We know that the decision already has been made. Who is the most intelligent politician? He is the President of the BJP. He is the President of his own story. What is the dinner of MPs? What is the dinner of that dinner? I was researching and I was telling you a very interesting story. You have invented it. My father has made a small bird and the name of the Moti 2. How did you get into the business? How did you get into education? The government sector has dominated the scope of the government.
0:50You have to improve the scope of quality. How much do you feel to run a university like yours? It's about 1000-2000 crore. You are in Punjab. How big is the drug problem? The Bollywood has given a huge commitment to inflate the drug problems.
1:12How much of a that is true? Look at
1:19Do you still have any power in India today? Who has the power of the politicians? Who has the power of the politicians? And if a businessman is all right according to law, then what can a politician then do they further change his business? Today our guests are Ashok Miktil, Raja Sabha MP and Founder and Chancellor of Lovely Professional University. Today we will know what the development of parliament The decisions are already set and the debate is for a show. Do politicians have to compromise their morals for their party?
1:55What is the real work of a royal royal council? How much investment in education and how many private universities do this? Please tell me what you learned from this episode.
2:15You've been a politician. You've been a business owner. You've been an educationalist. Who is powerful? Who is a businessman? If you ask a real person, you're a politician. Why? Because any politician can increase any business in a day. Really? It's a fact. hydrogen is influential which is not ultimately they are at the mercy of the politician or your business your balance because
3:01itsρηn keluar around living brethren find something similar to the your head. koss member how much –
3:21koss bussmen relevant to the client. Okay. Supposing, a business man who runs hospital and has a license to take a license. So, before he has a license, he has a license to take a day. He has a license to take a day, and he has a license to take a day. He has a medical approval. New medicines are not available. He has 20 years research made medicine. Krono and Rurampeak investment research. But he has a rope for us to take a day. and the way it is bigger, it is easier to improve the politicians in power. Local ML can improve local businessmen. Really? If it's a building, it's a little wrong. It's going to go and take it.
4:10It doesn't have direct power, but it's used to it sometimes. So, they can improve it. So, politicians can improve it. Our antioxidants entrar on the podcast, we also talked to him about a lawyer that the politician and the politician needed his business. He launched a place in a other city and the town of a local politician and a administrative officer answered the qa that we have the seller who you are selling which one would need a floor to use of Campbell. A contrite to use like 1800 I am giving you a$200. We are giving you a$200. He has given you a$200. And he has been waiting for this. Okay.
4:56Local politicians will influence their power. Local officers. Look, businessmen, 100 % even though they are wrong. Sometimes they are wrong. No one works. You have done something wrong. you have put a shirt on, now I say it's full of a crease. It's not. When you put a crease, it's full of a crease. You look smart, without a crease. When you work with such a crease, you don't want to make a mistake, but it will be a mistake. But if you don't make a mistake, then can you just because of the power of the politician? No, you're telling me. Why can't you make a mistake? Because there's no backstory to this.
5:40You can't get a wrong idea. whatever is wrong everything is approved after that you can stop they say no you can do it you can do it so it's real influence to sitting politicians sitting politicians in power in that relevant sector or that area and when politicians retire then they become power depends in opposition depends
6:39Melanie in the last year. The government can change. The government can change. The government can change. The government can change. But there are few politicians who have not been influenced by power. What is the most frustrating reality about politics, which you have never thought about it?
7:00What we have in parliament, what is the outcome of this? that is decided before. That is not the reality. That is the reality. That is the reality. That is the reality. But we try to make the public perception that we are saying it is against it. We are saying that the decision already has been. Both sides do it. that you can say, you can say it, you can say it, but you can say it. People think that they are misrepresenting that we are fighting for you. We know very well that it's not going to happen. Closed room, powerful people decide. That's how it is. So, this is a show. show i don't say that i am a show but it's a lot of times that's the sad reality of the country this is sad relative politics everywhere in the world majority of it is show closed rooms decides what goes majority decides they're just the rest is uh is a show rest everybody waits for their majority to come yes he goes in the courts okay both party knows who is right and wrong it is judge who is on trial
8:34the same is that judge judge is here. We make judge, judge and judge.
8:46What will happen? What will happen? We will not give the power. But we have already decided. You have made a big business. You have a big vision. You have a lot of things. Politics is why? We are in education. We have a little challenges So, when you have the challenges, you have to keep the government's relationship with the government. You have to keep the government's relationship with the university by law. So, in this process, we had all the political parties and relations were connected. So, when the Punjab party was in the election and the thumping majority was in the Punjab, the people of the royal parliament had one seat.
9:27has goneden to the site. So out here and there is another one's więksury struggle with leadership from Egypt
10:10I am a a a a a a a a
10:23a a that you can use your education or your own field. Okay, this is the only way. This is the only way. This is the only way. And that was very convincing. Then, why not? Why not? You have a chance to get the opportunity. And the people of Punjab who are following the way you are following. So, you need to be available. I need to do something for the country and the society which I need to do better in the country. I think that my journey is good for me. But what is a Raja Sabha MP in the day-to-day life? What is your basic job? Explain it in simple language. Look, there are two politicians in every parliament.
