In short

Topic AI job search and career automation using AI agents/automations (Claude + Indeed, Codex computer-use), plus a broader discussion on which jobs are most at risk vs which remain valuable due to “taste,” purpose, and original thinking. Also covers “observed vs potential AI exposure” (Anthropic-style analysis), India’s job exposure dashboard, and practical workplace automation examples (micromanaging, meeting prep, repetitive tasks).

Guests Vaibhav Sisinty (host/guest speaker; builds AI tools/agents; runs an AI-focused community; discusses building “Content OS” and job/skill automation workflows). Raj Shamani (co-guest; asks/steers questions about job replacement, taste, and automation use cases).

Guest backgrounds (from transcript)

Vaibhav

developer/product builder using Codex/Claude/AI agents; claims to have built an AI-focused personal product (“Content OS”) and job exposure visualizers; references prior work with “second brain” and building internal/open-source tooling.

Raj

not much personal background stated; participates as interviewer/peer discussing job replacement and practical career/workplace problems.

Key claims

  1. 80% of white-collar jobs (software engineering-heavy) can be automated end-to-end by AI; blue-collar automation is “almost zero.”
  2. “Observed exposure” (AI usage today) is far lower than “potential exposure” (what AI could automate).
  3. Jobs tied to “tasks” are more replaceable than those requiring “purpose/taste” and original thinking.
  4. Companies can be profitable while laying off workers due to AI-enabled smaller teams; savings may be reinvested into AI infrastructure (GPUs).
  5. For job search: use Claude to generate Indeed job lists from your resume, then Codex to auto-fill/apply details.

Notable examples

  • Claude connector to Indeed; Codex “computer use” fills Indeed application fields using resume-derived info.
  • Jack Dorsey/Block tweet about AI enabling smaller teams.
  • Meta/Oracle layoffs despite strong profitability; “vicious cycle” of layoffs + GPU investment.
  • Anthropic “observed exposure”/automation index concept; Karpathy-style job market visualizer adapted for India.
  • Omi Desktop/comet browser for auto-generating progress context; AI-generated meeting prep from client dashboard screenshots.
  • Zapier Agents + Feedly + Google News for daily automated content research.

0:00On Twitter, all CEOs are writing that they are dead. Every day, you read the news and you know that I will fire tomorrow, I will go. 70 % of the workforce of the US is white collar. White collar means software engineering. Rest of it is blue collar. Carpenter, plumber, etc. White collar exposure is almost 80%. 80 % of the jobs in today's world can be automated from AI. In blue collar, it's almost zero. If you look at data based on education, with more degrees, their jobs are higher on risk. How do you find jobs in AI? Actually, let's do a very simple thing. Let's go to Claude. Claude has a connector which is basically called as Indeed.

0:41Now that I have Indeed, what I will do is, I drop the resume in Claude and I will be like, okay, so you are an expert career counselor. What I want you to do is, and basically it will give me a proper list of jobs that I can apply for. So now I've found 5 companies who have to apply a job. How do I apply? So here what I will do is I would basically go to Codex. Link of the roles. What's in Codex? I can give it access to a folder. I'll just open that folder. So it has access to that folder. And I'll be like, Hey, I've given you access to my resumes, cover letters. Now I've told what it needs to be done.

1:21You have to go to Plugins. and there is something called as computer use. Okay. Now one crazy thing is that Codex has access to all your apps on your computer. And it's so beautiful when you see it working. It is just wild. Look at this. What Codex is doing is it's filling details on Indeed.com for us. He's doing everything. It's insane. And how are you getting this information? From your resume. I haven't given it to him. I'm in Bangalore. I have a pin code. I have nothing. He's doing everything. Yes. I have to admit that I have 2 interviews in 5 months. How do you do the interview preparation?

1:58Okay, so let's say...

2:04If anyone has to find out that your skills according to your world, which is the best job in which you get the best money, you can grow that money and you can always know that you get the job. You will know about those jobs You apply and prepare for it so that you crack it in the interview so that you just increase your value in the market and make more money and probably get a job in which you will become a lot of money if you want to do it without any hassle with genuinely probably 5 minutes in a day just give it 5 minutes you have to do it all and you don't want to do it yourself this is the episode where we will teach you how to build that automatically.

2:51You will find AI jobs for a day and find out who you are the best jobs to give the best jobs. WebAW and I have made an AI-focused community where AI is in-depth. And if you also have to learn to fully utilize AI to make your work faster and better, you can join this community. Link is in the description below. It's completely free.

3:21I tweeted a tweet in which you are talking about Mark Zuckerberg. You wrote that Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly building an AI to do his own job. So the CEO of one of the most powerful companies is making AI himself so that he's going to do his job. What is that? So this is a thesis across. So this is a thesis across. They need a proof to tell the world that everything is reported. and the best proof for that is by replacing yourself I think it's a statement more than execution but what we're making, basis of what we understand is a variation of the thought process how it's thinking, how it's solving, how it's meeting notes how it's auditions, how it's documented personal notes on how he thinks all the material in one place and he has made an app an assistant which is his AI clone basically what he is doing we were talking about second brain last time he is renting it to his employees and his concept based on what we have read is that if you come to me before you come to me go to my bot he will refine you because my brain in a way operates there in the same way right after refining but that's what he's saying his idea is how can every single employee of meta access my brain but will Zuck do this and company will not be become a big one why will it happen because then only with the unidirectional one brain this is access no you don't I mean you're right if everybody is like I'll ask Zuck's bot first then probably this is like but this is more of access like I said this is more of a statement than anything else that this is possible if my job is automatable how much is your job worth it's a statement it's like replaceable theory I am replaceable who are you and Sam Altman has also said one thing I think AI will be able to do my job before most of the jobs because CEOs decision making thought process they are all usually based backed off data and jho inference ho ta hai woh base of data points hi hot hai CEO's and that is why it is a very replaceable thing most of the layer is replaceable thing but jho part replaceable nahi hai CEO's ka bhi ho tera bhi ho mera bhi ho aur woh hai taste everybody has their own taste you know there are people who do their jobs who do their jobs like tools madab I have to do this step 1, step 2, step 3, step 4, step 5 I will finish the job those are your average people in your company who don't think those jobs, those are the jobs that are in risk but when you have taste when you have your own thought process coming in when you are an original thinker when you are trying new things out when you are not doing a work like a tool you are going to be fine in fact you are going to thrive at this point of time because the thinker who has the ability to do something new who has the taste what is the person doing who doesn't enjoy the job who doesn't enjoy the job they have delegated A-I-K-Through yeah they are now delegated A-I-K-Through so that they are able to do a lot more true interesting then you had a tweet about replacing jobs it was about task and purpose yeah this is exactly what task and purpose is exactly what I was trying to say task is sending an email purpose is why the hell are you sending that email so you think why the hell are you sending that email yeh replace nahi ho ga yeh replace nahi ho ga because that's the purpose that is what you do the job for but because this is a part that is confined to you yeh ji jo part hai wo jo tu khut karta hai uska madalab yeh bhi hai ki yaar jab dunya ko dekhta hai du most of the people are doing tasks in the name of a job that is where the fundamental problem is I don't understand if you go look into your office look at people who are doing tasks like step 1, step 2, step 3, step 4 those are the people who are in risk they can replace because today I am going to rely on the test I am going to rely on this this is the problem to solve how to do it and this will be solved in a new way and take it correct current.

8:09Those are the people who won't be replaced. Yes. And how do you develop taste? It's a great question actually. How do you develop taste? I think there could be a lot of ways for you to develop taste. One way I believe is by getting yourself exposed to more things. If you know these possibilities, automatically you build an inclination build, you build your own taste, you find your calling. And its simplest framework according According to me, what I've worked for is experimentation. Okay. There is no yes or no. Either it works or it doesn't. There is no good idea, bad idea. Either the idea works or it doesn't.

8:49So I know you also operate like that. Right. We do a lot of experiments. As you do experiments, you build that muscle of taste. But I think the first step for this experiment is constraint. who doesn't have any constraints they can't develop taste there has to be some constraint constraint is either time or money or where will they pay the rent you know there has to be something job is going on something like this constraint is where it is that is not coming until people don't put their brains in experimenting and doing something faster or better and because they don't do that they're not able to build yes and no white and black good or bad and in that case taste develops like those who are not doing any constraint they will do what you said they will do they don't have it in them to experiment a lot no I think it also has to do a lot with purpose and hunger that comes out of you don't like your life right now I mean philosophical now situation philosophical but this is true current version of your life you okay like is let's say maybe a strong word you think there's a better life out there which is way better than the current version of your life that's ambition right that's ambition so are you saying that people i mean obviously if you're someone who doesn't have hunger who doesn't have ambition who just want to tick boxes i'm saying that's the one that's the one task there is not that they don't have to pay bills they also have to pay bills but they just don't enjoy doing what they're doing maybe they should find their purpose maybe they should find what they enjoy doing but that takes us to a very different tangent of tangent altogether so you're saying that the monotonous regular tasks without a purpose they're gone or they're going to go you absolutely believe that everyone will go like twitter or news all the big tech companies and CEOs are saying, that they are gone.

11:01Like, every day, you know, that I'm going to fire on the wall, I'm going to go, I'm going to go. Forget employees. I don't work at my job, I think I'm going to go. Bro, look, I don't, I don't think we should put this on a position of fear at all. But I want to talk about this on a position of realization. I want everybody to realize this. That companies, they don't do the work for your benefit. Companies work for the beneficiary of their shareholders. They have to give return and value back to their shareholders. And they will do whatever it takes to make that happen. Right? Now,

11:50let's talk about what is happening. Two examples will pick up. First, you know who Jack Dorsey is, right? Ex-Twitter. Yeah, I mean founder. I call him the founder, right? Last founder. Yeah. Now there are only owners. So Jack Dorsey, after he moved on from Twitter, he built something called as Block, which is Square, which is very popular fintech you might have heard of in the US. This tweet shook up the internet and everyone else. 64 million views on this What was this? His team Had 10 ,000 people His business Was growing faster than ever 10 ,000 people 4 ,000 people And the reasoning Is this We are making this tough decision Not because we are in trouble Our business is strong Gross profit continues to grow We continue to serve more and more customers Profitably But something has changed we are seeing that the intelligence tools we are creating and using paired with smaller and flatter teams are enabling a new way of working which fundamentally changes what it means to build and run a company just I got chills when I read this because what is he saying?

13:14he saying that it's not your fault first of all right business is good AI is not bad for you because of AI business is bad profit is growing, growth is growing but we have seen that those people who are using the AI tools they are able to considerably build and do so much better that we don't need so much but there is a caveat here, what is that? the caveat is, paired with smaller and flatter teams and we are already seeing that when people are working when smaller teams are working with these tools so what does it mean about the other 4 ,000 people? that they were not working with these tools yes they were not expanding themselves they were tasking now I tell you what is event phrase here what?

