But you can still create programs like this to educate your customers about the cool things that you have. And maybe you don't even know all the cool things that people can do with your products or services. So ask the AI. How much more successful would you be if you had lunch once a week with insanely successful entrepreneurs who shared their biggest secrets on how they think and achieve success? Grab your seat at the table because this is Business Lunch with Roland Frazier and Ryan Dice.
1:00website and we'll send you detailed notes along with every episode. That's businesslunchpodcast.com www.businesslunchpodcast.com and you can sign up for the free email newsletter where you'll be able to get all the highlights and resources from the episodes. Okay so I am really excited about this because this is something that I believe will help you guys with a lot of the things that you said that you wanted from here and I wish that we had three full days to do this because I have way more than three days of content on it. But I'm going to go through, and I want to kind of give you a context to think about it in.
1:35So if you are thinking particularly that you want the number one thing that you said you wanted when you filled out the surveys was that you want more leads and customers, content marketing is one of the best ways to get more leads and customers. So if I can give you several strategies here to increase the level of content marketing you've got, I want you to be thinking, how can I use this to create content that will get me more leads and customers? If you want systems for your business, which was the second thing that you guys said that you wanted the most, then think about how can I systematize implementing these things into my business?
2:18And the third thing you said was, we need to hire more people. The cool thing is, is this can really eliminate a lot of content people that you might be paying now, or agencies that you're paying way too much to do not enough for you right now, or just set you up to be able to afford to do things that you maybe didn't think you could do. I saw a stat this morning that said that content marketing can increase on average, that it does increase on average, the lifetime value of a customer by 70%. So think about if you got 70 % more from the customers that you've already got. Would you still need more of them?
2:58Because more customers is great, but I don't know if Ryan's done his talk on it yet, but more customers can actually bankrupt you, right? What we really want is like, why do you want more customers? My end result is I want more money, right? I want more sales, I want more profits. So if you can have the same customers doing more, get more out of them, that's a good thing too. So I'm going to run through this as fast as I can to get through as much of it as possible. But I really want you to be thinking in the context of how can I use this? Because we are actually using it. The other thing that I'm going to talk with you about is not stuff that is theoretical.
3:32Like you can use AI to do this. That doesn't help me at all. I want to know what did you do? How is it working? And can I do that? All the stuff that I'm going to share with you is stuff that we actually do, as you will see. So, courses. So how many of you have a course that teaches your customers how to become better customers, or how to become a customer in the first place, or how to buy more stuff from you right now? Raise your hand. Okay, about 14 people that are willing to volunteer that. I appreciate that. That's good though, right? Courses, don't think like if you sell cars you can still sell a course, or you can still create a course that's free on how to get the most out of your car, how to race with your SDI, how to do things.
4:19How to is something that we're all looking up all the time. So if you can show people how to use your product or service, how to consume it, how to get more out of it, that's a course that you want to make. So don't think that courses are only for gurus that are teaching courses. So I tested creating a course using exclusively AI, and I thought it would be fun to make a course about AI. So right after ChatGPT got launched, and by the way, I'm going to speak mostly about ChatGPT only because I don't want to confuse you with the others, but if you prefer Bard or Claude or Meta or anything else, it all applies, okay?
4:58So right after they launched ChatGPT, I think it was November 28th of last year, I was thinking as I was sitting on my couch watching terrible Christmas movies in ugly sweaters with my family and thinking I wish I could do something else that it was it's fun but I mean there's only so many of those you can take. Can I make a course about AI using AI? So I did. So basically I created a course a hundred percent from ChatGPT about AI. I get that click for me. The video, the script, the social media ads, the posts, email sequences, everything all created by ChatGPT over the first seven days between Christmas and New Year's.
5:43I sold$250 ,000 of the course along with$84 ,000 of upsells and ChatGPT created the upsells. Okay, so I just want to show you like you can do this quickly. I took literally an hour to do that and over the next 90 days it was an additional 1.4 million in sales. Now you can say yeah but AI is super hot and I'm selling gecko farming installations, and that's not as exciting right now. And that's probably true. But to me, the point is that with no understanding or knowledge beyond the little tiny things I knew about AI back in November, I was able to create a complete course, all the marketing materials, all the landing pages and everything, just using AI.
6:28And so it created the landing pages, which I'm going to skip through. I just want you to see everything, right? So the landing pages, and it gave me all of the takeaways. I didn't have any case studies, so I asked it, give me some examples of case studies of what people are doing with AI and create takeaways for me. And it did, right? And so I didn't have to have the case studies. I said, here are some of the things that you can do that people are doing with AI. I didn't have to say, here's so-and-so who's using it right now. So you can use that as well as you're creating this. And then I had it create the entire course as well.
