0:58Alan Shearer:Coming up on today's show. This week's quiz, guys. Yes. Most assists in the Premier League. The quiz master has already let us down.
1:10Gary Lineker:Hashtag thick as fuck.
1:15Alan Shearer:94. No, guys. Just go one up. That looks like a face of disbelief at the fact that he's not in the top 10.
1:30He's not even in the top 20.
1:33Gary Lineker:I must get half a point for that. That's close. Come on. We don't do half points. Do you do half pints? No, you wouldn't, would you? Good point.
1:43Alan Shearer:Half point Shearer, that's his unique name. I'm going to go 100 goals. Well, we're not doing goals, are we?
1:50Gary Lineker:Someone get his fucking meds, get his meds and he's an injection. It's tough, it's tough. It's tough.
2:21Alan Shearer:very shortly, but how's your week been? Up to anything exciting?
2:26Gary Lineker:Apart from the best game ever on Tuesday evening. A bit of golf, Al? And golf. The weather is amazing. The golf courses are great. This is when you must miss it, Gaz.
2:36Alan Shearer:I can walk outside and get the sunshine, Al.
2:38Gary Lineker:I don't need to. No, but there's walking along the course line on the golf walls.
2:42Alan Shearer:The walking bit was the best bit for me. To be honest, I loved golf for a long time, but I just didn't like me on the golf course. It's so frustrating. So frustrating game. But when you get a beautiful day, though, there's nothing quite like it, really. Are you any good, Al, or what? Because every time you're just effing and jeffing, saying how bad she was.
3:03Gary Lineker:That's what golf does to you, Micah. Yeah. Sometimes I am. Not all the time. No, definitely not all the time. No. What about you, Gaz? What have you been doing with yourself?
3:12Alan Shearer:That's a good question. I did a little event for Netflix yesterday. I went along spoke to our masters if I can describe them as that and had a launch of some of their shows they've got coming up, some of the documentaries and obviously talking about the rest is football world cup which we'll be doing, obviously it's coming it's creeping ever closer, it's getting really near now, so that was alright, that was fun did that at you know 180th Strand, have you been there yet Mike? and then I went for a drink and saw a house above it. It's marvellous. I think it's the best one in London. Yeah, and then I went to dinner at Motorino which was brilliant.
3:54Alan Shearer:London Italian. What about you, Big Meeks? What about me? What have I been doing? Travelling. I was working yesterday. More commercials. World Cup's coming. You know what I mean? You've got to get them in, lads. You've got to get them in.
4:05Gary Lineker:Kirching. You're just non-stop, aren't you? You're just non-stop. I just love the game, Alan. I love the game.
4:10Alan Shearer:I love the game. Fine. I'm right. we're going to do a quiz in just a moment I'm nervous actually this episode is powered by Fuse Energy before we kick off a quick pre-match warm-up from Fuse a question on the teams and players who make things count which Premier League players scored the most goals as a substitute in 24-25 Duran is my answer it's not Duran it's either Muniz or Wilson I'm going to go Wilson then. Well, you're both wrong. It's Muniz. Goodness. So, the winner is the person that is closest to guessing the number of goals that Rodrigo Muniz scored coming off the bench last season. Six.
5:00I'll go one up then, seven.
5:02Alan Shearer:The answer is six. Yeah! Oh, it's the winner. Well done, Bill. The best teams find an edge wherever they can. It should be the same with your energy. Take control of your energy like it's part of your game plan. Sign up at FuseEnergy.com slash football using code FUTBALL, all uppercase, to save on your energy bill. And get the chance to ask us your football question on the pod. Full terms and conditions at FuseEnergy.com. I'm going to hand over to a master of ceremony. Finally! Honestly, I feel slightly uncomfortable. but I like being the quiz master because I don't know what's coming. So over to you, Micah.
5:48The viewers want to see Big Beaks host the quiz and that is what I shall do. No pressure. No mistakes, Micah. This week's quiz, guys. Yes. Most assists in the Premier League. You know how it works? One of you will go first.
