In short

Money mindset through an energetics lens—stop “chasing money,” stop avoiding your accounts, and build wealth by aligning your energy/frequency, not by relying on linear formulas or fear-based scarcity.

Guest backgrounds

Elizabeth Ralph, former energy trader (electricity/oil/natural gas/commodities trading floor). Now a “spiritual investor” who runs a Spiritual Investor podcast, a mastermind, and retreats, and works one-on-one with clients.

Key claims

Finance is made harder than it needs to be; fear and scarcity rhetoric keep people on the sidelines while others get wealthier. Money is an amplification of who you already are; money is “nonlinear” like you are. Effortlessness comes from managing energy and getting “out of the way,” not from doing nothing. Avoiding money (not checking accounts) is a resistance point; clarity can feel better even when numbers are bad. Manifestation timing depends on your relationship to the desire (specific vs non-specific is about your connection, not control). Personal development can become ego; “whatever lands with you” is the right takeaway.

Notable examples

A professional dancer/stripper was told for three weeks to deposit earnings into the ATM without counting; she never made more money during that period, later reaching a five-figure investing account and teaching other dancers to invest.

0:00I'll give an example of something that happened with a student. I had this woman who came in, she was a professional dancer, and she was also at night, she was a stripper. And she's like, if you can help me with money, you can help anybody. And so I said, okay, for three weeks, don't look at your money. I said, take the money that you earn. And I said, just put it in the ATM. Don't count it. And I said, when you're there and you're dancing, just dance. She had never had more money than she had at the end of that three weeks. You want wealth, but you're avoiding wealth. There's the answer. Clarity makes us feel better, even if it's not the answer that we want.

0:31Because the fear that wealthy people have of losing money is not dissimilar to the fear that people have that they can't pay the rent.

0:54Hello there and welcome to Almost 30. Hi everybody, welcome to the show. it's lindsey and krista i'm excited to talk about money today how was this conversation this conversation was so good um this is with elizabeth ralph and interestingly for many many years she was an energy trader which is like energy like like coal and oil and like all of that but it's interesting and i said this to her i was like that's so interesting you're an energy trader. And now you're very much in the world of energetics and frequency and all of that. But she is the spiritual investor. She has a podcast. She has an incredible mastermind.

1:35She does retreats. She works with people one-on-one. That was such a grounded conversation, but I felt like we connected so deeply on things. But I also felt like there was like a wisdom in the room that sometimes with, and this is no shade, but sometimes with like younger people, I don't feel. So like there was an experience in the room. Who is it? Rhonda Byron of The Secret. She just wrote a money book, 21 Days to Prosperity or like Pathway to Prosperity or something. Really simple read, but in it she says, the biggest thing people get wrong about money is that they think it can only come to them through work, that it can't come through any other way and that they have to literally only work to receive money and that money, allowing yourself the possibility to open up the belief that you could have money coming in in another way is like one of the greatest things to greater abundance.

2:30So it was just really, I liked how she, one, got to the heart of things like very quickly through very direct questions, which she'll share in this conversation. So this was very interesting. I I feel like it was a different conversation than we've had on the pod around money and wealth. So this is Elizabeth Ralph. You can find her on Instagram at Elizabeth Ralph. She has the Spiritual Investor podcast. And she also does a mastermind. So you can find more information at thespiritualinvestor.com. I'm excited. The girls were asking for a financial episode. This is great. I'm excited to listen and meet her.

3:08Hope you guys enjoy. Definitely share this with a friend. I feel like a lot of women right now are rethinking money, how to be with money. There's a lot changing in the world. So this is a really great conversation to start. You know we're both going to be woo-woo and practical in it, which is super helpful. Almost30.com, Almost30 Podcast on Instagram and TikTok. I'm on Instagram at itskrista. And I'm at lindsaystimsick. Love you guys. Love ya. See ya. Okay. I'm really excited to be with you. Me too. We just hugged in the lobby. We were like, ah. Yes. We haven't met before. uh, Elizabeth Ralph is here, but it felt like it.

3:43So it's just so nice when that happens. It really is. I know. And it's, and it's interesting how like you can spend time listening to someone or watching someone, but then like the warmth of their energy gets felt in person. Yeah. I think we're, we're kind of moving back towards that. Maybe. Humanity. I hope so. I hope so. We were, we were kind of laughing before cause I mentioned, I think the advent of AI and kind of like these like computer generated people we're seeing online or whatever we're seeing that I feel like our discernment is going to get better. And I think that will have a positive impact.

4:23And I think we will crave more of that grounded energy, that quote realness or whatever we want to call it, just authenticity, like real humanness. So that's my hope. That's my hope. I'm jumping on board with you. So I'm just going to live through you. Yeah, yeah. Well, I'm so excited to have this conversation today. I feel like we're going to go many places that our audience and I am interested in. We've had quite a few conversations on the podcast about abundance and wealth and money mindset. But I don't think, I know we haven't had a conversation like we're going to have today with you. And I'm really glad we're doing it now because I feel like, one, I haven't had a conversation like this in a little bit.

5:08It's been a few years since we've focused on this on the podcast. And I'm in a different place. Chris is in a different place. I feel like the world is in a different place. I feel like people are looking and treating and relating to their money a bit differently or their abundance or their wealth differently. And so I really am excited for this conversation to ground people and empower people. But I kind of wanted to start with your background and your history and how you ended up here. I feel like I have like this like one toe in the finance world. My husband's in finance. And so he, you know, in the conversations I have with him or the people I meet through him, and I feel some of the energy in here in there.

5:58And he's a very deeply feeling person. And so sometimes he feels like a little bit of a black sheep. And he picks up on energy quite a bit. But I'm just curious your experience in that world. and also what it taught you. What did you observe about that more general finance world that was interesting related to the energetics of money? What I found when I was working on the trading floor is that I think finance and money is so much easier than it's made out to be. I mean, I love the financial world. Obviously, I wouldn't even be where I am if I hadn't worked in the financial world. and I enjoyed it.

6:41I enjoyed all the people. I enjoyed the challenge of it. I mean, just the energy of moving millions of dollars around and then the price changing every second and all that. It was just, I love the electricity of it. However, I knew that I didn't want to be in it for the rest of my life, you know? So, so at some point I decided I was going to buy myself out of it. But what I saw is that I think the financial world makes it more difficult than it needs to be. And I think that there are so many people who sit on the sidelines. I'll say participate in wealth rather than build wealth, because I think build wealth almost can feel like it's like a concept outside of you.

7:21But so many people don't participate in wealth, number one, because they think they don't know how to invest. They think it's too difficult. They think they're going to make a mistake. They think they're going to have regrets, all of that. But I think also, I think there's this belief that what's going on in the world right now, like a lot of people are in fear and scarcity, like that has something to do with money. When in actuality, you know, the rhetoric that you see going on in the world, like politics and finance are not the same thing. But what it does is it causes people to go deep into their fear.