11:15One is in the parliament and one is in the parliament. I rememberwechselайy, my communication module being 5 o。 Parliament conflicts, the problems we had are researched in those three and 4. There areendaumichoosions, the unsuccessful solutions, 10-12 ways you can do well for intervening makes the important situations of half Я actively participates as well when I see everyone here. And, it is just upwards to go out of the parliament. Regarding DPDEs in different dividing circles.
11:47inevitable оп alimentos andentes on foreign como did you Thursday bash the public political revolution we are including one opportunity ,we are I can't do it on the policy level because I don't have a direct direct direct position. But on the party level, I can suggest that you don't do this. You want to do this, business, education, sports, so we can do it on the party level. And of course, party is the same way.
12:38but as an MP there is no rule that if you are involved in education then you cannot talk about that as an education MP because if you have a business then there is a conflict of interest you can't talk about it there is no other way but you cannot talk about that in parliamentary debates but you can't put out a point you cannot talk about that No, it is not. There is a different law on the office of profit that there are some restrictions under it. Naturally, there is no one can break it, I don't break it. So, as a committee is, the Joint Standing Committee of Parliament on Education, so I have not seen knowingly that I have not seen it knowingly because you have debate directly on policies so I have kept it from you so I have taken it from this way I will take precautions and I will take it from this way but do you fight in parliament?
13:39do you fight on the policy level? on certain things? physically fight for me verbal fight you have to see I have to fight with the words. I have invited the university of the Tribhavan University. I talked to him yesterday. I took the party to the party. I said the right thing I was saying. The right thing I was saying is okay. We do it. We will do it. Why not? The people have sent me to the job. That's your first duty. you have to compromise your personal ethics because the party wants to present you in a certain way. Has that ever happened? No, that's not. In our party, there is also a normal liberty and autonomy.
14:29My party has never said to me that you can speak this line or you can write something to me. They say that you speak this topic and you speak this topic. they trust you on that they trust every member parliament MPs dinner with Prime Minister what do you guys usually talk about look when we have breakfast there are many things there are no parties there are no parties there is only one thing about the country or I have seen personal bady baat karte hai sbhi aisa koj moka milta hai to personal level pe aapko kataaksh bhi karengay aapse majak bhi karengay aapko gund humor me rakhengay aapko bilkul ya masoos karengay ke ke wapke doost hai to hum sbhi MP jabhi aisa moka milta hai madhan mantri ji ke saath milnay ka enjoy karatay okay to us time pe koi baut gambeer situation wali baatai nhi ho tia nah nah bilkul bhi nhi ho tia it's a fun and game I remember that I met with the pastor with the pastor.
15:43We were sitting there and we were talking about the things that they had. My son and my daughter were also there. So, I asked him, where did you study? We studied NYU, New York University. My daughter and son and my daughter were also there. So, he said, okay, okay, you'll probably meet me. But it was a wonderful gesture. then do you think prime minister or politicians or mother party will hold grudges because you represent another party no no so parties are also watching TV on the other side look at the level they fight in two judges in court but it's possible to be a jija-salam so this is also I represent my party and I represent my other party so our point of political level and party level different but when it comes to personal level we are friends we are big brothers we are big brothers we are big brothers we are big brothers and I am very lucky and I am very lucky I get all the blessings and all the support and guidance because I am not here so I do all support and I don't think that this party or that party and PM has been to to LPU as well, right?
17:05I'm so lucky. That is so. In 2019, that university came to the university as a part of the ministry. It's probably a private university where you can give them the same. That's what I was asking. So how did this happen? No, nothing. We organized Indian Science Congress and we did the Indian Science Congress to give them the opportunity to give them the opportunity to give them the opportunity. They did the opportunity to give them the opportunity and they gave them a good time. I'm lucky that at that time, I'm lucky that they had a cup of tea. But that was the big thing that was not only for the LPU, but also for the country.
17:43That they had a new nation. We all know that LAL BHADUR SHASTRI Jee had a country with the country. jay jawan jay kisahan ka nara diya tha. Abadpahit sahab ne usmein jay bigyan joda tha. Or Modi ji ne hemari campus me aake usmein jay nusandha joda tha. To jay jawan jay kisahan jay bigyan jay nusandha nara wo pura huwa joh hemari university me huwa. LP me huwa. Tell me about sab se intelligent politician korn hai? Who do you feel? Dekhi wo at least I think the people who have been talking about the politicians, the people who have been talking about 800-800 MPs, one thing is that they are very clear.
