In short

J-Shock (Jerome) discusses his viral streamer persona “Shock o’Clock,” how a “no-look handshake” became a trending clip, his origin stories and family lore, dating/relationships, and his content habits; the episode also includes merch and sponsor segments.

Guest backgrounds

J-Shock Shine is a streamer/content creator and music producer from Long Island, New York. He participated in Kai Cenat’s Streamer University. He’s known for viral moments and catchphrases, and he collaborates with people like his stream manager/clips editor Danny and friend Sketch.

Key claims

“Shock o’Clock” is always at 9:09 (and he ties it to his birthday April 9, 1999), and he claims it never stops—he even jokes it’s off only in church. The “no-look handshake” was created accidentally and then spread via TikTok comments. He says his first major viral video was trying Chili’s and getting millions of views. He claims he posted daily for 365 days, reaching over a million followers. He also shares that he hasn’t had a girlfriend since 2018.

Notable examples

A deli encounter with an older fan named Frank leads to a clipped moment where J-Shock types a stranger’s handle and later gets mocked for the handshake. He recounts first kisses and beach stories tied to Cape Cod (where he says he was conceived). He discusses dating app struggles, rumors about his origin, and a breakup involving a “Tony” and a hoodie incident.

1:01Shock looking sharp, boy Shock o 'clock Shock o 'clock, bro Bro, dude Yeah, yes, bro I had to, I had to Thank you, dude Thank you for having me You bet, man Show me how to do the look away handshake The no look handshake? Yeah That was created completely by accident. But you come in and you go for the look. Okay. And just look at the watch if you have one. Or you can look at your phone. Okay. And just do it. So here, if I got my phone, I'm doing it like. Yeah, like nice. What's your name? And then. Yeah, Theo. Don't look at me. Okay. Sorry. Dude, it's in the directions. And I messed it up. Okay.

1:40All right. Hold the phone with that hand. With this hand? Yeah. Okay. Yeah. What's your name? Awesome. Good to meet you, man. That's great. Yes. Yeah. How you doing? You want to know how that happened? Yeah. So I went into a deli with my friend to get a chopped cheese. Which is typical for an Italian, right? Exactly. That's a national pastime. Yes. And on the island where I'm from, they don't really have chopped cheeses, but this deli had one. It was in Carl Place or something. We go in and there's this old guy named Frank, 75, 80 years old. And we get in there and he's like going crazy. He's like, do you know who this is?

2:18Do you know who's in your deli right now? Random customer. He's like, I'm your biggest fan. It was the oldest fan I ever met. Frank. And he orders us food, me and my cameraman food. We get out. I'm like, we got to do a video now, Drew. So we get him. And in the video, you see me walking up to the guy, Antonio. And he hands me his phone. He's like, what's your handle? And I type it in his phone. And I'm like, what's your name? And he said, Antonio. I'm like, OK, nice to meet you. But I didn't even click. There it is. Look, it's right here Oh, bro So this got clipped Of course Who blindly goes Who just gives their hand to a man they don't even know Near a bunch of boar's head meets I mean, that's correct Who just randomly God only gives you two hands, Jay Shock And you're just like, here, I'm just gonna offer one What if that guy would've just Dude, that guy could've put it right in his mouth He could've smacked my head, look, I have no hair on my head He could have smacked it off.

3:17He could have put it right in his mouth, Jay Shock. It's like, don't feed the bears. We don't know what this guy's been up to. So now, a couple weeks later, is this TikTok? Okay, so if you click the comments, it should come up blue, like no look handshake. So if something is trending, it'll be like a blue comment. And it kept popping up on all my videos, and I didn't know what it was. So one day, I went to Florida, and my uncle's like, next time, look a guy in the face when you give him a handshake. And I was like, what do you mean? He's like it's all over the internet You need to shake the guy's hand Your uncle told you that Look at this This is what's going on Why are you no looking them all I did it to Kai You know Kai's internet Yeah for sure When I got the streamer There it is That one right there Look at this I hit him You got it Real quick What time is this Whoa Bro you had it loaded too there I had it loaded It's almost like you got it Like it's like you got that thang on you Yeah You got that thang on you You got that Draco right there bro that's beautiful dude do you have like a signature move like that I don't really sometimes it's like waving goodbye to people crying in a driveway is something I've done a decent amount over the years I don't know if that's a signature move really you know what I'm gonna think about that do I have a signature move you think Trevin like if you were doing a wrestling move I would hit that just hit the shot go clock on him oh hit the shot go clock and there's a body slip Yeah.

4:44Yeah. What would you be a good one? Your signature move is, it's more of a catchphrase, I think. What else? Oh, yeah. Which one? I say what else a lot because it's like, sometimes if I'm talking to somebody, I don't like there to be like a lot of like downtime in the conversation. So I'll be like, if things get real quiet. What else? Yeah. In a minute. Yeah. I've had a lot of different viral moments like that. Oh, yeah. I've seen a lot. It's one of the biggest ones unintentionally, but like, I think the first major video I did was me going to Chili's. And I said, first time trying Chili's, let's see what all the hype's about.

5:20And that video got like 2 million views. Is there hype about that? I guess there is. There's got to be some hype around Chili's, no? Yeah, that's true. That's true. That's true. Triple dipper? Oh, I don't even know how. Yeah. What were we? I can't believe we were double dipping. How did you find this? How was he so quick with it? Oh, there you are. So this is when, look at my hair, how different I look. Bro, you look freaking, you look. I look like a. Oh, you look like business casual Caillou. I look like a different human being. Yeah, dude, you definitely. And I used to drink. I don't drink anymore.

5:51That's what I heard. You look like this lady that used to teach P.E. to us as well. This is my friend Andrew. He took a ginormous sip of Coors. You're going to see here. Of what Coors Light? A little silver bullet. Look at this. Humongous sip. It'll kill a werewolf. It won't kill a J-Shock, though, huh? Completely different style back then. Dude, welcome, bro. Thanks for coming in, man. Thanks for hanging out, bro. Yeah, you bet, man. When is, bro, when is, when is Shock O 'Clock?

6:26Unofficially, it's at 9.09. Okay. 9.09 is my time. It is Wazek. Shock O 'Clock's time. I just love the number nine. I was born April 9th, 1999. 99, the number 99 has a lot of significance to me. Like, I rate out of nine. You know when I rate my food, I rate only out of nine. I'm the only one that does that. One to nine? One to nine, because mathematically it makes no sense, but philosophically it does. So out of nine, I think you should always be at 99 % and always strive to become perfect, because we'll never be perfect. Nothing's ever perfect. So when I rate out of nine, it's basically like...

7:05oh yeah you know the 10 is perfect but because we're taught in school 10 is perfect you know get 100 in school you get an 8 plus you get 100 % I like to be at 99 % and always try to be better so it makes sense like that but mathematically if you write a 9 it would technically be 100 % that's shockonomics shockonomics I like that that's what we're figuring out here dude but dude do they have shock o 'clock during like do they even have it during like daylight savings time and stuff like is it yes well set the clocks back, set them forward. It's always shock o 'clock. Doesn't matter. Always on the wrist.

7:40So now when I have no watches on, it's shock o 'clock on the wrist. Okay. When I have a watch on, it's shock o 'clock on the dot. So if you go back to my older videos, you could see if I'm wearing a watch, I'm like, shock o 'clock on the dot. Today we're having whatever. And is there a day of the year when there's no shocking? Like, is there like a one day of like, is there a day of the year where it's like... No clocking. Yeah. We're not clocking. Yeah, the clock is not shockable. it's not even plugged in, you know what I'm saying? Like, is there a day when it's off? It's always on. Really? Mr.

8:10Vaughn, it's always on. Even Christmas? Every day. I recorded, last Christmas, or, yeah, last Christmas, I was panicking because I didn't have a video. Because I was on a, when I quit my job, and even before it, I was recording every day and posting every day and editing every day. Same day, same video. For 365 days, I posted every day. I got all the way up to over a million followers and it worked. But the clock was always ticking. It never ends. I think maybe if I go to like church or something, it's off. Okay. Like there's no cameras. Even though people try to take pictures of me, I'm like, this is the Lord's house.

8:51Right. You know, it can't be. Jesus ain't posted on the gram today, you know. Well, we got to honor him. There's a bigger J. Yeah. It's crazy. Yeah, there's a bigger J on that day for sure. I find it really hard to take breaks, especially with food. There's all these new items coming out, like new, I don't know, pickled bubble gum or some crap, you know, like crazy, flaming hot. Oh, yeah, barbecue napkins or something. There's always some shit. There's always like a new thing. They're like, yeah, man, we got this new like Chipotle spare tires or whatever for you. Flaming hot toilet paper, you know.

9:24It's always some bullshit. Something coming out. You know, it's like we got new Chipotle hairspray or whatever, some type of shit. It's like, what are we? I saw they made McDonald's scented candles Nuh-uh Based on all the dipping sauces They're candles Oh, that's beautiful Pop some sweet and sour, you know Oh, I would definitely put one of those on Look at this If I'm having a funeral, put a couple of those on, bro Do you have a favorite sauce, like condiment? Yeah, probably I would say Zitzaki Or I would probably say Or mustard, bro You know what? I had a dream two nights ago that mustard was making a big comeback.

10:05What? Did it even fall off? Oh, I think mustard fell off, brother. I think it did. I mean, I think a lot. Yeah, when was the last time you even heard anybody talk about it? Nobody. Nobody's like, yo, I'm going to get some mustard out and put it on something. And it's back, Jayshon. But, dude, so here's what I want to. So let's go into this. Dude, thanks so much for coming in, bro. Thank you for having me. Yeah, it's definitely an honor, bro. Yes, sir. It's been a blessing to see you. And you don't have to call me sir. You can just say yes. Okay, sir. Okay, sir. And it's just been like, you came on my radar.

10:39Like, I would see a lot of clips and stuff. And then I was talking with Sketch. And he's like, bro, you got to meet my friend J-Shock. He's like the greatest guy ever. He thinks you're like, you know, he's like, you're this marinara savior. You know, this little, you know, he thinks you're this new sort of angel of the world, you know. yeah did did you see any clips of us in streamer you oh dude i saw the one what's the one where you guys one of your shirts on that one was crazy oh that was funny when we spin out the door so he was trying to teach me manners for my homecoming date at prom or at homecoming and um i was trying to get the door for him and i did like a look this is so class oh dude then i did a spin like a Transition, look at this.

11:25Oh, yeah. Right through. We had so many good moments together, and it all was so natural and real. And I told him and a lot of people, if I ever met big people, I don't know, celebrities like Post Malone or, I don't know, Jalen Hurts, I just want to be friends. I want to be your friend. I don't care about the cameras or publicity, the following. I just want to build good friendships. And Sketch, to me, is like my brother, literally. We connected such a good way, and he was the realest person at that school. Oh, dude. He's just, yeah, he's a special guy, man. He's one of the few guys that'll just call and, like, check on me every now and then.

12:03Just kind of see what's going on. He's got a big heart. Yes, sir. Yeah. I just saw him a few weeks ago, bro. I love seeing him. Oh, stepbrother. Oh, yeah. People made this. Who made this? My Clipper, Danny. He's, like, my stream manager and one of my best friends, and he made that instantly because it was Sketch's idea to make that pose, and we actually turned it into a T-shirt. Oh, it's beautiful. It's funny as hell. God, it's beautiful. Two young fellas out there just learning how their bodies work, just spreading their manicotti out into the world. Hey, if they were doing a sequel, guys, you know, I got it.

12:34You would do it. Oh, it'd be perfect, man. You can make your own. I mean, that's the thing now with streaming or with taking clips from streams. It's just like a moment these days is almost like a whole movie. That's what I'm saying, yeah. It was 20 years ago. So J-Shock Jerome, that's your real name? Jerome, yes, sir. Do you use that at all or do you just go by J-Shot? Maybe like my parents call me Jerry. They do call you Jerry? I hate that. Really? Yeah, that's what I went my whole life. Jerry! Jerry! Jerry! Did you get the water? What water was it? Bring your clothes down. Was something on fire?

13:12Jerry, too much cologne. That's a big thing in Italian households. No, you know what it is? Jerry, is this dirty? He'll be like, is this dirty? All day. Why, because your mother's just doing your laundry? Yeah, like, well, I try to do it, but I don't get to. Yeah. It's going to be done a certain way, you know. Afraid I'll blow up the laundry machine, I guess. But that's part of Italian culture. A mother's got to be doing your laundry. They got to. But my dad doesn't. Really? He practically is out doing some dirty things at that laundry machine. Is he one of those nouveau kind of dads? He's like, I love him, but he loves to do stuff.

13:51Got to be mowing the lawn when it's raining. Does he have his shirt on or off when he's mowing? It's on. He's got his card harp or Timberlands on, you know? Damn, really? Was he listening to 50 Cent? What's he listening to when he's out there? Springsteen, what's he listening to out there? Probably some rock and roll, something, Run DMC, something like that. Oh, tough. He's from Hollis. he was a fireman for 23 years really yeah take me well take me into this man take me into the origin story of how like before you were even like a jay spark in your father's eye right like take me back then like i want to go i want to get into all the way back i want to go all the way back but i want to go into like the ingredients of the manicotti right i want to go into like cue that cue that music yes yeah that that twilight zone dr strain music yeah yeah because There's a lot of rumors, but I want to know where your parents, where did they meet at?

