In short

Soak (S-O-A-A-K) is an “award-winning sound frequency” app presented as a way to improve sleep, reduce stress, and boost productivity by “rewiring” the brain and body through frequency compositions layered under music/podcasts via a dual-audio feature.

Guests

Henry Penix and Laura Whitney, partners behind Soak. They previously delivered frequency therapy in a clinic (frequency spa) using headsets/bone-conducting headsets and 20-minute sessions. They say Soak was trusted by the US military and built from years of in-clinic development with practitioners.

Key claims

Everything in the body is frequency; Soak compositions act like tuning forks via sympathetic resonance to help cells and the nervous system “oscillate in harmony.” Compositions are “adaptogenic,” designed for outcomes (sleep, anxiety, depression, hormone support, etc.). They also claim measurable sleep-efficiency improvements (up to ~99%) using wearables/biometrics, plus effects on mindset via “word frequencies” (e.g., wealth/prosperity).

Notable examples

Sleep is the most-listened track; headache support can feel like it subsides within 30–60 seconds. A story of a $500,000 transfer after months of listening and intention-setting. Military pilots/mission readiness contracts; sleep data analysis cited as 800 million hours. Partnership with Aura ring for integration.

0:42hello welcome to the almost 30 podcast it's lindsey simsik i'm so glad you're here i'm running solo in this intro today um normally it's it's krista and myself uh chit-chatting a little bit, but we're going to get right into this interview. It is a fascinating one. Both Krista and myself sat down with Henry Penix and Laura Whitney of Soak. S-O-A-A-K. This is an incredible new app that I feel like you must have at the ready. I found it fascinating and very effective to incorporate into my everyday. Let me tell you about it. So Soak is an award-winning sound frequency app trusted by the US military with a 97 % satisfaction rating delivered in 190 companies.

1:37It is improving sleep, reducing stress, and boosting productivity. Um, listeners of the soak app are reporting deeper sleep, increased REM. They are really getting that restorative sleep. Um, an average sleep efficiency because they've been tracking it with various wearables is 99%, which is crazy. This is according to 10 years of clinical data. Um, I, when I first listened to the frequencies on the soak app, I was like, um, I don't know if I can listen to this all the time. This feels like weird. You know, sometimes the pitches are a little annoying. And I think Laura, Laura even says that in the interview.

2:27But what's so cool about this app is they have like a dual audio feature. And so you could be listening to music, a podcast, anything really, and layer the sound frequency from the soak app underneath what you're listening to. And you could put it at a lower level. I think it has to be at least at level one to be effective and you can reap the benefits. So this is like a huge habit stacking moment for you. And I've been incorporating it. I've even been incorporating it in bedtime with a Mav. So I've been putting on at like a lower volume, the sleep, the sleep frequency. And he barely even he barely notices and I'm either reading him a book or we're listening to a story time on his Tony or something like that.

3:18I've definitely noticed it's given him a deeper sleep, longer stretches of sleep. You know, we've been on a sleep journey. So I am full in on the effectiveness of these frequencies. So in this conversation, we go deep with Henry and Laura about sound frequency, the power of it, how it affects your cells, your body, your health, your stress, your brain. It is fascinating. And this is something that the military has been using for a very long time. And so for us to have access to it through an app very affordably is pretty incredible. Up until creating the app, they can only offer these frequencies in their office, at their clinics, and at a higher price because of just all that's involved in the office.

4:10So this is pretty remarkable. And I highly recommend for anyone who is wanting to better focus, sleep better, just feel more energized. I think it's an incredible asset in your routine. So if you're interested in like, how the heck do these sound frequencies work? What do they actually sound like? How can I incorporate this into my everyday, how these compositions are carefully created and why the layering of these frequencies and the changing of these frequencies is effective on the body and the brain. We're going to go into all of it. And I feel like we get into, I don't think we get too much into conspiracy land, but for those that love it, I think we do a little bit.

5:05So I think we'll be there with you. Um, we are super excited about this conversation. They also announced their new partnership with aura. So if you out there have an aura ring major, major, um, they are integrating with aura ring. So they explain how that came about and how it works. It's pretty awesome and seamless. Um, yeah, I'm just excited about this one. It's a very unique conversation. So you can go to soak.com slash almost 30. That's S O A A K.com slash almost 30 and use code almost 30 at checkout to get your first month free. Try it out. See how you like it. Layer the sounds. Use the dual audio.

5:47Highly recommend. Come back to us. Tell us how it's working. And we'll go from there. Go to soaak.com slash almost 30 and use the code almost 30 to get your first month free. Okay. Thank you to Henry and Laura, who, by the way, are partners. And I just loved their dynamic. It was so, so fun. So thank you for coming in. And we will see you guys on the other side of this episode. Welcome, guys. Thank you. So excited to have you. We're super thrilled to be in person. We've been chatting a little bit before, but I was so excited about this interview because I've actually been obsessed with sound and frequencies in the past couple years.

6:28I've realized so much in wellness that sometimes it's the simplest things. And sometimes I think the innovation comes with things related to like light or sound. And I think we've become so technically focused that I think we're kind of moving towards the simple things like frequencies. And so I think this is such a perfect conversation to have with you guys. I wanted to start and just kind of framing the conversation with our audience in understanding like why sound, why frequencies, like where we are in wellness today with how much things are changing, like why is this important now? Yeah. Well, I'll let you take that, but I want to comment on what you just said.

7:03So that's interesting because frequency has always been like everything emits a frequency. You can go back as far as you want to in time and frequency is there because everything is frequency. So, but just recently we've had the technology to harness that frequency and deliver it to the public for benefit. So if somebody is low energy, depressed, can't sleep, whatever, we can actually harness that and provide it. I know we'll get into that later, but it's like this ancient technique, these ancient things coupled with the fact that we can only now present them with technology to help the human race.

7:39Well, they said the Egyptians used to use frequency. Yeah, in their pyramid. They would make rooms where it was actually healing rooms. They could tune the whole entire room to a certain frequency for a healing outcome, which is so cool. And the reason for us, the why behind why now, we have a health clinic. And so we did this in clinic for years and years. And it was one of the most popular services we had because it was just so easy. People just sit there and push play and listen. We had a frequency spa. So they'd come and, you know, just chill out for 30 minutes and relax. And so after a while, I'm like, you know, we did IV therapy, we did body work, homeopathics, like just everything.

8:18We did everything at the health clinic. Everything is very expensive. Natural medicine is very expensive. All medicine is expensive. And so I started telling him this works so well. And if we can digitize it, we can make it so inexpensive. Why wouldn't we offer something that's accessible 24 hours a day and very inexpensive. Like, so that's my why behind this is it's something that works so good and it's opposite of expensive, holistic, you know, medicine, not opposite, but as far as like pricing and accessibility and the supplement. So that, that's why we're so excited about this. And, you know, we want to push it out because it's so easy and it's, and it's accessible and affordable.

