This Could Replace All Regular Social Media Posting

0:00All right. So I want to talk about this one thing that can replace all regular social media posting. and I'm going to carry it home. I'm carrying Neil on my back right now because he's very sick. So I'm going to talk about what this is. So this tool is called castmagic.io. And so what it does, I'm going to share my screen over here actually. So I heard about this on Twitter and those of you that can't see my screen, it's okay. I'm just going to show you what this is all about. So it says the headline is turn audio into content like magic. So let's say we took this podcast episode or better yet, it would be like a 30 minute podcast episode that we do.

0:37And you can see over here, it'll automatically create a quote or key takeaways into a tweet thread, or make a LinkedIn post, or make the podcast show notes for you. And so there's a lot that can happen here, right? So again, you can see transcription, show notes, summaries, social content. And all we do is we can drop a file, a YouTube link, select the outputs, and your work is done. And we can save 20 plus hours a week. That's a great headline. And it's pretty good. And so, well, I guess our mutual friend Noah Kagan uses this. A tool that my team uses that I mentioned in the live show is Cast Magic.

1:05It helps make all of our show notes today and timestamps. And so the people doing our show notes right now, I don't know what to say. Here, I'm going to log into this thing. It's going to affect that whole industry for companies charging for show notes. Yeah. Okay. So check this out. So I uploaded one of our recent episodes that did pretty well on YouTube. And you can see there's a section over here called AI content. And so there's different sections here. You have one for titles. So help you create different titles over here and I can modify them if I want. So I can make them more casual, make them more serious.

1:35I can rerun it. Right. And then I can copy these if I want. So help you with titles. That's one thing. Okay. Second thing is keywords. If you want to post them into like your YouTube keyword section, I'm not going to pay too much attention to that one introduction. If you want to have that, here's a timestamp overview. And this is where you can have like kind of the show notes and the discussion questions. If you want to talk about this more on like a reaction video to this key topics and bullets. And then the cool thing is, if you come down a little more, it's gonna help you find quotes, hooks, timestamps.

2:03Here's like a script for reels if I wanna make a reel that's related to long form video. And here's the cool thing. It'll make you a LinkedIn post, okay? So here's a LinkedIn post. Let's say we had a marketing school page on LinkedIn. It doesn't need to be that serious, right? It can just, this might actually just do, right? We can make it a little better. We can modify a little more, but this at least gets us maybe 60, 70 % of the way there. and you might be able to make the argument that you could just post this, right? And so there's that. Here's a newsletter. If we want to have a simple marketing school newsletter, you can just drop this in there.

2:34It's like, hey guys, we're just going to be an AI generated newsletter with the key takeaways from marketing school. That's all you're going to get. Every single day, you're going to get a newsletter from the summaries of what we talked about. Here's a tweet thread. So basically all I'm saying is that it's done a lot of the work on the social side, where it's done a lot of the heavy lifting. And I do think, in fact, this saves at least 20 hours, if not more per week. And I think it only costs like$39 a month for the cheap version. And I think they, and you get like 200 hours from it. So what are your reactions to this Neil so far?

3:03Look, I think it's great. And the bigger takeaway that most people need when looking at this is there's a lot of AI tools out there that'll help you scale up your content efforts and get you more bang for the buck from all the content that you're already creating. CastMagic is one of those tools out there, but keep testing and trying a lot of them out there because if you're creating content, might as well get more from it. The more content you create, assuming it's good in quality, the more reach you're going to end up getting. Dude, Neil's so sick that he's not even showing in the frame anymore.

3:30But so there's a section called magic chat as well. So this is where you can just ask a question. So I can say like, summarize the key bullets from this transcript over here, write a blog post, right? It didn't do a good job of writing a blog post. ChatGPT is still better than that. But the point is it will take the transcript and then you can use it like a chat GPT and just ask it to do stuff from it.