6:04Gary Lineker:Most assists in the Premier League. Top 10. We'll go with a top 10 first.
6:10Alan Shearer:Hang on a minute here, Micah. You're asking us two strikers.
6:13Gary Lineker:Assist, yeah.
6:14Alan Shearer:Two strikers who hardly ever assisted in our careers about persist. Right, okay. Yes. Am I allowed to write anything down? You can write it all down. I've got all the paper here. Give us your top 10. That's just an old script of La Liga, okay? Okay. And the rest is Football La Liga episode. And on the back is a white sheet of paper. I'm going to be watching as well. If there's any eye movement, if you move your eyes left and right, focus on the camera, please. No cheating. Harry, just go and get my sunglasses, would you? Okay. But this is what I'm going to do to the twist, though. Uh-oh. Because I'm the quiz master.
6:55Yeah. If you get the amount of assists, I'm going to give you a bonus. How's that?
6:59Alan Shearer:The number of assists, Micah. Just to correct your grammar there. Oh, sorry. Oxford fucking dictionary over there.
7:08Gary Lineker:The quiz master has already let us down. Hashtag thick as fuck.
7:19Alan Shearer:Not true. It's a tricky one. I'd make the same error many times with that one. And who's going to go first? Is it going to be Alan or Gary today?
7:27Gary Lineker:Well, we'll let the newcomer go first, if he wants to. Age before... Oh, no, not beauty.
7:33Alan Shearer:Age before the beast. I'll go first. Assists. well there's a few obvious ones I think if Ryan Giggs is not in there then I'm giving up and now and I'm never doing a quiz again okay is that your answer or hey Mike don't change that on me guys Ryan Giggs final answer and Ryan Giggs is number one first he's number one guys Two pounds for number one or not? No, no, no. But if you get the number, not the amount, the number of assists, you're in for a bonus. How many games have been years? Either of us jump in. Right, okay. So how many years would he have played? About 20, 18. Do you want to say that?
8:26Alan Shearer:There's 70, 80 more. I don't know what. Because assists, there's never as many as goals. They're never the same number. There's always fewer assists than our goals, maybe. So let them, the top goals, I can't remember who the top goal scorer is of all time, in his tally. 140. I'm going to go 132. Both incorrect. Well, probably here. 162.
8:55Gary Lineker:Oh, well, I'm closer, so I get a point, no? Nope. No, I didn't say closest. Stupid quid master. to do it for that long, to be that good for those amount of years is ridiculous. A number of years, Al. A number of years. I was going to say something after that changed my mind.
9:22Gary Lineker:I was going to say
9:23Alan Shearer:I was going to say those number of games. That was in the days when wingers generally were, if you're a left winger, He had a left foot. Nowadays, that's kind of changed the other way around, hasn't it? So he was, I mean, I actually played against Ryan Giggs. He was one player. You know, like with James Milner with you. Yeah. You played against him. He's like the one player that's still playing that went in your era. Giggs was like that for me for years. And I played one of his very, very early games, which was one of my last game ever, actually, was at Old Trafford and Ryan Giggs played in that game.
10:00Alan Shearer:and you could see even then how special he was. I mean, and also he's got his pretty good tally of goals as well. So what a player, eh, Micah? Okay, a little bit of trivia for you guys. Where did I play with Ryan Giggs? Olympics. Okay, guys, I'll tell you what. You're wasted as a host. That is fantastic knowledge. Well, you didn't play for Man United. so I mean it wasn't that hard and he's not English so you couldn't have played in the World Cup or you didn't play in the World Cup obviously but anyway Alan
10:36Gary Lineker:are you it has to do the obvious one is Kevin De Bruyne as well got to be got to be in the top three has to be Kevin De Bruyne Alan says and you are also correct yes he is in at number two oh two De Bruyne is he wow yes
10:57Alan Shearer:What a good start that is. We've got one and two, Gaz. Well, I think there are a few obvious ones and it might get a bit tricky, but what about... Before we go on to him and talk about him, do you want to guess the number of assists for a bonus point?
