0:29what is a better thing to us work? So there is this tool called as Crystal Nose. Let's say a new guest is coming. Let's say Webhub. You have never met Webhub. Go to my LinkedIn profile and tap on the Crystal Nose button. It will read everything about me. And it will literally tell you, Webhub, how do you talk about it? It is so powerful. Imagine, I'm going to interview. I don't know who that person is. How do I want to know? This is a playbook. Pretty sick. You have a date. Here's a playbook about the person. You know more about the person than the person knows about himself or herself. Top 5 jobs.
0:57Microsoft has published a report. Any job that has anything to do with a computer, Microsoft claims that it will be disrupted. It spoke about 40 jobs. What are the jobs that are going to continue to exist? Number one, nurse, carpenter, plumber. You know, all the physical ones are the ones which are going to be longstanding. The ones that are going to go are the ones that we use internet for. There is a study that happened. One out of five teen has a romantic relationship with AI today in the US. It's mind-blowing.
1:29How to write best prompts? This is a well-kept secret, my friend. So this is an OpenAI prompt enhancer. If you add something basic, it will make a good system prompt for this. Tell me hidden features. I will use it in ChatGPT, so it will be better for me. Make a video ad? My video ad. We will make Sam Altman your brand ambassador of Cura. Now we will go to Sora.com. I'm a pro from Cura and I'm kind of obsessed with it. All you do is press the top. Look how smooth that salsa came out. Seconds. Seriously, this is the best. This is mind-blowing, man. Are you all in Hindi? Huh? I thank Baibha for everything I am today.
2:09Starting from teaching me on how to create Instagram reels to shooting podcasts. And now he has taught me how to become Iron Man. Bro, people will go gaga. Like, my audience is crazy.
2:51with such tools, which can improve your work, productivity, can expand a lot of business, no, no, you can get ideas, can write better emails, and many other things. Whatever possible AIK through, if you want to know everything, then we have made a WhatsApp community, just for figuring out viewers and listeners. So, there is a link in the description, go and click and you can also join the free WhatsApp community. Enjoy this episode, and at the end of the episode, what you learned from this episode.
3:25What is the most exciting thing? I think that Neuralink Kind of technologies That are evolving now Right Is it an alter ego It is not out yet These are MIT researchers Who are building a physical product Alter ego is a Physical device Neuralink is invasive It's like a headset It can understand You don't need to talk If you have an alter ego if I have an alter ego I just think what I want to tell you and you'll hear it through the earpiece when you think imagine you're in a very very important meeting we both are co-founders we are in a we won't talk about but we want to communicate I think you'll listen you think I will listen crazy right it's a brainwave Neuralink needs Neuralink can also do this today but it's invasive this is just a physical hardware that you put like a earphone put like a earphone right now it's big so it's not that that you and I can wear it but probably two years away or one and a half years away now this device here take this to the next level where you connect this now you just have to think for things to happen right you think that you need a flight at post 10pm you just think that hey I have to get home today for me I'm in Bombay I have to get home today tonight it knows the full context an AI agent will run in the backend here will be passed information webhub needs a flight it will go there it has access to my calendar it has access to every tool because MCP is a protocol which connects to every app to a LLM large language AI model it has access to every tool Tool calling is very simple today Scaffolding has become a big deal in AI Since we spoke Till now AI has got 10 times better Right I mean 10 times could be an overstatement But it looks like 10 times better at least Right That flight will also book After the flight And the signal that will say is Does 11pm Air India work for you I just say Works I don't have to say I just say it works I acknowledge it Flight is booked it knows where you are because geolocation it knows that you don't have time for dinner it pings you do you want to do you want a sub sure it comes on the way your cab is arriving because it can book an Uber and by the time you walk down your cab has arrived your food has arrived you're on the way to the airport and this is like a movie but the crazy part is today it is possible it is possible it is possible in the experiments tech is there already it's expensive but expensive for how long I mean crazy things are happening like that you said what is that that you want to do 10 years after 10 years you have to optimize for that today after 10 years what will happen I don't know the world is very different in that how many people who work today they will end up because for this As of today, if any person is sitting in this norm, he will have 4-5 people to do this.
