0:16Welcome back to the podcast. Today, I am really excited for our guest. It's Dr. Chase from The Healing Playbook. and why I'm so excited about this is because anytime I talk about energy, energy in the body, how it plays a role in our health, people think I'm woo-woo or crazy. So we have an expert here to talk to us about it and make it not woo-woo. I have so many questions for you. I have questions from my friends that want things answered. And so we're just going to delve in. So thank you so much for being here. Thanks for having me, Karlyn. Okay. First though, I know that your own healing journey sort of led you to what you do today.
0:55And I think your story is fascinating. So will you just tell our listeners how this all started? Yeah, so I was a healthy grown up. I always didn't eat the best, but I was a healthy athlete, football, basketball guy. I got braces. And after I got braces, I kind of started, my energy started dropping. And then after that, I developed something called a hydroseal. So I'm an open book. I'll just throw it out there. A lot of people don't know what a hydrosyl is. It's a fluid accumulation in the testy. And it got to be so big and uncomfortable and socially awkward that I had to have surgery on it. But it's a routine procedure.
1:27But after my surgery, I was given painkillers and anti-inflammatories when those burn large ulcers in my stomach. So to try to correct that, I was given more meds. To make a long story short, I lost 50 pounds. I went to all the best doctors across the country on paper. I did every single test possible, every lab possible, endoscopies, colonoscopy. They didn't know why I was sick and staying sick and I didn't know what to do to get me better. I tried everything. So I was near the end and we even called the Mayo Clinic. I said, you've been to the doctors that trained us. They did the same test we would have done.
1:56Good luck. Wow. So I was near the end and at one point my heart rate was only 36 beats a minute. Wow. And my blood pressure at one point was only 80 over 40. Wow. It was a miracle I was alive. But by the grace of God, I was introduced to the principles of toxins, nutrition, frequency, physics. I applied these principles to my body. I started noticing a difference within two weeks of using it. And then after a year, I was completely better after being sick and almost dying for two years. Wow. So there's hope for me. There's hope for anyone. Now that's why I do what I do. Okay. So you say you got better after two years of being sick.
2:34Was it the nutrition? Was it the frequency? Was it all of it put together? I think it's all of it put together personally, because the way I look at the body, our body is meant to heal and repair and renew. And it all starts at the cellular level. Our cells make up our tissues. Our tissues make up our organs. Our organs make up our entire body system. So if you can get one cell to work, you can get the whole body to work. Interesting. So what's interesting is you look at the salamanders. Salamanders can regrow their limbs when they get cut off. And they've actually seen that when you chop off the limb of a salamander, what happens is the power increases.
3:11And when the power increases, the limb is able to regrow, then the power drops back to normal. So what it takes for the body to heal and our cells to repair and renew and make a new cell at work is we need power. And power is equal to the voltage times the current. And voltage is the number of electrons. The current is how the electrons flow. So you get enough power, you can make a new cell that works. But again, a cell, you need actual good building material. And that's where nutrition comes in, right? Because if I have power by itself, it won't repair. If I have nutrition by itself, it won't repair.
3:46We need both. Interesting. And we use both of them. We get new cells that work. Okay. So you said you were healing after these two years, but with frequency. Mm-hmm. Are you saying frequency is power? Is that what you're calling or are they different things? So there's different things. So the way the power in the body works is I see the frequency as a software. So another analogy we can make is the body is kind of like a computer. For a computer to function, we need hardware and that's what we get from our nutrition, right? But we also need electricity, right? We need power and that's the number of electrons and that's what our body needs.
4:24But if we just have power and hardware for a computer, it's not going to do much. We need the software, right? So frequencies are like the software, and frequency is the amount. It's basically the unit of time where how many waves pass through. So there's high frequency and there's low frequency. We need them both in different intervals because different frequencies will help build different organs as well as different nerve patterns. So I say frequency, that's what I new at the time. But as I've been able to do deep dives into this, I've been able to figure out power is the main thing, but frequency is what helps fine tune.
5:04That's like the software for the power to work. Okay. So I'm going to back up a little bit. There's a lot of talk about energy and energy playing a role in your health. So are you calling energy power? Are they different things. Well, you know, energy is, they measure energy in joules, but when I measure power, I'm actually looking at the measurements of heart rate variability. So there's ways you measure the heart, and that's the best measurement of power in the body. One of them is called SDNN. SDNN is the measurement of voltage. And then we have a current, okay? Again, voltage is how many electrons you have.
5:43And then current is how well those electrons flow. The best measurement is something called RMSSD. That's how you measure current in the body. And then there's also something called LFHF ratio. So basically, we have two parts of our nervous system. We have our sympathetic and our parasympathetic nervous system. Our sympathetic nerves are our fight or flight system. Those should only be turned on during emergency or stressful situations. But a bulk of the time, our body should be in what we call parasympathetic mode. That's our rest, relaxation part of our nervous system. That should be dominantly turned on.
6:18So LFHF ratio is the measurement of that parasympathetic sympathetic balance. And then coherence is the measurement of how your heart and brain communicate. The two greatest power generators in our body are our heart and our brain. That's why the vitals involved, right? Heart, very important. So the body will do anything it can just to keep the heart and the brain alive. And that's what coherence measures. A lot of times the world will talk about energy, but when you think about energy, it's actually measured in joules. And it's a very broad term, but with power, you can measure its quality and its quantity.