11:10Gary Lineker:How many was Ryan Giggs? What did you say again?
Read the full transcript
11:12Alan Shearer:One, six, two. One, six, two. God, Giggs played for a long time. Almost twice the year. I'm going to go the same guess as I did last time. One, three, two. Gary says one, three, two. Alan? 110. 119. Oh, we're pretty much in the middle. In the middle. God, Giggs is miles clear, isn't he? Miles, yeah.
11:37Gary Lineker:If there was one player over the last few years I looked at and thought, well, I wish I could have played with you. It would have been Kevin De Bruyne.
11:44Alan Shearer:I'd say exactly this. I mean, definitely. I think my next pick might be the other one I'd like to have played with, but I'll come to that in a moment. But, I mean, we did one of our moments that made them specials, didn't we, on Kevin De Bruyne. I mean, there's some magical moments in there. I mean, it wasn't just assists, but incredible goals as well. But he's one of those players that just, one of those wide, when he was playing in wide areas as well, when he drifted and he was either 10 to the right mainly. And then he hit that lovely ball between the keeper and the back line. And Jeff Boycott's words, the corridor of uncertainty.
12:22Alan Shearer:Yeah. I think not, A lot of people talk about him, how good he is technically. But I think you've got to go mentality as well. Because remember, he was at Chelsea. Yeah. And it didn't work out for him. And we've seen at that age, if it don't work out, you can go, you know, to a team. He went to Germany, he did really well. And then he'd come back a superstar. Everyone was talking about the price tag at the time. And he absolutely destroyed the Premier League. So, yeah, what a player he is. Absolutely one of the best. Gaz, you're up? Getting nervous now. I've got a few names in my head. Where are your eyes going there, Gaz?
13:00Alan Shearer:That's the list of the goals. No gene from Gaz from my side. I've got a fucking witness more than you two have got. You think he'd allow me to cheat? I'm deliberately not looking at him for any help. I don't need any help yet, okay? I'm just suddenly thinking the guy I was thinking of. He must be up there, surely, somewhere in the top ten. David Beckham. What a shout. That is Gaz. He's wrong. He's playing my game. No, no. And David Beckham is number 11. What?
13:36Alan Shearer:You imbecile. I'm imbecile. It's one off. I mean, he played. Oh, blimey. He played. That was what I suddenly thought. He did leave. He did go abroad. I thought that was a very, very good shout, that Gaz. I mean, how can he not be in the top 10, David Beckham? No, he's not in the top 10. He's number 11. Oh, Jesus. But you can bring it back, guys, with a bonus.
14:01Gary Lineker:You can guess the amount. So he's 11. And what was... De Bruyne was 237. De Bruyne was 119. 119. Giggs, 162 in number one.
14:18Alan Shearer:I'll go 61. It's got to be lower than... I would never have thought it would be that low. Nope.
14:24Gary Lineker:Incorrect. Alan? 75.
14:31Alan Shearer:80. 80. God, it's tight in there, isn't it? If he's 11th. I must get half a point for that. That's close. Come on. No, no way. Don't do half points. Do you do half pints? No, you wouldn't, would you? Good point. Half pints, Shearer, that's his unique name. that's illegal
14:52Gary Lineker:having half a pint of Guinness
14:53Alan Shearer:how can Beckham not be in there
14:54Gary Lineker:how good was he though guys come on Al you played with him a lot didn't you I did with England I mean that right foot was
15:01Alan Shearer:can I ask you a question why is your career tally so low if you played with Beckham so low exactly you know what he had a great point that is he always said oh if I were to have someone like Kevin De Bruyne I would have scored what's the word he used a hat full of goals He had David Beckham!
15:23Gary Lineker:Teams were a lot tougher in the 90s, guys.
15:29Gary Lineker:That right foot of his opened a tin of beans, wouldn't it? It was that good. So accurate with it, wasn't he? It was fantastic, yeah. It was nothing complicated. I mean, he was a great player, but one of his best traits was how he just moved the ball, that one yard, and whipped it in with pace. or moved it one yard and made that pass. He was brilliant at it.