9:03And so in your clinics, when you're doing this in person and having people enjoy the frequency spa, what exactly is happening between the frequency and the body? Yes. Okay. So like he was talking about, we are frequency. Every part of us is a frequency. Our skin is tuned to a specific frequency. Each organ or heart is a specific frequency. So Royal Rife is somebody that 100 years ago actually discovered the different frequencies of the universe, of the body. And so he was able to actually write in books. It's, you know, public knowledge that the heart resonates, a healthy heart resonates at this frequency.

9:47Is it 432? No, no. But that's one of just like a peaceful calming with the frequency of love. It does help. It's not the heart's frequency. Oh, interesting. Right, but the actual tissues. So everything holds its own frequency. So what's cool about us humans is we all have a frequency blueprint. So you resonate at a very specific frequency that nobody else in this world resonates at because of everything that makes you. And so the way that it works is we are like tuning forks. So our bodies are sitting there and we are energy. We are not physical matter. We are very little physical matter. We are just vibrating energy.

10:23And so let's just say, for example, you turn on here, you turn on rock music. It's going to affect my frequency a certain way. I'm either going to like it or I'm not going to like it. And it's going to change my tune, my frequency. Or if you play something very calming like a soak frequency or Beethoven or something that I enjoy, it's going to resonate with me and it's going to calm my frequencies. And so the soak frequencies are actually frequency compositions. And this is what we developed in clinic over a lot of years. It's not just like one 432. It might be 432 plus 20 more that resonate for a specific outcome.

10:59So if you have a headache specifically. We had a team of practitioners sit down and roundtable the idea of what causes a headache. What are the 50 things that might cause the headache? Dehydration, stress, depression, you know, digestive issues, like all the things. And then let's pair frequencies that could be any and all of those issues into a composition for a headache. And so that's what our frequencies are, our specific compositions. So when you play that, your body absorbs or takes what it needs and doesn't do anything with the things that it doesn't need. And so it's non-invasive. There's no negative side effects at all.

11:36But you can imagine your cells on a cellular level are vibrating or oscillating. Well, if you're out of whack, your vibration is out of whack, they're oscillating improperly. So the soak frequencies are playing and we're like tuning forks. it eventually will help our cells resonate at the same proper healthy frequency that those soak frequencies are playing. So then what happens is your body essentially just kind of calms down. It calms your nervous system because your cells are all then oscillating in harmony in unison with one another. And so it physically helps calm the energy body is the very short answer of the long explanation.

12:14To your tuning fork example, to get into that just a little bit deeper. Yeah. Do you guys know about the tuning fork where you'll hold one and you'll strike it with something and it'll resonate like a D, like the sound of a D. And if you hold another tuning fork next to it and not touch it, this will start to resonate the same D without touching it through sympathetic resonance. So it resonates in sympathy of this. Yeah. So you can look that up. So when you hear a soak sound frequency composition and the frequencies are adaptogenic, so they adapt to what you need, when you hear that playing, you're that tuning fork.

12:53This is the tuning fork that's playing and it can't change because it's digital. But you can change because we have mind, will, and emotion. So when you're listening to this unchanging tuning fork that's supposed to help with depression or energy or whatever through sympathetic resonance, through a scientific principle, your cells start to resonate the same tune or tone or modality that it's hearing. And all of a sudden, that depression lifts, the energy increases, your nervous system regulates. It's a really cool way to do that. Yeah, it's simple, but it's very complex. Yeah. We mentioned the Egyptians.

13:32Is there any other like in history? Like I love that kind of stuff, just thinking about that type of thing. Is there any other references in history that you guys have learned about or discovered in this process where you're like, wow, the Egyptians are using, the Greeks are using, what else? I do have to say this. When you said that, I thought of a subtitle for this podcast, From Pyramids to Podcast. There we go. Yes. He's got them. So it's the ancient principles. It's the ancient principles that we can use now in modern society to help that. But because everything always was frequency, you see those things of pyramid rooms where people would walk in and get healed and helped.

14:11And the way, you know, the way people would read the environment and put themselves in taking certain sound baths or you've seen the people who do the sound bowls, you know, that's one frequency that, you know, it's kind of hit or miss, but it helps regulate the nervous system some. but you can imagine putting 20 to 25 together. And since they're adaptogenic and only help what helps you and the rest go by the wayside, that's like the greatest odds that something's going to help some part of your body to get to what you want, that specific outcome. The cool part is it literally has been in every culture.

14:53And when we started developing modern medicine, which is like synthetic medicine essentially, we kind of, I think as a society got brainwashed to all the stuff that came before us, like this is the way you take this and that heals this. Well, that's actually not true. And all of, you know, the past hundreds and hundreds and thousands of years, Western medicine, I'm sorry, Eastern medicine, they use frequencies in many different ways. Chinese medicine uses frequencies. It doesn't all necessarily use sound like we're using sound, but homeopathics, that's a frequency. Those are frequency charged liquids.

15:35And then it's not just even the frequency of the sound, but it's the ideology behind medicine. So Eastern medicine, Chinese medicine, they think like this. They think this organ is operating or vibrating at this rate, what can we do to harmonize? They're always thinking about harmonizing and curing at the root and not like we think in Western medicine, which is how can we make this go away? It doesn't mean it's fixing it. It's just going away temporarily, which is still an amazing. Our scientists are incredible and modern medicine is very helpful in a lot of situations, but that's new. This, what we're talking about is the original medicine.

16:20Okay. So lately I've been thinking a lot about how I want to support my body in this season of life, in this kind of like preconception mode, conception mode. And it's a season of life that I've been through before. I have one son. I'm just really intentional about what I'm putting in my body and how I am making sure I'm getting the nutrients that I need. So there's so much information out there and it can feel overwhelming trying to make the right choices when it comes to your prenatal. One thing I feel really good about is that in my first pregnancy, I took Ritual's Essential Prenatal. Even if you're just in a phase of preparing your body or being intentional about foundational nutrients, it feels like such a supportive place to start.

16:59Their clinically backed Essential Prenatal includes key nutrients like choline, folate, and omega-3. And I love that the ingredients are traceable and thoughtfully sourced. I and a lot of my friends chose Ritual because I really love and trust the level of research behind it. It's the only leading prenatal backed by its own human clinical trial, and it was clinically shown to deliver key nutrients like folate, biotin, and vitamin D. I also appreciate that it uses methylated folate and a patented capsule designed to dissolve in the small intestines, which I found makes it really gentle and easy to take, especially I remember that first trimester.

17:38It was kind of like a hard thing to wrap my head around that I had to take prenatals, but it made it a lot easier. So compared to other supplements I've tried. It's just been a better overall experience for me. So I highly recommend don't settle for less than evidence-based support. Save 25 % on your first month of Ritual at ritual.com slash almost 30. That's ritual.com slash almost 30 for 25 % off your first month. Okay. I have to tell you guys about Chime. It's literally changing my life and makes me actually enjoy dealing with money. See chime.com for details and applicable terms. yeah so you guys were saying that you did it in your clinic how did you guys even start doing it in the clinic like what was even that inspiration yeah um well we when when the other modalities weren't working as well as the frequencies um she said let's let's set a section over here where people can come in for frequency treatment and so if you could imagine an area you would walk in the lights are a little dim and there's like 12, 15 foot tall curtains and you would walk in and sit in this seat.

