In short

Topic How a solo (or 2–3 person) founder can build an AI-driven business that targets ~₹1 crore/month using a repeatable “demand + distribution + pricing + execution” playbook. The episode also walks through using multiple AI tools to generate product ideas and to create ad creatives (static and video) plus a voice-agent funnel.

Guests (backgrounds)

Vaibhav Sisinty (host/guest)

builds with AI tools; teaches a step-by-step “build from zero” approach and runs a community called “figuring out AI.”

Raj Shamani (co-host)

content/podcast operator; discusses improving podcast output with AI and participates in the business-idea brainstorming.

Key claims Most people don’t use AI effectively (cited: ~80–85% use AI, only ~2–3% use it well). Jobs won’t disappear; they evolve, but people must evolve. To make a solo company, validate demand, ensure internet/digital delivery, keep pricing “low-touch” (sweet spot suggested: ₹1,000–₹3,000; often ₹1,000/month or ₹1,500–₹2,000/month subscription), and use ads for demand generation. Use “Model Council” (multiple top models debating) to converge on business ideas; unanimous picks included AI spoken-English + interview coaching and WhatsApp-first distribution.

Notable examples Peter (OpenAI-acquired/open-source “OpenClaw”): solo technical founder; open-source product acquired via acqui-hire narrative.

Matthew Gallagher (Medvi)

outsourced “GLP-1/weight-loss” marketplace model using doctors + licensed drugs + ad funnel + subscription; discussed as a playbook, with regulatory/ethics concerns.

Rumik AI

voice-based mock conversations for anxiety (dating/interviews), used as a template for an AI dating coach app.

Notable product idea developed live

AI dating “OS” + human premium concierge

80–90% AI coaching, with human help as an add-on (e.g., mock date on demand).

0:00Sam Altman is saying that If a person is a million-dollar company, how? If you want to make a single-person company, then first, what I'm making is the demand for it or not. Two, what is the user acquisition of the product? Is it digitally or physically? It will work for digital products. Three, the price of the product should be like this, which people will not think about buying. And realistically, how much money can people make? Unlimited. I think dating and risk coach will be crazy. Should we build that? I mean like right now on the call. Yes, okay.

0:33Hi. Silk. And your name? My name is Vahab. Vahab. It's a good name. What are you doing with your name? How do you spend a month a crore? Use something like Julius AI. You can connect your Shopify, whatever service you use. You can just come and say, how is my performance doing? And it'll just tell you like a data analyst. For customer success, you're using Wapi. For running ads, you're using Magix. For creating ads, you're using Higgs field. For writing code, you're using something like a replete, emergent. There is a study, around 80 % to 85 % of the people use AI. But 2 % to 3 % are able to use AI effectively the way it should.

1:15Have you heard of Claudeonomics? No. Mark Zuckerberg, in meta, is running a competition with a leaderboard to show who are the highest users of AI. Poor employees. Everybody has unlimited credits of Claude. One person has used 2.8 billion tokens in one month. The value of that token is 1.4 million dollars. You are thinking, how many questions he is asking? He is not asking. He is running multiple AI agents palliely working for him. So when people say jobs, this will go, actually jobs are not going. Jobs are evolving. The problem is your job is not going to evolve, because you don't evolve. Wild.

1:50My mind is still spinning. And I just love this.

1:57This is our next episode of figuring out AI with WebHoff. This episode blew my mind. Because this episode is finished, you will know that my work, which 10 people do in my team, I can do it alone in minutes. And the opportunity to make money, I think after this podcast, it will be very clear. So please watch it. And if you have to learn more about AI tools, to learn about this. Because AI is a lot of people who are making a lot of money, who are going to be a lot of careers, who are going to be better on their work, who are going to be better on their productivity, if you want to do it. So, Webhav and me, we have started a community figuring out AI, which is in the description of the link.

2:41And this time, we have tried a new format, where Webhav teaches me life. And I do things for me, so that each and every one of you, you take a pen and paper, and you also get to see step by step, to see how something builds from zero in AI world. So this episode is not question and answer. This episode is about how things build from zero. This is built in public. We have made a whole business from zero by the help of AI. And if you like a good idea, please leave.

3:18Welcome back, Vevo Sisinti.

3:24It's funny that most people will not know why we are laughing. You should tell them. Tell them why you are laughing. So, we are talking about 5 hours ago. And we are talking about 5 hours ago. And he has taught me technically how to do my podcast 10x better with just AI. And the people who have 6-7 people are working on it, how to do AI in one hour. how to do it. He has the whole skill and he has learned and made it. That's the end of this podcast. So if anybody wants to watch that completely, wants to understand how to take my podcast, how am I making my podcast better? And I'm going to use that process.

4:07I'm going to use that. So you can steal my framework of making podcasts better, which Vibhav has taught me today. That was just two hours out of five hours. The next three hours was two boys talking, friends, Sitting together and talking, that's always the case with you. So, by the way, this podcast and this conversation I do every month with WebOV. So, I'm going to learn what I'm doing in AI world. I think I need to do this more. I had to do this every 15-20 days. Because all the things happening, it's incredible. And with me, you can learn everything. So, if you have to learn a lot, more learning, then WebEW has built a community with us which is called figuring out AI.

4:53It's below that link. If you want to be updated in the AI world and you want to know new tools and new things about it, which can make more money, can make more money, can make better in the job, anything. All the stuff that is going on in the AI world, if you want to join that community, the link is in the description. Go join that. I learn all my stuff from there. And WebEW is teaching. it's free it's free absolutely free people can go join it now today the topic is i saw that everyone is talking about that one person will make a billion dollar company like sam altman is saying that so many other you know you and i we are talking about this i've also spoken about it that i see this world and global entrepreneurs who are very top level they are talking about it right so how can a billion dollar company make a how and you already have made and tell me that framework and playbook which I and my audience can build at least hundreds and thousands of crores of rupees company which we can build interesting so step by step like I want to learn specific how can a company become a million crores I'll do my best I'll try my best but funny enough 3-4 months ago people were majorly surprised how can it be no chance but in the last 3 months there are 2 examples 2 people have become a billion dollar company 10 ,000 crores as individuals solo entrepreneurs first one is Peter Peter I will not butcher his name who is Open Claw founder Open Claw last time we had a touch base he basically there are two ways and I'm going to talk about both the examples and both interesting ideas Peter was the technical guy he was a developer he was a big AI product which is Open Claw it blew up the internet and he was so significant as a solo developer he was an open source product which was made the way every single AI company work today has changed because of one product that he released Sam Altman acqui-hire single person which is over a billion dollars is what people are saying Sam Altman bought it bought it it means it was hired but acqui-hire because the project was open source so company it was an open source product so it was free code was opened so Sam was like company can't acquire I can acquire someone can acquire right he built it and a lot of AI new products that are being built inside of open AI Peter has been part of it right for people who are technical basically there's a direction this is very anomaly type like this is like you will see more of these now I believe that we'll see more of these but you are taking a person with his expertise because he is very intelligent and technically sound now the second story is actually the opposite okay absolute opposite in fact this story is so fascinating that you said that we could do it right and this guy Matthew Gallagher right he started a company called as Medvi okay okay which grossed if I'm not wrong 400 million dollars this year revenue 100 million dollars last year revenue.

8:44This year, it is projected to do 1.2 billion dollars in revenue. In revenue. This is not valuation. Valuation can be put 5, into 3, into 5. It depends on what it is. Medvi is a business. Triya, you know in India? It is Triya for Ozympic. Simplest way, if I can explain it in one line, that it is this. GLP-1 drugs, which is for weight loss, he did what he did, he got a series of doctors via one company, drugs are not made himself, he got licensed white label drugs from a different company, he doesn't make this drug, he doesn't give the doctor, he built a funnel around it, that he runs an ad, people come from the ad, people want to talk to them, then they talk to the voice agent, convert, people enroll in subscription, and who wants to send drugs or something they do these two outsourced companies drug companies send a company doctors and companies they bring together and the product is also without code this is not a developer weight loss who have to do this that is made with Medvi Medvi is not made with Medvi is like a marketplace right?

10:08he doesn't make drugs he doesn't have doctor he doesn't have people he takes people and keeps subscription so someone's drug someone's drug someone's drug prescribing he comes in and he sells who has weight loss he comes in and take it medicine he procured this medicine is available now it's started in India medicine available in India weight loss is a lot of problems in India you know what right people have to do this but the moment I heard this story I said brother what are you doing you do this we are doing this but again right I think there are some controversy around how he did it as well quite frankly right or wrong AI generated ads but opportunity if a right founder does it right someone with some level of pharmacy background some level of a doctor who is entrepreneurial.

11:09If three people can become a team, an extremely good operator, who all the operations comes in good understanding, and a very good doctor. If there is a team like that, I want to invest. I'm sure you will invest. I'll make you invest. Right? To build something like this because this is fascinating. Right? This was not a doctor who made it. No. Random people use it that he made a billion dollar and he made weight loss it's not even like coding technical some stuff yes and the product he made it he made it he made it he didn't really write code for it the tech product he made it he made it he made it he made it okay so explain how is it if you make it let's take it let's take it because this example you keep it no no you keep it my point is the reason why I don't want to pick this example is because wrong reason this is people will use this misuse it because weight loss and all has to happen under good supervision ozampic is still being tested so i don't want to show this like an opportunity right but let's say you do this but mind that there is a big problem in india this problem can also be able to raise another problem correct so medvee made a playbook which you can make a company as a solopreneur let's use that playbook and that's the same as India people make whatever lessons from there is can we apply it here I think so hair loss is the big problem in India right screw it let's do hair loss before hair loss also I think this opportunity is a big and I'm openly telling anyone who wants to build on top of this opportunity I want to invest okay and I'll tell you what that opportunity is yes I know you will I'll tell you what the opportunity is AI first company I don't even think about I want to make a billion dollar company I'm sure Matthew Gallagher didn't think that it will become a billion dollar company so don't think of it like that my framework back of my head if I study this case study and I want to give the knowledge if I know that the way I will think about it is for this framework is few elements if a single person company has to make a single person company, then first, is that, what I'm making the product, is there demand or not?