6:56And that's exactly what heart rate variability does, which actually is more in millivolts. Okay, so you're taking a big term of energy almost and simplifying it down into power and measuring very specific things with the power. Correct. Okay, so do you believe you were sick because obviously we talked about the cells weren't getting the nutrients, but because your power was off? My power was low, exactly. And so what does that mean when somebody's power is low? Well, when the power is low, you don't have enough energy to make a new cell that works. And so therefore, your tissues don't work, your organs don't work, your entire body system doesn't work.
7:34Okay, interesting. So do you think that most people get sick because their power is low? Yes, absolutely. And so do people get sick only because their power is low or because of nutritional deficiencies as well? Well, nutritional deficiencies also play a role, but our nutrients also have power too, because life on this earth would not exist without lightning. When lightning strikes the ground, it actually deposits electrons in the ground, and the electrons bounce back and forth from the ground to the atmosphere. It creates something called the Schumann resonance. And you think about the food we eat comes from that ground, right?
8:11Some of the vegetables, the fruits, and even the meats. When animals run around, they generate power too, and we in turn consume them. So yes, we need the nutrients, but we also need the power. They're both important. But you have more power in high nutrient dense foods, whereas a lot of our modern foods that are synthetic, they don't have power in them. Interesting. Okay, so all food from nature has power. You got it. Which is really interesting because people will talk about macronutrients, micronutrients, and phytonutrients, but no one ever talks about the power of the food. Exactly. That's where these cool measurements I get to do come into play is if someone's eating good quality nutrients and you take the power measurements of their body, you'll see it'll go up.
9:00Interesting. If someone's not having nutrient good foods, a lot of synthetic foods, which is most the modern diets, the power goes down, decreases. Okay. So which test are you using to test their power? Again, I'm using a combination of STNN, RMSST, LFHF ratio, and coherence. All of those together. Yes, all of those together. Okay, so why are people's power low? Well, there are several causes I see, and these are the heavy hitters. Dental infection. Okay. And those come from things like root canals, metal fillings, titanium implants, braces, any metal in the mouth. Scars. That includes scars from surgery.
9:41Tattoos will also do this. And then emotional trauma. Whenever we have something traumatic that happens in life, it gets stored in our body and it acts like static. It's kind of like when you're listening to the radio and hear that static sound. That's what it does to the body, and it decreases the flow. It decreases the current of the body, which decreases the power. And then other major players are going to be toxins, and that can be microbial toxins from viruses, bacteria, mold, fungus, chemical toxins, heavy metal toxins. And then the last core categories I see especially is digestion difficulties due to, again, decreased power in some of these organs and nerves.
10:22People aren't breaking down their foods like they used to. And when they're not breaking it down, it makes some parts of the body overly acidic. And then the last one I see that drives the power down in most people is low oxygen. When you look at our ancestors, they have these huge, broad jawlines. Call it the Brad Pitt jawline, right? But sadly, due to eating, bad nutrition, some of our modern practices in healthcare and dentistry, you've seen these palates and these broad jawlines have shrunk. And it's affected the oxygen and airway supplies in people. So of all the things that drop power in the body, those are the most common things I see as why people get sick.
11:01Interesting. Okay, so I want to ask you about some of these. But before we do, when you're saying the power is low in the body, are you saying the electrons are not flowing correctly? The heart is not pumping correctly? The cells are not fully as healthy as they can be? Like, what does low power in the body really mean? It's a combination of all those. So, again, the body needs power. If you don't have enough power or those nutrients, you don't make a new cell that works. There's different power systems in our body. One of them is our muscles. When we move our muscles, we generate power. And this power goes from the muscles into the fascia.
11:39And this fascia will cover different muscles. What's cool is ancient acupuncture knew this long ago. The acupuncture, they call them meridians. They will actually, they're all covered by the same layer of fascia. And in our modern day, because the research has caught up, they call them the fascia trains. And so I've renamed them the power lines. Because again, we're trying to bridge that gap between Eastern and Western medicine. So what's cool is the muscles on the top of my foot, front of my shin, my quads, my rectus abdominis muscles, the ab muscles, chest muscles, neck muscles, face muscles, they're all covered by the same fascia.
12:15But not only are these muscles covered by the same fascia, special branches go to different organs. The branch goes to the stomach. It goes to the penis and testes for men. It goes to the breast tissue for women. The thyroid, frontal lobe of the brain, maxillary sinus. And so every part of our body is covered by these different power lines. And so when we exercise and we move our muscles, we generate power. And that power goes to these organs. But again, that's what makes exercise so healthy. That movement generates power. But if we're not moving, we're not generating power. But the other system that uses power is our nerves.
12:52Our nerves need to have synapses. They need to have those connections. So our body was made with these different layering of, it's perfect, these different layers of power. Because if one system starts to fail, we got a backup. That's what makes the human body so remarkable. So yes, all of them are involved. They all need power. Okay. So we've got this fascia throughout our body that you're calling the power lines that are going to give power energy to our organs. You got it. Our cells, things like that. And it's different muscles that are covered by different power lines that go to different organs.
13:29Okay, so now we understand the power in the body. We understand things that cause it to be low. But now I'm curious how some of these things make the power to be low. So you had mentioned trauma. My listeners know, and maybe this isn't considered trauma to you, but it was a shocking experience. So last year, my sister unexpectedly passed away in an accident. It was very shocking. I thought it was traumatic because you're not expecting that. She's my best friend. very traumatic, on life support for, you know, a week. So does something like that make my power low? Yes. And I've been able to figure out some of the different emotions that affect different organs in the body.
