We're going to look at all the things that you and I need to understand so that we can look at the way we do business and look at the way we build teams and do it with a finesse that gets us the highest performing team. Some things you just cannot speed up. And the more time you give yourself and the more forgiving about that, I think the better you soar, right? It's no surprise that the largest airplanes with the longest range also require the longest runways to get up to speed.