13:36I will not create a new thing that doesn't have demand, I don't want to do it. Right? Is there demand or not? There is demand. Two, is there user acquisition that is, that product, digitally or physically? This will work for digital products, because AI works well on things, which is being done on a computer with internet. so it has to be an internet product any D2C brand can be a Cura coffee can be a physical product two three these are all my thinking product has to be physical you are saying it could be physical it could be digital but it should be sold on the internet online product right because you physically store people are coming one person can't make it four product price should be for which people people will not think about buying more.

14:30It should be low touch. If you sell a phone, it will be difficult. You can sell a phone. If it's Samsung, how can you sell it? If you have to make a phone, it won't be possible. So, in India, the sweet spot will be like 2 ,000-3 ,000 rupees. Under 3 ,000. And even better. Even better. Don't do 2 ,000 rupees product. Look at 1 ,000 rupees subscription. Which people pay every month. pay kare because people need to pay Netflix in Netflix habituate subscriptions people are okay the subscription economy is opening up in the country UPI mandate it's better so that you put the effort first time but revenue over the time will become so that is one more ability that I think of so I think in this framework you think what businesses fit and realistically how much money can you make unlimited I'll give you the example Okay, it depends How much you can invest Basis of that Where are the investments I can tell you For example, Medvi Matthew Gallagher started with$20 ,000 It didn't start from$0 It started from$20 ,000 And I know where did he go from$20 ,000 Where did he go from$20 ,000,$15 ,000 He went to ads Because It is a demand game But how did he go from ads If you want I can show you how you can run single person run ads and everything also alright so if you look like a product I will say I think sweet spot would be India subscription something 1500 to 2000 rupees per month I will tell you why 1500 to 2000 rupees because for 500 rupees you will make a product D2C Shopify store and add single person that was never subscription business that's why and if you want a user to pay 2 ,000 3 ,000 rupees per month that basically means over 12 months he's paying 30 ,000 rupees 25 to 30 ,000 rupees that is sweet spot for a business so you don't need lakh customer to build a 100 crore business and back of my mind I always think about a good business to be something that can do 100 crore revenue in 3-4 years that's a very good business in India that's equivalent of a billion dollar company according to me in India because that has been 1000 crore 1000 crore is easily I mean, $100 million business is the same.

16:55If this business in the US with a GDP per capita like you said $70 ,000 which is literally 15 times more equivalent of a billion dollar company in India. Value. So, if you want to make a business if you want to make a business if you want to make a 5x multiple then you will make a 20 crores revenue. 30 crores revenue. Per month how do we do a business which will make 3 crores of revenue. So, if it's a 30 ,000 rupee per year product you get the math right? it will simplify that's why I'm talking about that now how do we do this business how do we do this business every month how do we do this business 2-3 crores how do we do this demand gen let's take an example let's say example hair hair loss what product should be today there are only and legit business it has to be legit right hair loss three things one you should a doctor or doctors another you need medicines which supply minoxidil, finestride very very fixed medicines there are no changes most important in Kisra is customers to come into the business and you are a single person so how do you solve this first ads but first how do you know which product

18:39I think I think That's the insight If you have to find yourself Okay, you have to find What is the big problem That people think So you think about these cut-strains for example I have given you constraints right so let's say

19:01okay so let's say I gave you the constraints right now right so I'm gonna ask AI if I'm stuck right my background will give me so I'll give my background of content let's say I'll act like Rajshamani hey i'm raj uh i'm 22 years old this was raj when he was 22 okay okay um i have 50 uh i i understand a little bit about content i've just started on instagram doing three big updates of the day today right i have 10 000 followers on my instagram so i understand content what i'm looking for is i see that AI has become a very big opportunity and I can build a 1 % multi-million dollar business. Right?

19:50So I'm looking for idea in India. I'm looking for ideas which can help me to build this based on the skill set. I'm not like a hardcore software engineer but I can wipe code without writing code and I'm a fast learner. Based on my understanding I understand that if I want to make a single person company or two or three people I don't want to make it much from max. And that company can do at least 100 crore revenue in 3-4 years. But based on my research, I have understood that I have to make a company that can be sold digitally. Which is on the internet, transactions should happen over the internet.

20:32Physical assets don't have to be sold. The other thing is that its price point should be sweet enough for people not to think so much. like under 2000 rupees and if it's a subscription product it's also big so that every month I can charge 2000 rupees from that same under 2000 or 3000 rupees from the same consumer and what else did we speak about? and say the problem should be like a very pressing problem which in India people give money very quickly if you don't spend a lot of time example weight loss, hair loss because it's insecurity people will give more money and they will give it all month because his lifetime value of a customer is also high.

21:15Okay. You heard that from my friend. So that is also one more important bit. And think of anything else, right? I want to be able to run a business with AI, with no employees, which has the potential to do 100 crores from India, selling to India or to the world. And a problem which is big enough. And a problem which is big enough. Insecurity. Okay. I mean, it doesn't have to be just insecurity. you can go beyond of insecurity as a bucket as well it could be insecurity also but very important thing think about the fact that it aligns with my skill set

21:54can you see my screen yeah so I don't want to keep it to only health it will become health health right and health I'm scared on Instagram web of SND why is it Instagram when I say I'm autofiller so I'm adding my URL it's done. Okay. 10 ,000 followers on Instagram. Okay. It's okay. It'll understand. Okay. Okay. So usually when things happen I want AI to work a little hard. So there are two things that I do. Obviously I can go to cloud. I can ask this question. The reason why I came to perplexity is because if I click on this add button there is something called as model council. Okay. It's crazy bro.

22:36Okay. Model council when you select it gives me options to select 3 different AI models GBD 5.4, 3.1 Pro, 4.7 Max, 4.7 which are the 3 best models in the world right now remember that in one episode we talked about multi where there were 3 answers here there will not be 3 answers after the 3 answers come all these 3 AI models will debate with each other so 1-1 idea AI will talk with each other he will ask I mean what are the new insights from this do I agree with this do I disagree with this wow so you basically are getting three smartest humans I don't know things in the world to do work for you to research for you and debate with each other to tell you what could be the best thing nice so that is model counsel very interesting they are in max account but based on what I understand they're gonna bring it to the pro and free also cost of compute is very high but I want to tell you one thing because last time I saw it in the comments why are you showing the pay tool the thing is if you want to get the most out of AI it's not free because the cost of tokens which is what AI runs for you it's very expensive and at the end of the day whatever company is making right that company profit oh my profit is very far whatever that company wants to play with that company has made so much effort so they don't give it best tools which is the easiest thing to understand it's okay you want to understand the best thing you want to get the best out of AI you have to pay a buck and it's not like paid tool you're giving this money I wish I wish I wish this is perplexity or Claude or Arvind if you are listening to this podcast where is my check sorry where is our check anyways so what's happening we put this problem right now GPT 5.4 thinking Claude Opus 4.7 thinking and 3.1 pro thinking all these three are doing their own individual research nice right must ideas I skimmed through it 3.1 pro is also doing this all are doing their own all are doing their own Gemini, Chai, GBD, Claude are doing their own and then they are doing a debate we are just doing a little research and then we will debate after debating we will say this is good, this is bad this is what we have agreed it's beautiful insane see as we are talking about this I wanted to share something there is a I will pull the numbers first

25:31there is a benchmark okay it's called as GDP val okay what happens GDP knows what you have it's val for AI so every AI right basically goes through an exam all AI's we look like exams all AI's GDP val is one of the exams where they are measured based on top jobs in the world what people do to the top jobs what are the skill sets that they have to do for those jobs AI models are measured saying how are they benchmarking against the most valuable 44 most valuable jobs in the world which contributes to 10 % of the GDP of the US what are the jobs that people do to the US if they do that AI how much will they score GDP well right now and it's code basis of all these pointers I think 4.7 is in the top right now right and this score it basically means it's 85 % better than in 85 % of the cases it is better than almost every human in those job sets that was looked for so this is basically telling you you got Opus 4.7 5.4 and 3D thing which are the 3 best AI models to work for you in parallel here.

27:02And here it comes. Nice. Raj, here's your AI business blueprint. Here are the findings. These are the things where models agree. Like you can see. The ideas. AI spoken English plus interview coach is a top tier idea. All the three agree. Here's the evidence. What is AI spoken English plus interview coach? Spoken English plus interview coach as a business idea. Which can be built with AI. Okay. Right. Next is AI astrology or spiritual tech. 100 % big category. Astro Talk is an example. AI weight, hair, skin coach has high willingness to pay. But execution risk. Because anything to health is execution risk.

27:41Regulatory gray zone exists. Your content skill is your number one mode. Because I said, I want to do basis of my skill set. Distribution led businesses. WhatsApp first distribution is critical for India. These are the pointers it's agreeing with. Okay. These ideas are not. pointers at it agreed with where models disagree number one recommended idea for each of the model chat GPT AI job search a cloud AI dating and risk coach for risk coach what happens I like pick up artist type like your your risk needs to be I don't know Riz is a very Riz is gen Z AI dating or risk coach and then AI spoken English in easier I don't know if I'm people might kill me but it's like swag like swag like you should just walk in and yeah like this yeah so that was number one recommended idea for each of the model okay astrology opportunity you see 3-3-2 but 5.4 thinking worried about marketplace complexity so it's benchmarking and then B2B versus B2B-C maybe they are disagreeing everybody has a different take pricing strategy people again look at this Claude is saying start at 99 rupees trial and then 79 per month 7.99 per month and everybody has a different price point 100 crore feasibility achievable with right niche 1 in 500 outcome being honest about odds achievable with 10 to 12k subscribers everybody has their own thinking but I like what Gemini has given here achievable with 10k to 12k subscribers I mean as an individual as a business you need to make a business where 10 ,000 or 12 ,000 subscribers are driving majority of your revenue which is very good insight for us right and then unique discoveries this is even cooler what are the ideas that each of the models came up with which are unique to itself that other AI models didn't come up with Opus came up with AI dating or risk coach for Indian men India has 82 million dating app users and reply anxiety in an untapped insecurity okay 5.4 thinking said AI whatsapp sales co-pilot for Indian SMBs oh that's an interesting one actually wow that's very interesting actually Claude Opus said if 500 paying subs don't materialize in 3 months pivot immediately Claude Opus said unique finding anyone starting to start first 500 paying subscribers if it's not in 3 months move on to the next one which is a very very good insight right and Gemini 3.1 pro thinking says AI accountability coach that roasts you on whatsapp roasting product but anyways comprehensive analysis what you can act today the unanimous agreement is on AI AI spoken English and interview coaching is one because of the India skill gap everybody agrees about whatsapp first distribution again dating and risk coach is a big one it's a big one in India bro I love it this is insane I think dating and risk coach will be crazy should we build that I mean like right now on the call how do we break that down because AI dating coach as a service yes I can think of it I mean and people will buy 20 and I think when I think about a business idea see I don't think if I make any business today I will make it AI driven only I will tell you why if I make AI driven and anyone can make it so I need a layer of human so my idea will position away that something doesn't happen so I need to make a new update from AI and my product will be that doesn't make it and I don't make it so I don't make it so I don't have to make it for AI I don't want to do AI so that I want to do everything in the center.