7:06So it created a multi-module course for me as well. All I had to do was record the content. Those are the case studies. So that's really, really cool. You can use AI to create courses for your product services. And some of you have told us, you guys talk too much about information and digital stuff. I sell things from a brick and mortar store. But you can still create programs like this to educate your customers about the cool things that you have. And maybe you don't even know all the cool things that people can do with your products or services. So ask the AI. Ask AI, what are creative, innovative uses?
7:44What are people using this for right now? How can people, and then you can even ask it, go out and review. I've had it act as an Amazon review analyzer and analyze all of the Amazon reviews for products like a handheld massager for sports medicine. And basically give me all the things that are good and all the things that are bad in the reviews. It did. And then we use that to inform how the product is going to be marketed. So we now know the things that people have challenges with. You can do that too. Have it act as an Amazon review analyzer and then find out all the things that are wrong and then create some training on how to do the things that people don't know how to do yet.
8:25Right? There's a lot of opportunity there. I did it with consulting as well. I was like, can I create a consulting offer around this, let AI do all of the work, create the ads and all that kind of stuff, and the copy for what I'm going to do? I did it, and then I did three social posts. All the copy was done by ChatGPT. The video editing was done by an AI app called Video Leap, which is, I think, 30 bucks. And it basically just took pictures I already had and videos I already had, and then did some cool stuff to them. So I didn't need a video editor. I didn't need a team. I didn't need to go find somebody in the Philippines.
9:08It just happened because to me the cool thing about what you can do with AI is you can get rid of the friction. The friction that stopped you from writing the book that you know you need to write, right? The friction that stopped you from creating all of the videos that you should create for Facebook and Instagram and all those things. The friction that stops you from building a quiz funnel that you know outperforms most other media, right? The friction that stops you from doing the podcast that you know could help your brand. All of these things now you can do using AI and we're going to talk about how we do that.
9:38So that created 200, my goal was to create a quarter of a million dollars of extra income recurring. And I was able to do that. Again, it took about seven days, right? So I just want you to say, like, you can do this. You can absolutely do this. So we're also using it to enter new markets. So I have this challenge called the Epic Challenge that several of you guys have been through. The Epic Challenge is marketed in English right now. I know that there's 50-odd million Spanish speakers in the United States alone. 4.2 million of those people own businesses, I want to reach them. Because not a lot of other people are.
10:12So if I can add that entire market, then that's a pretty significant group of people to reach. And you guys can do this too. Plus, by the way, ad spend for Spanish-speaking markets and foreign language markets is significantly lower than ad spend required to reach English-speaking markets. So I use two tools to do this. I used DeepL, which is an app. None of these I have ownership interest in, sadly. Rask is the second one. I'll show you how we use those to translate everything that was in the English version of this program into Spanish. So whether you've got documents that you already have, PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, or complete video programs, all of that can be translated by AI without you having to do anything.
11:02because all this stuff is done by my team, right? I don't have to do it. So all of the ads were done in Spanish, all of the landing pages, all of the Facebook community stuff, all of the email sequences, which you forget about all the things you have to create when you're doing something like this, right? All of that stuff all done through ChatGPT. And fortunately, I happened to have a, we had one of our customer service people that speaks fluent Spanish, and she went through and reviewed the stuff, and she was like, it's not perfect, but it's pretty good, and you know what? Good enough is when we're doing this, right, when we're doing the tests.
11:40So we converted the entire five-day challenge. That's about nine hours of content. Our customer support documents, 100 different legal forms that we offer people as part of that program, and then about 20 hours of video that's the actual course, all of that done in just three days. To me, if you think about how long it's in the past, we've had things translated that took months that wasn't nearly this amount of content. So all in three days. And DeepL, basically the first thing that I wanted to share, DeepL will go into any folder on your computer. You don't even have to upload it to the cloud.
12:20Crawl the folder, do a complete translation of everything, give you the ability to edit the documents if you want to, or specify, don't translate these things, like your brand name. And then it's done. And you didn't have to upload it. It wasn't up in the cloud or anything like that. DeepL is pretty amazing for that. The second one is Rask. So Rask will create video in different languages. There's 130 different languages for audio, excuse me, for audio and video using avatars, but with your own voice, 28 languages that it translates you, or if you've got 16 people on the video, all of them speaking in those 28 languages in their actual voice.
13:03To me, that's pretty amazing. So you just upload the video, it translates it, and then you can get, and then basically it'll do a transcription. We'll upload it into... So this is one of our coaches. And I hear laughing because I know you guys know Christopher. If you skip about halfway down and then keep clicking until you get me. So you guys hear me talking right now, right? So click in the little bar if you hover over the video itself. Nope, back up. Ha-ha, there we go. If you don't click forward, if you just hover over the thing where you clicked to start the video, in the picture of Christopher, that little window there, can you see the...