15:52Alan Shearer:I'm just writing down a few thoughts, names. Because at my age, Mike, if you don't write down what you see immediately, you forget them because that's what happens when you get old, particularly footballers. But I'm obviously not cheating, otherwise I wouldn't have gone with fucking David Beckham, would I? Oh, we should be calling him Sir David Beckham. Sir David. Not now, he's 11th. How can you be knighted if you're only 11th?
16:19Gary Lineker:My guess, I've got to say Wayne Rooney. Alan, you would be correct saying Wayne Rooney. Let's have a guess at the number, please. What was Sir David in 11th again? Remind me. Sir David was 80. What was Wayne? Wayne is number four. Blimey, he's fourth, Wayne Rooney. 95. 96. 103 assists. We're close. You're getting closer. 103. He's another one. Rooney was an incredible player. He would have been the best player in whatever position he played in, I think.
16:58Alan Shearer:Agreed. I wouldn't disagree with that. I'm not sure about goalkeeper, because he's not that big. But that aside. Right, okay. Come on, Gaz, we need something here. You're two one down. I know, I've got to get one here. Now I'm nervous. These are such obvious names. They've got to be in there, surely. Stevie G Steven Gerrard he's in no worry guys he's in you're doing that you can't where is he he is number nine oh only just in but I'll take that in's in Stevie Gerrard so he's nine Rooney was fourth with 103 so I'm going I think he was 80 84 86 92 92 What a player Stevie G All round player
17:53Gary Lineker:as well Fantastic player Great athlete Great energy Great ability
17:57Alan Shearer:You know what He's a good pundit as well isn't he He's good on the game You can see why he went into I think he'd like to go back into it I mean he did really well at Rangers didn't he Yeah Won the league And then it was like almost as though his first kind of iffy spell in management And he was gone. You know, so, and then obviously he's been in the Middle East for quite a while, and now he's come back doing a bit of punditry. But, yeah, he knows the game. Knows the game, Sam. Knows the game. He was the one, you know, when you go to England training, and you're only a youngster, and, you know, you think you're good.
18:34You've got on, you know, the freeline shirt. I deserve to be a part of it. But he was a different level. like nothing I've ever seen. Touch, technique, shooting, tackling, fitness. Boot lending. Boot lending. Do you remember my boot lending? I've told it, oh my God. I'm still annoyed with him though because I told the story about him lending me his boots for trading and all that. And I thought, oh, I was amazing in trading. Unbelievable. I've said that. But the thing I was most disappointed by, he didn't give me his boots after I asked for his boots. and he said no.
19:11Alan Shearer:Can I just say that I understand, I've got this unreliable information, that those boots that you borrowed are now on his mantelpiece. Michael Richards wore these. Michael Richards wore these on there. A true, a true great.
19:33Alan Shearer:At least I've got two. So that is, ooh, two all. Two all, but it's Al's go. But you've had one more. Yeah, but that doesn't matter. I just went first. It's the advantage of going first.
19:47Gary Lineker:Go on, Al. I've got this one last name and I'm struggling after this one. I think he should be in. Silver. David Silver. David Silver.
19:59Alan Shearer:He's in. I can tell from all I can tell. He's in. He's in. Yes, yes. He's in at number seven. Ooh. So Rooney was, what was Rooney? Rooney was 103. Steven Gerrard was 92 in ninth. 103 and Rooney was in, what did you say, fifth or fourth? Rooney was in fourth.
20:23Gary Lineker:90.
20:25Alan Shearer:Well, he can't be 90 because Gerrard's got 92 and he's ninth. So well done.
20:33Gary Lineker:Can I have another go?
