Over the past several months, we've had some conversations that have really mattered about health and relationships, about identity, about what it means to build something. We have explored spirituality, science, and all of the ways that the world feels like it's in flux right now. In every episode, I come away from these conversations having really learned something, a different perspective and unexpected insight, or just a reminder to stay curious.

You've been part of this community and continue to show up week after week, eight years into the Goop podcast. Your comments and feedback really mean a lot to me today. We're heading into a little summer break, but we have something big in the works coming next season with a bit of a new look and some conversations we haven't had until now.