18:27They are all the most intelligent. Why are you saying that? Look, they have their own experience. They have their own experience. Some people who have fought directly, fought for elections. They have worked on the political level. I will not have done anything. can find out as just one pavilatement kip 了 because I have to meet every蛋. no matter what follow concerns. From bejp from Sudhan Shud autre himself. They are also very good in terms of their own words. I think from TMC, Derek is a wonderful orator. My colleagues are also very impressed by the Congress. I am very impressed by the faith. I talk about Kerala, John Bittas is a good speaker.
19:19I talk about RJD, Manojha. They are very good in terms of their own words. and in our party I will talk about Sanjay Singh who also has a great way to speak and there are many great speakers and this is the name of my name which is one of my attention I have researched and I have a very interesting that is Motichur my favorite India so it's for those who inventedście?
20:23and the name of the Moti Choo Lado is famous when they are in the country they are in the house and they start the house and they are in the house and the Moti Choo Lado is so famous that now every country in fact internationally is also in the same place now it's about 60 years in the past 60 years I never thought that I would have patent kuch dana ti, lagana ti kya agar me ne bana ya to kuch to ho na chahi, mera us me like some rewards I should reap reap to ye ye na jay award reward sabse bada ke us aq product se you are so famous famous ho gai or aqko acha business mila or vise patents bhi joh otay unki bhi ek life hoti hai 5 sal, 8 sal, 10 sal to usse jadha life to hum jii chukye 60 sal se kar raha hai toh bhaar gaya or jana bhi chahiye kuyo nai but i say you already have assumed that the original creator of how the indeed put a similar À

21:49which is my customer so my taste is my that if these products are lovely then they taste it and keep another name they can't give another name but they can't give another name so customer doesn't go there but in other cities in other states people can do it I can do it then they should keep an open heart that we should be more than ever we should be more than ever The black line Can't still job You did a?. I had been when children I had to drug school I remember Second year I Heard I was traveling to a night And the childrenocused on The ice cream was probably And we do some people who would like to create them, so our couple of people used to play machine who were to go the machine, so me was too about to play machine on my mind, and at the beginning, after a second, my family invited me, if you are alive today, give yourself a drink, then the Enlightener came back and went into mine.
22:59And then me called on Diwali, that the staff didn't have that much, because there was an extra demand. Somebody saw that a school has got a cover in the lower days, plastic paper we had to open it so we had to open it then we had to open it and then we had to pack it in the school and keep it in the middle of the day so we were doing it in the middle of the day and when did that just until 1987 to 1991 but with that I have said this is a good thing that we are doing it it's going to be fine my big brother and and family expand so we will not do anything new so we will be able to do this then my mind was a automobile dealership that was in the beginning automobile dealership why was the reason that in Hawaii in the morning 8am to 8am to 10am Sundays Sundays in the morning so in the morning there are more work so 365 days in a year then you find that the besondими groups who fewer work have found out.
24:11I thought it is BEAUTIMOUELD DILISHIP. it's going to be 10 weeks閉 5 weeks are closed. ». staying often Sunday days also as locking holidays the names could be in the South been So, She started having tried to and requires many of her to apply this to the disturbed
24:32When she saw it Share it to change can depend on who stupid visit divy dealer car I opaque.
24:50And something that apparent before my substitute shemann came and homepage here. And did she reject such a mistake? I literally rejects What led her into fact what I firstебed officer visit to come to our place e we talked about two - Chr Soldier how to eat a collaborative us he knew Mr. Raul interviewed he knew he dedic he said three wheelers because why they sell we sell he o he
25:42that we sell the samosa loss on the price. But they sell the samosa that if a customer will buy a samosa, will come to a store, then he will go with a barfee, or a barfee, or a barfee, or a barfee, or a barfee, or a barfee, then he will go with our customer. And the samosa will be our store. That is our marketing cost. So, three pillars are our marketing cost. We sell the loss. Loss means that directly loss. So we will get into marketing.
26:15So you have no problem with this problem. I think they felt impressed with this talk and they invited us at Pune. But some daily items are consumable. Either auto and other cars. Are they different from custom? No, the meaning is not. The meaning of our marketing is coming from or not. Okay. that if the product didn't sell it, they wanted to know that they felt impressed. And then you met Rahul Bajaj. Yes, there was also him. We went to the process and we reached the end. Shri Rahul Bajaj Ji has a good idea. He said, I'm very happy with your application. I have a good feedback. And I want to take you.
27:07I want to take you to your own. But one thing is that you are sitting outside. You are a very big deal. You have a very big deal. I have to have a hard time. I will give you a second deal. I will give you a second deal. I will give you a second deal. But you are ready for second.