7:59And then because they're already kind of a little bit like, oh, the market is risky, then it's like, okay, well, then they're just going to sit over to the side. And then what happens is we see the people who are already involved in it just get wealthier and wealthier and wealthier. Meanwhile, other people continue to feel excluded from it. And my whole thing is let's put wealth into the hands of those who are conscious and everything changes, right? So that's kind of the mission here is how do we get people involved who are spiritually conscious, who still are carrying around that belief that it's somehow spiritual to be poor?

8:41Yeah, I want to get to that. First, I'm curious about those that keep getting wealthier and wealthier and wealthier. How are they relating to money so that they generate more or build long-term wealth over time? What is it about their approach? Well, I mean, I think that you can do anything that you want to in the 3D, right? We'll say with effort, right? With control, with belief. I mean, you get your belief behind anything. You can do anything you want. It doesn't mean your intention is good, though. So that's the difference. Yeah. And so you can be in and you can build horrible relationships and still have a life full of relationships.

9:31You can be in and you can build wealth and still have a life that's unhappy and miserable and full of fear. Like people think that wealthy people have it all figured out. There are wealthy people that still don't know how to manage money that are still in just as much fear. It's like we're relating these concepts that aren't related and there's freedom when we break apart the concepts. So if someone is listening and they are one of those people that has fear around money or has like an insecurity around money, what is the first thing that they could do? It's not about money. That fear and insecurity is showing up somewhere else.

10:08And they're superimposing it on money because they're not getting the support that they want somewhere else. and they're expecting money to support them. So they're not showing up. Let's say it's a relationship. If you're in a relationship and you are trying to, if you have an aspect of control inside of that relationship whereby you are trying to get someone to do something to make you happy, that same control is showing up with money and we lack the responsibility and we lack the awareness to see the direct connection of those two. Mm-hmm. Yeah, it sounds like to me, and I've experienced this, like there is a, there is like a self-respect and a self-awareness that you need to have when, I mean, just in life in general, but I think especially related to building wealth, where I think the self-respect is directly related to respecting the money, to respecting what comes in, in the form of abundance.

11:10And I think in my experience, money really enjoys being respected in that way. And it's not like a hierarchical thing like respect me. It's more like if we're in relationship, I want to be respected. You know, just like my marriage. I want my husband to respect me. I respect him. And so, yeah, it's less, I think people either feel like they are the ones controlling the money coming in or they're on the other side of it and they feel like they're being controlled by money. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. And it just puts them in the crosshairs of not being in ease, not even seeing effortless wealth as a possibility.

11:56like wealth is a way of being rather than wealth is something that you're doing right the effortless wealth is something that krista and i have definitely explored over the years in different ways in our own individual lives thinking like well maybe we should do less yeah and stop pushing because we were in a season very early on with almost 30 where i mean we were just running ourselves into the ground it was growing and moving the brand forward and it felt like it was it was creating success and so early on we associated that effort and just grinding and like not taking care of ourselves with making money and it was hard to disassociate from that like identity of like okay this is what we do and this is how we make money and we've been through seasons where we experiment, let's pull back.

12:51Let's see if we just focus on the podcast and not do a retreat and an event and a membership, you know, all these things. And sometimes it's generated more and sometimes it's generated less in terms of money, if we're talking about that. And I think it comes back to what you mentioned and it's not about the money. And we really had to look at, okay, like what, how are we relating to this? And what are we needing money to be in our lives that we're not really getting somewhere else? And it's just been a fascinating study. But in your own life, I'm just curious, like, how has that shown up those lessons?

13:30And what does that specifically look like for you? Well, you know, people, a lot of times they say that they want to, like you mentioned, like do less, right? Um, I don't associate money with effort. So doing less is great. If that's what you feel like, you know, people need to do less and cause people are always like, they, they link money and time. You know, if I had more time, I can make more money or it's going to cost me time, you know? Um, so for me, I am literally, I manage my energy to the degree that I can come out and just be fully, fully open. Mm-hmm. And when I'm fully open, I'm not working for me.

14:11I'm working for everyone else out here. And so my only job is just to get me out of the way. And so that is bringing the full power into the moment. And because every cell of my body believes that money is a function of my energy, then I actually don't even think about how's the money going to come to me. And what happens is the same things always happen. It just gets more and more and more. Okay. I want to talk about this because I've experienced this. Yeah. Good. Many times in my life. And then I think you'll hit a season and you talk about kind of the cyclical nature of this. So I want to talk about that because I think, yeah, it's tripped me up when all of a sudden I'm not making money or I'm not making what I used to, or I've always had careers that, yeah, I'm curious your thoughts on, okay, effortlessness, but where do we bring in, I want to say the masculine, the structures, the, I guess what you would have like learned or seen in your finance background to kind of meet the effortlessness.

15:24Because I guess we can't just sit at home and sit in a chair and be like, yeah, we don't want to do that anyways, you know, of course. Yeah. And, you know, I don't think money is unpredictable. I think money is nonlinear. And I think we are nonlinear. And so we're a reflection of our money. And so I think it's our expectation that money should be linear. Because you mentioned, like, sometimes you're making money, sometimes you're not. You know, if you think about like, I mean, you're a mom, right? And so you've had nights, I'm sure where you're like up in the middle of the night holding your son.

15:56Yeah, many of them, right? And you're like, oh my God, I have to get up in the morning. I have to do all this. I have to do all that. But when you really ground into the moment, you actually have a knowingness that everything is perfect and okay. Yeah. So there's a nonlinear aspect that you're willing to experience with that because that's you. And so we can bring that to money because that energy that I just described is exactly the same thing as the energy of money. Not because money is energy, because money is nothingness. And we're putting the energy into money. That's why when people say, oh, you know, wealthy people are greedy.

16:35No, everyone brings their own intention. You walk in the room, you have your intention. You know, money is an amplification of who you already are. And that's why putting wealth in the hands of those who are conscious will shift yes yes i hope people really heard that around money not being linear you are not linear and you are money is the is the energy that you put into it because i feel like as a society this is generally speaking we've just become so transactional so it's like okay so one plus one equals two okay so i have to put in this much work or network with this person. And then it's like the tracks that we kind of put ourselves on, especially in more traditional careers, which a lot of people listening have, a lot of them are entrepreneurs themselves.

17:22But I think we always are seeking the formula. Yes. Like I need to find like the step by step, you know, action plan in order to make six figures a month. Yeah, and you know, the formula is more about what we're lacking than what it is we're going for. Because the formula is based on something in the past. It's based on the needing to actually do something, and it's really based on the needing to understand. As soon as you have the formula, you're no longer learning. So it's almost like you're using someone else's template? You're using a version of you that's already happened in order to create a new version of you, and that's why step-by-step.