13:53It's probably covered up by the yellow circle. Well, what I wanted to show you was me on there too, but it's okay. I'm going to skip to this one. Just turn the volume up a little bit. This is... It just translated me in French.
14:13That's pretty cool, right? In my voice, in as many languages as I want up to 28 of them to go into new markets. I think that's incredibly powerful. And so the ability for you to go and think about what are the markets that are foreign language markets that I don't have right now, what are the markets maybe within my market? Like for me, trying to get to the Spanish people, the 4.2 million business owners in the United States that speak Spanish. If I can speak to them in their native language, then that's going to be a big advantage for me. So we were able to completely replicate our entire program into that language, and we're in the process of doing it in other languages right now.
14:51The next thing I want to talk about is creating podcasts. So podcasts are fantastic branding plays for you or your business to give you exposure to be able to interview other people, to be able to have an authoritative place to send people to see that you know what you're talking about, to send your customers to find out information that maybe they're looking to find out about in this format. And the cool thing is, is like if you think about podcasts, there are podcast people. How many of you are podcast people? How many people listen to podcasts? Okay, great, thank you. How many of you watch videos on YouTube?
15:26Right, how many of you do both. Not everybody, right? See, that's the cool thing. So you might be a podcast person, but your customer might be a video person or vice versa, or maybe they're a social media person. So how can we get out there in front of them in all the formats that they consume or want to consume in? Because that's our job as communicators. This allows us to do that. So we wanted to create a interview format version of our podcast Business Lunch as an example. So we basically use two tools, ChatGPT and Eleven Labs. Eleven Labs is a voice clone software. This is the prompt, feel free to copy if you like, but basically you're a podcast program creator and writer.
16:09You create questions for a podcast host to ask their guests, create 10 interesting questions, et cetera, and I want them to be able to be discussed from either side. So what this does is it gives me a back and forth over hopefully interesting, polarizing, different perspective content. It created for me, and it's hard to see these things, I think, if you're in the back, but basically what, if you can, it says, and I'm not going to hit the back button, and there's no laser on this, so I can't point. So imagine I had a laser pointer, and then I was pointing at the place that I'm talking about right now.
16:43No. Number one, it says, basically, in what ways is AI reshaping the landscape of digital marketing? And it's basically, underneath, you can see it says perspectives because I ask it in the prompt to give me two different perspectives because if we both had the same perspective it would be a boring podcast, right? So it says from the angle of efficiency and personalized experience as opposed to consent, right? So all of these questions now have been created and then we say this prompt, which again feel free to take a picture and copy if you want, create a simulated fictional dialogue for the podcast Business Lunch that has a spirited discussion between two hosts, Roland and Ryan, where Roland asks one question provided, Ryan gives a detailed answer, taking one possible side, and Roland basically takes the other side.
17:33So chat GPT says, no problem, here you go. It creates a fictitious dialogue between two people that never took place, but it is a discussion of each of the two sides of the issue. on each of the questions that it generated. Again, I don't have to do any of this and didn't. This is done by my team. So now I've got the script. So then the next thing I do is I cloned Ryan's voice and my voice. Ryan wasn't available, and it requires generally you to get consent to do this where you actually have to say, hey, my name is so-and-so, and I consent to do this. I didn't have Ryan there, so I had my editing team find the words that Ryan needed to say into the thing.
18:18and play it, which was really fun for me, because the first time Ryan heard the podcast that had already dropped, it was already dropped. I said, hey, how'd you like that podcast we did? He's like, we didn't do a podcast. I said, yeah, we did. Here it is. Listen. And he's like, you son of a. Anyway, it's really fun. And you'll see some more fun things that you can do with video here in just a second. So I cloned our voices, or my team cloned our voices, with 11 labs. Then we asked ChatGPT to separate the two of us, because unlike RASC, which will basically just do it on the fly, 11Labs doesn't yet, I'm sure it will, it doesn't yet do multiple speakers.
18:55So I had to basically go through and separate, which ChatGPT did, all of Ryan's comments, all of my comments, and then our voices, which were cloned, were then fed into 11Labs for each of all of our, so all of my comments, 11Labs creates all that audio. All of Ryan's comments, it creates all of that audio. and then we use Descript and Adobe Premiere to weave those together into a conversation. And it's really fast to do this. It's really fast because these things are all AI-enabled now, right? So the finished result, I think it'll play if I click this. Let's see. Hey, everybody. I'm Roland Frazier, and welcome to another episode of the Business Lunch Podcast, where my business partner and co-host, Ryan Dice, and I...