20:34Alan Shearer:No, you can't. because I need I've got to get one right bang on in it I'm going to go 94 no guys just go one up yeah but he's too clear of him he's in 7th if he'd have been 8th I'd have gone 93 but whoever's 8th has definitely got well not necessarily not necessarily 93 no not necessarily could have 92 or 93 David Silva 93 free. Oh, God. Come on. Oh, I want to wait to you. I'm waiting for your hand to the break, Micah. You tell us about David Silva, because I wish you could play with him, Micah. Magician. Seriously, his touch, I think, was the best I've ever seen. Ever played with. Or not ever seen, ever played with, I would say.
21:27And his spatial awareness. You know, like when you do the rondos. So the little box games people go on before. He never give the ball away. Circle in Spanish. Circle, we call it in Spanish. And you're thinking, how is he doing that? And you look at him and he's only slight. And when he was moving around the pitch and he's up against aggressive midfielders, they just had no chance because he was just always, he just lend it, then get on it. Get on the half turn, pass it, pass the move. Extraordinary player.
21:58Gary Lineker:And he's a great lad as well. Proper great lad. Oh, it loves a bevy.
22:03Alan Shearer:It's got a vineyard in, I think it's in, it's certainly in one of the Canary Islands. Really? Yeah, I saw it, I bought some. Oh, nice. I've got some in my, they're white wine. Slightly cloudy, but I think that's the nature of it. But yeah, it's got his own wine. What about that? Well, speaking of whining, I mean, I'm going to have a little wine going into the break. We'll see you shortly.
22:30Hey, don't worry about me, guys. I got this.

25:27Alan Shearer:I'm going to throw in... He's got to be in there. Such a great player.
25:33Gary Lineker:Paul Scholes. Ooh, what a good shout. Ooh. Ooh, that frown's not very good.
25:39Alan Shearer:Ooh. That looks like a face of disbelief at the fact that he's not in the top 10.
25:50He's not even in the top 20. Oh, my word. Poor Scholes.
25:55Gary Lineker:That's a surprise. Eight H of these stats, right, mate?
25:59Alan Shearer:You sounded like Gary Neville doing commentary there.
26:06Alan Shearer:He's not even in the top 20, Gaz. Oh, I'm having them shocker. Really? Paul Scholes. That surprises me. Wow. 55 assists. 55 assists. It was actually bang average then. I always thought Scholes was a great player and one of the great passes of the football we've ever seen. Maybe he was a sideways merchant. How can he not look like it?
26:34Gary Lineker:That's a bit of a surprise. Not even in the top 20. Bloody hell. Only 55? I didn't know that oh dear I was going to win a quiz my guessing yep struggling now guys I'm going to go with the lad I played with Teddy Sheringham ooh Teddy yeah Teddy yes Teddy Teddy well Edward Sheringham I mean he's certainly not in the top 10 oh I didn't think he would be actually he was better than Paul Scholes that's for sure in terms of numbers better player no no no actually Teddy Sheringham
27:13Alan Shearer:was a bloody good footballer he was a proper 10
27:16Gary Lineker:wasn't he really clever player
27:17Alan Shearer:yeah
27:18Gary Lineker:where was he on the list Micah he was number 13 he's unlucky for some unlucky for some well I was born on the 13th so it's fine
27:28Alan Shearer:yeah okay right god no Teddy Sheringham struggling now aren't we guys a little bit I'm going to go for a guy that is known mainly for scoring goals, not assists, but he also must have had a lot of assists. Frank Lampard. Oh, a cooking gas. Number five. Number five. And I'm going to go 100 goals. Well, we're not doing goals, are we?
28:00Gary Lineker:Someone get his fucking meds. Get his meds. He needs an injection. It's time. It's time.
28:08H, quick, H, quick. H, quick. H, quick. Hang on, hang on. H, quick.
28:20That's the Adderall. That's it, that's it. I'm all right. He's back, he's back.
28:26Alan Shearer:He's had the injections, thank God for. Oh, God. You didn't let me finish my sentence. A hundred-dollar assists.
28:36Idiot.
28:37Gary Lineker:I believe that's a tie though now, isn't it? No, you got... Was it? Yeah, but it's your go. We haven't had the number of assists yet.
