0:16it doesn't really cool I will play today and tomorrow will not play.
0:37Do you feel that aggression is necessary for a player? 100 % necessary. I do feel that I am the best. What are you currently changing about yourself? I have to be more fit and more effort. I want to be a captain. What's your next dream now? World Cup, Jitana. Derby top 3 toughest ballers. I try to play the ball. Which baller is? No, never. You're playing the game and Senior pointed out what you're going to focus on. I was in short leg. I jumped quickly. I thought, oh my God. I knew that I'm going to be dark. What are you playing? You're playing. You're playing the ball. What was that between you and Stam?
1:26The arc was trying to say something to me.
1:33But I said, the ball does come slow. That's why I couldn't hit other guys. It would have gone. Coming through slow. Has the result changed from sledge? Like Qantas. When they were talking consistently, they helped.
1:48Who sledge is the most? I haven't done much in England. Somebody called me Bloody Villagers. I'm giving the name of the 4th shot. Which one of the first shots I've ever seen in my mind? Cover drive, Irad Paz, Straight drive, Sachin Chandrasar, Goit by, E.K. Square cut, I really like it. Are you dating him? No. There are so many photos going viral about you.

3:45You're 23 years. Yeah. So 23, team India, IPL, cricket, glamour. Life is like this for a lot of people that this is life of dreams. And I know 90 % when this life comes to discipline, tour, competition, but 10 % this is a sportsman's life, glamour. So a lot of 23 year old will party, they will enjoy their fame, stardom, be at the right places with right people it doesn't attract anything? no, I don't think that I am thinking like that I don't have the thinking so I will try that I have a lot of time with my family I feel like if I have spent a lot of time on the tour and cricket, you are already very intense there.
4:45You have a routine, you follow very well. Then you come back, I try to stay with my family. But of course, all these things are very... I mean sometimes if you don't control your mind, it will go there. That is which I feel very normal. When you come from those kind of environment and you see those environment, it's very easy to go with that but how i bring myself back to focus how i'm coming back again and starting how i'm coming back and i'm starting that i do start telling myself okay now what i need to do and what i'm looking forward to and how i'll be focused because i feel this is all about discipline and i do believe a lot in discipline my routines and i want to be focused i wanna i wanna do things which is which is important for me and important for my game and how i can take my game forward as well so i i do spend sometimes i i do take a lot of time with for me so i'll go out like if i'm suppose if i'm in uk or if i'm somewhere out i will go and i see the world i love going into the nature i want to go and see the ocean i want to go see mountains i love doing that i'll go for big mountain walk big mountain run so i do want to go if i want to go I wanna go there I wanna see different country different culture so it's a lot of fun if I'm going to go out I'm going to India or there are many beautiful places where you go and you feel like I have to see this so I do everything so I feel very good where did you go to the most exciting place I was going to Mallorca so clean so clean I thought, wow, I didn't see it.
6:56I didn't see it so clean. So, I was like, I was in a very deep water. So, I was thinking, I'll go to the water. Then, I felt it was very deep. So, I said, no, Jaswal, I'm going to fly here. So, I was like, I wanted to jump. I was a bit nervous. But I wanted to jump into the water. Like, it was very deep, but it was very clean. So, I did it. And I was like, when I did it, actually, I was very happy but life jacket when you wear it no, it's like that so you can swim I can swim but I'm still if you're in the ocean you just get nervous a bit so I wanted to go and explore how I feel when it's very deep so that was fun nice did you do you actually get scared after you get in the water?
7:44no actually my heartbeat was a little bit there so but I was enjoying it I did it means I wanted to try so it was a good experience. Nice. So that's that was the good place that you last went. Yeah, where I last went after the England tour. So I had some days so I wanted to go and see. But do you not attract parties? No, I don't do it. From the beginning? From the beginning. Because I haven't seen it in the beginning so I haven't seen it so much I haven't seen it. And then I know what is important for me to put my focus in. So I know how I need because as a sportsman I know that I have to be very disciplined on my routines I have to be very disciplined on my sleep as well so I want to stay in in bed as soon as possible when I'm playing specialty test matches so I love doing those things which can give me little bit which can help me to improve my game so I always think like that and I always believe in those routines and those you know structure wise how you do your daily days so that I do a lot tell me your origin story basic day one first time cricket bat cup where did I come from when I play cricket idea means we were playing at home so my father was very shocked so he still loves cricket so when we were watching one cricket game so Sachin sir was batting for India so my father and he made a century so my father gets very excited yeah wow what batting is he's a big fan so then i was very happy seeing him happy so i wanted then he's he said papa i want to be i want to play for India so he says yes you will if he can do it you can also do it so that thought came actually from him because you had to be happy yes okay so then I thought yes I can do it too so then I started and I started playing and I used to enjoy playing a lot how old were you I was very young like I don't exactly remember 4 5 6 type yes something will happen but I used to love cricket I I just it's just pure love where I do enjoy a lot playing cricket and I'm just playing.
10:19So wherever you just tell me okay go and play I'll play the whole day. So I'll be fine. So that is what it was. So that's when you started first time. Papa was strict with cricket? Papa always supported. Papa always said, son, you're hard to do your work. Do your work when you're not watching. You're hard to do when you're not watching. So, these things were in my mind that I have to work with my faith and I have to work with my faith. That should satisfy me. So, wherever I used to go to bed, I used to visualize myself that I'm playing for India. I'm making centuries and I want to be in that noise.
11:05I used to feel noise. means I still feel like when I close my eyes and I can see and I can hear the noise which you feel when you go inside the stadium so I do feel that when I close my eyes I can hear my names Jaiswal Jaiswal so that I have been doing since I'm a kid if you see there is one movie Iqbal right there is one moment when he go and he sits into the small house okay where he sit and he just used to visualize and hear the noise so that small thought stuck in my head so i started feeling that so when you actually feel that and visualize it i do believe it happens and it will happen always So, you were a big believer of visualization.
11:57I visualize a lot. I meditate a lot. I believe that whatever you think, whatever you say, that's very important. How you talk to yourself because I talk to myself a lot other than anyone else. When did you first visualize it and give me a random age? Random age? Very young. Suppose I was playing Harry Shills. Trophy. Give me age. 11 years. Okay, 11 years. So, Yashra Svejjah's one of the 11th year. Yeah. So, there's no idea of how much competition in India is in India, what should I be doing in India, how do I feel about playing in India? You have no idea. You don't know this. There's a belief that I'll play.