19:37So what's cool about that is it's a whole podcast. It's about 45 minutes long. We go back and forth, Ryan and I, talking about all these different topics. It was one of the most downloaded episodes that we had because it was on a cutting-edge topic. And people loved it. And we didn't tell anybody that it was AI until the end. We did disclose it at the end. But it's pretty cool. So think about now, how do I use this? Because I don't want you to just go, God, that was really cool. I want you to think about how can I use this. You could use this to create a podcast that you don't have to do of you talking about your product or service.
20:15You talking about issues that are hot for your market, for your target customer, right? You could have it be you and your business partner or you and other people asking questions back and forth to each other. And you don't ever have to be there. That's pretty amazing. So you want to create a podcast. When you create a podcast, they tell you have 10 episodes in the can. Maybe you just want to create a podcast, but you don't have time to create those 10 episodes. Then have AI do it for you. Maybe like one of our business that has nine different product categories, you've got multiple categories of products, and you'd like to have nine podcasts.
20:52But I don't want to do nine podcasts. But maybe you're the face or voice of the company. So how do you do the nine podcasts across the nine different verticals? You use AI. and people get the value because people are after the content, okay? And then you can decide whether you want to tell them or not it's AI. To me, it doesn't really matter unless you're representing that it is live, right? They are after the content. Then you can create best-selling books using AI. So this was using ChatGPT and MidJourney, MidJourney for graphics, ChatGPT to create the content. So this is a book. you can see it is called Wrenches to Riches.
21:35It is about the HVAC, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry, how to have a better business there. It is put as the author, I put as the author on an epic network because I have my own author brand and I didn't want to create books around this. This was a book that I don't know anything about the topic other than I do like air conditioning when it's hot and I also like heating when it's cold. I don't know about this whole ventilation thing, right? But the whole book, it's a 120-page book on how to have a better HVAC company because I want to buy HVAC companies, right? So I want to be able to send the book out to HVAC company owners that I've identified with a Lyft letter that says, hey, my name is Roland, we're in the process of doing a roll-up for HVAC companies, and yours came up in our research.
22:27have you ever thought about selling? If so, would love to chat with you. If not, I'm enclosing a free copy of my book about how to have a better HVAC business. I hope you enjoy it. And then they can go and see that it's on Amazon. It's got five-star reviews. And it's, I'm real, right? So think about the 17 letters that they maybe got that week or somebody that you're trying to reach out to, the 17 outreaches, marketing messages, ads, et cetera. How do you stand out? You can stand out by being an authority, either yourself or your personal brand, or like this. This is just epic. I'm not in it at all.
23:04And the book was created 100 % by AI, and I'm going to show you how we did it. First, we're going to conduct a little bit of market research. So I use a thing called KDSpy. It's like a$20 Chrome extension that will give you all of the intel on whatever keyword you want for how things are selling on Amazon. So I put in HVAC books, and I found out all the HVAC books that were out there, which ones were selling the most, what words I should use, which ones were priced at what amount, and how many pages they all had. And then I decided what I wanted to create. You can completely skip this step. To me, it's just data, and I like data.
23:42Okay? Then you're going to find a topic. And this is the prompt that I would recommend that you use. So you're assigning a role to ChatGPT. the things that are in the brackets you would just change and put your product or service in. So it says, you're a research expert focused on business, marketing, and strategy for home service industry professionals who are your clients with an emphasis on finding the biggest areas of concern, right? And then it says, tell me, you can read it, so I'm not going to read it to you. It says, tell me the biggest challenges and issues and constraints that those people are facing because I want to write about that.
24:16Why? Because I know that they're interested in it. Then in my marketing, I can talk about all those things that you guys have as problems. Well, number one, now I can get their attention because they're like, he knows me, right? Or they know me. Now the book is about all the things that we know are the biggest challenges that they have. You can do the same thing for your products and services. And that's, to me, how you have a book, a special report, a white paper, an e-book, whatever you want to call it, that you can have that your customers are actually going to read, consume, and be interested in.
24:45And you do not have to create it. If you want to, cool. If you want to have the first version done by AI, and then pepper it with your individual brilliance, you can do that too. I don't have time to do that except in the books that I'm going to claim as mine. So if you want five books in six languages, you can have this do it. To me, it's amazingly powerful. And I didn't bring copies, but we've done this in Spanish, and now it's being translated into other languages too. So here's the other cool thing. You're now an author of a book that's been translated into six languages. That sounds pretty daggone impressive, right?
