In short

The Luanna podcast episode mixes banter and explicit comedy with a debrief of The Traitors (UK/Canada), plans for Luanna’s live interactive “big party” show, women’s football updates, listener advice/relationship counselling, a kinky “dominatrix” confession story, and news takes on UK education reform and the Louvre heist security failures.

Guests

No traditional guests. The hosts are Luanna (Lu), plus Imo (producer), Emma, and other team members referenced (e.g., Al). A “Confessions of the Dordoyne Dominatrix” message is read from a listener/client. Two listener letters are read: “Lunatic” (pregnancy update after miscarriage) and “Trevor” (relationship dilemma).

Key claims

The Traitors finale was strong; leaked episode spoilers happened. Luanna’s live show is on Saturday 3 October (interactive, limited tickets). Education reforms will cut GCSE exam time and add AI/fake-news/oracy/citizenship. Louvre heist video password was “Louvre,” and another software password was “Thales.”

Notable examples

Miscarriage update from Lunatic; domestic abuse and “layered grief” described in Trevor’s story; cow-transformation dungeon scenario with “mooing”; Louvre password “Louvre” and “Thales.”

0:01Queen Carvania stood haloed by the morning sun. An army hung on her every word. My champions, I have sold my chariot on Carvana. It was a lovely SUV, an inexplicably queenly offer. They're even coming to the castle to collect it. Tonight we feast. An offer you can feast on. Sell your car today on Carvana. Pick up fees, may I apply. This is a Global Player original podcast. Be warned, it's Luanna, and this podcast contains honest, upfront opinions, rants, bants and general explicit content. But you know you love it. Hello, hi. Good morning, sunshine. Good morning, sunshine. Or good morning, rain and winter.

0:53Yes. I am miserable. I've got sad. Have you actually got sad? I think I have that. Infective disorder, fun fact. Welcome, by the way, to Luanna, the podcast. All the usual. I have it. The full team are here. SAD, scene effect. It affects one in ten, Lu. I've got that. I'm telling you now. It's very, very common. I'm having a sensory overload, so I haven't got my earphones on today. So if I sound a bit dippy in and out, I apologise. But my neurodiversity is in, like, swing. But you know what? That's okay. That's why you have your best mate as a life coach. And I'm like, Lu, we just need to just take a breath.

1:28Chill. But how is everybody? We've got obviously producer Imo is wearing very fashionable ripped jeans today. She's in the house. Do you know what? I've not worn ripped jeans for years. Are they coming back in? Because you're a bit more young and hip than us. I'm really not. I don't know. I mean, you are. I feel like our table is about to fall over, Imogen. You actually bring up the whole kind of like coolness of this whole situation, like tenfold. That is saying something. That's a bit much, isn't it? Yeah, but we don't watch anything or do anything other than within our tiny little circle. I always feel like you're quite well connected with like celeb stuff actually.

2:05Don't you, Emma? She's in the know. But you are quite often in the know. Yeah, maybe I am. Much more than me. Well, I was an entertainment journalist for years. Well, there you go. It's in ze blood. It is in ze blood. I did it with rough shoulders with the hyperline. I just know a lot of... I just know a lot of random shit about a lot of random people actually. I'm a bit of gossip. I don't know anything about anyone. I just want to ride a horse and stroke a dog today and play with a cat. Would you like to stroke my pussy? No. Not since Aquatoc's lasered it. Nothing to stroke. I'd rather have a little fur on.

2:39Oh, sorry, I've just seen in the notes, Trader's Final. Do not, no, do not talk to me about it. I can't, you're going to spoil it for me. I've not seen it. Please don't. I'm sorry. Okay, so all we can, so Lou, or you can show me like the last bit of, no, I don't. I'm sorry, you can't. I'm sorry everyone listening, but I haven't had time to watch it. I've been very stressed. So, look, so, Emma and I last night, right, because we said, so, Emma, because, you know, when... You took it off chat. Basically, I had to tell them off because I was in Dubai. And she was, you can't watch it. And they were in our three-way chat.

3:10And then they're fucking talking about the traitors. And I was like, shut the fuck up. Take it off, chat, girls. Take it off this chat. Clearly, I'm not involved in this. Well, we took it off chat. And now you've both watched the final last night. So, every night at two... I fell asleep trying to watch it at midnight because I knew that you two would want to talk about it today and I was so tired. And then I had to get up at five. So I've only had five hours sleep and I didn't watch it. And then I'm upset now with life because you want to talk about it and you're going to spoil it for me. No, we won't spoil it.

3:39No, we won't. But Emma and I then got into a little habit over the last couple of weeks of a Wednesday, Thursday. No, I feel left out. At two minutes to nine, we'd be like, I'd sit on that couch with my little Vimto and I'd be like, or a little Negroni, depending on what kind of day I'd have. And I was like, we're ready. so the inane bollocks actually all it really we watched the final last night and all it consisted of is just Ivo and I jointly swearing going fuck no no way okay please don't keep on it I'm sorry listeners if you want us to debrief it but you are gonna have to wait for that and by that point it will be null and void and last week's news okay all I'm gonna say and I won't no I'm not I really really enjoyed it yeah I really it was good wasn't it it was so good it was I thought it was an excellent ending to an X series.

4:26I thought it was a little bit loud now. You should have reminded me because I doom-scrolled for an hour before I put it on. Well, I actually was going to remind you. And then I thought, genuinely, I didn't want to load your mental load anymore. Do you know what was weird? Was there an episode on Wednesday? No, not this week. Oh, no, no. Yeah, I was so confused because I thought, oh, I've missed two. No, they just saved it. And then I went to catch up and then I was like, oh, I've seen that one. But then it said finale, so I started watching that. Like, remove yourself from social media because it's going to be fucking everywhere.

4:56No, I won't have time to look at social media today, so that's fine. That's true. I often have days where I don't look at anything and then I feel really out the loop. But that's healthy. But also there was a little bit of a, it was a bit of a stress this week because somebody, I don't know, I didn't read the full story, but someone leaked the final episode before the final episode. Who did that? I don't know. Canada did it. Oh, was that what it was? Why did they do that? I don't know. But all I can say. Is Canada interested in our celebrity traitors? Well, England can watch the Canadian traitors.