12:39I'll play on this level. Now you're going to bed. And before going to bed, what are you visualizing? I don't think all this stuff. What do I think? What is the question? In my mind, I have to play for India. Just. For the rest, whatever I can do, I will try and do it. But what was it? I was playing. I was listening to that sound. I was making a century. So that is the only thought I can see. Everything. You can see something in the stadium and that was your visualizing as an 11-year-old. Yes. I do visualize that, that I was scoring in Perth. I was visualizing that I'm scoring a century in Oval.
13:23So those stuff happened when I was playing IPL last to last year. So then after that, I knew that I'm going to go Perth. But I was visualizing that when I go to the Perth, I make sure I score 100. So my preparation had happened since I was playing IPL. One time I was playing in Rajasthan and somebody told me like in Australia, you need to play new ball well right so and you need to leave the bounce so all the time when I was practicing when I was leaving I was expecting and visualizing also that that when I play there this ball I need to leave so that's how I was thinking it when I was playing in England my thought was different my visualization was different where I go and how I play so I think I do believe a lot means if you really believe it it will happen and things happened with me in my life which I have seen it and I have literally I can play the game so many times in my mind when I go there I feel I have been already here so that is the feeling which I had especially I am a big believer of visualization same I think what I was doing I was visualizing before and I was writing and I was writing yes my diary every year I have made a diary 2020 2021 2022 2023 and if you read my diary what I have done everything is written means not everything but there is a lot of things which is written in it nice so that is one few things which I have done it that I have write my notebooks because I I wanted to talk to myself and there are a lot of people that where you think that you can talk to them but sometimes you realize that you should not.
15:21It's better to talk to yourself and write things in the book because the book will never judge you. It will always listen. But who taught you that in 11 years? I told you that. That thing. What mind did you come from? I saw it in that. So when you're small, you don't know what the wrong thing is. But you have to see something something you like to see and you like to start doing it so slowly I tried to do some things that happened and then I started to listen a lot like I was trying to work on my mind whatever I read or whatever I see people say cricket everyone says this is 80 % mental game right?
16:11A lot of people says, but how many people they actually work mentally. So I wanted to work mentally. I wanted to be, I want to be very strong mentally and I am, I feel I'm very strong mentally. So that is what I always believe and I always look, I always, I mean, I always see that that I can always be strong mentally and how I can become very strong mentally. so, there are many things in my life that I already already make strong. Like? Like I started my life, how I played, and where I was staying, and I have grown up on my cricket. Talk about that. Tell me, 11 years ago. So, like I said, I didn't know anything about this, कि यहां पे कैसे क्या होता है मुझे बस एकी चीज पता था कि मुझे इंडिया के लिए खिलना है और उसके लिए जो भी कुछ करना पड़ेगा मैं करूँगा हमारी फैमिली बैग्राउंड इतनी अच्छी निए थी कि हम सब कुछ हमको मिलता and that's what I can see you in my mind I can see you in my mind how is it so I was able to work hard and I can play how to play so I was in Mumbai I was in my brother I was in my brother I was in a time I was very small I was in my whole life here 11-12 years ago and I was in my brother So when I came here, I thought I would practice how to practice, where I will, what I will do.
17:54So I was living in my childhood a few days. Then I got the chance to stay in the tent. So there is a club that I played in Muslim United. I played a match in which I had to play good. Then they gave me a chance to stay there. that I can live there. So for me, all the important things was that I'm on the ground and I'm playing. So I was very happy actually that I'm getting the opportunity to play all the time and I'll play good and I have a chance that I can practice good. I'll be in the environment so my mind was only one thing that I want to play good cricket. And then all the stories that they were selling and they were selling all of that is true.
18:46Yes, all the truth is because I have done that. What did you say? Tell me. If you live there, suppose that Sunday is something that makes a food, two-four, there are people who come there. Your family is made for a while. So if you stay with them, they told me that you come with me and help me. So I said that you do practice, what do you do? 6-6, 6-7, practice was done. Actually, they went from 7-10. so I go to them and work and work my work and work my work so I used to do this I didn't do that because my life was not the same and my life was the same time and I always work not small and small you do what you do you do your mind it's very important what did you do I was selling water .
20:10that was the main goal. I don't want to begirten them out. Why? Of course, who feel welcome. making sure you don't struggle against people's at night they herself. I can tell you that ones both can say I is gonna say that I are playing well or does it. So if they're between beautiful people and the athletes had a few times I felt like but my nature is like I can't do it when I felt like I was little what did I feel? what will happen? then my father said my husband has a house you can't do it you can't do it what will happen but I said I felt like I felt like maybe I can't do it or my game is good I felt like I felt like I was able to do it on my own Where did the belief come from?
21:10Do you play a record in India? No, it's my belief. That I can do it. If I try to do it, I can do it. So I try to do it that I can do it. So I have this thought that I have to do it. So I give you an example. I was playing a match under 19. In Sri Lanka, our under 19 was a match in India. So, I was 4 batting at that time. So, I actually am an opener. So, at that time, I was playing 4 numbers. I was out in 2 matches. So, I thought that my under-19 India will miss. so our if you go to an Indian team and you invite to an embassy so you go to an embassy as a representative country so I met a colonel so I met me and asked when you send your young people or they go to war and what you said so I said I said you will do it when I went to the home, I was thinking about the hotel so I was thinking about the night that I will do it Ashish Kapoor was our selector so I told him that I have to open it if I get the chance he said okay he gave me an opening and I scored 100 nice so that was a changing moment of my career because when I started opening it so I played that I become an opener.
22:51So, I think that that was a very important part of my life where it changes. But what is this in my mind? I say that because if I have two matches out of back, then there is pressure built up. So, there is a little fear. So, I will say that I will open and open and I will say that I will say that big stick. What changed in your mind? what was the difference because I was looking for opportunity that it may be that after that I dropped two months because I felt that I'm out but I told them that if you give me a chance then give me up so I wanted to sit and I knew that I could do it so that belief was my past and that thought that I will do it so when I got opportunity then in my mind that I want to do it so I did it so I was that day when I came in I saw myself in the mirror I was like wow well done so that sort of things I do a lot with myself coming watching myself in the mirror I did a very good performance or I did a lot of effort I do a lot with myself I do a lot with myself 10 minutes 15 minutes so that helps me a lot when I do a lot when I do a lot I say to myself that I did a lot I did a lot how to do it.
24:20There was a paragraph I was reading and I have, today, the day I decided to do my podcast, I wrote it in the podcast. Because you are one of those players which is emotional. I am. Right? There is, when you go to the field, there is a level of anger, aggression, fun, arrogance, means, attitude, belief, self-belief. So, and it talks about a lot of people. And this paragraph is one of my favorites every time I'm in the battle. It says, humility wins you friends. Arrogance wins you championships. The paradox is the society praises humility. But history remembers arrogance. Like when Muhammad Ali, very early, when he wasn't big enough, he declared that I'm the greatest.