25:23And what's cool is that it's actually done well. So that's the idea prompt and then it gives you a whole bunch of ideas for things, right? And tells you all of the issues that people are having and then I'm gonna say, And by the way, I asked for 10 and I didn't think that there was enough creativity there, so I just said continue and it gives you another 10 more. You can do that. That's an easy hack with ChatGPT. Considering the 20 answers that you provided, create 20 practical, engaging, catchy titles so that I can choose one, basically. Targeted at capturing the intention of your target market, this list should include only titles that considering the best-selling book titles for other non-fictional educational books would have the best chance of causing those people to read it and share it, okay?
26:14So I'm saying I want you, you, you, chat GPT, old god of AI, know what books are bestsellers. You know that titles sell books. You have an inventory of all the titles relating to educational non-fiction books in your database because you've scanned most of the internet. Considering all that, please create one for me that is likely to also be a bestseller. So it gave me a whole bunch of results. The one that I liked the best was Wrenches to Riches. I think it was How to Build a Thriving HVAC Business. I think that's pretty good, right? And then we have it create the table of contents. So based on the research that you've completed so far, because it's identified the problems and challenges in a title now, right?
Read the full transcript
26:57So based on all of that that you completed so far, create a table of contents for a book designed to identify and discuss each of them and it's going to be called this. It says, no problem, here you go. Here's your table of contents. Fantastic. Now I've got that, I'm going to say, write, and I'll tell you how to calculate the word number here in a minute, write a thousand plus word introduction for the above book whenever possible. Use stories, anecdotes, examples, and statistics to make it practical, authoritative, and interesting. Write me a good book. Okay? So first it's going to start because there's limitations in how much currently you can get back from ChatGPT.
27:35You can get more in Playground if you guys know about the API key and all that, but it's still not enough to write a whole book. So we have to have it do it section by section, chapter by chapter. So I ask it to do the intro first. I pick a number of words based on how long I want the book to be. I'll show you how to calculate that in a second. And then it writes me a wonderful intro, okay? And then I keep on asking it to write chapter one, chapter two, chapter three, based on the table of contents that it gave me. And if we get time, I'll show you at the end how to automate all this, okay? So now it's writing the book for me, and if it's, if the chapter is too short, just say continue, and it will just keep writing, okay?
28:17But it should give you the number of words that you ask for. To identify the parts of it that sound like they came from AI, and then rewrite those so that you have a less AI sounding book. But I will tell you, I'll tell you this is very helpful to do, but if you can't and you don't have time, just try it. Just try doing any of this stuff, right? Pick one of these things and try it. Okay, so Quillbot is free. Grammarly costs a little bit of money. Originality costs a little bit of money. That's kind of what it looks like as you go through. At the end of your book is your opportunity to sell. So now you've provided huge value because they've got a book that's got all of the answers they want to all their biggest problems.
28:59They've skipped through the ones they don't care about. They've read the few that they do. Now they look at the end. Have a resources page. What do you want them to do next? For me, I want them to sell me their company. You might want them to buy your product or your service. So have a resources page that offers whatever that is and offers them more information if they go online. When they go online, you can pixel them as a pixeled audience. You can ask them to opt in if you want to. You can build based on the pixeled audience. Now you've got a list of book buyers, right? Now you can say, build me a lookalike list of people that are like these people that bought my book.
29:37And you can continue to market to them as long as they stay pixeled, or if you capture their email, you're creating an email list. It's very, very effective. So for me, in the back of our book, it says effectively, apply to work with us. We buy companies like yours, apply to work with us. We buy and partner. So that helps us generate leads. And then you format your book for Kindle. I recommend that you do not do this yourself. Kindle provides free software to do it. I say skip all that and hire somebody from Fiverr to do it for 20 or 30 bucks, okay? So I'm going to skip the how to do it. But basically, if you used all three of those services, you're talking about less than$70 for a month, and you could write 100 books in a month.
30:21You don't need to subscribe to these. To me, subscribe for a month and then cancel it. But subscribe when you've got your team or you are ready to write as many of the books as you think you might want to write. Okay? And then do audiobooks, right? So you can also create unlimited audiobooks. And just like I was talking about some people, how many of you are audiobook-only people? Okay? How many of you are mostly audiobook people? Okay? And then how many of you are just Kindle or paperback people? Different people, different markets, you've got to reach them all. So this allows you now to take what you've created and reach that market that so many, I get frustrated when I find a book that's not available electronically because I don't want to carry them around.
31:06Then I get frustrated if it's only in Kindle and I can't listen to it because I got a lot better chance of listening to it While I'm doing 20 other things than I do of reading it as a Kindle, right? So you miss me as a market and a lot of the people here that raise their hands as audio only If you only have it in one format You want to reach your customer and your prospect in as many places as you can So let AI do that for you. So again using 11 labs voice clone We cloned we cloned my voice and then created the audiobook version of this. Also, in the book that I just wrote with Jay Abraham that we launched last week, I used only AI, and again, it wasn't me.