14:12Meta laid off 8 ,000 or laying off 8 ,000 people Oracle laid off 30 ,000 people India may be very effective 30, 30, 30, 20 % of their workforce globally, including a ton of people in India. Okay. Story same. Business is doing great. Best quarters ever. Highest profitability ever. But laying off people. Why is it happening? This is what the scary part is. Large companies, there is one side of the story where they're like efficiency has increased. We don't have so much of the need. They've given it. people who are doing good who are able to multiply they are coming to have jobs the other thing that is happening with Oracle, Meta and all of that is they are laying off people at Meta is also almost 10 % 15 % something Oracle is 20 % taking that money if you lay off 10 ,000 people that billions of dollars of money saved in salaries they take that money in and you know where they are investing in AI infrastructure they are buying more GPUs

15:27It's a bloody vicious cycle It's a cycle over cycle over cycle This is one side of the story Now the thing that worries me a lot Is every time When a company doesn't do the right thing the market doesn't reward them either market is rewarding boss leak is getting stock is increasing 10 % and 10 % is not increasing 100 million companies you get my point trillions of dollars I mean billions of dollars is being added so it's on us how we want to conclude of this but things have started to happen this has started But here's a question That's why there were 10 ,000 people That's why there were 4 ,000 people They said that We will retain the 6 ,000 people 4 ,000 people we have fired 4 ,000 people we have fired That's why they have Smaller team, flatter team They can make something wrong with them They don't make their own productive Here's a question That's why they have a lot That's why they do do the other thing and you wrote something which was about observed exposure yeah I didn't write it but I'll tell you what it is is it related to it that whoever the work can be done observed exposure through no I'll tell you what observed exposure is in fact today we do the tool which Jack Dossie wrote we have built internal tools with which people are able to do more work that internal tool is open source and I've been using it for two years nice I'll show you that.

17:11Okay. First, observed exposure. Then, I'm doing it. Yes. Observed exposure is basically a coin that is turned by anthropic. Okay. They launched a income index report. They launched a word coin. They went through hundreds of jobs, looked at what people do in those skills, and looked at what percentage of jobs can be automated using AI. Okay. Okay. Let's say software engineering. software engineering using AI can automate a lot but actually what AI inside of software engineering is observed exposure what is the potential of AI versus how much are people using AI for so in their math on an average this is based on US report by the way this is fascinating if you go deep deep into it 70 % of workforce of US is white collar White collar means software engineering This is what we work in the computer Simple Rest of it is blue collar Carpenter, plumber, these are all White collar exposure Is almost 80 % Potential exposure is 80 % Meaning 80 % of the jobs Which are in today's world They can be end to end Automated from AI It's not now It's not now It's not exposure It's not observed exposure But the actual potential exposure is a lot In blue collar, it's almost zero I mean, how do you do this plumber?

18:46Correct Now if you go deeper into this If you look at data based on education The more skilled people are The more skilled people are Their jobs are higher on risk Now people will say You're getting a degree Curly IM is low right we are not the reality is that job skilling right now this is the high level this is what observed exposure is potential of AI and actually nice little web graph very very cool it was completely viral you can see it right

19:35people are thinking that the spelling is not which is true yeah this one this became very popular this is observed exposure many people have read purpose and read tweets this is observed exposure look at this graph what are you seeing this is blue all gone so management business finance all gone I thought the screen went away management, business, finance computer and math so social so I think what comes no, the blue that is a theoretical AI coverage, that is what AI can automate so I mean my job can go but everything can go but the red it is observed AI coverage I mean how much push AI coverage now, what happens when the exposure or the coverage becomes maximum.

20:31Okay. A ton of jobs will go because AI can automate all of them. What is the US? What do we do in the US? We flip in India. There is no study. So I was surprised that I had to come in India. So for that, I told myself I had to take my tax data. How much tax in India? Okay. Around 45 lakh crores something is the total tax. I've done this digging. Total government revenue 44 lakh crores. Out of that, 30 lakh crores is direct or indirect tax. In that, income tax alone is 16 to 17 lakh crores. These 16 to 17 lakh crores which are coming in your own, how many people come in you? 2 crore people. 2 crore people pay 16 to 17 lakh crores.

21:24What do these 2 crore people do? White collar jobs White collar jobs And we are seeing Exposed We are seeing the exposure If it's software engineering If it's software engineering If it's software engineering Then we have exposure Let's say 85-90 % of the jobs Actually vanish How will the government 15 lakh crore US will not be worried About it I'll tell you why Why? Because I told you about The conversation with Alex From Meta Tell me Where we spoke about I asked him this question Alex who is head of AI for Meta I asked him what happened in the world He said one simple thing When we start a job Universal basic income What does everyone get?

22:11How do they get the pocket money? Where will the government come from? So these AI companies will tax the government 65, 70, 80 % pay, they will pay the money and pay the money as universal basic income now this works for US great there is open AI, there is Anthropic there is Google, there are all companies China also understood this so Chinese started making it to themselves companies now let's talk about India where do we stand jobs will go but are there companies which are AI first which are killing these jobs in India to tax if universal basic income is in India then how will it be? who will give money?

23:00and how will it be? how will it be? because who will buy? if there are jobs then there will be no consumer that is a new thing what do you say for that concept? there is another theory for that which is universal high income where this is said that we are watching it in a silo we are just watching the internet the biggest bottleneck is in energy that is what is costing money we are all paying money for everything because of one thing everything is working if the cost of energy is negligible then everything will be negligible because there are robots which can do most of the work in 5, 10, 15 years from now there is AI which is very smart so the factory is running the robot is running the brain is AI but it still costs one thing energy electricity where will it come so if you see majority of the investments Sam Altman is not part of and his 1 % stake is not open AI but people have invested so many investments in which one nuclear fusion and fusion because that is the next leg of energy energy transition on top of that everybody is talking about Dyson Swarms what is Dyson Swarms?

24:26now we have solar if we want the energy that we want from solar the amount of land coverage that we need is insane and there's a lot of loss of energy so Dyson Swarm was a theoretical concept where you imagine the sun you are almost covering the sun and you are almost covering the sun with solar in a way, not solar but in a way, that is Dyson Swarm okay it's called Dyson Spear by the way this is what Dyson Spear is

25:06that's the sun and you put a thing around it which is capturing the energy of sun to the closest And data centers, all these GPUs that need data centers, will also be in space. Okay. So if you look, Jeff Bezos has invested big money to set up data centers in space. Google is talking about data centers in space. Elon Musk told him, I have made SpaceX this way. He has forgotten about people moving to Mars. He's talking about data centers in space because they've all realized the money, the fuel is energy. Now, this is theoretical. by the way this is pure because the sun is very big so swarm is small it means think about 3 or 4 think about it will not be so big small but small but now they are thinking about do we have to go to sun or we can go somewhere else how close do we go to sun this is to be investments because things will go so close how do we transmit inference now in AWS or Google Cloud in the world, it's hosted.

26:13That's why it's time. It's latency. But when it's in the sun, like when it's in space, how do you transmit energy? It's also becoming tech. They're talking. A lot of investments are going in. On the earth, there's nuclear fission and fusion. And then there is this moonshot. Crazy. That is Dyson. So if this happens, if energy becomes free, the whole world will go into devaluation. inflation deflation because everything will fundamentally become free when fundamentally everything becomes free then you're watching Netflix Better Life you're living a life of fun where everything is free right but this is the good side of the story but people will buy what's the money you'll buy what's the money you'll buy what's the money exactly that is the big question right now the questions that people are asking on the good side of the story is humans always looked for purpose in life work gave them purpose exactly solving complex problems actually kept you sane people say you know what we will go back to the medieval times when your work when your life was family was chilling was hobbies was painting was art was writing you find your calling they say But in a distant future, I feel like there's a possibility.

27:42I mean, in theory, it's good in the air. The concept is like, it's possible. Does it make sense? Good side of the story. There has to be an ugly side. Positive side of the story. The ugly side of the story is of the hungry people. They're like, no, this is mine. I've made it. Right? There could be that side. And that is what the world fears. If China has... So, you know the concept of AI, AGI, ASI, right? artificial intelligence is what we are using when AI becomes smarter than theoretically AI is a lot of artificial general intelligence is AI that is smarter than every single person in the world together and can literally do anything and everything much better than every single person in the world that is AGI which people are chasing towards the reason companies chase towards AGI is because when a company gets to AGI more than they unlock very smart thing they unlock something called a singularity what a singularity when AI can develop itself without AI researchers the whole AI wave is moving purely because of maybe 1000 to 1500 people in the world probably not even that number these are all AI engineers that's why Mark Zuckerberg gave 1 billion dollars for one person these are AI engineers They are the highest value people in the world today.

29:10With the AI engineers, they move faster. Now, when the AI engineer itself is an AI, then we are living in singularity because AI is self-evolving and making itself better. When AI can make itself better, you basically have unlimited AI engineers working 24-7, leading to something thousand times more powerful which is super intelligent and that is ASI so this is a wave curve okay many people defend it some people say Sam Altman there will be a point of time where there will be rapid acceleration now there will be rapid acceleration so I can't imagine what it actually is but Daryo Amode and all these people say no there will be rapid acceleration the moment AGI happens because self learning has gone end to end then you grow so fast that no other catch up will not be able to do that is why every single lab is behind one thing that we have to do AGI so that the brothers will reach AGI they will be the first set of people to hit ASI as well and you will have such an unfair advantage over everybody else that if you are driving in Ferrari and everyone has a cycle so what race are you racing so that is the game that's happening as well okay let's come down to today sorry we were talking about

30:46observed exposure you were telling India we were talking about that can you open that again yeah so we were at observed exposure how many jobs are we going in India whatever is there now there is one more data to this so India, you said that there is no company that will pay them so what happens but there is one smart thing I used to complain but I think now it has done a smart thing India has always pushed every country if you need a tax if you want to pay open your company we have something called as OIDAR where we put GST even on a transaction from an international company coming to India so they would get extra 18 % that was like a tax that was being applied because of that it is in a way a tariff for digital products so companies have started to build their bases here if that bases are built here value can be utilized here for example open AI that the usage will be here or here that the data centers are usage I feel that's a smart play India playing that data centers card I could not understand initially but when you look at the big picture that makes sense because where there are data centers data centers are not for India for the region so all the dollar value will flow through this of course tax holiday for next 10-15 years after that it will be taxed until this will be done so there is a good side of the story which India has played there as well.

32:26Though we were not able to build our indigenous AI, which I'm still hoping that we'll make something. Because there's a lot of work happening. But we have in a way figured out a way to be part of that value chain. By doing data centers and... Why is that a story? No. Why is that a... Google is investing close to$15 billion. Meta is investing... They're building after US, largest data centers in the world are being built in India in Vishakapitnam. Q Q One is that During COVID They built out that You know Internet infrastructure Underwater wiring And all There is port And India gave those subsidies Where tax holiday It's a herd mentality dude Like One Google It's done Who is coming from?

33:17All right Meta Oracle And all these guys are building There are conversations That are happening All of the business Vishaka Bhattnab. Vishaka Bhattnab is called as the AI capital of the country right now. It'll in a way become the AI capital, second AI capital of the world. Like Hyderabad had become the IT capital of the world. Then there's something about this chief minister. Yeah man. I don't want to sound political but yeah. No but it makes sense. Chandrababu Naidoo, he, because this IT boom in Hyderabad was here. He had taken it. and now Vishak Abartan if you are talking about the second revolution maybe if he's played such substantial role it means there's something he understands something he understands is more stoned he plays the tech game like a boss because Hyderabad out of nowhere tech city it was nothing and today it's giving competition to all top cities in the country probably is better than most of the top cities in the country.