20:05And when you chose, you know, I want help with depression, anxiety, low energy, female hormone balancing, whatever it was, we would pick the frequency composition with five to 25 frequencies, give it to you and you would either listen through your headset or bone conducting headsets that just come out of the ear but resonate in your body. or just listen through a normal speaker, whatever the person would want to use. And they would sit there usually for about 20 minutes. Many would just fall asleep because it's so relaxing and it regulates your nervous system so well. And they would get up feeling like a million dollars.

20:41The problem was people were spending$800 to$1 ,000 a month doing these treatments. And that's when she said, can't we do something? And can we get the same clinical efficacy in an app or something that people can take home with them? or use at one or two in the morning when the clinic's not open. Because that when you can't sleep at one in the morning, I'm not going to wait till the next morning to get help. You know, I want help then. And so that was a big, I think, driver of what she did. But to answer your question specifically, they would come in, sit down, usually just kind of doze off and chill and get up and feel like a million bucks.

21:18Yeah. Yeah. We had, when I first started the clinic, I wasn't a practitioner of any sort. I just owned business and I operated it. And I was just nerding out on all the different types of holistic medicine that is available. So we bought equipment and we had practitioners and they brought their specialties. And so we stumbled, stumbled across the technology that delivered these frequencies. And so I'm like, hmm, let's try it. You know, and we did light therapy. We did other types of things. We had sound bowls. We actually had a sound bowl therapist that would come in and do classes and stuff like that.

21:56And so it was one of those things where it was kind of like a hidden little gym within a bunch of stuff we did. And after years of people doing it, and then I kind of got addicted to do it every day after work. I would go when everybody's gone and I would sit there and do my frequencies. And I was just like, this is cool. This is really cool. Love that. Yeah. So when people are coming into the clinic and what they can now experience in the app, can you give us examples of kind of what people are treating? Maybe ones that like surprised you when you first heard the amazing benefits that they're receiving during the frequencies?

22:32So our main things that people use it for is anxiety, depression, and sleep. Wouldn't you say those are our top ones? Here's a cheap plug. We're in 190 countries now after 10 years and being in one country. We've grown to 190 countries. And out of 190 countries and a little over 70 million minutes of digital therapies, our number one listen to frequency is for sleep. And it's not the normal jump on YouTube, get 425, get 580. It's none of that. It's an actual composition that was designed that it's going to give us 15 to 20 different ways, different frequencies that again are adaptogenic that are going to help you sleep and relax and get a full night's sleep.

23:17So that's been one of our number one listen to frequencies. And we find when people get help with sleep, all of a sudden they're not as depressed. They've got more energy. All these other things kind of start to dissipate if you focus on that. Yeah. I think some of the other ones that kind of surprised me was the woman's hormone support. That one works really good. If you're feeling moody, if you're feeling off, you know how you feel once a month where you're just like, you know, not yourself. And that one works really well. Male and female sexual health support works really well. We've had a lot of testimonials of people, you know, using it, playing it before bed or before, you know, and it just calms everything.

24:03It helps. The other one, the wealth and prosperity. I've got to say something funny about that if you guys are up for this. Yes. And if not, you can cut it out. But when we first met Michael Beckwith, we were talking about him earlier, you know, the father of meditation. You're from LA and you know about Agape and all that. Wonderful man, wonderful organization. He's actually our director of mindfulness now at Soak. So we've developed a really good relationship. What really upset me about him was it took him about nine months, nine months, You could have had a baby by then. You know what nine months is.

24:42He didn't respond. And it was like, I know these are good. We're getting all this clinical proof and efficacy and all that, but he wouldn't say anything. So he finally called me. It just popped on my phone one day. And he goes, Henry, do you understand what you have here? And he told me a couple stories about the male sexual health that he really enjoyed. Michael, sorry for getting that personally. He goes, do you understand what you have here? And I go, well, we think so. You know, we've had it in clinic and blah, blah, blah. So we went to LA and he introduced it to his congregation. He does it all the time when he does meditations there.

25:20He'll play our frequencies behind those meditations. And it's really went well with him. But that particular frequency, that one in the, like right before you go to the gym, like to play that in the background of your regular tunes. We'll get into the dual frequency play later. But when you can listen to your own tunes and get a frequency treatment in the background and just put all in and go 100%, you can really feel it. You can really tell the difference. But anyway. Yeah. The headache support is another one that works almost within 30 seconds or a minute. If you have a headache, you can kind of feel it subsiding.

25:56The toothache, I think there's a toothache. Pain support. Pain support. That one helps really good. Yeah. I mean, they all, we have had crazy testimonials. I was talking about the wealth and prosperity. This is one that I used to do a lot way back in the day because I just was into that. We have a ton of testimonials of people having great financial breakthroughs from listening to it, you know? And it's also, of course, it is changing your cells. It is changing the energy field around you. But I think it also helps put you in a mindset, which I will say the mind is the most powerful. Your frequencies are secondary.

26:31Our minds, that is how we create the life that we are living is with our minds and with our thoughts and then our words. And so I think it helps put you in a different mindset when you're listening because you're listening. Let's say you push play on the wealth and prosperity while you're thinking about money because that's what you're wanting that outcome to be. And so then you, you know, if you're smart, you pair that with a positive intention in the same moment. So that was partly my trick of using these frequencies is, yes, you can push play and you can do anything. You can be washing clothes.

27:03You can be picking up your kids from the pickup line. You can be reading a book. You can be listening to music, working out whatever, and it's working. They are doing good for your body. But if you can stop and put an intention with it, it supercharges it because it's your mind, will, and emotion that you're using to manifest a certain outcome, and then the frequencies are helping kind of harmonize all of that together. Like that's, it's powerful. So for that wealth and prosperity one, I guess what is, as you're creating that frequency, what is the input? So are you saying, like, what is it exactly affecting physically on a cellular level to kind of change that mindset?

27:43Yeah, this is such a common question we get because they're like, that's not an organ. Like how do you get a frequency from wealth and prosperity? Well, words have frequencies. And so within our programs, we can actually program a frequency of a word. So that's partly how the wealth and prosperity frequency works is the power of words and the frequency of words. So it's like a motto is like water. Yeah, exactly. It is charged with the frequency of wealth and prosperity on kind of every level you can think of, you know, the frequency of money. You know, everything has a frequency. And so. And a lot of people, when you say money, you tense up.

28:19And some people have a very negative. I say, I like that. Me like you. Yeah, I say, where is it? That's funny. I've got so many things to say right now. But yeah, so most people, when you say that, though, you can conjure up images of where there have been negative things about money in your life. Do I deserve this? You know, I'm now making some. What do my other friends and family think of me? Should I do this? If somebody has to borrow money because they know I have it now, what do I feel like? So to answer your question, some of those frequencies relax the central nervous system so that when your intention is on money, it gets rid of those negative beliefs that may have been put it to you when you were a child.