25:18Kobe Brand demanded that if anyone else would call the last shot, I would shoot it. Virat Kohli looking straight and staring down in the bowlers and telling them he's going to win and showing that aggression. So where do you stand? Do you think arrogance is a requirement? I won't say it's arrogance. But what are all these things? I'm sure when you're playing on the beach where there's a stark ball at 140-140-150 then there's no game it's India vs Australia it's you vs Stark it's you vs the fastest baller in the world it's game of aggression belief vs belief that I'm coming to throw so you throw it in the amount of time that is a thought which goes on It's just a game after that.
26:15You won't win, you won't win, you won't win. But when you're in that, it's a game of aggression, right? It is aggression. You don't think fun. But then, that time I think what is important for my team, aggression is there but I want to do it as per team demands as well. So, I have aggression in my mind, everything I keep there. I keep there. But at that time, it's also necessary that I play how I play. I don't want to get bored. I know that what is important for my team, what I need to do. But I want to be there and I want to be there. So that is what I feel. But do you feel that aggression for a player is necessary?
27:03It's 100 % necessary. It's very necessary. It's very necessary for me. but help you help you help you then why fun you help you but you don't have to see you you stay in your what is inside because there is a little difference in confidence and over confidence explain what difference I can do I can do this is over confidence what I feel but I feel I can do it so that is what I see it and I always think if I do it then what will happen so I always think that any game I will play anything I will play for me it's an opportunity so I always think that an opportunity is that I will do it so this can happen and I can do it but if you talk about the top athletes they all talk about that when they are in the field then they believe believe that they are the best of the world and they will live and they will do it.
28:10Yes, absolutely. So, at that time, people don't think that all confidence over confidence, aggression and overconfidence helps. I am talking about absolute best. Ronaldo talks about it a lot, right? If you are small, you are old, you are old, you don't want to be old. If you don't enter the field, believing and saying that loud that I am the best of the world, you can't even close no, absolutely this aggression, do you get that? I do feel that I am the best that is why I am I want to play, I want to be the best as well but always I say I am the best I am powerful and peaceful soul and I am scoring a lot of nuns I am winning championships that is what I feel and that is why I play ever seen this baller and it was distorted no I just watched the ball is the baller scared?
29:12no what was that between you and Stark Stark was trying to say something to me what was happening I don't know what he said exactly but I said ball does come slow that's why I couldn't hit other was it would have gone so that was my thought if it comes a little bit faster then I would kill it so I did something but ball was a little slow so I thought if it comes a little bit faster then I would go faster so you said that he started he said something then I said that's a good it's just a good healthy conversation or but I wanted to do well as well that's usually but as a confidence do you see that as confidence or do you see this as that I'm a little sledge so that I'm a little right and I'm a little sometimes I do after knowing I'm talking I want to get in in their head sometimes this is my tactics as well sometimes sometimes I feel that I'm a little I'm taking a little bit or I'm taking a little casual so I'm talking to myself to bring myself to the game so he brings me to the game actually so I'm saying no, I'm going to do it nice because you're 22 and Stark was 35 at that time so a lot of people see it differently and you know Jokovic you watch tennis, you know about these players, Jokovic so Jokovic was the one that he when they came to tennis, Nadal and Federer, they dominated tennis.
31:02No one won. No one won. People come and win. Everyone would say, I don't know how to win. Then it was senior class. In 19 years, they said, I am the best player in the world. I will beat them. It's only about time. and he said people are not coming newspapers, coaches, seniors all write how arrogant a child in 19 years he is not doing great legendary player he is not doing great what he is saying I will kill him I will kill him I am a good player all of that and Djokovic said I see this as self-belief he has to see the world as he has to see and actually he became the player who killed him and then he won more championships right in certain tournament and he became that do you see that you have been like that sometimes you are seeing self-believe and you are seeing your game but the world is misunderstood and people are understanding wrong i think that people have their opinion so i respect that but what i talk about myself is very important for me that i see how i دیکھتا ہوں mirror میں so for me that is very important of course people are going to have their opinion on every cricketer who's who's playing or on me it's okay it's okay means I can't change that but but people misunderstand you what's your biggest misunderstanding I don't see who what are you saying
32:47I don't have to say anything that if someone is saying what do I have to do with it I don't think I just think what I have to do yesterday or what I have to do today I live today I don't know anything
33:07but as soon as you do something and some people take it wrong and then probably they question you later I can't do anything He means You can't control people But I can control myself But does it bother you? To be honest Sometimes it does Impact you Some things But then I understand Okay, it's okay It's okay Whatever Whatever Whatever You can do In your life No one is perfect So things sometimes you do some mistakes sometimes someone else does it I feel like to forgive someone is a very big skill they don't do it it's very difficult or
33:58someone says something to listen to it it's a very big thing because you have to say a lot so I feel like I want to be like a sponge I want to take it I want to keep it there are many things I like to read things or listen to things. I like to say that it's very important. Because if you know what you're talking about, I'm going to try to listen to someone. Someone's talking about it? I've said many things. I'm not going to do anything. I'm going to finish my focus. I'm not going to play today, tomorrow. This is what I'm going to play. All my thoughts answered What would you think of Aуля how to play Aulwichcash Many factors NSE What are you thinking of Why are you saying that This is how today Saying that Qualic aten Some questions souls I don't know why No one had slippered I didn't know At these When I came So Behat if we treat each other with a different way.
35:10And the certa doesn't mean there is a way of respect to people that need to do it. Because if you have money, people are given excuse their children, they dare to мо Damn things to say, odd people. So I have how one thing to learn a lot on my house, passed on and paraщ Luper to have a wideoke because your heart should be your fifth Stephen's 127 my friend is happened to you and if they say by other things has hurt something
35:52this one一 usual I wish inclined to think just where I should, nothing is left. I did that inactive. I imagine getting how to let me. And... I think... I meant... I'm fine with it. My response isn't really good. What people would say from me if people would feel for me do you think that people would be Яндler than just doing this? I'm not thinking what I think about this I think I don't think about this I didn't need my self - 수 I don't want to talk a lot to you really I'm talking about right ago for me especially here I am moment is important which is important that times when I am they don't have enough so when I am I don't know what happened tomorrow.
