President Trump says letters to trade partners outlining tariff rates and deadlines will begin to be delivered at noon Eastern time today. Treasury Secretary Scott Besant said a tariff, said this yesterday, will revert to the rates announced in April if countries don't make a deal by August 1st. Secretary Besant is going to join us live at 8 a.m. Eastern. President Trump is going to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House today. It comes as the first round of ceasefire talks between Israel and Hamas concluded this morning without a breakthrough.

0:42Oracle is offering the U.S. government a 75 percent discount on its license based software, as well as a substantial discount on its cloud service through the end of November. It's the latest big tech company to cut a deal to reduce prices amid the government's push to cut costs. and Tennessee Republican Congressman Mark Green announced he will resign from Congress effective July 20th. The move will shrink the balance in the House to 219 Republicans to 212 Democrats, at least until his seat is filled. Green said he is returning to the private sector to start his own business. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is meeting with President Trump at the White House today, Oracle is offering the U.S. government a 75% discount on some of its software, and Rep. Mark Green (R-Tennessee) will resign from Congress this month, temporarily tightening the margin between Democrats and Republicans in the House.