31:45We had to get the audiobook done. The final version of the book wasn't done until like a week before the launch happened. The process at Amazon is about two weeks plus to get an audiobook approved, at least it is for us, and then we had to go find somebody to do it. I didn't have all of the time that it was going to take to read the thing because it's 448 pages. I didn't actually relish the thought of reading it either. So rather than do that or pay the person that quoted us$6 ,000 to get it done in a couple of weeks that was also too long, I just had our team do it using AI. So we basically fed the book in to 11 labs, had it clone, had it use my voice clone to read the book.
32:29So if you want to hear a completely 100 % AI generated book that's 448 pages long and it's pretty decent, it's got a couple of mistakes, but I've listened to about half of it so far myself and it's pretty good. It's pretty good. And again, it's to me about getting out the valuable stuff and people obviously like it because it's getting positive reviews. I think, does this play it? Forward by Tony Robbins. What causes someone to become an entrepreneur? For me, it was a painful upbringing. I grew up, so I thought about cloning Tony's voice, and I was like, he might get upset with me if I have him do it.
33:05But he wrote the intro for us. So that whole audio book then was able to be done within a couple of days. Because we did have to listen to it to be sure that it sounded good. Oh, and how much did it cost? It cost basically$100 for 11 labs for 10 hours of audio transcription at that level. I had to sign up for the$99 thing. and then Fiverr, the people, charges$30 to turn it into the Amazon-friendly format, which is ACX. But you can also get a program called Audacity and do it yourself. But again, to me, it's how valuable is your time? If you could get 10 of these out instead of one, then get the 10 out.
33:46Don't spend the time on the small stuff, okay? Buy back your time. Also, newsletters are super, super hot right now. I get a ton of content from newsletters. How many of you guys subscribe to any newsletters? How many of you read them also? Okay, half the people that subscribe read. I get it, I get it, right? But again, there are newsletter customers, and there are book customers, and there are podcast customers. Give it to them in the format that they want. How do you be everywhere all at once? Use AI. So here we're using Google Sheets, we're using Zapier, ChatGPT, and a platform called Ghost.
34:23Ghost is a newsletter and blogging platform. You can use different ones. We picked it because it integrated with Zapier. Our newsletters generally go out on Beehive, the ones that I write, but the ones that we're doing by AI can go out on other services too. So what we do is we also use Canva, and I'll show you how that all works together. So basically, ChatGPT creates the base of a workflow in Zapier. So you can ask ChatGPT to give you the workflow to accomplish something you want to accomplish using Zapier. And because it's now recently enabled again with access to the internet, you can actually have it give you one that's completely up to date.
35:08So I had it give me that, and basically it's a process of connecting Google Sheets using Zapier. And I'm not going to go, again, if I had more time, I would happily do it. But it's connect these things to each other, and then you have a Google Sheet that gets created and added to by ChatGPT through automated queries that happen as a result of the Zap and the prompt that you create. And then it does two paths. I'm going to get to the paths. Two paths. So you can have Zapier do more than one thing at a time. So we have it run path A to create emails, and we have path B to create blogs. And that's the same thing.
35:54The email is newsletter. So it's doing two completely separate paths, but off of the same data with half the effort. How can you be more productive? How can you hire fewer people? How can you get more out of your day or out of the days of your team? It's stuff like this, okay? So how we do it, basically you input titles that you get from ChatGPT. Give me a bunch of titles for newsletter articles. Give me a bunch of titles for blog posts. They can be the same, right? That's what we're doing. Then that you basically, those titles are in a Google sheet. Zapier sends them to ChatGPT with a prompt to write an article or a newsletter article or a blog post from them.
36:36And the result is perfectly formatted posts and emails that you can simply either copy and paste, but let's not do that. Let's integrate ChatGPT using Zapier and Google Sheets to the program that's going to send these out or post them. In our case, it's Ghost, and then we don't have to do anything. It's all happening behind the scenes instantaneously. You put this together one time, and it will generate as much content as you want, right? So, and I'm going to skip some of this because I want to show you. This is the Zap. So if you want to take your camera, don't take a picture of this. Focus your camera on that QR code, and then click the link, and then save that for later.
37:23Because that will take you to our Zap that we use to do this, okay? So that, rather than telling you how to do it, I'd rather just give it to you, okay? So again, relatively inexpensive to do this. And it takes us about 30 minutes, but we end up, and I'm going to skip through Beehive because it's just showing you the same thing. We end up with a year of content done in a single day. So here's something that's cool. A lot of you, I think 40 % or so of you guys are coaches and consultants, right? So if you want to be amazing, do this stuff for your clients. But think about being able to create for clients or your own business 365 days.