34:20Hyderabad is the second highest AI talent density pool in the world. The highest amount of AI hiring that is happening is happening actually in Hyderabad. In the world right now. And the foundation was led by this. Yeah. You know how much of work, of AI work happens in Google in India? It's crazy. many good teams are sitting out of India Microsoft has a huge pool of talent sitting in India I think strategically Anthropic OpenAI all these companies are putting their shops in India also because of talent pool density because initial talent is made in Silicon Valley after that it comes to India last wave so they are seeing that wave possibly to happen right now as well so hopefully So there's scope for jobs as well.

35:17Yeah, scope for original thinkers. Scope for original thinkers. That is exactly what we're talking about. Now, because we're talking about that, there's one other very interesting thing, okay? You know Karpathy? No, I've heard about it. Tell me about it. Karpathy's job. Andresh Karpathy was a co-founder of OpenAI. Was the head of AF Tesla.

35:42He's that credible. As simple as that. Okay. He built something called as a US job market visualizer. Okay. What is it? It's very simple. He mapped all the jobs of US. Okay. And basis of the jobs, he said what is the exposure to AI. Total wages exports in the US is$3.7 trillion. Okay. 143 million jobs are exposed to digital AI. Now the thing that is exposed, look at this. customer service representatives 9 out of 10 exposure that is the thing green is a good job for example construction laborer no problem continue hustling janitor continue your hustle general maintenance all good carpeters all good now look at the red ones information clerks financial clerks receptionists bookkeeping material recording customer service Secretaries and administration These are one side Accountants 8 out of 10 Management analysts All MBA people get into this 7 out of 10 Project management 7 out of 10 Financial analysts 9 out of 10 Exposure Market research 9 out of 10 You see the darker the red is The higher is the Quality of talent That we were always told it is They are the highest paid people Highest paid people Software developers 9 out of 10 Again Guys This is coming from Andreyj Karpathy Not from me I'm reading the report Right Computer support specialist Blah blah blah You can see this But overall on a map If you see Where green is Cooks 3 out of 10 I'm going to ask Sanjot I'm going to intern And now This is a very interesting thing That is education So you can see this Which education Is going to be so effective Basis of that also is there No degree Doctorate which channels are they falling in so that is a breakdown here as well and the same way monthly median pay again you'll see there's an indirect correlation higher paid people have a highest chance of impact now when I saw this report I was like who did India who did India do it so we researched a little bit and we made India job market visualizer right What is India job market visualizer?

38:10Well, it's the same thing.

38:15It's the same thing. Okay. Same thesis, but for India. By the way, I want to make this clear. This is what I mean by building. Right? I built this like three hours before we started. How did I build it? I went to perplexity computer. I just said, this is Andres Karpathi's report. Okay. Look at this This is the world that we are living in Report here This is Karpathi's job thing You can go check it out What I want you to do is I want you to do extensive research of data of India That is available And build a very similar exposure dashboard With data of India Because I don't have to do all of this Because the hard work is already run by Karpathi He has spoken about his thesis How did he research it What do I have to do now?

39:03Task What was the task in this? Figure out all the things That Carpathia did What are the similar report Crunch the data Visualize the data But what was the purpose here What does this data mean This is the outcome As long as I know What the outcome is I can build it And that's what I said In a single prompt Right It was told actually One hour before And we have the report ready Okay Which basically talks about 127 occupation groups in India And the same thing where our exposure actually is 616 million workers but in high exposure it's 42.6 million which is 6.9 % why? why? blue collar white collar split what's India's 2 crore people and 4 crore people are saying the tax paying now if you look at two graphs next to each other US was the whole red almost right but India this is what was okay 143 million 616 million more people who do work on an everyday level but exposure which is in India 42.6 million people there is 34.1 million negative outlook right but okay sorry here exposure not said count here dollar value but okay what I want to look at it from here is India looks all green because majority look at this crop growers which is agriculture animal producers shop sales people all okay animal producers all okay all small low cost jobs are going to be in India majorly that is right blue collar is 80 % now these are all our white collar financial professionals software developers what is the nature red all of you?

41:02Keyboard operators, clerical support like banking, secretaries. So if we look back one step, it looks like India is all green, all good. But the parts that are red. The 2 crore people are spending 17 crore tax. They are also spending it. Yes. Yes. That is the problem. But I think government. Our 100 crore problem is not. Our 2 crore people are progressing above the country. Because of which people are increasing freebies. because of which things are increasing which is tax collection will go to those people's exposure correct

41:40that's what we are seeing now this is cool what we will do is we will link this up for people to play with it if someone wants to see if someone wants to see that in India there are some jobs that can go through AI or will have more impact this chart we will link to all we will link to all then people can just click it and download it. Done. So yeah, that is where So that is where we are with job exposure. I don't think anybody has done it outside. Interesting. Okay. Here's the thing. So last time when you said that the jobs that people do jobs will make our episode for them. So I went out and asked everybody.

42:26So employees all I have given a set of problems and questions. Okay. What are the problems? Now, there are problems that can be in their life, in their professional life, that can be in their problem with me, or that can be in their particular boss or manager. I don't know. This is a generic. What are the things? So, I will ask one-one. Because, probably, there will be all the problems that will be most of the employees in their career, in their jobs. Okay. And then, one by one, we will try to solve it. and then we'll make it generalized later do you want to do generalized first and then specific or do you want to do specific first and generalizing go with the flow I don't know I don't even know what these are I'm a little concerned now okay

43:13so here's the thing first is if your boss is micromanaging how can you use AI to show progress and reduce constant check-ins Wow Who is this boss I don't know Well I don't micromanage So Sure Actually I don't I don't I'm sure this is not For me it's like My boss doesn't care So how do I care That's it My problem is other problem Okay Okay If this problem is If there is a very You know Shrewd manager Who's trying to micromanage Anything everything the problem with micromanagement is that we have to give updates right I will basically wipe code a dashboard a line of dashboard of progress now as I made a perplexly computer one thing so one task so something that what I'm working daily that end of the day report manager will go to the end of the day so that he doesn't ask what happened today what I've done how I've done all that stuff because a lot here's a problem which I think it's a good problem it's a lot of people think that if you don't sit in the office 10-12 hours then you don't work which is absolutely wrong and unfortunately many people are in front of bosses so I'll tell you what I'll do if they're doing something they should give daily progress report first of all I think if your boss expects that you should get the hell out of the job okay word is too short if you are doing that, you are putting effort then it's happening so you will find a better place but what you said I will give a tech solution to make end of the day report what should it be someone has to keep seeing what you are working on right so I would go to something like Omi Desktop okay what Omi Desktop is it's an app okay it's an app which you can download on your computer mac os windows open source okay what do you do now I won't do it but what do you do what do you do I'll tell you it looks look at this look at the screen it basically scans everything that you're doing on the whole day level it's made so that you were doing and you forgot what you were doing or you saw something on the website and you're losing context of that you want to remind yourself that 3 hours before I was watching a podcast in that time I was talking about what I was talking about I remember so OMI desktop is created to capture everything that you're doing on your computer 24 hours and makes that into your memory so that you can ask what I was doing I was sending a message to make a report I don't remember OMI please remind me so it will remind you I will install Omi's desktop and Omi will tell me that's the whole thing today today I have made a document nice it was not made for your boss it was made for you but you are using it for your boss nice pretty interesting nice and you do this?

46:44what? for yourself no don't need I'll tell you No I don't have to forget I don't have to forget I don't have to forget I don't have to forget But I have to optimize The reason is Inside of codex There's a similar feature Where I spend a lot of time To build products Chat, GPT Everything There's a feature In codex Which I watch To understand context So codex Which context Is there So that's not a problem I use comet browser In comet browser if I can just say hey could you open that website which had data for jobs and impact of all of it I was checking that tab sometime back I can't remember what it is instead of comment I could just drop it something like this comment inside my job my browser's history so it will understand what I'm talking about and it will open that tab back for me see it open nice all automatically so I do this in micro instances instead of 24 hours instead of 24 hours because I know how to get out of the information so for me I don't need an extra app of Omi desktop but someone who's using multiple apps my whole work is in Chrome so Comet I mean it's in the browser so Comet is doing that work for me already Comet is by the way really good I've started using it from our day one I've changed it I can't go back to any other normal It is hard ChatGPT Atlas is also very good I tried Atlas I think it's good Now it's good Anthropic is bigger than ChatGPT They're saying 60 billion dollars in revenue right now They're growing like wildfire But When OpenAI dropped GPT 5.5 I was a huge Claude buff huge anthropic buff because I'm very disappointed in a way open what are you doing bro why are you not shipping but codex GPT 5.5 drop I've stopped using cloud completely I've moved completely to codex in fact if you want to codex you'll take 3 hours just codex I've stopped using chat GPT I've stopped using cloud I just use codex what codex codex is an app which is designed for developers to build products but they have because it is built for developers they have transitioned that into everybody's app what do you mean by that?

Read the full transcript

49:28so everybody can use it right now only developers it looks very developer centric they have added MCPs which is connectors which we played last time they have added their own version of skills they have added their own version of agents I don't know if you saw a tweet or not I got codex a job of building content OS which I showed you that glimpse that I'm making right you know how I work with it at night before sleeping I come and I say okay what did we accomplish today what are the things that are needed to be done which will take a lot of time lot of tech debt database cleanups migrations technical debts I'm learning to be a software engineer without writing a single line of code not that I wrote code anytime before but I thought this is very important so there will be a lot of tech debt I will say this is what I want to execute don't stop till everything is done you have access to everything if you are getting stuck somewhere you have access to my browser if you are still stuck somewhere where you really need my help, you have access to Wapi.