14:46Do you know that story? They met at a club. Okay. My mom. I want you to take me there. I want you to set the season. Okay. I want you to set it because there's a lot of rumors. I got you. I can tell you everything. Because there's rumors. There's rumors out there that it was two people got caught hugging outside of a Zbarro pizza or whatever. There's a lot of rumors out there. Can I swear or no? Yeah, you can swear. There's some crazy shit out there. Yeah. About like me and all this dumb stuff. Oh, there's crazy. It was two people, two Italians tickling each other outside of his bar or whatever.

15:20And that's how you got started, right? So take me, I want to know how did you really, who lit that J spark to begin with? The J wave. Yeah. So my dad went to a club in the Bronx, I believe the Bronx. And was your dad a club or what kind of guy was he? I don't know really. He doesn't really keep telling me about that stuff. Like if he, I asked him about like, you know, you ever get any action before mom? and he's like, did something on a bench. Yeah. Oh, wait. Something on a bench. What happened on a bench? Yeah. I mean, Forrest got me a look. Yeah. It might have been, yeah. He has a mustache, too.

15:53So he had that 80s look. You know what I'm saying? Oh, the ladies loved that, that little word curtain. Mm-hmm. They pet that thing. So they were in a club, and he went up to my mom, and he's like, hey, you want to dance? What's your name? She's like, Debbie. And he's like, Betty? She walked away. He eventually went back up there. They danced. And then he called her house a night after and she didn't pick up. And then she called again. He called again. My grandpa, who I call Chucky, who's not here anymore, he picked up and they went out. You know, hung out for a while, eventually got married. My dad proposed to my mom with a fortune cookie.

16:32He put a ring in the fortune cookie. Like imagine having a Chinese egg out one night. Boom. Ring. That's ball of knowledge. Dude, that's unbelievable. Well, it's just such a choice because you know it's hard after a little bit of Chinese food not to go for the dessert. So now they had a kid. They only had me in Cape Cod. That's where the magic happened. You were conceived out in Cape Cod. And do you know, like, what was it like? Yeah, I know exactly where it was. You do? Was it a stormy night? What was going on out there? A storm. Because it was shock. Yeah. It was like, maybe there was lightning.

17:10Maybe it struck the tip of my dad's Johnson Yeah, his clock tower Shocker clock? I don't know, dude I'm just saying, yeah Because here's the thing Jay Shock has been born to the world, right? And so we have to have the origin story So it's two, your parents, they fell in love They got married Yes, they got married, right They had me after they got married I think Oh, really? So you might have been conceived out of wedlock? I don't know. That's a fucking joke. That was a J shot to your grandmother, I bet, for sure. A thunderstorm while it was happening, while the process was going down. And what township was that in?

17:51Do you know? What town? Yeah. It was in North Turrell Top Best Resort in Cape Cod. I go there every year. I had to cut my trip short this year because I had to go to Shremer U. And it was the first year I left. And every year we go up a ton of families. Bring it up. It's the best. topmast North Trail Cape Cod is my Disney World wow and this is where you were conceived at as well place ever so you were conceived here now you go back there to the scene of the freaking beautiful crime we gotta go here you like seafood I don't know we just met yes I like seafood but I don't even know I would I would take you to the best lobster restaurant ever oh they got the lobsters god dude little lobster muck man I would love a little bit of lobster, but here, lobster gets to be too much if you have too much lobster at once.

18:41Do you notice that? Yeah, I know what you mean. So anyway, fast forward, I'm going to eat about 11 ounces of lobster at a time. What's that? I can only eat about 11 ounces of lobster at a time. How about four pounds? Uh-uh. You can handle that? All the meat. Nuh-uh. But four pounds, what's your body weight though? 125, 130. So you're saying you can eat 2 % of your body weight in lobster? Why not? Why not let it fly? Yeah, you're right Why not eat two pounds Of my own body weight in lobster, bro You want me to tell you the rest of the lore? Yeah, dude, can I tell you also I had a dream that There was a parrot And he I had a dream that somebody got you a parrot And it could say Shock o 'clock Bro We gotta get a parrot that says that Just that Yeah Choco clock Choco clock Yeah dude What color would it be?

That's all I'm saying. That is so funny. Dude, you know who would buy these for you? Probably has them in his yard. Who? Jake Paul. Has those? Yeah, dude. He lives in, I think, Puerto Rico. But he's got these in his yard. Oh, I'd love to go there. I'm Puerto Rican. You are? I'm Greek, Italian, and Puerto Rican. Oh my God. You're a freaking islander. I am. Dude, you were conceived at a United Nations meeting, huh?

21:06You telling me, look at this. He's got some... Is this a Jake Paul's house? I don't know. But he definitely has some parrots. Damn. I'm sure he's got a few parrots over there. That'd be crazy. Oh, he's like that.

21:47He looks like Tyron Woodley a little bit. Slap it around a little bit. Oh. You think that cobra feels any scared, more scared of this guy because the guy's jacked? Like, you think a snake can tell if you're jacked or not? I think the cobra knows it's so powerful, but this guy feels like he's one with that cobra, man. He'll pick up freaking bears and apes and all this crazy shit, man Oh my gosh, J. Shaw He's a legend What kind of And have you ever met this fella? Mike Holston. You like animals like that? I like animals like that. Yeah, I used to sell animals when I was growing up. What's your animal of choice, bro? I've heard that you have a few pets. I want you to guess. Oh, like my favorite animal or like what? I like that. I've heard that you have some pets. I've heard that you're... I don't. You don't have any pets. I wish I did. Really? I want a dog. I used to have three Wattweilers at different times.

23:06That was my thing. Big dogs. What made you get those? My dad just liked them. My mom loved them. They're a good guard dog, you know. And they just look cute, you know. Yeah. Oh, yeah, dude. My favorite animal is a bald eagle, though, because it could see when I can't. Because I have really bad eyesight, and I feel like my spirit animal is a bald eagle. Fuck, dude. It could see, like, everything, man. You know what I'm saying? You can see through people's BS. Oh, I love that, bro. Dude, imagine if one of them fucking picked you up, too. Those things can pick up a lot of stuff. I think it could pick me up.

23:42Dude, two bald eagles could definitely pick you up. Two? Yeah. I think so. How much can they say they can pick up? I bet you didn't need... Yeah, let's see how many bald eagles it would take to pick you up. 130 pounds. A bald eagle can typically lift you up three to four pounds. Yeah, see? Oh, I thought they could do more. They could take a little shock juniors. Oh, they could, yeah. They could be like, yeah. So how many would it take to pick up me? A little. Four pounds. A little shock nugget or whatever? Maybe like. Dude, what about. Dude, what about. 130. A pelican. Yeah, it would take probably 40.

24:17Let me see. It would be like 100 and. It would take 40 pelicans. It would take. No, it would take 40 eagles. I can't do math. I can't. Definitely can't do math. 45 to 50 bald eagles to carry a grown man well let's test it out

Read the full transcript

28:00so I liked this girl for so long every year we would go and her sister liked me too so one year there was this other girl that came cause it's all different families and I ended up liking her over this other girl and I kind of forgot about her and the next year I came back and then she forgot about me. She started messing with some other dude. So I was like, I got to make a move this year. So we're on a bed because we all had different rooms. They ran on the water. And we were all together. And I told one of my girlfriends, I'm like, yo, go get me some Oreo cookies. I got to do something. She goes to get the other cookies.

28:36She never comes back. And we're just talking about family getting personal. And I'm like, yeah, so you'll be okay, right, with all this family stuff happening? She goes, yeah. I'm like, I know you will. She's shocked. Right? Then she started crying. Oh. What happened? Did you kiss her really fast like a bird? No, I just, I did it. We were cool. I went back to my room and apparently she started crying. She sent me a text message. I'm so sorry, but I like somebody else. I'm like, it's all good. Next day, like, kept it kind of chill, but I was like, I waited too long. I'm convinced I would have been dating that girl till today if I didn't wait that long you know like you should have done it a summer before you mean exactly exactly dang dude love is wild like that love is wild she actually hit me up but love has a time on the vine yeah she's a great person great family love has a time on the vine where it gets ripe and then it falls off you know what I'm saying you think so yeah I think so man you just told me it's like well I think you're right about that I think you told me that.

29:44I don't know. I haven't had a girlfriend in 9 or 10 years. Wow. 2018 was the last time I had a girlfriend. Really? Last time I did anything. Dang. Yeah. So you got love on the brain, though. I got... So you got a lot of love to give. I got a lot of love to give and trying to receive it, man. Amen. You know? Bro, you put so much out there, man. Your energy is so just like, I don't know. It makes me, I think it makes, it reminds people to just be themselves. You have to be. The best that they can. Dude, I'll tell you this story. So one time we went to the beach and, uh, are you comfortable? Yes, sir.

30:23Okay. We went to the beach and, uh, it was like down in like Panama city or Destin or something. And at night, like the kids would go walk out on the beach at night. Like that was the thing. And you know, like if you were 14 or whatever, it was like right around that time, our parents like, yeah, you can go out to the beach. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Stay out of the ocean or whatever. But go have a good time. So during the day, we would go sneak liquor or something and bury it out in the sand or whatever. Then we'd go find it and dig it up later at night and drink it out there. Okay. But anyway, one night I'm out there.

30:54My buddy had met some friends. He's talking to them. So I'm kind of walking down the beach, and I met this gal. And so we start kind of talking. She's like, it's a full moon. She's talking about all this full moon stuff. and then we end up like going out in the water and kind of like um kind of kissing or whatever a little bit and so it was like very romantic you know and then we come back and we go back like over by the hotel or the motel whatever we're staying in and we got into like the lights that were over there and she was like 35 years old and i was like 14 or what and we just didn't realize i think like because it was dark out there we just didn't realize it was like a such an age difference and bro and so we just both like looked at each other we're like what the heck i think like the way the moonlight hit us you just couldn't tell you you hooked up with a cougar when you were 14 yeah brother and i was just i was out there on the beach just trying it but it was just that you know when you're out there in the summer that late night jam that love everything sounds everything sounds like yes everything sounds like love music too just the waves hitting The moon sounds like it just hit The smell The smell of seagulls eating raviolis I know The moon seems like it only came up just to watch people kiss You know You're getting like a painting An image right now I feel like we're at a beach Dude it's beautiful brother That's one thing about that love Especially that young love there's just something about it Bro when you'd be so nervous And you'd go to school dude that would be the craziest Bro I would get butterflies every time I saw this girl I would get fucking bald eagles in me Little bald eagles Yeah they're flying around eating my intestines That's how nervous I got Like I'd be standing there like this There's fucking nine parrots inside Would you throw up two times?

32:43Huh? Throw up Oh dude I threw up one time out of the window in class This one girl was so beautiful I just ran over to the window And just vomited right out of it Didn't even care And there was some kid out there studying or whatever Screw him I think now looking back with that I've only been in one relationship I think like oh yeah I always think like I wonder if she sees me oh sees you now like having some of your success doing your thing cause I feel like someone has gone up to a bar be like yo like you ever see this this dude be like that's with my ex and then I want that dude to be like well you you messed up you messed up you know but I never wish right you're not wishing you a real I've called her a million times she never picked up you know she blocked my number unblocked it haven't heard from her in like 10 years and it's just like i genuinely want to see how you're doing block o 'clock yeah is that what you said yeah dude you got block o 'clock bro the husby blocking it's bad no it's crazy man and what how did things fall apart between you and her i was immature mr vann i I was very immature.

33:52I feel like, dude, every time you call me Mr. Vonda, I feel like I teach driver's ed, dude. This is so good. Do you want me to call you Leo? Yeah, you can. I feel bad. No, you can call me whatever you want. All right. But it's great, though. It just shows who you are, bro. You got a level of respect in you. So we were dating for a year and a half, and I just, I was immature. Like, I was stupid. I didn't know what I wanted to do in life. I wasn't like a man. I wasn't tough. I didn't have any priorities, you know, any hobbies. He's like, I was just doing my thing, you know? I mean, I like music.

34:22I made music, but I think she sensed that. She's like, I'm going to be a pharmacist in college. What are you going to do? I'm like, ah, I'll figure it out. I'll major in something. Yeah. So she went her way, I went my way, and she broke up with me. But I think she cheated on me because she kept bringing up, like, this other guy. And I'm like, who the fuck is this? Rick or whatever his name was, Ricky? Who? Was his name Ricky or not? I just guess names. sometimes it wasn't Ricky was it Tony I think it was Tony of course it was Tony where was this at when? yeah 10 years ago in Long Island oh yeah yeah it was Tony it was definitely Tony I think she was hanging out with him type shit and it was just weird cause toward the end of the relationship I wasn't seeing her that much she was going out and um she called me over one day to go to the beach and She came out with a blanket Not a blanket, a hoodie, my hoodie And there was a baby in it?