27:30I said, yes, I will give you a second deal. We had to have a second deal. I would not have a name from 10 % of the day. I was prepared for it to take it. So, this is a second. 50 % will get me, little by little. So, we will take it all. And we will tell you that next year, I will sit in front of you and ask you to ask Lujana's dealership. And that's why. So, that's why it's been. And then he told us, that no son this is your first dealership oh why did you check confidence I think it was his testing question and then it worked for you it went very well we were first one dealer who was very strong we beat them in the third month how did you marketing and sales techniques tell us tell us we can tell us one the two wheelerself they came, because they arrived to repair her she told her if she's picked her

29:24recovery寬 after before after before So Maruti has considered us. No, he didn't give us that. There was a process that was quite long. And we went through that process. And there was a big deal. But he might tell us today. Otherwise, he might say that we have wrong. What was the last thing in Maruti's dealership? What was the last two shortlist? And the two said to take a bid. lago mtlb aap joh jadah deposit dhega usko hum dealership dhe dhe. To eek meath ae kore the. 31:14T Maruti Zen was all there was golden time like it was only Maruti no it was incidentally what happened when we took the dealership in 1991 that time the market was down so we competed in the market it was not that it was that it was that it was that it was that when Maruti came to 96 it was down because the other products came up and competition came up in that Hyundai was competition was competition started but we fought well and every 3-4 months we have made our place in products category we are number one in India and Maruti are number one in India today are dealerships today are doing both and today should do automobiles dealership business do I don't want to invest in land building.
32:37Eq to Bhoot mahingya Initial investment Bhoot jatha hojati hai Dausara Jho Under ki bata hai Jho company hai Achhi hai Bhoot bade hai company hai We have a wonderful relationship With Maruti hai And Bajaz Sab ke sath Lekin kya hoota hai Jоб unko lagta hai Iska paesha Etna fuz gaya Woha apko For granted Lene lang jathe hai Yadi aapke saath Injustice bhi horra hooga To kaiti hai Ko hai bata nha Kahan jayega Yui Etna paesa Laga diya A divulga A targ giya Kahan jayga we will leave it. So, it's also supportive. So, it's good for dealerships. It's good for dealerships. It's good for me. How was it? How did it come to education?
33:17That's why we were good for two days. God is kind. And we have good for you. And people of Chalindra and Punjab have supported us in our business. So, our duty is our own. So, what do we do? So, do something like this. which is a social cause and at the same time your credibility and your brand also increased. So we considered education, health, hospitals, all those things. Then we had a short list in education. We thought that education has two things. One is you have to do work.
35:17But this all you could have a good little college to make it. You could have been there. There were people who were there. There were people who were there. And many people who were there. This dream is how to make India the largest to make it? This spark is how to make it? Because you could have a local player where you could have a name. The process was the one that was a college to make it. Management, business school we could have done it. Business school to make it. and local university affiliation started and started and started and our came out in the first year our children were top university positions but all was good but the limitation was very big that the the slave's curriculum we had the university follow because they were taking the exam helps that.
36:14It was a lot of creative or innovative for us to do we did not have a great scope. We had someολ Treaty for us but we did not has a lot to do it to it. What did university do? How had university be, us are an area question. So this is why we sell university so we will build university so that we can make a curriculum accomplishes, delivery mechanism our value of quality mechanism so that we can create professionals and entrepreneurs Kind of может But that we could impact in this scale I'm asking that it Wan δεν That's my first time when Ische N 프 ei I think my college time I'm from college from college TV panigram so I already Are very big and 2013, 2012 paz pans Тогда I came the largest university There was a..
37:06And that I could trip made Your campus And I could have done How Liaers starts To that what will happen they have made a city so why that why should I make the biggest look at it when we saw international universities that we saw in our Indian model there was a few basic differences that Indian institutions which are the biggest IITs IAM AIMs they are a discipline oriented NIFT one discipline oriented but when we look at US and UK multi-disciplinary universities Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Princeton MIT Oxford, Cambridge so multi-disciplinary universities our single-disciplinary university brand is bigger so why is this?
38:04I think we also have a multi-disciplinary university single-disciplinary university not only technology, technology, law, law, education, research, education, languages, foreign languages, sciences, everything. Agriculture, one of the things that is to make it, because the interdisciplinary environment, you learn more. learning. I mean, the child is a child went to class and went to management. He came to a hostel. He was also a student. What discussion is that management was like this. This industry is doing this. You go to play. You will get those kids. So you will do management. You will do engineering.
38:55But we do this that in a hostel in four children, then there are four different disciplines.
39:09So that we different disciplines Ke barren me bata ka rhea Baccha Eek room mein Eek pradesh ka na ho Eek Punjab ka ho Duesra UP ka ho Tisra North East ka ho Taka again Tolerense aya Do Indian ho Do Vidiši ho so this is my mind where the model is okay that they are so much better because diversity is strong diversity is strong diversity is very strong diversity is whether geographical diversity or programs or learning mechanism or diversity that is that you have to do it so this is where you can go and go and go and go and go and go and go and go and go and go and go and go so we thought that we have made multi-disciplinary university and made big universities.