50:45So you can make a phone call to me and I'll wake up if you're not able to move. But don't stop and run autonomously. Every night, it runs for 8 to 9 hours without stopping. When I had a tweet, that screenshot and Greg Brockman has liked it and a bunch of open air people retweeted it and whatnot. 9 hours. And AI. GPT 5.5 in fast mode. Fast mode means it works 2.5 times faster than regular AI GPT 5.5 high basically is like the best AI coding model ever in the world is running 8 hours all by itself that's equivalent to I believe 10 software engineers 15 days it's going overnight my next podcast maybe content OS will be ready and I will show that it's a personal app that I built for myself I am so bloody surprised I am someone who cannot write code I am so bloody surprised that I can make this product by myself It is bloody complex I know that it is a proper SaaS app I mean, a team of 15-20 people will take 6 months for making this product Easy He is going to be 2-3 hours and he is going to be 2-3 hours and multiple agents are parallelly working it's insane where we are heading towards it's wild I'm doing something else that can be interesting for people you know every chat GPT and all of these have something called as instructions right my codex instruction

52:33this is custom instruction this is okay this is chat GPT instruction some old one, let's leave it. In codecs, there is also an instruction. What did I give you instruction on my computer? I have said, I don't know how to code. I'm not a software engineer. I am building because I like building. But I am also building because I want to learn and I want to know how to think like a software engineer. So when you are doing something, because ChatGPT keeps, codecs keeps telling you, I'm doing this next, I'm doing this next, but it talks in a technical language. so don't talk technical language talk in a language where I can understand what it is but also tell me the technical word for that so when I wipe code when I solve my problem it's also showing me technical language and a simpler way of explaining me like I'm a 10 year old so I'm not only building by getting AI to do it for me but I'm also learning in that process why are you saying that you should first design the database before designing the front end we have a product UI AI said 80 % work is in the back end I'm like what do you mean by the back end explain why do you want to do the database why do you not do the UI I think UI first because I'm a visualizer and said that is what differentiates you from a great software engineer you have to think architecture first he's studying, learning as I'm building a product I'm getting better 1 % better every single day so all these little things has nuance and when you talk when you explore things like this in fact why do you have to do this for only the questions that you don't understand I fundamentally go and do this for everything if there is any idea I talk about it I explore tell me what more can I do tell me what are the things that I'm not thinking through tell me why this will fail interesting people should just keep talking like a lot tell me basic problem because you're talking about basic problem another big basic problem of people is that there's a meeting there's a meeting you don't know what to do today and go there you'll probably present something prepare, prepare, say something at least okay present I want to be prepared for the meeting last 15-20 minutes I use AI to how to prepare meeting an example of meeting let's say meeting is about last month client growth is not like brainstorming and you present data and you said to work I mean I'm just making it very very no no I'm a basic job person like I mean if I don't even have data I don't know what to prepare that's a fundamental problem I'm just using it and I'll take it out of all so you said I need data first of all data is someone's need to use that's a social media case you are a social media agency who does media for creators okay and you have a bunch of creators now I don't know if you know this if you go to business.facebook.com okay there's something called this creator marketplace okay I know this way creator marketplace basically gives you data of all the creators that you want you didn't know yes but you didn't know the world so I don't know Okay fine Tell someone else Tell someone else You can do anything Okay I will not come to my search Possibly Because it will come Now what is crazy about this is that You can literally see The data of a creator Which was only creator Before Right You can see the followers You can see the reach Accounts engaged this is reached accounts reached not impressions right and not just that these are insights that was only available to you as a creator demographics countries cities everything which is wild yeah everything right this is actual data I mean you will be like for example here is a friend so we can open it's fine right so now I'm not Varun right but look at this I can see all this data 4.6 million people reached right The age.

57:42The demographic. Third biggest country in Pakistan. Yeah. For you also? Yeah, yeah. For me also? I don't know. But you get the point, right? This is some insane data. Of a creator that is available to you. Of any creator for that matter. So, the reason I'm showing you this is, okay, now that we have this data, what I can do is, let's say, so I will just take a, I don't know, Full page screenshot. It's an extension that I have. Which is called Go Full Page. Which will scroll the whole page. And it will take a screenshot. Nice. Okay. Whatever data you have, I can download it as a PDF. It's called Go Full Page for people who are wondering.

58:29I'll go to a Claude or a ChatGPT or whatever. Okay. Dump it right inside. Hey, this is Instagram data of a client of mine who I'm helping with social media. And I have a call with him to have a conversation with him to talk about his progress in the last 30 days. I'm not prepared at all. But I've shared all the data with you about the creator. You have his name and also you can happy to research about him as well. do all the research and build me like a you know a super extensive document of about full performance of the last 30 days with soft and hard data that you can find on the internet and from the screenshot and everywhere else around it so that I can have a solid conversation with the client for 30 minutes which will be insightful for the client as well and towards the end give me like 10 talking points that I should stress on and spend most of the time on which could help my client grow faster and also position me like a super smart guy I mean pretty straightforward and simple stuff right no rocket science but this is what orchestrating is being able to understand how to get data what do I do how to put it what I ask that is basically what we need to do and then you just read this just 15 minutes before the meeting yeah you probably did it during the meeting until you say hi hello until you say hello until you do it I asked 10 talking points I mean it doesn't have to be so much that you never see just you have 10 talking points you have 10 talking points you have 10 talking points you have 10 talking points okay another problem is if you want to automate repetitive tasks in your job where should you start repetitive tasks that when you start that task every time, where did it start?

1:00:28Okay, if your tasks are on a computer and uses internet, then I feel the simplest platform for you to build, you have to build an AI agent for this. The simplest platform for you to build an AI agent is called as Zapier. You have heard about it. Many people will listen to Zapier but a new product is Zapier Agents. okay okay this is APR agents this is text to agent I will just say that I have to automate and it works in symphony for example I'll give you two solutions tell me what you're trying to automate daily trending news to build content pillars on it's a very repetitive thing that somebody has to do in my team daily trending news related to our domain and then giving that as a piece of let's say usable dialogue or usable note for me to build content on great I like this idea okay this is a very simple agent actually and we should build it now daily trending news where is it?

1:01:46step number one where is it? google news correct so I need a way to pull the news from Google News and there are some topics this topic let's say you create content on politics just making it up just making it up politics so you want to be sure that Indian politics on internet you are able to your AI is able to read through it and is able to do this so you need a platform for that what is that platform so for this a good platform is feedly.com feedly is a platform which aggregates all the news it's a news reader it aggregates all the news now feedly also has an AI extension so what I can do is and I know it's on Zapier so usually when you have to automate something then we see this it's not in the tools feedly is a platform where news aggregates so my first step what I'll do is I'll say feedly Zapier In Zapier, there is integration or not?

1:02:52Okay, great. Right? So, I have to make an agent. And this report, let's say, I need to make an email every day. So, what I can say is I can come here, which is we are on Zapier agents, first bot, and I'll be like, what I want you to do is, I want a news aggregation on Indian politics every single day. I'm a creator who creates content on politics. every day morning at 9am on everything that happened over the course of last 24 hours. I want you to pull all the critical news that has happened in the last 24 hours on Indian politics from Feedly by using the right keywords. And as you get that information, I want an AI to be able to go through all that information, cut out noise, put things that matters and make a list of five news articles or five summarized points of each one of them in form of a paragraph and send all of that information to me on my email exactly at 8 30 a.m okay so over the course of last 24 hours you aggregate the information find the top five pieces put them all together send me an email and that is the agent that i want you to build that's it oh yeah i've explained what i want I'll click on create agent you know what Zapier agent will do it will automatically look for the connector ideally it should be able to find Feedly it should be able to build that layer of AI in the middle it should be able to build the layer of Gmail also

1:04:31that's it it's a simple look at this it has started to ask me connect your Gmail account because so I have to go here connect a new account But you get the idea. Yeah. So that is what it does. And then you can send an email. So once the whole thing is done, what you will see is, this is the flow. You have built the flow right now. Right? Now it's asking, set up this tool. Set up this. In fact, it has a web search tool. So it picked that up directly. And this knowledge source, either to mention it, these are the kind of content that I create. these are 10 topics that have gone viral these are 10 topics that have not gone viral you can put that information to make it better and that's it your agent will be built you just have to publish it and your agent will be built it's the simplest way to get started to build very very simple agents and of course right everything that we mentioned right it converted all of that into a prompt that's all it did and it connected tools and it gave it tool access.

1:05:39That's it. Can I do something like this for the newsletters that I really like? Yeah. So there are like bunch of newsletters. They're 15 days and they're one day and they're one day and they're one day and they're one day and they're one day and they're one day and they're one day Very easy. I want that it's a day and that's a type of content. What do you mean? I said, I've subscribed to WebOp. WebOp is once a week I really like that newsletter. I want that some news letter comes daily. Absolutely. Absolutely. I can just tell him, give him knowledge center, example. I'll tell you how I would go about it.

1:06:17I'll tell you the problem state. I'll tell you how I'll solve this problem. Pen paper. Okay, where do I write? Yeah, see. What's the problem number one? That the newsletter looks good. I think the newsletter looks good. So first thing that I'll do is find more newsletters. it's very unique it's very unique it's the same one newsletter one is for me oh then it's a different then it's an even easier problem to solve so my random name like Chamath one time no like staying ahead which is my newsletter okay I'm weekly three times I want to do it I want to do it I want to do it so what I'll do I will go to that newsletter right I will download 10-15 samples of those newsletters right I will dump it inside of a cloud or wherever and I will be like understand the DNA of this newsletter what they create I really like this what is the structure of this newsletter give me a DNA once it gives me the DNA I will go to an agent like this and I'll say this is the kind of content that I want to get exposed to every single day so build a newsletter like this for me by doing all this web search and do all of this put together build me this newsletter and send me an email every day 9am the base work here is not getting the newsletter the base work here is how do I want that newsletter to be you understand and then you'll be able to do it because I saw that it's repetitive and then you don't give fresh ideas as long as it has new source of information new source of information new source of information you can't scrape yourself that is exactly what you're saying everyday read up the internet find what is working basis of that tell me information don't make up your own stuff in fact there is a much simpler thing that you can do for this as well right like for any of these things you can go to co-work of Claude okay it's even simpler actually okay and what I can say is hey I'm really interested in learning about AI and there's a lot of AI news that is coming every single day.

1:08:33I follow up newsletters like Staying Ahead, which keeps me updated with all of AI. But Staying Ahead sends a newsletter once in every three days. What I want is I want the AI newsletter to land on me, land on my email every single day based on whatever has happened in the last 24 hours. What I want to do is do a quick research of the internet to find everything interesting that's happening in the world of AI and bake that in into a newsletter

1:09:05even better what I can do is

1:09:15even better I told you right I have to give some samples so I'll open some samples of my own newsletter

1:09:26here are some samples of what I like

1:09:35and of course I can save it as PDF also I get it faster yeah

1:09:51okay So what this will do is co-work The reason why I'm using co-work is It'll create A newsletter for me In the first iteration After that Because it's co-work I can set up a scheduler So this task I have to do every day at 9pm So once I streamline this process And get to a format where I like the output That doesn't have to do it for one time After that I can set it up as a scheduled task. So every day at 9 a.m. it will do the task and it will send me the information. So it's almost like Zapier agent only of sorts. What's better? Zapier agent or this? Zapier agent has a lot more connectors. For this simple use case, I've come to CoVoc.

1:10:38But if my use case is more complex, let me tell you what. I need data from websites. From websites. I need data from tweets. I need data from Reddit threads I need data from Product Hunt I have 5 different sources What will happen? Then you go to a Zapier agent Because it will have connections for everything In some form or fashion It's a much more complex thing When do you want your daily newsletter to land? 7am What format do you prefer? What should the newsletter be delivered? Okay Delivered directly to me what topics matter you the most I will say all and it has started to build it up for us and then it will be made and sold it will be made and sold okay coming back to this coming back to this yes so repetitive tasks come agents will be made through ZPI or you can use look at this it's all done it's all done yeah it's all created it's saying basically connect and then I just have to click on schedule and every day 7am it will drop in my inbox as simple as that another thing which is actually forget this basic people make it simple the biggest problem is for people okay I get jobs which is how to find how to find AI through and which job to find which job will be good all that how do I do that very interesting high paying job

1:12:23okay so let's make this hypothesis that you have become very good with AI okay and we know that we are talking about many jobs so I want to get into a job which is resilient to AI forget about what I do today because it doesn't matter I need to go to this place or this job which will not affect the AI. Actually, we do a very simple thing. What anyone can do. We'll go to Claude.