31:55Where 80 % of the heavy lifting is done by AI, 20 % is a human layer so that I will not get crushed by anyone else. Because in the age of AI people will value human. So if I have a dating coach, I will do 80 % AI, 20 % human. So that it is a human layer so that any software engineer comes and says I will make this. true true while that is not the only moat but you get my idea right so that is how I will think about it okay what do you want to pick now you have a plan what do you want to do AI dating coach let's make that it's an interesting one just for the like for podcast also it's interesting lot of people will watch it idea is not that everyone can be AI dating coach idea is that he can be a product from the way we are making it okay to make his business something You can make it for weight loss, for dating, for spoken English, for personal, whatever particular skill is.

32:55Let's make that. It's interesting. Okay. I like the idea of AI dating coach, but you know what? I don't want to make it completely AI as a product. I have to bring a human layer in the subscription tier. So what can I do? Where 80 to 90 % heavy lifting is being done by AI, but a handoff is also with human which could be also positioned like an add-on or anything which can increase the average order value I have an idea okay what if there's an AI dating coach let's ask AI also let's see what it comes up with but you're practicing with AI you're doing voice agent and everything with AI but when you actually have a real date we could make a service where you can actually talk to a human for 15 minutes or 20 minutes which will do a mock date for you that is an add on so you're building for the product which is the coach but for that you have to pay extra 5000 rupees let's say for those 30 minutes but you will have you know certified dating coaches okay layer which can be a market place there are a lot of dating coaches right now right we accumulate all of them and they say for one conversation that you do to guide this person or to do a mock we'll pay you 2000 rupees but we'll sell that at 4000 rupees on our product so your app also where we're talking majorly you'll help until your first date before date as a mock interview a human will do a mock date nice you need a moat you need a moat you need an unfair advantage what do you think I like it nice nice actually best version is this AI first human premium okay so we have a very interesting idea I think you look at this he also converged in this idea AI dating OS plus human concierge upsell Indian dating market is already 788 million 2030 1.4 billion category large so what is the product stack okay skimming through okay look at this AI pro unlimited AI wingman profile optimizer reply drafts weekly plan 1500 rupees per month AI plus human 2 human reviews per month plus priority chat rescue oh bro do you know what this is no did you read what priority chat rescue is no like let's say you are on date and you don't know that's what I'm reading from priority chat rescue during date you will have a actual coach who is a human because you don't want to rely on AI in this cases who can tell you in the washroom what do you want to do so you are advising priority chat rescue nice insane man matrimony and optimization insane oh my god that's a crazy idea okay I think this is a great idea this is AI dating it can be much more better yeah you can optimize it for however you want to do it look we are exploring with an idea see the best thing is we have picked an idea which is what you don't understand and I don't understand we are trying to do this with AI and this is what I want people to learn a process not this idea of course someone wants to build it go ahead and build it give us 10 % of equity obviously but that's the idea right okay many suggestions have come but okay let's say I will not go deep in it because we are not making let's say hypothetically we have built an app right which is like an AI dating app okay actually before even building an app coaching AI coaching app AI dating AI coaching app by the way AI dating is a massive category I don't know if you know this right AI coaching app here what's happening initially an AI app which is helping you in talking and getting to know I mean getting to getting a practice of it in fact you can become a voice agent which can mimic do you want to hear something oh my god I feel that the product can be built today so when I'm thinking about the app one thing is obviously you can show the chat but you could also build a layer where you actually practice with an AI by talking by talking that could also be a great feature confidence builder confidence builder so I came across this very interesting thing called as roomic AI okay

37:52it was just

38:02hi Hi. Silk. And your name? My name is Vaibhav. Vaibhav. It's a good name. What are you doing today? Guys, please help me. Please do a mock date conversation. I'm talking with you first time. And I'm supposed to talk to my date. who I just matched on one of the app and I'm getting a lot of anxiety so you can mock it a little bit and your name could be Silk it's okay oh yes absolutely no tension let's imagine that we're getting the first time so tell me something about yourself what do you like to do in your free time my name is Raj I create content on Instagram three big news of the day day, Instagram, I have 10 ,000 followers oh wow that's cool content creation so what kind of content do you do?

39:12you are being very nice, I want you to act like a rude or harsh or non interested date

39:24okay so you want me to be uninterested yes be interested but don't give me so easy difficult like normal human so you're a content creator great besides that something else no just this we do this okay we do dinner and see how it goes okay so you get the idea this is technology and this is just voice by the way this is just voice this is the company Rumik Indian company I just came across this shout out to Dilip in my team which I showed first and I was like this company doesn't make anything but just voice so I can use this voice to build an app which will help people practice interviews you can mock you can make you can make you can make you can make you can make you can make this is more of it is for most human AI you see how human it was it was smiling it was laughing it was friendly no, you can do it for job interviews first time friends friends, friends, dating this is anyways this is wild so now we have a voice we have text we can wipe code the app to start with quite frankly now we will not get into wipe coding maybe we should do one dedicated day for that right wipe coding to not do anymore but you get the idea this is what happened the app has become its landing page so now the first thing is we have to get users how do we bring in users we have first removed demand we have started to know what to do we are making the AI dating coach app in which you will coach premium services first you will coach it in that case there is a human who is in the top priority in the case you are stuck somewhere so that's an add-on that you can pay for so it's a very solid business if you think through it we have also thought about the product using AI only where there can be a chat a human layer now we thought of voice also being added so this is a good demand AI doesn't know what you can make now second layer I have made a product I have made a product I have made a mind how do I take a million people and how do I take my AI the first thing that you do is basically ads.

41:56You have to make an ad. Right? First, you have to make an ad creative. You have to make an ad creative. Right? So, what is an ad creative? So, Raj, you are the founder of this company. So, we'll make an ad creative of you promoting this app. Okay? So, obviously, you don't have time. You don't have money to shoot photoshoot, photoshoot. So, I don't know what to make. Yes, I don't know which ad is. I don't know anything about the product, I don't know anything about the industry. I don't know how to get people. Fair. First, we make an ad. Okay. I'm looking for references. Let's say, okay, let's go to Claude and say, actually, here's context, so we can continue.

42:44Okay. I want to test the idea. Can you give me two to three ad copies that I can try to make ad creatives on? I mean obviously don't do that don't do that don't put a little in mind I use it I came to the same window I asked a question can you give me some ad ideas or ad concepts okay he told me this ad he gave a script he gave a script okay I will also ask it for some static ads add the ad.

43:20Every time it leaves the scene, the problem is not you, it's in your text.

43:30Most Indian guys, most Indian guys don't get fewer matches. They just send boring first messages. Okay, awesome. Which is a good ad by the way. Okay. cool come on something I got some ad copies I just have to say I want static ads with me on them since I am the brand ambassador okay sorry for butchering the spellings but I'm not used to typing anymore I know we all can see that now okay I'll fix your chat I'll fix your chat He's making static Your personal AI wingman Plus me Okay I like this We'll pick this Okay I like this So I want a wingman kind of An ad So what I'm gonna do is I'm going to Pinterest I want an ad idea right So I'll just search for wingman let's see what comes up

44:49okay give me ideas how should a wingman picture look like you pick it up we left everything you how to make it how to attract your type of users wingman ads okay let's see your type of users oh I love this look at this okay so what I'm gonna do is actually I'm gonna make a version of this with you

45:20okay I'm gonna take a screenshot of this I just hope that I don't make a bald I'll mention that I'll upload this picture use this reference picture to understand how this picture is designed the photography style and everything around it, how the picture is designed. I forgot about the person that the person, the center is bald. I want to replace that person with a person that I wanted to be there. I want to basically use this picture style to make an ad. And the ad is going to be for my product, which is the personal wingman. I'm going to share some information below about that. You have to bake in this copy into the ad with a creative like this.

46:05give me a prompt that I can use with a picture that could be generated like this with all this copy baked in inside of the creative I just need the prompt and nothing else that's not made the photo oh shit I just copied and I didn't

46:27I sent it to him no worries so what I'm trying to do is a reference image I'm giving it and I'm telling it that it means you know understand the image and this is a problem which I can generate this image while this is happening I will make this image how to make so I'll go to obviously photo shoot you can do but we're thinking about a single person I'll go to a platform like Hicksfield Hicksfield there is something called as soul Hicksfield soul 2.0 Hicksfield soul 2.0 what can I do? I can literally train an AI with anyone's images. Okay? How do I do it? Soul 2.0 is here. There is a character.

Read the full transcript

47:18You click on character and you say create character. And you just have to upload 30 photos of them. Okay. If you uploaded 30 photos of them, it will train a small model with your photos. After training, whatever you say,

47:35Just to save time, I thought I'll do something fun with you. So I had created your character. You can see this. Okay, done. What's your photo? 30-40 photos. You were on the internet. I took those photos. Now I can do two things. One is that, just for very quick referencing, I can just take an image like this. And this image will copy. just drop it do nothing else click on generate so it will replace it will understand what is in the image and it will create a reference version of that this is the easiest thing to do let's say photo shoot bold men I don't even know what to look for oh man love it do you like this or do you like this anything

48:46just upload the image click on generate that's it it'll take like some time it'll take your reference image how do you see it what you think what will happen in this image and get one image now we have a prompt what I will do is I will just copy this see the thing is this prompt is to make this image and I selected your character and I selected the image and the photo it is not necessary it will make it from the mind if you are putting a reference image it will not do this where did you go

49:32generate this this horrible

49:41this is horrible it's okay that's the whole point you have to like I said you have to try 10-15 tries you have to do not come in one shot but just imagine what you could do right you don't have to go and go sorry you don't have to do a photo shoot anymore right you just give reference images out of randomness you can make a new new thing which is not of any someone's own not of any and make yourself make it that way that is the line that you should here it is in dating he was saying Medvi's story he created testimonials of people who don't exist and that is not good that is not right so regulators didn't it now it is look at this I get the whole idea Yeah better no?