14:04Again, these different power lines in our body, they're run by different software. So things like the liver and the gallbladder, they're run by lower frequencies, but things like your lung large intestine, they're run by higher frequencies. So when we have any kind of emotional trauma, different emotions can affect different organs in our body. So an example is anger will affect our liver and our gallbladder. Fear affects our kidneys and our bladder. Worry affects our spleen, stomach, and our pancreas. A lack of joy or depression affects our heart and our small intestine. And grief affects our lung and our large intestine.
14:43And anxiety affects our sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves. So whatever people go through emotion-wise, that's where the power drops in the organ. Interesting. Okay. So I have two questions about that. So after the funeral, I actually got on my Instagram and I was like, oh, I just don't feel good. I've got a cold. I've got a cough. And someone wrote in saying, well, grief is held in the lungs. That's why. So is that why I ended up with a cold afterwards? Yes. Your body was grieving. and it's what dropped the power low in the large intestine and the lungs. And the immune system particularly is on that power line.
15:25So interesting. Sorry for your loss, by the way. Well, thank you. Okay, so I believe in all this stuff about emotions in the organs, right? And everybody understands the heart. They'll be like, yeah, the heart is like where you receive love and give love. And they get that. And they understand like, oh, man, when I'm nervous, like my stomach just gets going like butterflies. and they get those two. But as soon as I stray from those two organs, saying that like the liver holds anger, they think I'm woo woo. So why is that? Why can people accept two of the organs, but not the rest? What's cool is that all this is patterns you see throughout the world.
16:01And I personally believe in a higher power. I believe that our God, our creator, he made patterns in his body. That's why it's so amazing. When someone is drunk, Alcohol especially hits which organ? The liver. Mm-hmm. Anger. You got it. And a lot of drunks become angry. You got it. So a lot of people say it's woo-woo. It's a pattern. You see it everywhere, every culture. Interesting. It's never a coincidence. So we just have to look for the pattern. Maybe some aren't finding those patterns or seeing the patterns. Well, a lot of people are stuck on their phones all day. So unless you look, you won't see it.
16:36So I want to talk about some of these other things that make your body low in power. But I want to talk about the liver first because you said it's the one that holds anger. And I feel like so many people out there are full of anger and frustration. But what's funny is all these doctors that come on the show talk about that people have sluggish livers. So they obviously are going hand in hand, right? Yes. But what's cool is, yes, they are going hand in hand. But again, there's ways you can raise up the power in the body. using, again, both frequency physics, but also the nutrients. So I'll give you an example is I help people with their emotional trauma too.
17:16And I had a patient that had a particular, had anger because of an incident. I said, okay, tell me what you're craving. He said strawberries. I know exactly why you're craving strawberries. Their red color is helping you cope with the anger. Interesting. Because everything in this world has its opposite. It's a universal law in physics. So if anger is this emotion at this frequency, by adding the opposite physics of it, which one of them is red, you actually help cope with the anger. People are right that when the liver is sluggish, you need to address that anger. But yeah, you can use frequency, you can use nutrition, you need them both.
17:54Okay, so I want to talk to you more about raising your power in just a minute. But let's go back to some of those things that make your power low. So you had said trauma. Another interesting one that you said was tattoos and I think piercings. I don't know if you mentioned that, but that I know I saw on your Instagram account, which I have to tell my listeners this. My best friends were like, you have to ask about the piercings and the tattoos. So they're curious. So how are those making your power low? So as I mentioned earlier, the fascia is the power line of the body. That's where you get the flow of power.
18:30Okay. So there's several things with the tattoos. First is some of the inks they use have different heavy metals in them and heavy metals are toxins which drop power. But the other thing is the ink, once it, if it gets deep enough, it gets into the fascia. It's like carbon. If you put carbon across the power line, you block its power. So what you have to do is you have to use physics to unblock that. I have to use different combinations. I've used things like Lugol's iodine and different combinations of essential oils and use certain frequencies of light to get that to unblock. So depending on where the person gets the tattoo, this is where their power drops in their body.
19:10So like people who get a tattoo on the side of the neck, it drops the power in their parasympathetic system. If they get it on their like abdomen chest, blocks the power in the stomach. They get it on their lower back. It drops the power in the bladder. Interesting. So wherever they get the tattoo, because that ink is acting like carbon, the carbon in the ink blocks the power line. So you have to unblock it, which you can correct without getting the tattoo removed. But again, you have to still deal with the heavy metal toxicity from it. Okay. So on the neck, are we saying only because of the fascia or does it have something to do with like the vagal nerve also?
19:47Well, yeah, you are correct. And so that's kind of where what's interesting is that's where more of the earrings come into play. The way that God created our bodies is we have differing levels of power ups and it depends on it's different for men and women. So men have dominating liver and gallbladder power lines. It has more power than women's. And it's nothing wrong with that because women have more power in their bladder and kidney power line than men. But it's opposite for a reason. And so the gallbladder power line goes through the ear. If a male gets a piercing in this area, it drops the power in those organs.
20:28Now women, because it's not as dominating, you can get one piercing. but when you add additional piercings you actually add a galvanic charge you add when you especially when you use metal but even when you don't use metal i'll talk about that in a second anytime you have the additional metal you block that current but also it's not just the earring itself not just the metal when you add an additional hole you get increased strep and staph and strep and staph is a microbe toxicity that drops the power in the body so that's why i see both tattoos and earrings can play a huge role. So what's interesting is I'll have people with multiple earrings.