1:13:00Claude is a connector which is basically called as Indeed. You know what Indeed is, right? It's a job platform. We just want to connect it. I keep it connected. keep it okay now that I have Indeed what I will do is

1:13:21I drop in Indeed

1:13:27I mean sorry I drop in Claude and I will be like okay so you are an expert career counselor what I want you to do is I want you to go through my resume you can see my resume and I will I am learning a lot of AI, I have become a lot of proficient in figuring out AI I have seen a lot of podcasts I have seen a lot of information and I have tried a lot of things and now I have to switch to AI jobs which is resilient with AI changes and my job doesn't go so it doesn't matter what I have done but my business exposure is now the job exposure you can see in the resume and I want a job which is of AI first also another problem is I don't know coding but I have to do AI agent wipe coding everything I have to do I am a good AI generalist so you find a job and also I can speak in English so that's not a problem so find me a job which can pay me at least 100 ,000 dollars per year 1 crore per year so I will go I can work out of my hometown I have good internet and I have a good computer I will go to another country for a year yes, I will go to another country but I prefer remote I won't get visa, I won't get visa so okay, because Trump won't get visa, we need remote job which can pay up to 100k a minimum of 100k so you research see which job is in which AI tools use, AI workflows use, AI first which is resident with change and which will set my profile which will not need software engineering okay you can look up on indeed based on my resume and give me 10 jobs that I can apply for basis of this on the internet I have written full khichdi prompt

1:15:32there you go full khichdi prompt came Hindi Everything else Sometimes you have said so much and it doesn't catch it Whisper? No It doesn't happen so it will save in the app all the backup Transcripts are saved I just have to click on regenerate Very very unlikely But anyways Fail he has Fail he has Asa never Asa never There you go Now he said so much that he is answering I understand your resume and requirements good I understand you are a senior generalist he is deep hands on he is also talking to you same exact as you are talking but now this is what is crazy according to me it used indeed in the back end and he is searching for different keywords he is searching for multiple keywords he is searching for multiple keywords which we will not be able to do at one point of time it's doing all these searches in the background parallelly based on what it thinks can do well and look at this, let me do more search specifically for AI generalist since that's the role Weber mentioned

1:16:49it's going through my resume and pulling information so it will do all of this and basically it will give me a proper list of jobs that I can apply for actually earlier we are doing something else I've never tried this so I don't know if it will work or not work now we are trying Indeed

1:17:11let's do the same damn thing while it's happening on Comet okay because Comet's advantage is that I have my browser access so I can find it on LinkedIn indeed so I gave this same resume I'm not sure if it will work or not we'll see okay it's the same problem in a way but indeed could you go through my resume I'm looking for AI first roles it could be remote hoping for at least 100k in salary I want you to take over my LinkedIn look up for jobs which are remote which fits my job description so fits my resume so go through my resume I want AI resident roles so go take over do the research and give me 10 jobs that I can apply for which works really well which can be 100k which is remote from LinkedIn there you go let's see it's asking me continue with a controlled browser I'll say allow once now it has taken over the screen has gone into my LinkedIn

1:18:29if you see that blue light right that basically means that has taken over the screen we don't do anything it's basically AI doing its job right now it's looking up for AI resident it's looking up for multiple keywords it's looking up for multiple keywords it's looking up for LinkedIn it's looking up for LinkedIn it's looking up for everything it's looking up for LinkedIn scary no in some way like this this is a power of that OS world benchmark and AI based on OS world benchmark is able to use a computer almost 10 % better than any human a computer that is built for humans is being able to be used by AI better than humans it's scary yeah this is going on I don't have to worry about it let it do its job and in your cloud you're doing your own this is the answer cloud has come head of AI at Rex 142k to 250k the closest title for your profile so you I have to add a lot of AI work for strategy senior product and AI strategy consultant come on basically it has given come across 10 roles and if I have to realistically a rank it's talking about what are the top roles that I should actually apply for as well VP marketing yeah Trellins yeah AI first company that's what I'm doing my profile is so it's basically opening up all these things for me now the crazy thing is one important thing is that when you apply for roles we have to make sure that the resumes that we use should not be the same explain What do many people do?

1:20:21You know there is something called ATS Now it's 10 jobs It's a very good job If anyone opens a job, 10-10 ,000 people apply So a human is not looking at your resume An AI layer is scanning your resume To see that this resume is coming How good of a fit is this for this role? I'm being very open When 10 ,000 people apply for a job There is no way, 10 ,000 profiles are not able to see So AI is making decision making Giving us 100 profiles What do you use? ATS, any application tracking system does this We use KKAR, there is work day A bunch of them Right AI gives 99 % profiles So the first battle to win Is the battle of ATS And that battle of ATS Is like this When your resume Requirements Closer But what do people do?

1:21:16They make a resume in the same time, you can do that every place. If you look at the job, you will make a resume and you will make a resume. As a result, the match rate is very low. Because of which you think you don't have any callback. You don't have any callback because you don't have any callback until your resume is not yet to see. So the best thing to do here is to personalize the resume for every role that you are applying. How do you do it? I was doing it manually when I was looking at the job. I was looking for a job. I'll just say this. Okay, this is great. Let's pick up the five job roles that you think I am best suited for.

1:21:53Go through the job descriptions of those roles. You have my resume. Act like an expert career advisor. And rewrite my resumes in a way that I get through the ATS system. So use the right keywords. Use the right things. You know what needs to be done. But make sure you don't make up stuff that is not on my resume. If you need more, you ask me a few questions if needed. So, but I prefer no questions at this point of time because I'm doing a podcast and I don't have that time. So don't ask me any questions, but don't make up stuff. Don't make up stuff. Optimize my resumes for the job descriptions and also generate me a cover letter and also generate me like a cold email that I can send to the HR for each one of these roles.

1:22:41specific customized for that role specifically customized for that role yes so just do this and get back to me with 5 resumes 5 cover letters 5 emails for the top 5 roles out of the 10 that you've sent me that you think I'm a good fit for this is golden this will be this will be a golden thing for a lot of people who are searching jobs yeah

1:23:09what if people we have taught jobs we have taught jobs apply jobs apply apply apply then we know that we are only AI people have learned AI but not work on itself it's possible absolutely and here we are talking about pivoting I am not getting enough roles can I pivot so it's pivoting right now it's expanding its surge

1:23:35that's okay let it do both of them are good ways there are so many ways to do this quite frankly there are multiple ways for example the other thing that I could also do is we have taken two approaches one has indeed used one has linkedin used you can also take the broader approach of hunting for this on the internet directly completely go on the internet go wild yeah so that could almost be like this I'll go to perplexity I'll go to perplexity computer because advantage of perplexity computer is that it has access to all the AI models. It has access to a lot of tools. It is in a way an orchestrator.

1:24:18So I can give literally the same task to perplexity computer. Hey, I've given my resume to you. I want you to look up on the internet for the top AI first jobs that I can do without writing code. I'm looking for a job which is completely remote which can pay me$100 ,000. and that fits my caliber. I want a job which is resilient to change of AI. And I only want to do jobs in companies that are decently funded so they don't go bankrupt anytime soon. Do an extensive research of this and tell me, give me a list of 100 roles for this. Also, actually what I want you to make this is a everyday job hunter for me.

1:25:00What I want you to do is build this into an app where every day I could just click one button of refresh you will do the same deep research all over again and present me all the jobs that I could apply today 10 jobs 10 jobs that I can apply today which are new which have come in in the last 24 hours and are fresh ready to explore me all around the internet all around the internet globally that's the app that I want you to build okay so what it has done is it has picked five based on reasoning these are the five jobs that I should apply for some critical heads up on work authorization because I'm looking for remote roles that's saying bro, remote US only saying this saying this saying that and now it is shipping me the resume weirdly enough directly here so what I'm gonna say is stop give me the resumes in pdfs because pdf and cover letter and what was that cold email also on a pdf format so this is coming what happened there your complexity computer no it was coming and they had it was over yes it was over did you find something something nice nice just like LinkedIn yes strongest reply also Goldra.

1:26:31Who is the strongest supply? Unison AI product manager. Laf or Say head of AI. UK. Leadership level. Wong Dodi head of AI. North America remote. How cool would anyone be sitting here? Let me know. How many people know me? How many people know me? How many people know me? North America head of AI. I know a guy who makes 3 million dollars in India. sitting out of Bihar 30 crore almost per year per year job job now it is generating all 15 pdfs you have made making AI do a lot of work here good stuff yeah it's our job you can do it you can do it after that we will take it after that until we have our job we will make money yeah I think this is just as you slowly slowly slowly slowly slowly and they are doing a job slowly 1 % they are making us lazier they are always lazy so by that time they take over and they will not spend the work slowly they are pushing it's like you know I'll give you a I'll give you a contradictory opinion so I contradict myself here actually one year back when we did the first podcast I told you that the business has grown very well and the size of the team has reduced which was true right actually business 3-4 times bigger team size was bigger and it was still operating very efficiently in today's day it is slightly different we have become an org of 250 people right now you'll be like you do it you do it you're playing it Why do you want to change the team to 250 people?

1:28:26My ambition has grown I'll explain you what I mean by that This is also the positive side Which I wanted to talk As this is happening The world needs a lot of builders And founders With big ambition Can thrive right now I'll tell you For the things I wanted A thousand people Because of which I've always thought I didn't think that I would do it. I had to do it. But I didn't think that I would do it because there were thousands of people. There are thousands of people. There are thousands of people. When we reach, we will do it. But now, the same thing that needs thousand people can be done with 50 people.

1:29:12Now, can I hire those 50 people? Can I effort to do that? Yes. So my ambition, which was not accessible before, is all of a sudden accessible right now. As a result, we are actually doing the job of maybe 2000 people with 250 people. But still, the company grew from 150 or 100 to 250 in the last 6 to 8 months. This is the other side of AI where a lot should consolidate. Yes, so these are new jobs. And by the way, most of the people who are doing that job that job didn't even exist I don't even know what to call it because we manufactured those jobs those jobs are following an AI process and each of them are doing jobs of 5, 6, 7, 10 people which probably these individuals also didn't know that this was possible yes this is the anecdotal information this is a little counterintuitive that it is Many people say, it's not freshers.

1:30:23I say, freshers are the people that you should be hiring. What are you talking about? Easily trainable. Yes.

1:30:35Experience is a tax. Because people who are experienced don't want to unlearn things. Very few people do that and they thrive. No two ways around it. But they don't want to unlearn it. their SOP set they say I do this and I know this is what I do resident to change but freshers are flowing like water they are quick to adopt technology when you say agent they will not say oh my god what is this right and the new generation is born into AI true so I think a smart fresher again controversial but a smart fresher 6 months into 1 year into AI first learning will be better than two to three people with five years of experience or four years of experience it's a unfair advantage pardon my french but that's the reality it's happening by the way yes i i'm seeing this in my company i'm seeing this in my company there are very few people who are realizing this i think every single company i want to realize this like you're gonna get a freshers in today people who are very fresh and have now become native with AI learnings and things and now become such key individuals in the company I am way happier to just have them in my company instead of as we grow and give them bigger roles bigger opportunities bigger remuneration then hiring somebody who's like 10 years in the system already yeah or like probably one person is doing job of three people who are like five year, seven year, ten year kind of experience.