35:23My bracelet And there was a baby in the hoodie? No Like E.T.? No, like she had a baby with the other guy, with Tony Like looking like E.T., remember E.T.? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah No, there was no baby I don't think there was Oh, God, thank God And it was all my shit No And she's like, here I'm like, why didn't you give this to me? And you just had a little bit of stuff? She had it all wrapped up in a hoodie? All my stuff It was my bracelet I gave it back to Jeremy We took a walk. I started crying. She started crying. And that was it. A couple months later, we tried to get back together. But her mom passed away.

35:55Nuh-uh. So I had to, like, try to help her through it. And she was going through a lot of shit, man. Oh. So it just didn't work out. And ever since then, that's it. That's been it. The only love shock I've ever had. Damn. And now it's weird because I don't know if a girl likes me for, like, my status, if I even have a high status or if they like me for who I am. And it's like I've been on different dating apps. I get matches. I don't get matches. And you don't know what's real. And it's just hard to find love because I'm such a sociable person. I talk to everyone. Like we go to the bar or something.

36:31I'm talking to everyone, girls, guys, making friends. And meanwhile, these girls are approaching guys. And I'm like, what the? Am I a brick wall? Am I invisible? Am I muted? it's like I can't land anything you know? Do you ever feel like that do you feel like, do you ever feel like you're always going to be alone? Is that a weird question? Um I've become comfortable with being alone because I'm grinding, like I'm just so hungry now to just work, make content I saw you eat fucking 12 nuggets I saw you eat freaking 12 nuggets dude 12 what? I saw you eat 12 nuggets somewhere Oh, I'm looking. Yeah, it was at Burger King, I think.

37:13Oh, I downed those. Dude, I saw you. Crown nuggets? I saw you eat those crown nuggets, yeah. It looks like I ate it. It looks like I ate it. Oh. It's part of the magic. That's the magic of Hollywood, huh? People think I'm eating all the food, but I'm really just putting it to the side, eating it after, bringing it home, giving it to someone, you know? Oh, that's the beat. There's not a lot of homeless people where I am, but if there is, I'll go out of my way and drop it off, you know? Well, these days you got to find them. It's like ever since, yeah, like that Pokemon Go. They've had like a lot of competition out there, I feel like.

37:46Because, dude, people were like, it's crazy when Pokemon Go came out. They're like a homeless Pokemon Go. No, but it's like before Pokemon Go, we had homeless people. It was like they were the Pokemon Go. And then they even digitized. So homeless people are like, what the fuck? I used to have some. Now there's just people would be like stepping over, like get out of my way, homeless guy. I'm looking for a digital Charizard. Oh, my God. So, yeah, things have just gotten different, man. But about the girls, you said that like now it's like so now you have more popularity, right? So that's one thing that I think a recognizability, that's another thing that I like to say.

38:23So it's like you get recognizability and then things do get a little bit confusing. But if you're a guy that's pretty close to their own feelings and close to their own emotions, I feel like you'd be able to clock pretty good If a girl is being real or not Definitely And then if you also are just looking to have something casual Just a little, you know A little something Yeah, just a little something Down to have a little something Yeah, just a little tickle Trying Yeah A little cuddle session Yeah, just a little freaking Popping a Blu-ray Yeah, a little dirty ravioli Blu-ray, bro And a blue chew A little medicina alfredo Yeah, bro You're walking playing with this little baby rattle I got in my pants here The freaking Lord's Manicotti bro The third thumb Put it in a stroller Yeah Oh dude Hey listen I'm trying I really am Oh I got the penis of a large toddler brother That's what I say With a binky Yeah yeah With a binky in his mouth Oh my god What are we talking about dude But yeah dude But you would be able to notice, bro Because I'm saying, if you're so much of a heart Which I think, you know That's who you are, right?

39:36You're so much of a guy who's like connected to the feelings You're a real guy You're gonna know if somebody's being real or not Yeah, I've had I went to this place in Port Washington And there was a group of girls Like all nines I call them a nickel and four pennies Nine out of nines And it was like their birthday weekend or something and me and my boy were out. It was me, my dad, and my two friends. And we got a couple of espresso martinis. I had like a mocktail or something. And all these girls were out there talking to us. My friend was taking a shit in the bathroom from the espresso martini, missing out on all the action.

40:17Oh, there's always that guy, yeah. My dad's talking to the bartender. And me and my boy are talking to all these girls. And they keep coming out like a stampede of girls. and we're talking, I'm talking to all of them. I'm talking to 10 girls at once. Jesus Christ. And one girl. That's like that movie 300 or whatever. I can talk to an infinite amount of girls at the same time. There's clips of it. Jay Shock, don't say that. I can. At the same time? At the same, I could like this. You said you can't even do math. Hey, how you doing? What's going on here? You good? Hey, I like your dress. Yeah, you like it?

40:47You like this? I'm just on the fly. Anyway, one girl, like, what do you, I see you on TikTok, like you're famous, I'm like, I guess, I'm not famous I'm like if you don't know me I'm not famous I don't like to say I never like to say I'm famous or something like that because I'm not I like to say I'm just an example of what you could be you know because that's being humble like God said that you know I'm just an example of what you could be you're just an example of what I could be you're like a mentor whatever because there's a lot of rumors out there there's people that say you're Alan I've heard you're Alan one of Alan Iverson's kids I've heard that before I could be freaking Shaq's kid from all we know I don't know Alan Iverson That's what I've heard.

41:27There's a lot of rumors out there. I could chew threes. Right? That's it, bro. That's all it takes. But anyway. But no, but also, I want to, let me just, I'm trying to think of what else. Oh, yeah, there's rumors that you were conceived during an episode of Jersey Shore, a reunion episode. You know? That's a, that's a. By who? Paulie B? Huh? I have no idea, dude. Paulie B and Snooki? Or JWoww? JWoww? JShock? Oh. Possibility. Bro, that's a way possibility. Bro, I had a crush on JWoww like crazy back then. Bro, who did? It is. God, diggity damn. Bro. Is that her? Yes. Who's she with now? Huh? Damn.

42:03Who's she with, dude? She's with us, bro, in our dreams, bro. For real. Oh, dude, her, a vodka sauce, put me to sleep, Ronnie. My God. God. Is that Ronnie? Look, we both got bad vision, dude. Whoever he is, how about this? We love her so much, we don't care if he stays around. We don't care. Yeah. Oh that's Zach right there Zach? That's Zach right there Oh you know what actually I met him before He's great Great guy Could I have this? Yeah you can have it You gonna take it home You don't wanna have it now Celsius I'm gonna have a heart attack I can't drink caffeine Or energy drinks You can do it I'm gonna take a sip Take a couple I can't believe your friend Was shitting at the bar Yeah You know I was talking to the girls That's freaking amazing That's crazy I'll have a little with you Can we do a little cheers?

42:56Yeah, we can. It's Celsius o 'clock. Do we have to look the same at each other or not? Mm-hmm. Yeah. I'll get to sipping. It's chocolate o 'clock.

43:09Delicious. That's really good. Dude. Okay, so this is a little. So now, this girl. That does have caffeine in it, man. He'll be fine. How much caffeine can you have before we get a pick? I'm not going to have that much. Before we get a pick you up or whatever. How much can you have? I normally have like a quarter. Okay. Do I need a monitor or are you going to monitor it? I got it. Okay. You see me pass out. Well, no. Yeah, well, yeah. I don't care if you pass out. I start twitching. No, I don't. I just don't want you to hump at the first. I don't care if you pass out. You're fine. We got, you know, I think Trevor's registered CPR or whatever.

43:38At least he learned online. Oh, yeah. But yeah, I just don't want you ruining these throw pillows. No, I'm not. I'm not. Okay. She is asking me how much money I'm making. Nuh-uh. Like, she's like, how many views do you get? Like, did the money come from the views and all this stuff? I'm like, I'm not telling you that. Like, I don't talk about money like that. And like, I was. Was it one of those view diggers? Yes. There's a lot of those view diggers, dude. Yeah. View diggers are the worst, bro. For real. Oh, that's a good term. Like that. Like you have the gold version, then you have the view version.

44:11Oh, yeah. View diggers are the worst, bro. I'm like, get on. Cloud chaser. Yeah. You know? Yeah. And I got like four of their numbers. I was going to say you were interested. And I was like, which one of you wants to go on a date with me? And they were right in their hand. And I'm like, all right, let's go get sushi. Nothing ever happened. That's how everything always happens. I go, I get the confidence, ask her out. We go nowhere. That's how it happens. Dude, I freaking met this girl, I'll tell you this, not even that long ago. And she texted me. And then, I guess I messed up. Let's do one more little cheers.

44:46I kind of enjoyed that, dude. Bro, I feel like I'm watching. Dude, do it one more time. I feel like I'm watching your video. Chaggle cluck Chaggle cluck You really gotta make a noise when you sip it too Whoa Whoa, a little gargle at the end, huh? The old Italian mating call I'm good, brother I just passed out You only get one more sip, okay? Okay, one more later And you can't have it too close to bed either It's so good I know What is the flavor? Huh? I don't know I think this is antipasta or whatever We got something special because we knew A little mortadella flavor Yeah, we knew we'd have some Italians in here today Oh yeah, we got some Gnocchi Hell yeah Oh, I was telling you this story about a freaking date or something Yeah, dude So this girl, we ended up texting And then I sent her, I was just having like a date Sometimes I like sending voice notes better than text Do you ever do that?

45:44Oh, hell yeah Or like you voice the text message They'll type it out for you But the voice memo is good Because they like to hear your voice Yeah I heard girls like that Dude, I freaking heard girls like that too And so I sent this girl one And I sent this girl one And um Dude, and it was like I was You ever notice when you're in your bag When you're talking You're like, oh dude, I'm feeling good I'm confident Everything's good I sent her like a nice voice It was funny and everything Nothing Nothing Nothing Unbelievable. Did you fart in the voice memo? No, I just was normal. You didn't like sound like deeper, high.

46:27What did you say? Oh, I told her, I said I met this Christian water skiing group and I was at a lake last week and that I, and it was fun and that, yeah, things were going pretty well and that and then, oh, I asked her, yeah, I said, do you have a husband or anything? Because I didn't know she had a husband because I didn't want to be messaging someone that had a husband. That's like, you got a call. There's certain If you say that That's safe forever I like the call Like you don't want to have anything Saved on voice Or text But why did I say that was wrong You just said it Do the voice now You said you liked it Husband No but I said Do you have a husband I don't want to be messaging Some lady that have a husband That's what I was saying I think you just go in line Figure it out Find out What do you mean That's what I did And I didn't get Nothing I didn't figure out I figured it out That she was not interested I guess I don't know But I don't know.

47:20I sent a nice voice to her. She wasn't into it. Yeah. So it's okay. We don't need to feel bad about it. She missed out. She missed out. Right? You know what I say? I don't feel bad about it. They can't see greatness. So why should you settle for less? Why? Yeah. If you can't see greatness, baby, I'm like, look, I can't. I ain't buying you glasses, girl. You know? Literally. Dang. What else? Oh, what else, dude? I gotta know a little bit more about the origin story Because there was so many Rumors Oh so many rumors dude There was ones that you were like conceived near power lines That was one I'm trying to think of what else Oh you were like a data center baby or whatever That's a big rumor going around That you were a data center baby That like if you cracked you open you'd have a bunch of data in your neck Or whatever Could be a robot A bunch of recipes or a bunch of episodes of euphoria in your neck wires.

48:15Yeah, wires or something. Like Italian rainbow cookies in me. Yeah, dude. Bro, that'd be so good, bro. It's just a - Coming up with cannolis come out of me. It's just a fucking bunch of brave cannolis come out. Oh, that'd be so good, though, dude. Bro, you could be an Italian superhero. I could see you being an Italian superhero because we need a new one. Who's the latest one? Who's the what? Who's the latest Italian superhero? Maybe Pauly D and Vinny? Who's the latest one? Has there ever been an Italian superhero? Tony Soprano? Could be it. Who the hell is an Italian? Is Iron Man Italian? I don't know.

48:56Iron? Rob? Tony Stark? No, that's not. Iron? Sounds like Dutch or whatever. Oh. No. Bruce Banner? That's gotta be Italian. Bruce Banner, yeah. No, that's German. Banner's German. Banner? Bruce. But he was green. He wasn't green during the day. What Marvel character is Italian? Yeah. Are Italians being fairly represented in the Marvel Universe? Look that up. Are Italians being fairly represented? In the Marvel Universe? In the Marvel Universe. Because if not, we'll fucking leave. You feel me? Who is this? Italian representation in the Marvel Universe is a mixed bag, viewed by many fans and cultural critics as historically lacking in depth.

49:41While Italian-American characters like The Punisher, Frank Castle Oh, yeah, The Punisher Not bad He's awesome Have you seen that show? Oh, dude, yeah, people admire him a lot People are making Halloween costumes out of him He's awesome, man He was in The Walking Dead originally He's a great actor But what else did it say about the Italians? I wanted to read a little bit more of that Because that's a great question Our iconic direct Italian nationality Is often neglected at mobsters Like Count Nefaria stereotypes Or occasional background characters Wow There are very few major Italian Or Italian American superheroes You can see that?

