20:36Carlene Higgins:Yeah, that's right. So it really solves that conundrum where if you're not a self-tanner girly and you want to put a bronzer on your legs, but you're worried about it coming off like in the rain or as you sweat behind your knees and coming off on your clothing. So you give it this like hairspray effect, which is what it feels like to use this makeup setting spray. And it really does set guys. So this is a total like summer hack. Yes. And it's not too sticky, I will say. That three second spray is like, it is like hairspray for your face. Like, yeah, it is pretty intense if you're looking for long wear.

21:16Carlene Higgins:It's good to know, right? Yeah. A lot of time this is like special event dressing and you're wearing pretty dresses, like pretty light dresses that you don't want bronzer and stuff like that on. So for my test, look, I'm not refunding anybody's money, but for my test, it worked. I love it. Yeah. Love to see it. OK, so we're going to talk about skincare next, Carleen. But I think we have to really kick it off talking about K-Beauty, which is like starting every skincare conversation these days.

21:55This MetaCube in particular is just like it is so viral. It is almost hard to keep up with everything that they are doing. And probably the biggest news for MetaCube is they you know how they have the facial toning device. Yes. Called the booster. They just came out with a new version of that. And it is launching on promo. Oh, interesting. That's rare. Very rare. Now, this part, this is not under$30. It is 20 % off to start. So normally it's$299,$299. And now it's going to be$239.20. Right deal. So there's the pink and there's the white. It's a Booster Pro X2 is the name of it. It just launched.

22:39I have not tried it yet. But if you're curious, again, getting it on promo to start is great. 23:51Now, I did have a skin flare-up.

23:53Carlene Higgins:Centella Asiatica is the family that the Madocascoside is in. It's like a super charged, highly potent version of that. Right. So this is this trend we were talking about in our All of Young episode where it's like the cave pharmacy idea. I think that this is Metacube sort of dabbling in that. But anyway, I did have a skin flare up this week and this is what I went to. Okay. And I thought that it really was soothing, was really good. No stinging at all. And it's in an aluminum tube. stock up on this everybody for those moments where you maybe would have used a La Roche-Posay balm or like a embryo lease or something like that it's verging into that K pharmacy so this is a new new favorite and the collagen sheet masks from MediCube are also on a major sale normally they are$19 for four and they are on sale for$14 they are 25 % off okay great deal Yeah.

24:52And these are the ones I've told you before.

24:54Carlene Higgins:They cool your skin by seven degrees. Yeah. Amazing. So you want to use that after a potential sunburn. Well, K-Beauty is something to stock up on for sure. But let's not forget about French Pharmacy sunscreen. Yes. I have had so many instances where I have used sunscreen. I've strayed or tried sunscreens that are not from sunscreen brands and not from like dermatology-backed skincare brands like La Roche-Posay, and I have been burned. And also because I have rosacea, I am so sensitive to things like fragrance and just weird ingredients that they're sticking in everything now, like niacinamide.

25:38Carlene Higgins:So - Cannot go wrong. La Roche-Posay is an absolute go-to for me. Same. I swear by it. Yeah, absolutely. I buy it. Yeah. Well, that says a lot. And I think that there's no, but there's some there's certain things I just simply can't be without. Yeah, that's one. Yeah. In the summer, it's like especially with all of the mistrust. Yes. That's happening right now in sunscreen. Absolutely. This is what I'm saying. But it is such a utilitarian product. You use a lot. Get the deal. Yes. This is what I mean. Yeah. This is the re-up. So this is probably the most famous one. It has a nickname, the Shaka Shaka, because you have to shake it.

26:18Carlene Higgins:It's got a little ball inside. So the proper name is the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Light Fluid Sunscreen Mineral SPF 50. It's regularly$42.99 and it's 25 % off. So that's a great deal for a high quality sunscreen. I love that this one, it is mineral, but it has such fine minerals that it doesn't give me a white cast. This is like a famous product, Chaka Fluid. Oh, wow. Because that's what everybody calls it. It has like a little ball in there to keep everything moving, right? Yeah, it has because they separate. So you have to blend it together. And the fact that it's mineral, it's great for my sensitive skin.

27:02Carlene Higgins:Of course, if you have a dark complexion, you probably just prefer a chemical sunscreen. And I've been seeing this all over the internet. I cannot believe I got my hands on it. This is La Roche-Posay's brand new Anthelios UV Air Sunscreen Serum. It's SPF 50 and it's regularly$39.99. It's going to be on for$29.99 in the US. U.S. It's not available in Canada yet, guys. So that is such a great deal. And again, this is an SPF 50. Now, I was very curious because it just launched earlier this year. And I was like, what a strange time for it to launch because there's a new UV filter that's just been approved.

27:48Carlene Higgins:So I was like, why would La Roche-Posay launch prior to that? So to let you know, it does not have the new UV filter in it. Right. So I just want to point that out. So in Europe, this product launched already, UV Air, and it does contain Mexoral XL and Tinnosorb S in France. So if you happen to be in France, you can go ahead and buy that one and it has advanced UV filters. So yeah, so it won't be the same as the European version. Have you had it under makeup? Yes. So I am wearing this today and I wore it the last few days and I love it under makeup. So when you put it on, like it's got this very, very fine tip when you open it.

28:36Carlene Higgins:It almost reminds me of like a glue. Yeah, it's like a squeeze bottle with a nozzle. Yeah. And it's orange at the top, which is why it reminds me of glue. But so it kind of drips like this. Oh, nice. So it really is a serum. And when you blend it in, It just blends in like beautifully without any cast. And it's very, I would say it feels quite moisturizing. So if you are someone with like drier combination skin, you're going to love this one. So yeah, that's a definite do, guys. So Carlene, I wanted to circle back to another K Pharmacy brand that I talked about it briefly in the Olive Young episode, just referring to the trend of K Pharmacy.