29:09If your parents ever struggled, if your friends or family ever struggled with money and you have that negative thing that you didn't even know you had, and then you listen to the frequency that calms your central nervous system, at the same time your intention is money, then it creates that bond. It creates that fixed thing that then will turn your system over to saying, okay, this is okay. I can have it. And sometimes just that, you wouldn't even believe the testimonials we get of people who will listen to this before a presentation and make millions of dollars just all at once. It's not a guarantee by any means.

29:47I'm not saying that, but we just have had a lot of testimonials. One guy was in business for 20-something years in the financial services area, and I'd been on his podcast, and he told me, he goes, Henry, he goes, I'll try this, but I don't know how much I really believe in these frequencies. I just want you to know. He does, I think it's Wealth on the Beach, if you guys want to look at that. But he tried it for 30 days. And the only thing in 20 something years of being in the financial services industries that he did different that month was listen to the frequencies. And I don't know if this number is correct, but I think he said he doubled his highest month ever in that one month.

30:27And so he now listens to frequencies every month. But it freed something, something maybe that he didn't even know was holding him back. He was successful, but not as successful as he could have been. Okay. If I know there are going to be photos or it's a big night, I'm going straight to Revolve. Your girl doesn't go out that much anymore. So when I do, I want to look good. It's where I go when I don't want to overthink my outfit. Everything feels curated, not chaotic. It's so easy. 32:28Something I've learned with wellness is that having little treats you actually enjoy helps you stay consistent long term. And if I'm craving something cozy or a little indulgent, I try to find options that still support my body that are still healthy. And that's why I've been loving cachava's new coffee flavor. You guys, it is phenomenal. I love coffee. I have one cup a day. I don't give it up. It's something that I love. This tastes like a smooth coffee treat. And it's It's made with premium decaffeinated Brazilian beans. So I can have this middle of the afternoon, give me what I need nourishment wise.

33:03Don't have to worry about the caffeine crash. It really gives it this authentic flavor. It's very, very good, but it's also doing a lot more behind the scenes. So cachava is an all-in-one nutrition shake made with high quality ingredients. There's 25 grams of plant-based protein, six grams of fiber, greens, adaptogens, and nutrients that support energy, digestion, and metabolism. It's clean nutrition with no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. And it comes in seven delicious flavors, including the new coffee. I also love their strawberry flavor and their mint chocolate, just in case coffee's not your thing.

33:37So treat yourself to the flavor and nutrition your body craves. Go to cachava.com and use code ALMOST30 for 15 % off your first order. It is delicious. Trust me, I've given this to many people and they're like, wait, how did I live without this? That's cachava, K-A-C-H-A-V-A dot com, code almost 30. So it's almost like there's a thought or a belief about money being held in your field, in your vibrational field. I'm not enough. I'm not deserving. And you're either conscious or unconscious of it. And this frequency that's programmed at the frequency of wealth, abundance, you know, like that specific level would basically go in and you would entrain to that like frequency that you want instead of the other one.

34:25Exactly. That's exactly right. That's very good. Yeah. That's a perfect explanation. And here's kind of the after effects of listening to that. You might, you know, 30 minutes later have something come up in you that you feel, I'm just not worthy of a raise. And you're like, where is that coming from? Well, that's the frequency. That's the cleanse. Moving some things around, trying to balance because we are just a big onion and we are layers and layers and layers of trauma and experience from years and years of us and ancestors and all the things. And so the frequencies have a tendency to move energy inside of us and try to get it out.

35:08And so I've had tons of that personally happen where I'll listen and I feel like I have like a great like meditative session with the frequencies. And then, you know, an hour later I'm crying because I feel like I'm not worthy or I feel something and I'm like, oh, that was actually the frequency moving, trying to move stuff out. And then after I release it and let it, you know, kind of walk myself through that or you see a therapist or whatever you need to do to kind of get through stuff and then breakthrough. And then the breakthrough happens because frequency has helped shift some things. But then sometimes you just get that cool little miracle that happens and you're like, you just aligned, you know?

35:47So it looks like all kinds of different stuff after you listen, you know, it can be anything. She's speaking from experience. I'm going to try to do in 30 seconds what normally takes 10 minutes to unfold. but she at one time in in the clinic when she first started it we were not married and then we eventually got married and and here we are today huge blessing love you but back when she first had the clinic she had somebody come in that really screwed her over like in a very bad way a holistic doctor came in at like two in the morning took stuff out, wanted just to crash the whole business, wanted a horrible thing.

36:32And over months trying to recoup from that, she was getting bill collectors, she didn't have stuff to do anything with, like it was just nearly wiped her out. So she had all these stacks of bills and bill collectors and all this, and she started listening to frequency. And she started putting in her mind this intention of after about six or seven months of this, of a dollar amount that would take care of all of her problems. And she said, I just see this particular dollar amount. And I was kind of watching in the background and I'm, you know, kind of, okay, sweetie, I support you, but don't get your hopes up, you know.

37:10And she was adamant about it. And within a few months, she had someone call that she still has never met. They said, I love what you're doing at your clinic. And I was just like, I just feel like I want to bless you. Told her that they were going to put something in her account on a Friday. They told her they were going to have something in her account by Monday. They even sent her a letter for a gift, something about taxes that when you receive a gift, you have to pay taxes on it. They wanted to pay the taxes on the gift also because they wanted this gift to be this exact number. The exact number on that Monday that showed out.

37:47And on Friday, I was telling her when she got the call, again, don't get your hopes up. There's a lot of weird people out. You know, you're a great girl. You believe people and just really watch this. And that Monday at noon, she looked in her bank account and the exact dollar amount had been transferred. She still has never met these people. $500 ,000. What? Is that real? and it took. Is that real? Yeah. Yeah, that's why she knows this. She's not. I feel like that's like Tulsa money too. People are just like, I've got a lot of money. I don't know what to do with it. I got a little oil money. Yeah, like I got a little money that needs to go.

38:27I love what you're doing. But I mean, think about that. That's crazy. Even the most wealthy person. You've never met them? No. I know who they are now. We email back and forth and I keep them up to date. But no, never met them. Never met them in person. They just wired the money. How expansive for anyone. Yeah. Yeah, and I will preface this. I made this my job on a daily basis because after that happened to me at the clinic, I was kind of out of a job. I mean, I didn't have anything to do. So there was several months where I just got to stay home really and take care of my kids. And I made it my daily job for an hour, two hours, sometimes longer.

39:04I just meditated and prayed and got into that space, listened to my frequencies, and got into that space of I am worthy, like trying to raise my vibration to be able to attract the abundance that I know is our rights, you know? And so... And you weren't from a particularly wealthy family, like you had not seen money. Yeah, I was kind of more of a poverty growing up. And so I had to change my thought process about money and my, you know, do I deserve it, you know, that whole thing. And so I did. I went through a metamorphosis, and when that happened, I was like, this is real. I know that I did this.