21:09I'll test their power and it's low and I'll have them remove the additional earrings and I'll test their power again and immediately increases both the voltage and the current heart brain communication and sympathetic paracentic balance just by removing the earrings. Interesting. Because that current is no longer blocked by adding the additional metals. Even though they have the holes still. Well, yeah, the holes, again, still make it susceptible to strep and staph until things close up. But just having that metal material, metal in certain parts of the body, when it goes into the body, it has a higher what we call galvanic charge.
21:49And when you have a higher galvanic charge, you can't have a flow of electrons go through the area. So that not only can affect the gallbladder, it can affect the vagus nerve. and it depends on where the piercing is. I'll see that piercings in the upper cartilage will drop down the power in the adrenals. Certain parts, if you add an additional piercing around the upper part of the lobe, it'll affect the power in the eyes. So yeah, you can track where the power drops based on the location. So interesting. Did I read somewhere that it can affect the thyroid too? Or was that something else? Yeah, yeah.
22:23The thyroid and the eyes are on the same power line. And so, yes, piercing, if you add an additional piercing close to that, then yes, it can. But one piercing, as I see for women, is fine. It never drops the power. Okay. And when you say these power lines, just to be clear, others may call them the meridian lines. Same things, right? Yeah, same things. But again, we're trying to bridge that gap between Eastern and Western medicine. because what's amazing is, you know, acupuncture, they tried to describe this many years ago, and same with Ayurvedic medicine with the chakras, right? What the concept they had is right, and they were in the right direction.
23:05They just didn't have the science or the technology to explain the why. Now we need to bridge that gap. Now we have the technology to see that the power is actually increasing or decreasing. You got it. Now we can bridge that gap to show what they were saying works, but that's why I'm changing the language around it because if we don't change the language around it, we don't bridge that gap. Okay, so let's take these multiple piercings because there's so many people out there that have them. So let's say someone has adrenal issues. Taking that top cartilage one out, is that enough to raise the power or they have to do other things?
23:42Well, you know, that's something I've seen. Again, just by removing it, I see it raises the power. But there's other things they can do to raise the power up, right? The adrenals are specifically on the spleen power line. So things that can increase the power in the spleen power line are nutrients with monoterpenes in it. So a lot of the citrus fruits. Amazingly, the color yellow helps raise it up. Exercising these muscles, the lat muscles are on the spleen power line. So doing pull-ups will raise that power up. And even doing squats. So what's interesting is I get to work on people around the world.
24:17and people, some people in other cultures, they have so many more stressors than we do here in America, yet their adrenals are so much healthier than ours. And why is that? Well, part of it's the nutrients, except there's another part. The other part is these people I got to treat, their glutes are so much stronger. Oh, interesting. Because they have to squat to go to the bathroom and your adrenals are on that same power line that connects to the glute muscles. All right. So women, we just need to squat to go to the bathroom. If we have more toilets out there, make us squat. It would make us so much happier.

24:54That's hilarious. Okay. So let me go back to this low power though. I always teach that healthy cells means healthy you. So when we have low power, we don't have healthy cells. And so that is what's causing these health issues. One of the reasons. You got it. Okay. So I want to touch upon one other one of these. And you said scars. And I want to ask this one because, well, I just had an upper bluff. But my son also just had a major surgery that was life-threatening. So he had to have it. But he's got major scars on his chest now. Tell me how that affects him. So that decreased, interestingly, for what you both went through.
25:36It decreased the power in your stomach power line. So, because again, these, the fascia is like that power line. And anytime you cut through it, you take that, it's like cutting a power line. Power can't go through there. Over time, your body tries to connect it. There's just no power going through. So again, you can use certain frequencies of light, iodine, essential oil combination I use. And when you apply that to the area, you get the power back in immediately. And again, I've taken the measurements before and after. And I see the power go up just by correcting the scars. Interesting. Okay, so he might see stomach issues.
26:13Is that what you're implying? And that can be because of the scars? Well, for some people, it's stomach issues. Some people, it's thyroid issues. Some people, they'll notice the stomach power line is connected to the frontal lobe of the brain. So some people will start to notice, I feel like I'm not learning as well right now. Because the frontal lobe of your brain is your learning part of your brain. It helps you learn new information. Some people get sinus issues. I wish there was a cookie-cutter way to know what's going to hit for each person, but it's just different for every person. But you can follow it on the power line of their symptoms from the scar.
26:47Interesting. So you would treat him basically off of whatever symptoms he came to you with. Yes, but the scar's got to be big enough. Some cases with the laparoscopic surgeries, they do a good job, and it actually doesn't cut the power line all the way, and the power line is able to remyelinate. But for larger scars, things like I see commonly are C-sections. Those completely get that power line separated. Let's talk about that because I do have a lot of women and a lot of moms that listen to this show. And so that is an amazing idea. I'm like, oh my gosh, so many moms probably have had C-sections.
27:22So what does that scar do? Yeah, C-section knocks out the stomach as well. What I think our modern medicine does good at, they do do good at surgery, right? If there's a life-threatening situation, My arm's in a car accident. It's a cut in half. Our surgeons are amazing. They're great. They're great at acute trauma. They're good at getting people alive. Same for C-sections, right? It brought the baby in the world alive and healthy, right? Right. So they shouldn't shame that because then a lot of moms are like, oh, I feel so bad. No, you brought a healthy baby or brought a baby into this world that was needed.
