In short
Carissa Schumacher’s journey from suppressing her intuitive/medium abilities to channeling Yeshua (Christ) through “Alchemy Transmissions,” emphasizing healing via surrender, “letting the old die,” integration after trauma, and reorienting religious trauma toward a loving, peace-centered Yeshua. She also discusses “willingness” as the key to receiving, and “loving boundaries/consequences” as part of masculine-feminine balance and the “dark goddess” (discernment, needs, protection).
Guest backgrounds
Carissa Schumacher is an intuitive and medium who began channeling Yeshua about nine years into her work. She previously worked in the corporate world and studied neuroscience at Brown, later working in neuro-oncology/biotech. She describes being born with senses that connect to “two realms,” and later having a full-body channel experience after a meditation where she “lost consciousness.”
Key claims
Yeshua asks for friendship, not overtaking the self; transformation from death/trauma is inevitable; “hell” references “geyna” (a garbage dump) rather than eternal punishment; the new era requires transparency (truth vs “beautiful lies”) and loving boundaries.
Notable examples
Her “living dead” mirror moment at ~80 pounds leading to total surrender and healing; a rite-of-passage story where she hears Yeshua during a crisis and helps rescue a tangled baby bird; and a wellness-industry example of “beautiful lie” hope followed by “ugly truth” betrayal.

In trying to live the normal ways, I've actually become the living dead. I remember a therapist in my mid-20s being like, so are you spiritual? And I go, no, I'm an atheist. Not, I had some scary experiences and I just wanted to turn my whole channel off. And I went and I studied neuroscience at Brown, which was my sneaky way of being like, I'm gonna suppress this all. Were you afraid of losing consciousness? I'm not like, gone. When I'm channeling, I just kind of curl into a really small part of myself.
0:40Like I'm floating in the room. Am I ever gonna be a medium again? Are you gonna take over my body completely?
1:02Hello and welcome to Almost 30 Podcast. I'm glad you're here. My name is Krista Williams. I've been your host with you guys for 10 years. I do this podcast with my best friend. And today's interview is with Carissa Schumacher. She is an intuitive and medium, one of the most famous and sought out in the world. And she started channeling Yeshua around nine years into her work. She was in the corporate world before, always had been gifted, started doing her mediumship and channeling. And then Yeshua came to her in a full body channel. And now that is really the energy that she works with in her life.
1:36And she is, you know, one of the most powerful there is. She was recommended to me by Elise Lonan, who I look up to, who's like, you know, a mentor in my mind to me and a friend in person. But she was recommended to me. And I'll never forget when Carissa and I got on the phone. It was so interesting because I connect with a lot of people all the time. Like this work is very social. There's very much a networking aspect of it. You get introduced to a lot of people all the time. And when we got on the phone, she's so warm and inviting. But I all of a sudden sat into this, the seat of student with her, which I rarely have done in my life.
2:17Like there have been very few people that I've met and sat in the seat energetically of student and seeing them as teacher. And I've interviewed some of the biggest people in spirituality and wellness, and it's happened very seldomly. So Krista first had the Freedom Transmissions, which was a pathway to peace. And that was something that came out around COVID times. Then she had the Grace Transmissions, which was published in March of 2026, which were also transmissions from Yeshua. In this conversation, we talk a lot about her journey to becoming this medium in this channel. And then we talk about Yeshua.
2:53And, you know, Yeshua, Jesus, also named Yeshua, but in the transmissions, Jesus wanted to be called Yeshua because there's so much coding and there's so much energy in, you know, Jesus, especially if you grew up Christian, especially if you grew up in the church, it may be hard for you to believe and trust the words of Jesus or believe and trust the words of Christ. And we talked about for people that have grew up in the church, how do we reorient ourselves to Yeshua? How do we re-understand Yeshua? And how do we re-understand our relationship and redevelop a relationship with this divine being and this loving being?
3:29She also talked about the relationship between Yeshua and Mary and sort of the misunderstandings of that and sort of where we get Yeshua wrong and where we can learn to understand, you know, where we can learn to understand them. And so the book, again, is called The Alchemy Transmissions, and it is by Carissa Schumacher. And you can also do sessions with her or come to her journeys where she has Yeshua come through and share divine messages. And I'm so grateful for her in my life as a teacher and a guide. And I was able to sit with her for a while after and just receive some of her wisdom and some of her sight.
4:06And I am so deeply grateful in my life that I get to be with some of the most powerful people. and they always affirm and see me in a way that sometimes I just can't see in myself. So deeply grateful for that in so many ways. So Krista Schumacher, thank you for joining Almost 30 Podcast, almost30.com for more on the show. We have amazing brand sponsors and partners. Definitely check them out. We highly vet them. You can find more information about me at itskrista.com. It's I-T-S-K-R-I-S-T-A. I do retreats. I have courses and programs. I work with women one-on-one, women that are on the edge of breakthrough that want to live their next level life.
4:42And you can find me on Instagram. It's Krista. And then her book is available wherever books are sold. I'm excited for you guys to get your hands on it and definitely send this one to a friend. I think this is a really good one you guys can talk about. Okay, I love you. I'll see you on the other side. You are so accomplished and you're so gifted and you're so known. But I think for our women, I would love to start a little bit with your journey and your journey with Yeshua, just so they can kind of get a grounded understanding of your path. And then, you know, we'll probably, I'll probably take us on a little bit, you know removing jesus from the bible in a way so we can work with that what was your background like you the being like how did you grow up and what was your experience because i'd love to know what the path was before you became this amazing world-renowned channel and psychic and you know collaborator with Yeshua so I was born with the abilities that I have now they weren't really all that different than they were almost stronger when I was here because it's very very common for children up until about the age of six and seven when developmentally certain things are either suppressed or certain things like seeing spirit, communicating with nature, seems to fall away a little bit more.
6:02But so I was basically born with the ability to, and certain senses, go between two realms and two worlds. And so I felt the presence, not just was able to see or speak to spirit, but I felt the presence of the divine. Call it consciousness, call it spirit.
6:34And Yeshua references it, I appreciated when he said this, as the vertical and the horizontal within us. I heard you say that once before and I loved that. And the vertical, if you imagine like a cross or like a medicine wheel the vertical within it is the presence it is our spirit it is the space of being and it is also really our access point to higher dimensions god whatever word one wishes to use and then we have the horizontal aspect of us which is very much our humanness it is our life structures it's more of the realm of the doing and the earthly plane so to speak so when I was young what I'm speaking to here is that I had access to both worlds but it wasn't just the divine that I saw if I like closed my eyes or was meditating and I began meditating just naturally at a very young age like already by the age of five or six years old because that was I had to yeah in order but it was also spirit always felt safe to me like when I was meditating it's like okay I go home and then when I'm not meditating I go home to my house so I would always meditate outside near a stream outside but the presence of the divine was not just something that was like transcendent like accessing a higher dimension or you know people on the other side it was also very eminent meaning in the earth in the rocks in the interconnectedness of trees and flowers and light and as I am sure certain people can relate to in a different way that are listening you hit a certain age where you just want to be normal you want to fit in you want to And so there was the period in time that I started realizing not everyone, like this is weird, basically.