39:45I made this happen based on the power of my mind and my thoughts. And obviously, you know, I believe in God, and He orchestrates all of this stuff. It's also like you're like putting all your deposits in the bank of like the prayer, and it just made a big cash out. That's right. It's exactly how I felt. This balloon that just keeps expanding. I just got this big cash out for all the people that I was doing. That's what I felt like I was doing because it was a long time, months and months and months and months of diligent time spent by myself with nothing. Stunning. And then all of a sudden$500 ,000.

40:19Wow. How stunning. And money is a big attention getter, you know, for sure. But you could have the same deficit in relationships. Yeah. or health. And so I would encourage, the wealth and prosperity is not just money, but it's not just money. And if somebody is lacking in relationships or health or something that they really want or need in their life, that also puts you in that state. And if you don't give up and we make everything that we do a matter of prayer as well. My father's a pastor. I kind of in the church. And I don't identify with any particular religion, but I know I have an unconditional loving God that loves me no matter what.

41:08If he didn't, I wouldn't be here. I know that. And a bunch of miracles in my own life. But if somebody really sets their mind to something that they need in their life and they have their prayer time, like you said, they fill up that bank of prayer and intention and thoughts and frequency is a part of that. Our whole thing with frequency, if it gets somebody to step back for 10, 15, 20 minutes a day and just intend on something, and we know the frequencies now through quantum and supercomputing and all that, we can measure energy. We know they change. So what used to be woo-woo, we know scientifically happens, but it's not the whole story.

41:49Like you do have to have that intention, the prayer, the, you know, we would love to say we've got the magic pill, but it's not one magic pill. It's everything. And when you combine that with the right intention, I think anything is possible. Miracles do happen. For more intense cases, have you seen positive effects like cancer or any other like disease? Or I know you can't guarantee anything, but that's when the government starts listening. Okay, sorry. Well, there's a lot of people seeking alternatives in addition to their treatment. 100%. Yes. So I will say this. Yes, it does work for those things.

42:30We do not have those in our frequency bank. So ours are more general. We just have not gotten into that for obvious reasons. If anybody is interested and has very bad chronic symptoms like that, I would recommend researching frequency therapy in your area because there are doctors who do this for cancer, for different things. And it is amazing and it works. So, yes. They're exploding tumors now with frequencies. Wow. I mean, it's all over scientific journals and research and studies at colleges where they use sound light to cure things. And so, you know, if anybody is interested, research somebody, go to a physician that does it, go to a doctor that does it in your area and have it done.

43:17Wow. But for our modality, somebody with those diseases that may want something that could help calm their central nervous system. Like that's the biggest thing that ours does. And a lot of times when you're at peace and you have the intention and you couple that with prayer, miracles happen. Yeah. And your body's able to heal, I think. Yes. 100%. In a way that's actually effective rather than being in a state of fear or... A thousand percent. Right. you know, ingesting something that your body has to then process and detox. Because that, that was another thing in clinic is, you know, we are huge believers in supplements and all the different modalities, but a supplement has to go through the digestive system.

43:58And so if you have digestive issues, sometimes people can't even take supplements. And so the frequencies are, are very gentle. And so it's, yeah, it does, your body doesn't have to work so hard to heal with frequencies as it does maybe with something you have to ingest. Can you talk about some of the cool studies that you guys have seen come out? Like what are some of the cool research and studies that you guys have seen come out about this? We, with our work with the military, we've completed two military contracts with the U.S. Air Force training fighter pilots for mission readiness. I know the days we're living in now, that's important not only for the fighter pilots, but for their families, probably more important for their families.

44:41And we've had a lot of things come our way that show how efficiency ratings, like especially sleep efficiencies. One of the things we did for the military, the general came and they said, if we send somebody out on a mission and it's a 36 hour mission, and they've only got four hours to sleep at a time, and maybe they only have two spots to sleep four hours, instead of taking drugs and putting them out where they're groggy when they get up and they can't really perform, so they have to take an uphill. They call them slow pills and go pills. That's a thing. What can you do with frequency that would help that?

45:19So part of the studies that we have done, independent studies, are looking at people who did not use our frequency for sleep and then people who did. This one particular research group used 800 million hours of sleep data, 800 million hours. This is almost unfathomable how long that is. And they showed that sleep efficiencies that normally were 40, 50, 60 % went up to 99 % when they were using our frequency. And that really shocked us. Coincidentally, we had a four-star general who's one of the top people in the Air Force that you can become. He was using our frequency and we contacted him and we said, what do you really think?

46:10Like independently, individually, what do you think of these frequencies? So he wears a whoop band and he started listening to our sleep well frequency. And for 30 days, it measured it. He asked his whoop band AI on the app and I don't use whoop, I use Aura, but he uses whoop. He asked his whoop AI, what's my sleep been like, like over the last six months? And the whoop AI that had been tracking him every day, every night he went to sleep, said, your sleep scores were 45 to 48 % efficiency. When you started doing the frequencies, he got a 99 % sleep efficiency rating and couldn't believe it. And I said, did you take a screenshot of what your AI said?

46:55And he said, yes. I said, would you please send... I said, I won't send it out until you give me the okay, because you got to get everything okayed. But yeah, he sent it to us. And that was from that study. And then to hear a real live testimonial of that exact thing happening, just, you know, just put kind of a rubber stamp on all the other testimonials without studies and without AI and without... So, and that's part of a closed loop system now that we can do. It measures biometrics, you can use our system and then measure biometrics again to see the change. You don't have to guess. you can see it now.

47:32Yeah. We also have a podcast. It's called The Science of Sound. Well, we have the frequency effect, but The Science of Sound is our co-founder, Aaron. He's the host of that. That's all he does is do studies on our frequencies. So if somebody wants to really geek out on science, listen to that and they can learn all the different studies and how it affects and he gets in the weeds with it. It's really cool. There are certain meals I never want to give up, like a really good sandwich, pasta dish, or breakfast bagels, but I'm always going to try to find ways to make those meals fit better into my routine and my health goals, and that's why I was thrilled to discover Hero Bread.

48:15So good. It has the same soft, fluffy texture you expect from traditional baked goods, but depending on the product, it has zero to five grams of net carbs, zero grams of sugar, and up to 32 grams of fiber. Fiber is so important. So, so important. So it's an easy swap when I'm thinking about things like fiber goals or balanced meals. I've been using their sliced bread for sandwiches for my family and I love their tortillas. They are just, they're phenomenal. They bake up so nice, so soft, so like yummy and chewy. I've been using those for veggie wraps or quesadillas. And I'm excited because their Hero Noodles, which have 12 grams of protein and just 80 calories per serving, are new and they're phenomenal.

48:58I gave Mav their elbow noodles the other night. He loved them. He calls them elbows. So it's such a simple way to enjoy the foods you love without feeling like you're sacrificing flavor. Hero Bread is offering 10 % off your order. Go to hero.co and use the code A30POD, A30POD at checkout. That's A30POD at H-E-R-O.co. BetterHelp. This episode is sponsored by BetterHelp. I think one thing we don't talk about enough is how financial stress can affect our mental health. It's really easy to feel like you're the only one struggling. I've been there, but the reality is that most people experience some level of money stress at different points in their lives.