40:01And I have kept this issue in Parliament. I always request this. I said yesterday, that a trip-run university is being made in Gujarat. So, it means a cooperative university. So, I said that cooperative university is. But in this cooperative university, we can talk about every way of discipline. We can talk about engineering. can talk about the corporate because every thing is agriculture we need to talk about arts and science and management so multi-disciplinary there will be something that will remain so that's why we have a big university and we have been doing and we have been doing a job another big problem we have been in Jalandhar in Jalandhar, a small city.
40:56It's not just a metro, it's semi-metro, it's category one, it's category two, it's category three town. Now, why do I have a child?
41:09Kerala's child is going to travel in L.P. Why do I have a child? Nagaland's child is going to travel in L.P. Why do I have a child? Why do I have a child? when he comes to the local who will not get to the local and what is the small town in Delhi, Delhi, Chandigarh and the big town will be there will be a big town so it will be that I will do something different first of all the difference is that a big university and the kids will feel like yes I am a part of a very big university lovely professional university one was the second reason that I would survive and grow so I will have to be much bigger than the other colleges, universities around that student.
42:00I have to make a city. I have to make a different model. So the second reason was the big campus. It's different. It's different. It's different. It's unique. The third in terms of teaching was the reason that we were studying different. a different way of delivery a different way of evaluation when the child comes to me the other way of it will come in the city there are colleges in the city there are universities there are private there are also that would come from our side how much will it be in terms of land total campus size we have to add about 600 acres 600 acres how many students are
42:56so
43:00600 acre campus people are living in a city 38000 people are living in a city there are gated cities when I was in a city there are a research center there are a Olympic size you have sports facilities 1000 things how did the money come for all of this because you have bootstrapped yourself, you have paid money yourself and you have raised what happens no, you have paid a limitation whatever you have paid you have paid money that you have paid bank that you have paid that you have paid that you have paid without that you have paid you have paid the government doesn't give you so Devant how do you have confidence that I will make so big university and I will make money so much.
43:47No, see, I didn't have a loan in one day, but I didn't have a big deal. This is the process for 10-15 years. In 2001, we started. So, when we look at this size, we have made it in 2015. After 15 years. Okay, so slowly, slowly. But majorly, now we are 100 % owned by you guys only? No, we won't say owned, we can manage it. But there is no private equity or any fund in the outside? No, it doesn't happen. okay allowed yes you can't take funds for university no you know
44:23usually people usually accusation that the big colleges which are so big which are so big campuses they are they work with outdated systems they work they work they work they work for corruption that people people who have money here and have a university and have a 25th grade. How much of that is true? Look at that. Every system has good people and bad people. There are universities. There are good people who have good people who have made IATIMs. They have a system that came out. There are a lot of people who have come out in the IATIMs or other institutions. In the wrong way. that is the thing that happens and remains.
45:09Society is here. Asim has 1 ,000 years ago, we talked about the government, the government, the government, the government, the government, the government, all the government. So,
45:25that is the thing that remains. It is private sector. There are good people, there are good people. Ultimately, what happens? student or customer that's your real evaluator that's how I get this I get this amount of fees I get this I get this value or not I get this outcome or not I get this today's day supply is more than a demand when demand is more than a supply is more than a all the manipulation but now it's not because supply is more than a student is more than a Internet and online systems. There are all information available. How many reviews are available. How many people are available.
46:10Every place they are available. Now that's not going to work. I'm very strongly and believe that the regulatory agencies are from Punjab. But the regulatory person is a student. Your prospective student is. It's a good thing. this is bad so it will be seen and you have to have because it is choice so when there is choice customer or students or client then he chooses the best so these things are finished and why do big universities promote buildings campus utilities then placement placement your placement or brand your pass out to you see so get it how the 2014-2013 in 2015, you know my, you look at a very big everybody.
47:21This is a big campus. There are so many children. We had this way go through here. At a time that's our advantage is. We'd need to talk like this. Why. have to have such Mahogany style. You are being honest. I had to do part with now. Today my Stay at VI morning or montrer notes, you can not write to the first or so. The children, so many facilities will be you know I will give me an outcome. that what outcome is that these are my children's placement I have these rankings and they have this score and they have this accreditation and they have this score this is my research outcome this is my sports Olympics this is my outcome sports facilities I have not I have medal so today I just said that the student is going to go and the facilities facilities matter matter but they are 20 % 80 % matter that outcomes he asked me will get or won't get what will get as an individual student what get me why am you and he is right he is spending his parents hard earned money parents are betting their life earnings to his education he is right to
48:43at least LPU to this is what you know. You will see me. And I understand the rest of the universities that are good and they do that. But the first time was when real estate ads were running. Okay, that was the time. Because we were new. Our outcomes didn't come.