9:09And so I had for a long time almost a double life where when I was on my own, I would connect with spirit, but I would talk about it to very few people. and I was blessed to have a dad that understood and I was blessed to have parents that were spiritual but not religious and they left it to me to explore different religious structures because they knew that I had this very strong spiritual connection but so what I would do is I would go to mosque, a mosque I would go to a temple like a Jewish temple I would go to this church and none of these places in none of these places was I ever like wow I feel the presence of God like I did when I was sitting next to a stream and a forest in nature and then moreover I was like this doesn't add up I would have conversations with some of the elders or the teachers.
10:20And it was actually, I would say, probably the Jewish rabbi that was the most aligned with what I was receiving. But I was like, this doesn't make sense. Loving God of all eternal love sends us into damnation, eradicates us if we don't behave. like he wants us to behave. I'm like, what about the mother? Like where is mother? Where is she in all of this? Because I have a pretty strong feeling that mother would not exactly love her children banned to hell for all of eternity. I was like, this doesn't add up. And then I would actually read certain parts of the Bible, not a whole lot. We just weren't religious.
11:14but I wouldn't read it with my human or my brain. I would read it for what was there beneath the surface. So instead of just like hearing the words, I would listen to what the energy beneath it is. And I just came to one passage in scripture and I meditated on that for years and years and years and one of the great things about sacred text is just if even one sentence or passage resonates and you just commit yourself meditate with it meditate with it embody it it can be the key to your entire enlightenment so then I went on and I had some scary experiences and I just wanted to turn my whole channel off and I went and I studied neuroscience at Brown, which was my sneaky way of being like, I'm gonna suppress this all, but secretly I'm like really curious about how this works.
12:24Neural pathways, learns a lot about psychic abilities, the prefrontal cortex, activation, epicenters. And then I worked in neuro-oncology and biotech for a while but it was just so exhausting trying to suppress a natural part of myself because there's so many illusions and beautiful lies that need to be i mean one of the beautiful lies this is actually hilarious in retrospect i remember a therapist in my mid-20s being like so are you spiritual and I go no I'm an atheist which is like so I love not true but that was the illusion like the and I just had to double down and double and I was so exhausted and traumatized and I kept attracting people into my life that like were either abusive or just with that almost like reiterate that density type structure.
13:42And then there was one day where I looked in the mirror, I weighed like 80 pounds and I looked so sick, but it was more that those eyes that I used to look into in the stream where I would like, there was brightness, like there was life in there. And I look into my eyes and I'm like, I'm dead. in trying to live the normal ways i've actually become the living dead and i'm being childish this is immature being the like the big adult and doing it the ways that we're supposed to in the world i'm like this ain't it this is not it so i just allowed it all to die I lost everything I left my job I completely recommitted to healing my body going into the depths of self but it was literally like just by saying I'm willing to let it all die the holy fire came it everything in my life burned away but all of the sediment of these traumas and conditioning burned away too and then the water came and I grieved old old pockets of grief that were finally ready to be brought into the life and honored and then I felt a strength returning and very shortly after that spirit gave me the vision to begin doing journeys meaning keep bringing people into nature like helping and i'm i do i'm not like the special guru or anything we're all just walking around listening is it plant medicine no okay oh no we don't need it oh no i know i was i saw that in the book about plant medicine yeah no because this was already this is back in 2012 that this began and I began doing my every my channel my abilities came back online and it was like the divine had to make my suffering so bad that I would never go back to that and so once everything I just allowed everything to die everything came back online again and there there was color in the world and beauty, but I also felt like I had agency.
16:14And something that I've found in a lot of intuitive women, old souls, intuitive, just more kind of sensitive, attuned, is that in some senses, we were born these divine warriors we just didn't have our armor and so without the armor we had to build up all of these walls to survive and keep ourselves ourselves safe but those walls they're also so suppressive and they keep us hidden and locked into all of this shame and all of this fear. This episode is sponsored by BetterHelp, just in a season where I feel overwhelmed a lot of the time, but I've realized that it is less about fixing everything in those moments of overwhelm.
17:10And it's more about just being aware of the feeling of being present to the feeling. And oftentimes that reduces feeling by quite a bit. I also know that having support is integral. I am in therapy. I've been in therapy for years and at BetterHelp, they have an incredible array of therapists to support you through any type of overwhelm you might be moving through. It is so easy. You just take a quick survey and they match you with a licensed therapist. 19:22And it's through dismantling of the false armor that we receive, the divine armor of our discernment and our strength. and so when everything came back online and I began serving mediumship session the whole thing I felt like I had my armor but not at like the armor of love the armor of truth the armor of peace and softness and mercy and then about nine years into it before a meditation I just lost consciousness and I came to and everybody in the room was kind of like you know like what the what the hell I'm like what happened and they're like you just channeled Jesus but it's Christ and he said not to call him Jesus and to call him Yahshua and I'm like like my body like the whole thing so I'm a little like and I was really afraid for the first couple months I was like how is this gonna work all these things about unworthiness and failure and all of it were you afraid of losing consciousness less so over time because I had done trances before that so sometimes spirit would come through and i was still there and i'm not like gone when i'm channeling i just kind of curl into a really small part of myself like i'm like i'm floating in the womb but after about nine months of figuring it out and working through a lot of my own insecurities and just like am i ever am i ever going to be a medium again is this are you You're going to take over my body completely?
21:20And it's like, no, that's not what this is about. The divine never overtakes us or asks us to do something through which we sacrifice who we are, our hearts, our spirits, our essence, the things that we love, our children, our families, and things like that. But about nine months in, it was very regulated. it was very peaceful he only does transmissions on journeys it's kind of like journeys are yours I still do sessions and honestly him her him doesn't matter offering the transmissions has unburdened me because I just I just get to be myself I'd get to listen to the transmissions and we get to talk about and work through it all together and so where I once felt kind of like you know this burden of responsibility to those that I was serving now I'm just like cool like he'll come through do the transmission then let's all just get into a circle talk about it talk about what's coming up in our bodies our emotional field.