1:32:18In fact, I'm not even looking at people now who are experienced. Yeah, that is the point. I mean, exactly the case. Apart from like few managerial deals. Makes sense. Like people who are good with people. Those are the people I need. It has become like either zero experience or some six to ten years of experience who can manage people. Yeah. There is no middle ground. There's literally no middle ground. It's like a junior director, VP level thoughts or pressure. And people with experience, I mean, first conversation is AI. What is AI? How do you use AI? If you are not equipped with AI, I don't have three months to explain your six months to teach you AI.

1:33:01And we started doing other things in our team. Before you join, you have to go through our programs. If you don't finish our programs, don't join. Here's what we have done. We hire, we give our laptop, before joining, one month before, when we notice our laptop, we have all access, everything, everything. I do it on the first day, all the problems you have to do, everything is done and come. Perfect. Because we're talking about this in the interview, and we're talking about this. I'm saying, where do we come? We're talking about this laptop. Kunash did this. Kunash did this, no? the moment you hire send them the laptops send them the laptops and there you go bro we have all our resumes cover letters everything ready click on download all so I can download all of them in zip okay so now I have 5 companies I have to apply which I have to apply they match my resume they have made a specific resume they have made a specific cover letter and I will make a cold email and also make it now how do I apply this is a lot of work can you send me link of the roles because I want the link of the roles I have got links of the roles now I need to apply for this job how do I do it so here what I will do is I want to do this I don't want to do it I will do it a little bit so I would maybe basically go to codex okay dump the dump the resumes I mean link of the roles what's in codex I can give it access to a folder okay stop but it's zip format open use an existing folder resume I'll just open that folder so it has access to that folder and I'll be like hey I've given you access to my resumes cover letters of a job that I want to apply and the list of the roles are also below with the URLs what I want you to do is I want you to go to each one of these websites find the job use the resume use the cover letter if needed fill in the details that you that you need to fill in and apply for all these jobs for me and don't stop till everything is done in fact I don't even want you to ask me questions I know you're smart enough figure out the information if you need any information from one of the resumes if needed do the job and stop once everything is done now I've told what it needs to be done one thing to do in codex you have to go to plugins and there is something called as computer use now one crazy thing I can't say a better word for this is that codex has access to all your apps on your computer.

1:36:06So, whatever you work with the app on your computer, it can use that app. Not just a website. Right? In this case, I'm going to be like, use my Comet or use my browser. But if there's another app, the reason I'm giving you this context is, let's say, you do work on Tally. Codex can use Tally to do the work that you're doing. Because it's an app inside of your computer. nice right that's the context that I'm trying to give okay where's it? here it's done I can also say in the end use my comet browser to be able to do this task for me now other crazy thing about codex you know what it is I think they have built this product in a very smart way you're working on your computer now you'll go see it will open its own browser and start working you are doing in comet right if let's say you are using chrome or some like clod or something it also has computer use I don't use comet I don't use clod but I use codex because codex has one interesting thing if you are using comet if you are using comet it doesn't mean that you can't use computer it can use your computer it can use your mouse and keyboard As a result when it's working on Comet browser You can do your own work in Chrome That side you can do your own work That's what you're using You can't use that app Computer is your But if you use something like Claude It uses your own cursor So the moment you move the cursor It's over It's over Everything is broken So Raj When it works in symphony It blows your mind Because when you see in my house I have a 57 inch monitor one corner of the screen is dedicated to codex it doesn't go there it's a browser for codex I don't use Chrome I don't use Chrome I'll keep it for codex Chrome only codex crazy you understand and it's so beautiful when you see it working it is just wild look at this it's actually doing it you see this cursor that is moving this is my cursor on the right corner and this is and this is Codex cursor now it will get confused because I'm on that screen which I should not be but basically what Codex is doing is it's filling details on indeed.com for us we have a little bit it's all it's all

1:38:53it's all this is insane that's the codex browser and how many jobs are you and how many jobs are you from your resume I haven't given it in Bangalore I have my pin code I have nothing I have given it this is all I have yes what is this you'll enjoy watching one day after that you'll be so used to that he's doing his job so you're doing his job on the computer you're so used to it

1:39:29It's okay It's wild It is wild Jobs he found himself He made it in Trezio He killed a skit He killed a cold email He killed a scorn He killed a bin code He killed a joke We do this too. You do this too. Take it. I'll start with you. Minimum base, 100k. Put it 100k. Because I said, I want 100k salary. This is wild. But don't do it. It's fun. When you're seeing it for the first time, it is actually fun. It is actually insane. Yeah. Okay, so now we're doing it. Yes. And we are doing this with Comet. Okay, done. sir, don't let einen ok, so I understand now as the first time I had an inside game four days I won coś be I on one end now how do can I do the interview preparation all done because I hadте overcome even though I would crack in the interview ready to break so that if I will crack, my let's say interview I think is which company you can tell us anyone in meta in codex in open AI in open AI in open AI as a let's see there is some open role

1:41:05Sam if you're watching don't get excited I'm not up for hiring

1:41:12okay

1:41:17open AI Hi, Jobs.

1:41:24This is wild, bro. I'm open-ended. I'm going to be an anthropic job. I'm going to apply in Anthropics. Okay. Which one? You're a loyalist.

1:41:37Enterprise Account Executive. It seems easy to do. Sales. I'll do it. You can do it. You can do it. Okay. So let's say I'm thinking So I'm trying to Also tell you how I'm thinking To solve the problem So this is a job that I want to apply I've done it all I've applied until I do it I've applied it all And I've applied it all And I've applied it all And I've applied it all And I need to prep So there's possibly two things that I will do One is that What do I need for interview prep? one is that I need to be conscious of what are the kind of questions these people ask they do it in the interview prep we research what questions they ask anthropic on the internet a lot of these mock questions I have to basically populate all that information in a place that is one second thing is I need mock interviews so for this what I would do is because the job is important for me and this is how I think Raj I'm being very frank I always think about building a product to solve my problem I'm a big believer of personal software right so what I would do the simplest thing would be again I'll go to perplexity I will switch to computer I'll go to computer perplexity computer is quite interesting this is wipe coding it has deep research too I mean you can do this with codecs also quite frankly but perplexity computer will be good because it's deep research capability is very good and it has multiple AI models you remember model council you know the capability of that so it can use the right AI model in the right place research in a place accumulate and make a product where my practice will be so what I will do is basically this I will just copy this job that I got an interview in I will be like this is my job description sorry

1:43:50JD is this take care I am attaching my resume also you give as much context as possible to this right so this was my resume I attach it and I will just write a prompt hey I got a interview in Anthropic I've attached my resume and the job description that I've got an interview for. What I want you to do is I want you to do an extensive research about the kind of questions Anthropic asks me and could also be specific to everyone who is interviewing at Anthropic and also specific to this job if you can find any. Do a deep research on the internet. Find me all the questions. Find me the potential answers of all of them which could be the best possible answers and build me like an interview prep app.

1:44:42where I could have the all questions. You can give me like a MCQ. I could just answer what I think is the right answer. And then you can explain me what that answer is and also give me a detailed explanation on what I should do if I'm asked in the interview. So that this becomes a single source for me to prep up for the whole interview. This is the stuff that I want you to build for me. So this is basically what I'm thinking about is I'm basically building a personal software. right because visually I can't ask PDF but it won't come in that here I want to know how good am I so I'm starting with a gamification mode by default and because I want to do this I'm basically asking here to build it so I'm making that plan for me he will do this, he will do this, he will do this he will do that, he will do that I'm taking data from my resume I'm thinking what question can I come from based on my resume, based on the job description and asked me if I didn't even read it I said approved full ninja operator on codex I operate on full anonymity full anonymity go crazy one day I was going to suddenly a browser I started scrolling and I didn't see it because I was focused on the camera I was filled in chat your computer is hacked somebody has opened your twitter it is crawling you're talking to us what's happening this that this that and all and then I had to say guys sorry that's my AI agent reading my twitter to send me a note calm down and the crowd lost it crazy here look it has started to do the research parallelly it launched parallel research streams to do research all by itself

1:46:35and basically after in some point of time it should be able to build a product in like 5 minutes now there's one other cool thing I will do as it is doing this this research I can do something else this research I can dump it inside of chat GPT I can dump my perfume I can dump my resume I can dump my job description as well turn on the voice mode and I could be like hey act like my interviewer act like a super difficult interviewer and ask me questions one at a time and after all of that give me extensive analysis of it and then help me get better with it so this is all for communication because you're literally answering this will lead to follow up questions it's quite cool don't you think very interesting so this will be yeah this is being done first okay here's a thing that we should do next it's When people apply jobs, they don't get a job in 5 jobs So they don't have to apply 50 jobs So they can do something like that they will be done And they will do it yourself So they have to do something like that If you come up, I would like to ask you that it will be the same Like some sort of agent I like how Raj is talking agent directly

1:48:35Solution So I want to keep exploring. Basically what you want to build right now is to get you a job, you want to hire an employee who will do a job for you whose job is to get you a job. Technically, yes. Fair?

1:48:54So let's build an employee. An employee whose job is to find you a job and maybe prepare you for a job, keep you updated. Let's build that super employee. For you to build an employee like this, what you basically need is a agent like a proper agent infrastructure is what you need agent infrastructure we have made in Zeper co-work those are agents but those are simpler agents they don't learn right they can only do how much you teach them or how much you ask them to do but an employee is evolving is learning everyday is getting better every single day that's a sign of an employee and these ever learning agents exist today we saw an agent sometime back that was called Open Claw yeah right Open Claw got acquired after we spoke who did it?

1:49:48Open AI Peter's company got acquired for almost a billion dollars actually company acquired we spoke about this in the last episode right now I used to like Open Claw a lot but I've stopped liking it so much because it's too complex right now it has got too complex when you expand it it gets dropped right but there's a new agent infrastructure that has dropped it's called Hermes agent okay this is Hermes now I want to give you a heads up we are now in intermediate to advanced territory okay so while it might look very complicated it actually is not okay so I mean you will not see a good UI like chat GPT Gemini drag and drop but actually it's even more simple so what is this this agent is an open source agent you have a github repository of that it's an open source agent what does it mean it's also a code so you can make changes to the code if you want to if you're a developer but I don't need development I don't need anything I don't need anything so we'll use it and improve it without writing code and I am making this job finder and applier which is everyday and whatever we are teaching right now can be applied for you to make any kind of employee you want we are making a job so I am creating an employee in the form yes now because it is an open source agent we have to play it on our own computer so the computer has to be on all the time because it has to live somewhere but the problem with computer is one, if you want to go YOLO like me you can do that but it's a little scary because files delete, IA, that because autonomy is very big the other thing is that your computer always on should be if you shut it, agent is dead again you have to turn it on so a smarter thing to do is actually to host it on cloud now you host it in cloud rather than on your computer so you can use it from anywhere in the world you don't need your computer to use it so we'll take the cloud approach because it's safer and scalable the easiest that I've found so far for you to do is Hostinger you can come to this Hostinger link we will share that in the description so anyone can use it so you'll land up on a place like this which is the single point deployment see, technology is free but you have to host it so you'll have to pay if you want to do it for free you have to host it on your computer but it's a little risky so I'll not do it I'll select a KVM2 plan because enough processing hoona chahyye enough data hoona chahyye and hosting you it's like a computer on cloud okay you're renting a computer on cloud basically okay right instead of giving your 8-0-repeh mahinay mein kar rho haa kar rho okay so you can click on deploy so you can click on deploy so you can click on deploy so you can get an employee in the 8-0-repeh mahinay mein mein you can get an employee okay okay now we're running one employee okay so you can pick up whichever period you want right and by the way last time I gave a coupon let's see figuring out AI 20 % off I don't see I don't see I don't see okay

