MANIFEST with INTENTION and Change Your Life | Nassim Haramein EP 463

---

Overview In this episode of *The Daily Motivation*, host Lewis Howes interviews physicist Nassim Haramein, who discusses the profound connection between humans and the universe. Haramein emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, listening to one's inner voice, and aligning with nature’s flow to unlock human potential.

---

Key Themes and Concepts

1. Connection to the Universe

  • We are Extensions of the Universe: Haramein explains that individuals are not separate but rather extensions of the infinite universe, here to learn and grow.
  • Inner Voice: He encourages listeners to recognize and follow their inner voice, which is more powerful than often perceived.

2. Learning Through Interaction

  • Boredom in Isolation: Haramein notes that creating a perfect reality alone would lead to boredom; growth comes from interactions with others.
  • Natural Order: In an advanced society that listens to its inner voice, there would be no need for rules—natural order would prevail.

3. Innovation and Self-Discovery

  • Remembering Who You Are: True innovation arises from self-discovery and remembering one’s innate connection to the universe.
  • Examples of Great Thinkers: He references figures like Einstein and Tesla, who drew inspiration from within themselves.

4. Overcoming Ego

  • Transcending Ego: Humans often view themselves as isolated and powerless. Haramein stresses the need to transcend the ego to express one’s potential.
  • Buddha Nature: He discusses the idea that everyone possesses Buddha nature and that the primary difference lies in self-awareness.

5. Acceptance and Resilience

  • Failure is Part of Growth: Haramein acknowledges that everyone will experience failure and setbacks. The key is how quickly one can realign with their inner flow.
  • Self-Acceptance: Encouraging deep listening and self-acceptance is crucial for personal growth.

---

Pivotal Moments

  • Ten-Year Anniversary Giveaway: Howes opens the episode by expressing gratitude for listeners, announcing a giveaway to celebrate a decade of his podcast.
  • Concluding Thoughts: Haramein's message centers around the power of acceptance, listening deeply, and having the courage to act upon one’s inner guidance.

Head to lewishouse.com slash giveaway and enter the giveaway right now. Hi, my name is Lewis Howes and welcome to the Daily Motivation Show.

1:07If you were able to create your reality without the bother of anybody else, you would be bored within seconds. Right. Right? Like nothing would be happening. Like you would have your perfect reality. You'd be alone in it because it's not the other guy's perfect reality. And you'd be bored within seconds. But because it's all interacting, this is how you learn. This is how you actually grow and transform. And this is how you learn, I said. You literally are the universe. This is how the universe learns. So then you start to think of yourself as an extension of space from the universe, learning about yourself.

1:52You think that it's really a small voice and hard to hear at first because there's a huge wall between you and the universe. But actually on the other side of that wall, it's screaming. The flow is very, very strong. A child knows very quickly when it's doing something right or when it's doing something wrong. If people listened well to the voice in a society that's a little more advanced than this one, you don't need rules and regulations because there's natural rules. There's order. You would follow the order. You would know. As nature does. Yeah, as nature does. Listening is critical and understanding that it's mechanical.

2:40It's not esoteric, like in some pink cloud floating over there. It's not like some concept that's really complicated that you can't wrap your head around it. It's physics. It's physics. And you have it all inside of you. And you know it all. Like when I teach, I don't teach people. I help them remember what they already know. It's not like I changed their life. I just had a relationship. I give the information. They received information that reminded them that brought up what's already inside them. So innovation comes from remembering who you are. Yeah. The deep relationship you have with the universe.

3:30Think of Einstein. Think of Tesla. Think of the greatest like Swinger, others. They wrote extensively about how it came from within them. Yeah, they did some studying and all this to get to the place where they could tell where we were. But to make the next step, it's coming from inside you. Right. We're getting feedback and information from the outside, inside, and tinkering with whatever they're creating. You're a force of nature. And you have the potential, but you don't necessarily express it. You might not express it in your life if you don't know. You might just spend your whole life thinking that you're some little bug isolated from the rest of the universe and that you have no power.

4:14When the Buddha was asked, Buddha, you say everything is the Buddha. Like, we're not understanding. We're the student. Clearly, we're not the Buddha. You're the Buddha. We're the student. We're not at your level, you know. What's the difference between you and us? We want to know about the difference, not the fact that we're all Buddhas. And so the Buddha answered and said, well, the only difference is that the Buddha knows he's the Buddha. If you don't know that you're the universe, you're connected to this incredible wheelworks of nature that there's a flow that runs through your life that is completely transcend any obstacle that you ever imagined, then you can't be that.

4:57the quality of the Buddha is that as soon as he knows, as soon as the Buddha knows, or she, or whoever, as soon as you know you're the Buddha, that you're the new universe, is you realize that everything is. Everything is the Buddha. So then the ego doesn't get in the middle of it and go, I'm going to create, and the rest of the people are going to have to submit. Sure. Now you get it. Sure, you know, the person in front of you might not have that level of awareness yet, but you do, you can tell they have that potential. Sure. Right. And then in the context of all that, you have to remember, you're going to fail.

5:39You're going to fail over and over and over again, meaning you're going to get upset. You're going to get mad. You're going to scream. You're going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person, And whatever, you're going to do things that you're not in your highest flow to do. The only difference is that how long does it take you to get back into the flow? Accepting it. Accepting it. Not judging it. Listen to yourself. Listen deeply. Trust what you hear. Then have the courage to take actions.

From the publisher

Physicist Nassim Haramein emphasizes our deep connection to the universe, explaining we are extensions of infinite space here to learn and grow. He advises listening to your inner voice, describing it as a powerful current versus a faint whisper. Haramein stresses innovation comes from remembering our oneness with nature's flow, like great thinkers Einstein and Tesla did. Though we fail and falter, he encourages quickly realigning with presence, not judging missteps. By accepting yourself as the universe, you understand others' Buddha nature too.  Haramein inspires being forces of nature, transcending ego to tap our infinite potential through courage, trust and deep listening.