5:29Yeah, true. But what I also think is so brilliant is that the celebs that were, I thought the cast of this traitors was so, so brilliant. I've never wanted to be in a cast so much. I wish we did it. Lou, I would give my eye teeth fast to do it. I would. I'd love that. We're going to start this pitch now. Everybody start tagging the traitors, being like, Luanna would be perfect in this. We could come as one. We could tie ourselves together. Yes. So we only take one cast. Like conjoined twins. Conjoined twins. Yeah. Imagine if they made like me a traitor and you a faithful. This is how. If you did it, would you rather be a traitor or a faithful?

6:05I think knowing me, I would shit my pants and just be like an anxious mess if I was a traitor. So I think I'd be a better faithful. I think I could hold that line and really push that through as a convincing traitor to get all my, I'm sorry, convincing faithful. What about you? You'd be a traitor. Well, I think traitor, but then I think I'm actually really good at reading people. Yeah, you are. And I like, I'm quite intuitive. Like I literally can meet someone once and I will tell you everything about them really, really quickly. And I'll be like, I bet this has happened in their life. I bet, I think I'm psychic actually, guys.

6:41You are intuitive. I think in that sense I'd be a good faithful because I'm quite good at just reading. But you're also very good at poker facing. Yeah. So I think you would. I'd make a good traitor. Because I think this is where your neuro plays into your favours as well because you can sort of switch off emotionally a bit I think. I'd just murder everyone. You would. What about you Wims? What about you? Faithful. I think I would enjoy myself as a faithful. I think I'd probably do quite well as a traitor because I don't think I'm very traitorous you'd be unsuspecting so I'd go in the background a little bit yeah people wouldn't suspect but they would think I was a traitor they would but I would give myself away immediately because when I get nervous I prattle even more than I prattle like I go bright red when I that round table when I watch them do that round table I just think I would give myself away immediately Do you know what?

7:38I actually went to a talk at Dixie School the other night and it was really good. Oh, very good. That's very parent-y of you. And one of the speakers was like, you know, shut the fuck up. It's the art of learning how to shut the fuck up because nobody likes silence. And so if you just pause, someone will always fill the gap. Always, yeah. And it's having the confidence and the awkwardness to be able to shut the fuck up. I actually do do this on Celebs Go Dating, believe it or not. And as a therapist, you probably do that. Always, yeah. You rarely speak. It's probably why I talk so much, why I'm not doing therapy.

8:12But when we do Slebs Go Dating, it's letting those silences breathe because a little bit of insight. Because when you let that silence just, that's typically when the emotion starts to really percolate, you know, and that's when we get the reactions. Well, in exciting news, we are doing the Traitors live experience in London. So excited. for our Luanna Christmas party. Our work do. Our work day do, isn't it? So we only get 10am slots. But the good news is that we won't be pissed at 10am so we won't get thrown out like we did the Crystal Maze. I mean, never say never. And also more exciting is that because there's not enough of Team Luanna to fill a whole table, we will be with random members of the public.

9:00General public, yeah. Which Alex is looking at us like, are you mad? No, it's great. It's great. We're actually buzzing. We did think about inviting your families. Then we thought, nah, fuck it. We'd rather be with randoms. Like the random Chinese family that are coming to London as tourists. Or the diehard. So the reason why I'm really in favour of this is because my mate Gav went. Oh, did he? He went with some of his mates. And they absolutely loved it. But he said, yeah, they got half a table was a table of randoms. And he said it was so funny. So good. Because also as well, you're not, you really are just meeting strangers.

9:36Well, like you would in The Traitors. You don't have any preconceived notions. That's it. And he was like, straight away, they figured out that that person was a bit annoying. Get rid of them. Do you know what I mean? Oh, really? But he said it was really funny doing it with general public. I bet we're just going to get rid of everyone until it leaves our team as well. So I actually feel a bit sorry for those. We shouldn't let them know that we all know each other though. Gameplay. That could be interesting. And let's all come up with different, I'm going to play Bridget. Bridget? You're what?

10:06I'm going to be Bridget. I'm going to be like a really posh person. No, I think you have to keep your names in case they know you, but you can just be different to how they might think of you. Yeah. Let's hope they're foreign and they don't go on. Anna, you could be like a complete diva. Lou, you could do an accent. You could do an accent. Hello. No. No. No, no. I'm here as a big traitor fan. Don't you know? What accent's that, Babs? I think it's meant to be Scottish, is it? Yeah, I was trying to be Mrs. Doubtfire. That's not bad. That's quite good. Help is underway, dear. That one, quite good.

10:44I might wear prosthetics, actually, to this. This is it. Yeah. Anyway, we're super buzzing about this. I might take a fart spray. Something else we're super buzzing about, though. This is really, right, are we ready? Big fat news. Drum roll, please. We've actually got a drum roll sound effect on our... We do. I don't know which button it is, though. Shall I see if I can find it? Yeah, see if you can find it. Now, we're just going to tease this up, guys. And then you have to pull all the tracks off. We have a massive Luanna announcement. Are you listening? I'm going to say it again. If you're in the car, if you're walking the dog, if you're pushing a pram...

11:17Stop and listen! Listen. Big Luanna announcement. Wait for the drum roll. Yes. Hold on, I can't hear anything. My earphones aren't on. That's crickets. Brilliant. That's birds. Crickets. Yeah. No. No, that was done. Go on. Oh, that's a good one. Try again, though. We'll go with that one if not. No. Oh, no. Basically. We'll take the fog on. We have loads of buttons. Do the fog on again. Big Luanna announcement.

11:53Woo! We are coming to you live. Live show, guys. You've been asking. We're now delivering. Now, it's not a show. I missaid that. You missaid that. Basically, last year we did a massive fuck off party where we danced with you. We sang with you. We ate with you. We drank with you. Mostly, we drank with you. And so we are doing another Luana, the party. The big party. The big party. Because we're going to be, so we've decided to actually. Saturday. Yes. And we know, you know what we like guys at Luanna. We're always, we're always a bit slow because Lu and I just basically love doing things and then we can't be arsed.