36:49I don't know what happened tomorrow. If it's today, I'm going to try to enjoy it. I'm going to do it 100 % now. Enjoy, happy, happy, happy. This is all very necessary. I'm going to do it. But now, the mentality and thought process is going to be. But there's a point in life when someone says something, and it's humiliated. I feel like I'm being embarrassed. Yes, it's very nice. has been very busy which has been busy and then it has been a difference now it has been a difference but it has been a time when you have such family and you have so bad not to be a normal people have to go and go and go and do something I can't tell you I don't want to tell you but it's okay is, I mean, I always thought that what I have to do.
37:48I say something or something. Sometimes I think that okay, let's go. We'll move forward. We'll see. Many of them have said that your career will end. You will end this, then your career will end this. You will end this, then you will end this. You will never play India. But then I say to myself, like I said, someone is saying that you never play India. That is the worst thing somebody tell me. Yeah. Because all I wanted to play for India. True. So I told myself that I will play India. Whatever happens, I will play India. And you will see. I told them. To be honest, I'm very thankful that they did what they did.
38:33Because of those stuff, I was very into it. only think that I have to do and focus I have done a lot in the future I am sure that people will know that what I have been through because tent in the tent was very easy after that my life was that was that was never and then the past wounded struggle which are the 50 things which you go through. When you go to the field and combine all of that with self-belief. Is that the confidence that you talk directly with the biggest baller and you're putting it in the eye? You're putting it in slow. Things don't stay there. But what gives you confidence then?

39:27I practice very hard as well. And I'm just trying to play ball. Which baller is the question? No, I don't need to. never taught. Okay. Because I was reading that somewhere you started practicing on concrete slap. I practiced. And 200 over in the front of the ball practiced that Australia, like the pitch conditions there, when the ball comes up, so you tried to play 200 overs, you just kept practicing before you were. I practiced a lot before. So I was trying to play bounces. So I developed this shot. And I'm playing uppercut. play bounce ball so I have an option that I can make a run there and India test debut in the first match I'm telling you that I didn't sleep the whole night I'm trying to sleep again, as I said I was thinking that I'm playing I'm making score 100 so I was visualizing that that is the best time to visualize that I'm scoring 100 so I was visualizing it.
40:33So I'm trying to go to bed, sleep, but again game chal raha hai mire dimaag mein mind mein game chal raha chal raha chal raha hai. Toh maim souch roh yaar mujhe khilna bhi hai, mujhe ek ghunta travel bhi karna hai, merko fresh bhi rehna hai toh rest, recovery sab chahiye, but maim phir soucha, phir mein hapko yakin nio ga, maim na baat tub bnaya, must pani wani ki garm pani mein jau ga, achche se bäťu ga, ho saksata phir mein soja ho, mein sohi I didn't get it. I had a lot of fun. I thought I'd have been thinking. Then I accepted it. I'm not going to sleep. I didn't sleep. I went to match. So I thought, okay, this feeling is not coming again.
41:15It's the first feeling. And this feeling is okay. I enjoy it. So I thought, I want to enjoy this feeling because you will debut only once. that after that test cap I didn't feel like that test cap was something else for me it's the best moment when I got that I didn't I'm speechless that was the thing I really enjoyed it I thought that I was 100 opening in this debut I was not doing that that was not before that in the debut I was 100 I was trying to get an opportunity to get an opportunity. I will do it. I will do it. I will get an opportunity to get an opportunity. I was thinking about it every time.
42:07Because I knew that I was going to play. A little bit like 10-15 days before. Is it a pre-match ritual? Just sit quiet. I will just sit and see. What is going on before you just enter? What is going on in your mind? It's not numb. In my mind, it's like Which ball is going to be able to play How can I play How can I play These things are still in my mind It's been in 2-3 minutes What do you think? To go and play? And at what point it is that See every player has a moment Where he knows Team, coach audience they know that now he is playing his body has taken over and you can see that flow form you know that if you ask what was going on he can't replicate there's a point where you are blank where you are blank just enjoy in Desi language they say take over now only bad what is that point for you?
43:22When is it just a moment that it's just a moment that a flow is sitting there? It's always been for me. It's always been for me. If you go to the first ball, if I feel like this, then I play. I don't have that. Actually, I enjoy the most of the time when I'm beating the most. I'm beating the most. Because sometimes the ball is going good and I find I thought, what a good game. The ball is good. I played a good game. There was a funny incident that I put a good ball and I beat it. I thought, where will he be out? I think I have a message that I have to give you that. If I can't get out so good, I will do it.
44:11I think that. and when I'm in my flow I don't think anything I just say enjoy, watch the ball and play tell me an inning where you were in the flow I think recently when I made England against century that was something I was different I was different what was that?
44:36because I felt like I had to play this here you have to change your body language because your body language is always changing if you go to your body language your body language is changing something you have to adapt so it's a game of cricket sometimes the game is very slow so you have to play that sometimes you know that you have to play a little aggressive so you will become a run so that day I was in the flow and I was in my mind that I said to Gil, I'll go and play a little. He said yes, you play, I'll play. So, I got a little trust that Captain is saying go play. So, I was trying to play a little bit.
45:23So, when I played, I made a run. Because until they understood, I was playing a little bit. So, it was a good flow. That was my feeling. What was the feeling that you thought first of the game that I was thinking about today? No, I was thinking about these shots will be a run. If they had a ball here, I would play strokes. Luckily, they had a ball here and I would play.
45:53Sometimes it has happened that you thought that the ball came here and everything is over. Yes, it's been a lot. It's a beat. No problem. Try again. Do you think you're scared? No, you're going to practice. You're going to be a wrong thought process. No, you can learn from that. You can set it. Yes, then you can put it. So, sometimes I set the baller. I try to put it in a place where I can play my shots. Okay, how does this happen? Explain. Sometimes, sometimes. Like, I'm putting off spinner and I'm putting a ball. I'm taking a ball in a test match. If the ball is spinning, I try purposefully sometimes I defend them.
46:40Even the lose ball. Because I want to take them and when I want to take them, when they bring the field up, then I will start playing my shots. So, I think that it's not playing, so I'm going to play. Nice. And usually beat? I have played a lot of time in short shots so my belief and confidence gets increased with it that I can play with field Where did this jazz ball name come from? It came from England series when I was the same when it was the same when it was the England series in India Why did this come from? Because I was playing that so I was playing a lot of spinners.
47:27And I was playing a lot of sweep, reverse sweep. So it was fun to me. It was a lot of fun to me. So people said that I play baseball like this. So it's a jazz ball, a jazz ball. And a jazz ball, that's how it is. They say it, but I said, okay. It's okay. I'm not going to beat it. I'm going to try my own. Anything not anything. But sometimes, Tell me one baller which you feel like he's fun to beat him. She was off, I thought that I would play shots if he did something. And even Anderson. I was playing in Wysak, James Anderson. I was already batting on the good score. I made a double century order then he came and he told something to me What did you say?