22:44So over the years he's given a lot of transmissions and but there are only three that's held within this book and the first of them was the beautiful lie versus ugly truth. So the illusions versus truth and how that is really impacting us individually but also so collectively. And then the second part is when he walks us through the meaning of alchemy, and then the final transmissions, the rite of passage, those are the mic drop transmissions when he talks about the meaning of conscious maturity and how we need to grow up as a world and shift our perception of ourselves, as well as why, I mean, the whole central message within this book, but also a lot of his teachings then and now, even through his own passion, is that transformation and integration from death, avoid, change, is not only possible, it's inevitable.
24:03through his own life and even the completion of his one human life he showed us through example so you're totally right he he set away and he's like here now you walk this path and it's not about getting it right or wrong it's not about good or evil it's not about darkness or light it's simply that we are here to evolve and part of that evolution means allowing for the death of that which we have evolved beyond but not to stay dead not to stay in the void the friday the trauma but to transform and resurrect from it so he's like here's how and here's why and here is why this is important it's not just about this pathway is not just about receiving miracles and manifesting things and it's so simple it's just through allowing old behaviors old perceptions even one simple thing to die or you know and transforming We birth into a new evolution.
25:28And that's not, so on the Sunday when we move through a transformation into resurrection from a trauma, from whatever else, we don't just receive the rainbows and the miracles. We embody the miracle and we serve through that miracle because we've been the miracle to our own selves. so that's kind of then and now kind of the chist much of what he said so that's that is how we came to be here there's i have all my little i have so many threads where i'm like okay the neuroscience of psychic okay you know the journey like there's so many threads that i want to pull on but i do want to before we get deeper for so many people jesus is so confusing who is he what is he what is his life is he friend is he foe you know all of that and I think a lot of people it's just a charge a charge yeah with it so how would you introduce Yeshua to our audience how would you what would you say he's like what is his mission like if we were to clean the slate what would Yeshua want us to know well we've been very much in this past era been living in the era of Jesus consciousness.
26:51And much of what was created in his name and image, so to speak, was created hundreds of years after his life by councils of men, people that never knew him. To the Council of Nicaea. Yeah, there can be that, but there's many other iterations along the way. Like, what was the chef's kiss? Oh, this was, I think it was in the 17th or 18th century when they removed soul from the canon. So there was, you know, the God, there was the church, but humans still had the agency of the soul, but they had to take away our sovereignty. So we needed those intermediaries along the way. So there was, I mean, more of the most amazing things that have ever been done on the face of this planet have been done in his name and some of the worst atrocities in human history have happened in his name.
28:06Yahshua was a Jew. my experience of him has always been peace and there are a lot of people with religious trauma that prefer just to receive his presence because he's not one thing he's the one consciousness if one wants to experience him as Buddha or Tara it doesn't matter it's all the same but Yahshua's frequency is that of comfort peace relatability unconditional love and understanding and just in reading you know some of the literature and the stories that are now documented and researched of people with near-death experiences or people that have had encounters with his presence coming to them across the board across the board different cultures even people that weren't even Christian or things like that he's funny he's calm he's honest unconditional love he does hold you accountable but in a graceful way in the sense that it's all so a lot of people this was I never expected this a phenomena that happens on journeys a lot of the time is that people will feel him place his hand on their shoulder and they turn and look and there's nothing there so it's just this comfort that you can miss the mark over and over and over can't kick that addiction can't kick that self-critical void that thing that flaw that you You want to over and over and over.
30:14It's okay. And all he asks for really is friendship. It doesn't matter how much you've done wrong, how much you've done right. He's like, screw this Satan sinner shit. He's like, look at me. I loved the sinners, the lepers, the outcasts. not to mention even in his life there were a huge amount okay i am currently breastfeeding and i have unlocked for me the key to producing enough milk but this is not just for moms this is for anyone actually life is busy we don't drink enough water but are we drinking electrolytes in our water we're just drinking plain water we're not getting what we need i'm an electrolytes girly i have been for years and I found instant hydration everybody it is the best not only for flavor but what's in it so there's zero sugar there is french gray sea salt there's potassium and magnesium and there's aquaman so it's like a really rich mineral complex in there as well I love the raspberry I love the strawberry lemonade is one of my favorite flavors but they have an array of flavors that are fantastic.
31:33Nothing artificial about it. They're so, so good. Do not drink plain water. Instant hydration is my favorite electrolyte mix. You need this everywhere you go, in your purse, in your backpack, in your desk at work, in your pantry at home. So for a better way to hydrate, go to instanthydration.com slash almost 30, and you are going to get 40 % off your first subscription order. So instanthydration.com slash almost 30, you will get 40 % off your first subscription order. Okay. I feel like we talk a lot about what supplements we take, but we're not really talking about, are they actually being absorbed by our body?
32:10And I didn't really think about that at all. I was like, well, they're all just like supplements. Like what's the difference? But no, there is a huge difference. And there is a company, the absorption company that is focused on making supplements that your body actually absorbs, which means they actually work. I've been using their magnesium now for a while and And their whole approach, again, is just centered around absorption, not just throwing another supplement into the mix. And their magnesium absorbs eight times better than standard magnesium. And magnesium is super important for over 300 functions in the body.
32:45I notice better sleep, muscle recovery, digestion. I would say probably the number one supplement I recommend to almost everyone because you can't recommend everything to everyone. But this one, I'm like, kind of can. It is phenomenal and so needed. We don't get enough magnesium. So start taking supplements your body can actually absorb. Go to absorbmore.com and enter code ALMOST30 at checkout and you'll get 35 % off your first order. That's a major discount. Go to absorbmore.com. Use the code ALMOST30 for 35%. Of women that were his followers, never allowed to be in the temples. and he was like hey like the feminine matters you can't you can't ever transform and resurrect without the womb the womb is the gateway in some ways from life to life to life and this is you know very aligned with a lot of native american teachings and even buddhism were just birthed from one womb to the next womb to the next womb so the feminine and he devotes a huge part of this book to understanding the importance of the feminine but also the fact that while he had a masculine body his spirit was more feminine and at the last supper he said to his disciples I will send you a comforter in the form of his spirit.