49:40Sometimes that stress shows up as anxiety, losing sleep, or tension in relationships, and it doesn't mean you've failed. Sometimes it just means you need the right kind of support. Therapy has been so helpful for me with this, and you can explore your relationship with money. You can explore the beliefs you've developed around it and ways to manage the stress that comes with it. It's not about financial advice. It's about giving yourself space to process and build healthier coping strategies. BetterHelp has over 30 ,000 licensed therapists and has helped more than 6 million people globally. I wonder what existed first words or vibration like or like you're with like a word so say the word is wealth is my word is my vibration creating wealth yes you know what I mean or like did wealth Does wealth have a particular vibration? Yeah. Do you know what I mean? Yeah. Well, something has to be created before it can have a vibration.

51:02So creation has to come first. So the vibration had to create the wealth first, and then wealth has a vibration. So back to my father being a pastor, if you guys want to hear this. So growing up reading the Bible in Genesis, when it said, in the beginning, God created. And God said, and it was. Mm-hmm. So I ask people because, believe it or not, I have a lot of the religious community coming after me going, this is new age, this is whatever. Of course. Which bothers me. But anyway, no, it doesn't. I enjoy talking to them. Yeah. I don't know what new age is or not. I'm like, okay. Yeah, this is a new age.

51:45It's just age. I don't know. I'm like, sure I am, I guess. I don't know. But if you think about it, when God said and then it was, and there was something that happened in the beginning to create everything. And so I asked people, I said, for the religious community who attest to that, if God said it was, what language did he say it in? Was it French? Was it Spanish? Was it Russian? Was it Chinese? Was it American? you know like like what was it um it was none of that it was vibration and when that vibration happened and he said let there be that vibration never stops so let there be now vibrates in light in sound in the stars in the sun in the moons in the galaxies and let that be in my opinion it's holding the universe and things that were created first it's holding those up.

52:46So then you can look at those things and single them out and say, what vibration did this get? Does wealth have a vibration and can we measure it? We know that your body, your skin, your organs do because we have measured that. We know that. But what do these things have that are vibrating at a certain hertz that hold these things up and keep them going? so so i to answer your question specifically yeah it has to be created first before it has the vibration interesting yeah has this been used with children yes and in what capacity and is there like a minimum age like i'm just curious we we have to say it's not recommended for anybody under the age of 18 per the FDA.

53:38On a realistic point, we get tons of testimonials that kids who are hyper ADD, ADHD, who need that calming, soothing sound happens a lot. I was telling you about being on the Skinny Confidential. Lauren and Michael love them. We've been there a couple and they're great people, we started getting these hits on the back end of our system of people enrolling in Soak. And we thought, what is that? Well, Lauren, when she just recently had her baby like three months ago, I think, three or four months ago, she had her next baby. She was playing the Soak sound frequencies in delivery while she was having it.

54:23And so she called that out. She goes, yeah, to my friends at Soak, like, Michael, turn this on and I'm playing this as I'm delivering this to settle her and then to settle the baby as it came out. So we've heard testimonials of, you know, kids doing their homework, playing frequencies in the background. Lauren and Michael played in their house and all that. So there's a ton of them. Yeah, we use it for our kids all the time. I listened to them all the time when I was pregnant, which again, we say we don't recommend, but just my personal experience. I do whatever I want. We do use them, but we can't.

55:00Yeah, sure. But they are so very calming for children. What do you think is keeping this from being public knowledge? Or do you think there was like, why is this not, why is this hidden from people or kept from people? What do you guys perceive? my my thought is and and let me preface this by saying we're not against western medicine yeah like if you need something if you need a surgery if you're not like if you need something like that and you feel directed to do that do it like we we've got great western medicine we just have seen that some cases it's overused and abused yeah and if to answer your question if you follow the money, then that's the answer to your question.

55:46So if a headache... Like free energy. Yeah. If a headache... It's too easy. Exactly. If people could be relieved of a headache by listening to our pain frequency for a minute, which thousands have, then why would they buy any sort of pain relief medication? Right. And if they didn't buy pain relief medication, there would not be these multi-billion dollar corporations making that medication. So if you follow the money, I think you get a little bit of that. People try to push it down. Fortunately for us, it could be pushed down just based on rhetoric before. Now with science that backs it, that shows that it really does work and shows measurable results, they can't push it down anymore.

56:31So now it's people just trying, seeing it, giving it a shot. We never tell people to quit medication. We never tell people to stop doing what you're doing. We just say, try this as an alternative. And if it works for you, like it has so many other people, we, you know, God bless you. I hope it does. Yeah. I also think it's just a lack of education too as part of it. We were having this conversation the other day. There's a lot going on in the world with all kinds of different topics. War, you got corruption, you got all the things. And then you've got, you know, our government coming in and trying to change the food system.

57:04And, you know, like, so I think there's been such a lack of knowledge and education. I think people that are higher up have just controlled things and told the story the way they want to tell it for whatever reasons they were doing it for. I think everybody is waking up to the fact that there are a lot of better solutions out there that are not what we do, you know. And so I feel like slowly but surely we are being educated on, oh, this is a healthier way to live. This is a healthier way to do it. And, you know, the problem, like he was talking about following the money, the problem is, is if we as a humanity choose options that are healthy, we have so many industries that go away eventually, which is very disruptive and threatening.

57:50And so, but I think that we are all changing. We are all evolving. We are all getting smart. And hopefully the powers that be are evolving us in a way where it's not quite as disruptive, but slowly but surely 10 years from now, 20 years from now, when our kids are grown, they will live in a world where they don't have a million cancer hospitals because maybe there's not as much cancer. Yeah, totally. You know, so that is my prayer. That is my hope. And I think, you know, most people, it's an innocent mistake. They just don't know. And they've been told something all these years. But now we're telling our kids differently.

58:34So hopefully our kids will live in a better world. Yeah. Yeah. I think what's so interesting, too, is that. Tell me. And this might be it. I'm ready. We're getting in it. You've got everybody on the edge of this. Yeah. people empower the powerful whatever have always known that frequency is very powerful and I think they've used it for not so great things potentially if we think about how music programs people if we think about torture techniques if we think about there's just a lot of ways in which they know that sound is incredibly powerful right forgot about torture techniques yeah good one yeah um so i'm just is there would you perceive that there's um i guess why i think have you experienced any block in this like in terms of like anyone trying to block this you know i'll i'll let you answer it But I think no, because we are careful.

59:50It's for entertainment purposes only. We're very, I don't want to say generic because we are not generic. We are custom frequency composition. So it's very customized, very thought out. But it's general things that people struggle with, anxiety, depression. You know, if you're feeling anxious, you can turn on, you know, Adele or some, you know, music that you love and it calms you down. So it's very, it's not that big of a jump in your mind to think that this could help just calm you. So we have, we understand that. And we have all these years walked carefully with our presentation. You know, we do have naysayers that you guys are wooey.