27:54Exactly. That's why I never want them to feel bad, like things that are out of people's control, right? But after people have had C-sections, you'll hear some moms will get depression after and some get low energy, like, I feel like I don't have any energy. And so what you do is once you find that that power is low and you correct it, then the thyroid can function again, which helps generate ATP to give more energy. And again, that frontal lobe of the brain, which is on the stomach power line, it's like your fourth gear of your brain. And if it's not firing, you can't go into fourth gear. It can make you feel depression-like symptoms.
28:29So just by correcting these scars using this simple procedure, it would help so many more women's health. And I wish more surgeons knew about it. Yeah, that's interesting. Okay, so you have ways that you treat people to get their power back up. But are there things that people can do at home to get their power up? Absolutely. Again, like I talked about earlier, when we eat good nutrients, that raises the power up. When we exercise, whether it's, you know, lifting weights, walking, we're moving, we're generating power, which is going to help raise the power on these organs. I told you about the Schumann resonance earlier.
29:06When we walk barefoot in the grass and the dirt, we raise the power of the body. Certain frequencies and tones are like software, and they'll raise the power of certain organs and nerves. Certain frequencies of light will help different organs as well. So that's what's cool is a lot of it's connected to our senses. I was just going to say, I won't interrupt you, but you're saying like light. So I'm like sight. And then you're sound. And then you're talking food. I'm working out, physical. I'm like, oh, my gosh, you're talking about the five senses. So keep going. You got it. And that's what I've seen in health care.
29:43When I test people's nerves, I'm testing the senses. And a lot of people can't do basic things. Smelling, tasting, touch is off, you name it. And so once you get these senses to fire again, it actually increases the power in the body. That is really interesting. Okay, so people at home can just sort of give themselves a little test. Like, can I taste? Can I hear? Can I do exercises? Things like that. If not, then we need to get the five senses in order to help raise our power within us. You got it. And so, like, I'm just trying to give you practical things. But what's cool is, again, you can track why people got sick or why they stay sick or injured just based on where the power is low.
30:27But you can only test how the power is low by symptoms? Or do you have actual ways to test this power? No, I mean, the symptoms plays a role, right? Like for you, you had that cold after. We know there was low power in your lung large intestine. We know someone who has trouble, you know, symptoms of, they have trouble holding their bladder. That's low power in the bladder, right? So yes, symptoms can tell us a story, but the bigger picture is why did that power drop so that the symptoms started in the first place. And once you know these power lines of the body, you can describe any symptom or any illness.
31:07That's why what I've seen with patients, there's never a, oh, this came on randomly. There's always a reason the power dropped. Once you've found the why, you know what to do to correct it so the power can go up again so the body can heal like it's supposed to. Let's take a quick break to hear from our show sponsor. I don't have babies at home anymore, but I still get asked all the time about baby formulas. However you feed your baby, you deserve support and a plan that works for your family. A lot of parents ask about European formulas, and I understand why. Many of them focus on simpler ingredient lists, organic standards, and prioritize lactose as the main carbohydrate.
31:45But something many people don't realize is that formulas made for the U.S. have to follow a different set of regulations that can make U.S. formulas look a little different on the label. That's one reason I like seeing companies here in the U.S. putting extra care into ingredients and sourcing like Bobby. Bobby makes organic formulas designed for easy digestion and modeled after breast milk using certified organic non-GMO ingredients. And something I appreciate is the amount of testing they do. Every batch goes through more than 2 ,000 safety and quality checks, plus third-party testing before it ever leaves their U.S.
32:20facility. They were awarded top choice by Consumer Reports after independent testing for chemicals and heavy metals. They're also a company that supports parents beyond just the formula, with free lactation support and expert leg combo feeding classes. If you're exploring formula options and wanting to learn more, you can head to HiBobby.com. That's H-I-B-O-B-B-I-E.com to check them out. Use code JUSTINGREDIENTS20. JUSTINGREDIENTS20. Now back to the show. So I'm curious. I've had people talk about dental issues. You said that that's one of the things that can cause power to be low? And is it because they have an infection in there?
33:06Someone told me this, so I don't know if this is what you believe. Like if you have an infection in there, then your body's always trying to just slowly fight that infection, almost like you left your car door open and the battery ran all night to the point that it got exhausted. So the infection is like all this power running to it, but then you're just drained of energy. Okay. Yes, no. You're correct. Well, so here's what's cool about the teeth. When you look at the root of teeth, it's basically a plug. Okay. To our power lines. You got it. Each tooth has its own meridian line is what people used to call it.
33:39So I'll call it a power line. Correct. Our teeth are like our circuit breakers of our body. If we walk in this room and we try to turn the lights on, the lights won't turn on. We try to plug our phone in, the phone won't plug in. We know the circuit breaker is flipped, right? So we go to our circuit breaker panel. Sure enough, we open it. One of them's flipped. So we flip it back and the room powers up. Well, the teeth are the circuit breakers of our body. Each tooth will go to different organs. So our wisdom teeth go to our heart and our small intestine, our sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves.
34:07Top molars, bottom premolars go to our spleen, stomach, pancreas. Top premolars, bottom molars go to our lung large intestine. Our canines go to our liver, gallbladder. And our front four teeth, top and bottom, go to our kidney and our bladder. So whenever there's infection in there, which is very common, it's like flipping a circuit breaker. No matter what you do to try to power up the body, it never holds power. That's why if there's one thing we could switch in health care that would save so many lives, it's correcting the dental work and the dental practices right now. Interesting. Okay, so a lot of people have root canals.