18:03step by step as soon as you say it it's it's old especially with money you know people are always like oh give me the top five stocks okay i'll give you that and then in five minutes it's changed right so what if you intuitively knew how to read the market the same way that you can walk into the room and you can read everyone else so how would you guide someone in connecting more to their intuition in that way. You've got to bring money in here. Like you've got to bring it closer. So for example, like a lot of people have accounts that they either don't want to look at or they haven't logged into in a while or yeah, they'll have an IRA that's somewhere in some far off land managed by someone.

18:48Okay. That's, that's like an, you, like you're not connected with something that's at an arms like distance. Yes. Right. This is very common for people. It's very common. And And so the first thing to do is how close can you let it in? Because what's going to happen is you're going to start letting it in closer and closer, and then you're going to hit a resistance point. It's not about the money. It's about discovering that resistance point. Why is it that when you know that you should call and you should actually take that on a little bit more, why is it that you're pushing it away? What are you avoiding?

19:23Because you're avoiding something. You want wealth, but you're avoiding wealth. there there's the answer yeah it is it is quite it is that simple yeah I wrote about this in her book my experience just with money early in my 20s and mid-20s where I wouldn't look at my accounts and then like I would have to and I would like hide under my sheets and like look and then see red and I was like oh like you know just having that total constriction fear or my worst case scenario right in front of me, whatever it was. And it was just, but in a weird way, I would feel a little better, even if it was in the red because I looked at it.

20:09There was clarity. There was clarity. Clarity makes us feel better, even if it's not the answer that we want. Yes. But people do this in a really subtle way to avoiding their money, which is the same thing as pushing it away, in their own justification. of not needing money or money doesn't mean anything to me or I'm not about money or, you know, I, a lot of people like who have giant savings account, actually a giant savings account is fear and scarcity with money most of the time. Money management on a daily basis is fear and scarcity with money because the fear that wealthy people have of losing money is not dissimilar to the fear that people have that they can't pay the rent.

20:52so looking at it too much or like really being obsessed with making sure that you have enough and all the things that could also be detrimental yeah because i think deep down you know that you can never actually know if you have enough so you're looking at it and you're feeling better in the moment but can you ever have enough i mean yeah what would anything could happen in the world you can't actually have financial freedom until you actually believe that money is limitless and you can't believe that money is limitless unless you believe in the transmutation of your own energy into money how would you guide someone in proving to themselves or maybe they can, I don't know if this is just like a simple practice, but like to prove that what you just said, that like your own energy is fed into money or like that's kind of what creates it or brings it in or invites it in.

21:55You know, anything that's obvious that you could be like, ah, that's what that is. Well, I'll give an example of something that happened with a student that might be helpful. So I had this woman who came in and she was a dancer and she was a professional dancer. And she was also at night, she was a stripper. And she was kind of like, she's like, if you can help me with money, you can help anybody. And I was like, okay, let's just take this on, right? Just let's have fun with this. And so I really, I just listened to her language because that's the tell is the language, you know. You can also feel people's energy shift when they start to talk about money too, but there's different tell signs.

22:33But anyways, what she said was, um, you know, I need to go, I need to go work for the rent. So she would go in and she would work and it was all about, you know, could she pay the rent with the amount of tips that she got that night? So what I said, I said, well, do you really, do you really want to take this on? Are you going to really lean into this? And she's like, yeah, I'll just, whatever you tell me to do, I'll do. And so I said, okay, for three weeks, don't look at your money. I said, take the money that you earn. And I said, just put it in the ATM. Just don't count it. And I said, when you're there and you're dancing, just dance.

23:11She had never had more money than she had at the end of that three weeks. Wow. And now, it's been a few years now, but it took her about a year and a half. And she had a five-figure investing account. And she's now teaching the other dancers how to invest. Amazing. Wow. And so what happened is she actually got beyond the restraints of her own responsible, logical, justified self. And the logical, justified self is I need to go to work tonight to make rent. Like kind of that very one. And I need to do certain things when I'm there in order to make rent. So her connection point was everything that she needed to do in order to make money, which is no different when people go to a nine to five job that they don't like.

24:00Yeah. It's very transactional. Yeah. What do I need to do to make money? Interesting. That's what they're living into. What do I need to do to make money, which is also a universal signal that they don't have money. So there's reiterating it over and over and over. And so you're in coaching her to just go and dance, which she loves to do. Yeah. And just to be in the moment, be in her body, you know, be in her joy. Yeah. It elevated her frequency, which then her magnetism changed, which then she made more money from the people because that's what they're there for anyways. Yes. So she actually stayed and she was willing to stay on that frequency for an extended period of time so that money could be a match.

24:47Because a lot of people, they'll shift their frequency and you can't feel the frequency. You think you can. Just feeling good doesn't mean you've shifted frequency. It's the reflection back of the world that shows you. And so she was willing to set herself aside long enough and sort of fight that. That's not easy to do. She was willing to fight that for long enough to stay on that new frequency. And anytime you're on the new frequency, then you're meeting those opportunities. Yeah. Yeah, the point around being in a frequency that others also really are attracted to in the sense that it brings out a part of them.

25:31Yeah, you're meeting their new frequency. Exactly. So she's in that frequency and whoever's sitting there in her energy is tapping into their own frequency, which goes back to what I said about my only job is to manage my energy because I'm coming out. I don't even know what my frequency is. I don't we can't know we don't need to know it's just like am I in my full power because really like even just right now nothing exists outside of this and we're just here and when we do that then that's all we actually have to do and then it will be matched every single time it will be matched and I'm more interested in discovering the version of me who steps into that new world yeah same than the other one

26:17Okay, ladies, let me know if you can relate to this, but sometimes it may feel like your credit score is reflecting an older version of you. Maybe you've changed your habits. Maybe you're making smarter financial decisions and you're doing all the right things. But your credit, unfortunately, feels like it hasn't quite caught up yet. It can be so frustrating because your credit score impacts so many parts of your life, like qualifying for an apartment as an example or getting approved for a card. That's why I was interested in Super.com's credit building program. Through Super Plus, you can get access to the Super.com card, which includes$5 ,000 credit usage boost.

26:54So this isn't money you can spend, but it can help you improve your credit utilization ratio by showing additional available credit. So you can report on-time rent payments, even up to two years of past rent. So something you're already paying for can actually work in your favor. I also love that there's a credit check to apply and you can track your progress right inside the Super.com app. Start building your credit the easy way. Go to super.com credit right now to see how super plus can help you boost your credit score. That's super.com, S-U-P-E-R dot com slash credit. Credit building features are available to super plus members.

27:30Impact on your credit score may vary. Super.com cannot control factors outside their services that may impact your credit. Visit super.com for more details. Can we talk about cycles? So where people experience abundance or money coming in for a period of time, and then maybe there's nothing. Is that directly related to their frequency or is there a cyclical nature to building wealth? There's a belief that's actually within them that whatever has switched in their life is not going to be at the same level of money that they were making before. So you see this all the time when people, they leave corporate and they want to become an entrepreneur.