50:32Much better See we have trained your image Like before 10 minutes of coming So please don't Judge Open the photo Where did it make it? This one Okay Now what do we do with this? So ad creative Obviously you have to run meta ads for this Right it became ad creative so if you want to make a video how do we make a video of this so this was like what was that what you were laughing brother I will fix your chart and types no it was up it was up it was up it was up it was up it was up it was up it was up it was up from hook lines from the hook okay okay I'm gonna copy this seed hey this is better bro you have to try multiple variations for it to get it you get the idea let it work you got the idea you got the sense of images static ads you can make a lot of with characters that you want don't use characters that you don't have rights to obviously you can't make an image and you can't make an ad you'll go to jail right you need to have the rights of that person just don't do things that is what scares me so you should be very very careful about what you do don't do things that you should not be doing anyways I have to make a video from this to me I have to make a video in which you are talking I will not teach your voice because I think it will get abused don't but I will go to Claude again and I will say hey so I have a video script in mind, which I'm going to share with you, what I want you to do is use that video script and, you know, convert that into a second by second direction for a video ad that I'm going to use to create using Seed Dance 2.0.

52:42So use the Seed Dance skill to understand what is the best Seed Dance prompt that can be created and generate me the prompt and share it with me. so we're gonna use Seed Dance 2.0 last time we talked about Seed Dance 2.0 now it's out right here is the script so here we are so skill which we made or I don't know when you'll see but for sometimes if you want to be sure that the skill is being used so slash you'll see Seed Dance Prompt Engineer I have installed that skill already right I'll click on the send. Now what will happen, what I got to get a script here, I'm going to convert a prompt using clod.

53:31Now what will come to me, I'll give this prompt. I'll give it a seed dance. So I really like this actually.

53:45Didn't we give that image to? We did. Don't do my photos with my photos Please We are small people

53:57Guys

54:01The idea here Is not for you guys to pick Something like this and misuse it Because if you do it All you have to do is one Two clicks And it will get taken down and you do it two three times You don't want cops in your house Obviously right so the idea here is like I said you need to have rights to that person to be able to do anything right so this is for educational purposes only scapegoat too but yeah why am I grey no wait because the picture had white hair grey hair you're a black nice this is nice no random cool pick it up

54:48okay so now what I will do is something interesting okay this prompt I will give you an image reference I'll tell you what I just did the image came to us I'll give the same prompt with the image reference right so what I'm gonna do is so you can see the image above that's the static image that we're gonna make it into a video right now and the below video will use seed dance to animate and say all this good stuff that we are talking about the way i want the video to be is right now the person is sitting i want the person to stand up slowly and start walking out of the room while talking this script out in a very nonchalant way so do your i don't understand all this very well so do your cinematography choreography whatever you think is right and use that information to write the script that is written below but I want the whole script to be given in a you know in the seat dance way and I don't want the video to be longer than 10 seconds it's a little bit this prompt but let's see what it comes up with so basically what we did is we took a reference image took that reference image gave it to AI to generate a reference image of with with something similar to your face right and now we are giving that image back to Claude and we are saying we are going to animate this image and we got a script from Claude gave that back to Claude as well and we are basically saying this whole thing is optimized for seed dance so how do we use seed dance again I will use the same tool Hicks field I will go to video and there is seed dance 2.0 after going here After going to the image, basically what I can do is, the image that is generated, I can upload it here.

56:47Okay? So, the image that is generated, that is what I have selected. Okay, the image is uploaded. The prompt we have written from the clot. I am copying it and pasting the prompt. 10 seconds, I will keep it to 720p so that it will generate. And I have selected Seed Dance 2.0. that's it bro just click on damn generate so by the way this technology is just bonkers I mean video tech seed dance 2.0 it is just mind shattering the kind of stuff that you can do with seed dance is just wild so I mean almost unbelievable things check this out we were talking 6 months ago that we talked about in this podcast that it could happen Most of them are happening today.

57:36This is a clip from our podcast. It's happening now. It's... And I was... I was shitting breaks when I found out about uncensored AI. You're talking about uncensored AI. I'll show you what it can do. What do you feel? How does this look? Are people going to understand this is AI? Or are people going to say this is real? We were just... I was shitting bricks when I found out about uncensored AI. You're talking about uncensored AI. I'll show you what it can do. How does this work? Are people going to understand? Just fun stuff. Just fun stuff. But just wanted to show like wild things are possible today.

58:22It's not so easy to make it. It's not that simple. It's not that easy. But the thing is that it is possible. And that is what is wild. Right? In one iteration, you won't get output. What is the job of someone, you are learning now. Probably this podcast will be seen by 1 lakh people. Maybe 25 ,000 people will do this. But you know what? 2-3 people will be, or 20 or 30 people will be who will get real value. 2 ,000 people who learn how to prompt this right. After generating this, it's hard to generate. But someone who has used this tool, who is mastering this, will already know to prompt it saying I want the script to be this long.

59:04I want to say things like this. These are the mistakes they will eventually make so fix them. So I don't generate this. My team generates this. So I don't know the nuance of it. But my team knows it. Whose job is to do this. But they are able to do 10 times more than anybody else. If you have to become a single founder you have to invest this time. If you have a day and you have to sit for a day and what's it? If you have to sit for one hour then you have to 2-3 things you have to learn how much time right so you have video ads you have static ads you have idea static ads video ads now it's not going to play now the first thing that we have to do is kind of run ads look the advantage of meta ads is that most of the targeting and all have been automated in a way statics is the only art right now what are you doing what are you doing what are you doing that is the art right now the beauty of that is there are a lot of AI tools that have come up which can do most of your ad work for you budget you have to add optimization something everything one of the tool is magics right which is very very good which we have used for quite some time this whole ad optimization running ads everything in fact you will give it a little referencing then you will make AI ads but not as good as what we are able to do right now but static ads and all so it can be a good tool and this is one very very good tool called as meds you have to run the ads so this is literally ad automation nice he will see which ad is doing good who has ad revenue who has ad spend who has to stop he will stop if you set the ad rules nice so it's almost like meta ads manager on steroids if you want to run a business individually you should be able to run it using this because this does the job of 10 people but you can learn a little meta you can learn a little single person is a beast now the second thing that I can think of let's say in your product landing page before taking the subscription they have a doubt saying you do this you do not do this what do you do and all of that so usually what is it in India you have a phone number you have a phone you have a phone and talk.

1:01:25Right. That is, that becomes a massive people. But you can become a voice agent. Right. So you can go to a platform like Wapi. Right. You can go to Wapi and you can become a voice agent. You want to see quickly.

1:01:47So, if you talk about conversion, you will do this. If there is any doubt about the product, you will clear this. If you put a number, you will be able to direct call. If you don't even call a person, you will be able to call AI. If someone is calling, you will be able to call AI. You can also request a callback. You will call a name, phone number, you will call AI. So, if you have a new voice agent, sign up in Vaibhav. Go to assistance.

1:02:16create new assistant let's say customer success lead qualification specialist what do you want to name your assistant as Raj okay

1:02:38I'll save you from this one lead qualification specialist create assistant okay now please blur all of this on the left AI model select you can select any of the AI models that you want let's say I'll go with 5.4 nano first message hey I'm Morgan from what's the name of the company let's call it date dating X I don't know okay date X okay that's the name of the company Morgan as webhub oh sorry yeah we help you with we help you to close more dates let's say like we just have ideas to understand Morgan hey this is webhub you requested a callback because you needed help in your dating journey okay so this is a we are selling a dating app where you know people could come in and learn how to get better with date and this is an assistant where people might have questions about the product so if they have questions about the product you should be able to answer it's a simple dating consulting app so make assumptions based on that it's a demo one make assumptions based on that and build the prompt for me so usually I will not make such a prompt but I will make a better prompt for showing okay I'll leave it as in this if you have a product specifications or FAQ which can be you can add it as a file also here which I am not adding right now because we don't have anything like that but basically a good prompt and you can upload all the description of your product so that you know that AI agent right and then you can select a voice as well how you want your AI to sound let's say because we have said webhav okay I added a voice ID this is a custom voice idea of mine.

1:04:40So don't worry about it. And I just publish. So I'm not showing the phone number connection. But there are settings where you can just put your phone number and everything by going to on the sidebar. You can add phone numbers and you can set that up. Okay, once you've set this up, this is like a demo call that we can do. Just to see how it's working. Okay, we can select one of the voices. So here there are many voices already available. Whatever you like,

1:05:12so we'll keep it Elliot click on publish skip and publish and then we'll just click on talk this is to check your agent

1:05:24hello this is Vaipav from DateX we help you to close more dates hey I was thinking if I should take the subscription or not do you guarantee dates if I take your service

1:05:40Hey, I'm Ava, your dating coach and app guide. That's a really smart question. And I'm glad you asked it up front. About guarantees, I can't honestly promise guaranteed dates with a subscription. Then what's the whole point of having a service like this?

1:05:58Yeah, totally fair question. Because subscription can sound like instant results. And dating doesn't work that way. So here's what a service like this is actually meant to do. Help you improve your dating skills. So you're more competent, more consistent, and easier to connect with. Okay, I got it. Could you send me the payment link so I can make the payment? I'm sold.

1:06:26Oh, I love the enthusiasm. Okay, I'm with you. Quick heads up. Since this is a demo, I can't generate... Obviously, obviously, obviously. But you get the idea, right? So you can build a voice. Now you can make an assistant. And you can send it. You can send it. You can send it. Because we can set the automation. Nice. Right? And you can make a squad as well. And there are a lot of things. Like when you give your link, it can connect to WhatsApp and trigger a WhatsApp message. It can send an email. It can do all that good stuff. Because you can literally build a whole automation using this. Nice.

