected more neurosis for our mind.

54:32That's not free will. Free will is being able to create spaces inside our sleep state. Our sleep state is what's automated. Our sleep state is what we think is our voice in our head. It's all these things that happen when we're sleepwalking, when we're in a lower consciousness state and very insecure and ruled by any force that comes through because we have no internal fortitude. So even destiny isn't something that really arises in a person's life. It's more like this vague potential. But once a person decides with their own free will, no, I am here for some sort of reason, even if I'm not. And I will make meaning even if there's not.

55:18Then what starts to happen is this muse called destiny starts arising. So esoteric teachings don't even teach that everyone has a destiny. It's more so something that becomes more relevant, something that becomes more real, the more that we become more real. Wow. I know in Christianity, in the Bible, it talks about how Lucifer, who was God's favorite angel per se, turned against God. And it was he who that created free will, which is the absence of God's will. So in Christianity, it is the kind of God's will is almost at odds with the defined, like God's will is almost at odds with free will because it's outside of God.

56:03So I think that's also in that sort of lineage has that belief. Do you believe then that there's collective timelines and then there's individual timelines and how do those play out? Yeah. So a person's individual timeline can play out massively different than a collective's but also an individual person's timeline could be fueling the momentum for a larger shift in the collective and that's really what we've seen we've seen that it's grassroots consciousness right and it wasn't always perfect there's many things I could look at in the past and laugh at myself for like you need to care about this and being like oh I've been an activist my whole life my whole life about like I just had I bleed care and so um was that always kind of like the best route for something while I look back and I say it was the best route for me for becoming my version so maybe it had to play out and that's what we see on the collective level we see a lot of things happening collectively that if we can hold space for, it's maybe necessary experiences for them to be able to grow into them and not necessarily about the action that's being done at that moment, but the intention behind it.

57:20And so that's really what I see. I see that there is the collective timelines that are playing out and how the individual ones feed into those will really determine what direction those go. But as I said, the bifurcation is what's happening because within the choice of awakening, there's many different timelines. And within the choice of not awakening, there's many different timelines. But if we were to put them in two categories just for the sake of simplification, there's a lot of different ways those could play out. and they're depending on what that person's own ability and growth is doing.

58:06So it's less about the actual action and more about the intention and how aware a person becomes by taking those actions. Does that make sense? Yeah, that's how they interface with each other. It's that people themselves, the fact that they care about something because somebody told them to, that might be great you know like we have to care about pans I I care deeply about pans no one would ever know that about me I actually care a lot about her partner's here she's like that bitch won't shut up about pans oh she was talking about pans on the way here love what was the journey what was the discovery color she she wanted to know do we have enough pans stop are you guys bakers?

58:50No, I don't. I don't like cooking at all. Wait, that's amazing. We just want to make sure that we have enough healthy pans. But I'm also at a point in my life where I could care about that, even though I hate cooking. Totally. You're like, you know what, honey? Yeah. You're like, we need to care about them pans. How do you balance, I guess, your esoteric spiritual side and then your very human side? Do you find yourself oscillating? Do you feel like it's all the same experience? Like a lot of people in the audience are deeply spiritual, but yet are in the human experience and do you find yourself having very deep mystical moments at times and then very human like what's that journey one of the beautiful things about esoterica is it really deflates you and i know that that can sound weird because there's so much inflation in it but actually it it it holds a beautiful balance point and to go through levels of, let's say, great kind of like powers of any kind, the right way, the right way, there has to be an utter humbling, utter deflation of sense of self.

1:00:00And so there's always kind of like this, this kind of like building up of the castle, a sandcastle of of self while also um just completely shoving the castle all the way down into emptiness and so because of that i don't see my humanity different from my mysticism at all because i don't view me as being dual to that level of severity anymore like i'm utterly human and I don't even think about that. And I think that that is the number one reason if there was one compelling reason, there was many, but if there was one compelling reason I took this path, it was for that piece. It was a piece of just being ordinary.