48:23He said something, he doesn't say anything obviously, so I came in and then I was in anger because I was out of the way to say because of that I was shot and I was out so I made it in my mind that I will kill him so when I got the chance I got the first one. The second one. Then in the next inning, I was hitting 150. Then Anderson came. Then I got the whole goal. Then I got the whole goal. I told Dhruv, Jurel, that I will hit him. So I took him to sweep. I hit him in the sweep. He hit him in front. He hit him in all places. I wanted to hit him. I wanted to hit him. and that time said that you got out that time I think after 200 I think I mean I have fake a wicket because I thought that I will kill but that is what I was saying that you need to keep control on yourself that what the team demands but I think this was long I will go full.
49:58R or R? No, R or R. I was thinking that if I get the chance to get the chance that I can make a big run I will grab the chance and opportunity. I was full on back to it. Tell me what is the difference between Ranji and India? I think there is a big difference. What difference? Because all players have the intensity of that level. What do they say? Because they are from India. Yes, I mean, difference is a difference.
50:38And
50:43I think playing in different countries is a lot different. But if you look at international and domestic cricketers, because there is a little difference between the players. Until and unless, if you come to play in international, there is a little difference between the players, the pace is different, the ball is different, the game is different. So, there is a little time from there. The biggest difference is that if a young player comes to domestic, what is the biggest challenge facing you? It depends on the individual. What has the biggest challenge faced you? I always saw the opportunity So I always thought I want to go and express my game When you play one of the best test series You have a different feeling You have a different experience You play cricket here But if you play England in England or in England or in Australia, it's a vibe, an environment.
51:54So how you take it, it's very individual. How you feel it, how you wanna, suppose you are playing first ball in the series in the test game. So how you look forward. My incident was that when I played in in Australia I Stark got me out on first few balls so I wanted to come out with those overs so how I prepare for that these things happen in big series so people see what you do, how you play, how you're playing what approach is so you learn very quickly you don't have much time you
52:43you get better than your mistakes, the better you get better than your mistakes. But you took a bunch of words right now. Diet, skill, mental skill, discipline, strength. Everything is right. Everything is done. This is, if you say, So, top 100 players, I mean, 100 % if they are players, then 90 % do not do that, 10 % do that. They reach 10 % to domestic cricket. For example, right? Now, the top 10 % of them, they only make it to Team India. Right? Or probably top 0.1 % will reach Team India, or top playing 11, or will reach Team Squad. Right? What is the difference? It's your thinking. What is the difference?
53:40Because in thinking, what is the difference? The top playing eleven, what happens is that they are special and they make their own place in the team. Versus the rest of the players. Because I'm sure cricket is going to be able to play everyone. Same, that cover drive, that pull shot, that practice for years. You will not play. You focus on your diet, discipline, and the roadside board, the ground, that's also the problem. After all, many times, there are many players who probably will be more talented. They will play better with you. Still, they would not make it. And they will make the top 11.
54:20What difference? What do you think is the difference? I think dream and hunger. I think if you want to do something, you will do it with your mind. do it with them, you will do it no one can't stop you I know it's simple you need to see the dreams and run behind them and you should think that I am achieving the dreams so you will do it and you are in any sport you have to think like you are achieving it so that mentality should be there that approach should be there that that That
55:08So have you felt that maybe when you play those players never seen anyone that class but that I forget why do I do What other ? sieht When I play with me where analytics are great how are we doing good, how are we doing good as a team, how are we doing good as a team, but my goal is to improve how I can improve myself. I don't think that what are we doing, what are we doing. I think that we can as a team how can we come together, how can we match how can we do it. And sometimes, because there are ups and downs, it's like a wave, it will never be smooth, life is like that. Sometimes you learn something at a certain age, then you learn something, then you learn something.
56:01Change is a rule of universe. So I also change with time in a different way. What are you currently changing about yourself? Currently I am changing about myself. Who are you doing? I am very focused on my fitness I am learning about my body because I feel like I am more fit and I have to work hard and I have to work hard so I am every day I have to work hard on myself how can I become a leader? I want to be a captain so I want to captain a team fair when someone has a senior you play a game and you have pointed out what's your fault? What's your fault? Focus on it. Yes, a lot. You've never seen a shot on field.
56:49Yes, yes. Many people have been good, bad, and wrong. Now, as I was on the short leg, and you will see the video, that I jumped quickly. That was a very funny incident. You didn't catch. No, you didn't catch. I jumped quickly, when I was playing Dubai. So, what did I get to jump? Oh my God. I knew that I'm going to eat a dart. So, everyone was laughing and I was laughing. I was laughing too. I was enjoying it. So, that was a good incident. It was a catch. What was it? At the time of Bumra, I think. I think the catch hit you. He looked at you with disappointment. What was that? Catch? He hit you.
57:40He was very strong. I was standing there, I didn't see the ball. So, they are so fast. So, I was... I tried my 100 % to get that catch. But it's okay, it's part of the game. So, okay. Catches shoot. I have also left. There are many people who have left. So, I take it like that. And I want to improve as well. When I go and I practice more, I'll be in a better position. Do you ever catch on the catch? Yes. So, I try to give my 100 % to the ball. Then, after that, it's okay. care. No matter what. What are they shooting? How do you think Bumra is as a baller? As a batsman? He has that control. Whatever he wants, he can do it.
58:20Like, if he wants to bowl you or her, he can bowl you or her. He wants to bowl in swing, he can bowl in swing. With the same action, same pace, and his action is very different. Unique. So, his skill is that he can bowling can do tell me top 3 toughest ballers in the world I don't feel I don't I don't think I don't think I don't think I don't think who's the toughest I don't think I play how to play I don't think I don't think I don't think tell me a match where But your attitude, I don't think about it, I see the ball, or the aggression attitude, that game is your favour. Like just your aggression.
59:21Like I told you, the game of the Oval. So, in that, I wanted to make a difference. because I was seeing that the wicket was like a seam moment and no one can be out of the ball. So I wanted to put pressure on the baller. So I was thinking how I'll make him uncomfortable. So I was thinking what I'll do. I'll walk and go back. I'll do anything. What did I do? Everything I thought. I've walked, I've walked back, I've taken shots, I've taken leave. And then it turned around for you. Yeah. that helps me get in so sometimes the result of the game sometimes it happens if someone says something it goes into his mind fraction of a second give me an incident like quantas constas what's the name of you?