28:44Alan Shearer:I've gone 100 with the assists. Assists, assists. A hundred. Alan? 101. Oh, my God. It's 102, guys. Oh, my God! So close. So close. I mean, Frank's all-round game. I mean, I saw that thing again with Harry Redknapp, the interview he does when he's talking to the West Ham fans when Lampard was a kid and someone was going, why are you playing as a kid? He's not got it. Frank's sitting next to him. He looks about 17, 18 at the time. He's going, this lad is going all the way to the top. You dead. It was like, wow, really good doing it next to him. And he was, I think it's fair to say he was right.
29:32Alan Shearer:So I was pretty confident with Frank Lampard to be in there. All-round game, incredible. Incredible. My guess.
29:40Gary Lineker:Yes. Longevity. You mentioned him earlier, someone who I played with, just because he's been around for years and years and years. James Milner. Left-back, right-back, right-wing, central midfield, everywhere. He's got to be, hasn't he? He would be in there, Alan. and he's number 10. Oh, yes. Come on. Well, he is in there. He is in there. Don't do that to me.
30:12Alan Shearer:Fuck Christ. Just, yeah. I mean, he's a player that's... No, all done. You get to guess the amount. Oh, yeah. We've got to guess the goals. Right. Assists. The assists. It's wearing off already. Now they take a bit of time to kick in. Oh, God. James Milner. 80. No, it's more than that. It's got to be more than that. It's got to be... 90. I don't know, man. You're back in the game. Back in the game. He's back in the game. Back in the game. He's back in the game. It's 4-0 going into sudden death. Well, it's not sudden death yet, because obviously we've got to get the whole top 10, haven't we? Oh, you've got to get the...
31:00Alan Shearer:Three more. Yeah, number three. six, seven. Three. Who are we missing? There's a big name in there. Come on. Who are we missing?
31:10Gary Lineker:I've got one more name that I can chuck at you. It's not your go, is it? No, it's not. Shut up then.
31:17Alan Shearer:Oh, come on, Gary. This is where it gets up. Come on. Young Min Son. Incorrect. Oh, shit. He's number 17, guys. Is he that low? How many did Hyeong-Ming Son have?
31:34Gary Lineker:He had 71. In 17th, did you say?
31:38Alan Shearer:Yeah, well, that ain't going to help you, is it, Al? At least I was deliberately doing it not to help you.
31:43Gary Lineker:Mo Salah. Mo Salah! Mo Salah! Running down the wing! Would be correct, Alan! Yes, Big Meeks. Come on, Big Al's back in the game.
31:55Alan Shearer:How did I not think of Mo Salah? Where's he? He is number seven. Oh. Oh, 93 goals. Correct! Yeah! Hang on, hang on. Correct!
32:10Gary Lineker:You give it away. You said they were joints. That's it. Correct. He was past his finger, wasn't he? But he said 93 goals again. Well, he's had his meds. He's alive again. That's it. Oh, God, I'm loose. Thank you. Oh, God. Anyway, we've got to get the names. Oh, Mo Salah. So that would be five all, guys. Hang on a minute. He wasn't seventh, Micah. He was? He wasn't. He was.
32:39Alan Shearer:No, he must be joint sixth. He's joint seventh, Gaz. Right. Sorry. Yeah, I've got it. You see? You listen. You've got to listen. Yeah, but I worked out he got the same amount of assists. Oh, Mo. Mo. The news has just come out that he might make the end of the season and the hamstring injury wasn't as bad as feared. Because it'd be nice for him to get a proper goodbye. I mean, God, he's had some great moments for Liverpool, hasn't he? Unbelievable. Top notch. Yeah. I mean, he was... He might have not had the same... I don't want to say ability, but say Hazard would get the ball and run past everyone.