12:36We are planning ahead, right? Luanna's big birthday party. We're going to be eight years old next autumn. Okay. Next autumn, autumn 2026. We're eight in September, but our party is October, Saturday, October the third. Put the date in your diaries. there will be entertainment from us on stage but you know when we did Palladium shows and live tours we always got niggles from people that wanted to get a bit more involved and people love having a little chat and they wanted to get up and have a dance so we are doing an interactive party so there'll be a bit of us on stage entertaining you, making you laugh singing, dancing interactive with bringing you guys up on stage to play with us and party with us and also breaks in between where you can really cut loose, let your hair down, have a sing, have a dance, meet other Lufanians, grab drinks throughout, grab food.

13:36We've got the Jackie P stand there again amongst other quizzes. Photo booms. Honestly, we've got so much going on. It's basically, it is, it's Luanna the big party. It's me, Lu, Imo, all of the Luanna team plus so much more and we are inviting you officially today. So head to our socials Boom! And you will see all of the ticket details there. Are tickets on sale now? And head to everythingluanna.com? Yeah. So head to everythingluanna.com. To get tickets. And listen, what is so exciting, Lou had this idea, which I thought was amazing, is that we wanted to launch it now because so many people, me included, go, shit, I need to get secret Santa presents, presents for me mates, presents for me gals.

14:20And we thought this was a brilliant idea to get it now. get your little tickets then bingo stick it in a nice envelope Christmas presents Do you know what we should do Analytical Al we should create a downloadable PDF on our website that people he's looking at me How's that workload for you Al? that people can print off Love that if they're buying a ticket as a gift Like a voucher Yeah and we could record a video potentially that could go on our website for people to download that they could send to their friend Yes, you are coming to Rwanda the Big Party. Merry Christmas from your mate. Yeah.

14:56For Monday. For Monday, maybe. Well, you could try, can't you? We could try. We could try. So who's coming? Me. Me. Me, Imo. Me. I'll be there. We're buzzing. We've got a whole like 10 months to make this as exciting as it's possibly going to be. But the thing is, guys, and this is really, really true. We're doing it only on that day. We've got a couple of parties going on. but when it's done it's done when the tickets have gone they have gone that really is it we've got an afternoon so lunch lunchy so boozy boozy lunch I think if you do then need to grab a train home and get back to your kids you can do that you can be in bed by seven and then we've got an evening party as well if you want to make more of a weekend of it I'm expecting the evening one to potentially be a bit rowdy with people that have been daytime drinking true but then I'm also thinking it was last time I mean, that was a Sunday, wasn't it?

15:52It was. It was a Sunday. This time we've got a Saturday. Yeah, and if you're anything like me and you want to do the earlier show, come and do our show, get pissed and get home for Strictly. We do like the earlier show. So literally every show is going to be absolutely perfect for what your needs are. But we're selling it. You can buy tables of eights and ten, get groups of your friends together, or you can buy two seats on a table, meet other Lufanias. We had some lovely stories. Lufani and loners, come along, please. Yeah, Luana loners, yeah. But also people that have met at our events that are still friends, which is so amazing.

16:24And we do have a lot of loners that come along as well. And actually, it's so nice because you don't stay a loner for long. You don't. So we know we've got so many of you newbies that are listening to us. We're so excited about doing this. We're doing it because we really wanted to meet you guys again and get everyone in the same building. So listen, we all just need to celebrate shit, okay? So let's all do this together. Everythingnoanna.com to get your tickets now. Keep an eye on our socials. You can get them on there. But seriously, once they're gone, they're gone. They are gone because we're not doing any more.

17:36I love this for you. And you've got a surprise. Have you been recruited into the Lionesses? Guys, I didn't want to have to tell you this way. What? Yeah, I have. No, I'm joking. Obviously. Why am I so gullible? Is this why I'd be a shit traitor? I'm like, oh my God. No, basically. You're having an affair with Niamh Charles? No. She did wish though. Look at that hesitation. That crossed her mind for one second. No, I'm just very excited because you know how we've been getting involved in all the women's footy? Yes. Advocates. Well, I'm very excited because at the time of recording this, this weekend, as in tomorrow, you girls were invited, but you can't come.

18:23I am going to see Chelsea Arsenal at the Emirates. It's going to be well fun. I'm vlogging the day for the WSL. Thank you very much. Stop it. You're not. You are so showbiz. You're going to be on Sky Sports at this rate, babes. My God, imagine if you became a pundit. That's what I mean. Sky Sports pundit. I've got like access to this place called the Mixed Zone. I don't know what that is, but apparently the players go through. But it's only me, so I feel like I'm just going to be standing there like a lemon. Are you taking Ney? I'm taking Ney, but she's not allowed in there. Why? Because it's going to be busy with people.

18:57Maybe it's a swingers zone. Maybe everyone just takes all their football kicks off and gets in a bath of Le Mans. Maybe you're going to see a lot of beans. And I'm very excited, except, yeah, there's going to be people there and I'm just going to be standing there on my own like a little lemon. No, you're not going to be standing there. You're going to be like, hi, I'm Emma. Embrace your inner confidence, Em. Em, boss bitch. Come on. Anyway, I'm very, very excited about that. And then, guys, guys, guys, guys, next weekend, or this weekend when this episode comes out, guys, it is the Football International Break for the lads.

19:33No boys football. Yeah. Hurrah. Oh, no boys football. Lots of women's football. Yay! And we love to see it. and so if you have been loving like the lionesses and all that there's so many opportunities to go and see them all at different places around the country I am the spokeswoman for WSL guys she's doing very well there's lots of derbies the North London derby's there the Manchester derby's there the North East derby's there what's a derby? a derby is like two warring teams yeah so it's like the two teams in North London so will you see Niamh this weekend? I will be seeing Niamh this weekend will you send her my love?

20:10I shall. And I've got a... Leah. What about Leah Williamson? Are you going to see her? Who does she play for? Doesn't she play for Liverpool? She plays for Arsenal. Oh, Arsenal. Are you joking? When I just saw in the script, it said she has a surprise. I'm not joking. In my little head, I was going, has she tracked down my long-lost cousin, Leah Williamson, from the Lionesses? Oh. Luisa and Anna, especially Anna. Williamson's United and all that. It's a shame that I can't come to a Chelsea game. I really hurt the CBO at a game. sometime this season. In the meantime, I hope you'll be watching the North London Derby this upcoming weekend.