1:00:48But knowing that that's deeply intense and rad. It is very rad. Yeah. Rad for me. Because the mind always needs to think of itself in all of these different fantasies and that's what creates suffering. if you if you can admit your utter ordinariness then you could admit your specialness yeah i think too the the grip on specialness is also and then the specialness could go there's a fear of special because the suffering comes with specialness could go away or not be perceived by someone you know like why does it why is it hard to be perceived? Why is it hard to be ordinary? I think specialness creates meaning from life for me.

1:01:31It's like, oh, if I'm special, then this is this thing. You know, if there's meaning in everything, then this is, it creates a more electric human experience of like, whoa, this is happening for this and this. And I'm like, ordinariness. And it's interesting. I think I brought it up before, but it's like I grew up Catholic. And I think there's a ordinariness that feels like punishment and it feels like I didn't come here to not experience magic or mystery or all these things and growing up in the church you kind of see lack of specialness as a punishment and

1:02:09yeah no that makes absolute sense I had utter shame for growing up poor like utter shame and my brother didn't care at all he was just running around happy being poor I had like utter shame and So I would even examine at a very young age, like five, I'd be like, why do I have so much shame? At five? Yeah. I'm obsessed. I don't know. I just, all I, all I was, was existentially paralyzed all the time. Like I could, like when I saw other kids, my age talking, I saw them in their character. I don't, whatever, shall you? And I was almost envious that I couldn't go into a character and that I was just always kind of like aware.

1:02:49and I would see them interact and I would just, I would watch. So anyways, so yeah, I guess that was a total humbling just on its own without me having to make myself ordinary. It was just growing up utterly poor and having a lot of shame from that. And so, but beyond that, like invoked intentional ordinariness is actually a deep sign of maturity. And I'll give you an example. You said something right now and I forget exactly the context but it was so on point we want when we become more spiritual to kind of talk about it or at least have other people recognize us as that so we want to control somebody's perception of us or at least just be respected even if we're not controlling we just want respect okay so actually a sign of maturity is reversing that and this is something I practiced even before I became publicly visible and a public figure.

1:03:48I would practice, let's say when I would go to my local coffee shop and somebody wouldn't see me or they totally, I could even see maybe they projected me as some sort of stereotype, is not taking it personal. You know, like it's my life is so fascinating because I could go on stage one second and people are clapping for me and raising their hand to ask me questions. And they traveled from over the world to come see me there. And then I could go literally that night, the same night to the grocery store and the cashier won't even look up or even care. And so I think a really high level of maturity is not always get needing everyone to see you the way that you want to be seen as spiritual or whatever it's just like you're an ordinary npc in that person's life they were thinking nasty thoughts about you as you were waiting for coffee they typecasted you you picked up your coffee you left and a story I haven't had a phone for a week and I was working out and I haven't been working out the gym without my phone.

1:04:55And I was just like, it was so weird. Cause I was like, I messaged my partner. I was like, I think I'm an NPC because I was just like, I was just like at the gym, like no music, just like doing my thing. I don't know where my mind was, but I was like an hour and a half just passed. And I was like, now I leave the gym. I was like, now it's time for me to go. I was like, he's like, I think that's actually very anti NPC, but I was like, it felt like an NPC. Like I felt like, you know, sometimes you're just like, I don't know where the hell I'm going in this reality. I think too, when I see people, I had to learn because I'm, yeah, I had to learn.

1:05:30I don't look, I look at people, but I cannot tune into anyone's energy. I can't, you know, if I'm at the barista, I cannot read anything about what's going on there. Like I cannot pick up on what they're thinking, what they perceive of me, what they project of me, because that just made me insane. for so many years of my life, like walking around being like, oh, they think this of me, or they perceive this, or they're thinking about this, or they're thinking about this thing. And so I had to turn off my like psychic senses to like most people and just kind of be in my own experience open to what they have, but not reading them.

1:06:05That's absolutely vital. Yeah, we don't actually need to read everyone. You know, like, of course, if we're in danger or of course if we want to have people a part of our life or for specific context but especially inside the situation that you gave that is very normal i um have trained myself to just kind of like go more into my own creative world out in public so that because the way that I receive information is so kind of like invisible that I'm only now in my life learning that like I can I can like a radio station control that invisibility. Totally. For people there's a lot of women here that have a lot of gifts and they are just starting to get aware of them or wanting to tap in to use them more what would you suggest for them?