50:24I can't see any one of those words He's got it zoomed in pretty good That's probably a 56 font I don't know how I drive Damn you're allowed to drive? I mean like That thing is going to be that size on the road. I wouldn't let you drive a Doberman, homie. I drive. I haven't been in an accident, knock on whatever, God forbid. Really? Yeah. I drive a normal car, but now I drive a Tesla because it drives for you. Oh, it's so nice. So like if you want to have some fun on the way home, when a shorty put on a self-drive, it just... But bro, if you put it in self-driving, you put your feet up like that, bro.

51:01You do anything you want, man. That's pretty legendary, bro. I just like this. I love how everything's a carnival ride to you, dude. You could be sitting in anything. You're just like, we, yeah, this is it, bro. It's fast as hell. Holy shit. What are you fucking 90 years old there, bro? That don't even look like you, dude. 90? What is this? A-I-G-E, dude? What app did they use? That's crazy. This is shock GPT. Bro, bro. You need to shock your stem cells, bro. Bro, your shit is, bro, this isn't fucking real. What are we doing here? This shit is, what are you, what are you driving through? A Rutgers pep rally, dude?

51:43Where are you? That was in a random fucking lot. Are you sure, dude? This looks like one of the night scenes in, uh. Dexter. No, in Breath of the Wild. It looks like you're driving through. What are you fucking driving through right there? It's not even real. The game? Breath of the Wild, the game? Yeah. You played that? Yeah, I played that game. Oh, shit. I like that game. I didn't like the second one that they made The Kingdom Yeah it just was too much We had to put rims on the freaking They wanted you to put You had to build shit I know Those are really good games though Oh they were great games But you had to put rims on the fucking I know what you're talking about Like the boat or whatever Like the Yes Yeah the craft Yeah Like that They wanted you to buy rims in this shit I'm like this shit's getting a little too urban for me I love video games so much man They're good I think part of me Like the lore is from cartoons and video games.

52:35Why I'm so sociable? Because I love colorful things. I like things that move. I like animation. I love animation. You ever see that Spider-Verse movie? Mm-mm. Oh, my God. There's a new one that just came out. There's a new Spider-Man that just came out. I know, I know. My friend's going to see it today. But Spider-Verse, you'll trip out without even doing anything. It just makes you go crazy. Uh-uh. Yeah. I haven't even seen it, Spider-Verse. Dude, it's unreal. One of my favorite movies. Yeah, dude. We just got to learn more about the lore because there was all kind of stuff. I heard that you were not even conceived.

53:07You just spawned out of the chimney of like a Buca di Beppa or something. I've heard a lot of crazy. Well, it's on Chocopedia. Where did you find it? I just heard this stuff, dude. I heard that they just found you like you were just in a bassinet in one of those dishwashing things at a macaroni grill. They just found you in there. I mean, at this point, I might have been dropped off by a freaking UFO. Yeah, dude, I like that. Who knows? Who knows? There's just a lot of good rumors. But that's the best is the lore, bro, is just finding out how it started, you know? Yeah. Because, yeah, there's all kinds of stuff.

53:43There's rumors. I got a lot of crazy lore. Yeah, you weren't even born. You just climbed out of an anthill in Sicily or whatever. Yeah. You know? There's all kind of like crazy rumors out there. You know? I've never even been to Italy. You haven't? Never been outside of Italy? I never know how to do the country. No way, dude. Because my mom has a bad equilibrium, so she doesn't fly anywhere. Nuh-uh. Like, man up. Just man. Look at this. Freaking. Wow. Freaking, uh, what would you call that superhero name? This guy? But that doesn't even look like you. That doesn't. Does it? No, I know that picture.

54:20Um, so, but, yeah, so take me back to, let's go back a little, right? Take me back to when the shock O 'clock was at zero, right? Like when I was born? Yeah Okay, I was born April 9th, 1999 And I heard you stayed in the incubator for like 40 seconds And you were like, I'm out You know like the hand solo freezer? They had me in that Because I was too hot when I came out And I got struck by lightning when I came out They had to cool me down in that Because I was frozen like this Yeah As a baby bro that's perfect dude you know in the past i uh i felt like i was just too hesitant to invest i always was just kind of holding my money and going to work you know and i was like well i'll put it in next week or let me do some research and then but then a week would turn into a month and a year and you know that's how it was and so many of us we only focus on where our money is today at the moment acorns helps us because Acorns is the financial wellness app that cares about where your money is going tomorrow.

I don't know my earliest memory, but I know like kindergarten, I was looking at paper like this.

56:43And they called my parents to school. They're like, your son can't see shit. he's looking at the paper like it's like a playboy. Oh, damn, bro. But you think you were seeing anything or you think you thought there was something on it and you just didn't know? No, no, I couldn't see. So now I have thick glasses. I didn't bring them. I should have brought them. And they're like, they had to test my eyesight and see what was going on. Could you see anything? It was bad. It was blurry. Like a worm or something? Because worms can't even see. Can a worm see? Look that up. A worm? Yeah. A worm. You know what I'm saying?

57:20How much could you see? I mean, I could see. I just can't see little things. Okay. Yeah. So you can't see the haters then? I was born with like a really, really rare condition, which is why I can't see or hear that good. You want me to say what it is? Yeah, is it all right? Kenny, like from South Park, Kenny. Kenny Caffey syndrome. Kenny Caffey? Kenny Caffey syndrome. It's so rare. I thought he fucking played for the Mets. Kenny Caffey. Kenny Caffey. It sounds like a freaking rap artist. Yeah. Yo, Kenny Caffey's dropping a new mixtape next week. It sounds like a rap artist out of Buffalo, dude.

57:57Dude, the doctors, they don't even know what I have. Of course they don't, dude. They're like, he's got Kenny Caffey, you know? Yeah, he's got Kenny Caffey. Yeah, they're just naming fucking, he's like, he's got Benny Ogbionne fucking, you know, arms or whatever. They're just naming shit from the past, you know? Oh my God, man. Wow, Kenny Caffey syndrome is classified as primary bone dysplasia. Oh, dysplasia, dude. My buddy's Australian Shepherd has that. It's a growth hormone deficiency. It's a hip thing, huh? Sometimes it can be in your hips too, I think. Meaning it is a disorder of how bones form and grow.

58:32Yeah. I don't produce growth hormone. Nuh-uh. Because I have an underdeveloped pituitary gland, and I don't produce calcium. So I got to take all different, like I have to take injections for that, and I have to take pills or else I'll have a seizure and fucking die, which is what almost happened when I was seven or eight. Did they know, when did they know you had kidney caffeine? When I was born. When I was born, because when I'm born, How'd they get you to admit it? Because I don't think you're a snitch. I was big. What happened? I was an oversized baby. I was like freaking eight to 10 pounds.

59:07Nuh-uh. And people that have my condition are big babies and their eyes look a little bit weirder So out the gate they knew you had it? Oh they knew They probably diagnosed me from different things Because you probably didn't admit you had it Because I had a seizure I had a seizure when I was like One or two years old So that was the actual J-Shock Fuck Why did I do that? It's dark But hey out of dark comes light Let's go, amen brother Amen. But when I was seven, I was sick, like really sick, and I was throwing up all my medication. And that night, I used to watch movies with my mom and fall asleep, and I slept in her room that night, and thank God I think that I would have died.

59:56I legitimately would have died. Because I had a seizure, and I woke up in the hospital, but when I was having a seizure, I was like shaking, and she caught me and called the ambulance, called my neighbor and I woke up in the hospital like, what happened? She's like, you had a seizure. Oh. And that was when we had to talk about, you know, getting better medication and making sure that I don't mess. Because I was sick. Like, I was very sick and I was throwing up and the doctor was like, he'll be fine. Yeah, he just had a bad ravioli or whatever. Yeah, he'll be fine. He almost died then. That's okay.

1:00:33Yeah, he just been, yeah. That's what happened. Don't put any more gravy in his bottle or whatever. Exactly. God, that's crazy, dude Man, thank you, Debbie, right? Thank you, Debbie Mama shock For being there, man Crazy, right? A mother's love that she just wanted you there with her that night That's pretty special, man I cracked my skull open two times With what? My head I fell off a stage Oh, I thought you meant with something Like some crazy guy or whatever Like a lightning bolt? Yeah, like, look, I'm a pinata and just fucking hit yourself A watch? Yeah, yeah Like a Rolex and slam it on my head.

1:01:08Yeah. Oh. What the fuck? No, I was on a stage playing a game at a Christmas party. Wait, what happened? So take me in. How do you break it? Wait, wait. So what happened? Well, one, I fell down the stairs with a kid. And then two, I fell off of a stage. I was sitting like backwards like this. And we were playing like a little basketball game where you flick it and it's true to the thing. I must have flicked too hard and I fucking fell back. Dang. Cracked my skull open. It was bad, dude I still remember that You ever have those moments of pain Where you could still feel them today? Oh, bro I could still feel my head hitting that tile, man Yeah, I was jumping around on something when I was a kid I jumped and this corner of my head hit something Broke it open And sometimes I can still feel it a little bit Damn And I have a weird shaped head I don't know if you noticed this You can put your finger there Let me see Ooh And a lot of people online say it's a headset advance.

1:02:06Let me touch one more. Let me do it one more time. Is that it? Ooh, wow. That's cool. Yeah. That's a shock button, huh? The shock button. Hey, don't press this. It's like, Hey, you should get one of those things like on the top of a ladder. It's like, uh, don't, not a step or whatever. Yes. That's it. That's my head. Damn shock. So what do you have to do? Do you get that filled in or whatever? My head? Or yeah. Like what do you do? Do you put like a hardener in there or something like how do you get it to uh or you got to protect that spot at all costs no no it's just just there i mean i wish i could chisel it up a little bit but it's exposed though a little is it no i mean you can't see it but if you feel around yeah i feel like you can find that one kind of entry point You know what I'm talking about?

1:02:56Yeah. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, I don't want to, you know what I'm saying? I think I could put a quarter right there and it would sit there. Yeah, that'd be cool. Like, this wouldn't move. Oh, that's good, huh? Right? Yeah. Let's go. Shock city, dude. So, but, um, and then how did your hearing get bad? So, through, like, grade school, middle school, like, I had to get, like, enlarged textbooks. because I had to give a little step stool to put my feet on because they would dangle. They still freaking dangle. And around— Your legs seem long to me, man. Yeah, my neck's long. Bro, your neck is just your head's leg.

1:03:36Exactly. That's facts. I kept saying what, and I couldn't hear very good, and we had to take an audiologist test. How did you know you couldn't hear very good? Do you remember? I was just saying what a lot, and I wasn't getting good notes in class because I was missing a lot. I'm like, what did you say? It was crazy. I remember the first time I got hearing aids and they put them in, I cried. Oh. Because I was like, man, I never, I got goosebumps. I never heard shit like this, you know? Oh, really? You could hear stuff? Yeah, different frequencies, different like, you know, a hi-hat and a music, a little cymbal.

1:04:12I heard that, like birds chirping and shit. Uh-uh, and you'd never known the, and you'd never really conceptualized. Yeah, because how would you know? Like I've heard them, but I forgot what they sounded like. Oh, because you got in bed. Even like music, like it was so unclear. Now when I put headphones on, like it's better. I can't wear AirPods because if I take these out, we should do a hearing exam right now. Yeah, can I put one in? What did he say? Oh, yeah, sorry. Can I put one in? It doesn't fall in your ear. Be careful. I don't want it to fall on your ear. Oh, you got these little... That's the right one.

1:04:54Okay. That's the right one. That's these little black olives, homie. Little sound cannolis. Let's put it up to your ear. Can you hear me? Is it in? Yeah. Can you hear louder? Yeah, dude. Right? Bro, I can hear you. Is it like a lot louder? I'm hearing... I'm getting a lot of reverb, too. I'm getting some other shit, too. I think it's some Chris Brown that's coming in. Could you hear Allen Iverson? I'm getting... Yeah, I can hear Allen Iverson saying you're late for dinner. He's pissed at you. Can you hear the alien, the track? I can hear Mike Piazza. He's complaining about something. He's denying something.

1:05:33A thunderstorm? I can hear a thunderstorm. I can hear that movie Frequency playing. What else? Oh, I can hear about 70 fire trucks. You hear the parrots? Shaka-clack! I can hear them. Yeah, they're all there, dude. There they are. They just showed off. You summoned them. Bro, you are not of this world, J-Shock. I'm not on this world? Is that what you said? Oh, yeah. You can't hear me. Sorry. I thought you were messing with me. I can't hear you. Bro, put it in and I'll tell you something. What the fuck is going on, dude? Okay. Dude, first of all, you need it. You're picking up like 70 different houses around here.