38:06You instantly have a content calendar. You instantly have a content calendar. You instantly have a newsletter. You instantly have a blog. That's pretty amazing. So for me, for the company that I have that's got nine different products, we created 365 emails cross-promoting and cross-educating about all nine of our products. and they didn't have a newsletter before. And now we've got 30 ,000 people on our newsletter list that we didn't have before that are buying stuff from us through a new way, right? And you could go on and on and create more and more using this. But to me, like that use case is kind of crazy.
38:46Automated social media content. So again, using all of the different AI tools, we'll basically go to Twitter, download Twitter content, run it through ChatGPT, put it into a Canva interface, and have it create a video. How do we do that? The easiest thing, like creating Instagram Reels, I have 10 minutes left, so I'm trying to decide exactly what to share with you. You can search for a tweet template, and then go to apps in Canva, this is in Canva, and then click bulk create. So basically, you copy and paste from ChatGPT or all the questions you've got, or ChatGPT will create a CSV, a comma-separated value file, of what you need that you can then just upload to Canva.
39:31But what's cool about it is it will generate the pages, and in this case, it was 51 pieces of content that came in the form of video. So I got 51 reels. I've got 51 YouTube shorts, 51 Instagram reels, 51 LinkedIn posts, 51 snaps, 51, et cetera, et cetera, right? From one thing that I didn't have to do anything to generate times hundreds of questions. How do people create 70, 100, 200 pieces of content a week? That's one way. Or you could spend an extra 100 grand a month to have a team doing it. Which do you want? And it's pretty good. And I'll show you how to do it even faster in a second. Hey, Roland.
40:15Yeah. Is anybody going to be totally upset if Roland goes over like 15 minutes and covers all this? So one person, okay, so y 'all are upset? Okay. Let's give the man an extra 15, and if he needs more, then we'll just keep going. Okay. Screw it. All right. So quizzes. I was mentioning before, quizzes are super, super hot. It's a great way to do things. We had been meaning to do them ever since Ryan Levesque released his program, Ask, like 1 ,000 years ago. But we didn't because it was like, I've got to get around that quiz thing, that quiz thing, we're going to do it, right? So now what you can do is basically go to ChatGPT, have it create a bunch of quizzes.
40:54Just ask ChatGPT. The prompt here was really simple. It just says, create me 10 quizzes around business. So it could be very generic. It could be around whatever it is your product or service is. Can you mute me for one half second?
41:11You're welcome. And it will create whatever you want. So your product or service, create me 10 quiz questions. OK? Then choose a template in Canva. Then select the one that you like. Connect your CSV from before. So the CSV is all of the questions. Go to Apps, click bulk create, and you will have all of the quizzes that you ever wanted. It's really, really cool. So that's how you do it. The next thing I want to share with you is, and it's pretty inexpensive, video shorts content. So how can you create more videos from the videos that you're already doing? How many of you are already creating longer form videos on YouTube or any other platform?
42:00Okay, great, cool. So now what you can do is those videos that you're creating long form, and I'll show you how to create long form videos automatically in a minute, is you can use one of these three programs. So, GetMunch and Opus and Video are the three most popular. We split tested them for you. And I got to tell you, we used the same video and ran it through all three systems. Signed up for all three of them, wanted to see which one was best and which one made the most sense. And interestingly enough, Munch, which is cool, Munch is sexy because Munch says, hey, you upload your video and then we're gonna tell you what the search volume is for all the keywords that you mention in the video.
42:42And then we're gonna create shorts around the ones that are the most popular. That sounds really sexy, right? And it's expensive, but their videos suck. I'm gonna just tell you right out, right? Their videos, we didn't get a single useful video out of the 13-minute long form that we uploaded and it created a whole bunch of them. It didn't do jump cuts, the transcription was meh. It picked terrible things to do. It wasn't good. Unless you're an accountant or a very sophisticated buyer who knows how to read and what the importance is of all of the lines. It automatically chopped up, edited, and put the little captions at the bottom.
43:22But it wasn't really good. We then did the same thing with video, which has a pretty good editor, but again, created so-so content. Hey, Roland Frazier here. And today we are talking about what are the, wasn't super happy with that. Opus actually was great. And again, I have no affiliate or interest in any of these guys. It's just sharing. But Opus is much more limited, but it actually creates really good things. So it generated 15 clips for me, and it gives you a confidence score. So it can tell you, you know, we're confident this one's really good. And the result was, I liked the editing that it did.