34:23Just that presence. So Yeshua, it doesn't matter if you perceive it as just an energy, a person, him. He's funny. He's cool. He cusses. He is open to talk whenever you want to. he can he's kicked my ass once in a while but in like the best of ways and in the ways that well I write about oh god you put me on the spot I wrote about it in the introduction this one story I'll use this example very quickly but I had I had really been going through it like a big initiation upgrade in my life rite of passage uh this was right before the rite of passage transmissions were channeled for the first time where I learned of my mom's diagnosis as terminal and at the same time learned that my childhood best friend was passing away of terminal cancer and it was just one of those moments in life where like everything hits all at once like in like two days your life everything changes so I was really going through it and then I'm like I just have to surrender this this is beyond my control and I'm just going to pray but I just have to let my attachment to wanting to fix this die because it's creating a burden for me for my mom everyone else so that Saturday I felt the change the transformation happening within me and I'm like divine I don't know if I need a miracle right now but I'd kind of like one
36:16even a little crack a little butt crack of a miracle and normally if it wasn't a need like Yeshua would just kind of like ignore it but I heard his voice and his voice said hold out your hand and then I see that there's all these birds so in like the most immature of ways I'm like oh I'm like a bird is going to come and land on my hand and I'm like come bird come to me come and land
36:53and nothing's coming and I'm like okay like egg on the face fine I get it but then I hear him say beloved you're not listening and it was one of those like
37:12didn't feel suppressive just a little bit of like a listen so I listen and that's when I heard it
37:24the birds weren't chirping joyful they were screaming because one of the baby birds that was fledging was completely caught and tangled in the ivy and that to me i'm a snail and spider rescuer oh say less i could spend cockroaches me neither coyotes like came to like eat my cats and I was like they look happy I literally was like I love that they're in a pack like they're doing well yeah right just like out of my yard but like continue on so of course I'm like got to get out the gloves and of course we managed to uh save the baby bird but that would just be one example where it's less it's never about fire and brimstone and shame and wrongness and all of that that dogmatic type of crap that is, religions can be wonderful structures for community and insight.
38:26And if a person feels love and alignment with the divine, feels the presence of the divine through certain traditions, certain things, amazing. But one does not need that. to connect to the source, and one certainly does not need an authority figure, like including how Yeshua comes through my channel. Like this is not the authority, and I am not the authority, like I am right here in the trenches with everyone else, and I want to be, but we don't need an intermediary to find our path to source. The one thing apart from willingness that I have found that Yahshua, though many other avatars. Willingness is huge.
39:18Just to like underline exclamation point, willingness. Willingness and acceptance. Yes. Huge, huge, huge. And I love, I want to just say I'm willingness. I'm curious if you feel this is true. For me in relation, it's willingness is literally just saying I'm open. There's no effort. So willingness is open and then allowing it to even move in your life. It doesn't require effort. Just open availability. Open availability.
39:46And sometimes there's also the willingness to say, I'm not allowing in the horizontal, or like I'm open to spirit right now, but I'm not open to horizontal. And there are other times in a healthy way to say, you know what, spirit, I've got to get through this airport. You know, for me, I'm a bad example, but airports are wild for a forensic psychic medium. but there are times that I'm like, I'm not open, spirit, because I need to attempt to the horizontal. On the willingness cord, it's also willingness without expectation. Because sometimes people are open and they're like, I'm not getting anything, I'm not getting anything.
40:35Because they think they should be getting a vision or hearing something. No. Sometimes the openness, you hear something in nature around you. Sometimes you get a sensation in your body. Sometimes you're just receiving downloads. It's just a savasana. You know, even in Tibetan Buddhism, they would call it dharmakaya, which is just resting in the void, the light of pure presence. and but yes without willingness and i would go so far as to say that there are we are going to evolve in our consciousness that is why we are here having angels evolve through service humans we evolve through experience so it's through the experience of earthly life and these different right of passages that we come through that we evolve from child to adolescent to adult to elder there's two paths though to this evolution and i know that both both you and i and probably a lot of people listening have had the experience of both one path to evolution is through willingness and some of that can mean discipline to a practice, discipline to health and body, discipline to wholeness, not just wellness.

42:15Willingness can include just saying, I don't want to learn again the hard way. Willingness can include listening to the inspiration, our intuition, the inspiration and our discernment before things get way, way, way strung out and out of alignment. But if it's not going to be the willingness, even when a change comes to accept what is instead of trying to fight it, the other path is suffering. And I've known both within my life. And sometimes it's hard when you don't even know you're suffering. Yeah, oh yeah. When you're in a prison that you don't even know that you're in. But I love within a lot of religious dogma, especially Christianity, there's this sense of evolution or goodness or holiness is suffering.
43:16So even when we look at the symbol of Yeshua or Christianity, it's he's on a crucifix. And of course the crucifix represents freedom, but it also represents a suffering God. That to be holy, to be good, that we need to suffer. That we are sinful. Like there wasn't even really a word for sin. And there certainly wasn't even like a word for hell. The word hell itself at the time of Yahshua. And in a lot of his transmissions, one of the things that has been so healing to hundreds of thousands of people that have had religious trauma or just experienced God as love as opposed to cruelty and sinning.
44:15It's like he takes the sting out of it. And he does tell stories. There are a great number of stories in the book that he tells about his life where he's like, let me set the record straight. When I was talking about hell, there was no hell. The words that I used, the word that I used was gena. Gena was a garbage dump outside of Jerusalem at the time of his life. where there was a fire pit where people would take their sediment, their trash, and dump it in to the fire and leave. So his whole message was take your sediment, take the self-absorption, the self-absorbed fears, all the shit, the mind bashing, the anxiety, all the stuff that is no longer serving you, the shitty relationships, the codependency.
45:22go to Gaina, drop it, dump it in the holy fire, holy fire of transformation so it can burn away, grieve it, mourn it through the holy water, and then leave clear, strengthened, lighter, unburdened. So I'm just bringing up this example because I'm really glad that I didn't have a lot of conditioning or like religious indoctrination because how he is, I'm like, this must have been how he was in his life. Like he's funny. He's irreverent. He tells potty jokes. he doesn't he has like an attitude oh yeah he doesn't care yeah he's like no doesn't work he's like he's like you guys i'd rather hang out with you if you have leprosy or you know even if just like you're honest about the fact that yeah you struggle and have flaws he's like those are my people the honest people it's the people on the high horse you know leadership i'm so perfect Everybody else is to blame for all of my stuff.
46:46He's like, no. Like, where's the humility? You're all equal. I think in Mark, in the Bible, he says, not everyone who comes to know me will know me. Like, it's like something like, yeah, people could say that they know me, but they don't. Well, you can't know him without coming to know yourself. Say more. One of the greatest tenets of Judaism, and he was very much a Jew at the time. There was no Christianity.
47:18But one of the great tenets of Judaism is that there is this personal relationship that we have with God, with the divine. And so yes, we can look to others to help inform us, but we don't want to abdicate responsibility as to how we perceive, how we experience, how we connect to the divine. And one of the reasons that that is important is because each of us is completely unique in our essence. Like your DNA. Nobody has ever had your DNA or will ever. It just pulls to the essence page. Yes. Our essence is the part of us that is one half our spirit and one half our nature. physical body, genes.