49:07My research outcome didn't come. My placement didn't come. My position didn't come. In my Olympics, gold medal, silver medal, bronze medal not the medal which I tracked that was I called that which I had that time I kept that I kept that I kept I kept that but overall how is the business of education before this business not okay but it's a profitably run organization maybe profitable it may not be profitable it's a different but I understand that education is no Okay but
49:59Is
50:06Question in terms of passion, you will not be able to go in terms of passion. But what level of passion you are going to be able to go in terms of passion, right? How much? How much money feels to run a university like yours? Look, money feels like, but this is another thing. As I said, one thing is that if you have a child, you will give a little amount of money.
50:33If you don't get it, you will not get it. you have. So if you have quality, in your product, in your outcome, in your services, you can take your fees and pay off. Of course, there are some programs like that, where children can't afford or they do the best. Now, we use languages, especially in India and Punjabi, or education programs, We have a lot of programs or other programs, which we do all the best. Because in society, that is also necessary. And our responsibility is to serve that sector. That is a part different. But as a whole, we take this as a whole, that if you give quality, then the child will support you too.
51:23So, today, there are many ads for franchises, different private colleges, university or schools.
51:38do you think people invest to start a school or college just purely from business point of view this format we go to business two models one is you create your brand one is you create a brand one is you create a brand one is you create a brand one is you create a short term so you create a brand brand you create a brand that you create a brand business ki expectation better hotei hai jab aapni brand create karna jati hai to ho saksesful ho ho saksesful ho saksesful ho to aapka risk jada ho jata joh risk jada lene ko tiyar hai unko to ma strongly bolong ga aap aapni brand create karheen dousari ki brand pe bank account na karheen kyunke woh uski margis se chalega aap kuch bhi usme kar raha hai hai 2 sal 5 sal 10 sal lagayenge aap uski brand ko better kar raha hai aapka apna to kuch ha hi nhi ok bye bye you have no option but to shut down yeah لیکن every one can be a need for me that I don't have enough money that I can create a brand so I feel like I can take a franchise so I can take a little so my beginning will be and slowly I will do my alternate business create so that's the model so that's your financial muscle and your will power but if you say business doesn't need to do it it's like passion or business then technically what you see side income it's a bad a business decision to be no你看 no all of the business do you think no no whether you sell stuff or sell even even if you at all what you after all what your company in experience to be
53:27a you don't have a passion, you don't have a passion, you don't have a passion, you don't have a passion. You never have a passion, but you don't have a passion. It's not that you gave your father money or you got money, you put it in place and you have a business. You will be a business for 20-50 years. That's not something.
53:46Because customers change expectations, market situations change. How much money can you build something this big? again if you want to do a scale which is a very big scale if you want to make a good university you have to make a good university 1000-2000 crore it's like a front 10 years it depends on your plan you want to grow you want to grow or you want to grow it depends on your plan if you go to medical college it's about 500 crore how many seaters college if you want to for example 500 seat so 500 crore that's huge money 15 years fair you talked about you now about outcome about the outcome about the LPU right many people say that today universities are a placement guarantor type that's become someone learning or actually develop not interest people just that our 5 kids now 500
55:01؟ ؟ ؟ ؟ ؟ ؟ ؟
55:19؟ ؟ ؟ atain open. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
55:52placement, ranking, accreditation, sports, so I'm not sure. I'm politics. I'm going to go to election. So I'm going to tell you, our government has been in the past five years. We have school, we have college, we have road, we have road. So I'm not sure. If college is doing this, then I'm not sure. That I'm not sure. That I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. I'm not sure. hasil ki hai, usne accreditation hasil ki hai, usne sports me medal jit te hai, dèche ko bhi nama pida karke di hai to us mein gilat ki hai? But in sub ke baat bhi bhoat har industry leaders bolta hai ki real world ke liye colleges tiyaar nhi kertai purani eek, joh bhoat bada bada bada company ze on me placement kira djeti hai company mein placement, ye external agency hai haana, or usne wo bachah lena hai joh uski industry mein, uske business mein usko madad karai that I can give myself a college to happy to do something.
56:56So, this thing is not possible. But, people hire me after that. There are a lot of conversations that are happening in every place. But then, this is the hiring process. Look, if you have options in this way, no, nobody can do it. In this system, I also keep my staff member. So, this is 100 % is the amount of money I will keep in the same way. I will choose the best 20 % from that. I will choose wrong. Across the sector. We also have MLA, MPs, people who are wrong. So it happens across the sector. When a corporate is given a job, they give their own money. But they also have wrong selection. IIT and IAMS and Harvard and Stanford.
57:43They choose wrong.