34:46So is a root canal an issue? Yes, because what it is is when they drill through the tooth, they remove the arteries, nerves, and veins, and then they fill it in. The problem with that is the layer of tissue around it and around the tooth is called the dentin. The dentin needs a blood supply. When it no longer has circulation, it no longer can carry oxygen. When it no longer has oxygen, what happens to it is it dies. And so when it dies, that infection begins to spread until then it reaches the jawbone, and then it drops the power of the whole power line completely. So yes, root canals, the guy who originally created the root canal procedure, he actually spent the last years of his life trying to get them to stop doing it.
35:29Oh, interesting. There's a whole book written about it called The Root Canal Cover-Up. Very interesting. I've been able to find that people's symptoms, exact symptoms they explain, whether it's autoimmune disease, cancer, injuries that keep happening in the same place over and over again or tied to wherever the infection is. Well, that's so interesting because I've just had two friends go do certain dental work because of autoimmune issues. And so they've taken out the root canal and done something else with it. I don't know the specifics, but both have said that their autoimmune issues are way better.
36:05Yes, it's because the infection's out. I see that even one dental infection tooth knocks out 80 % of the power in the body. Oh, interesting. Okay, so, but do all root canals have an infection? What I usually find, it's not a matter of if, but when. All the thousands of patients I've seen, there's only maybe I can count on less than my hand, less than the number of fingers on my hand, how many people their root canal wasn't being rejected. And so the statistics tell me and that what I've seen from patients, it's not a matter of if, but when they go bad. Okay, well, then I have a question for you because almost everybody gets their wisdom teeth removed.
36:43and I know in those cavities infections can happen and we don't even know there's infections in those cavities. So this is one of the epidemics of our day. We should have wisdom teeth. That's what our ancestors had because, again, they had these huge jawlines. But now the jawlines are so shrunk that there's not enough room and they become like an ingrown toenail where they have no choice but to pull it. The problem is when they do pull it, a lot of the times they leave bone and ligament in there. And when they leave bone and ligament in, it no longer has a blood supply and it dies and gets infected and that infection grows.
37:22And I see it drop the power in the sympathetic, parasympathetic nerves, heart, and small intestine. So if someone is to pull a tooth, they got to do it the right way using the right methods. Otherwise, they're back where they were square one. It's just the same as a root canal. Interesting. Okay, so I could ask you a lot of questions about this. So one last question on this. For those that are getting wisdom teeth out, do you think the right way is how a lot of dentists now are pulling them and then putting like the stem cells back in the gum? In that cavity, I should say? We're going to get deep here.
37:57Well, here's what I'll tell you. First is when mom has a certain power, low power pattern, all kids will. You fix it in mom and mom has more kids. The other kids don't have it. So if we can fix this at a young age and fix it in moms, we can prevent a lot of things. And so if we get kids young enough, we can get their palates to expand properly, then there's enough room for the wisdom teeth to come in. That's the gold standard. That's what we want. However, if it's too late for that and you have to pull a tooth, then you have to go to someone that uses a cone beam scan. They pull the tooth and they use either PRF or PRP and ozone.
38:38If the person who pulls the tooth doesn't do it, don't go to them. I did not know that from my first two kids that got wisdom teeth out. The second two got the PRP put back in there. And the ozone? Yes, and the ozone. Okay, go. Yes. Okay, so I'm curious with this low energy, once people heal their trauma or eat better foods or get the dental infection out, will their power stay stable? Meaning, how do we know when the power is charged, I guess? Well, several things is obviously the symptoms go away and people just feel better. They have more energy. They're happier. That's what I see. And then again, you can read it from the readings.
39:22But that's why anytime I treat someone, I want to see that power go up. And And when I see that that power went up, it tells us what we did worked to raise the power, which is some of these basic things I mentioned to you, right? Different tissues have different regeneration rates, right? So like for me, when I was sick, a lot of my issues were in my stomach. The stomach repairs itself every about three to five days. So that's why I started to notice difference within two weeks. But it still took me about a year to fully get better because I needed my nerves to fully remyelinate. And so the nerves take 9 to 12 months to fully remyelinate.
40:01Interesting. So it just depends on where the symptom is, where the difficulty, where the power is low in the body. Depends on its regeneration rate. But the longest you usually see it take for people to feel completely better is about 9 to 12 months longest. Okay, that's good to know. So because our body is power and uses power, I have a question that I get asked all the time. Or not even a question. I should say a topic because I've got many questions for you. And the topic is EMFs. So how are EMFs affecting the body if they are power and we are power? Power needs to have harmony and organization.
40:40That's the way you see in nature. There's actually organization. And we're talking like the frequency wavelengths. You got it. So when things are smooth and they're at certain frequencies, they're organized. So there's also a physics to shape. Wait, before you go on, is every organ emitting a different wavelength? Yes. Every organ has different wavelengths. You're correct. Okay. And our cells have different wavelengths, and everything is giving this power of different wavelengths. You got it. But the wavelengths and the pattern you see in the body resonate with what happens in nature. Okay? Okay.
41:16So one of the problems is some of these man-made things we have, they use frequencies that are not in the range of what the body should be in nature is. And that's where it affects people's health. So what you have to do is when the frequency is chaotic and disorganized, which is exactly what EMF does, that's when it wrecks havoc on the body. Okay. So what you need to do is you need to take that chaos, that disorganization, and you need to transmute it so it's organized again. When you're able to do that, people are no longer toxic to it. Okay, well, let's take a cell phone, for instance. It's radiating EMFs.