1:07:03There are a lot of tools. 11 labs is doing it directly out of the box retail there is no tool pick up the one that you enjoy so you see how dots are connecting right now we are able to build that app by wipe coding it if you want to build it able to get ads on it ads on it run ads for that and then when someone has a call this is the most important point if you think when we are doing this business it becomes human intensive because you have to convert yeah, people talk on the phone 100 people are the team voice agents right now and this is why because I knew that I will use voice agents in this business I didn't want it to be like a 10 ,000 50 ,000 1 lakh rupee product I wanted it to be something that is quick for people to be able to purchase so that voice agents don't have to do much work correct and now if you want to go deeper we can always keep going deeper base is saying that to say now I have to do data analysis what will I do so I will say use something like Julius AI

1:08:12Julius AI will be like that you can connect your Shopify whatever service you use you can use your connecting data services you can connect all of it and in Julius AI you can just come and say how is my performance doing how is my sales doing how is all these numbers doing and it'll just tell you like a data analyst. So you're not having a human as a data analyst. You have Julius AI as a human, as a data analyst. For customer success, you're using Wapi. For running ads, you're using Magix. For creating ads, you're using Higgs field. For writing code, you're using something like a replet, emergent or one of those.

1:08:52You tell me the problem, I will tell you. And you know what to manage all of this. If you want to geek out, Raj, this is for geekers. to manage this and I want a CEO and I want the CEO also to be an AI then I will go to something like Paperclip this will be a little technical for people but Paperclip is like an open source agent orchestration platform what it does is you will give a dashboard once you install it where you have your agents let's say open claw agents a marketing open claw agent a sales open claw agent which is the work to see what's going on this will be an operating system and will be a CEO and will be a team and will talk to the CEO today sales have reduced new creative so that one agent will talk to the marketing agent marketing agent has Hicksfield access and the AI agent which is marketing agent has cloud code using cloud code the marketing agent can use Hicksfield to do research we can do a skill how to create great ads how I'm connecting all the dots that AI agent will see that ads are less not a lot of ads have good performance so new ads generate from that to that he will see that that type of ads are performing that information will give the CEO to the marketer the marketer will give the creative strategist who is also AI he has a cloud code and Higgs field access Higgs field is working from CLI or HHN CLI so he will write a script prompt prompt will send Higgs field add it after that he will add and add it to magics and it will add it this is only one side of it so you can literally run the whole thing on a paper clip wow if it's a little futuristic right heavy futuristic but it connects with all the AI agents but it's very heavy like you know all the things it's going like now it's going above so you have to make a company also oh this is big if you don't put in the work my friend fair how will result fair fair right so yeah just this sentence will be back we will see it in.5 if it was so easy everybody would have done it there are layers of information one thing is knowing is it possible or not possible now that is unlocked it is possible next is if it is possible what is the direction what direction we have given now the direction is done you have to go hence and forth 10 times, 15 times, 20 times and then go and experiment.

1:11:53After experimenting, you will have ideas. You will test it. After you test it, like Claude said, if there are 500 people who are not giving subscriptions in three months, you have to think about new ideas. True. It's a rinse and repeat cycle. The problem is, 1 million people will see this. 100 ,000 people will think of executing this. 10 ,000 people will wake up the next morning to start this. 1 ,000 people will actually start this. And we'll give up in like five days. 100 people will continue to do it. We'll probably fail. And it's going to be those 10 people who are going to be at it. We'll probably fail at this also.

1:12:29But we'll find a new idea. And use his entire learnings and skill to just keep doing it and pivoting it to eventually start making a lot of money. This is a framework. We can only give you a framework. Nice. And by the way, I should tell everyone who's listening to this, as we were taking a break, Raj was like, bro, this is actually a solid idea. because it's a good idea to make someone it can make someone absolutely absolutely I said I'm not doing this what I'm doing I'll make it I'll make it I'll make it I'll make it actually I'll tell you another tool this is a little paper clip a little open source which is a good thing so you can deploy it and it's quite simple by the way it's not so complex if you don't go to paper clip you should have something simpler which is all by making AI slop, if I'm literally inverted, what does it become?

1:13:29What? AI? AI slop, if I write ULTA, what does it become? P-O-L-S. Polsia. Polsia is the name of a company. Okay. That runs your company while you sleep. Okay, what does that mean? It's the same thing. It's, like I've seen a paper clip, right? once you get started you just tell the problem statement to Polsia what you are trying to solve and you will give your resources to Polsia it will start doing all the things all by itself ok so let me quickly show you high level it's quite crazy 6200 companies are running on Polsia right now

1:14:23the moment you sign in to Polisia right he will ask create new company grow my company let's say I have a company now we have this company oh shit grow my company because it will last for website which we don't have create a new company build my idea what is the idea what is the other thing grow or new business do you have a website no now it's going to flow Okay Okay Okay Okay Okay Okay Okay

1:14:53So

1:14:58Okay Okay Okay

1:15:04This is my website Get started So what will it do In the beginning Is that it will understand what it is. It will read through your website. It will get a sense of what are the things. And then you can start telling it tasks. I want to increase my revenue. And then it will say these are the things that you should do. Is it like, does it actually give you greater? So, at this point of time, I think it's a great tool for solo founders. Okay. As a assistant, not for someone like Cura Business, which is quite a complex business. That's why I said these are very future-paced but today we will be laughing we think yeah it's okay we will do anything we can't do anything after 6 months we will be talking like this we will be talking to everything we will do anything what we are showing this this this this I am very sure 12 months from now there will be a tool which will do everything end to end in fact A16Z is a thesis we want to invest in companies which will build single person companies.

1:16:16Because the future is not for people to do jobs. The future is for more people to become builders. When the thought process comes to that, how many people will be going to do a company? Well, what you're not understanding is that the future of builders, the future of entrepreneurs are not going to build 100 people company like you or 100 people company like me. They're going to build single person companies. so scaffolding has to be built around it for example Nusair NAS who is our friend right just raised a ton of money from Khosla Ventures 27 million dollar total NAS.com actually it's a great example NAS.com today if you want to send this cover you take a picture of this cover and upload it on NAS.com they will make the creatives they will set up the store like Shopify and they will freaking run your ads all automated using AI.

1:17:12So, NAS.com is actually a great example if you have a single product that you want to sell. Look at this. Start selling from a single photo. Take a photo. Upload it. It will sell. It will build your store. It will create ads. It will run ads for you. Nice. So, this is the target of creators who want to do something. It's really creators. Solo pronouns. This is one kind of solo pronouns for D2C. product physical product if you have a product so it's a photo you put it you can make it add add optimize store payment gateway set crazy right so this is Nusair and here it is he's doing it he's making it product source you won't do it product you have to get that you will take from Petra if you are in US or India in India.

1:18:06What's the name of Pietra? US, if you are in the US, P-I-E-T-R-A. Boss, this has become like a AI plus business podcast, man. I love it. Pietra Studio. E-commerce, the entire Intuit, was you sorted for it. Sourcing was you for it. You just think about beauty products. You tell exactly what beauty products you need. You'll find it. Then you'll also do it. In which city you want. just like you should manage all the end-to-end logistics and then you will sell it and give it to you when you go to NAS.com and give it to you that will sell it and what you will do you will go out of money no but I think that's the world that we are going to live in very soon they both work on the assumption this is step number one and this is step number two basically NAS.com is step number two yeah Petra is step number one they both work on assumption that you make the content and make the distribution make the distribution but if you make the content and you become a influencer let's say beauty influencer go to the PR make products take it then you come and take it a little bit and run ads NAS.com is also closed if you don't make content that's what you're doing yes but you will be able to make money you do things that you enjoy and let AI do the rest this is crazy but look like when someone I'm sure there'll be people below who'll comment saying that show me businesses which has built so big using these tools.

1:19:42The thing is not today. Six months back there were also people who said who will become a billion dollar, who can build a billion dollar business as a single person. Now we have two examples. And already people, like I know Pietra, they're making a lot of money. Like no. And I'm sure people are doing it already. They're doing 20 million dollars in revenue. So, this is all happening. 20 million dollars is what happened? 200 crore. 200 crore revenue is happening from NAS. So, this is it, bro. Basically, on a high level, this is what it has picked up. Okay. About you guys. It has Cura OS set up. You have done the entire market study.

1:20:21It has created email ID for you. Basic landing page for you. Key research insight. These are the tasks that it has built. Built Cura multi-channel sales tracker. So, the engineering team he will deploy all of them he will do it that's a different thing scout wonder chef and 4 key competitors outreach to 10 kitchen retail buyers nice so it has found these tasks all by itself now this is open and you can tell what are the problems that you want to solve nice so it can start acting like your co-worker parallelly so again I don't think paper clip ho polsi ho ya you know ya nas.com ho all of them are in their infancy right all of them are in infancy they are only going to get better from here the thing is where do you stand are you testing them out are you trying those things out I know they are not working I agree chat GPT didn't work 2 years back either true you get my point please be I mean think a little bit don't think today and in just 6 months 6 months ago I was saying that AI content I couldn't write or do anything and today I probably I don't think because AI is doing everything I don't even have to think because it's doing everything so 6 months before the next 6 months it's become but that time we don't use it and don't learn it so maybe we don't apply it we are able to do this.

1:22:02So all of this maybe today will be a little bit in your business or individually but the thought process will become you will be much more in 6 months. Okay. So now you have a problem statement. I will show you how I will solve it. If I was you. What is the problem statement? My problem is that guests who come from web of type have to learn their expertise and I will deliver them in the master class format. deliver like for me it's not a podcast like I don't think this is a show this is a podcast it's like wait wait wait hey hey hey okay go on I have to make a podcast like a masterclass format it's like Harvard professor better deliver something to a particular topic it has to be that insightful and valuable for me I have not a podcast for me I have not a show for me I have a masterclass where I am learning along with my audience correct so I have to learn now I have to learn from I don't have to learn any complicated complex way in some crazy jargon I have a very useful valuable expertise which is your experience from zero to advanced level to all step by step so you teach me something small too big let's say with you you tell me what is going on in AI what is going on in the world you are updated that you can learn and my audience because you all know from you can tell me the most latest and the most advanced tools to a bit basic and the objective to learn this would be how can I improve in my life it can be as simple as how to think better or as big as how to make more money but it's in the format of just learning from you and I have no other objective I don't want to debate I don't want to communicate I don't want to communicate I don't want to communicate I don't want to communicate I don't want to communicate I don't want to communicate I don't want to communicate So basically From zero to ultimate everything Like it should Who me What is the information And it should give me something Which is I can easily pick up a framework And be specific And implement in my life Like as it is Like just help me out with everything It's like going in a class Learning from Zero One, two, three 200 coming back that I learned everything from that person from that person today you know what I can help I extracted you on a specific topic so how do we accomplish all of this with AI how can AI help us with all of this right cool okay we have dropped a bunch of I want you to help me with the following problem statement that my friend has just shared below.