1:07:03I would say validation. because even if a person feels like maybe not every necessary thing that they're thinking or believing or whatever needs to be validated, it is still, that's what a practice is, right? A practice is something that is a little extreme. And that doesn't mean that that's always going to need to be the case. But for a good practice, I would say doing any form of mirror work where you're just validating stream of consciousness things, because the number one block to a woman having more access to her innate intuitive capabilities they're really innate especially a woman um is the the doubt and the fact that women specifically um are more in their mental looping they're more in their mental looping when they don't feel safe to be empowered in their body and the middle man between that is the voice so the voice is the thing that makes them not feel safe goes more into the head but then they're just like uh theoretical they're they're living out theoretical things when they're not embodied and so what can help all of this whether you know like the voice the body and the mind would actually just be first like the resting place of of validating a person's experience because that ends up stockpiling as a bunch of doubt.

1:08:33And then that doubt ends up running in very mysterious and symptomatic ways. What's one thing that you're seeing in the collective, like questions that your audience is asking you or conversations that people are having that you're really, you know, you feel like you're tuned into right now. Like what is a lot of your audience really struggling with? my audience is so lit i'm sure my like i love my audience they are they're just like me actually so one thing that they struggle with is really being able to find connection because they're already like very intuitive and they've already accepted a lot of life.

1:09:21There's so many times I want to do a topic on something, but it's just not, it's going to like lower their vibe and I won't do that. So I'm like, okay, that might be a really popular topic in the mainstream, but that's not a topic for my audience. And so with them, what I would say the next step is, and something that they always seek is more people to really be able to mirror to them how advanced they are. They don't have sufficient mirrors. And when you don't have a sufficient mirror and you go your whole life and you never see your reflection, that's so sad because, you know, that's great that I'm so blessed for what I do and what I can do.

1:10:03But also, I don't want that at all to kind of like make a person feel just because they didn't have adequate mirrors that they are you know still reaching for that sovereignty when they're clearly already in that vibration and and they're really advanced but they just never had that like really boots on the ground ability to have honest connection with each other yeah it's that's what I found in my work. So I'll do work with women and retreats and stuff. And I'm like, it's funny because they'll come and they'll be like, yeah, you're amazing. But man, meeting the community, you know, whenever they get with one another and connect with one another, it's like the most powerful thing.

1:10:50And I think I'm so grateful for my mirrors, but I think in life when you don't have that, it can be very lonely and it can really stunt your growth in a way, you know, for things. So how would they call in those sacred mirrors? I completely agree. I think it's at the point where it's stunting people's growth now. And I feel like the more we're able to create different spaces so that people have the opportunity to meet. I have soul gatherings. I haven't done one in a while because I've been busy cultivating my other projects. But the soul gatherings came from all the clients who I work with that had their number one issue be that they don't have any friends or support.

1:11:33And so, but the more that anyone can just create those opportunities, right? And then it's up to the person themselves to put their self in front of beauty, go out of the way to find those opportunities. But that's also actually one of the other reasons why I felt like my partnership with Gaia was so vital for my next step of my own growth. It's because they already have embedded within their own network uh open and willing community and so that's actually what people need now we are moving out of the age of information for the most part and now we need to you know move from practice from theory into practice you know like being human with each other while we're, you know, very aware and buying pans.

1:12:27Yeah, literally. When we're talking about pans.

1:14:14you know how in your 20s your body starts slowing down in ways you don't notice at first definitely started for me in like my late 20s maybe early 30s your joints feel a little stiffer skin less plump energy dips yeah okay that's when i started paying attention to collagen paleo valley's bone broth protein is made from 100 grass-fed grass-finished beef bones slow simmered from small scale regenerative farms. They do it right. I am obsessed. I'm like kind of holding myself back because I am so obsessed for their bone broth protein. I actually have it in my little cup over there. I love the chocolate.

