0:59What is it that people are missing that would make them exceptional communicators in every area of their life if they learned how to do this one thing around what you're saying? Well, in the book, I talk about the way to elevate your frequency is by increasing two things, empathy and authenticity. And so I would say do two things.

1:25learn how to see life from another person's perspective. Step into someone else's, not their shoes, step into their soul. Experience how they are experiencing the world. For me, that's really the power of empathy. Empathy is sharing someone's soul with them and seeing the world through their experience, their emotions, their perspectives. and it's a beautiful thing. And so empathy is about seeing the other person, but authenticity is about allowing other people to see you. And so part of the journey is not just empathy, it's authenticity. It's helping people see you for who you really are, helping them understand your deep emotional texture and context for life.

2:14And when you grow in authenticity and go in empathy, your frequency moves toward its highest level. Say that one more time. When you grow in empathy and authenticity, your frequency grows to its highest level. Okay. And when your frequency is at its highest level, what is possible? Human connection. Because your number one frequency is motivator, which everyone in the world will know. Uh-huh. And because all of us have been inspired by you. And one of the beautiful things about motivators is that they tend to look at people from their best vantage point. Yeah. What's possible in them. You just see goodness in people.

2:51You see greatness in people. You see possibility in people. You may actually be blind to the problems in that person because you see so much good in them. And that's why we need you. We believe in ourselves more when you believe in us. Right. There's something very, very powerful. But someone else might have a motivator frequency as their number one frequency, but it would not be as powerful as yours. Why is that? Because you have grown masterfully in empathy and authenticity. I see what you're saying, yeah. And so even earlier in your life, you might've been mildly empathetic and struggling with authenticity.

3:27Yeah, yeah. It's not motivating, but it's not landing. Because it's the mask of masculinity. Yeah, of course. So it's not resonating with people. That frequency doesn't resonate because I haven't improved on the other areas. Right. And you haven't built that frequency to resonate at a deeply human level. And so if you go into the shadow, the motivator can become a performer. And so you're trying to figure out, what does everyone want from me? What do they need from me? Who do I need to be so I can be loved and accepted? And so the motivator... That's my whole life, yeah. Right, could become...

3:57I didn't want to say that. I'm being authentic. Yeah. But you become the performer. Of course. It becomes exhausting to be a performer because no one knows you. Yeah. And I think it's, you know, until you become self-aware, you don't really know you're performing. You're just surviving, I guess, to say, well, I need to fit in and belong. And I want people to like me because I'm afraid to be alone. And so I didn't even think I was being a performer. I was just like, this is what's needed to belong. And so when I was able to start learning how to heal and mend and find that peace and say, oh, okay, I can love myself on my own.

4:33I don't need others. We all need others, but I don't need them to validate me. I can validate me. and I can have a small core group that accepts me. I don't need everyone to accept me. That made me perform less and serve more. I love that.