48:10So it's the part of us that's basically half human and half divine. Well, what was he in his? He was half human, half divine. And so it's that part of us that is our Christic Sophia essence. It is the wisdom keeper. Our essence is all of our gifts, our quirkinesses, an essence is really pronounced in children like with children they just there's no hiding there's no pretense there can be one child who's like so solar and gregarious and fearless and then another child who's more lunar and introspective so we all have these unique essences but over time what we can learn is this person this person's is better than mine or there's something wrong with me or i should have these qualities in my or maybe i can learn these things that really aren't a part of me because they're a And that's where comparisons come into place.
49:28And that's where sediment and suppression of our essence can come into place. Part of the alchemy pathway and just the different evolutions and upgrades that we experience, they bring us not only into deeper connectedness to the divine, but also deeper embodiment. in the sense that the divine is, yes, transcendent, meaning consciousness is far beyond us. But the divine is also very eminent in the wind, in the leaves, in the trees, in the earth, so all around us. But then there's the aspect of the divine that is emergent. and the emergence of the divinity is through our essence and the service through our essence in whatever ways those might be.
50:32And it doesn't even have anything to do with the doing. The doing is icing. It's more just the energy when you accept your essence, what it is and what it isn't, you emanate an entire energy field an entire vibration and you can't emanate so it's literally yeshua is saying i want to co-create with you but part of that is allowing for the emergence of your own human divinity and divine humanity so that's part of the way he says over and over, no me not as I was, but as I am. So this was the second time that I was pregnant. And I just love pregnancy because I get so attuned to like everything that I put in my body.
51:28And one of those things is my prenatal. A prenatal I recommend highly is from Ritual. The Ritual Essential Prenatal is a part of my routine. And I really love it because it has just these essential nutrients that we need during pregnancy, especially like choline, like folate and omega-3. I also love it because when I'm taking it, the sensory experience, it doesn't smell weird. It has like this little tab in there that keeps it really fresh, like a citrusy taste and smells. And I just found it to be gentler on my stomach. First trimester, I was so nauseous, but over the course of my entire pregnancy and I still take prenatals.
52:06Postpartum, it's really gentle on my stomach. Ritual selects bioavailable key nutrients designed for optimal absorption. So that's really important. Your body actually absorbs these and all of their products are evidence-based. So don't settle for less than evidence-based support. Save 25 % on your first month at ritual.com slash almost 30. That's ritual.com slash almost 30 for 25 % off your first month. Okay. Can we talk about picky eating for a second? I have a toddler. I'd like to say he eats a little bit more than other kids, but he is still picky. So if you have a kid who basically survives on the beige foods, you know the struggle.
52:43And with Mav, I just don't want every meal to turn into that negotiation. That's why I have been giving him Ella Ola. It's basically a completely tasteless, colorless vitamin powder. It's not a gummy. It's not a chewable. So into his water, I have electrolytes in there too, but I put it in his water or his milk. Sometimes he'll have yogurt. I'll throw it in there. His oatmeal, don't tell him smoothies super easy and he literally cannot tell it's in there so it has 19 essential vitamins and minerals plus nutrients from 15 organic fruits and veggies including b12 d zinc and it'll support his mood and brain development it's pediatrician and pediatric dietitian developed it has zero sugar it's vegan gluten-free free of the top nine allergens and and has no artificial sweeteners, dyes, or additives.
53:34And honestly, for me, it's just one less thing to stress about at mealtime. Ella Ola is offering our listeners 20 % off your first purchase. Just go to ellaola.com slash almost 30. That's E-L-L-A-O-L-A dot com slash almost 30. The discount is automatically applied at checkout, so you don't need a code. You can try it risk-free with Ella Ola's 45-day money-back guarantee. So go to ellaola.com slash almost 30 or 20 % off your first purchase. Know yourself not as you were, but as you are. So you can't get to know him, her, without getting to know the him, her that exists within you. And that's the intimacy.
54:19That's the sharing. Then you're basically a vessel for the divine within yourself, and that's when it gets really fun.
54:32Because you don't have to drive the bus of your life anymore. You just get to sit on the bus and wherever your spirit, the divine takes you is just where you need to be. Even if it's a difficult place to be, but you don't feel alone because your free will is aligned. So you get into alignment and stay in alignment no matter the circumstance or what is going on so the perception of fear or the perception avoids even your whole perception of death yeah starts to change right it was so interesting you know obviously i was on the essence page when we read that and i think people understanding their divine nature in this way also doesn't forget their human nature which i really love there was something i was so curious about i want to ask um i have a part i want to ask about but But I'm curious about what are your thoughts on how we, why did we go from the freedom transmissions to the alchemy transmissions?
55:31Like talk about why the freedom transmissions was important for the time that it was released and why alchemy is important for this time. Oh, interesting question. So the freedom transmissions was designed to set the foundation for all other transmissions that were to come. It's the freedom transmissions, though, is very nonlinear, meaning it's almost better to just open a page on a given day and whatever you receive to allow that energy, wisdom to enter your heart. And so freedom transmissions also came at a time where we were in the pandemic. and so part of the freedom transmissions actually happened before the pandemic where yeshua is basically saying your whole world is about to change and you're going to be experiencing certain collective voids like the death of the old era so the freedom transmissions came just as we were in the final four years of the death of the old era and then out the alchemy transmissions the central part of the book was channeled just weeks before we officially entered the new era.
56:52And some of this has to do with Pluto transitions. It's not just astrology. It's more just energetically, and it's been building for centuries. But we crossed over that threshold at the end of 2024, and that's when I was told, take the sabbatical to do the next book. so it was like the freedom transmissions was kind of the set the foundation but also the death of the old era and now all all of the principles within it he expands upon within the alchemy transmissions so he's kind of like okay now that we're in the new era we're gonna build upon this here are the qualities of the new era versus the old era here's what you can expect in the new era so one of the first things that he starts with is transparency and how this is an era of masculine and feminine balance and transparency and how just as we have been over the past couple of years that there would be we would need to really be excavating what the truth from the illusion is and being very careful not to get caught up in the illusion or the beautiful lie and that we would have to face a lot of ugly truth but it's not until we can see some of the ugly truth that we can transform or make changes.
58:24So an example of this, there are so many women that I work with but also are just friends or in sisterhood. And who have just been traumatized by, I hate to say it, the health and wellness industry. I thought you were going to say men. I was like, either way, I'm leaned in. Either way, I'm clocked in for this. And now there's a lot of masculine invasion into the women's health and wellness space. but just these beautiful lies around do this, do this procedure, do that. If you just do this, then you're going to be healthy. If you just do this, then your fibromyalgia is going to go if you just do this.