6:55A travel agent will need to do this. One will talk to two people in the house, that you can call someone to eat food, all of that is dead. Yeah, I mean, I won't say it will go to zero. for example this travel example we have 5 years 10 years ago when I was going or I was going to go to a travel agent to book the train take a ticket whatever it is today what is happening most of that is done online today but there are still travel agents out there for a very small audience so I think these roles exist but for a small audience niche it's going to be so niche it's going to be small it's going to be for an audience which is not adapting fast enough or for an audience which is ultra rich and doesn't want to waste time and thinking well there is if you think about it if you are ultra rich then this makes sense more this makes sense more because everyone who has dealt with people will say one thing I don't want to deal with people isn't it bad if everyone's jobs will go out then the economy will collapse I don't know I think everyone's jobs will go I think most of the jobs will go and a lot of jobs will reinvent has to reinvent itself which jobs will go all the time anything which is if this then that meaning something like which has a playbook for example if there is someone who is booking calendars booking time booking things using tools where a SOP follows that SOP can be followed by an AI agent much better without failing can work 24-7 without a cost so that is the baseline template jobs that is one but while you hear this you can see that these jobs are very little people the reality is 80 % of jobs are this most of the people you have to know the analogy that in the US I've seen this and I'm sure you must have seen this as well if you look at companies in the US the value of the companies are huge it could be a billion dollar company but if you look at their head count there will be like 150 people 200 people in India you are doing 10 crores of revenue but you have a 100 member team we put people on every single inefficiency right when the cost of people is more in the US you don't give 60 ,000 years so you have to be efficient and doing things $50 ,000.
9:39$50 ,000. $50 ,000,$50 ,000,$60 ,000. Okay. I mean, that's the base salary. That's equivalent of a$10 ,000 ,000 salary here. Okay. Because of that, people have such a process that in less people, when people listen to 150 people, 150 people, what are they doing? Is the question. Because there are billion dollar companies with 20 people, 30 people in the company. It's a mindset. Right? That is what scares me the most about India. because we operate on the economy of efficiency inefficiency leads us to hire more people true I have to research that is so true I have to research I have no time I will hire three people whose job is to sit and do research so that they will spend 30 minutes with me for a single day and they will tell me what is happening right now that person will be like Raj I am not getting enough time can I hire two interns you will be like okay do it because it will cost you 25 ,000 rupees and like it's okay I will continue to learn these are micro things where we throw people at every problem we never say can't we make a system which can do what your intern can do it was before it was today but we don't think system thinking fundamentally it's not me it's not me it's not you it's not me because we are born and brought up like that it's culturally culturally not there we get there as we grow up as we face the pain of people right when this inefficiency is built on the whole market that inefficiency is getting automated I'll tell you one simple thing bro using so I send a newsletter okay I pinged my CRM in Slack what was the open rate everyday I will ping him what is the open rate of the last newsletter it's not because I don't want to see the app open to see It's because I'm just too lazy To go click three buttons Log in Today I'm inefficient I'm lazy I want to continue to be lazy But today I don't have to ask him that question Because I could be on perplexity Comet And I could just say tell me the open Same message that I send him I send to Comet, Comet will open the browser Comet will go there, Comet will click Read the open rate and give me back the data on a sidebar while I'm continuing to work.
12:06It's the same inefficiency being taken care by an AI. Now, was this his job only? No, it was not his only job, but I'm giving you an example. Chuty-chuty jobs will end. Like you, I don't know if you've done this activity, I did this for my company. We gave a paper to a bunch of, this happened one and a half years back, to a lot of teams which are large. and they closed my room and said don't use the phone here's a paper what you need to write on this paper is on a weekly level what is the list of things that you do and what percentage of time do you spend on each one of them
12:50when you do this activity in your company you will understand that 70 % of the work that most of the people are doing are basically grunt work is basically adding zero value and that is what is adding people up to you and most of that work if you realize can be automated today through AI through before I had a lot of automation I had started that process with AI it has become like to a very different level so India is just not you or me problem in India I'm sure the people watching and the people listening they all have seen this if they work they also have they have written their people or probably their entry level job or their business or making a business every small thing is for this this is for this this is for this and in fact if you see the big companies they are in every office who manages the work who manages the inefficiencies to manage all the inefficiencies all the people who manage the inefficiencies manage after the things are another person adding that is what I said intern right and from a small store to a top level organization there we hire everything now we will so I was going through certain things Top 5 jobs Then you tell me This is not right Or who else So first is Which came Entry level software developers Ends Entry level accountants Ends Entry level call center Tele marketers Advanced level Ends Right And it says Retail Cashiers People are saying That's a big chunk in India That's a big chunk in India That's a big chunk in India People say in the shop and they give them cash.