28:13Yes. A lot of our audience. And they're like, I can't make the same money or it's not going to be consistent. I'm going to have variable income. I'm not going to have safety. I'm not going to have. So they're so in the what is not there that there's no way for that frequency not to drop because they're holding a belief that they can't do what they love and be paid the same amount of money or more. How is that even possible? Yeah. And so for someone in that experience, we want to raise the frequency and we want to, is it just continue to do what you love, embody the confidence that like really kind of I think is the backbone of doing what you love that is so innate it's not something you have to put on it's like just that really natural confidence is that how you would raise the frequent your frequency and just trust that it's coming I think that's the way that that we kind of started it so what I see is you talk about cycles like I see that we're opening ourselves up to more and more of an advanced language you know because conceptually we bring, we pull energy down and we bring it into language.

29:19So like, we're almost outgrowing these versions of ourselves. So we're outgrowing this, um, manifestation, just feel good and sit on the couch. We're outgrowing this whole, like trust the universe kind of thing. Right. And I think that there is a, that's, that's, that's what people are kind of like, eh, you know, there's a reason for that. And so, um, getting more into this, that we're actually creating, I mean, is there even a cycle, right? It's really, it's just us evolving into that next version of us. And we actually have to, in order to do what we love, we have to drop who we're not. so it's not just I'm doing what I love every day that's the that's sort of like the kindergarten version my opinion is that doing what you love is is is the unbecoming of actually that part of you that you love that you think is going to get you there yeah because we have all these things about ourselves that we love we have all these wonderful things but it's still ego it's still keeping us Like, I mean, I didn't make any money at all in the spiritual.

30:35I've been running it for eight years. I didn't make any money at all for the first two years. So I came out of corporate as an energy trader making six-figure bonuses, for Christ's sake. So I was like, money wasn't an issue. And so here it is. I got slapped in the face with it. I was like, of all the people who, right? Interesting that you were an energy trader. Isn't that fascinating? I know, I know. When I read that, I was like, wait, is that a typo? I was like, is she just calling it energy training? No, it's interesting. Yeah, electricity, oil, natural gas, all that. Yeah. And so the way that I made that switch, and it happened immediately, happened within just a couple of weeks, is I'm like, oh, I am filtering what's coming through that I'm supposed to just say.

31:22And then when I started the podcast, even, I thought, okay, well, the only thing that I'm going to think about is I'm just not going to filter. So then it became that became my work as I chose I chose the unbecoming as the work. And then all of a sudden I started getting messages like you're in my head. And I'm like, OK, this is the abundance. The messages are the abundance. And then you I mean, you know, inevitably you can see things are opening up. Yeah, of course, the money would start coming in. Yeah. And of course, I would start helping people. And then I remember, you know, my I I had my my best friend from kindergarten.

31:58And I was like, do you want to help me, you know, with an online business? She's like, Elizabeth, I'm a scientist. I know nothing about money or online business. I'm like, well, I'll show you. I don't even know myself. Right. And I remember the day where she's like, Elizabeth, we finally have people in the program where we don't know that we don't know them like it's a new name. So those are the abundant moments that you're looking for. And it never looks like we think it is going to look. So why are we so freaking adamant about the way that it looks? Yeah, we miss because we just associate abundance with a dollar sign of money.

32:37Yes. And so if we don't recognize the other forms of abundance, then we won't recognize what we have. And we just recognize what we don't have. Is that? Yeah. And you can almost let your own intuition even lean into that. Of course, if I'm getting three messages a day with people going, you know, you've helped me, you've changed my life, you've done this. Would I not expect the business to open up? Would not expect that I have changed? You know, that's another thing, too, is that we change. And it's like we're okay with connecting with our own personal growth. But why do we not expect money to come to us based on that?

33:18Why do we not expect that money would be a match? I think that's a more powerful place to be than it is this whole, let me like, you know, sit in a goal and just keep every day thinking about 50K months and all of that. Again, I think it's an old conversation. Yeah, I agree with you. Yeah. Yeah, I totally agree with you. That stuff never really resonated with me. And I was like, oh, Linz, you're just being avoidant. Like, you know, you're not letting yourself be in that practice. but I was like it never really resonated with me or like really felt powerful I guess or just like in my cells like oh yeah that feels true for some people it's I've seen it work beautifully but um I'm curious though about we haven't had any conversation yet around like specificity so if people because I think in a lot of manifestation conversations there's this talk of like specific versus non-specific manifestations.

34:18Should we say the dollar amount? Should we say, you know, just the specific thing we want, the opportunity, the job opportunity, the person coming in, should it be that specific or is that trying to control? Well, manifestation itself is we're trying to figure out how quickly something's going to come us in the 3D world based on the energy. And so that to us, our interpretation of that is time. And so it's specific versus non-specific. It's what is your relationship to it, because your relationship to it is how it's going to be grounded in time. If someone believes that if they're specific about 50K months, and they have a clean relationship to that, like their connection to that is literally like an opening, almost like a spiritual practice, then great, be specific.

35:15If it's non-specific and that becomes a spiritual practice, then that's the way to go. Right. Because all that we're doing here is we are coming in and out of time. We talk about the 3D versus the universal field. All we're doing is we're literally we're either here, just like I said, nothing exists around it, or we're grounded in time. And what grounds us in time is language. So if I said to someone and I had them like close their eyes and people could even do this if they want to right now. And I said, it's closer than you think. And then you let that go through you. and then you became the self-expression of that version who just is starting from that place, then you've shifted the whole landscape of manifestation.

36:10So the manifestation is just the power of you. It's not anything separate from us. But it's closer than you think is actually a statement that includes time. But if you use it, you can shift yourself on the time span. So we're just moving ourselves up and down the spectrum all the time based on our choosing and our agreement. Do I agree that my starting place is now going to be it's closer than I think? Or do I agree that my starting place is going to be I'll make a million dollars this year? Because that's way out there. And that's my agreement is that it's way out there. That's manifestation to me in a nutshell.

36:58You talk about the collapsing of time. Yeah. So should we, is it okay to go in and out of time? I guess we are. Supposed to. Okay. That's what we came here to do. Yeah. Because the contrast only exists in time. Right. Okay. So source is certainty. When you feel certain about something, that's source, right? We're supposed to go feel uncertain to a certain degree. So we go back into time and we see the contrast. it's the entanglement that actually causes that diminishment, that collapse of time. How entangled am I getting? You can almost think of it as walking into the room. Can you walk in the room and cleanly move through all of the people and the energy in there?

37:40Can it be your experience? Can it be not about you? Can it be just something that you're in discovery? What's your level of listening? Because all the answers are in the listening. And then can you walk out? That's the bridge. I call it the bridge. I'm writing a book on it right now, actually. And it's that diminishment of that. That's how you actually take something immediately from the energy world to the 3D. Yeah. And there's not anything else that people really need to know, honestly. Would you say that the mind gets in the way? What gets in the way of us being able to just do that? I think that it is the mind, but I think it's actually the emotions that actually get created in our body from what the mind has connected the emotions to.