1:06:20I'm picking up planets. Yeah, bro. Solar system. I could hear somebody putting in their Paramount Plus password. Like, there's shit in there. I couldn't even hear it, dude. I could hear it. I'm in their Netflix login. Yeah, dude. I just heard you got two text messages from Lacey you didn't reply to. I heard like 70 things all at once, bro. It's too much, dude Bro, that was a lot, bro You know the best thing, though? When I take him out, I can't hear anything So when I go to sleep, I just crash I don't hear alarms Matter of fact, coming here I almost missed a flight So when I slept Dude, what do you mean almost a flight?

1:07:02Just hire 50 eagles, you gooner I know, right? To take me? I slept on a pillow, like on a couch The whole week I was at in Cali And the pillow was here and the phone was here. I didn't hear the alarm. I slept through it. I slept through it, Mr. Vaughn, and I almost didn't come in. Mr. Vaughn, am I somebody's stepdad? Theo, Theo, Theo. Thanks, it's okay. I accept Mr. Vaughn. It just hurts. I missed the Uber. I didn't hear him knocking on the door. I wake up, and I'm like, you got to call into the Uber. We're not going to make it. I missed the alarm. I slept right through because I can't hear shit.

1:07:33But how good do you sleep, brother? Excellent. But not really, though. I don't get sleep because I can't sleep. I'm up all night till like 5 a.m., 5.30. What are you doing? What do you mean? Why? Oh, I stream till like 1 or 2, and then I'm just editing or coming up with new content ideas and just studying like work, other people's work, and trying to make my own thing, you know? Dude, you're the best, man. So are you. Thanks, bro. Mr. Theo. Hey, Mr. Shock. Mr. Shock. Yeah. What was the hearing aids? Yeah. Yeah, dude, that's fascinating. I never got to hear him before Did it make you feel any type of way Like was it hard to develop Like Did it affect how you felt about yourself Some of that stuff or no Like how I felt for other people Yeah just like did it affect like how you felt about yourself Like the fact you had to have a hearing I used to wear the over the ear ones And that was like pretty obvious Like when I was I had a girlfriend And when we would make out It would just be like It would sound like this and we're getting like we're getting out of business and you're she's like upload me some wiener uploading data so I had to like take them out downloading so I couldn't even hear this girl moan when I you know it was like I was like she was moaning I was like one more time she hit the you know I'm like one more time you know Chuck O 'Clock I felt a little bit uncomfortable for a while wearing them but I got used to it you know the more mature and everything I'll tell you a crazy story I played rugby in college what?

1:09:25where did you go to school online? how in the fuck did you play rugby in college bro I swear to god look it up Look it up. Malloy University. Malloy? You're not going to find it. It's on my Instagram. I'm like, wait. You're not going to find it, dude. Instagram way down. You'll see a picture of me. I played the number 15 spot. Fuck yeah. And it was all the way on the end. And we had an alumni game, the first game we played. And I wore my over-the-ear hearing aid like an idiot. Theo, I rocked this kid so hard that I poked an ear in my eardrum with my hearing aid. You poked a hole in your eardrum?

1:10:03And yes, with the hearing aid, I decked him and the hearing aid pushed in and poked a hole. I was able, because I vaped at the time, I was able to blow smoke out of my ear. No way. I have the clip. Yeah, I have the clip of me and it was come out of my ear. Oh, dude, in Syracuse, New York, that's a mating call. Blowing vape smoke out of one of your ear holes? Where in Syracuse? Yeah. Oh, my God. That's a fucking mating call over there, brother. I know. It's crazy. I played a lot of different sports. Wait, you found it? You see that? Bro, that's fucking nothing, bro. That's how you hail a taxi in Norfolk, Virginia, bro.

1:10:41Just blowing a little vape smoke. Like a Thomas the Tank engine. Yeah, dude. I love that. Now we gotta get a pair, man. Bro, let me tell you this. As a gift, will you let me get you one? It's gotta be green. Bro, I think they only come like that. And you can only have a little more, okay? I think I'm feeling it, Master Krabs.

1:11:08I feel like we've done a good job so far. Do you guys feel like that? It's been really cool. Yeah. It's been fun. And it's been awesome, and it's been informative, man. And I think the best thing, man, about our conversation so far is I think I get a real feel for who you are. Thank you, sir. As a person. I don't know. It's just cool, man. We haven't gotten into, like, the how I got into, like, content more. We're going to get that. That's exactly where we're going to head. We're about to head into Streamer U. We're about to start into content. But, yeah, man, I just think you start to get a feeling of who somebody is.

1:11:39And I think it just makes me feel excited that there's people in the world who still feel or still just trying to be themselves, you know? Right. And I think we're all just trying to be ourselves. Yes. Oh, dude, I have to tell you about this. I can't before we move on. Shout out to my friend. His name is Solomon Williams. He is a rugby player, and he played on Cal Rugby. He won the National Player of the Year. I just want to bring a picture of him up. Their whole family's great. Definitely not better than me. Salmi, you heard him, bro. He's challenging you. No, no, no. He's right there in the middle.

1:12:15He's the other one. Jesus. Yeah, he's that one. That guy? Yeah. And if you've just seen that picture of those guys, you might not have picked him out of those guys. He played rugby? Oh, dude, he's the number one player in the country last year. He's got that jawline of a rugby player. One of the best guys. Damn. That guy's one of the best. Shout out him. Shout out Cal Rugby. Fair play to the boys. But anyway, you told me that, dude, and he popped into my head, bro. That's funny. And just before we move on, you really played rugby? Yes, I did. And did you guys practice and train and everything?

1:12:49I tried practicing. I couldn't even run half a mile. What? We had to go run to the fence and back. I would be tripping and falling. My stamina is terrible You ever see me run? I saw you at Stream of You Alright

1:13:08Let me see it again, hold on I don't know if it's duck Alright

1:13:16Try one more time Can you do it one more time for me? I want to make sure we got this Let's start back from over there Because I feel kind of what you're saying about the duck thing But I don't know if I Alright I feel it's like a like a dad that had like a one more time sorry I think I can't remember good

1:13:39that's okay oh there's a camera there that one you look like somebody that's like left something somewhere every time you run it looks like somebody that left something somewhere and they're going to get it is that camera good? I don't know that's like a peek at it yeah I can't run well then how do you play rugby then? I ran. What? You figured it out? I could hit people hard. Okay. I got a bit of muscle on me. Jack shock. Oh, dude, bro. Hit the shock. If I could jerk off with those arms, bro, I wouldn't leave the house, dude. Spraying shit out of the planet. And is that a crazy thing to say? What are we even talking about?

1:14:15Sorry, dude. You're of age, right? I'm 27. Oh, great. We're good there in here. We're just a couple of Italian guys. You know what I'm saying? We're just a couple of out-of-work Italians. That's all we are. I don't know. I wasn't – I'm athletic, but, like, it's a lot of – it takes a lot of energy for me. Like, we walked here in Nashville around. I was dying. Yeah. You know? It can be a lot. I'm like this. What did you – but what was y 'all's team name, the team name you played with? The Malloy Rugby Lions. Malloy Lions. Oh, yeah, the Lions. That's a good name. Brisbane Lions, I was a fan of theirs, but they're Australian football.

1:14:56But all right, so if you could go back in time, is there a sport that now in looking back strategically based on you and your abilities you think you would have been great at if you'd applied yourself? Is there one? I think basketball I probably had the best shot because I was really good at shooting threes. A couple clubs of me playing basketball at Dreamer U, but I love basketball. Football was too small for it. Baseball was, baseball was another one, though, like Little League. Like that shit, man. Oh, dude, your strike zone is the size of a Zen can. These? No, your strike zone is probably the size of a damn Zen can.

1:15:33Oh, yeah, right? Yeah. Hit dingers right there, man. Oh, dude, you would have walked every. I walked a lot. Oh, yeah. But I also hit a couple dingers. I remember I got my first double and my dad missed it because he was driving the fire engine in Queens. My mom saw it. That was like a good moment. I used to pitch a little bit too. Did you? I have a gun. I have a freaking. I could see it. I could throw a football far, baseball far. Probably basketball though. Because I liked it. Yeah. I was on my high school team. You were? There's pictures everywhere. You can find them. I didn't. You guys got to bring those up.

1:16:07We do our research, but we don't try to make it too much like a, you know. I scored, I scored, I think, 13 points the whole season. Nuh-uh. Or 19. That's good. My dad, my uncle's like, you know that's how much people get in a game? Top 5 score Yeah The team sucked Dude yeah the freaking team sucked What was the team called? The Gales The Gales dude It's a breeze I think That's you playing rugby That's rugby man Let's go No cap That's before I had my jaw surgery So look how different I look Dude yeah you did look different What was it about? What was the jaw surgery? When did that come in? That came in, um, that kid behind me is a lightweight.

1:16:57Obviously, that kid. Look at him. He's fucking. We had to do, like, um, what's it called in a frat where you, like, horse around? Something with an age. Hazing or whatever? Hazing. So we had to do that, like a warm-up, like get into the brotherhood. And we did, like, drinking challenges. Yeah. Then we just hand it to the kid behind me because they didn't like him. felt so bad this kid couldn't drink either he couldn't after after half a beer he would get drunk and he would like pass out oh we got him messed up he looks like he'll drink half your nuts to be honest with you but i don't know him bro and also blessings dude we can't be roasting this fucking kid we don't even know him but look at the i'm sorry don't don't say his name you know his name.

1:17:42I'm so sorry. You brought him up, dude. And first of all, bro, why didn't your parents put you in the sun a little bit? They got you fucking out of here looking like a marshmallow that fucking plays soccer, dude. They got you out of here looking like a... I look green. Bro, you look like a white, I'm gonna call it, dude. You look like... A fucking pelican. Bro, yeah, you look like a fucking... You look like an egg that fucking got... that's doing his own thing for the day or whatever, bro. I look like a gas bubble.

1:18:17What are we talking about, dude? Like one of those cartoon gas bubbles. Oh, yeah, definitely, dude. Damn. Like a little fart. Oh, yeah, you look like a fucking, yeah. You look like a fart from Europe, dude. You look like something somebody would throw and a dog would bring back, bro. But a strong dog. You know what I'm saying? Not a little fucking. Dude, yo, straight flaming me. sorry bro I'm joking I'm joking bro that is so funny I'm joking bro and look at the guy behind you trying to be black he just put a bunch of dirt on his legs that's bullshit I hate it when dudes do that I hate that dude that guy's and then he even wore like the black sleeves like look I'm black that guy's not even black dude bro how could three dudes be three different colors and all live in the same country too on this picture oh my god oh my god this dude's crazy And this is FIFA, dude.

1:19:12This is the problem we're having since they expanded the tournament and let more teams in. Look at my jawline, how bad it is. I thought the jawline was solid, bro. Yeah, it's before my surgery. What'd they do? They broke my top and bottom jaw and realigned it. Jesus Christ. Type in J-Shock jaw surgery. It'll come up. Who were they? Did you get their license plate? No, the doctor didn't. Were you having trouble feeding or whatever? Feeding? Or eating or whatever? Feeding. I don't know what you're doing. Bro, at this point, everything. No, this is the newer one. You got to go to the old one. What is going on, Jay Shaw?

1:19:48I had to have corrective jaw surgery because of my calcium deficiency. And they had to start by, because I have all baby teeth. These are all, you want to show you? Yeah, let me see a couple of them. Oh, wow. Baby shark. It's like a dinosaur. Those are worth money. They're the baby ones, right? Mm-hmm. You that nibbler. So it's on YouTube.

1:20:13It's JShock99 jaw surgery on YouTube. But anyway, I had to get new teeth. So in order to get new teeth, they had to start by realigning my jaw. So I was out of work and school for like three or four months because they blew up my jaw. They had to break my top and bottom. I look like a freaking Kardashian model. You're going to see the picture. It's crazy. It was the most pain I've ever been through. I couldn't even do this. My mom had to feed me soup and water through a syringe. Oh. And they put me on like. Choco clock. Like, they put me on the Choco clock. They did? I had a bottle of Choco clock.

1:20:50Nuh-uh. It was bad. Did you have one of those feeding bottles or whatever? No, I don't know if I could talk about what I was on. Like, prescribed. Oh, you were on medication. Strong medication. Was it scary? No. It was awesome? For a little bit. Oh, yeah. But it's dangerous, that stuff. You know, you can't be doing that shit. Oh, yeah. But Elden Ring came out around the time I was on the Shock O 'Clock Potion. It was fun. Elevator Ring? Oh, the ring camera? No, Elden Ring. Elden Ring, the game. And it just, like, it was crazy, man. It took away the pain, but it was, like, it was crazy. Yeah. I wonder what games go best with pills or whatever.