33:22But Salah was just more efficient, wasn't he? As soon as he'd get the ball. And he had all that. He had the dribbling. I remember a couple of amazing goals that he scored. But his first thought was score a goal as well, you know? Do the dribbling and score a goal. Where Hazard might try and do the dribbling and get the assist. So it was just a little bit more direct in the end, I would say, Salah. I love him. What a player. Fantastic. Great goal scorer. Five all. Who's the obvious one we're missing here? Two to get, guys. I think... I don't want to give no clues because it'll be too easy.
33:57Come on, think ball players, guys. I know, I'm thinking. Letizia? Incorrect. Yeah. Not in the top 20. No, is he not, really? Because he shot from everywhere.
34:15Alan Shearer:Right.
34:16Gary Lineker:Thierry Henry.
34:17Alan Shearer:Oh, for fuck's sake. He's got to be in there. Incorrect. Oh, wow. Thierry's not in there. Number 14. 14? Wow. Oh, I've got one. I've got one. Oh, God, there's something obvious. I've got another one. It's a good quiz, though, this guy. I'm liking it.
34:35Gary Lineker:You're going to get this and then... Do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do-do.
34:39Alan Shearer:Any clues, Micah? No clues. Clues on the next round. I'll go Harry Kane. I know it's not in there, but... Harry Kane is not in the 20. No, I don't think he would be.
34:53Gary Lineker:I can make myself look foolish here, but... I've done it already for you, Al, so don't worry. I was trying to think of players over the past years and I think I'm going to chuck one in who was a great little player. Arsenal, Chelsea. I'm on the right track, lads. Yeah, but can you think of his name? Doing a great job in management as we speak. Am I on the right track? Oh, fucking hell, yes.
35:18Alan Shearer:Of course it is. He's third. Fabregas. He's third. How the fuck have I not thought of Fabregas? Is he in me? He is number three. Yes. What a shout that is. Come on. You can still bring it back with a bonus though, Gaz. Yeah. It is 6-5 to Alan at the moment. 110. Alan?
35:45109.
35:47Alan Shearer:Oh, we're close. But no cigar, I think. 111. Oh, God! Oh my God. That is so unlucky. We've got one to get. One to get. I'll give you a clue now, Gaz. I'll give you both a clue. Yeah. Just think elegance. Just think first touch.
36:20Gary Lineker:Are we on shouting out world here? Are we just on... It's Gaz's go.
36:27Alan Shearer:do you want one more clue guys or not no you can't because it's Al needs to win a quiz that's what I'm here for
36:35Gary Lineker:well I have got most of them I think I've got seven of them today just lost out on the numbers Christian Eriksson well he's number 12 and it's not your go well I know we're just in shouting out mode aren't we so I'm going to give Gaz another clue think one of the greatest goals in Premier League history oh I've got it I've got it I've got it come on guys your time's up
37:08Alan Shearer:time's up I've just had many great goals that's given me
37:19Alan Shearer:graceful
37:24Alan Shearer:I'm shit at this I told you I would be
37:32Alan Shearer:I'm waiting to the end of it I'm waiting for my whole time here
37:38Alan Shearer:Hazard
37:42Alan Shearer:Wrong I know it's wrong Wrong You would be wrong with You got it, Al? Alan, go on. Point about his misery. Dennis Bergkamp. Correct. That's scum. Christ almighty. One of the greatest goals,
38:00Gary Lineker:assisted himself. I was playing in that game. Oh, well, that's too big of an advantage. That's 7-5. But you know what? I'll give you two points. No, you can't. I'll give you two points. You just...
38:13Alan Shearer:I don't want us to think about anyone else. It's coming out of my misery. No, just give it to Al. Give me two, Al. He needs to win one. The last two. Seth Fabregas and... Oh, God.
38:24Gary Lineker:Does that make me the winner, Micah? Well, no, because I told you, when Big Meeks is a quiz master, there's a twist. Guess the number, Gaz. And I'm going to give you two bonus.
38:34Alan Shearer:Oh, I don't even want to get it because then I'll have to pick someone else. So what position was he in?
38:40Gary Lineker:He was in six. Oh, yeah.
38:43Alan Shearer:97. Alan?
38:46Gary Lineker:96. it was 94 thank god for that