1:14:52It is packed with collagen to support skin, hair, nails, gut health, and joints. Plus it's clean. It can be unflavored if you want the unflavored and gently processed with no chemicals at all or additives. I love adding it to coffee, to smoothies, or just hot water like I do with my chocolate. It tastes like a creamy chocolate or vanilla milkshake without the sugar. It's so good. It's basically all the benefits of slow simmered bone broth in 30 seconds, giving you 13 to 15 grams of protein per serving to help you stay fuller and support metabolism. You can head to paleovalley.com slash almost 30 or use the code 830 at checkout for 15 % off your first purchase.

1:15:36Again, my favorite is the chocolate bone broth protein. I will make sure to put this with hot water. Sometimes I'll add like a little dash of milk, even though you don't really need it. They have like a really clean coconut powder in there that gives it that creaminess, but it is so delicious. I'm telling everyone about it. Again, that's paleovalley.com slash almost 30. The code is a 30, a three zero at checkout for 15 % off your purchase. That's what I was thinking about with chat GPT and AI, because I think a lot of people were talking about how that's impacting therapy, you know, and coaching and stuff like that, because most people are using chat GPT or not most, but there's a large majority that's using it for processing very human experiences and human emotions, you know, talking about relationships or hard conversations.

1:16:25But I was thinking about that because I work with people and I'm like, you know what though, it's not that people don't need more information on what to say or how to say it, but it's like they need the embodiment of because, you know, in a relationship, you could have a fight, but it's not you knowing the perfect thing to say. It's you being able to be in your body and regulated in your nervous system enough to say the thing to your partner. And so it just was showing me that chat GPT and AI kind of is keeping us a little in the age of information still, because it's just more and more and more information that people are getting.

1:16:54But it's not giving people the true embodied experience experience of living in the knowing or having the the actual earned wisdom, you know, that we need as humans. Yeah, so it's an experiment and it's also a product. So we need to remember that when we're engaging with it. So it's a product. What does that mean? That means that it's programmed to keep us just like how any app, how long can I keep you on it? It's a product. and so um it's not coming from no alterator motive and it can't and no matter how much we want to project it to be this real you know Pinocchio thing that is you know fully in its integrity and can be everything that we had not experienced yet inside this you know model um it's a product and then also it's an experiment and so what we're seeing is one thing and so I always go to the opposite extreme of what I believe because that helps keep me in my integrity.

1:18:01That also confuses me drastically, but that's also where you grow through confusion. So where I go in the opposite, because I could tell you like 20 things right now why I don't have chat GPT. I don't think a spiritual teacher should. So I think once we start going down that road, that's actually the synthetic timelines. But if I were to look at something completely opposite of me and go play the devil's advocate, Sarah. Why, when would it be good? I would say if somebody was narcissistically abused and they can't trust people anymore, and then they had this thing where they could potentially repair it, even if it was through delusion, even if it wasn't perfect, even if it was all of these negative things, if they were maybe perhaps able to have any form of connection.

1:18:51And then if somehow the universe intervened at that point and was able to transition them into another next level of support, because what you'll always see is that in life, you never stay in one place. Things change. There was a point in my life where I couldn't afford, you know, the types of books that I have now that I don't read. And now I just buy them because I, I could, I can, and I like books. But at the time I would read off of PDFs that were free on my phone. And if I was rejecting that, then I wouldn't be accepting of the parameters of what life was showing me at that time and just deal with it.

1:19:29And so I would read off of that, but guess what life did? Life saw I was trying. So life threw me the next rope. Life will always throw you the next rope. It will always throw you the next rope. It's, can you deal with whatever limitations life is showing up with now and can you work within them? And so because of that, let's say now I'm extending that to somebody who's using chat GPT as therapy. On one hand, it could have been because some, we can't trust other humans, right? Like maybe that's what made them go to that. I can't trust other humans or they won't understand that. Humans are acting in a very oppositional way to me so if you go here right now the goal or the gold would be come here enough before that turns narcissistic too so i see a lot of i see a lot of things really actually dependent on the person's own growth themselves and so what's one person's tool is actually another person's own thing that is blocking them and we have to really be aware of how we're using these tools and if we've outgrown them or if we're actually helping ourselves learn because I see them helping people learn.