1:00:28But I think, I think that's really the extent of the, you know, hate that we have received is that. Yeah, we, and then it really upped our level when the military started using us. Because then you have to pass certain criteria, jump through certain hoops, and it kind of proves your validity and gives you credibility on a level that it's kind of hard to fight. And like Laura said, as long as we kind of color within the lines on how we talk about it, that's why I said we can't recommend under 18. Sure. Like you were trained to say that. And I hate we have to say that anyway, but in this world today, we have to say that.

1:01:11Because we're not those people saying, you know, death to Tylenol. You know what I mean? Like there's people that are so far on the other side, they're looking for a fight. We're not looking for a fight. We're looking to help. And that's where our heart is. That's where the spirit of this comes from. That's where our intention lies. And it's hard to fight against people who just want to help. We're not there being those people that try to do it for a soundbite or attention. Our intention is to help. Is there any research? Because that was actually my next question or piece of this was I think about the Emoto's water experiment and how when you speak words to water, it fractalizes the water.

1:02:01So it's either really ugly and desperate or really beautiful and ornate. Like Jesus has this really beautiful snowflake-like thing looked under a microscope of water. Or if you put hate into it, it turns like a yellow when it's all broken and all of that. So is there vibrations that could cause discomfort, dis-ease? Like, you know, I think about music and how we're programmed and vibrations that exist just in outside and in cities or wherever. Like, do you think on the other end of healing there is harm? Yeah, I do. I do. And I think if you think of it in the terms of like science, so everything is polar.

1:02:41Everything has a polar opposite, like a magnet. In the middle is neutral. And so I feel like everything is neutral. Everything's supposed to be neutral. But because of our perception of it, we either make it positive or negative. And so you can see a glass of water and you can, just by what you're thinking, make it positive or negative because we're polar. So I think just as much good, there's just as much bad. And so it is our perception of a thing that makes it what it is. But everything is innately neutral. But specifically on the hurtful side, I think everybody can resonate with this example.

1:03:22you've seen the opera singer that the pitch gets so high that your ears can't hardly take it and it breaks the glass. Yeah. That's a negative. Yeah. Yeah. Interesting. Because you're pushing it to the limit and that's something that could hurt. There's been the same thing done with bridges and buildings. And if you get deep into it, you can get to that level. So our thing was, you know, if those things could be used for harm, what could be used for good and for help? And And people want to study and know about the bad stuff. Like if you see a bridge come down or a glass breaker or whatever, it's like, wow, this is the wow factor.

1:03:59But if you see people get healed from anxiety or depression over time by listening to frequency, it doesn't make the headlines, but it's helping a nation become better. Right. Yeah. It's just on the opposite side, just like the opera singer with the glass, you know, you say bad, but really it's still neutral because it's just your perception of what happened or how it affected you, then you put a label on it. So it's still anything bad. And this is part of my belief system. Call it all good. Call it all good because it is your perception of it that labels it in the first place. So even if something bad happened, what can you look at it and find good in it?

1:04:38And if that's the case, then is it really bad? And so I think that really helps form your energy is your perception of every event that happens. Call it neutral. Just at least try to call it neutral because if something happens to you, you get in a car accident or whatever may happen, is there anything good that you can come out of it that you can find in it? Did it help you evolve in some sort of way? And if then your mind is thinking that way, then that actually was good for you. And then you take that and you better yourself after the fact. So then is it really bad? You know, it's just reframing.

1:05:16I don't believe none of that. I know. It's really kind of a mind-off. Because of religion? No, no, no. I'm just like in that instance, her, and I'm thinking in my mind, if the opera singer busts the glass and the glass goes in my eye and I'm blind, you know, like quite good. Well, you didn't say that in the first story. No, no, no, but I'm using the extreme to show how you and I, you know, back when I would only believe that. Now I'm more to the opinion of, did that episode keep me from getting in a wreck that would have killed me? You know, like what good can I find in that? Because as humans, we naturally go to the bad, you know, and we're survivors.

1:06:04We are programmed to survive. So if through my survival, I think of some things that are bad. That's how I'm automatically programmed. What she is saying is break out of that paradigm, call it all good first and see what good you can pull out of it. And that was hard for me to get over. I'm probably 98 % there right now. And what that does to your body and to your health is your thoughts are constantly telling your body how to feel. So your nervous system, for example, that's very popular right now. If you're constantly programmed to think, oh, bad. Oh, you know, oh, that worry, worry, that whole thing.

1:06:46You're constantly in fight or flight. Your nervous system is constantly on edge. If you program yourself to not react so quickly and kind of think, okay, neutral, neutral. What can I find the good? Your nervous system is like, yes, I can breathe, which helps you not develop disease. That's real. You know, and so it's not just this woo-wee concept. It's no, your body will really thank you if you can reprogram your mind to just take a step back and at least try to see it as neutral and then start, you know, journal, write down the things, oh, this could come out good, you know, and then your nervous system is calmer, which means you're, you know, you don't develop as much disease later in life.

1:07:23Like, you know, so for me over time, it's taken me where I can get to myself and listen to a frequency composition. And it may be five minutes, 10 minutes or 20 minutes, but it allows me to reset my body. So I know physically that the frequencies are helping reset me at a cellular. I know that's happening. But then if I take it a step further and I have a certain intention and I can think about that for a while, that will change your life. You put those two things together, meditation, whatever it is, breathing techniques, the box breathing, four in, four out, the whole thing. And you add the frequency to that and take the time to say if it's for five minutes, it changes your life.

1:08:08Over time, it changes your life.

1:08:13I like the concept you guys had of stacking it. So you could have the frequencies playing in the background at like a one and then you could listen to music or anything else. Can you talk about that? Yeah. Yeah. So our dual audio, that's my favorite part of this whole thing because it was her brainchild. She, and I'll say this, you won't, she invented this. I just yelled at everybody. I was like, I need this because what would happen in the beginning is we had the frequencies, we had the app, so I could play the frequencies, but I'm an avid reader. I love to read. I like to listen to audio books.

1:08:43I also like to listen to podcasts and, you know, do a million other things. And so I always had to choose. And I'm like, I have to choose between my frequency or the book that I'm currently listening to. And so that was why that, you know, we developed the dual audio because you can habit stack this, you know, you don't have to do one to the other. You don't have to sit there and meditate for the 20 minutes. You can be doing anything. So you can listen to absolutely anything that's on your phone. You can swipe up out of the Soak app and push anything else and listen. And the frequency is kind of like a dog whistle.

1:09:13So if you blow a dog whistle, you can't really hear it, but the dog can. So the frequency, if you put it up at least to a one output and on our app, you can adjust the frequency volume. Cool. Is it louder better? we don't have evidence that says that not really sometimes for me louder is worse because some of the frequencies can get a little intense I know I was thinking about that today I was like I'm yeah somebody's wrong with me it was like agitating me some of them do it stirs that bite and it needs to break first and they are all different pitches some of them are real and some of them are real high pitch sharp the pain support frequency is actually I think I had chosen the custom one.