58:23and college university how do maximize and
58:29but that gap there we opportunity fair we can do that this is not the gap before before I come to higher education sector and I can't get successful because that gap showed us that I was talking about quality lag outcomes lag I don't say outcome degree I don't say outcome placement that was outcome but only a new which looked a bit and it's my opportunity SO whatever do you feel why this gap sink regardless any good college or university dela there is enough in private sector inizza no no no a lot of friends are good friends because they are doing good work and what they don't do they don't stay in the market but today India's population is so much and children are usually short and if children choose the wrong place then the problem is going to happen and that is why I am asking that the college is what you think is wrong that the children are unemployed because the children are saying that we have a right way to get the right money and the industry leaders say that we want to hire them but our agency is always absolutely right demand is the economy is growing we are becoming the way to get the energy so demand is my child has a crore package 1 crore package 1700 to 10 ,000 to 10 ,000 to 10 ,000 to 10 ,000 to 10 ,000 to 10 ,000 to 10 ,000 to 10 ,000 package package, demand in the market, but the child has to be able to do it, and the child has to be able to do it, according to the job or the placement of our job, and every college, every university, who tries to do it, they are not doing it, they are going to be out of the system, they are going to be out of the system, what do they do?
1:00:49How are they becoming? There are two reasons, one is their own fault, Explain.
1:01:23university कर रही है तो उसके पात scope ही नही है उसको सबसे पहले तो बच्चे को pass करौना है degree दिल्वाना है उस सरकारी university के तो वहां वो फज जाते है बचा रहे है वो करना चाहते है अच्छा करना चाहते है लेकिन सरकारी university की rules, regulations, processes में FUSKIR RAH Jاتے ہیں Aik Toh Wo Problem Kuch Aishe Bhi Hotei Aik Aishe Bhi Hotei Aik Aishe Khol Liyah University Khol Liyah Aik VC Laga Diyah Chhet Deen Laga Diyah Staff Laga Diyah Sab Thik Bari Laga Diyah Lekin Uske Bad Dhyan Nih Diyah Wahaan Kya Hore Hara Ander Onkoh Pata Hini Woh Apen Eram Se Baithe Hoang Khi Hem Nes Toh Paisa Invest Khar Diyah Hem Nes Teaches Laga Diyah Now It's For Deer Call Aik Wo Category Kud Monitor Nih Khar Wahaan Problem H that is the wrong thing.
1:02:13But in the first case, there is a wrong thing. It is the majority of the colleges. Yes, yes. There are 60 ,000 colleges. There are 1 ,200 universities, which is 600-700 private. So, tell us, there are so many thousands of colleges. These people, today, the outdated system, why do they follow? Government, why do they follow? 1980s system, we are still working on this study, why does government change why not? No, at government level, in recent times there are initiatives, national education policy that has been stressed out and there has been stress-based education so slowly it has changed but the speed of the government will be slightly lower this is the world that is going on the government if it is a policy then there will be a discussion then there will be a debate then there will be a debate in India that our population is young when it's a young population when it's a big deal we don't use it I'm absolutely you it's unfortunate part but recent time I saw the universities were also I don't say I don't say I'm completely changing but I'm I'm so people started to change because their children are they they we have not changed so we lost out to private sector but the way it is the way it is that it is not so you don't have to create a career how would you make it what are you doing different look at first curriculum we say curriculum we create a way to create a career that will go to career in the normal way 50 % academic inputs how to teach basic concepts basic principles 50 % which should study in the classroom and should evaluate in that way mathematics now mathematics will be able to teach normal delivery evaluation but 50 % of the courses are such which you can help your child to create a career.
1:04:42So I have an example of a management education. A child who is a finance part of the capital market. So we will learn how to learn basics. We will learn how to learn finance. How to learn stock market analysis. How to learn how to learn how to learn the company. Basic things. is going to be. But if you have a child to learn real, that it's better to be able to take a method. We have one method to adopt for example. We say that when a child has a child in MBA, I have two years ago. I say that child has 20 ,000 rupees. This 20 ,000 rupees stock market market. And you have to change every month. You have to work 10 sectors.
1:05:25You have to work a real estate sector. You have to manufacturing. manufacturing, a software company, something like that. You will work in a different sector. And when you pass out for 2 years, you will get a$10 ,000.
1:05:42So you will evaluate that. You will grade that. And that$10 ,000 you gave, that$1 ,000? You will get to it. You will get to it. That means he is not competent. He couldn't learn. But he should learn. Normally, learning is true. to say he is correct. In that process, he will learn to do something. But he will be sincere. When he was a child, when he was a stock, I say to him, you study about 10 companies and study financial status, financial documents, he will borrow. Now, when he knows, I will invest him. He will go. He will see his company what status is, what will he do, he will grow, he will do that, he will do that.
1:06:23He will learn to do that. We have a gamified version which we teach. So, if you take 10-20 years, if you take 1 ,000 ,000 ,000, then you go home? No, no. It's not. We don't take it. It's not. It's not. It's not. So, this is the way you read. One way. And you get real life learning. So, if you get 50 % learning, you get outside classroom. You get your attendance. You get your relaxation. You get your grades. You get here. to however you're doing real means that you can choose yourself or what you can learn? No, choose yourself is a small thing. It's a small thing. We say that we can build. No, I mean if I come to BSC, I'm in agriculture field.