41:57We all use a cell phone. How do I change that frequency? So there's different things you can put. Like I have a cell phone, like a radiation blocker on mine. I also have something called the physics of shape. Well, let's go over it really fast. Throughout all the Earth, there's these things called grid lines, and they go perpendicular to each other, and where they cross, they're places of healing. Nature and animals know about this. When a dog or a canine, anything in the canine family, gets sick or injured, it'll go and lay down at an intersecting grid line. Birds will fly circling around intersecting grid lines.
42:37Interesting. Ancient people knew about this. Ancient pyramids were built at intersecting gridlines. Ancient cathedrals, temples, mosques were also built at intersecting gridlines. So our ancestors knew about this. It's starting to make a comeback. So the way they built things, they built things in certain shapes. And that shape would take that beneficial area and it would increase the energy and power around them. So the sunshine has something called scalar frequency, which is more of a vortex and an implosion. And when you have a certain shape, like a pyramid, it implodes into it, which raises the power of everything inside it and around it.
43:14So the sun hits the pyramid and the shape of it changes how the rays radiate off of it. You got it. Or the power radiates it. So we can all visualize that because we all have seen pictures of like the sunbeams hitting a pyramid and then the rays coming off of it. You got it. Okay. That's why it's shaped that way. They knew about the physics of the shape. Okay, I can grasp that. Okay. There is this guy named Ibrahim Karim. He was in the Louvre Museum in France, and they had these old Egyptian notes they were going to throw away. And they saw he was Egyptian. They're like, okay, let's have you take a look.
43:48And he was an architect. So he started using these and testing it. So you can measure its quality. You can't measure its quantity yet. The science hasn't caught up. So there is this town in Switzerland where they built a cell phone tower on an old cathedral. It made everyone in the town sick, including animals and livestock. So they brought Dr. Kareem in, and actually he used the physics of shape, these natural shapes you see in nature, and he was able to balance out the tower to where everyone in the city got better, including animals and livestock. Interesting. When animals and livestock and even vegetation gets better, you know it's not a placebo.
44:26So you can use the physics of shape to take harmful energy, and you can transmute it so it's no longer toxic to the body. and that's also what I have on my cell phone. Interesting. And so like we need a modern technology to function, right? We just need to transmute it and change its waveform so it's harmonious with our body and nature and it's possible to do. And so what shape are we needing on our cell phone? Is that what it is? Is it a shape? A vast array of shapes. Anything that's what we call platonic solids. But again, our ancestors knew about this. A lot of these symbols you see on ancient temples will actually transmute harmful energy, so it's no longer toxic to the body.
45:11Interesting. Ancient and modern. Interesting. Okay, so back to the cell phone. Are these things I can buy to put on my cell phone? Yes. Yes, they are. Okay, so then I have another question for you. The Wi-Fi router at night, is that a good thing to turn off to lessen the amount of EMFs in the home? Yeah, yeah, definitely a good thing to turn off or you can transmute it. Whatever you do, whatever you can to decrease the synthetic and raise the natural. This sounds crazy, listeners, but I can feel a difference when our Wi-Fi router is on versus off. When it turns off, it almost feels like I can just go and like relax in bed and sleep better.
45:50And my husband thinks I'm absolutely crazy over it. He's like, I can't hear a thing. You are weird, like whatever. So are some people more sensitive to EMFs than others? Yes, they are. And so special note, I tend to find actually women are the greatest healers. So you have the sensitivity to it because you're a healer. Interesting. And so that's why maybe your husband doesn't feel it as much. Women are more in tune to the feeling and frequency, I find. But here's what's interesting. You don't mind me asking. What day of the month were you born? Was it like, what's your birthday? August 6th. So you're born on the 6th.
46:31On the periodic table, you're actually a carbon. Okay. Carbon act like binders so you can absorb things that maybe other people can't feel. Interesting. That's also why you're a healer. Interesting. Okay, so with all these EMFs, do you believe in all these EMF blockers? Because there's like these things that you can put the Wi-Fi router in at night. if you want to keep the Wi-Fi on. There's all these different things for the phones. There's EMF blockers for everything, I feel like. Do they all work? Sadly, not all of them work. And how do we know what does work? You have to go to have someone who's trained to test it.
47:09But what's cool is, again, what I'm grateful for is I can measure the power of the body, do a certain, like maybe someone could put an EMF blocker on something, measure it again. If the power goes up, that's one of the ways you know it's working. But there are people out there trained to measure it, and so that's what some of my colleagues do. Again, not everything works, but what's cool is, again, there's things God didn't send us here to fail. Trees are EMF blockers. So the tree has what we call a torus field. That means power goes up and around the leaves and down in the roots, and that actually will transmute the harmful energy from EMF or 5G.
47:49So there's simple things we have in nature that are solutions that you just got to put plants next to the Wi-Fi, as ridiculous as that sounds. That's going to transmute that energy. The closer we are to patterns in nature, the easier it is to harmonize. Okay, so grounding then, is that a beneficial way to maybe get rid of... Grounding in which sense? Oh, like putting our feet on the grass. Yeah, actually in ancient techniques, they would put their feet, like they'd bury their feet in the dirt or something. When you bury something in the ground, don't bury your whole body, obviously, but when you bury something in the ground, you discharge harmful energy into the earth.