1:21:29Hmm? I wonder what games go best with pills. I don't even know. Anything that is a video game, probably. You got to pull up that picture, though. I have it. You want me to show you? Yeah. Oh, my God, bro. That looks like you and Sketch. This is really you, dude? That's me. There it is. There it is. Look at it. Look how swollen I am. Oh, yeah. You look like you're saving something for winter. That's crazy, Jay. There's like a screenshot or a B-roll or overlay of the pictures. Look how you've been drinking breast milk for 40 years Sucking And mucking, look at this Oh fuck Look like you're sucking on a tit off of the LIE In the Tesla Like this You look like you fucking Got a tough hit on some jersey tit Right over there Some fucking turnpike nipple That's what got a hold of you brother The LIE nipples Look like you were trying to give up damn look like you were trying to slurp on something in bumper to bumper traffic right there brother that's a tough look dude isn't that crazy it is dude god you've been through so much man i've been through so much the oh like real talk i know and just your resiliency man and your attitude your ability to have a positive attitude it's so funny man i think seeing you today is like and i hate to even make this about myself but like it's just what i needed i needed to be reminded of like that like everybody is dealing with stuff we're all going through things that we got this right and the way to do it is just is is to keep positive you know i've been through some more psychological shit um i don't know how deep you want me to get into it but could we talk about that stuff yeah what was one of the tougher times that you dealt with you feel like like when it comes to like some of your mental like mental health and emotional health that sort of thing We can talk about like weed.

1:23:31Yeah. We can? Yeah. So I used to smoke a lot of weed when I was younger, like high school, college, or college mainly. And I was addicted to the pen, called the Benjamin. I had a Rick and Morty pen. Benjamin Button, they called you, I bet. Something like that, yeah. And I was in Cape Cod, my homeland, right, where I was born. And I was drinking, I was smoking, not getting sleep. I was sleep deprived. and it's like a mixture of everything. And then I did it so much that I went into psychosis. From hitting that pin? For over a month. And I was, it was bad. I was checked into multiple hospitals. I was in a psych ward for over a month.

1:24:14And while I was, how I got, why this happened is because. Did you get 5150'd or whatever? Did you get 5150'd it's called or something? 51. You're in a psych ward, go on. Oh, sorry. and before I got there I was working at Home Depot that was my first real job and I felt like people were following me like I was ringing up the same four customers all day I was hearing voices in my head and then I get in my car and I'm like dad people are following me I would say red car I want a red car it was only weird little coincidences that were happening but that's what happens when you're in psychosis like these quits things happen shit seems so real so I ended up getting home I thought my dad was recording me we had like a fucking fist fight like it was bad dude are you accused him of recording you?

1:25:05no I thought cameras were recording me but there weren't I thought my whole life was being broadcasted where did you think that your dad was hiding the cameras? on his phone cause every time he was on the phone like the camera looked like it was recording me oh you thought it was recording you yeah so I ran to my neighbor's house what did you tell the neighbors You knock on the door You just go I said my parents Are trying to do some shit Like And they're like Oh you're good You're good Trust me And you're like Oh no I was playing GTA And in the game There was like Things happening in the game Like I was getting Pulled over in the game And like I thought Like all this stuff Was happening Because of like Like I did something wrong It was so weird Theo Like I can't even explain it Was it scary too?

1:25:45Was it scary also? Yeah It was really scary They were telling me Either you take the medicine or we check you into a psych ward. And the psych ward I was in was all of younger people. When I was there. Did you have a sport? Did you have like a volleyball team? Did you have a sports league or anything in there? No. Like a psych ward sports unit? Or yeah, like a... No, they had a basketball court. And I'll tell you, I was shooting full court shots. Like it was like nothing. Because the drugs they had you on in that hospital were like limitless. Ever see Limitless movie? It was like a pill that it unlocked all of my brain.

1:26:20I was doing shit. I learned how to freestyle. I learned how to rap. I learned how to do all this different stuff because of the medication. It was terrible. Serotonin's down, but these buckets are up. You feel me? That's all I'm saying, bro. That's crazy in there. So now while I'm there, like, it was all these different coincidences happening. There was a lot of weird people in there, like, that had their own problems. In the psych ward, who was one of the wildest cats in there? I don't remember any names, really. Well, yeah, we don't need a name. There was this one dude. Uh-huh. There were some crazy people in there, man.

1:26:53I had this big African-American guy in my room. Black guy. Yeah. Big black guy in my room. And in the middle of the night, he woke me up, like, hovering over me. Oh, yeah. You got any snacks? Really? I got some gummies in my, chips in my bag. He probably smelled. He's like, I need them now. He said he needed them? I was like, holy shit. Probably smelled them. if you're that big dude you can smell food better than we can yeah dude there's so much shit that's happened in my life and like so the craziest part of all this is that um two things one when i was at home depot i worked with this kid and he was training to become a doctor and when i was in one of the hospitals that i was admitted to i saw him walking around the hospital i'm like dad that's one of the guys that's following me he works with me.

1:27:43He's spying on me. And he's like, he's not. He's just a regular doctor. A couple years later, I called him. I'm like, yo, did you ever work at this hospital at this time? He's like, that was me. You're lying. He's like, that was me. He's like, now you can rest easy. Was it really him? It was really him. So he worked at Home Depot and at the hospital. Yeah. Training. And then the second training for what? What? Like what training would a doctor need at Home Depot? Really? He just had a side job. Like while he was going to school, he worked there. Oh, got it. So now. Dude, you ever have that, okay, go on.

1:28:13I'm sorry. I have a question about Home Depot, but I'm going to tell you in a second, but the craziest thing about all this is the second thing, you know Logic, the rapper? Yeah. He wrote a book, his name is Bobby Hall, but he wrote a book called Supermarket, and in the book, it's about him living like a double life, and he's going through psychosis, and he's trying to hide a killing that he did. It's a really great book, Supermarket. That book came out at the same time I was going through psychosis. So I thought I was the main character of the book that was being filmed live action in the hospital and around the world.

1:28:50I thought they were like doing a 24 hour live stream of me being a real character of that book. I swear to God. Would you ever leave like messages for yourself to find later? Like, Hey, I'm going to write myself this note. Yes. So I had a whole notebook of it. I wrote songs in it. I wrote little things. of the girls I liked. I remember I got a boner. Tell us about that boner. That boner, it was a nurse. And at the time, my body wasn't working right. My brain, nothing was working, but the stuff they were putting me on was making me feel different things. And I remember one day, I was like, oh, I forgot what a boner felt like.

1:29:30And this girl came up to me. We were talking. I was rizzing the fuck. I thought I was going to bang this nurse. Oh, it's hospital rizz, dude. And that thing was jumping. Oh, I said maybe shark. Having a great time talking to everyone. I just can't even explain to you. You would have to be in my head to really know what it felt like. This episode is brought to you by Facebook. So you were scrolling on Marketplace, and there it was, the bike you'd been searching for. You sent a message, and it turned out the seller was super chatty, kind of funny, and an avid cyclist. The next thing you know, you're in a cycling crew.

1:30:04Well, a community cycling group. The thing about Facebook, you might find more than what you're looking for. From a browse to a bike ride, this summer, find more on Facebook. How did the psychosis come to an end? It just, they, my parents saved me. They really did. Like, they got me out of there. They're like, you can't give them any more medication. Because they try to keep you in there, Theo. Oh, yeah. They try to keep, that's how they make money. It's like the zoo. They want the animals. Yeah. Imagine you go to a zoo and there's no animals. or they're like, hey, this animal got better, we let him go.

1:30:38They're like, what?

1:30:42This animal's back happy with his family. You never see any of that. They're always like, this animal, yeah, he's got bad lungs or whatever. We're keeping him or something. That's always the prognosis when you're at the zoo, dude. It's fucking bullshit. Or this animal, yeah, he's still, you know what I'm saying? We're doing physical therapy with him for like 11 years or whatever. He's good now. It's always some bullshit. Hippopotamus can open his mouth now. He's good. The eagle could fly. But yeah, I got out and I never smoked weed again. Do you think that something about that psychosis, the idea of seeing yourself outside of yourself, did that lead you into streaming?

1:31:25It led me into being creative. I'll say that. I was always creative, but it was like an epiphany almost. How? Well, I was doing music at the time. I produced music. so again like this is another example of why of i was of how psychosis worked i thought i was a producer for jay-z in the hospital i was playing piano and i thought they were recording what i was playing on the piano and sending it to jay-z and like i was hearing it on the speakers because everything when you're in psychosis you feel like everything is happening for you so that one of the guys the music therapy guy would come in and he would play music for us and he would play the radio and I would hear, I would hear like in the song and the lyrics, J-Shock made a beat.

1:32:09J-Shock is on the, like I would hear my name in the song, but it really wasn't there. Got it. It was just my mind tricking me. Got it. It's fucking crazy, dude. Crazy. But, um. So you made it through all of that. I made it through all that. And like, I'm like where you said, like how it led to that. I produced music at the time and I thought I was making hits. I was like calling my friends on the phone. I would remember every phone number that my friends have because we didn't have our cell phones. So I would remember all the names and I thought for the show or whatever live broadcast was on, I thought I would have to remember the phone number for the thing.

1:32:43I thought I called Riley Reid. I thought I called like supermodels. Riley Reid, the porn star? Yeah, I thought I called. The model, sorry. I got a phone call and I'm like, who is this? And she's like, it's Riley. I'm like, what's up, Riley? I'll be there later. Yeah. And it was just a fucking random person. Who was it? There might have been no one on the phone. That's how crazy it was, Theo. So, but, so, Jesus Christ. I know I'm getting deep. I know I'm getting all over the place, but all of it makes sense to me because it happened. Well, I know it happened, dude, but you're like fucking out there.

1:33:16You're hitchhiking through your own. I was shooting threes like Allen Iverson. I was calling. Dude, you know what's crazy is? The more you talk, the more it sounds like you might be Allen Iverson's son. It couldn't be. It couldn't be. so I just gotta know though so you get out of the hospital things start to get different oh wait oh one thing before we what is something about Home Depot that people do not know dude cause I'll tell you this we used to go in that section my friends and I would get high and we'd go in that section you know where the doors are yes all the doors yeah dude we'd go millwork what's it called millwork yeah we'd go into the millwork section dude and we'd wait till somebody was standing on one of the doors and then we would knock on it dude that's funny as shit what is something to know about Home Depot we would just fucking stand there dude.

1:34:00It's a shitty company. That's all you gotta know. You think it is? For them to fire someone that got assaulted for defending themselves you're a shitty company. That seems like typical, I mean that's typical Home Depot I feel like. In Atlanta that feels like everyday Home Depot. That's the headquarters. Yeah of course. And um we tried defending my case and all that and Did they settle out of court? No. We didn't do any court stuff. What happened was I worked there for four years. I worked my way up to like a manager their position, opening clothing store. I was the king there. And did you have to wear all that stuff, the belt and all?

1:34:35The apron, I had a little tape measure. Was it heavy or not, the stuff you had to carry around? No, it wasn't heavy. I had a walkie-talkie, you know. Really? It's crazy. I like walkie-talkie.

1:34:49Yeah, but it was crazy. Yeah, I want to build a parrot cage. Put a little parrot in the apron. Pops out. Yeah, no, it was crazy because, like, when I got fired, nobody, like, defended me. They all just dropped me. All the managers, all my friends, like, they kind of left me for dead, you know? But you didn't leave yourself for dead, man. No, sir. You know? Tell me about how you ended up—I know you also ended up working with the U.S. Postal System. I did. They fired me, too. Really? Well, the first place I got fired from was this guy attacked me, and I defended myself. At Home Depot. It was—that was it.

1:35:24I know that I've heard that story, but that's what happened there. You got to attack. You defended yourself. So I know that that story's out there. It wasn't even like this. It was just like he comes in. I'm clocking out, and he knocked the wind out of me. At the time, I had pneumonia, so my ribs were bruised, and I just got out of the hospital, and he hit me so hard. So I slapped him back like that. And he's like, I can do whatever I want to. I'm older than you. I'm like, no, you can't. Give him that fucking wrist ravioli, brother. Popper deli smash You want extra fucking ham on that? I went to the post office, had to get another job My dad was like, you gotta get a job, you gotta get a job I didn't want to work for the post office Why?

1:36:02What did you have against him? I didn't, it's not what I wanted to do I wanted to make music at the time All I wanted to do was make music That's my passion, my dream How do you even audition to work at the post office? You have to take a test online What do you think, you gotta throw out mail? I don't know I guess I would have at least... Go around on a bicycle. At least run from a dog. You got to pass the road test, which was hard because I couldn't even reach the pedals. In the mail truck? No. I had two pillows. I used to have dreams where I wouldn't be able to reach a car pedal. And when I finally worked for the post office, I was like, these are what the dreams are about.

1:36:44Oh, foreshadowing. Because I couldn't reach the pedals. Passed the test. I was on probation for 30 days. I had an Asian man Named Chen train me And he's like You're terrible You're horrible You're gonna be terrible Mama He hated me But he loved me He was a Navy SEAL And he trained me To like You know The bailout I had to have my Magazines here My letters here You had to balance this shit You had to have A bag Over your head One newspaper It's called your Your I don't know Your day ones or something Whatever they're called Your I don't remember what they're called and you have to fill parcels, like packages, if you have a stop.

1:37:23Then you have to put all your magazines, they're called your flats, and then you got your letters. So the whole, and they're in rubber bands. So if you, if you miss a rubber band, because everything is in order, that shit drops. I would drop the mail like crazy. I remember one time I went to the back of the mail truck to organize it. I'm like, I gotta pee. And I had a cup I brought with me. I fucking pissed all over the mail. No, you did? Dude, what the heck? What were you, what were you fucking just peeing on the mail? I felt so bad, but I was like, I couldn't control it. What the fuck? Go to a park.

