0:4480 % of your business will be okay, will be going well to varying degrees. But the reality is if you're running a business, you're likely to exist in the 20 % all the time. The 20 % of your business that's not right, that needs to be sorted out. And you just kind of have to accept that actually your working life is going to be spent largely in that 20%. and as I said at the beginning it's kind of always it always has felt difficult and it feels difficult now and although I can sort of sometimes very occasionally sort of take a step back and sort of look at things and go you know gosh we have we've done all right haven't we um most of the time I don't don't feel like that at all I feel just ah this isn't right this isn't right this isn't right and and i think the the moment that i don't feel like that will probably be the moment that i know i need to sort of step aside and go and do something else and let better people get on with it but i think as long as i'm motivated and still up at 3 a.m worrying about x y instead then i've probably got a job to do but it's that's just it is the nature of doing it you never you always think oh if i you know if we could get to this point or that point everything's going to feel okay and i think the truth is you never quite get there um though my sister would say i'm absolutely rubbish at celebrating and enjoying the successes we do because i think it's so important for a business to enjoy and celebrate successes when they happen it's a vital part of it but yeah i find i find it quite difficult if i'm honest quick one guys espresso has got a brand new sponsor unleashed unleashes inventory management software that talks directly to your finance and econ software.