59:16To the extent that their digestive systems are out of whack, you know their skin is unhealthy like emotionally physically mentally dysregulated and then every single time it's like this hope this external seeking hope of you know the beautiful lie and this will be the one that heals me or cures me and then the ugly truth comes like oh no it didn't and then that sense of betrayal and betrayal then leads to blame then leads to anger it leads to like helplessness and so we're having these confrontations across the board systems institutions you know the old structures like uh governance structures dominance structures there's a lot of fracturing between the feminine and the masculine that has obviously occurred in this last era so we're seeing a lot of this transparency but what we're also seeing is a rising of the feminine but a certain aspect of the feminine that was the aspect of the feminine that was more of the suppressed aspect it drives me a little bit nuts when people are like the feminine was so suppressed in this last era I'm like that's not true the light aspect of the goddess was not at all suppressed interesting the virgin the perfect girl the good girl the girl who's sweet and meek and soft has no needs doesn't complete clean, doesn't want anything.
1:01:11Very maiden energy. Yes. The beauty of the light goddess is very creative, fertile, nurturing, there is a power in that. But the aspect of the feminine that was and has been suppressed is more of the dark goddess. So we have even like Mother Mary, the virgin, Mary Magdalene, the whore, up until about seven seconds ago in Catholicism when she was made the apostle of apostles like a couple years ago. Only it was. The dark goddess, when the dark goddess is suppressed, the feminine is emotionally not safe. Our masculine energy protects more of like our physical body, like food on the table. but our dark goddess is the part of us that is the shield or the protector of our water our feminine and our emotions the dark goddess is the aspect of the feminine that is true feminine power in that sense of she is the part of the feminine that says no, that sets boundaries, that enforces boundaries.
1:02:37She's very central to our discernment. She's very central to our ability to say, I have needs. I am willing to serve you, but I have needs. And if you're not willing to meet any of my needs or there's not going to be any reciprocity in this relationship. Like this isn't going to work out. I highlighted a chapter. I'm trying to find it, but it was basically Jesus saying, this is the season and time for like loving boundaries. Yes. Like he was like, this is the season of loving boundaries. And I was like, whoa. Because, you know, the perception I had of Yeshua was boundaryless. But when you know the Bible, you know it's not that.
1:03:25But it's just, it was fascinating to me. and it sounds so dumb but I'm like this is like okay he says the shift that I am asking of you and your collective in this new era is to consider a different approach enforcing boundaries and consequences with love with loving truth replacing punishments with healthy loving yet firm consequences healthy honest yet strong boundaries that allow everyone to transform and evolve from the actions that necessitated them individually and collectively for if you do by summoning all the courage strength light mercy power and divinity within your heart the consequence will be more sustainable peace joy harmony unity transparency gratitude willing inclusion transformation integration healing and efficiency within yourself and within your world so good i know but that's the dark goddess so real because the masculine is punish yeah you know and even and this can be healthy like my Saturn energy yeah so like my dad was kind of like okay the you're gonna be punished.
1:04:27My dad was like non-existent for no punishing. He was like, I'm so sorry your mom punished you. Here's ice cream. I'm like, thank you so much. But so my dad was more of like the firmer one and there are boundaries are necessary and important. That honestly gives me permission for something I want to do today. I'm like, I want to provide a consequence. Like a loving, I'm like. But a loving. Loving. But that's the dark goddess. It's less about the punishment and more about - The loving consequence. The loving consequence. Because then there's learning that happens. And consequent punishments are so, like emotional withholding can be a form of punishment.
1:05:12And punishments are more, it's about that sinner type of thing and what penance you're gonna have. Whereas consequences, it's more just like, effect. So you're not capitulating. You're not losing your agency. That's very dark goddess. The loving consequence. Surrounding things. But what happens is when she's suppressed, she's either unruly. Because she's kind of the destroyer. So she can become very unruly and destructive. Or she can just destroy you. Harsh critical self. But when she is given her healthy seat on the throne and there are those loving consequences and healthy boundaries, there's a lot of balance.
1:06:04So it's not just creating balance with our masculine and feminine energies, it's creating balance within our feminine. Because then we're safe, we're shielded, we're whole. But the feminine without both aspects of the goddess being there, we're not whole. And women need wholeness right now, especially since we're many of the ones that are birthing the energy of new leadership and new ways of doing things in this new era. I love this one section too, where it talks a little bit about people's essences and the variety and difference of people's essences. And I felt like it was so liberating for people to understand that we all have unique essences in the way that our soul is expressed.
1:06:55And then it was also talking about, as such, once you have experienced the central alchemy pathway, it becomes more difficult for you to function when you are not synchronized, not balanced, and not present. It becomes more difficult for you to sustain servitude through suffering or behaviors and environments that tend to desynchronize you. For with a stronger essence, your balance is central to your service through joy, which emerges and grows the more in sync you are within the four of your bodies as well of your life structures. Can you explain that? So alchemy as opposed to just healing restores balance.
1:07:27And part of that balance is the synchronization of our spirit, mental body, emotional body, physical body. Because what can happen is, and you see this everywhere, You could walk out on the street and immediately notice it. A lot of people are completely governed by their mental body. Their mental body, it's like the slave driver. Or some people are all in their emotional, but like they're totally like heart, like emotion, like all over the place. and when the mental body is driving the ship, there can be suppressed, like emotional body can be like, I'm feeling a little bit draggy. Physical body can be like, I'm exhausted.
1:08:26Spirit body, intuition can be like, you need to slow down. You got to eat something. Think we should maybe cancel the dinner plans. And so when we're not synchronized, our body isn't in rhythm with our mind with our heart with our spirit and part of the alchemy pathway is allowing your spirit to take over the helm of the ship which requires a lot of trust it also requires a lot of discipline to be as present as possible and one of the things that that one of the things that makes that easier is just curiosity getting curious even if you're driving the same route that you've driven to work 80 000 times looking for what's new looking for what's new so alchemy resynchronizes us to a certain amount of presence and in such a way that all of like our whole field is moving as a unit and i remember in my like conformity supposed to life i was like like a walking humpty dumpty it was like my mental body was over here my physical body was like dragging on the ground my you know emotional body was over here like who knows where spirit was like in another country yeah and it was just craved the integration yeah yeah so much yeah the splitting really was painful so it's fragmented yeah fragmented so the alchemy is what brings us because when you're synchronized you're bringing your whole self to the table and then you have all your gifts and tools of your kind of like your emotional your intuition right your mental your ability to think through something or move through like clarity you have your physical body that's like giving you the signals and your vessels running and oiled and then your spirit body also has more space because you're not just hearing what's going on and on the outside you're actually listening so when you're coming from that synchronized state you're not just speaking you're expressing you're not just hearing you're listening like you're seeing with your real eyes as was said in the bible why do you think this book is so important for this time like why does Yeshua why is Yeshua bringing these transmissions through for us now what do you see as happening in our collective where we need this book he says it to a T outright in the rite of passage transmissions which is the last which is the last everything else is a big setup for the final transmissions.