1:07:35Can I start learning from there? I can start learning economics from there? No, there is a option. Because in the US, you can talk about it. There is multidisciplinary. It's like that no one can learn anything. It's been exploring 4 years. This option is possible. This option is the only way. The 50 % is the basic. we will study you, the rest of 50 % we will study the rest of the students, you can study outside your curriculum, outside your discipline. But then loads will be more than that. If I have 160 credits for 4 years of program, I will take 80 credits from your core area. The rest of the options are.
1:08:15In that 80, you can take 20-30 credits outside discipline. If you have spreading for a mechanical students. You can prioritize economics. You can move to capital market. because when learning a study requires Moon So we have seen, that attendance has been 10 % which is said, and the students need 10 % that's a little bit that's a little bit if you have a child who doesn't want to miss use but in the field there is a computer that has code and has apps and has a big job or a hackathon when you have a drone before you have a example someone has a lot of big job that's why that's what I have said that you can do 50 % things outside classroom and then you don't need to attend yes we give this liberty that's what I have said we are giving it to education revolution that's what I have said that we will do it that you have a particular interest and you want to do your passion and you convince us that this is genuine that you have a letter from the UN that what will happen girl can see you for seven years couples could have worked and the industry advanced the school of parents the altri this is my person

1:11:03So, you can choose your pocket to buy your pocket. Mastery is doing a lot of money. LPU is doing a lot of good money. You are in Punjab. How big is a drug? The drug problem is in the whole world. The country's world. It's in Punjab too. But it's a highlight in Punjab. Why? That's what I would highlight. The Bollywood industry was originally in Punjab. The top of the country were in Punjab. The other people were in Punjab. The other people were in the country. We were originally in Punjab. The other people were in Punjab. The movie was in Punjab. was a a a a a a a a a a theme, theme, movie hitter jati hai.
1:11:58To aise he a aughty punjab ben gi. Kyawni punjab ka theme ta ho pata hitter jani hai ho bhi gi. To us nai perception create kari dhi ki shayad pata nai punjab mein drug har kunnay mein aisa nahi hai. Jitni desh ki or jagah hai utni punjab mein. Dillie mein usse jadah ho ga. Mujhe eek example yad aata hai ki meera beeta dune school mein pardta ta 2004 mein gya ho. Or uske aas pas eek top film star mein naam nai loonga. Top film star and his son was the captain of school. The captain of the new school was very big. He was terminated in 2004-2005 years ago. He was terminated by drug. He was a residential school, a full guarded school.
1:12:40He could even eat a biscuit pocket for parents. He didn't allow for the children to give food or something else. He was very different. so this was happening in that era, in schools, in guarded schools, so this was open, so this was not that. It's Punjab's problem, it's country's problem, world's problem, the world's problem. I want to ask a young entrepreneur to you, because you have a very big organization. If you are right in India and you are doing everything from the rules, on-seh kar raha hai hai chiz us ke baad bhi koi aap se powerful insan agar usko badla lena ho ya usko aap ko kuchh kharaap karna hai toh ho kar sakta hai?
1:13:28Bilkul kar sakta hai koi law and order koi help n 'i kare ya? nee, yeah, usne thahan lhi or aap se jyadha powerful hai, woha aap ko damage kar sakta hai there's no way, koi meriko legal remedy help n 'i kare nee, dhekho remedies hai hamarhe dèche mene, woha eek achi bata hai that we have legal remedies in our country. And you can save it. But it's damage. But it's damage. It's damage. It's news. It's a matter of time. It's a matter of time. So news is done. And your perception is down. It's a good time to correct it. It's a good time to get your energy. It's a source. It's a good time to get your energy.
1:14:05So in India it's like this. It's a good time. I asked you almost all questions that I have. But I have some questions that I have. which are student questions and which are in Google and in different forums students have written about LPU. So I'll ask you a point blank and we'll do this a little bit faster. Now give me short answers. Okay. And these are student questions. Okay.
1:14:33Why are the hostile timing of LPU in jail even more strict? Because we care of children. but it's not so much we are very liberal so we are changing the time in LPU there are more money from university facilities from faculty training is it true? there are more money in faculty training there are so much need for it but there is no meaning there is more money in facilities but because the facilities is bigger so naturally it will be bigger in LPU, for dating, there are more strict rules in LPU. Then cheating in exams. For both of them. But definitely cheating in exams is more strict. Why is dating allowed?
1:15:26In college, it's all that. No, there's a limit. Everything is allowed after a limit. you have to interfere with each other. Perfect. Thank you so much. Thank you, sir. Time to give you and keep our process so much for talking with us so long. Thank you so much for doing this. It was a pleasure talking to you. Thanks to you. All the best for everything that you're doing. Thank you very much. Thanks to you. You spent so much time with me today and especially your team and you're a wonderful host. Thank you, sir.