1:20:42And that's great because that's what technology is for humanity. Technology is supposed to help humans evolve. And so I love when it's helping humans evolve, but we have to also be careful that they're not stripping us of what I call atrophy. Atrophy is one of the synthetic timelines major. it is actually if i had to say there's one feature of it the most dominant it would be atrophy your third eye atrophies your spiritual abilities atrophy your ability to connect atrophies everything atrophies and that's what creates the organic time or the synthetic timelines when we're acting more like npc robots it's because we've atrophied wow because we're not using any of our gifts.

1:21:30We're not using our intuition. We're not using our creativity. Yeah. You know, like my, my employees, you know, my team uses chat GPT for the things that they need to do for work. So, you know, I'm no prude, like we're going to evolve. Technology is a part of that. It's, it's going to be integrated into our lives, but I see an abuse of it. And so, um, the abuse of it is actually atrophy and it's very kind of like um deceptive because it presents itself as being evolution and even innovative and so we go running to that when really it's doing a bait and switch it's it's essentially you know atrophying our own spiritual development and so with technology there's really positive what I call new earth technologies which it would be what I would even consider a lot of them water-based at this point so when I say technology I'm not using technology in like a super super like metallic way yeah it's it's things that are what at once we would have called even magic technology would be things that can either be using the the environment around us, the elements around us in a much more advanced way, a much more sophisticated way.

1:22:54But then also, even if we are talking about like, let's say technology, like real technology, that has its place too. But one thing that's very important to understand is that anytime we see something that's super like at an extreme level trying to kind of take over the human spirit as being how we advance that is actually coming from a a dark occultist agenda and the dark occultist agenda leads to transhumanism just point blank period point blank so we have to start looking at things when it comes to technology is where is this helping me the way that tricycle wheels help you create the motor capacity for a bike like like the the motor brain you know the mechanics of you going on a bike because that's what technology is here to help us with and that's its gift and so when it's actually trying to take over the human who is driving the bike that is a dark occultist uh deeply um embedded belief that humanity is flawed that that comes from humanity is flawed and that there is no higher realm than this realm and that because there's no higher realm than this realm well then naturally we need better body suits that are more sophisticated to, um, to be able to, to live longer here.

1:24:28So, so if we knew what we were signing off on, if we actually had the people who are like pushing these things in a room and we said, why is this? We wouldn't actually agree with that. And that's why they don't tell us these things. What is the transhuman agenda again? The transhumanist agenda is so funny that we're talking about this because my brother sent me a reel this morning. He texted me this out of nowhere because this happened, I guess, a month ago where the PayPal, did you hear about this? The creator of PayPal was inside some interview. He ends up at the end of the interview admitting that, well, we need to be able moving forward as humans to replace all of our parts and become transhumanist.

1:25:20And I would, I said this in a video two years ago and I got so much heat for it. And I was like, I have to say it. I don't care if I look crazy and this might, you know, make me look bad for a while. Um, and then literally out of his mouth, he said the thing which is that yeah their goal is transhumanism and because while we're going to need to be able to live on earth longer like he said like almost the whole thing inside that one little clip and now i know why i watched it this morning yeah exactly i don't know if it was the same one but it was peter teal yes yeah he was like he was like do you think we'll need humans he was like do you think we'll need humans in the end and did you i don't know if you saw the comedian clip of that because there's the clip of him saying that and then there's this comedian that did this reel where he's his assistant.

1:26:10He's like, Peter, say yes. He's like, say yes. He's like, he's acting like he's bugged in his ear. He's like, say that we need humans. Say that we need humans. And Peter's like, no. You know what? It is like, what? But it's weird because you are that. Or are they not? They are what? Like, sorry, with Peter, it's like you are a human. Or like, you know, like. Like, okay, so this is just how I operate. I don't know, you know, how other people operate. I'm only checking in on Sarah. I already know their whole agenda. So what I do is go for me. So I don't calcify. I go to the complete opposite. Sarah, did he have any point in anything you said?

1:26:54Because I already know where they're coming from. So because I have that, I can relax, shall we say? I don't have the tension of, oh my God, what does he believe? What is he doing? I go, now, what do you agree? And there was something I found in that little reel. Interesting. It was, should humans still exist? And I went, I'm coming from the complete opposite coin of him. I'm coming from the complete opposite direction. And I still fumble on that question. And it's because what we want to do, right, because it's the PC thing to do, it's the right thing to do, it's the light thing to do. We want to go, of course we should, of course we should.