38:28Because the emotions is really what's guiding us sort of like we call it like subconsciously or whatever. Like the emotion is going to cause me to direct this way or this way. So can I disconnect that story that went on that, oh my God, someone is going to take the money from me. So you feel like someone's going to like, like, let's say that someone wakes up and their accounts are all zeroed out. Typically, if someone like sits and they think about that, oh my God, the emotions that are coming in their body, right? But that's just something that we've related. Like if we started on this earth today and had no past, that emotion would not come up based on that language, those words that have been said.

39:10Right, right. And so we are bypassing, we're bypassing ourselves, but I think it's more than just the mind. Yeah, because the visual of like going into a room and kind of navigating a room full of people and the energy and kind of being able to be open. And I love that example because I've been in many rooms with lots of people. And I've had experiences where I've felt so present and open and almost like unattached in a way. Like unattached sounds not quite the right word, but it feels like I don't have any expectations, but I have intention. So going into a room and saying, you know, I just want to be myself.

39:59I feel like myself and be open and just, yeah, I'm open to the people I'm going to meet. And yeah, I'm in my curiosity, et cetera. um and then I've had times when I'm like super anxious and I'm thinking about was I weird in that conversation and like does that person like know me but they're not saying they know you know like just weird psychic conversations I'm having and it totally and then I leave that experience just with a weight that I didn't have when I walked in the room yeah I'm glad it's so great you brought this up because it also ties into the to the cyclical thing. So that first example you gave, you're whatever's going on in your life and your state of being, you're not in a state of needing.

40:46Right. So then you walk in the room in a different way, right? And that does tie into cyclical nature within ourselves and astrologically. And there's a lot going on there, right? That second state, you're needing something from the room. Validation. Something. Something. There's something missing when you walk in. So, you know, my mantra for my life is, you know, show up needing nothing, receive all. I love that. It's beautiful. And so how can we do that when the conversation turns to money? Most people can't. Most people can be just themselves and fully open and present when it's a conversation about spirituality or children or.

41:31anything, but then the moment it shifts to money, why is it that it's energetically different? Yeah. It's so, I feel like it's so culturally coded. It's coded in our past. You know, it's like, it's such a, I can feel the shift and it's not necessarily me, but I've witnessed people, whether it's like they need to get a deal done or they need to raise money or, you know, there's just, there's like an agenda. Yeah. But that's actually, that's actually when money goes back into the 3D because then that's when money becomes limited because the agenda is limited by our own limited beliefs of how it needs to happen.

42:09So the greatest opening to money, money neutrality would be, you know, when I walked in and then I hugged you and I just felt like a warmth, right? So I didn't need to know anything about your past. I didn't need to know anything about you at all, but that was a powerful moment. And so then I guess the question becomes, why aren't we living for those? I think it's because we don't believe that money is going to come to us or let's just say abundance. But how could we not? Like the most powerful moment is when a child is born. We all feel love there, right? What brings us out of that state is the more interesting question because in that state, anything comes to you.

42:51Yeah. From that place, I think I felt my most powerful. I felt my most myself, even though I'm like completely new. So I guess that's kind of likened to like every moment. Yeah, like every moment. Your self is completely new. Yes, yes. We think ourselves is the old version. And that's why, again, let's talk about this language that we're outgrowing. Be your authentic self. What is that? Right. That's ego. Totally. That's ego. I know, Grissa and I, every time we say the word authentic, we're like, exactly. Because it's just so overused, too. Yes, exactly. Exactly. But it's like we go through and we have all this and then we're like, okay, if we didn't have it, we could now grow it.

43:37And that brings me to kind of this idea and like the world that we are in of just like self-development and growth and healing and like fixing ourselves on this never ending train ride of just like what's the next thing I can fix about myself and I was on that train for a long time and I think it was a it was helpful until it wasn't and then it became like my personality and all I felt like I needed to do and then I wasn't really living my life I was just kind of like trying to fix myself in order to live my life so what have you seen I guess in your and your work with people related to this kind of new age obsession with trying to like heal ourselves and better ourselves and how it's kind of how that's related to money?

44:29Well, I think there's two sides because like you help so many people. I mean, you're a voice for so many people. So I mean, we can look at this as had you not gone through that and almost hit a wall with it? Would you even have an empathetic connection or level of understanding to even bring that forward even in this conversation? Because someone else out there is like, holy shit, I feel like that, right? So to a certain degree, we can say everything is perfect, right? But then the other flip side of the coin is when personal development actually becomes ego. And I think that actually, it's kind of like the snake eating the tail, though, because personal development is increasing our level of awareness.

45:11So it kind of is its own designed system to fix itself because at some point your level of awareness is going to be to the degree that you're going to feel your ego in that. Right. And I think I got to that point. Yeah. And then all that happens is you just go perp and you just take a hairpin turn with it. What I find that really helps people is, and I always say this, I say this in the programs too, which is whatever lands with you, like even listening to this, like if you've taken one thing, if you get one takeaway, I think that people are better off just completely going vertical on that rather than trying to take in the whole thing and trying to figure out the whole thing.

45:54Because going vertical is how you're discovering the new version of you. And that's really all you're trying to do. You're not trying to make it look like I think or somebody else thinks, right then from there is where you're going to find the answer you know people come into the program and the first thing that I do is it's scramble it's leave it all behind because you're not really listening when you're trying to figure something out it's very true in your work you talk about legacy and you also talk about wealth and I think they're obviously connected but I the The language around that is interesting to me because I feel like I don't hear a lot of people, and I could be wrong, maybe I'm just in weird circles, but like talk about legacy.

46:40It's about this kind of like very immediate moment wealth rather than thinking about legacy. Explain the difference in your mind. um i think i think about legacy in the like the frequency of what you've done on this earth how that has impacted the people around you especially i feel like family and friends or just kind of community. And that might include money. That probably has money involved. But there's like a richness to legacy. There's like a, yeah, it's not just like a, you know,$5 million trust. It's like, yeah. What does legacy give us? That's a great question. I think for me, a sense of direction almost, a sense of, I think there's like purpose there.

47:44but it's almost like if someone has a legacy, it's almost like it inspires me. If there's a positive legacy, it, yeah, it makes me feel something. Yeah. You know? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I think, I think legacy could be an avoidant, like we keep going back to this, but almost like, okay, you want to leave a legacy. You want to leave like tons and tons of money for your, of money for your children. That's one aspect of it, right? That could be a fear thing. legacy is a function of i'm not here working for me i'm working for others is one thing but you can't work for others until you work for you and so the the greater wealth that you allow in it's just like love because it's the same thing the greater love that you allow in is the greater that you're in the self-expression of that.