1:11:18And we need to grow up. And I don't mean the people that would likely listen to this podcast who are already very consciously mature. Like we need to grow up. We need to grow into conscious adulthood. We need to stop blaming everyone and their sister for everyone and everything that's happened in the past, we need to take accountability to transform and resurrect from past traumas and unprocessed grief. Collectively, for centuries, we are sitting on mountains and mountains of unprocessed trauma and grief. I mean, even our grandparents, parents, even some of our parents, there wasn't the understanding of trauma.
1:12:19And frankly, even a hundred years ago and before then, maybe even 60 years ago and before then, people went from trauma to trauma. I just took my son to the dentist for the first time. It was very cute. He did a great job. I was very nervous that he would just have a total meltdown and not let them look at his teeth, but did a great job. But I was thinking about my own dental health, postpartum, got to get back to the dentist. I was really excited to find this brand for us all. Okay. So it's called Lorene and this is a chewing gum. Okay. This is a chewing gum that is better for you, better for your teeth.
1:12:55It uses nano hydroxy appetite, and this is the mineral your teeth are actually made of. So this is going to support your enamel health. So if you're eating and drinking things that aren't necessarily good for your teeth, like let's replace it or at least follow it with some Laureen. They sent me some to try and I was like, wait, this is actually very good. The mint flavor is phenomenal. So that's my favorite. I'll usually chew it after meals or after I have my coffee in the morning and my mouth just feels very fresh, which is always a nice feeling. My husband loves it. So right now, Laureen Co.

1:15:00That is Upwork.com to connect with top talent ready to help your business grow. That is Upwork.com. Women died in childbirth. Men died in battle. we are living in our modern kind of more cushy world especially in western spaces you know we have got to stop talking about the traumas staying in the victimhood wallowing in the story of all the shit that mommy daddy did all and we need to take accountability we don't have to like what is or what has happened it's not mitigating what happened in the past but it is up to us if somebody wants to serve as a true light holder that we have to have the willingness to let the past die and to transform and resurrect and accept what we are accept our essence and serve through that essence because right now across the board from the financial industry to politics people are people are getting very tired of it the gaslighting the lies not knowing who to trust don't even know if i can trust my doctors anymore pharmaceutical companies anymore don't know if I can trust the news anymore what type of news can I trust any of this and there are a lot people are like where are the grown-ups I've heard a lot of people say that even like very what why are none of the grown-ups at the leadership tables I mean there are there are certain world leaders that are playing out their unintegrated childhood traumas with like the world not to mention our treatment of the earth yeah the earth she is not here as our servant she is not in servitude to us we are meant to serve as her stewards and so this is coming at a time in which we are needing to reevaluate what our needs are what our wants are from even a year ago five years ago for that matter and it's great to have needs but when wants are the priority over needs no one is nourished no one is satiated and so this is how it's about the importance of what it means to step into conscious conscious maturity and it's hard to be the grown-up in the room there isn't an instruction manual but the more that choose to move through these rites of passages these upgrades like leaving old era life structures behind exploring new era life structures during this time moving through those upgrades the more you embody the miracle and the easier it is for your spirit to orchestrate to align all that is right for you.
1:18:21You don't need to do practices, techniques, workshops even. It's just the embodiment of the miracle. And when that comes, yes, there are responsibilities. Yes, there is courage that is needed. But you're ready. Because now you've made the rite of passage into adulthood. and we in ancient societies there were actual rites of passage ceremonies to guide the young girls into adolescence into womanhood into elderhood and young men given their vision quests you had to you don't just get to you know where wield the sword you have to earn it through proving adulthood and responsibility and we don't have those rites of passage anymore and it's beautiful to see like the work that how this has impacted even mothers fathers who are now offering rites of passage ceremonies to their children and it how it eases their children into adulthood so that is why the here this book is important right now it's about how to step into conscious maturity and as a consciously mature divine man or a woman how to serve through joy and how to create miracles within this world and within one's life so that is i think that's the gist of it at the end it says when you come to this space from you remember from within the wellspring of your being that you are constantly in the presence of god regardless of whether you are tired or had a bad day or missed the mark it never leaves you for you are not abandoning or leaving yourself or your essence as you once did thus the divine presence through your own essence alchemy pathway realization and faith is always unwavering there held within you because you choose with courage to honor your right of passage and are embodying divine presence within yourself so good are you excited how do you feel how do you feel bringing this through how do you feel being the person to bring this through honestly
1:20:50better this is a common thing i think for first-time authors but um you know i didn't approach an agent or a publisher to create a book harper collins came to me uh and said we'd really love you to turn these transmissions into a book and it all happened very fast so the first book was during the pandemic and um and then when it came out i was featured in the new york times which is for someone that like lives in an elfin forest it's like very overwhelming to go from like nothing to suddenly in the new york times and all of that but one of the really difficult things about the freedom transmissions was that I got very attacked by a lot of um more of like the southern baptist mega church men I just have to say it there wasn't a woman that was and to me you know that was it was it was scary even like on a physical basis but I realize now that it was still, I still had that part of me that was like, I want everyone to like me.
1:22:04And you can't be controversial. Like all the suffering in my life is, do you like me? Are you mad at me? Yeah, sorry, my life. And coming into this point, I'm like, I don't give a shit. Uh-huh, so real. I care, but I don't care. Yep. And the other thing about this is that throughout my life, I never was given agency over my own story
1:22:37so it was always my story told by someone else or an interpretation or a perception of my story or my life and so I didn't talk about myself at all almost for freedom and this time around I'm using my own experiences to draw into it. And I was a little bit scared to do that. It's very vulnerable. Like creeping out of my little snail shell, being like, am I safe to be sick? Crawling back in. But it's felt really good to have that sense of agency, that sense of yes, no. And the other great thing, this is a change in the collective gestalt that I want to mention. I got so much pushback with the first book.