48:34So yes, things that are grounding that are natural, they do work. Some of the modern synthetic ways they've tried to use grounding sheets, sadly can get some dirty electricity in it unless you transmute it. so it actually can do more harm than good. Oh, interesting. Because a lot of people are selling grounding sheets. They are, but some of them I see work. Some of them make it worse. Okay, so those platonic shapes that you use on your cell phone, can I buy these somewhere? Yeah, yeah, they're platonic solid shapes. I do have them on my website. They're EMF harmonizers. You can go to healingplaybook.com and find them.
49:10I'm about to run out, so I've got to get more ready. I was going to say, stock up on those. But again, if you don't have, just look up platonic solid shapes, and you'll find these patterns in nature, and that transmutes it. So it's no longer toxic to the body. It's pretty cool. So interesting. Okay, so why do you claim that women are healers? In my time treating so many patients everywhere, I tend to find women are more spiritual and also y 'all are more sensitive to the human body. Why I believe it's the case is it's just a motherly instinct. Even though I treat people, when my kid gets injured or sick, do they want me or do they want mom?
49:59True. They want a big hug from mom. They want mom. They want to go crying to mom. Exactly. So it's just within you, you each have this healing frequency that's special. It's unique. Okay. Well, talking about women, because I need to wrap up, but I now have another question because we brought up the topic of women. And every time I talk about women, they want to know about hormones and things. Would terrible PMS or terrible hormonal issues be because your power is low or not necessarily? Yes. Now, we're going to get deep there. We didn't get enough. We didn't get to cover enough. But here's what's interesting.
50:35Postpartum depression. An example is every time I see postpartum depression, the uterus is twisted in women. When you untwist it, that postpartum depression goes away. Interesting, because it's kinking a power line. You got it. Interesting. So, you know, the way our body structures is very important and it plays a role into hormones. And that's the most common one I see. But as far as women age and they get older, one of the drivers for hormones is actually oxygen. And what you'll see is women who have difficulty with hormones as they age, once you increase that oxygen. They start working out?
51:16They start actually. Lifting weights? Walking? Well, that's one way. The way our airways are so narrow now, we don't have as much oxygen. And as power goes up, so does oxygen and alkalinity. So when you raise them all up together, you make the body work even better. So I didn't get to touch on that as much. That's a whole other layer to it. But as soon as you get their airway to function better, their hormone production actually becomes even again and fires as it should. It works as it should. Interesting. Well, we could have a whole show just on women and their issues. Well, thank you so much for being here.
51:58I could ask you literally so many more questions because a lot of this is new to me. And so thank you for taking the time to be here. But tell our listeners where they can find you. Yeah, you can follow us on Instagram on Healing Playbook. Or you can visit our website, healingplaybook.com. And then do you take patients? I do take patients. But I also, there's just so many people who are sick in this world. I can only see so many people at a time. So I'm trying to educate more people, educate the masses. So I've written some books and I've got an online membership where people can learn some of this information.
52:35Oh, that's awesome. Okay, so they can find that online membership on your website. Correct. Okay. Well, thank you again for being here. Like I said, I know they have learned so much. So if you guys want to learn more, definitely follow him. I always end by asking five fire rapid questions. So I'm going to ask these real quick to you. Number one, what emerging health topic excites you most? In a good way or bad way? Either way. Right now it's semi-glutide. Oh, that is a good topic to research. We probably could do lots of questions on that as well. Okay, two, what advice would you give your younger self?
53:16What advice do I give my younger self? I would say that the trials you go through will happen for a reason. It's never a coincidence, and you'll be stronger in the end because of it. I love that. I agree. Number three, what's one health practice you'll never compromise on no matter how busy life gets? Prayer. I love that. So many health benefits to that, and I'm sure you have power benefits to that as well. I've measured the power of the body before and after prayer. It increases the power in the body. I've measured the power of someone else's body I prayed for. I didn't tell them. It raised the power of their body.
53:54Interesting. And you're doing this all with technology, the measuring of things, which is science. Prayer works. So religion and science are coming together. I agree. Wow. They do. They're perfectly coordinated. Interesting. Okay, number four, what's your favorite Just Ingredients product and why? Digestive enzymes. Oh, interesting. No one ever says that. Why is that? It's the best. Because, again, a lot of people, they have low power, and they're not digesting their proteins and fats. People don't have enough stomach acid or bile nowadays. Your digestive enzymes are phenomenal. Oh, I love hearing that.
54:31All right, last question. What have you found to be the best ingredient to life? Are we talking, like, this is deep? It is deep. Are we talking an actual ingredient or just an ingredient to life? No, just an ingredient to life. Love of God. Love God, love our fellow men. That's mankind. We need more love in this world. We do need more love. I love that. Well, thank you again for being here. And listeners, if you have questions, which I'm sure you do, follow him, reach out to him on his Instagram account. Thank you. In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Chase from The Healing Playbook to talk about something we don’t hear about enough—your body’s power and how it impacts your ability to heal.
We dive into how nutrition, emotional trauma, dental health, and even environmental factors like EMFs all play a role in your body’s energy at a cellular level. I loved his perspective that real, nutrient-dense foods actually increase your body’s power, while things like unresolved emotions, toxins, and even dental issues can drain it.
We also talk about the connection between emotions and organs—like how grief affects the lungs, anger impacts the liver, and worry can disrupt digestion—and why working through emotional health is key for physical healing.
The biggest takeaway: your body is designed to heal, but it needs the right support. By focusing on what you’re eating, how you’re processing emotions, and reducing everyday stressors, you can help restore your body’s natural energy and function.
This episode is such a powerful reminder of how connected everything in our body really is.