1:38:00We had a mail truck. There was no park. I was on the job. Yeah, there's a park everywhere. There was fee on the mail everywhere, on the packages, on the mail. Someone got a letter with yellow shit that day, man. Jay Shunk, you're not supposed to be peeing on people's mail. it's a federal offense I did it by accident what do you mean you did it by accident it spilled but you got your wiener out bro you know what I'm saying I'm not working with much so I couldn't control it but still dude they fired me not because of that what did they fire you for they didn't open up the mail truck and just see piss everywhere but because they said your hearing and vision are going to prohibit how you do this job and we can't have someone like you.

1:38:47Fuck them, dude. Nobody even cares if they get the mail anyway. Dude, we had a guy that went in Tucson. We had a guy who would, sometimes he would deliver the mail at like 1130 at night. He'd just run out and throw it in the fucking yard and scream at his fucking kid in front of our house and then drive off. He would floor it. We had a guy who souped up his mail card. He probably put like a he probably put an F350 engine in there or something. That bitch would hum, bro. Oh my God. But so you got laid off in the mail. How long were you in the United Postal Service? Three months. I started in winter too, Theo.

1:39:21I was slipping on ice. Looking like Michael Jackson. This dance movement on ice. Looking like Kevin just going across that pond in Home Alone. Yeah, literally. It was hard. Really hard. What was the hardest thing about the mail that people don't know? What's something people don't understand? Just your relays and your routes. You'll have blocks sometimes. Especially if you get a walking route, you have to do a push cart. You don't get a truck. That's the first route I ever did. So I was in Port Washington. And they were like, you're not good here. And I'm like, give me one more chance. And they sent me to another town.

1:39:56And that town, the first route I did was a walking route. And I had to walk 200 blocks. Yeah, that's a walking route. I had to push this thing with all mail and packages. It was heavy. Was it heavy? Up and down this road. The route is supposed to take two hours It took me nine But how would you even push it? Were you able to Did you ever think about just tying it around your waist And pulling it behind you? You ever try that? No, you push it You don't You ever do that? Just muck it along? Yeah Just mucking and chugging Damn, dude I wouldn't eat I can't eat Would you ever just throw some of the mail out Like it was just too ridiculous?

1:40:37No, no Couldn't do that That's a federal offense I'll piss on it Yeah, but I'm not throwing it out, dude. I'll decorate it. I'll piss on it, but I won't throw it out. All right, we got to get to that. But while I was doing all this, I was still doing social media, like music. I think I was doing full reviews, like here and there in my car. And then I finally got that, and then my dad was like, you got to get another job. So I found this oil company, Petro Oil Company. I'm not going to name the specific job I was at. Okay, and they do oil? They sell oil. So I was the credit representative, and I was making sure people get oil so they don't freeze to death.

1:41:17So if you didn't have money, you were going to fucking freeze that night. And it was bad. It was sad. Like a little old lady, like, I need oil. It's a shock o 'clock. Give me some oil. I need oil. It's a shock o 'clock. She's freezing. I could picture her in her room freezing, and I'm sitting there. Even my bra is cold. My tits are so cold. It's a shock o 'clock. It was bad, man. But I was like a top salesman there. Come over. Bring over that little parrot wiener. Oh, my God. Sorry, this story's getting a little crazy, dude. It was a call center. And what town was it called? Port what? Huh? What town were you in?

1:41:56What town? Port Washington. Where was it at? No, the oil company? Yeah. I don't remember where it was. Woodbury. But where is it all in New Jersey? New York. New York. So now I got some like crazy customers on the phone Yelling at you all day And at the time So you're selling oil Hmm? You're up there selling oil by phone? Yeah Oh my god Literally You gotta collect money You gotta collect thousands of dollars Oh I believe you But it's just What the fuck are you getting involved in dude? I know You know what I'm saying? They just pulled all your teeth out And now they got you selling oil by phone

1:42:34Yep And shooting threes in a psych ward. Let's go.

1:42:41But I was doing food reviews at the time, getting past 10 ,000, growing my following in the middle of the moment. When I was training, one of my best friends, Charles, he's like, so what do you do for fun? I'm like, oh, I have a social media page where I do food reviews. And he was like, we were talking about fast food. I'm like, I got to get back into that. He's like, what, eating fast food? I'm like, no. doing my food reviews. And he kind of like started me back up again. Like I did like all those food reviews there. Like just kind of got me back in the rhythm of posting. So thank you to him.

1:43:15And I would be going my lunch breaks, order food, do mukbangs. Oh, so you started mucking like that. Yeah, but that was at Home Depot too. I was doing it on all three jobs. I was producing music, you know, selling beats, making music for artists, and then eating food. The first ever video I did was Prime, the drink. Yeah. And I did a review on that. Can you bring it? Did you have a first video? Oh, this is the first muckmang I ever did. And so this is before Shaka clock and let's get to mucking? Yes. Yes, it is. Okay, great. Let's watch it. Okay, first up we got tropical punch. I've had prep before.

1:43:50I love it. And let's give this one a go. Look, I got the home neepo hat on.

1:43:58Dude! Oh my god. Really good. Tastes like a really good fruit punch. I have no teeth in I have no teeth Dude who needs them That stuff probably strips your enamel anyway That's just a rumor

1:44:19I don't think I like this flavor

1:44:26There's some bad ones out there Dude that's awesome bro But also what you don't know is I did food reviews with no teeth and everyone made this meme of gumming it down. Cause when you take the teeth, I have no teeth. Um, they said they made up gumming it down. So I did food reviews for over a year with no teeth. Well, that's, who else is doing that? Oh, that's our healthcare system. What do you even expect? Half of America is doing that now, dude. But here's, here's my, here's, here's my question for you is do you think it's easier to do a food review with or without teeth? Does one matter more than the other?

1:45:00Well, now I have all these fake teeth, and I say when I take the teeth out, I can chew it easier. Because when I'm chewing, this thing is like messing around, food getting behind it, inside of it. It's just a freaking nightmare. I'm eventually going to get all new teeth from my doctors. I have like some of the best doctors, Dr. Kurtz, Dr. Rogerio, Dr. Schwartz. They're just great doctors. Dr. Barisi, like Luccarelli, they're great doctors. Oh, some Italians, huh? Yeah, all Italians, I guess. and they just, they know what they're doing. Like, they're dealing with, like, a lot of different equipment and, like, money for the procedure.

1:45:38Oh, shit, yeah, dude. Just put a fucking, get a good calzone maker to put your fucking, you know. Stuff it up. Yeah, get some, just little shingles of the Lord for some of the nice baby raviolis and put them in there, brother. That's all it is. At that oil job, I started doing POV videos. Okay. And I would film my lunch breaks, my nine-to-fives, and the first one I ever did, there was this guy named Hub's Life. Shout out to Hub's Life and shout out to Noe Murillo. They were, they made this, you know POV, right? POV, you end up on a field, whatever. POV is point of view so it gives you a perspective of what your life is like.

1:46:15So I saw this guy, Hub's Life, filming his nine to five and I'm like, I'm going to try one. I did it. Fucking 10 million views. Wow. So you just tried a POV and you got too many views on it. How many views does this have? that's you shot? It just had like 15, 14 million views. Bro, that does. It might even have more now. But look, I would film my whole routine. Oh, I like that jump at the end. Yeah, well, broke the internet. Is that what? Broke the earthquake. Oh my gosh, you look like my friend's sister a little bit in this. Isn't this relatable, Theo? Like it's cold, you don't want to be at work.

1:46:52A hundred percent. You get an hour, unpaid lunch break, unpaid. That's what made me so relatable was unpaid. Oh. A little food tray. I was in Ellie, my car, Ellie. Would you always eat in the front seat or sometimes you'd eat in the back? Always front. Huh. What? Would I have a chain around my collar? Oh, the chain's great. But is there something weird about a guy eating in the back by himself? Probably. That's something. Is that what you do? I think it's okay to do it. These blew up. I did so many. I did so many of these that I was able to leave my job. So you're telling me that you were able to, so you did enough food reviews on your lunch break at work that you were able to quit your actual job.

1:47:31Yeah, so I went into work one day and I had to use the bathroom. I had to put myself in personal time. But I had to go into the bathroom. I really had to go. Like, I was not stopped. Something was effed up. And I said the fact that... What had you been eating, you think? Do you remember? I don't remember what I ate. Probably some Italian food. Yeah. Too much ravioli. Some foreign shrimp or whatever. Yeah. So, I said the fact that I have to send an email to use the bathroom to extend my bathroom time is enough to make me quit. So I would plug in this calculator how much I would need to leave, like money-wise.

1:48:04Because I would go home and I would live stream eating. I would make like, you know, a couple hundred dollars for my salary for the week. So I called up my boy. I'm like, yo, I'm going to quit. He'd like, do it. So I got a garbage bag. I came out of the bathroom and I said, if I could find a box or something to put my stuff in, I'll leave. So this beautiful Spanish lady sitting out there with three big black hefty bags. I'm like, can I have one of those bags? I got all my shit, put it in there, and I left, and my manager called me back in. She's like, where are you going? I'm like, I'm done. She's like, well, I need you to sign something that says you left.

1:48:39She handed me a loose leaf. Theo, I signed it as J-Shock because I went in as Jerome, and I left as J-Shock. I get home. Parents wanted to kill me. We're going to kick you out. We're going to get a job. Were you still living at home? Yeah. Yeah. Now I'm out and about. I'm never there. But um I was Yeah look See this is me coining I filmed it That's crazy But this is like a day after Right Like this is when I had to come back And drop off all my shit Fuck Um So take us on How do you end up like Um Dude thanks so much for your time too Yes sir Thank you for having me Oh you bet man This is awesome dude We're gonna have to We'll have to keep in touch I'm gonna look you in the eyes for this one Ayy No no look I like that.

1:49:27Thank you, bro. No, no look. I got the look back. Yes, sir. Do you, so take us on what is StreamerU and then how do you end up in, how do you audition for StreamerU? Take us first for our listeners that don't know, what is StreamerU? So there's 7 million applicants, I believe, maybe more or less around there. There was in-person audition that they didn't want to go to and then there was online where you submit a video. So I didn't want to go. You submitted video to what? To get into the school. And what is the school? I'm just saying like. It's a school full of content creators and streamers. Okay, got it.

1:50:07Yeah. It's run by Kai Sinat. Okay. And his team. And it's just a really crazy opportunity that could change your life or change mine. And you learn about. It's a little school. It was in Arkansas this year. and you learn like different tactics on how to grow, how to get better equipment, how to learn about like how to deal with the stress. There was all different classes, like Lizzo was a teacher, Adapt, Ludwig. Like there was all these cool teachers that are big content creators. And then you're surrounded by like 120 creators. So you're in a cafeteria, for example, with all streamers eating lunch and everyone's live streaming.

1:50:44Oh, it seems crazy, bro. It seems like a bunch of people just trying to catch each other saying the N-word is what it seems like. Yeah, it's like all clip farming. But anyway, like, I wasn't going to apply, Theo. Like, I filmed a shitty video because I didn't care. And my boy Jacob, my editor, one of my best friends, was like, you've got to apply. And you've got to try. So I filmed the video two days before Father's Day, edited it, and then we put it out, submitted it. An hour before applications closed with my cameraman, my old cameraman, I fired him. I saw that. I fired him at Screamer University.

1:51:21I don't want to put dirt on him. We're not going to get in. We got in. You sent the audition video in. How long is the audition video? How long was it? A minute and a half. Let's watch it right now. We'll watch it right here.

1:51:39I'm streaming. I gotta go. I gotta go. I gotta see this guy. I gotta get some money. It's Chaco Club. Yuck, you're both of me. Jarvis, take me to the best food spot on Long Island. Yes, Mr. Shock, would you like me to invite Sophie? Negative, let Dean's and Ad know I'm on the way. Hey Dean's and Ad, I'm Jay Shock, and if I'm accepted, you know I'm bringing pizza. Here's a few reasons why I should be accepted. Number one, I quit my job to do social media full time, and since then, I've grown my page to over two million followers. And I'm not stopping. Mm, so good. Number two, I never give up. Growing up I went through a lot medically physically emotionally and a lot of people told me I was never gonna be able to do what I wanted to do and that's create content.

1:52:24You're too small You don't have the right look. Well guess what I'm doing it right now They had to break my top and bottom jaw to realign it so I could get new teeth I was doing food reviews with no teeth. I was coming it down I'm still mucking and I'm gonna teach you guys how to muck That sauce is crazy and number three Oh. Ah. Just like these slices, I offer variety. I do food reviews, daily gaming streams, and I've helped dozens of businesses across the country. Sometimes there's a line out the door. Thanks to you, Shock Squad. And oh yeah, that beat you heard throughout the whole video? I made that too.