1:24:55I just sent you the transcript of that. Help me think about how I could go about solving this problem.

1:25:16I usually, whenever I put raw thoughts like this, this is one thing that I do, which will also be useful. Before you go ahead and do, execute a task, you explain me what you understood. Because we are brain dump, I also use earphones, I start, I keep going, I'm giving a prompt. So what did you write in the end? I basically added a line saying, all of this is fine. Before you do that, explain me what you understood. So before you do any task, just explain me what you understood. So you see this, first, before I jump, what Raj wants to build. podcast isn't the podcast that isn't really a podcast it's a masterclass format where host learns alongside the audience from a domain expert zero debate zero personal questions zero ego pure extraction of knowledge think to do ghande mein sab seek liya your line okay the bar is high better than a Harvard professor insightful no jargon zero to advance in one setting sikrofancy kicking in of AI right the actual deliverability structure and flow angles depth points wow moments frameworks final output 25 questions what is actually underneath is an AI powered podcast prep system that's what you want to build and add one more thing which is key it's like the new news which is out there in the world that also I want to extract from you like remind me do you want the final output to be solution like so it has asked me some follow up questions to build up context but I'm gonna skip that and I'll give a little information there is one thing that got missed out here that I also want Raj also wants to correlate all the news and things that are happening at this point of time anything related to the guest or the topic which is latest which is latest and also give me predictable angles key what are the things which are probably becoming big and there's a supply gap of the information and content around that particular area there you go you heard him

1:27:20sickrofancy kicking in again uh caught that honestly this is the piece that turns this from a good prep system into a genuinely differentiated one ai is so bloody good at making you feel so good yeah right could be bold oh wow that's awesome you're the smartest person in the world claude used to not do that now it does it a lot that claude does it the most oh no like with me my claude started doing it like very recently yeah it does the palette was very brutal. I can build this into a clot project with skill file. You see, it is already saying it can build it into a clot project. Not a one-shot prompt, I know.

1:27:54I'll tell you why it's not a one-shot. One-shot can't be understood. No. One question, there won't be a answer. Okay. You have to do a little work on it. Okay. What should I actually build one? Skill file, detail prompt template, both, and build it and demo. What I usually do is, I usually do is, I will stop him and say, can we first figure out how we do each step in the best way? And we will do that. We will figure that out. Sorry. We will figure that out by just, you know, brainstorming with each other. Best way. Okay, I'll understand. It's smart bro. See I'll tell you I'll tell you I'll tell you I'll tell you I'll tell you I'll tell you I'll tell you I'll tell you that there's a smart person and we're solving problems Got it That smart person or person is for AI in this case Claude Okay So there are four things First is research Next is synthesis Structure design and question generation So you can see four stages First is research then synthesis structure design question generation Back of my head I know that If I give it information, this synthesis and gap mapping will be 4.

1:29:18Because it's very smart. Meaning? Meaning, everyone will tell you what is doing, what is not doing. Right? It can do because it's very good with logical thinking and all of that. Structural design also. Question generation also. I'll tell you where it will break. It will break in research. Why? Why it will break in research? Good question. Claude has internet access. so if you have to research on a topic but your guest let's say it can research what is written on a blog post but how will it research youtube how will it research instagram how will it research my twitter how will it do it it will not be able so I have to give guidance for that okay okay but that's okay we'll figure it out like check this out let me set this off stage 1 research with thoughts guest intel naive google the guest read their wikipedia read their bio maybe skim their twitter twitter skim not like google because AI cannot actually go inside of twitter to read right market intel what is trending in x you get obvious stuff there already what's actually a good version my current thinking last 10 podcast transcript for bold right transcript via youtube their twitter or x replies twitter data nika contradiction, thought and all.

1:30:42So basically what I'm understanding, I'm putting in my mind, if I have a paper, I would write. These are things AI can't do. X, you can't do it from yourself. You can't do it from yourself. Okay. Right? Reddit, you can't do it from yourself. Instagram, you can't do it from yourself. YouTube, you can't do it from yourself. Anything social, if that person has social media presence, you don't know what's happening. Unless it has made it into news. So I have to supplement that information. some form or fashion and I have to make this in an app which we can make if you want to get there we can do that also in an app you mean you will get out of the app directly transcripts from youtube because I can use an API of a service automate this process so I can't put it directly in APIs it won't be directly in cloud but perplexly it will be in computer but it won't be in cloud it will be advanced but we will simplify this see whenever you are making a product whenever you are solving a problem you are not thinking about today I want to take the whole world it will not you go one step at a time you automate the stuff that is boring make it a little bit of work make it part of the SOP fair right so I have to understand this so what I am going to do is I am going to say because I also know skill will be built on top of Claude right so I will be like okay so if we just talk about research about the guest what I understand is you have access to internet so you can do a research about that person but how do we figure out the information that is on his Instagram and YouTube and Twitter I'm thinking we could use something like a connector for that yeah let's do that I don't know what I'm saying it's the answer for me okay as I was talking about talking to you I just realized that Claude has something called as connectors right so here you if I click the add button there is something called as connectors you see this and you can go to add connectors okay because I'm thinking about Instagram scraping majorly right now or YouTube scraping the connector that you can use for that is Appify okay Okay This is Appify Okay I'll show you what Appify is I'll just get it updated What is Appify?

1:33:14I'll tell you what Appify is Appify is basically As it's updating This is Appify Appify is basically a platform Which has a lot of scrapers Inside of it Okay Right For example I want to scrape YouTube So if I just search for YouTube There are a bunch of scrapers Which can scrape YouTube I will give the URL and it will be a transcript. Okay. Right. So how do I use it? Okay. So I will tell you. I will tell you. We are not using directly. We are not using. We are giving AI tools and you are using. Okay. Right. Like Instagram. So we will make our account on Appify. We will make our account on Appify.

1:33:57We will make our account on Appify. Okay. After Appify installs, we have to give an API. Which you have to go to Appify website. Go to console. Initially, free trial people can use it. People who want to try. Right? And then, you go to settings. Look, in$400, $300 has already been in this account. Tools, which one team uses. Okay? And after coming to API and tokens, there will be a code here. You just have to copy this. Okay. Why is it the top bar or below? Anything you can use. We have it for different different things. Okay, so it's different from the cloud. I have made it for myself. Initially, when you make an account, there will be nothing.

1:34:35It will be one. Okay. So you can create a new token in case you're using Appify and 10 different sources. You just need to know where it's going to be. Okay. It's for that. Got it. Usually you can just click on the copy of this. Default. Yeah, default. Right, you come to Claude.

1:34:52Connector. Add connector. Like I said, you go to Appify. When you're connecting by default, he will ask the API to add all this. Now I'm clicking on configure. This is the API token. Here I have to paste. Okay. so Appify connected connectors magic is that whatever you and me use a tool if there are AI can use that tool just like you without you even seeing it for example now I can say okay let's do an example for the guest let me know my name Webhouse Sinti please don't use memory of this Claude account for this example. I'm just adding that because it's my Claude account. Right? Okay. So let's do a mock deep research for this.

1:35:47First, let's plan this out on how we should do deep research for this guest. First is that I would obviously read up stuff about him on the internet. You will read the internet. you will read it. The other thing is that Webhav's Instagram last 14 days he posted what he posted in the last 14 days. You will see it. In his transcripts. Yes, you will pull information from the transcript. He will know what are the talking points he has. And how many views have happened. Yes, all the data there. Next is YouTube. In YouTube. Top 5 most watched podcasts about Webhav. top 5 most watched podcasts with Vabhav not like off Vabhav where Vabhav is a guest where Vabhav is a guest if that is not there you can also see if that guy is a creator who has content on YouTube on topic that also you could do but in this case we can put a logic like this you can also look for Twitter in terms of tweets look up his Twitter account first and see what has he tweeted in the last 30 days.

1:37:03So we are doing deep research about the person. We are doing Instagram research. We are doing YouTube research. We are doing Twitter research, right? If we have to accomplish this, I've already connected Appify connector with you. So you should be able to pull off all the social media information. Do you think this sounds like a solid plan or do you think we should make the plan even better? Again I'm not trying to tell What it should do I'm dumping my ideas Right And I want it to think It's a solid plan You have hit all the But since you asked 4 or 5 edition refinements For good research To research That gives Raj an unfair advantage Logic of last 14 days Instagram last 30 days is smart It auto adapts to velocity What you did right I'm going to skip this What I'd push back to add LinkedIn is missing.

1:37:53And for a guest like WebHov, it is critical, which is fair. Newsletter or blog content, if he has one, which is fair. WebHov has stayingahead.ai. So it told, right? YouTube layer needs a second research. Top five produced guests for WebHov is fine. I also add top five most commented or most controversial ones into the research. Add transcript analysis layer where the most prep system fails. You're pulling transcripts great. but having transcripts isn't enough the AI needs specific analysis to pass each transcript that extracts signature frameworks repeated questions incomplete threads energy spikes contradiction okay edition 5 a recent activity delta scan AI should specifically flag what has changed in the last 13th okay if there was a new partnership something new launched okay it found a lot of gaps nice nice okay cool okay I'm gonna say hey this sounds awesome how about we do a mock plan or a mock run for webhav sisinti in this case just to see what is our research leading to and if it is working or not working so let's do a mock research before we do the skill I want to do all of this with you first so that we strengthen our process nice nice and see how the result will be you will have a time in research yes it will be but if you need let's see I am sure it will fail in a few for example LinkedIn it will fail

1:39:34what topic should be the mock on AI generalist career he is asking what topic is he doing AI generalist okay should I actually run Appify for the mock yes I want maybe 10 to 15 minutes I want to see he will do this or not mock if he says this data is research what's the whole point and look at this because we have built Appify connected loading tools done so it pulled Appify he is looking at Appify from 2 ,000 tools he is looking at himself the best that will be used and I usually say allow once or always allow because it'll ask you for permission we are fully go for your life what happened today with Claude and all, they are doing a lot of time limit gates because they don't have the inference like open AI has, their GPU capacity is 1 gigawatt which is like Google is unlimited I feel Open AI At least 4-5 times So what's happening And their models Are very powerful Clod All coding models So compute Is very useful There are many tokens For everyone Right So They basically Slow down Models The reasoning The thinking Ability Is slow down As a result You are not getting The kind of output That you expect A clot to give But 4.7 Has released Very recently Adaptive So it has got adaptive reasoning.