20:47And I also want to say a special hello to Enzo. I've heard he's a big Arsenal fan. So thanks for your support, mate. Yeah, I hope you're both well. Oh my God, it's too loud. Sorry, neurodiverse. She looks a little bit like you. I thought she looked like Bonnie Blue. She looks a little bit like you. She does. Who could be her sister? This is long lost family. Are you going to cry? Yeah. Your eyes have just watered a little bit. I'm like, that's so exciting. How did you get that? How did you get that? I'm well connected, guys. Emma, you are, you are the like spokesperson for women's football. Thank you very much, Emma, who listens to the pod.

21:28Is it Emma that got that, the hairdresser? No. Oh. No, no. Emma works for WSL. Oh, Emma, thank you. Leah, thank you. I mean, my cousin, Leah Williamson. I'm really happy. Yeah, I need to show Enzo that. I know, I'll send it to Enzo. Oh my God, he'd be so happy about that. I know. And then on Wednesday, you guys can't come to this either. What time is the match? The match that I'm going to see on Saturday, the Arsenal just matches midday. I might be able to come now. Oh my God, here we bloody go. Because what I was doing actually got cancelled. Right. And now I'm going to the Gladiators that evening at the O2.

22:07Right, right. But I could potentially come, but it might be a bit of a push for me, actually. No, actually, I can't come because I'm going to France on Monday and I've got to put my lorry. I've got to drive. That's my ADHD kicking at thinking I can do 101 things. That's fine. I'm a bit gel though. I've got FOMO, basically. So exciting. And at the weekend, yeah, it's all the cracks going on. So please, everyone, engage. Go and get your tickets. Go and support the girls. We love to see it. and also excitingly more me being a football podcast guru woman Mia and Ney on Wednesday are going to Manchester to see Man United PSG play can I just say basically all these things that we've been invited to that we can't go to I know they can't come but I'm the next best thing I absolutely respect that you've wangled all these invites off our back I'm here for it.

23:06They invite you. I go, they can't, but you can have me. And you're our spokesperson. You are. There we go. You're our puppet master. And I'm very excited about it. Well, Imogen, I love this. That's amazing. You know, we're massive fans of women's sport in general, actually, and just women. We're big fans of women. We love the punani. We love the nun. I wonder if you've got a punani fact for us, because it's time for Did You Know With M-O Diddla Dun Dun It's not a poonani fact. Oh, you missed a trick, though. Sorry about that. That is a shame. Firstly, do you remember ages ago when I gave the fact about it's illegal to take sand and shells and pebbles off the beach?

23:44Yeah. Is that BS? No, no, no. It's true, but I forgot to say who sent it in. Oh. And it was Priscilla from Norwich. Priscilla? And then Priscilla got in touch. That's going to be my traitor's name, actually. Priscilla. Yeah, strong. It is strong. And then Priscilla got in touch and said that her other half didn't believe that she'd actually got on the pod because I didn't say the name. So it was Priscilla Ellis. No, Priscilla. Anyway, but that wasn't the fact. The fact was, remember, was it last week, week before? I don't know, when they were talking, someone was complaining about how Boots Pharmacy wasn't open at lunch.

24:20Oh, oh, can I just tell you something? I was in Rutland yesterday. As you do. With Dixie. And I had to wait for her. She was doing this school thingy. And anyway, I went for lunch with my mum when I was there. And the boots closed at lunchtime. Yeah. And I know why that is. Go on. Because basically it's illegal for anyone in the pharmacy to serve when the pharmacist isn't in. So when the pharmacist goes on their lunch, everyone has to go on their lunch and shut. so that's why in small places like where I was yesterday got it yeah but a lot of places you only have one pharmacist well same yeah my local chemist you know the one that diagnosed with sepsis but yeah they always close between one and two but you say one pharmacist yeah that makes sense so they all have to go on lunch at the same time that makes sense wow there we go good fact thank you also just a quick one loads of people that watch on YouTube hello if you're watching on YouTube always ask what is the lip stuff that you and Lou always pass to each other.

25:26It's lip fudge. No, it's not. That's what it said on it. Oh, it's Tropic Lip Fudge. Tropic Lip Fudge. A plumping lip conditioner that I have probably had for about six years and is most definitely gone off. It does smell a bit off, but it's fine. But we like it. We like it. What's the shop like? Everyone that asks what... I don't know, but don't tell us. We've been using that for about five years. Honestly, the amount of DMs I get... It lasts for a very long time. Big up Tropic. What is the lip conditioner you and Lou keep passing to each other? Right, we've got an update message actually. Go on, Lou.

26:00So from Anonymous, so Luna, Lunatic from last week. Oh, yes, yes. And she says, hi, Luanna, it's Lunatic. The name did crack me up. Well done, Emma. Who contacted you a couple of weeks ago. So thank you for your great advice and reassurance on the pod this week regarding my early pregnancy. It really did put my mind at ease with our situation. And over the last couple of weeks, we've begun to feel a lot more positive about everything. Oh, good. and how to start moving forward. However, oh no. Oh no. I do have sad news as we sadly miscarried a couple of weeks later. Oh, I'm sorry. A couple of horrible hospital and A &E trips confirmed that we had started to lose our baby.

26:36We are both struggling with the loss but still hopeful that we will be lucky again in the future. I think, as I always try and take the positive outlook where possible and things, this confirmed for us that although we were initially shocked, that this is something we were more ready and excited for than we thought. I know it's not amazing news but I wanted to give the update to you girls and thank you again for your advice I hope as well that the advice you gave me helps other women out there who may have been in a similar situation Oh well we're so sorry to hear that lunatic Firstly thank you for the update We do like an update, that was a bit of a sad update It was a sad one but it sounds as though you've been processing it so we wish you all the best Message from Anonymous So Trevor Ladies, man fan here Love the podcast and listen every week But not in the gym because I laugh out loud and people look at me.