1:00:19you're talking about it what did you do? we were talking about it consistent that something came to him just playing so he was playing his way and he was trying to see what he was trying to do already he helped who sledge the most I haven't done Brazil Okay. And what do you say? Do you say in the game or do you say anything? Yes, they say everything. What do you say in their mind? Has it worked for you something where you have gone and saw someone's head? That's not so much. Does anyone have gone? No, I haven't tried it. What rules are now? Like COCA, Code of Conduct rules. That you can't engage much, not be able to get banned.
1:01:12In the verbal way? Yes, but if you do something more, then I can try to do it like this, so I don't know. It was a lot of times before the matches. It's a lot of times. People do it. They go and go and go and go and go and go and go. But you know, you don't go and go and go and go. And sometimes you come and come to the mic. Like players, they say something or something. Give me an example of, first, don't give a name, player, what do you say? What do you say? I mean, I don't know if they are going to get out of me and they will be out of me. Fair, but what do you say? Don't give a name, don't give a name, player, because there is a problem.
1:01:56But give me an example of how someone in your mind how do you say? What do you say?
1:02:03One bad shot, can take the game away, I said something like that, or of course, a bit abusive, I tried to say something, a bit of wrong words, I tried to say something, anywhere, not only that, suppose, I was playing in a match, so I was playing with it, so somebody called me, I can't use it, so, If I say bloody villagers, he said that, then he hit me a little. So I said it too. He said it. But I try to say it like this, I don't know how much I can do it. But if someone will say it, I will not leave it. But like someone said, now he didn't come to the mic. You said it was on camera. So is it problematic for you then?
1:02:59No, it's okay. It's a little bit of a match. What happened? общемroot sake level go pool country each vibe great
1:03:17which comes from and forward to the mostinters
1:03:31rubes rubes
1:03:34There are a lot of people. Who are a lot of people? Can you tell them? Why is it not like their image outside? No, it is not like that. There are a lot of people who are aggressive, who are very good words. How is Rohit Sharma as a captain? Amazing. How strict is he as a captain? He is very, he is not strict. He is just amazing. He understands you. He is very caring as well. But I think his vision is very amazing. I think he is an amazing captain. Do you ever take things personally in the game? Personally means what? I'll take two examples. Michael Jordan. He says that I read a lot about him when he comes to the game.
1:04:29they say that if someone has beaten me from the front and kicked the basket it's not about it's a game, it's personal I take it personally, it's very personal for me I'll show them, I'll show him same with I think Jaspreet Bumbra talks about it as well he takes it personally and makes sure that then he has to take the wicket to take it. It's like it's for you. That someone has done or said or said or said or said or said or said not in those games. I wait. I do wait. I wait for my time. It's okay. Somebody having a good day today is fine. One day my day will come. Then I will do what I want to do.
1:05:23You hold it. It means it's in my mind. that if I get some chance, then I won't leave him. If someone has been out, then remember to keep it. It's not. It depends on what scenario has happened with him. And yes, of course, if something happens, it's necessary to stay in my mind. But I will wait until I'm, like I know that even if I play those shots, even if I, lose my wicket as well but my team will be in a good position so I always wait until I know that now the situation is good and I know where I am then if it got in those time then I won't leave you talk about team a lot yeah because that is only playing for the team playing for my country that motivates me now so representing my country playing for my team playing for India that motivates so that is the only motivation I have that I want to go and make a difference for my team but you have to play for yourself when you are in the team as well because you don't play for yourself and you don't play for yourself so you don't play for yourself so you don't play for the team I feel like when you think about the team your performance is your own you don't have to think about yourself explain they say sometimes you feel that maybe should I go or should I not but your team tells if it requires you should go so then I'll go so then there's no double thought I want to be very clear what I'm doing so if I go and I feel like I wanna if I feel like this is the requirement for my team that I should defense so I will defense for two hours I will try to defense for two hours but if I require that I need to score on 20 ball 50 I'll go and I'll make sure that I'll do that so that helps me to bring my best give me an example there are situations where I was playing too much ball and I didn't play any short in Australia and there was a time where I was playing short only in any other games so that gives me a lot of confidence so that gives me a lot of confidence and and I think that when you think that the team has this need so if you think you're playing like that then your body will change everything your thoughts will change and the trust of team will also be on you when you drop in the team or you don't go in a particular squad no why?
1:08:14I think that I should focus on me then what I should do it's okay it's their decision not my decision but when you are playing so good you are playing a run you are playing a run you are playing a performance you are playing a class in IPL you are playing a class in tests and then you don't get selected in let's say T20 I feel like that it's not my decision I'm out of control so it's okay I should just focus on myself and then I should develop my skill so what I can add I started bowling more I started doing different things different shots. So that's how I improve my game again. So, what I don't think about my control, I don't think about it.
1:08:59What I don't think about it, how I better it, I think about it. So, I don't think about it. I don't know who I think about it. I want to live today. Whatever it is, it will be good. Whatever it is, it will be good. No one can take me from it. And whatever it is, it will be good. So, I want to live today and enjoy today. That's why I will practice today. I will eat good food today. It will be that I have 100 % done. I will get the milk. So I will sleep well. I will go back and work again. So there is no shortcut. So you keep doing your work. Does anyone know what is going to get? No. So it's okay.
1:09:37Keep going. Okay. So when you're talking about thinking, let's give a scenario. You play a game. Test cricket. You're playing. Ford has... Last series. I killed him. I killed him. You're playing now. You're killing him. You're out. You're out. You're not going to get out. How do you handle that situation? Do you feel failure? Yes. If you ask this, then look, when you score and you're out, it's very normal to think low. Very normal. Then you start thinking, this can happen, this can happen. That is very normal to think. And now how you'll think? How I want to think? I wanna think differently. I want to go and talk to people who are experienced, who knows game better, what can I improve, how I can do.
1:10:29So then I will go into those people who can actually help me developing things. So then I again start from scratch. Name of one person or senior player. Any advice which has helped and worked in your favor? There are a lot of games. I think that sometimes I have said something very good in the game. Every baller will give you a little bit hint what they are going to bowl if you watch them very carefully. So if you look good at his body language, field position, everything, you know what they are going to do. so it was a lot in my mind and give me an example field placement, body language, action angles which angle they are bullying, what angle they are using, what is their rhythm so all these things these are the things which I want to capture and you notice 100 % yes I do notice a lot a lot of time a lot of time ball comes how I think but still I need to watch the ball but suppose there is field placement how they change the field so all these things small small things you learn with time with experience that is what I was telling with experience you learn you need experience in the team like Chin Sar has said, tell someone else yes so like Rahul Dravid Sar has said I said as you're sitting you have thoughts in your mind
1:12:13I should hit here, I should do this, I should do this. All these thoughts comes. So should I hit him here? Should I hit him there? So I asked him, how do you bring your thoughts back? So two things he says. He says only one thing, one thing somebody else says. He says, watch the ball. In the end, you're playing the ball. It will come. So if you tell yourself, watch the ball. So all these thoughts goes away. So that happens. That was a very good advice which I have gotten from him. It's very easy to say it. But at those moments, you need to be aware of it. Now, as I talk about Gautam sir, as we are playing in Australia, So they told me that if you close your eyes, you will go above the ball.