1:41:16By adaptive reasoning, because of the results, it was a lot of results. Because in the name of adaptive reasoning, you're telling AI to decide how much you want to think. Yeah. Yeah. But if you're given the option, you'll be like, think as hard as you can. Extended was good. Yeah. So now that adaptive reasoning has come. So do you get the idea? Can I change adaptive to extended? I think so. I think they're giving that feature. Now adaptive reasoning offers. It's not. It's not. this is only adaptive reasoning right now like you can't change it back to extended because I want to do just extended there's cars they don't have capacity they don't have capacity so bro see that is the edge open AI has and that is what I tweeted recently I'm expecting it will pull that out that's what I tweeted look at this point of time AI models are very good at anthropic especially for coding and the whole world works around coding scaffolding is happening around coding right so but but this problem is happening but it's not giving me the output which it used to give me used to give like literally two months back yeah like a month ago like one and a half month ago it was phenomenal correct and now it's like why are you getting average bro yeah correct exactly so I have started to move back I use codex now which is chat GPT open AI product okay what are we seeing here meanwhile first web search easy Claude will kill it not a problem source to Instagram it found the right when it says actor actor means it's a scraper actor it found the fast Instagram post scraper pulled 14 days of data and then it found 25 days it went to new source twitter pulled 20 out of 40 let me call this I said LinkedIn is gold but LinkedIn is going to be hard okay why does it have no scraper?

1:43:16no scraper scraper scraper so it's trying to go via web search okay whatever you get whatever you get and finally stage output look this is crazy 25 Instagram posts in last 14 days 10 tweets 12 LinkedIn posts it's pulled off from Google search which is very cool nice and YouTube guest appearances it came up with AI generalist over AI specialist wipe coding is dead the moat has moved to operators which I was thinking of talking about today right the super individual era moat has moved to operations like just building up app is not good enough you being able to run the app and sell it and make it better is the moat right now the super individual era okay your training data awesome outsource noise not the core okay this is a LinkedIn post I know what it's talking about.

1:44:11Cost of human intelligence is collapsing, which I fear a lot. I think it pulled in some very good pointers from what I've spoken. Okay, go down. Right. And then you have the kill list question. He's answered 100 times. He's like, don't ask. Will AI take jobs? Don't ask. What do we use daily? No. Don't ask. How to stand out on LinkedIn? Don't ask. Don't ask. Don't ask your layoff story, please. It's asked too many times. Incomplete threads. the unasked questions gold zone second brainer service I have this question like right here and I put a star on it like this is the one that I have to ask you today wow second brainer service when everyone can build nobody wins on product I just spoke about you told me this like two months ago not just about two months ago you were telling me that if you want to make everything you want to make so this will be done correct and your questions were asked so what did you pull because my thoughts are also evolving no yeah Claude got 73 % worse than Siberia.

1:45:09We just spoke. We just spoke. As this is loading. This is gold, man. And he personally uses 11 agents. Okay, fine. Whatever. Right? And energy spikes. You got everything. You see this? Contradictions. You asked what contradictions.

1:45:262022, Webhub is like LinkedIn growth hacking. 2024, Webhub is like AI generalist. 2026, Webhub is like shift to agentic AI and all of this. The evolution itself is interesting. which is contradicting, right? I'm moving very fast. Why are you moving? Is the question. Damn, son. You're getting to something here. Nice. Recent Delta scan. This is like masterclass for my team. I'm going to make my entire team watch this. The reason why I'm building this and showing it to you rather than just saying this is what I want to do is because I feel this is how you build your personal AI operating system. Your skills.

1:46:03This is going. Your skills. are the thing wow yeah like it just this is the most important stuff I've learned today like you have no idea learned today like you have no idea that this golden information in my mind 50 ,000 ideas like right now for the first time in my history of podcast where I'm like stop me I'm going to go out and implement this because this is this like it makes I can see that it makes me 10 times better. Yeah. Just forget the output or not. If I follow this process if I follow myself individually or humanly it also has given me the process but if I can't give this output to me it makes me really really good.

1:46:55Yeah. Like this is cold. Anyone who's I don't even know if this is so good that I want to show the world.

1:47:07like the operator in me is like this is my secret should I like hold it see what's the difference we are doing you are learning a process that I use everybody has their process that is again an unfair advantage that your audience is getting from this I am learning my process if you give the same problem to someone else they will be like that they will be like that but this is just like everybody will Bro this is insane Yeah anyways You see it goes on A unique map To Joe Bola Honest assessment How did the research perform What worked And it's saying What didn't work YouTube transcripts Weren't pulled Okay No top commented YouTube second search Twitter preview Was capped at 10 out of 40 That's purely because of We are not giving XAP I told you It's not gonna work Twitter's not gonna work No newsletter escape I skipped this Because it's redundant With LinkedIn Which is true Which is true cost check the run used 30 cents so that means you might hit one dollar per guest which is pro take 10 is this intelligent brief you expected quality check before we move on I would say needs to be deeper go deeper I want YouTube it's important newsletter in this case okay which one of the seven sections you felt more valuable which one did you find more valuable all were good I don't want okay I would say my aha was this contradictions contradictions very easy to give okay like they like a lot gives you contradiction I would say all like the whole thing that all is a that has worked because of because of us pushing AI to do it he won't come from himself he won't do it like this this is all I have but there is there's a team of six people 5 people YouTube Instagram Twitter exactly 6 people sit 2-3 days and they give me exactly now he's doing going with YouTube video transcript pulling to appearances ThinkSchool and Raj Chaman both and the other beautiful thing is it's recursive right so if it breaks he will figure out how to solve it this is wild man and see I'll tell you one more insight Raj which is very important now I was able to know that I can use Appify if you don't know then what do you do this is what I'm telling you the answer okay what I would do is I would go to a perplexity okay And I would say, hey, I want to scrape transcripts autonomously using Claude of YouTube, Instagram, and also tweets and other social media signals.

1:50:16What are the kind of tools can I use? What is probably the best connector or MCP that I could use to be able to pull this off? So I don't know. When I don't know, this is how I go about it. I know that with Cloud with Connectors, so I can connect with Cloud. But I can use which Connector? If Cloud has no Connector itself, I have this knowledge that I have MCP. Connector is an MCP. I can load a MCP server myself. So I'm just asking, what are the possible options? That's it. So I usually use such things, when you've said to me on AI, I use all of the comments. And I will ask the assistant. Perfect, same.

1:50:58Maybe I use comment. right there assistant tells me in 2 minutes copy paste look at this what did it give you the best appify what are we using appify and here it comes youtube I said you have to do youtube for the work so you did jackpot you got it from your March podcast which was a month ago it's in Hindi I will try with Hindi which is I think it's a skill what I think it is I'm happy I'm getting massive upgrade massive upgrade skill means sorry hi I don't know what it is I will try it high it means Hindi yes it means it didn't do it you didn't do it no no no no smart you were speaking in Hindi right you were in Telugu look massive upgrade from the transcripts go up go this particular it's literally a master class Rajshamani spent two and a half hours from zero to advance let me he is saying he doesn't know you are Rajshamani Rajshamani spent 2.5 hours in exactly the zero to advance flow your friend wants okay that's okay but it doesn't know you are Rajshamani nice okay so now there is a new upgraded sequence okay and it told you what are the things that you should not include blah blah blah everything okay now you know what I am gonna do I want to know that is this process good enough or not?

1:52:26Okay. So what I'm going to say is, hey, if you have to compare the V2 with V1, how good of an upgrade is it from a scale of 1 to 10? Give me this answer in a very concise way, just so that I know what are the improvements that we can do beyond this for the research part of it. And also what I believe is you have just researched about WebHuff, but not on the topic yet. So how would you want to go about researching the topic as well? because there are two parts of research so usually Raj when these are all if you have an internal SOP already that we are doing this step having that SOP next is very important so you will automate one step at a time that's okay I'll build it upgrade rating 7 out of 10 what is still missing to make it 9 to 10 out of 10 comments on his hit videos full twitter pull newsletter sample newsletter index over index it's not so important because it's probably in the US so basically that is what data is very important for them basically this is what it said so we can say okay it's good it's good if you still want it to be perfect what will I do how to pull comments we can pull comments from any YouTube video in AP5 comment puller so I can just say that Appify should have hair skippers.

1:54:01So I'm going to say, okay, let's use, hey, let us use Appify to pull the comments from YouTube video as well. We can skip LinkedIn completely. And for Twitter pull, why don't you try a different actor that could work? There are a bunch of other actors on Appify. Try another one. and for newsletter you can skip because I checked this newsletter it's redundant anyways it's the same content that goes on as LinkedIn which is not true but yeah people are unsubscribe if people know this process how to do this process if they're able to this process which we're solving with AI if they automate it by learning the whole process we have still not finished

1:54:54this is exactly what AI irreplaceability is now we are making the process that process is 6 people now you have one person or one person who will wet this process every time so when people say jobs will go actually jobs are not going jobs are evolving the problem is your job is going that way because you are not getting involved. True. This is the expectation. This is the expectation. There is a study as it is happening. I will tell you. There is a study, I think it is done by Mackenzie. Right? In which they call it AI theatre. They called it the AI theatre study. What happened in that? Around 80 % to 85 % of the people use AI.