27:24Also, big up to all the man fans. I get so many man fans now. I love the man fans. Yeah, when we were up in the lakes the other week, loads of man fans were coming up. Really? Saying they love all the social clips. We've infiltrated the other sex. Yeah, they love it. Anyway, please give me a grandad name. Keep me a non and help me with a dilemma. No probs, mate. Trev, here we go. This is a bit of a story. So settle in and I'll keep it as succinct as I can. In 2008, I met the man that was to become my husband. I'd known him for years and he was part of a circle of friends I had in Brighton. Anyway, after a rather mad night out in Brighton, my best mate told me that this guy liked me and that I should ask him out, so I did.

28:00We dated for a few weeks and then had the conversation about distance. I lived in Kent and worked in London, whereas he lived and worked on the south coast. So we agreed that we would split our weekends. One weekend he would come to me in Kent and the other I would come to him. This went on for about 18 months, at which point we decided that something had to change, so I moved my job down to the south coast. Sacrifice. Yeah. In 2019, we got married. I organised the whole thing. We had a wonderful day and amazing honeymoon. Everything was going well with the usual bumps in the road like any relationship.

28:30And then in 2021, his dad died suddenly. And then a few weeks after that, his nan died. Awful double whammy. Although that was not unexpected as she was very ill. At this point, my husband's world fell apart. Oh, gosh. Fast forward to June 2024. My husband was still struggling to cope with the death of his dad and nan. And then, oh, dear. and his mum died after a short illness. This is really sad. This is like layered grief. The last few months have been tough. While all of this has been going on in our relationship, our relationship, sorry, has been under enormous amount of strain. For context, I work full time and always have.

29:04I have a good job that pays well. On the weekend, I like to have fun and do fun things. My husband, on the other hand, doesn't work and enjoys doing nothing. He gets up halfway through the day and sometimes doesn't get up at all. Oh, darling, he's depressed. Yeah. he's on a number but he needs to do something to make him get out of bed oh you have to action otherwise you just wallow in self pity absolutely you do it's very hard but you do have to he's on a number of different tablets to control his mental health that could also be affecting it though sometimes it can slam you everything we do is as a result of me organising it if it wasn't for me we would have a social life would you sorry have a social life yeah when I challenge him about getting a job we end up having an argument and I'm sick of arguing the basic issues are one he doesn't like being told what to do.

29:48Two, he doesn't like anyone commenting on anything he says or does. Number three, in a conversation, he struggles if your opinions don't match his, which most often leads to raise voices. He's also unreliable. On numerous occasions, we have made arrangements to go somewhere together and he has cancelled on me at the last minute as a result of being unwell. As a result, I find it difficult to talk to my husband about the things that are important. While all of this is going on, I'm beginning to wonder whether the relationship has run its course. We don't have anything in common anymore. I like going out to the cinema, theatre and generally having fun.

30:18My husband was staying all the time if he could. Our sex life is non-existent. Earlier this year I found drugs in his jeans so flushed them down the toilet. This resulted in a massive row and oh dear and him punching me in the face. When I think back to the start of our relationship I can't remember ever having proper adult conversations with him about likes and dislikes as we were too busy enjoying the weekend together and making the most of the short time we spent together each week. Yeah I was wondering if that happened i have asked him on numerous occasions to show an interest in our relationship by organizing date nights day date days tickets to concerts but nothing ever happens couples counseling has been suggested however with everything else going on at the moment this is just not appropriate right now i have considered divorce however i'm the one that would lose out financially i would welcome your thoughts how to navigate this situation thank you i mean honey you've got to get in that couples counseling pronto if you want to be honest i This sounds a bit brutal, but I just think it's run its course.

31:16Possibly. I really do. I'm sorry. You're so different. I couldn't be with someone like that. You sound really motivated, really outgoing and really hardworking. And maybe it's a bit brutal of me because he obviously has mental health issues. But I do think that when he obviously has got help for that because he's on tablets. But there's only so much you can blame on mental health sometimes without attempting to try and help yourself a bit with getting a job, organizing your life, having some structure. Like as human beings, we thrive off structure and routine. And I think when you just lose all that, it makes the whole situation worse.

31:51Like he's been abusive to you. He doesn't want to do anything. He's a bit of a druggie. Like you're two different people. And there's nothing wrong with recognizing that a relationship's run its course instead of trying to flog a bloody dead horse. Right, and I think that is... I think beyond that, I'd suck it off. Okay. and you could do that and I think it could be at that point however I think if you want to but whether you do or you don't stay together as a relationship counsellor we always suggest in this situation that you have counselling either way so you learn to actually purge and get rid of all the crap that's resulted in your relationship ending so you can actually move on and then not enter your next relationship with all of the baggage and the toxic crap and the anger that you've got still projected So either way, I do always recommend it.

32:43But it sounds like your husband is unwell, but that also doesn't mean you have to put up with that. It sounds like you are trying to support him. You can't stay for guilt with someone. Oh, I feel bad for them. You can't be a pity party marriage. No, you can't. But you do have to, and I get this a lot when I work with clients, therapy clients, people that support someone with mental health issues, it's really, really hard. And in a relationship, yeah, it is a bit like, fuck, what do I do? well I would and you can't fix someone you can't rescue someone but you and you do have to lay your own boundaries you say he's on medication my actual my genuine advice here is what psychological support is he having because medication is really useful but often it just masks um it's masking the symptoms and you have to get to the root of the cause so my honest suggestion would be look uh we're either going left or right in this relationship I can't be in this relationship under these conditions so this is what I need to stay in the relationship and I would honestly say we need some more proper psychological support i i do wonder what medication he's on which could be making him feel even honestly medication can be so depending on who's prescribed it there's so many different medications uh so many ssris which i suspect he's on some can make you feel like an absolute zombie um and i would honestly suggest he needs a medication review this this is the practical things i would honestly put in place and then i would honestly say look i can't stay in this relationship or i want to but these are the conditions that i need it to be in are you going to come to the table with me i know it's hard and to lose point you're right and it's really hard with depression but you do have to even do a baby step and the main thing i would say if he was my my client right now is he needs to find any form of routine and even if that's getting up at the same time every morning and having a shower and having some breakfast he has to get into a practical routine because you cannot stay in a relationship like this because you are basically carrying you know a ball and chain around with you the whole time that's my advice or you could just go I'm done now and you could exit I'm sorry I would just check out I couldn't be asked of any of the shit you've just talked about fair but it depends on how much you want I would just check out because I do think relationships run their course and there's nothing wrong with recognising that and being like do you know what I'm out yeah good luck please let us know how you get on because we often give all this advice and we never know what happens right talking about ball and chains we've got a message from Manon so the Dordoyne.