1:13:07That is very true. And this ball goes, you can see.
1:13:16This helped? How did it help you? 100 % you get the idea, no? When Australia was there. Yes, so we were playing when we were playing a little bit of the ball, not the other one. The length of the ball is a little bit of the ball. That's it. Off-stum, off-stum, the bounce is so good there, the ball goes up. I'm not saying the ball in front, I'm saying the ball in the back. The length of the length of the ball is a little bit of the length. When Australia went to the bus before, what was that? I thought that our departure which was our arrival time, I thought that was departure time so I got a little confused you got a doubt?
1:14:00did they say something? no sir, I mean sir has told me I said sir, it was a genuine mistake I'm very sorry so he said it's okay but be aware if you don't like it, you're going to be able to Rohit Bhai was very funny in those moments as well. Funny? I mean, it's a little bit... Yes, like that. What did you say? I didn't say anything. I said, if I go and say sorry, then tell them. So I said, yes, I'm going. Who? Of course, everyone. The whole team. But you were out there, right? You were not there. I didn't wait. You were out there. right? That's okay. I deserve if I'm late. Fair. It's okay. And I accept the punishment as well.
1:14:51What punishment did it? No, I'm saying in general if I get it I should be on time. How can I I should miss it. I should not miss it. Does this matter all the things? Like I've ever done this wrong or something else. Or on field I've shown a little anger. No. Does this matter all the things is it just a difference between performance or not? I don't know that. I don't know who takes you or what you do. Whatever I can control, I mean, I try to control it. Sometimes, unknowingly mistakes happen and it's okay. Like, no one knows. Why do you ask me? So tell me, when you watch Indian players, actually, not Indian, worldwide, I take the name of the 4-month shot.
1:15:45Who is the first player in your mind? Which player is the first player in your mind? So let's say, cover drive. Virat Paji. Straight drive. Sachin Chanukah, sir. Pull. Rohit, bhai. Flick. I didn't know that in my mind. I didn't know it. I already said three people. And square. Square cut, I really like it. No one didn't know it. I think the game is good. They are fun to play with the flick. And if you don't have a name of Indian players? Joe Root. Straight? Straight? Who is it? So many. Crawley is good. Straight drive. I think mid-off. okay do you watch movie movie I watch romantic movie or like army movie both so I can relate a lot to my life okay so I get fun to see both movies army and romantics movies so some some of the very inspiring movies you watch romantic movies are you dating them no there are so many photos going viral about you no I don't know.
1:17:01I'm going. But I don't have anything. What's ideal love for you? Ideal love? Who can be with you all the time? How will it be if you're with yourself all the time? Because you're travelling left, right, center, all around the world. That I know. If you want something, you will get it. If you want to be with someone, you will be with them. No matter what. But it's so difficult to keep up with someone like you. You especially, you I mean Indian players. Of course it's difficult. We travel like this. Life is. It's difficult, that is for sure. But I think as a sports person, we do of course, we live a lot of lonely life as well sometimes.
1:17:51Like in personal life. Do you think it's a distraction? No, I don't think it's a distraction. I think if it is a very nice relationship, if you have a really genuine girl who really loves you and you love someone and you care about them, so I think it's a wonderful thing. There should be good relationships
1:18:22that can make you keep going, make you learn different things your views are different learn from each other as well and look after each other you need people, you need love to live a beautiful life as well but time is to build a relationship I'm saying that if you love someone or you love someone then everything is managed okay, tell me your schedule on a practice day or on a tour day. You have enough time if you have someone who you look after or you care about them, you'll remove time for them. You have enough time to remove 15 minutes for them as well in a day. Guide me through your day. But it's not a I won't say like these are the wrong distractions but I can say if you have a genuine relationship and you look after each other it will make you better person and it can it can help you do amazing things as well in life walk me through your day morning to night give me scenario what I'm doing that is the thing practice practice someone is coming to a tournament and you practice so I'll wake up wake up early quickly
1:19:56I'll be awake. I'll be awake. I'll be quiet at home. Then whatever my practice schedule is, or my gym is, or my running is, or my practice is, like skill-wise, I'll be quiet. Then I'll be back. I'll be back. How many hours do you practice? It depends on how to practice. Suppose I want to play test, I'll bat like session by session. Three sessions I want to bat. And if I practice T20, I'd practice good practice for two hours. I'd play all the balls in Monday. So I want to play matches. I want to play different kind of scenarios in the nets. that I'm playing in test if I'm doing the preparation, same thing.
1:20:54I want to make a scenario. I want to make wickets like those and practice like the condition. What's the biggest difference between playing in nets and playing on the ground?
1:21:09I do preparation like that. When I do nets, I feel like I prepare for the game, of course. so in nets I am very focused everything is but it's still a net but I think like it's a game I want to prepare like a game but still it's a net so I can try I try things and in the game I'm sure I'm gonna do it so how I'm gonna do it I'll try in the nets and I'll go into the match and I will do it so that is that is the difference I feel there I feel I'm trying I do and if I don't try then I don't know how to play I'll play or not or I'll try shots or practice then I'll play walk me through your day it depends where I am what I'm doing Bombay normal day off training day off training I just be at home mostly or I'll go there is few cafes which I love going sitting and eating with my friends in the day so I usually do that or my family so whenever I'm free usually I'm not so I'll just try to go and spend as much as time as much as I can spend with my family and be around them play a lot of chess chess you play?
1:22:32I love playing chess I'm really fun playing chess so I play chess a lot when a friend comes to it we play one tip one hand so that's a lot of fun one tip one hand? yes nice Now we can connect So just like we play So it's a lot of fun What rules are you? You can play You can defend Direct Where it's gone But now my brother There's a door and a two So I did defend I was out Direct my wall went to the wall So I'm out Then there's a gap So he did defense and he went to the gap. So he said that he is out on the wall. I said that this is a different rule. He said yes, that's a different rule. Then we play with this, it's really fun.