48:41And so I think legacy is actually starts within and then radiates out. And so people who were trying to build legacy wealth from a spreadsheet type of formula, I don't know that they're really tapping into the benefit of what legacy is. And I think it's much more powerful to do it from a place of you can't give from an empty cup. Right. See, I can't figure out. This is something that's fascinating to me. I can't figure out why people don't see wealth as one of their greatest responsibilities because most people believe that if someone came up to them and gave them a billion dollars, that they could go out into the world and be the light.

49:35that they wanted to be. They could go like, you know, pull through the drive through at a, at a fast food restaurant and tell everyone to quit your jobs and go do what you love. Like the magnificence that people can get into when they feel like they would have that, like money's not a thought even like, like money is not no longer an issue yet. That's not what people are doing. Like they don't feel that responsibility. They're not building their life around. They're not getting up every day going, seeing that wealth is freedom. Right. I can't figure that out. Do you think we have kind of like an upper limit on that based on?

50:16I think it has, it's something to do with worthiness. Yeah. But the thing is worthiness is ego because if I was thinking about everyone else out there, I would be more responsible to be wealthy. but I also think with just this ability now to see other people's quote lives I think they're like highlights of people's lives on social media and what we you know what we're seeing it's just like an onslaught of like other yeah all day long for a lot of people who have you know a phone in their pocket yeah um I've experienced this where it's just like this well why me or why or how or will they have it so I just create this whole reasoning or even non-reasoning why it's not possible or why you know I have a limit on what I can do or create or earn I've been there and so I think in seasons where I've really cut out the noise and not looked at other people's lives and stuff and all the things.

51:20I've really tapped into that feeling of like, I can do anything. I can, I can have anything I want. Like I can tap into what you're talking about, but I do think we're just bombarded and it's our own choice to open our phones and like go on these things and, you know, kind of meddle in not our own lives. I've become a little bit of a supplement skeptic lately, not because I don't believe in them, but because I started asking, is my body actually absorbing any of this? That's what I find so fascinating about the absorption company. They're focused on solving the biggest problem in supplements, low absorption.

51:57Most supplements absorb at less than 16%, meaning a lot of what we're taking never actually gets utilized by the body. I've been using their magnesium, which supports things like sleep, stress regulation, and recovery. And most magnesium absorbs really, really poorly, but theirs absorbs eight times better. I've also been taking their berberine because most berberine absorbs at less than 1 % and theirs was designed to deliver significantly better bioavailability to support metabolism, blood sugar, and craving support. Start taking supplements your body can actually absorb. Go to absorbmore.com and enter almost 30 at checkout for up to 35 % off your first order.

52:43that's absorbmore.com and enter almost 30 at checkout for 35 % off your first order. Summer is always a funny time because I want to enjoy the burgers at the barbecue. I don't know about you, the breakfast bagel before a beach day. That's my thing. Uh, the pasta salad at a friend's house. But, um, I also want to make choices that support how I want to feel. I realize I don't do well with the all or nothing approach anymore. That's just not me. That's why I've been loving Hero bread. I was honestly shocked by how soft and fluffy and delicious everything is that they make. There's no stiff cardboard texture, just the bread, buns, tortillas, and bagels you actually crave.

53:26I've been using their tortillas for easy lunch wraps for myself, for my son. They're bagels when I need something quick and satisfying in the morning. And nutritionally, it's such an easy swap. Depending on the product, Hero has zero to five grams of net carbs, zero grams of sugar, and 11 to 32 grams of fiber, which is unbelievable. They even have noodles with 32 grams of fiber and 12 grams of protein. I'm obsessed with the noodles. So is my son and husband. So Hero Bread is offering 10 % off your order. Go to hero.co and use code A30POD at checkout. That's code A30POD at hero.co. Yeah. And then we get confused.

54:07Yeah. I think it's the same thing as walking in the room because the phone, the scrolling, they're the entities in the room. Yes, yes, yes, yes. And so it's going back to what's the entanglement. Very, very, very, very much so. What are we needing in that? Because I think that we're needing to see ourselves in someone that we're scrolling through. We're needing that jolt. Give me that burst. It's almost like give me that hit of I'm going to feel better. You see the post where it's just like the statements and like all the spiritual statements. And it's like we feel like we need a download of these things when that's not a download.

54:45What is that? Validation. Yeah. Propping up. Avoidance. How do you get your downloads? I create effortless in my life. I get more when I look at my life as a whole. So I look at wealth from a 50 ,000-foot level. I look at my life as that. and I go, okay, well, where in my life is, do I have a relationship that's not, that's not good, that needs some attention? Where in my life am I not like, you know, have I not been getting sleep or eating and to a certain degree, like that's kind of the easy stuff because that will raise our frequency. But I look at what's not working in my life. And as soon as I open that up, then I can actually go back to I have this practice I do and it's just like I learned it from show jumping because I would like the they would blow the whistle before you got in the show jumping ring and you had to go to the judge and you salute and I would just on my horse I would just drop my weight in and I would just go empty, empty, empty and I literally can visualize that there is nothing in my body and then I would go into the course and And it was just my horse and I, and we would just completely flow together.

56:04And I knew that I already knew the course because you have to memorize it. But I knew that it was going to be there when I needed it. You know, it was going to come into the 3D and all that we've learned. Our past is going to be there when we need it. We don't have to keep creating from it. We can be fully present here in the moment, and our past is going to come up when we need it. Like if you go to step out on the street, you're going to know to stop if a car is coming. I don't need to repeat to myself, the car's coming, the car's coming, the car's coming. But that's what people do in their lives.

56:35They're constantly beating themselves up with all they've got to do and all they have to do with money. And there's all these rules. And what if we just let that go? I think we have a discomfort with being out of some form of control. It's a control thing. And even though it's not really control, it's not always controlling the thing. it's just the act of trying to control that I think gives us that sense of something I don't know do you think that it's people are afraid to meet that version who is quote-unquote out of control yeah oh for sure yeah for sure and that and that um being energetically tapped in has been sold to us as being out of control because that's actually our point of greatest control and we can't be controlled.

57:25I don't know. In my world, I don't feel like it's been sold to me as out of control to be energetically tapped in. I think for a lot of people, they feel like it's out of their realm of possibility, which is crazy. But I feel like, and this is just my experience when I was, there was a point at which I kind of felt like I was, like there's this hierarchical thing of like that person's more psychic that person's more intuitive I'm on the outside like I'm not quite there yet like just kind of creating this weird hierarchy of like I can't energetically tap in you know that's for someone like you you know do you ever meet former co-workers people in your former industry that feel that or like kind of give that energy of like, yeah, I can't do what you do.