35:06The Dordoyne dominatrix. Is this our Dom? Yeah. This is our Luanna Dom. She's back. Hello, glorious ladies. I attach my cow story as we're crested. Backstory, complicated scenario. My client is an introverted male, early 30s. He's come to me prior to be transformed into a female, Mimi. Nice. Who I then force feed chocolate eclairs and gave a few custard pies to the face to. followed by rubbing his delightfully swollen belly and performing an actual pea pregnancy test. I mean, I... She says, I know. This time the scenario went deeper. Naughty Mimi brought an imaginary wicked stepmother into the mix.

35:49She apparently had strict instructions for me should Mimi misbehave. Evidently, I should transform her into... A cow. Stop it. As the session progressed, of course, Mimi's behaviour became more disobedient, trying to touch herself. Why am I reading this in kinky voice? I don't know, it's your voice. Not obeying instantly, it was time for the cow transformation to commence. I began with a swift flick on the buttocks as I ushered him into the section of the dungeon screened by thick black velvet curtains. Strip, I ordered. And he gingerly started to remove his stocking suspenders and remaining lingerie.

36:36On the floor, I have a waist-high, red leather rectangular cage. We need pictures. Which, for today, I had covered in a black latex sheet. He is now naked. And I command, get on all fours. Get on it, on all fours. He wisely and swiftly obeyed. A lot of prep goes into this. Yeah. He's now on the cage. On a nearby table, I had set up my electric vacuum pump, which was usually used for penis enlargement. Can you get that on Amazon? Although I did still have some breast attachments. Think transparent, hard plastic and boob shaped. Right. Before I begin, I explain in no uncertain terms that due to his disgraceful behaviour, as well as his debaunched transvestite proclivities.

37:28His stepmother, the imaginary one, had decided that I should transform him into a cow. And from that moment on, he was to behave as such. I then attached the two breast pumps to extra long tubes to simulate some sort of milking parlour. His little man boobs were sagging down. Remember, he's on all fours. And as the machine switched on, they were sucked into the cups and the pressure began to build. I berated him further and of course, as his perk bottom was so conveniently presented, because he's on all fours, Bob.

38:04I added that bit in, guys. It would have been... It gets so happy with itself. It would have been rude not to punish him somewhat with the cane. Gradually, the breasts began to join their buttock cousins in becoming that familiar purplish colour of a deep bruise. It was making my own tits wince just to look at this, to be honest. But hey-ho, this session is a piece of piss and he's happy to moo. He's a happy moo cow. After about half an hour, the boob bruises were now. Oh my God, half an hour. They were looking incredibly painful, reminding myself that this is what he wanted. Oh, yes. I mockingly inquired, oh, are your udders sore?

38:48Yes, he wailed. My nipples are on fire. With a lightning reflex, I shot back. What the fuck did you say? Confused, he turned to me, clearly unsure what the issue was. Trying again, he gulped. My udders are on fire? How fucking dare you, I replied, and I reached for the cane. Cows don't talk! Can I just say, what world are we in right now? I feel like we are in some weirdness. As the penny dropped and the next bout of inevitable caning commenced, the mooing began. Fuck me, 10 out of 10. That guy can really moo. It was so loud it could be heard outside the dungeon building. Luckily, I live in rural France, really.

39:31My neighbours are farmers. Incidentally, he spent the remainder of his session writing, I love touching my swollen udders over many pages. And he went home happy as a pig in shit. Cow in shit. And yes, that is another story. Not actual shit, though. Calm down. Oh. We love our Luanna doll. Oh, do-doing. Confessions of a do-doing dominatrix. Well, I hope so. And do you remember last time she was, like, dressed up in the waders and all the, like, the rubber stuff? She sent us a picture of her and all the rubber stuff. Oh! Oh! Oh, my God! She went full on in it. Do we have permission to post this?

40:10I don't know. No, I would. Probably not. We've just seen a photo, guys, which could only be described as something... These are the wholies that she attached to her tits. So this is like, you know the horror movie, I Know What You Did Last Summer? Wow, look at all the pics. She's in Full Waders, Macintosh. We could just black out her eyes and post it, essentially. Yeah, gas mask. Wow. Oh, go on, let us post that. She is like the real deal, our Luanna Dom. Please send us a story about the pig in shit. Yeah, we'd love that. Thank you to Confessions of the Dordoyne Dominatrix. Remember, if you want to get in touch, beat that, guys.

41:29Very interesting. So the biggest school shakeup in England in a decade to cut GCSE exam time and add AI and fake news lessons. So basically guys, the national curriculum is finally updating itself to actually have some sort of parity with the real world now and actually teaching our kids the stuff that is really going on for them. Now the government has announced it's going to cut GCSE exam time by up to three hours per student. Like I say, the final report from a curriculum and assessment review commissioned by Labour last year is the biggest of its kind for a decade. I was going to say congratulations.

42:10Recommends cutting the overall volume of exams at Key Stage 4 by 10%, ruling the current amount as excessive. Now, it also calls for the introduction of new maths and English tests in year eight to help teachers identify learning gaps sooner, which is excellent. The addition of mandatory citizenship lessons in primary schools, which I think is brilliant as well. And a major overhaul of the Key Stage 2 grammar, punctuation and spelling test. The reforms to the national curriculum are also going to include a focus on AI and data science for post-16 students, which I think is really... And good that it's post-16.

42:43Yeah, and I was reading the report about it just giving them, so they can analyse and do critical analysis on social media, spotting fake news and stuff. Well, this is saying that primary age children are going to be taught, actually, how to spot fake news and identify misinformation and disinformation. and it will help them, as you said, develop their career. But they're going to teach that from primary pupils. It's amazing. Which is really good. They're going to learn more about money. Fundamentals of DOSH. This is brilliant. It's really good. Compulsory reading tests in year eight will be introduced.