1:23:27It's actually fun. My father was a fastballer. So he has a great fun to out there. At home? At home, it's really fun. You play in the house in the hall? you play the ball? yes, it's below like where the place is we keep playing a little bit I mean, I only play the ball for fun so I enjoy it and I try to do that I can do that so I can do that so I can change so I can change so I can do that so I try to keep playing so we keep doing it so how do we do it? the test match you play so I can play so I have to say I said, you are bald, I'm not out. So I'm playing with him and I'm playing. So there's no one-tip-one-end.
1:24:16No, I'm playing with another girl. So we were playing with three guys. So I was playing with three guys. I was not out. So it was a lot of fun. But it was a lot of fun actually. Nice. So what do we do? If anyone has a good player at home, friends, brothers or neighbors, you're playing in the corner. Or one-tip-one-end. play. So then we were thinking that we're also out on three dots. And on the body. I'm saying, we're going to scout. This is all rules. We're going to touch on our own. Touch on not touch. Now there are two walls. If you have a ball from below, there's a boundary. So I'll make a century.
1:24:58So I like that. I'll make a century there. I'll celebrate it too. I'll make so much fun. Nice. Which rule you've made in the ball? cricket yeah the most weird rules you mean you make a rule you make a rule yeah which one weird rule suppose
1:25:17mainly usually body doesn't have to be out but we always take it sometimes when we take it when we take it then we beat the ball so that's how LBW so that's how full body if the ball is on the body then we take it we keep it that the back that the three ball dot was no, no, the back of the back if the back is a bad thing like this, here is a wall and the back is a bad thing then it's 5 runs 5 runs? random rules and people go back and go back and go out and it's out but it's fun to come
1:25:57it's the best feeling but you said that you stay home you don't go outside, you don't pass time I don't do time pass. I go a lot less. I go. I don't go. But if I stay on tours. Then I go to the house. So I prefer spending a lot of time with my family. And then I take them only out. Or sometimes I go out. Not like a lot. What's next for you as a cricketer? What do you. What's your next dream now? Dream? As an individual. Individual I want to win the championship. I want to win the world cup. For my team. myself so that's my dream that I want to win World Cup next straight up one focus and something else in my mind here's the question probably the last question is what is the biggest difference between a guy who is He is playing in the field or in the ground, in his city, in his town.
1:27:08He is throwing, he is beating, he is playing good. In that and in that, he is playing for India. Yashasvi of 11 year old, like when Yashasvi was 11 year old, he was playing on the ground. In that and in that? In that and in that.
1:27:28I think experience which is a huge difference I feel mentally what has changed I did change with time it's not like I can't tell you I can't say that I am the same as I was 11 year old no I have learned a lot I have gone through many things I have seen a lot good and bad I saw many people, good people, some other people. I am very happy. I am very happy that what I have done so far, I am very proud of myself and I am very grateful that I have seen that life. I have lived a lot of lives. It feels like I am not only one. because in your life there is a lot of things so I am very happy that I am able to do what I do and I am very thankful and I am very grateful blessed to have all this what I have in my life I have goals I have things which I want to do and I will be keep focusing on those things and I want to enjoy with those thoughts as well and I wanna just live the moment.
1:28:55Are you satisfied? No. Not yet. But I want to enjoy every single moment in my life. That is what I think. I wanna be in present. I'm not satisfied yet, but I'm very proud of me what I did so far and what I want to do in my life. If you have to pick one thing, which thing you're the most proudest of yourself? You're the most proudest of yourself. Which thing you're the most proudest of yourself?
1:29:25that I am a very good human being. I am a very good son.
1:29:32And I have a beautiful family. I have what I have. Everything. Everything is important for me. You said you are a beautiful son. You are an amazing son. Yes. What makes you think so? Because I love my parents. I love my family. I look after them. I look after my mom and dad, my family. And there is a lot of love that I'm very happy that I've been loved like that. That people have loved me. My fans loved me. And all the people who blessed me to do well. And even if I can do one person to make them happy, I'm feeling very proud. Like if I can play well and people can just be happy, seeing me happy and enjoy for a moment, if I give them happiness, it's just incredible thing.
1:30:31It's a skill and I'm very blessed that I could do that. And suppose somebody is in the hospital and I'm playing a game and for a moment he forgets everything. This is what I have seen. And suppose somebody is wearing my t-shirt and saying, come on, Yash, come on, do it. So these are things are very precious. People love. So that gives me goosebumps. That gives me motivation. That gives me strength also to go and do it. Nice. I'm actually very happy about what you just said. Because you said that you're proud that you're a loving son. Way before you said that you're an excellent player. I mean both of them are great and incredible big things.
1:31:18But that talks a lot about you. That you're way more proud about you as a son. And then there's a lot more hunger for you remaining. That you want to grow and grow and grow. Yes, 100%. Sometimes people motivates me that somebody in the village or anywhere must be watching me. and if they think I can do it then they can do it as well if you don't have anything still you can do it if you have dreams if you have belief and dreams you will achieve it you should dream chase your dream and visualize your dream that you are achieving it so even anybody is hearing me anywhere in the world so if they believe that there is nothing that they can achieve and there is everything which they feel okay maybe it's not going to happen it can't happen we don't have this I'll tell you just keep believing that it will happen and it will happen so that is what I want to say that if you have to do it then you will do it just keep doing it keep doing it keep doing it and visualize it before you think and you can do it and you can do it and you can do it it will happen if you believe and believe and believe it will happen and there's something magical about it right when you think of a visual that it should be and if it's time to think I'll tell you I was meditating with ma 'am so she told me you see yourself that you're achieving your goals like torch is flashing you so that I'm visualizing that torch light is on me and my goal is on the thing like I'm scoring 100 and I'm seeing myself in those torch light so my focus gets narrow so when you say that you actually see that yes and you see it so that is how it works how you think and that torch light which is probably in the world in that light you can see your dream playing I close my eyes and I can actually see it so that flash which the light of the torch brings you more closer towards the goal so these things if you learn or if you hear all these things it gives you a lot of a lot of things I think you do this everyday means I try to I do like my own thoughts I always try to convert I always try to do it.
1:34:06Who is one cricketer who you absolutely love? Do you see as God or like idol? I mean, my idol, it was Sachin Tendu Kassar. So, I always look up to him since I am young. So, I always look up to him, hear him, watch about him. What's something that you love about him? Everything what he does, how humble he is, how like when you meet him, you feel like he's amazing. Like when he talks, when he tells you something, when he meets people, how generous he is. He's very nice and it gives you a feeling that you remember the rest of your life. so that is what he did when I met him first that stays with me now I still feel like that when I saw him first time I was like wow so that was an amazing thing for me well thank you so much sir for coming here I hope all your dreams come true thank you so much