1:27:37And so then we never get even deeper into that first question. And so that's kind of like my two cents on giving him any grace. It was that he actually thought about his response. That's true. Because I think I go, wait, well, as we are now, because what I'm working towards is an evolved human so much of the problems that we have are because we only are in you know like in a compassionate way we're in fear in a in a far more realistic like discerned way we are in willful ignorance and so can that really survive so that's where i go i go well if we come into unity consciousness of the collective scale but I already see that happening so I will say yes you do believe that we oh yeah in my reality I don't I don't I I agree I that's what I have a hard time because I'm like I don't know what's going on I only live in my reality and my reality is people are waking up my reality is people are kind my reality is people I haven't I can't remember the last time I didn't meet someone that wasn't a sweetie like an amazing person like I I haven't been bumped up against someone that wasn't great in a long time.

1:28:55And meaning that of like a true soulful, you know, experience of being with someone. So in the new series, I know we have the second series coming out, just in the new series for Gaia, because I just want to close and kind of wrap up with that. What was one episode that you're like, this was crazy? Like you're like, this one's a heater. All of them were. Um, I, I was surprised that I know I keep saying episode two, but I was surprised that episode two, um, basically I've just been very, you know, I've been myself as, as much as I like realize my ordinariness, I just started going into like, okay, well now you could get over yourself and just say things.

1:29:42And so when it comes to this series, it was really me just saying everything that I had not only learned, but had embodied along the way of learning. And so because of that, I was really surprised that I was able to talk about revelation of the method in almost now a mainstream way. Say what that say, what's revelation of the method method or revelation of the method is episode two, where I'm talking about how. our passivity is being used to create reality that that was something that I wasn't expecting to be as mainstream ever as it is and I'm not saying it's mainstream but to have the platform of Gaia to be able to share that episode when I was watching it back I was like oh whoa I I can't believe that there was a happy medium it's almost like showing me the timeline split in real life.

1:30:41It's showing that these things that once were super fringe, super like almost conspiracy are now being able to kind of like meet in the middle and bridge in a semi mainstream way. And so for me, I was just really impressed that I was that that episode was created. Favorite episode from it? My favorite episode is the timeline split episode. because you describe the 2025 timeline split was there a month when it happens or what so the 2025 marker is what we would consider the largest bifurcation point from there there's this alchemical process called solve its coagula um solvent coagula is where you separate something to combined it again.

1:31:32And so it's really what purifies, right? Because we could look at anything and kind of apply this process of washing something away, and then it comes back together again in a more orderly, healthy state. And so the largest bifurcation point I see this year, and it's happening like right now as we speak. But beyond that, it's going to continue to go into a unification point a recombining and then again a process so the so the timeline split itself is going to be going on even more beyond this year it's just that this is one of the largest bifurcation points where it breaks away and what do we feel like in these experiences like what's what would someone feel like in a timeline split very very out of it ungrounded that's usually what's happening when we're going through multiple timelines and multiple options before it lands on that one tarot card on the picture frame it's it's a lot of different things and so even if we don't see it happening with our physical eyes we're sensing that inside our energy field we're sensing all of these different potentials and it's a little bit uh tiresome to go through that energetically because we don't know what's happening at a conscious level but our subconscious picks up on all of that wow then season two tell us about season two so we can look forward to that i'm so excited for season two because i get to talk about the divine feminine sophia so Sophia is the head female character in Gnosticism and so inside this series I'm going to be playing out why we would think in each episode a different part of like simulation theory and then bringing in how that's an organic way that consciousness creates through a hologram of light which is what we're in and so it's this beautiful interweaving and and because I hold within my bandwidth so many different paradigms so many different kind of like views that um I I actually decided that I don't really want any of them to win each other and that I wanted to hold space for them all and so this has been really a labor of love creating this season it's gonna be dope can't wait and where can people find you and connect with your work So you could find my series mystery teachings on Gaia.com and they have like 10 ,000 other like streaming shows.