43:14This is really, really positive. Oh, and the sciences, they're changing as well, which I also think is good. Because this made me think about it when I saw this report come out. Because I remember I did a triple science. Like you could choose between doing a combined science or this individual and i believe the individuals no i did combined but now i believe you can do individuals uh biology chemistry physics now they could always do that well i don't i thought that but it said in the report it used to depend on maybe the exam board yes called it now i read in the report that now they're offering that now back again as a single subject i could do single or i think i did combine but it's do you know what it's been more than 10 years since the national curriculum was updated and if you think about how our world has changed in that time it's absolutely huge isn't it well it made me think as well like think about even like tech ai in the last year yeah like how much like we i mean i don't really use google anymore i use chat gbt yeah yeah so many people do i ask chat gbt stuff now yeah do you or not you don't tend to Not in replace of Google, but I do use ChatGPT a hell of a lot more than I did a year ago.

44:28But what do you think? Because I think when we were at school, I mean, we all sort of joke now, and I love looking at those nostalgic videos you get on social media now. I love that. You had your compass and your Bunsen burner and your protractor and all of that. I used to be able to fit the protractor in my mouth. Of course I did. All I used to tip-ex my nails, you know, you used to tip-ex my nails. But I do think, and I know that so many, like us and other parents and now us having kids at school as well. You know, this is, I think it's a really welcome addition to be updating the curriculum to reflect actually what is going on in our kids' lives.

45:00Because I know so many of us are terrified around the digital age with our children. And I think to be bringing that in so they can do that critical analysis is really important. I also saw in the report that Oracy is something. And I don't know if my kids are banging on about Oracy. I don't even know what Oracy is. Which I think it's like debating speaking and listening skills. Oh, yeah. So Enzo was doing it the other day. He was going, Mummy, what do you think about so-and-so? and he went, hmm, I hear your point, mummy, on that. But what about, and that's, and his teacher's really big on Oros because they're bringing in, and this is what I think is fantastic, they're recognising that because the generation, you know, our kids' generation are so glued into the digital age, which is just the way it is, they're losing the ability to actually speak, you know, speak up, having proper active listening, you know, and they're bringing that back in, Oros' skills, which I think is really good.

45:45For me, I'm all for this. Well, like presenting and stuff. But my kids did like the ESB. Yours aren't old enough yet. The ESB. Did you ever do that? And you have to talk. It's an ESB exam. And you have to like stand up and present something like a subject of your choice. And so Dixie did hers on horses when she was. I think it's like year. Well, Indy's just done it. Must be year four. Maybe it's year four. But I think it's really good. And I think, you know, financial education is really important. Because I think back now to our, you know, now as grownups, I'm still not very good you know I had to really learn you know running a business now you know well you have to yeah it would be good for more practical maths just teaching yeah teaching you how to save mortgages you know all of the adult shit we all need to know but actually we don't know you don't and then you rely on your parents to teach you what if they don't know exactly you then rely on TikTok yeah then you get TikTok so I think what do you think Lufanians any subjects that you think should be still included or yeah let us know right another good news story the Louvre heist fallout reveals that the video security password was...

46:55Louvre. No. What? Yes. Are you actually joking? Now, you might expect that a museum holding some of the world's most precious artefacts would spare no expense on security. Yeah. But yet, the cyber security makes most office email accounts look like Fort Knox. basically, yeah, their password for the video security was Louvre. So basically, just an upgrade from password. Password one. There's not even any numbers. Exclamation marks. No, nothing. They also, that wasn't bad enough. The report also found that the password to access another key piece of software was Thales. Thales, right. Might sound not easy to guess until you learn that the software was published by the tech company, Thales.

47:47I mean, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt to say, were they trying to double bluff? Do you know what I mean? No, I just think they were fuckwits. You know, they stole$102 million, that's£76 million worth of crown jewels in broad daylight. And someone's put, this is a brilliant comment, a tech fan said, if you ever have imposter syndrome, just remember that the security password for the Louvre was the Louvre. Brilliant. One baffle commentator said, my password at work has to be like 15 characters. Fucking how is that possible? It's true. You can't even do your Ricardo shop without having a 17 letter passcode with all different characters in it.

48:28You really can't. Anyway, there are four suspects in custody in relation to their alleged involvement in the heist. So let's see how that one pans out. Wow, there we are. Right, it's time for It's the Widow of the Wehica. Right, first up, Anonymous, So Ivy JJ. Ivy JJ. Hello, lovely ladies. Newer listener after being told about the pod by my lovely neighbour. Are you coming to the Troxy, babes? Get your tickets now. Welcome to the pod. That's it. Come to Luana, the big party. And I've almost caught up on the old eps. I have a weirdo of the week for you. Please keep us anon as my boyfriend will be furious if I expose him for his fetus habits.

49:06We've been together for three and a half years and it wasn't until the last year or so that his habit was revealed. And he thinks it's totally normal. So I would love to be able to play your reaction to him. My boyfriend will clip his toenails with normal nail clippers. Standard behaviour, right? Wrong. He does not leave it there. He will then put said toenail clipping in his mouth and he will use it to get in between his teeth if he has any leftover teeth. Like a toothpick. Toenail toothpick. Quite standard. I'm not going to lie. I probably have done that. Have you done that? Wow. Have you? I like a good toenail pick and then sometimes a little chew.

49:41Stop. Oh, no. I'm just keeping it real so does Alex look Al looks smug as if oh hideous I don't do this next bit at which point his work is done and he will spit it out no so if he has any leftover dinner he will then chew it yeah until it's in a tiny ball oh tiny ball oh disgusting at which point his work is done and he will spit it out where you may ask just on the floor of wherever he is oh you dirty pig you dirty pig dirty pig safe to say when I first caught him doing this I was disgusted and immediately made him stop I now cannot stand the sight of nail clippers and hide his from him when I can.