1:53:20and you make the payment once you have made the payment you'll basically be into the dashboard of hostinger okay so once you have paid right you will be into something like this you have to go to VPS virtual private server and here you have to create a new VPS by clicking on get VPS I have already created it so I don't need to do that I can just go inside of it click on manage now you have a little technical but you don't have to worry you just have to do your stuff inside of this for which you basically have to go to docker manager docker what do you do because this hosting you can run as many computers as you want so think of docker as one computer okay so you can make multiple you can make multiple computers now we come here I've deleted the old one you come here and one second just the project is getting deleted so first step what we do we come to VPS which is virtual private server okay once you do that you go inside of it you should have a VPS if you have paid already because I have paid already I have a VPS click on manage and I go to docker manager which is like a computer manager and now I just have to create a new one so click on compose and there's an option called one click deploy okay I just tap on it now what these guys have made very simple for everyone I'm also not technical is when you're using it you have to follow a set of very complex not complex but batch coding to add in the terminal to add technical set up you don't do anything in everyone you just search for let's say Hermes they've done all the work for us select it now it's giving me a username and password all you have to do is just copy and save because it will ask you for this password remind us don't give it to your friends or anyone or else they can go into your agent now I'll delete this so it's okay you can blur it out just enough you can see it has started to deploy so what we are doing is Hermes which is an open source thing we are finding it a computer and installing it on that computer that is as simple as what we are doing right now it is basically installing that software inside of that computer if we have to do this in our own terminal it will be crazy how many steps are there this service install it'll ask you to install NodeJ it'll ask you to install like 15 other things now if you want to go crazy you should do that but this is the best way to get started easiest it's creating a project so you have to give it a couple of minutes you can see the tick is not done yet the moment you get a green tick that means it's installed and good to go okay okay now as I'm talking about as it's doing this right I want to quickly talk about Hermes Agent what is the power of Hermes the thing that makes it crazy about Hermes it is self learning every time the more you talk to it it keeps getting better over the course of time 1 2 pre-built skills have a lot of pre-built skills so you don't need to learn a lot of things before 3

1:56:48what I have seen is it's very very reliable it is smart and reliable it is self learning right so it is very smart and reliable and what was in open claw at the time it was closed to work so you had to do something called as a gateway restart every time on off on off whenever I use it it is a reliable thing that's why I like Hermes and there you go it says running now all you have to do is click on open now it's asking me for username and password which came from, the username was I remember, I copied in the password I'm just pasting, that's it, you're done Now this is what I don't want you guys to get scared of What's this?

1:57:32Black screen with text scares people, it looks developer it is not UI is not perfect, just Okay, first thing that you have to do is, provider model messaging This is a tool It's not a cloud, it's not open AI so it needs AI access So we need to connect open AI or anthropic models Okay so I say just click on enter button I can do up and down I'll do quick setup Click on enter Now it is asking me which AI model do you want to connect to Clod No I won't cloud I'll open router I'll tell you what open router is actually quite nice Open router is this platform let's say why does Open Router I'm telling you Open Router is a unified interface you have to use Claude today today you have to use Gemini but you have to use OpenAI model so you can't switch it's not easy in this the advantage is it has access to 370 text models which you can switch anytime you want nice it's the simplest so in this $10 Because it uses credits I have about 42 credits You have to add credits Because this is the AI credits that you are using I think for the job task That you are doing red I think 1000 rupees of red Now I will connect with this agent Open router Click on enter Now it is asking me for something called API key API key that key which I can connect open router and home right it's as simple as that you will go open router and log in get API key right because it works for API so I click on get API key I come here click on new key this was the last time we did it somewhere we did it or did it or did it and get used to this get used to API keys no Oh, sorry, APIs.

1:59:50Job Hunter. You usually remind yourself what you're using that key for. So that you know how much money is happening. Okay. Alright. I copied this key. This is the only thing. I just select this window. Do Ctrl V. Paste it. It's not showing. Because it doesn't show the key. So it will show. I pasted it. Click on enter. That's it. Done. Connect. Now it's asking. Which AI model you want to select. Now you see because we connected open router How many AI models are in our house? And all the money How much money is in your house? If you don't want to do much money You use minimax M2.7 Amazing model 80 % as good as 4.7 of Opus 80 % is good enough for you But you're like No, we need the best We need the best Now go 4.6, 4.7 Use 5.4 Use whatever you need Use whatever you need Let's go YOLO 4.6 now how do you use this agent the best part about this agent is you can connect in telegram and start using it on telegram you can connect it to your slack and slack becomes the interface for this agent whatsapp becomes the interface for the agent i don't want to go deep into all of this you can play with it it's quite simple i'm gonna say skip skip right now it's done setup is done stop it's done agent built Now it says Launch Hermes chat now Yes or no I'll just say yes Why Enter This is your Hermes agent launch window This is what scares people Correct It's called CLI Command line interface Right But it's quite simple It's used to be used to Because UI is bad but the work is bigger for example I don't do it but I'll tell you anything that you want it to do the way I want you to use a Hermes agent is not think about how will I do this you just say what you want it to do for example how connect

2:02:07to telegram I just send that message it will go through it it will explain you it will tell you how to connect to telegram right here you will give a step and you will follow and you will have finished you just say I am not doing connection right now in the same way whatever it is please tell and it will figure out for example let's say I want to know all the interesting AI news that has come in the last 24 hours and I want it in form of a podcast which I can listen I will not become an agent I will tell him don't say now I will tell him I need a job finder now first of all because I want to make it into a job finder my primary job is to tell who I am to it because something called as persistent memory he doesn't know who I am I have to tell who I am so what I will do now the whole process of telegram which I don't want to do right now but okay I'll download my resume copy

2:03:22I'll tell you a few things about me so that you know well who I am and I'll tell you what your role is also what I want you to act like is an employee of mine who will help me find new opportunities slash jobs every single day your job is to work every single day to find me the best damn opportunity that I can crack that is your goal and for you to know a lot about me I'm gonna share all of my resume with you so that you can understand and remember about this for me first I'm defining it that what is your job okay what it has is called as a memory it's persistent he keeps remembering in a very good way okay just told what it is what is his job it says got it I'll be your dedicated job hunting partner my role is clear go ahead share your resume right so I'm gonna just copy this and just paste my resume 201 lines pasted that's reading and you can see which AI model we're using right how much of context window is gone everything you're seeing there you go you can compute UI is a little bit fancy I mean UI is a little bit less fancy but it's still doing you can see it's reflecting yet to respond to me time is it?

2:04:56time is it? yeah there you go I've got your full profile logged in webhub here's what I understand about you all good the more clarity you give me the sharper my daily picks will be so it's like the more you talk to it the better okay so now what I want every day I want it to do a job for me every day now we have done whatever everything I have to do it all I have to do it so what I will say how I will do it just tell me for example I'm gonna be like again whisper and all these things work on this also alright so I'm gonna assign you the first task and I want you to do it very religiously because this is your primary primary goal this will lead you this will basically help you to score the highest grade as an employee of mine as well so your job is every single day at 7am you go scout the internet all the damn sources that you can find using your own skills to look for a job which is relevant to the resume that I've shared with you your job is to find me at least 10 very interesting opportunities that I've come across in the last 24 hours.

2:06:08So they have to be recent. And the jobs that I want, and I want you to remember this forever, is the fact that I want AI first jobs. I'm looking for roles where I can do AI first job of an AI generalist, AI orchestrator, or however you want to call it. And I want a job which is remote, which can pay me$100 ,000 at least. Only give me those opportunities. And once you find any of these opportunities, now that you have my resume, I want you to spin up three different agents. Agent number one, whose job would be to rework my resumes for these specific roles and create all the data in for me. Agent number two is going to go work for me to write all the cover letters.

2:06:57and agent number three is a research agent which will basically give me very good context about all these roles in form of an audio podcast that you can listen in the morning as I wake up when I go to the gym. After this is done, keep all of these things ready by around 10 a.m. at max so that once I wake up, I can decide which are the jobs that I want to apply for and I can tell and you can go and apply for those roles as well using my browser. This is your first mission. Go ahead and execute it and show me one run right now. So, what is crazy about this is that it has something called as cron jobs.

2:07:40Okay. What are cron jobs? Schedulers. So, why do I tell you exactly the time? Because it's not the time, it will go to the day. It will go to the day. Every day at that point of time, it will wake itself up to start doing this work for you when you are sleeping. Nice. Right? So I've executed the task. Look at this. Understood boss, that's my first mission. Let me update your job criteria and memory and then execute the live run right now. And it's saying these are the memory. It has updated persistent memory. So it's choosing to remember what it needs to remember. Step one, I'm scouting the internet for AI first remote roles paying 100k.

2:08:16I'll search multiple job boards for AI first roles matching your criteria. let me check each source I'll search across multiple job boards matching the data let me start several resources let me search more specific AI roles let me basically it's doing task of step one of finding a role for you right so it has agent swarms this is why I prefer using it with M2.7 Kimi because Kimi is very good with agent swarm and also 10 times cheaper sorry probably 20 times cheaper 40 times cheaper 40 times cheaper right Chinese bro and no I'll tell you one more thing because we're using open router open router is using open source because Kimi is open source right they host it on their service in the US so your data is not going to China FYI indeed is blocked let me try other sources which is fine excellent it found some ways to find it it'll do itself it'll do itself if I tell no no started finding from YC also yeah yeah remote okay it'll do this you'll find it from there you'll find it from there if I say no I need Indeed then he'll figure it out I'll figure it out I can do it for Indeed if you get blocked Indeed has MCP go connect that MCP don't connect he'll go and connect no so this is my I am an employee who can do anything and everything.

2:09:52Yes. And you should get into the rabbit hole of this. Because the moment you get comfortable with this, you get into the rabbit hole of this, what will happen is, infinite opportunities open up. You build that belief, that I can do anything. Because technically, I need something to do for everything. Correct. And that is this. and it has unlimited powers and to do whatever which is possible through it correct and skills so also my only job technically after having this becomes when you build a relationship in real life you can build a relationship in real life which is because I can write it with it I can speak it with it I can research it with it I can reach out I can outbound I can do everything, business deals I can do it with job apply I can do it with brands I can do it with brands I can do it with sales closing I'll tell you one thing I used it and I wanted transcription to happen Appify credits it was finished it blew my mind what it did because it had access to my shell it installed an open source library called as whisper by open AI that source shell programming installed in my computer and installed the transcripts in my computer sorry audio converted in my computer transcripts because Appify was blocked

2:11:33I just woke up to it Appify credits are finished and I said I keep saying this I don't care how you do it you need to do this this is why I say YOLO go crazy that is what I say you can use a blog something what is a blog don't spend from anywhere more than $100 like credits the other thing that I'll tell you is I use for long tasks long horizon tasks like this which I know it doesn't need a lot of thinking I use local models I use my computer it is a Mac studio it has very good RAM so I have something called as Olama installed what is the ulema doing you can install AI models on your computer not as powerful as M2.7 but you don't need M2.7 for everything a 20 billion parameter model can do a lot of things but it is slow so the night is working the AI model is running so it doesn't cost 1.000 euro

2:12:38so you will become smart so you will become smart so you will tell me you will come to the next night you will become smart over the course of time and as you keep doing it again you will realize that here is a lot of money but I need Opus 4.60 here is M2.7 here is a free model crazy now we are watching it in reality the reason why I picked up Hostinger or VPS any cloud for that matter is that I don't want to see it it's going on in your path When I got the whole work, I have a resume, cover letter is ready and a podcast which I can listen to, audio is ready, so I can make a decision because I don't have to study.