1:53:03Shock Squad. Right? And lastly, I want to bring food and streaming together like no one ever has. I'm ready to shock the world. Are you? Shock out. Let's go. Shit, it's banging, right? Dude, that's so perfect, bro. What a great video you made. and so what what what advice would you give to people who want to make a video to submit for streamer you have a good hook the first two to three seconds gotta be very engaging gotta be something different gotta be something a little bit like relatable a little bit sus like something that like sticks out and then you got to have a good like pacing so like the flow of the video like maybe like you doze off for like a little second but like i engage with you that whole video i kept your attention that's what's so important about content is you gotta to remain retention.

1:53:47That's why when you're scrolling, these apps got to keep you on your platform. But the longer you look at a video, the more the Instagram or TikTok will push that video in the algorithm because they like to see eyes being on something for longer, you know? So just, and be yourself, have fun with it. What do you want people to take away from your content? just to be weird you know just have fun be yourself shock the world you know and and just do what you love because i feel like everyone is unique and everyone's like oh you look different you're different you know why don't you look like me why don't you have facial hair why are you so small i'm like because i'm unique everyone has a cool story to tell and you should monetize your life you know because me waking up in the morning brushing my teeth can be different than you you know me putting my shoes on some people can put a shoe on to no foot at all like me wearing different clothes and even the more like everyone has some kind of uniqueness to them you know i like to say like let i have a quote here it's my yearbook quote for shemer university let's check it out and i said for the yearbook i said um okay ready don't let your disability define you use it as your ability to achieve greatness and shock the world amen bro okay that's real talk like i've never let my disabilities get into my head to find me i use them to my ability to achieve greatness yeah yeah man because we're all we have you know our experiences are what we have you know they're the ingredients that make us you know in that video you know getting accepted at 1 30 a.m I was screaming and he called my name.

1:55:32Like, my reaction is insane. How, uh, so what was that? You're just watching the announcements. And how many does he choose? 121. Out of how many? Out of 7 million. Isn't that crazy? Crazy. It changed my life. I wouldn't be here talking to someone as amazing as you if it wasn't for this opportunity by Kai. I mean, it's crazy. And while I was there, I was making so many viral moments. I was, because people knew me, but they didn't, they're like, oh, this is what he does. This is the real side of him. Right. Because it was 24-7 live stream. And if you really think about it, remember when I was telling you when I was in the hospital and I thought people were watching me live stream, recording me?

1:56:10And now they were. Full circle. I know. It happened. So bizarre. But this time it happened for real. Let's go. I mean, I think they could make a movie out of my life because it's so, it's crazy. Who would play you in the movie, you think? I want to play myself. What if they won't allow it? Who do you think could play me? Nobody looks like me. Freddie Prince Jr., maybe? Who's that? He's an actor. I gotta see a picture. He might be too older now. Let me think. DJ Khaled? Maybe one of DJ Khaled's kids. Peter Manfredo Jr., maybe? He was a boxer. I don't even know. Nobody really looks like me, you know?

1:56:53Yeah, you're right. I mean, yeah, you're unique. So it would be hard. Yeah. I'm trying to think. But you have to have a kid. It would have to be a child of one of those people. Because they'd have to play you starting young. I don't know. Maybe. I'm trying to think who else. Who could play you, man? Post Malone. Yeah. Postal. He's got tattoos. What about United States Postal Malone? Get like a post office worker. Yeah. That's who we need. Maybe you could play me. Dude, I'd be honored. Just shave your head? Yeah, I'd shave my head. Shave my nuts. I can get it. Jungle down there. I mean, it's not a jungle, but I'll say this.

1:57:34There's been a little bit of. No, me. Oh, there's been a little reforestation probably. Yeah, I think we probably need signs to know where the trails are. That's all I'm saying. Oh, man. How long does the streamer you last, the actual university? Five days, I think. It's five days. And you guys are all put up on this campus, wherever you are. And do you actually graduate? It wasn't really a graduation ceremony. No. Half the people didn't go to classes. Oh, really? No, I went to every class because I wanted to learn. But, like, they were, like, on a war ceremony. I didn't win. And there was, like, all these different activities and clubs.

1:58:12Like, it was like a real school. It was crazy. Yeah. It was really cool. That's so cool, dude. You know, and the fact that people, like, live stream at 24-7, people watch me sleep at night. Yeah. And those people should be investigated. Yeah. You know, watching somebody else sleep. Imagine I started like Cranking it Oh yeah Would've been terrible If you were somebody Like who's sleep Like Or sleep walk Or sleep eat Or sleep jerk Or sleep Like with another girl Like that would've been like I would've forgot To turn the camera off Or sleep fap Would you say sleep jerk Sleep fap If you're just Somebody who's masturbating In their sleep People do that all the time My uncle used to jerk off In his sleep And they had a Todd jingle bells On his wrist So you'd hear him So you'd hear him When he was doing it I don't do any of that shit bro How does it work out?

1:59:00It's heartbreaking. Well, if you do, I got a set of bells you can wear if you do. Just, you know what I'm saying? Unbelievable. You got to take care. You just got to let people around you know what's going on, I think. But that's just who I am. Do you feel pressure now? I know you do muck bangs. I want to talk to you about that in just a second. You do mucking. Yes, sir. Right? You do content. I know you make music. Oh, yeah. You're streaming. I got a new song coming out, too. You do? Next week. You got a new song coming out next week? You want to hear it? Yeah. Do you have it here? I have it.

1:59:30So I produced the beat. My engineer, Sands of Mind, he helped me engineer it. And then I did the vocals. Okay. It's really good. What's it called? Just Let It Go. Oh. Be honest. All right.

1:59:55All right. I know you won't wanna leave The thought of me in your bed The thought of me in your head Is all you ever needed Yeah, yeah, baby let it go Let it all go Let your truth go to the show Yeah, yeah, let it go baby Let's hit the bed Yeah, hit the floor Can't do this, what is the track or climb? Just let it go Oh, let it go

2:00:45You like it? Yeah, bro.

2:00:54Bro.

2:01:08This is you? This is you and who else? Anybody else? Play the beginning again. Bro, it's good.

2:01:21Let's go. Let me play you one more. Okay. One more, real quick. I want to see what you like better. No problem. Dude, and thanks for just saying, like, do you like this? I like it. I want you to tell me which one you like better. Okay.

2:02:11Yeah, that's some Rufus horns back there, bro.

2:02:23What do you think it sounds like? Like what artist?

2:02:29Meek Mill. Meek Mill. Little young boy. Yeah, maybe. Yeah, yeah. Now people say like Juice WRLD. I sound like Juice WRLD a little bit. Really? Sketch said that.

2:02:54Those horns in the back, bro. That reminds me a little bit of Rufus. Pull it down. I like the first one better. Thank you. But is it really okay if I told you that? Yeah. I don't care. Yeah, I like both of them. Yeah, I like both of them. Thank you, sir. But the first one I feel like hit me better. Yeah, it feels like a summer vibe, right? Yeah, and this one I do like that you have more vocals in it. Yeah. So I get to hear you more. So those are the two things. I like the first one Better overall for me And the second one I like the fact that I get to hear you more I'll send you the The link when it drops Yeah bro Will you Bump it in the car Yeah dude I'll fucking shit I'll put it on my hearing aids Put it on You know what I'm saying dude Bro are you fucking We'll put headphones on a parrot This this this this This this this This this And then tap the wrist You gotta wear a watch I gotta get one Hell yeah Chalk o 'clock Chalk o 'clock You do You do muck bangs too There's something about And for mukbang and people that don't know what it is, it's eating food.

2:03:50We didn't even eat the food. It's enjoying food. I brought food. We didn't even eat it. Do a mukbang. I'll have to find one to do with you in L.A. then. I'm down. Okay? Yes, sir. Because I know I want to do something to be a part of what you're doing. Okay. I just don't know if I have time to do it because I have to leave at 4 p.m. What's your favorite food to eat because we can do a mukbang on it? Let me think about that. Let me think about that. Okay. But I know you do mukbangs, which is eating stuff. There's something about the way you eat, bro. it's just damn, some of it's just so romantic bro, like sometimes you what is it?

2:04:22but guy, you finish on a bite sometimes and it's just like, oh the way you kind of like it's like watching the notebook I feel like, like some of it is just I feel like I'm watching like some like scenes from Twilight or something, like sometimes the way you finish on a bite. Go to that fruit one above this, there's a fruit one, it's hidden yeah, that one look at these, these are fruits and I'm really I'm really devouring that oh that's damn mucking on it oh that'll make you oh yeah you could sell some of this so good footage of some CEOs over there in Washington D.C. I tell you now that I have teeth I can really enjoy the food oh how different is it it's because the whole different thing because your palate is right here oh when you're eating I used to have to chew everything in the back but now it's coming right here what would you say to somebody so you're doing streaming you're doing mucking, you're doing a lot of stuff, right?

2:05:18Do you feel a lot of pressure? Like I heard you say earlier, like I, you know, we were talking about a story, you had to get a video up, but it's like, do you feel a lot of pressure to do everything? Do you find that something works best for you? And how do you, how are you going to navigate this? How, and how are you navigating this space that you're in right now? Cause it's a little bit different. Now it's different because I'm streaming more and it's like, people are looking for that stream. People are also like, when is he dropping a new mucking video? When is he going live? So it's like you have to have good time management which is something I kind of struggle with.

2:05:49Like I don't have a good morning routine because I go to bed at like 4 or 5 because I'm doing this and wake up at like you know 10, 11. Do you have a body pillow or anything like that? A body? What do you mean? I'm just trying to think of something that could help you sleep at night. I don't know. Punch me in the face. Knock me out. That's crazy dude. That's crazy. I mean maybe Yeah, I mean, yeah, I was going to think I could maybe get you a body pillow or a fucking like just an Italian. Something like that, yeah. Like an Italian bassinet or something. You need a good team, you know? I have my boy Danny.

2:06:19I have my boy Jacob. We're like edited together. Have someone get you on a schedule. And that's something that the best thing that came out of Streamer U was learning more about myself and my ego and other people's egos and how to react about certain situations. And it taught me like the right road of obedience, like how to like learn about your like how to control yourself you know oh so you're talking about tolerate yourself how to tolerate yourself like how to how to manage how you could feel how you can um um track what you're doing and just just go out through life and be good you know so basically what what what i learned is like i have to be able to make content stream and also be happy at the same time.

2:07:05That's the hardest thing is you can't ever really find happiness, but you could try to find peace. Because if you're happy, there's also sadness. But when you're at peace, you're even with everything. You know, and that's what I want to find eventually, peace. But through all of this, I want to get so big that I could have like an inspiration medically on people. Like I want to be able to send out a tweet like, hey, are there any good doctors out there that can help give kids better eyesight or better hearing. And I want to bring them all together and come up with cures for that. Like, I want to have that.

2:07:42As an influencer, as an influence, like you could have an influence, but a lot of influencers talk about like cars and money and shit like that. I want to have an influence medically on people and help save lives and help come up with cures and medicines and really expand on that. Because I struggled seeing and hearing my whole life, and kids deal with the same thing. So let's try to do that Let's get to that point Well look man I see you, I hear you And I also want you to Just from an outsider's perspective You don't have to do a ton bro to make us love you Just keep being you If there's a day where you're like I don't know if I'm going to get a video up I'm not saying you do Don't feel too much pressure bro I've developed anxiety and depression like that And I try to ignore it but it's there But I think I have never been so happy.

2:08:34It's not even about the money or the new opportunities. It's about the satisfaction of I worked my freaking ass off and I finally did it. I finally manifested this shit. I became obsessed with the process, not the result. Becoming obsessed with the process is manifestation. Manifestation is becoming obsessed with the result is being greedy. You've got to be obsessed with the process. Just the little moments, the little things that happened, how you got here. It's fun. Enjoy the journey. My boy Clips said enjoy the little moments, you know? Yeah, and that's what the Clips are, which is interesting, you know?

2:09:13Jay Shock, dude, thanks so much, bro, for coming and hanging out. Here's what I'll do is even if we can't get to do a mukbang, I know because I just have to be at this flight at 4 p.m. Yeah. But I'll come and stream with you or something. Whatever you feel comfortable with. I like to hang out with people off camera. We can do that for sure. I'm going to get your information. But I'm just saying I want to do something with you too. I appreciate you coming, bro. Thank you. This has been like... We could do it in the car. We could stream in the car? Well, we could do the mukbang in the car and then stream around wherever you want.

2:09:45Well, I would love to at least get to stream. I have to look in a mukbang. I've just never done it. We could do a live mukbang in the car and record it at the same time. Okay. That would be your favorite food. Okay. Let me think about what that is. But yeah, man, I want to get to come and stream with you and do something good, you know? Yeah, dude, just thank you so much, J-Shock. I appreciate you. Thank you for having me. You bet, man. Appreciate it. I have no idea. Oh, of course. I want you to do. Yes. You're an amazing person. Like, I look up to people like you, and you have a very good impact on people's lives, and you're like a mentor to me, so I appreciate you having me.

2:10:19Well, thanks, bro. I think you're like a young mentor to me, so how about that? I am. I'm a parent to you. Yeah. It's shock o 'clock. Blessings, yeah. That's perfect.

2:10:57Thank you.
