0:00Let's now talk about marketing tools for 2025. My favorite one for 2025 is going to be Hey Jen. Everyone creates social content, but they only do it in English. Majority of the world does not speak English or Mandarin or Hindi. They speak a lot of random languages. It's the game of long tail. Hey Jen is actually getting really good for translating and transcribing our content. We're getting amazing results when we transcribe our content to like Italian and French. Welcome to the definitive iPhone versus Android video. D 'accord. Bienvenue dans la vidéo finale de l 'iPhone versus Android.

1:02random people that like follow you. Right. And I saw like a Haitian person follow me. I just messaged him. I was, Hey, chief of staff wants to talk to you about partnerships. It's like, yes, let's do it. Right. You don't pay attention to your social as much. I kind of like, I'll look at who's, who's like following and all that, but partnerships guys, they work. So you gave Haitian the tool I'll give is, and I've talked about this one. It's overlap. It's join overlap.com. It's, it's actually gotten better. So the cool thing about overlap is that let's say we take this video, it's on YouTube. I'm going to take that YouTube URL.

1:29I'm going to dump it in there and And it will come up with a bunch of, let's say, you know, three to five minute, like long form clips. Also, if I wanted to do short form, I'll say, hey, do the short form, but only do it up to 60 seconds. It'll do it as well. It'll also add captions to it now too. It's gotten way better. And it's probably one of the best tools I've used. If your team's trying to save money and time with creating content, this is what, this is it, right? Like it helps when we do podcasts like this, it'll, instead of focusing on, you know, the, the, the complete shot, it'll just focus on you, right?

2:00And it basically, you know, I'd say it does it like 90 % job. It's pretty good. And I think it's free still. That's awesome. I'll have to check it out. I actually haven't used it. Yeah. It takes me at least seven times, the rule of seven to tell, convince Neil to try something new. Uh-huh. And I usually get my team to try it and then if it works, I'm like, I'll start using it myself. Now let's switch over to patient marketing because I think in 2025, more people need patient marketing and you may have a different meaning of this, but I'm assuming, you know, when you said patient marketing, people just need to give it many years for it to do well.

2:33And most people quit. And I'm a big believer in this. I think it really does take 10 plus years for a business to boom. People look at like OpenAI and ChatGPT. Yes, they boom, but they've been doing this for so much longer than we know. OpenAI was created a very long time ago. It took them, what was it? Like five or seven years? 2014. Yeah. Before they started, was it seven years before they started releasing like ChatGPT? Yeah. It was like a long time. And in marketing, when you start looking at how time's passing by really fast, all these channels are becoming more and more saturated. So if you don't give it time, you're not gonna see the results.

3:08The results take longer than they used to because of the saturation in competition. You could say that, hey, there's more potential in these channels than there were before because there's so many more people on them. And that's true, but they're also more competitive. So if you're not gonna be patient, you're not gonna get results. If you're an agency owner and you wanna grow faster, check out the Agency Owners Association that's hosted by my podcast co-host Neil Patel and myself. And we have other agency owners that are doing eight figures a year. They were doing nine figures a year. They sold their business for hundreds of millions of dollars and they're gonna share their experiences with you.

3:38There's a whole host of other benefits. And the cool thing is that there's a seven day free trial and you should check it out now because we're going to take the prices up. So just go to marketingschool.io slash agency to learn more and we'll see you inside. The problem with marketers starting out, I guess this is what I'll be adding, is we want results the next day. The problem is we're constantly comparing ourselves to other marketers. And then you start a business, you compare yourself to other business people. But the reality is to build something great, let's say an audience, we've talked about this before, it takes three years.

4:06To start to get a business going, to just get going, we're not even talking about scale, it's another three years, right? But to build something generational, maybe the first 10 years, you start to see something. After 20 years, you start to really see something. After 30 years, okay, you've really built something. And we've learned that over the years. I think early days, by the way, I don't know if you noticed this with your employees that are in their mid-20s, the energy they have, oh my God. It's like, I'm like, oh, we used to have that energy. It's like, they just want to work all the time, want to do it.

4:34And then now I'm like, man, I can't do that anymore. That is it for today. Go to marketingschool.io slash agency. By the way, that price keeps going up. It just doubled last yesterday, actually. So yeah, go check it out and we'll see you tomorrow.

4:52Thank you.