2:13:25I have listened, I understand, I will say okay apply for these 4 jobs, it just applies and I am done with today because last 24 hours, as many interesting jobs I have in my space, I have applied them. I've done my work in the best possible way and on top of that we now have actually ended up building an app using Perplexity Computer and we can continue to do this look at this candidate Webhouse Sasanti Enterprise AE interview prep for Anthropic role we have 80 questions practice by practice this is an app that we built for ourselves the age of personal apps right I can just take full quiz or random it builds the whole damn thing and this is basis of my background uber klook it built for me the questions are built for me right and here comes the first one the RBS free AI framework announced as of August 2025 described as what whatever correct answer why is this answer correct look at this I told this correct or wrong tell you how to answer this live so here's a coach and here is the model answer nice this app is built autonomously nice this is this is wild now actually if an interview is done then then what's done interview prep is ready for you I'll tell to hermes connect with my perplexity computer if I get an interview call I will just tell you what the interview call I have in fact cut that off also if I'm using a different email ID for Hermes which I would because I don't want to go crazy with all my emails let's say I create an email called webhub.ccinti at gmail.com which is only for me to apply for jobs I can give access to that email to my Hermes I can just have to type here's my access to my email tell me what you need to do it will give me steps I'll follow it give it access and I say when acceptance will be you read my email everyday that's also part of your job if I interview and for the interview you start the interview prep protocol so in the morning what is your job?

2:15:41you don't have to find a job there is also an interview prep protocol you have to check your email the full life cycle is your job you are employed give your employees a new job wild wild this is this is crazy this is and I see and this is what you learn how many things you can learn out of what you actually know what AI can do this is like would you call it like 40-50 % we are coming no not enough no we spent 2 hours 3 hours in that time we are killing 10 % yeah I think what we did in the last episode what we did right now is the deep stuff I want more feedback from people should we do this deep stuff if yes then we will show the other side we will go deeper because we I know that we don't have a lot of things we don't have a lot of things because we don't have a lot of things because it's very extensive it's very deep here's the two things for people there are two ways I can frame this first

2:16:58if someone has to learn how to earn AI through how to earn AI in fact AI how to gain money for you, how to increase your ability to gain money. So then there's a link in the description to join a community where there's no idea how many tools and knowledge free we're giving people to people. Weberv is doing that. What I teach this is that it does it does it. So if you want to do that, learn how to make more money through AI and win in the world of AI. join this community figuring out AI and second part of this is if you want to go deeper next time we go deeper and talk about it as a freelancer how can you gain a lot of money or if you can gain a particular AI or something like that how can you gain money if you want us to do that please comment so that we know that we don't go so wide and deep deep deep like this and like this we will do life let us know we'll do that we are genuinely teaching stuff that is gate kept by a lot of people this is stuff that top 0.1 % people get access to or know about I'm not even kidding I'm not even kidding I'm grateful dude like it's just every time you come I can learn 500 years.

2:18:31And then after every episode, at least 4 or 5 employees, I send them to each other. You do this, from today your job is just this. From today your job is just this. I'm just... You're building a team of AI generalists. I am. I'm definitely doing that. Plus, I myself, this whole whole episode, after that, Saturday, Sunday, which is next, I do it from the whole day. I just do this Last time when we did that skill I made 9 skills in two days And I was like I mean I remember My second last skill I probably made it It was a whole Sunday It was fun, right? I was up at 7am I was up at 7am I was up at 7am I was making that skill And that's why I made the next 3 episodes in the podcast when I was 6 hours I was like 10 minutes and I'm like this is why it's so every time and I'm so grateful that I get to learn all of this my work is better and I hope that the people who are watching are better I see definitely that in the long run my revenue will increase that's what's going to happen here's the last thing last question here's something that I want to start I think this is a good episode to start I think we're making the last section, okay?

2:19:56We're calling it, I don't know what we're going to call it. But we're going to still, let's say, the, let's call it right now, till the time we have come up with better name, the countdown close. The countdown close, okay? This is our last section of episode. We'll try this in every episode. Okay, with everyone. I'll give you the next 60 seconds. 60 seconds, pause and think properly. in that 60 seconds you think that if the episode is complete you have to boil down in three steps or three key insights or boil down or in three processes you have to boil down that if anyone is watching that they become very actionable steps or very highlighted key insights then which three things will be?

2:20:44just think and I know exactly that pin pointed and it has to be very insightful based on everything that you have taught me today just that Don't you think you should answer that question rather than me? No, you should. Three things if you want to tell, okay? So we'll do this. Start chord. Think, if you want pen and paper, you want to write something, you want to point something.

2:21:22könnte aussee

2:21:32Exaivasan doing exam. Thank you very much. what was your insight out of today one key insight you tell me I have it I want you to answer okay for me it was why did I do it? because I thought you're ready yes okay you don't have to finish exhaust the time it's okay if you're ready faster than that I'm more than happy for me the highlight was is probably the very small highlight but that I can become a employee of myself now out of because because now there are so many roles and technology and work that are evolving I don't know who to hire me I don't know how the person sees in the shape and form I just know I want to hire me for 4 things but I don't know from which company to find who to find, what is this person's role going to be what exactly is going to be to me that then the agent or hostinger it's incredible because now how I am processing it is for my work the problem I'm not able to do or it's repetitive it's long tedious for that I don't want to hire a new employee I can just build an agent and do it and build a complicated agent today it was like a very base level type of agent that if you give these tasks, they will do it.

2:23:34Today is like complex. That will be thinking in real time, and do it. I can think of seven people in my head who are going to do it. Good, nice. That was the thing. The ability to create new employees in just one chat with my computer is to me that ability like imagine the possibilities that comes to the first point that my takeaway of today would be what you gave me is a hard takeaway what I want to speak about is a soft takeaway is that have slash learn the ability to convey what you want is going to be one of the most important skills yes Yes, because we are heading towards a world of command to build.

2:24:34I made the app today, the nuance was that I don't need a quiz app. I need a quiz app, I need a right answer with it, I need a coaching with it. Yeah, so if you are able to command it well, you will be able to build well. Are you a good delegator to an AI delegator? I think the first line that you said is incredible ability to say what you want very powerful that is one, very important two instead of if you're paranoid about what will happen to my jobs and everything the way you should think about this jobs are evolving how do I optimize to be the first to encash on it. Nice. Because most people out there in the world are thinking AI is Chad GPT.

2:25:36I know it is not. I've seen a glimpse of it. Or you will see a glimpse of it based on where you'll put this. So, you have an unfair advantage. Unfair advantage is the arbitrage of information. How do I leverage this arbitrage of information to be ahead of most of the people instead of seeing it as fear see it as an opportunity absolutely that is what we are trying to convey for such a long time and the fact that you are watching it here till now probably the fourth episode it means you are already in the game and you are ahead of majority of the people who have no idea that these things exist also do now you need to get ahead of that 5 % also by building it yes so see it as an opportunity because There's a lot of new opportunities and winning opportunities created on all of you.

2:26:27Yes. Great, yeah. I also feel, just to add on that, that this is the 2020 time. We were in COVID. Me and Weber were not content creators. We were working in different worlds. We were probably 100-500 ,000 followers. We thought that we will make content and content creators. right something at that time people were consuming from Covid reels still came yes reels still came tiktok so there was a big opportunity that arbitrage window there were a lot of people who would become new stars because it was real and we used that opportunity and probably that's one of the biggest reasons I think that's the biggest reason which is you and I are sitting here we both have products I think same of the opportunity same in 2026 Can I correct you?

2:27:21I think if real was opportunity X, AI is 100x. Agree. Agree. Real was opportunity for a small set of people who had some skill. AI is open to everyone because what AI has done is, it doesn't matter what you've done in the past. It doesn't matter how well it has worked out for you. It doesn't matter which college you've gone in the past. It doesn't matter if you've won or lost. Everybody is on the same line and starting the race again. It's zero. It's a reset. Yeah. So it's that opportunity ground again. Yes. The third one, if I have to say, because we got into a territory today that we haven't before, I want to convey this that internet and the world that we live in today on internet and computer runs on code.

2:28:09Just because you want to, just because you don't know how to write code, doesn't mean you can't win in this world you have to think code first you have to think internet first you have to think product first then you'll be able to do a lot more what we did with the agent a lot of people look at that command line and be like this is not for me and I was that person sometime back I looked at your face I looked at your face till now till you actually broke it down and explained I looked at your face the moment I saw it I was like what is this why is it doing for me Yes, but it is for you. That is for you.

2:28:48And that is what is separating you from everybody else. Taking that one extra step. And it's not rocket science. Once you do it, you know it. You know, once you do it, you know it and you realize it has this simple, why aren't other people doing it? But hey, you'd only know once you come on the other side. Thank you so much. Once again, Great episode. I don't know how many people will watch it. But it's an incredible thing. I learned a lot. I think today's episode started a slow start but it picked up the pace. Yeah, because we were too tired. I'm still very tired. I want to go home and sleep right now.

2:29:29But I have work to do. But thank you so much. Yet again. Next time we have already asked what we need and we will make it deeper. Can I make a request to people? You know what I want? I want this information to go to more people. And I also want people to take this seriously. We are putting in, I'm putting my whole day, you're putting your whole day. This is a lot of effort and people need to understand that. So my request is, as you take this, I want you guys to start with a piece of paper and a pen. Start making notes and whatever notes that people prepare, I want that to go on Instagram or LinkedIn.

2:30:09The reason why I want that is, of course, please put that. I want your insights to come out so that we learn from it. Every time a post has come in, you have shared it with me, I have shared it with you because we have a lot to learn from that. Perspectives and that leads to this content. Two is I feel that a lot more people will learn from a lot more insights. In fact, I have an idea where if we get these interesting notes of people, we should embed that on Fingering Out AI website. We should. So that other people can learn from that. Done. So whatever notes you can make, you can send us. which we will stack on Instagram and I will and we will put the good notes on the figuring out AI website that this person has made a note and we will put it for the world brilliant, done that could also become a great place for people to find you out done awesome, perfect thank you so much for watching this episode now you have to do three things first of all, subscribe to this channel because as much as you subscribe subscribe we will get better and valuable guests for you number 2 tell me in comments what you liked and what bad so that we can repeat mistakes and which guests you want to see in our podcast so that we can take them and give you more value and number 3 you have to share this episode with someone because one conversation can change someone's life I'll see you next time until then keep figuring out Thank you.