43:58What? Let me go back and get it. I'll make it happen. So what I like to do is I like to be clear on what is an... So what it did is it created some of the cool little icons and things like that. I really, I think it did a great job. What's cool is price-wise, it's the least expensive one. So$49 a month for Munch,$0 to$299 for video, and up to$19 US dollars for Opus. So really, really like that. You can also create short and long-form content using services like InVideo. InVideo creates long-form videos for YouTube or whatever you want based on what you put in. So you can say, make me a video about how to ride horses better, and it will do that.
44:48You can say, make me a video about how to tack when riding a horse. It will do that. So whatever your product or service is, whatever the needs are, whatever your customers are saying, they want more information about, you can put in and automatically not have to do anything to create a video. You don't have to be in it at all. And it creates really good videos. So basically you do the prompt and I think I've got the example in here. There we go. It should play. Picture this. A wave of baby boomers is retiring and with that comes the sale of their businesses. This creates an unprecedented opportunity for mergers and acquisitions.
45:23This isn't just a small wave, it's a tsunami. So all the jump cuts, all the footage, the captions, all of that done, I didn't do anything except create me a video about buying and selling businesses. That's pretty cool, and then you can feed that into the other programs to create shorts out of the long form.
45:43Virtual influencers is to me the next awesome place that things are going so that you can create videos by you without you being there. And that is, to me, a giant opportunity for productivity. There are also, of course, potential risks associated with it. Brask is one of the tools that we use to do this. I really like Brask. Brask will basically put your face or put another face over any model. So you could record a video, and let's say that you want to go into Asian markets, but you're not Asian, but you want to have an Asian person that's speaking or an Asian-looking person that's speaking, or a Hispanic person or a Middle Eastern person or whatever, then you can do that.
46:28So I am particularly fond of Evil Villain. Can you see if you can make, guys, the evil villain one play? The one with the not me with the beard? Move to the right. Give terms. No, stop that one. That's the Asian me. There you go. Give terms. Give terms. I want to sell this for a million dollars. How cool is that? What you can do then is you could have models, actors, people, if you wanted to, create the base by being the physical body that's there, and then you could put your face on theirs if you want. You can put other people's face. You can go into different markets. You can do that in different languages.
47:13If I want to do Chinese speaking Roland with a Chinese Roland, I can do that. Right? It's kind of cool. And also very, very nascent, right? It's very, very early on. You can also use this to run financial due diligence, but I'm going to just skip to the last one that I want to share with you. And for those of you in Founders Board, I'm going to go over the detail of this later in Founders Board. But let me get to this. You guys are going to like this. I'm pretty sure it's in here. I think it's at the very end. Let's see, this is Google Analytics. We use it to run Google Analytics recommendations.
47:52And it's really cool what you can do. It's just insane. But I'm trying to get to, and I hope this is the right one. We did this in the green room right before I came in here. We were waiting for the video to render. And this is using HeyGen. And so HeyGen, basically, you upload two to five minutes of video footage and then you film a consent video. I didn't have the time to steal Ryan's identity again this way so I actually asked him to let me do it and he did, which I thought was really nice. And then after about five minutes, this is not me. I never did any of this. It's totally created from video that was uploaded.
48:39Okay, so here's I don't even know what what he had me say. The coming years will create unprecedented opportunities for you to acquire businesses for no money out of pocket and reap enormous financial rewards. The thing we learned is my hands are kind of fidgety, but it's basically like I didn't do this. And it's a video of me talking about stuff that was fed in from a script through AI. So we did one in the green room with Ryan, and I thought it would be fun because I wrote a book. One of the books that I wrote automated-wise was random things when you're doing this stuff come into your head.
49:14For some reason, troll dolls came into my head. So let's see what Ryan, not really Ryan, AI Ryan has to say about troll dolls. Investing in troll dolls and becoming a troll doll collector offers a unique and potentially rewarding opportunity. These quirky, colorful figures hold a nostalgic charm that resonates with collectors of all ages.
49:37Pretty cool, right? Thank you. So my big ask for you is if you want more customers, you want processes, you want to hire more people or hire better or be more efficient and get more out of the people that you've got, use this to do that. I think it's absolutely amazing what you can do. And we're using it, as you can see, across all of our businesses. and it's really having an impact. And if you just pick one of these things, say that you decide you want to create an AI podcast or you want to do an AI version of you talking or whatever, but pick one and get with your team and maybe even before you leave here, say, we're going to go into this.
50:26We're going to have a podcast. We're going to write a book. Whatever that thing is that you've been putting off that was one of the things that we did here, AI can do it for you so much faster and let's say it's not better. Let's say it's just as good. Let's say it's 80 % to 90 % as good. It's still going to give you leverage. It's going to give you the ability to scale yourself like you never could before, even just a year ago. Right? Even just a year ago. Think about that. ChatGPT hasn't even been out for a year. That's kind of crazy. So take this, use it, and thank you guys very much, and I'll see you soon.