50:14Thank you, ladies, for all you do. Love the part. Now that jazz. Lots of love. Insert porn star name here. I've changed her. You foul little man. Grim. Let's see what Kim's saying. Hey, girls. I think I might possibly be the weirder of the week. Every building I ever go into, be it a house, shop, pub, etc., as well as checking my exits, extreme anxiety symptom. I also have to think of a place to hide in case somebody comes to kidnap me. does anyone else do this or do I do this yes or do I do more screwzes no you don't I think this is very normal we can relate always identify your panic room situation or like under a table you don't do this I do I think like in the theatre I'd roll under that chair and then sometimes I think god I've got the kids with me so what will I do with them I would get the kids and bundle them under yeah do you not think that no I think it's a mum thing I think it may be she says I've done this since I was a young girl when I used to have a recurring nightmare that Hitler would come into my house kidnap me and take me to a subway down the road.

51:13Every single time he came for me, I would hide behind the TV in our lounge. This was back in the mid-90s. TV was one of those big ones with a huge back. And every time he would find me, I'd push the TV on his toes before he would snatch me. So random, but that dream has stuck with me for 30 years. We'd love to know if anyone else does this too. Well, we do. Yes. And where in your houses would you hide if a German dictator came to take you to a subway? Kim from Basingstoke. Hi, Kim. Which is a place Hitler probably never heard of. I would hide I mean you've got a big enough house to choose which is good Yeah where would I hide?

51:46I'd go up in my loft I'd climb up onto my roof actually Would you? Then abseil down like G.I. Jane I'd go into the loft rafters it's a bit of an obvious one isn't it? Yeah but then you can't like run at least like you're abseil off the roof Yeah actually you're right I'd get out onto the roof Yeah then you just jump off Slide down the gutter I'd get a sheet if I had to as a rope Like a Breaking Bad escape So funny to say about the theatre thing, I do that with the kids. Sometimes I'm sitting there, I'm like, what if someone comes in, like a gunman or something, like a madman? What would I do? I look for work, drop and roll.

52:18I look for the exits. I'm like, if I'm with the kids, you say, coat, shield down, pretend to be dead, yeah, put the dead person over you. Do you not do that then? Not everywhere I go. Sometimes the mind wanders, doesn't it? Yeah, I do. Sometimes the mind wanders. Right, Lou, it is that time of the week. It's the rant of the week. What are you pissed off about, Bass? I'm just going to say I was in Dubai, wasn't I, the last couple of weeks. And I've seen a lot of bad table manners. Oh. I'm disgusted. Manners cost nothing, though. Go on, talk to me. You know, like when people don't eat properly. Go on, how do you mean?

52:56It's just like, okay, this is... Slovenly. No, just, well, everything. Everything about it, really. Like, not using a knife and thought correctly. If you look all like, ugh, with your hands, like, hold your knife. Like stabbing it. The amount of people that do not know how to hold a knife and fork is astounding. Key life skill you've got to teach your kids. It's vile. It's slatherly. It's just skanky. And then people blowing their nose at a table. Absolutely socially unacceptable. I am eating my pasta and you are blowing your snot into your skanky tissue that you're then wiping your mouth. It's disgusting as fuck.

53:37I can hear like the bubbling of the mucus. It's so disgusting. Why are you doing that at the table? Absolutely rank. Strike for you. Big. Also, can we just talk about this? Heavy breathing while people are eating. And also, people eat too fast. You actually do this. Do I? I knew this was a circle back. No, I'm joking. But it just did remind me that I have heard you breathing heavy once when you ate. this isn't about you. Okay, but thanks. I'll keep an eye on that. Like breathing heavy when you eat, vile, I don't want to hear your breath when you're eating. Are you talking about people you're eating with or like other people around you?

54:19Well, people with me, around me, it's been triggering me a lot in Dubai. Do you think it's because you have a lot of sensory issues with the old neuro? Well, it's just been making me feel sick. People as well, when they eat, and if like, say if you're eating bolognese, and it like gives a little ring, and then they don't like, I am so obsessed with eating and wiping my, but why don't people just wipe their fucking mouth after? It's just been sending me recently, okay? I cannot cope with it. I just want to go in a dark room and eat by myself without all the vileness that's going on around me with like the snot, the sneezing, the scoffing, the breathing, the staining of the mouth, the food around.

54:59It's just, no. I can't cope with it. I can't. And if I see someone and they're in a restaurant and they're like, with their forks, stabbing, it's just slovenly, disgusting, vile eating behaviour. And then it puts me off my food. I had to leave a few meals when I was on holiday. I just couldn't eat. You get sensory. What about babies in high chairs? That doesn't bother me. No? Okay, so it's adults. It's adults. Babies don't know. They're innocent children. No, adults. People that should know better. People that haven't, you know what? And if your parents didn't teach you how to eat or sit at a table.

55:39Go on YouTube and learn. Fucking learn. Learn. There's resources now for this shit. Yes, it's important. I'm going to send my kids, can I just say, I'm quite hot on my children, but occasionally I do catch Indy eating with her hands. It's not good. Do you know what I've always said to my parents, genuinely? I was like, I am so grateful that my parents taught us how to eat. I mean, I know you've said I eat like a pig. No, you don't. only when you're starving yeah when I'm starving it's just still going in shove it in but genuinely I always said they always they were sticklers and still are with my kids as well at the dinner table my kids know because it's fire yeah they're like excuse me they're like everyone needs to learn how to eat properly with a knife and fork and how to just have basic table manners it's basic stuff guys it is a skill set well it is it's important a lot of people don't know this shit schools are very good on it and I had to leave a few meals because I felt physically sick yeah I can believe it I do get the ick about stuff quite quickly.

56:34You're quite sensory. I think sensory it. It just like makes me in the... That's fair. Anyway, that's my rant. It's a good rant. Maybe I'm a bitch, but whatever. No, it's a good rant. I'm also going to give... I should create a restaurant, actually, with like booths so you don't have to see anyone. Eating for one. Your food just gets served to you and they're like these soundproof booths so that you can enjoy your food without the fucking disgustingness of the general public. Yeah. Eating like pigs. You need to create... Actually, that's offensive to pigs because pigs are very clean and I really like pigs.

57:07So I take that back. I'm sorry, pigs. Pigs do really like pigs. That's unfair. Pigs are really cute. They're cute. They can't help troughing because they have snouts. Humans don't have snouts. No, don't be mean to pigs. I won't be pig-ish. Anyway, that's it. Remember to go and buy your tickets for our big party at the Troxie, everythingluanna.com. We will be back here next Monday.