58:20Like I can't. All the time. Yeah. And it's just, it's, it's fascinating. Cause I think it, I think there's a deep, there is a part of everyone. Oh, obviously everyone can do this, but it's like, what is that? What stops them? It's how they would be seen. Well, yeah, I'll tell you what it requires. Yeah. I'll tell you for me, and this is probably going to sound like the, like the silliest thing in the world, but And to be honest, like, I think the secret to it is I just don't care. Yeah. Like, I deeply care about people, of course, from an empathetic. But I really don't. I don't care. Like, I don't go into a room and think about what are people going to think about what I look like?

59:03Or what are people going to talk to me? Or I don't feel different if I'm standing there on my own or if I'm in a conversation. Like, and I've always been like that since a child. And I think that that has been a little bit more of it, not to say that I haven't, you know, had to also like, you know, look at myself and stop filtering in some areas. But I bucked the system on that conditioning. It's powerful. And I think a lot of the, especially like the kids now, I think they're, I think they're, they are in their own power a lot more. I agree with you. Because we don't have that. So I think if we just really see that it's just simply like, can you just give yourself permission to not fucking care?

59:46And you could probably stop all the personal growth, right? It is. It is so much because I think so much of what drives our personal growth these days or in a lot of scenarios is for other people and we don't even realize it. Like I worked with a lot of women during, for many years during their single season and like they wanted to like heal and fix themselves in order to be in there. Oh yeah. Isn't that great? Oh, I love that. I love that. We could, I mean, that's one of those things. It's like, okay. And I get it because I feel like I had a moment where that was my truth as well. But then when you realize that that's like an itch you'll never truly scratch and also that like even more so in a relationship to be an imperfect in process, like parts of you unhealed person is actually like kind of the dimension.

1:00:49Yes, you're right. Of the relationship and some of that growth is supposed to be done together on a soul level. And you're supposed to be witnessed by someone. Like part of what has been so uncomfortable but also incredible for me is being witnessed by my husband as I've grown through things. Yes. And being okay with that and being okay to be like, this is like so ugly, uncomfortable, whatever. And him still being like, I love you. Like, what do you, I'm not going anywhere. And so I think we rob ourselves sometimes when we're so head down, so focused and obsessed with ourselves, trying to heal ourselves.

1:01:30And we don't pick our head up and just be like, wait. You're so spot on with that. You're so spot on. And you really actually just explained like the nonlinear aspect of money because what you said is dimension. so in a relationship we understand the value of of and the healing that goes on when we're in the dimension of a relationship we understand and we're okay that it's not supposed to be a linear aspect to it it's not supposed to exist in time it's a relationship and then we go over here boop over here to money and we go money is energy most people will say that but that's just a concept the embodiment of it is are you willing to live and operate with money as it is a dimension and i love that you use that word because if we are then we would look at ourselves inside of that dimension what i'm hearing too is just this ability and gift of seeing ourselves as so much more than just like a person on earth trying to create wealth and you know make it in this life and be successful and and not not selling ourselves short and just kind of living on that one linear kind of track and being able to see and tap in as much as we can to those different dimensions of ourselves of our energy and then experience the multi-dimensionality of everything else of money of relationships of yeah all the things yeah yes I think that's it and and I will so I'll add a flair to that right which would be expect to be the wealthiest person that you know and if that if there's something that comes up in your body when you say that to yourself like just look at that, why would you not want to be the wealthiest person that you know?

1:03:29It's because you have some kind of relationship that's going to take something away from you. It's going to cause you to be something that you don't want to be. There's some sacrifice. If you wouldn't want full, full abundance, there's a sacrifice there that's hiding. Because full abundance in any area is just going to make it's just going to help you open up more and more of your power that's it and so it's expecting to be wealthy yeah from a place of of ease and kindness and joy and it feels also like being open and willing to kind of what how money helps you to evolve because I feel like I feel like there's a money helps that person that you don't want to talk to every day go away that that conversation in you yeah I think yeah I I completely feel that and I feel like for me I'm just hearing like a shift in instead of money kind of like solving a bunch of problems for me it's like actually inviting money in and embodying that belief of I am the wealthiest person I know cracks like some of the lies and like kind of opens me up to that next level of me so it's almost like this evolution partner yes like where if you're willing if you're willing to be in conversation and just really look at that then it could be your greatest partner in like your evolution absolutely yeah you're exactly right it's your agreement are you agreeing to be that that's that's the only money block there is yeah all this stuff about conditioning and i need to heal all the and my my father did this and all that like that's just slowing us down.

1:05:30I know. It's are you in agreement to being the wealthy person that you the wealthiest person you know? Because you should be. I mean, let's talk about you. You're out here speaking to millions of people like I mean, you please be one of those people. Yeah, please be because you're you're you're the self expression of you is changing the world. don't we want to have full abundance to people that are doing that and if you believe if anyone believes that they're one of those why how could you possibly not believe that you should be the wealthiest person that you know right and then that in itself that belief automatically causes you to make decisions boom boom boom it'll come in so fast because you can't be the wealthiest person that you know and not look at your account.

1:06:27You can't be the wealthiest person that you know and not invest. I don't know a single wealthy person who does not invest. In this economy, you cannot save your way to financial freedom. It's just not possible. So get in reality with where you are now. If you have debt, okay, that's abundance. It's money. It was abundance at one time. It still can be abundance. See money as ones and zeros. Money is only the energy that you put into it. The moment that you're in agreement that you are the wealthiest person that you know, everything will shift with your money because you will be responsible for making now instead of 15 decisions a day that are just reiterating your past self with money and trying to fix it, trying to get better, trying to get up an hour earlier, you'll be done with all the doing and those 15 decisions will be new.

1:07:20And then your work becomes to allow them to be so new that you're literally like looking at yourself going, did I just do that? It's that feeling like, did that just come out of my mouth? Have money, have that place at the table with you. Yeah. Where you're like, shit, who is that? It will change everything. Yeah, I think, I love this. I think I feel a lot of people's heads nodding. I think that's such a powerful example of what that feeling is because I think so many of us walk around, myself included, sometimes where I get so – because I'm to a fault like very self-aware. So when I am reverting back to that past self or I'm thinking about her or I'm judgmental love her or I'm like wait I'm doing that thing that I did you know like just very in that yeah I feel so trapped I feel so uninspired I feel so down on myself like and I and and logically speaking like there's no way that I am going to be able to walk into any room create from a place of like just full-blown openness and abundance.

1:08:42And it's just so interesting how that happens and how that becomes kind of a little loop that we hop on. And so to kind of like shake us from that and be able to make, simply make everything feel like new, those decisions feel new. For me, that just like turned on a light bulb where I'm like, oh, right. Because so much of like my daily, I feel like I'm in decisions or moments where it doesn't feel new. Some does, but like where I'm really making decisions based on, well, what did I do before? Or like, let me fix what I did. You know, just always kind of connecting dots to the past. And it's holding me down.