1:09:58So it was probably hitting on the parts that needed to move. Right, right. You know what I mean? Where it was like, okay, what's disparate about this vibrationally? So that's probably why I was a little agitated. I was like, move it. This is what I most need to change, but I don't want to. That's true. And that's why we also layer them. That's funny. That happens. You can choose nature sounds or music. So that was one reason we did that. It's because like the pain support specifically is awesome. It works so good, but it's a very high pitch. So it's kind of hard to listen to. Yeah, I hear you.

1:10:24But again, in clinic, we did the bone conducting headset. So it's not going right in your ear. And so that's another option for people to do the bone conducting. But you can turn it down to a one, put the music behind it, and you're still, your cells are hearing it like the dog whistle. Your cells hear it and your cells are responding. As long as you're up at just the level one, you can barely hear it or you may not even be able to hear it, but you know it's up and you can swipe out of it and turn on whatever you want to, your music, your workout music, whatever, an audio book. and that's our dual audio.

1:10:53So you can be getting a frequency treatment while you're doing what you normally do every day. So it's not an extra thing you have to do. You can just fit it in with your everyday schedule. For sleep, are you doing it before you go to sleep, while you're trying to fall asleep, just kind of applicable? Yeah. Different people react to it differently. We started out only before and then we got a ton of requests to have a loop feature. So it'll go eight hours and just keep looping. And I would say it's probably 50-50 now. Some people use it just before to wind down and follow the sleep protocol that get rid of blue screens and stop scrolling and all the things, make sure you're hydrated, but not too close to bed.

1:11:36And then when you're listening to the frequency in that time period, sometimes I'll get so tired. I won't even remember to keep them going. Like I won't even hit the loop because I'm just out. Other people, they have to sleep with some sort of fan noise in the back no matter what. So you can turn on your app, hit the fan noise, play the sleep well frequency behind, and you're like out. Like you're getting more restorative sleep, deep REM sleep, the healing type sleep. It's much better. So you could sleep five or six hours with that and come out with a better sleep score than if you'd slept eight or ten hours and it wasn't as efficient.

1:12:16so that's a big thing deeper it's amazing i am i'm excited i know i'm well and now you can i'm jones in now you can measure frequency now you can measure it actually yeah tell us about that that's so interesting yeah just just recently we uh and i i we get so excited about the frequencies the we can now officially say that we have a total closed loop system meaning when you are wearing any sort of wearable, an Apple watch, Samsung watch, Oura Ring, Whoop, Garmin, whatever, we can actually measure that. And our app will go out and look at your biometrics. It'll bring it back in and our AI takes it to our library of frequencies that are not public facing.

1:13:01And it'll find a combination of whatever you need in the moment. So if you're getting ready to go to some sort of an appointment or take a test or work out or whatever, you can look at your biometrics. You can look at our app. Our app will automatically do this for you. And then after you've done 5, 10, 20 minutes of the frequency, you can go back to the Oura Ring, Garmin, Whoop, whatever it is, and measure the effectiveness. Like right then, because a lot of wearables in the past have been, okay, now I know my sleep's bad or now I know that my nervous system isn't regulated or now I know my HRV is lower than it should be.

1:13:43But what do you do? What can you do for it right then? And we are that right then now. So by integrating with those people and we just signed an agreement with Aura to be a partner so we can actually have these bundles of an Aura ring and a SOAK membership to have that full closed loop system. Measure what's wrong. We identify it in the app, give you the frequency that fixes it. Then you can see it, that it fixed it or helped it. Fascinating. So cool. It's a big breakthrough for us. So cool. I'm excited for our girls. They love habit stacking. They love things that are new and interesting. They love wealth.

1:14:25I know that's going to be the big one. And this has been such a pleasure. I'm really grateful that we can have you guys in person. Yeah, this is so fun. Such a dream. Anything else you want to leave with our audience? I actually do have one thing. You talked about hydration, and we talked about water. So I want to encourage everybody who do try the frequencies to be hydrated because our body is mostly water, and the frequencies are, you know, they're going into the cells, and we have electrical activity that's going on trillions of times a second, you know, in our bodies, and it's all because of water and hydration.

1:14:58That's how the electrical activity moves through our body. And so if you're more hydrated, they work better. This is just my personal experience. If I'm super dehydrated, you don't feel good. You can tell when you're dehydrated, so nothing works as well. So just stay super hydrated when you're listening to frequencies, and I feel like they help. Smart one. That's super smart. It's funny. I'm like, am I hydrated? Yeah, I know. You can do the pinch test. What color is your pee? If it goes right back, you're hydrated. If it wrinkles and stays, you're a little dehydrated. Oopsies. You can get a little pinch of mineral salt too.

1:15:37So where can they find you? Where can they get the app? Yeah. So, well, first for your audience, I think we've agreed that the Almost 30 audience can go to Soak.com, S-O-A-A-K, two A's, S-O-A-A-K.com forward slash Almost 30 and get 30 free days of the app. No strings attached. If it works, keep using it. If it doesn't, stop. Great. I love that. And the code. Sorry. Code is almost 30, right? Code is almost 30. Yeah. Forward slash almost 30. Almost 30, almost 30. Yeah. We thought a long time, like, what code should we use? Oh, my. And that just popped. I think we had a dream about it. That's the perfect code.

1:16:15That's the perfect code. We say, when in doubt, use almost 30. You could go anywhere online. I keep trying for, like, Nordstrom's almost 30. Yeah, no, for real. These girls are connected. I've had my sister. I'm from Ohio. My sister's friends in Ohio. they're like, we just go to any site. And we're like, almost 30. And that's really a huge congratulations to you guys too, because we were talking before the show how, you know, we were in clinic about 10 years ago and you guys started about 10 years ago. And those times during your walk that you wanted to quit, maybe you did quit for a while. We shouldn't do this.

1:16:48Maybe we should redirect it. And I think the only way that somebody can really fail at something is to quit. you know like you may have to adjust a thousand times but don't quit if that's your dream don't quit so the fact that somebody can go almost anywhere and put in almost 30 at a discount I mean is a huge compliment to your all's effectiveness and the way you're reaching so many people for the good and and we really I mean we're already on the podcast I don't have to say this for any other reason than just to congratulate you guys for not giving up and being such a light and an inspiration to so many people who just don't want to have their own podcast, but want to be successful women in particular.

1:17:28And no matter what, don't let anybody put you down, let anybody stop you. You keep going until what you want comes into reality, like you guys have. So congratulations on your success. Thank you. I received that. I need that more than you know. And people don't think you do either. You know, like people think gets, oh, well, they're just great. No, you have to know where you came from and what you have to get there. And that's a big deal. Totally. Anyway. I appreciate that. Thank you. Thank you. It's been so fun. Thank you, guys. Yeah. Okay. We love you, guys. We'll see you on the next one. Bye.