1:23:31This is weird, this is bizarre, she's a fraud, she's a this, she's a that. I'm not getting that this time around. People are way more receptive. And this isn't a me thing. And I've noticed this with certain other practitioners as well that used to get tons of pushback because they're controversial or whatever. It's like there's a deeper collective readiness, I would say, for the truth, but also things that are new, refreshing, but teachings, things that don't strip you of your agency. Or it's not someone explaining something, or it's not something just trying to almost project their own story on something that they perceive you would find helpful and maybe it is or maybe it isn't or maybe it's just that now we're in the era of christ consciousness christ sophia consciousness and so people are feeling some of the sparkle and feeling some of the judge i know i don't think you're gonna get any like at all like it's funny because you said that you mentioned that before i'm like i just don't see it happening um i think so many of our women have freedom transmissions but I'm really excited for them to get this one yeah um what's the last question what is one thing that Yeshua said that surprised you wow my Virgo brain is going through I knew that I knew you're Virgo because we have the same north and south roads oh yeah that's right oh that's right that's right that's right one of the things that surprised me or that I loved the most was when he spoke about divine sexuality and that sacredness of intimacy that to me sexuality being a part of it like he was sexual and his he and Mary Magdalene were lovers and that humanness like I had a lot of shame within my sexuality because you know this is I don't want to like overshare here but I like to be more submissive when I'm intimate with someone and but like it's like you know that's you should be an empowered woman you know take control in the bedroom and i'm like no i kind of like to be like thrown on the head but i'm also i'm bisexual and have been my whole life so sexual i'm like divine and he so when he gave the divine sexuality transmissions about how to bring this and weave this into our bodies into it's not just about our sexual life either it's like how to make love with the world and this act of love making like divine human human divine and that one that was very very healing for me and it bandwagoned him into some of the other the things that really surprised me, some of them are included in the last part of this book when he talks about some controversial subjects.
1:27:09He talks about demons. He talks about shift in our perception of fire, brimstone, and demons. He talks about homosexuality. I saw that. He talks about abortion. the way that he spoke about abortion i'm not going to go into it because he did include this in the book was very very healing for me and a lot of different people that you know have carried shame or even regret you know and you all the shoulda whata couldas that in the game of life are all the there's the ladders in life but some of the biggest shoots in life are whata coulda shoulda they'll slide you right back down into the abyss i thought you weren't going to get attacked but now i'm now i'm not so sure all their keywords yes exactly but i call them watch words i know i don't care but it's so good and it's so loving and i just so healing the other thing is and this is what I'd love to end with.
1:28:16The magic of the women. Community, sisterhood. This is not a me book. This is a we book. There is a part of our essence in absolutely every word of this. But this sisterhood, like you. And just like these new, after so much shedding of like old era relationships. And I'm like, you're my new era sister. And we're all finding one another. And it's really, really exciting. So sisterhood, brotherhood, we're all down for it. But we're on mission, baby. Yeah, we've Jesus. Yeshua is a badass and he's a great friend. And he's like, giddy up. Let's co-create. So he's like the safest masculine I've ever felt, you know.
1:29:10and I'm so excited for people to get both books and to connect with you because I was telling a friend after we got off our call when we spoke and I was like, I don't think I've met in very long time, love, in a very long time, someone that I was like, oh, that's a teacher to me. Like how just you are incredibly, like usually my energy field and my consciousness is kind of checking. like I don't know yeah do you know what I mean I just am like where do I stand in this with this person am I a teacher am I a guide am I a mentor am I a partner am I what but I just felt so I was like wow this woman is truly someone that is so deeply um just powerful and integrated and loving and yeah it was very it was very nice for me to be in that seat because I'm not not very often and I I felt reverence for you very much for your soul.
1:30:06Thank you for sharing that. I'm going to take it. You should take it. I'm going to take it because one of the things, working with Yeshua, you can't be a dentist with bad teeth. And I have paid do after do because he can't bring a transmission through unless I have the depth and the vulnerability to be able to embody the transmission. So I go like, there's a journey between every journey and after every journey. But that means a tremendous, that means a tremendous. It was beautiful. I haven't felt that, I don't think, maybe many times in my life. I was like wow what a what an experience it was just interesting I just positioned myself sort of like at your feet a little bit like as soon as we started speaking I was like oh I'm this is where I'm in this dynamic from an honoring level and not like a maybe a pedestal in a way but just more so like a position meant of not I don't want to say spiritual authority in a negative but again just like a spiritual essence and authority that you have and an awareness and like a true transformation code for this lifetime well i always say don't pedestal me i've had that happen before totally and what i don't like about it is that then i either have to be at the center of the circle or I have to be outside of the circle.
1:31:52And I wanna be in the circle. Because I could say the same for you. I have the same thing. Like sitting in reverence at your, I would give my left arm to have certain qualities in my essence that you have in yours. Like knowledge, wisdom, discernment. just a studio like creating bringing people together for universal truths and asking questions i mean me trying to do an interview is like the most hilarious thing in the world i'm like forget the interview like your grandma's telling me that i'll lean on my gifts but i've always been on dates leaning on my flirt i'm like we're not having fun let me just flirt but just but that's that's the joy of getting to be in the circle together is that i might have certain gifts that you don't have that you revere but you have certain that i don't have that i revere so we get to all teach and learn from one another okay when is it out babe all righty so it It comes out September 22nd, and it's on my website.
1:33:15Virgo season. When's your birthday? September 3rd. Beautiful. So just a little bit afterwards. So September 22nd, and it's on my website, thespirittransmissions.com. Sessions with you. Yes. So I do journeys. The next one is March in Los Angeles. there's an online one in December that's really really cool the December online is lineages of the light cool so understanding how like working with the different understanding what your lineages of the light may have been how to connect to lineages that you may not yet be aware of so I'm looking forward to that one but yes journeys I also do private sessions that more about the intuitive the psychic work mediumship that sort of thing and then there's the books and the final thing that i will give a shout out to for anyone that's on the east coast i've been invited to speak at the 92nd street y which is so major so major so major i feel I've said this a couple of times but like when they first invited me I'm like why?
1:34:42I live in a forest like Nobel laureates like what am I going to say? But the more that I've been leaning into it again it just comes to this receptivity and this openness and this need that people have for healing and community and just new ways of perceiving things. So if you're in on the East Coast or New York City, October 3rd is 92nd Street Y. I'd love to give anyone that comes a hug, sign a book or something like that. And those are my announcements. Beautiful, babe. I'm so glad you came. I'm so excited for our women to just, I'm going to be at one of those journeys, if not both. So I'll see you guys there, which is good.
1:35:31And then that will be such a beautiful event. You deserve it. Okay, guys, we love you very much. We'll see you soon. Thank you. Bye. Thank you so much, Carissa.
