The House is set to vote this morning to keep the government funded through November 21st. House Speaker Mike Johnson appears not to have the votes, though, at the moment. Just two legislative days remain before the government shuts down. NVIDIA paying more than$900 million to license technology from AI hardware startup Enfabrica and to hire the company's CEO and other employees. And Fabrica's technology helps tie NVIDIA chips together. Shares of cybersecurity firm Netscope, the CEO on yesterday, jumping more than 18 percent in their Wall Street debut.
0:47Netscope priced its IPO at$19 a share. They closed yesterday at about$22.50. Shares of home builder Lenar are lower. The company reported a 46 percent decline in third quarter profit, also forecasting fourth quarter home deliveries that were below Wall Street estimates, stocks down about three percent. And Reuters is reporting SoftBank's Vision Fund will lay off about 20 percent of its staff as it focuses more on AI bets. Vision Fund currently has more than 300 employees worldwide.