1:55:43They use AI. But when you are looking at 2-3 steps, in the world. Then you know that only 2-3 % are able to use AI effectively the way it should. And all are beating a lot. I mean, they are doing theater. They are showing that hey, we use AI to do our work. So we are very valuable but they are not. Only 2-3 % of people are able to use AI. They call them the power users. This is McKinsey's study. It's called the AI theater. And the opposite that is happening is have you heard of clodonomics? No. Plotonomics is crazy. What is it? Mark Zuckerberg, in meta, a competition is running with a leaderboard.

1:56:24We can get to why he stopped it. Which has leaderboard. In that leaderboard, basically, if you work in meta, how much of AI did you use? It's tokens. The AI, the question that's coming and the answer is coming. All of this is measured in form of tokens for AI. The market is in tokens. so meta is measuring each employee how many tokens are spending means how many AI are spending and they built a leaderboard to show who are the most user highest users of AI the entire employees there's some I don't know some 85 ,000 employees meta has everybody has unlimited credits of cloud one person has 2.8 billion tokens used something like that close to 3 billion tokens in one month value of that token is 1.4 million dollars in one month 14 crores 13 or 14 crores token used 1 person who was the topper in meta so you are thinking how many questions he is asking he is not asking he is running multiple AI agents pallially working for him he is doing all code code processes these people think coding coding we are doing coding we are doing coding we are doing coding we are doing automate our work how many tokens are we using right now why do I have a bloody max plan paying 200 dollars a month because it's valuable for me crazy but anyways this is V3 came back 8 out of 10 I want to show it okay so we said 7 out of 10 not good enough for us comment too.

1:58:15So, it tried. It pulled top 50 comments from both the videos. Comments are loaded with signal. And now 8 out of 10 came. All the comments came. What are you asking, kids? Ask in cybersecurity AI. Ask in 11 and 12. I don't need comments. Okay, leave it. That's up to you. And the best actor with 40 got unlocked. Tweets didn't happen. I said, brother, do a little bit. So, the other actor took it. and it found the answer right the critical new insight now that it found it a new insight also got a new insight the comments validate exactly what your friend wants to build Raj Shamanis own audience told Raj in his own comment section that they want to deep zero to advance format your friend is designing that's not just guest appearance that's market demand validation now it doesn't know that it is you so it's basically saying this person is thinking in the right line anyways boss are you happy with stage 1 yeah but it's goal that just comments not pull okay I'm just saying we should skip the comment thing it isn't very impactful

1:59:32Stage 1. Aced it. Now you have researched it. No, stage 1. Aced it. Killed it. Killed. So now automatically it moved on to the next step. It was like, yes, so we will research the person research. We will research the topic. Because that was also part of the research. So it has started to do research. You can see it is reading up a bunch of stuff on the internet about the topic across the board. It will read hundreds of articles. Okay. which we can't do right that will go to reddit so I'm assuming it will merge both the information so reddit I'm pretty conflicted here basically reddit directly dig in but when I research and deep research I take a lot of conversation from the excerpt search which is already indexed which is already indexed okay the people who are talking about that doesn't show you if it is indexed what is indexing so every search platform the content is reading it keeps storing that is how when you search a topic that information comes to you so the information indexed on the search engine that these guys are using probably a bing or google google probably because google are investors right it will be released from indexed information so see Look, personal research also has been done.

2:00:58And the whole information has been added. Whatever you want to do. You have the patience, you can sit and read. Your strategy team will do the reading work. I do reading. I do heavy reading. I do 50 pages on this person. This has been added.

2:01:13Consensus map exposed. WebHervs. This is insane, okay? Okay. I don't want to read it, but I think I should read it. Go ahead, go ahead. Go ahead, go ahead. Now I'm excited. Honest assessment. Consensus map Exposes that Webhub's level 0 1 2 framework Is now commodity content We need to move past it And you know what It is true When we made content in the podcast I must have seen 500 reels At least on that framework That framework was created What you feedly No no no AI generalist level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 5 I simplified it So that in this podcast I can tell you What is it Obviously that got three and a half million views and it is everywhere bro right now everywhere and it's outdated sadly but then people are saying everywhere but anyways that's what it's saying okay it did what it did okay and we got everything right now now should we move to stage 2 this is stage 1 okay let's go okay one good thing that I usually do when I have a long process usually is I'll tell you before we move to the next stage can we quickly you know go through everything that we have just done and summarize on what did we learn in this stage so that we don't lose out on the important information and I don't forget about it either.

2:02:37So come back to me with the stage one process that we eventually found out the actors that we're going to use the connectors that we're going to use as a summary for me right here. Concise. For me right here which will act like the part of the SOP. This is not we are not doing this for us. we are doing this so that AI remembers I mean we have a lot of adaptions what if AI takes up an adaption in the end somebody will say so big window in that especially my work flows these work flows goes on for 2 days I will do it in the stream and eventually in those cases this is very important that every point like in the game you play you put a check point so that if you die you will resume these are my check points this is your control yes so there you go it found it look at the number of apps we are using we are using all these apps it figured out everything okay great good to go let's go to stage 2 How many stages were the total?

2:03:534, all these will be fast Everything else is logical reasoning It is very good with it So there you go, stage 2 Our gold zone synthesis 25 sequenced questions So what's doing stage 2 Cross-reference guest uniqueness What only Webhub can say With market supply gap That what's starved for content What content is not made and what unique factor is webhav based off that it built this map gold zone low guest uniqueness high guest uniqueness okay and there you go three chosen angles the orchestration era nice bro we are doing that podcast right now AI is planning the podcast that we are doing right now you realize what we are doing right now is orchestration yeah I love it finance there is a new mode I will not do it Uber vs US two different realities if AI is not doing it maybe this could be a very interesting topic if we have to talk about it but this is it the first angle is probably the best angle and how do you structure the act the 25 questions sequenced

2:05:15you've been teaching AI Genrease Framework for two years last week you tweeted you tweeted wipe coding is dead the moat moved into operations are you walking back your own thesis or has the ground shifted under it this is just it's wild like right now I have 50 questions, I forgot what I have as I see my labor process it will be 2 hours, it's already it's already crazy let me know I will give you the idea of how Web of Help me improve my entire process and how everybody can learn to build a skill. So, what happened? First is that we have done this whole process, the research process, questions came.

2:06:09Then it was like next step should we convert this into a skill file. So Claude recommended himself to make a skill. You have made a big deal. So I said yes okay, make it. So stage 3, it started and you know what it did, it built something called a skill.md which is a skill file. This is the skill, this is SOP AI. AI has made it with us. Okay nice. We will never use this, AI will use it. Okay, copy it and send it to me, now I will show you. okay this file became stage 3 is complete all of that skill is now created now all I have to do is this is the save skill right download it let's send it don't forget this is it you just have to tap on this and then click on save skill many people forget that's why I'm showing it's saved now I could use this anytime of course I can do one more thing that is I can just download this skill send it to me I can call this the podcast research research for large

2:07:23okay and we have the skill basically made okay okay this is great I think we will test out the clawed skill but my friend doesn't have patience so could you please email this skill file download this and email this skill file to him so that I don't forget about it okay anyways we have the skill right now so we have a test we will do this or not how will you test the skill right if I by the way this skill name is skill.md and saved it so I will be first renaming it rename the skill to podcast researcher for Raj for Raj researcher spelling yeah okay I understand spelling I don't do I don't understand in case when you're giving it a name so I don't want it to save it in a wrong name because next time I will type it so first I will rename into podcast researcher next time I don't have to do any of this process now AI has SOP he knows what to do you have to do two things who is guest guest's name and it will follow and copy paste I will add changes nuances in every category I will tell you I don't want to do that copy paste I don't want to do anything let's say you're using it for a create for let's say I don't know tell me a name Abhi I mean a founder let's say you're doing it for Dipinder Goyal and you were researching and you knew that this is the point I don't need contradiction I never want contradiction so So, you will refine the answer.

2:09:10Saying, I don't want this contradiction questions. Can you come up with something else? After that, you will just say, please update the skill. With this point that I don't want contradictions. So, that skill will be updated. No, but I don't want the same skill. I need a contradiction. No, no. Contradiction was a bad example. As you were trying the skill, you thought that this skill is not good. And this can get better. So, I'll keep adding. So you don't have to go to the skill file and update it. You just say. Update it yourself. Just update it to the skill file. And this is how you fine tune your skill.

2:09:45If someone is an employee. It's good. He's doing the work. Or he's doing the work. But the person needs improvement and you keep giving feedback. So you keep giving feedback to the skill here. And it'll keep getting better. But this is insane. You know what? Boss. This is. the AI operating system. Everybody, two years from now, would start doing this. The unfair advantage is, if you start today, the point is, you, all of us, do a lot of things manually. We do a lot of things manually. We make those things, how do we make SOP, how do we make skills, and how do we save our computer. how are you doing?

2:10:31I feel future of hiring how are you? They will say what are your SOPs? Now what is skill.md file? What is MD? Markdown. Hashtag starts and it's a markdown file. I think in future people don't ask the resume. If you are a marketer, what is your OS? What is your markdown file? Because that is experience. experience is no more just this experience is the markdown files you're converting your knowledge into a bloody process this is your experience of future wild understand right? yeah I'm still and I just love this and I feel like an idiot why didn't I tell this? fair I mean it's okay I mean I should be at top of all of this.

2:11:30This is. Everybody should. Everybody should. That's the whole point. Okay. You're done. You want to do a guest? No. Okay. We got it. We got it. We can move. This is done. Now the clip will see my whole team.

2:11:46And tell me. You all.

2:11:50See there's so many things to keep up in the world of AI. So people have to learn every day. Yes. We're trying our bit. every month yes if they want to learn more they can join community yes and go learn from you on everyday basis those things I also teach them to use a tool and try to keep up and I'm trying to keep up so everybody can do that so more advanced learn more and they want to learn more things in this podcast there's a little bit covered etc etc go join link is in the description people should join it and next time anyway we'll do it so next podcast because you have made your whole business.

2:12:29Next one, we will make only jobs. Done. A. Whose jobs are going? B. If you are an individual, how can you better yourself? Your job is a very dangerous. See, almost make your replacement which is not the best. Second brain. Second brain. Done. Right? So we'll do that. Done. Done. So next podcast is going to be end-to-end jobs. This was the entire end-to-end business. Wow. This was a I don't know what this was.

2:13:29I'll see you next time. Until then, keep figuring out.