1:09:32Yes, I love this. It's the normalization. Yeah. normalization doesn't mean right yeah totally and and just a pattern you know like it's just like so funny how we can become just like these little pattern followers so easily and not realize that at least for me sometimes that becomes like the root of my unhappiness yes because i'm just stuck in a pattern it's not the thing it's not not having the thing it's just like i'm stuck talk this is really frustrating to my soul like where are we like getting out of here you know yes yeah amazing yeah I think that you've shifted a lot I know this conversation have you learned a lot I feel like we had a conversation already before I will say being pregnant again has made me even more intentional about the choices I'm making I've done a few episodes on this I found myself reading labels more closely investing in higher quality products and asking what do I actually trust enough to use every single day.

1:10:35My standards have definitely gotten higher. That's one of the reasons Ritual has remained part of my routine. Their essential prenatal is the number one best-selling prenatal and the only leading prenatal backed by its own human clinical trial. I also really appreciate the experience of taking it. The capsules were designed with an upset stomach and mind and dissolve in the small intestines. And compared to other supplements I've tried, they've felt easier just overall to take and gentler overall. I trust that I'm getting thoughtfully selected traceable ingredients like choline, folate, and omega-3.

1:11:13And I love that ritual aligns with the choices I am already making. They're non-GMO, gluten and major allergen free, and don't use synthetic colorants. Don't settle for less than evidence-based support. Save 25 % on your first month at ritual.com slash almost 30. That's ritual.com slash almost 30 for 25 % off your first month. A little bit. So we'll talk about it. Yeah. I feel like I was, I was picking up on Ari. I'm like, wow, Ari needs to hear this conversation too. Um, last question. I'm just, I'm so curious how you work with people, um, and just what that looks like. And,

1:11:58And I feel like we're coming and what differentiates kind of the experience. And this is not like a sales thing. It's more so I feel like we're coming out of an era, at least in my world, where there was kind of this onslaught of like the programs and the memberships and the people and the coaches. And then you're like, wait, who should I work with? Or like, is this, you know, just all of this stuff, you know. And so who is coming to you and how would you describe the experience for people listening? I think, you know, we talked about like the advanced conversation. So people who come to me, they're just tired of the words and the kind of the stuff that we talked about, right?

1:12:47I'll say only work with people because this is really true. I think that honestly, by the time you get to where we're working together, you're going to be willing to go vertical. Yeah. You're going to be willing to take on what you just went through with that agreement. Because otherwise, we're not a match. Like if you're not willing to not be who you were. And like I always tell people when they come in, I'm like, you didn't pay me to be your best friend. So it's, I don't want to say intense because it's not. it's just very deep work and it's in in linear time it's actually quite fast like I run a mastermind that's 12 weeks and by week three um people are looking around blinking and what they find is that is that they say the same thing they're like we definitely you know we're here to learn about investing in money because we do that we all invest together and all that but like Like we've realized now that's not the only reason we're here, right?

1:13:47And so it's like cracking open something where they're going bigger in the world. And so it's a parallel thing. You're helping people be wealthy. And I'm meeting them at a level where it is a greater level of consciousness. They've done what they need to do. But it's also they're willing to take on a new agreement, like a bigger agreement than they've ever taken on, right? So it's meeting them at that level. Then I come in with the, okay, this is how you read the market. I mean, I've been investing for 25 years and it's not that difficult. You can read between the lines of the market. You can make money in any stock market.

1:14:27All this you see on the news about, oh, the market's up, the market's down, da-da-da-da. You can see right through that. And so it's actually empowering people with that type of knowledge. And I'm always working with people in a way that they don't need me anymore after this. Like you can come into this container again willing to. It's not about time. It's about energetic connection to it. and then you go out and either you're helping other people or you're some kind of greater self-expression in the world. And it's just sticking with that. And it's an emotional journey. It is a shifting journey.

1:15:12But it's not just shifting for them. Every mastermind, and we do have, you know, you talk about the memberships and stuff, we do have sort of like lower price points where people can jump in, you know, the SI clubs like$17 a month or whatever, that you can sort of get your feet wet, but I change. I mean, I am so different after every mastermind, you know, or event or whatever. And I'm discovering the new version of me, but I'm not there for me, if that makes sense. That's just happening in the process. But I think that's what you were talking about earlier, too, of like, that is the state in which you should be in.

1:15:51Yes. It's an easy, it's such an easy way to live. Yes. Would you also liken it to and simplify it to people doing what they love or being lit up by? Or is that different? I think that's different. Oh, interesting. Okay. Yeah. Because I think you can still, I think you can be doing what you love. Yeah. And then in the background, what you're not saying is you're still scared shitless. Mm-hmm. And people think doing more of what you love is going to help you not be scared. Doing what you love from a place of you actually not, you almost not being there. I think that is a completely different state of being.

1:16:36Yeah, I felt that, yeah. That we're not really actually just talking about just yet. I think conceptually we've been sort of like dancing around it. Yeah. But I don't think we've brought it in yet to a fully integrated place. And I liken it to, you know how when someone, you know, you're going back to this walk in the room. You know when someone walks in the room and you're like, you kind of have to look. That's the energy I'm talking about. Are people doing what they love from that energetic standpoint? Oh, we could talk for hours. I wish we could. This has been incredible. Thank you. We should probably do a part two and I'll come to the farm.

1:17:15Yes. How about it? Let's do that. um thank you thank you thank you I I know that at least one thing I'm I'm pretty certain more has deeply resonated with people listening um I'm someone who loves to like write things down and even if it's just like words one-liner like the power of language you know and just to kind of have that um so I just encourage people to write anything down in this moment if it just feels really resonant in your heart. Um, but where can people find you connect with you? Thespiritualinvestor.com. I think that's probably the best place. It'll tell all and the spiritual investor podcast.

1:17:56I mean, that's a bit of it. That's a bit of a deep dive right there. Yeah. Amazing. Dig in, subscribe. Um, and you were so generous. You're giving our audience three free months of the SI club. Yes. Yes, we are. Yeah. Amazing. So that's$70 a month value. They can sign up. Um, we have a link in the show notes, use the code almost 30 to get the discount. Um, yeah, I'm so thankful. Thank you for that. That would be so great for people. Thank you for doing this and your resonance with people, you know, like, yeah, I'm thankful. I think incredible it's a it's been a very unexpected gift you know like I we didn't plan to do a podcast we didn't plan to be here 10 years later but it's just an interesting um it's part of what we've been talking about you know just like really embodying I think what we know is um the mission which I think has like put a put us out of the way and really served people you know even though we're the face of the brand I sometimes we forget that we're like wait what see so you're already doing what we talked about right because you are just being you here because this is a thing people can only connect with just that version of you and so your presence here creates that resonance and so it's like this it's like this language that you're speaking to so many people.

1:19:24So thank you for that. Oh, thank you. Yeah. Appreciate you. Amazing. All right, everybody. Thanks for listening. We'll see you on the next one. Thank you so much, Elizabeth Ralph.