14:56That's also done. So, in all these jobs there are majority of India people are employed. Now, if all of them disappears, then what will they get? So, there are two things. There are two ways to look at it. But before I go there, I'll tell you another thing. I think your team can pull this off on the screen later as well. Microsoft has published a report. It spoke about what are the jobs that will get disrupted. It spoke about 40 jobs if I'm not wrong. 40 jobs which will get disrupted by AI. 40 jobs which will not get disrupted by AI. So this is very interesting and this is a study based out of Microsoft co-pilot data of how people use AI.
15:32So first 40 jobs you will say what's going on. Any job that has anything to do with a computer Microsoft claims that it will be disrupted. It includes software engineering, it includes graphic designing, it includes content writing, it includes accounting, it includes historians, it includes data science, everything is gone. Now, okay, this is the bad news. What is the good news? What are the jobs that are going to continue to exist? Number one, nurse. Number two, like carpenter, plumber. You know, physical jobs. What we thought first of all, that this job will be replaced, which will be replaced by AI.
16:16Before it will be automated. All the physical ones are the ones which are going to be long-standing. The ones that are going to go. are the ones that we use internet for. And you know what? One very other interesting thing that I've read recently. Saiho. You have to remember this name, Saiho. Saiho. Okay. What is it? This guy is going to go into history books. Why? Because he's probably the last person in the world to ever win a programming competition. Who is a human? He came first in this Japanese coding competition. He almost was losing it. The second was OpenAI's GPT Pro. okay and after that any competition that has happened no human has won so AI by default is better than every single programmer in the world already already and we are just getting started and this is math and api gold medal why are we getting because we already got to that point last time when we were talking we were talking it's getting very good now it's been There is something called a SWE bench, software engineering benchmark.
17:26Okay. Evals are, how good is your, every bloody AI model is a hundred out of hundred right now. And SWE bench's hundred is an equivalent of six to ten years of experienced principal software engineer. Every model, I mean, not just one model that has high score, every single model is smashing, now SWE bench 2 has a new score for that. and the reason why software engineering as a skill is important is because the world on the internet runs on code as it's not important because if you software engineering or you write code if a model is getting very good with code that basically means a model is getting very good with problem solving it can literally solve any problem that's why there is this rise of vibe coding that's happening which you will hear lovable bold all this all these no code no code AI like you just type and you build stuff up brother how much business sizes I was doing this math all vibe coding software engineering products products which writes code but is used by non engineers people like you and me I don't talk about the cursor I don't talk about the wind surf which are products which are designed for software engineers to write code better and faster.
18:52I'm talking about products which are designed for people like you and me to type to build. That business in itself is already close to half a billion dollars in revenue. Which is one year old. Half a billion dollars in revenue. If you accumulate everything. And who are using and who are paying for these products? People who have never written code in the past. What is that indicatively telling you? that now people are getting to a point where anybody can build. Is the product good enough to replace an engineer? Probably not. Will it be? Aps-a-fucking-lutely. There is no two ways around it. If all these jobs will go, which we're talking about, 40 type jobs, software engineering jobs, there's no backbone in India.
19:41Like, this is it. We want to know for this. Forget just our country. And then, سب کی jobs چلے جائے گی اس میں تو پھر کیا کریں گے لوگ like think کیونکہ ابھی بڑھ رہا تھا کل پر صحیح randomly میرے انسٹیگرام پر ایک post ہے that UPS جو کمپنیوں نے 48 ,000 لوگ کو fire کر دیا Amazon نے شاید 14 ,000 لوگ کو fire کر دیا Intel نے 25 ,000 لوگ کو fire کر دیا ہر کمپنی ملتب ہزاروں میں لوگ کو fire کر یعنی دیتار تو large کمپنی جن میں جانا sapna hota hai that ki amazon mein naukari lag gai people are like that ye companies fire karri which is one ye ham road news on na meri liye zada interesting tha ki jab ups ne 40 ,000 jobs fire karri unka stock price 10 % bada gaya so globally log ye mandre investors tak ki humans ko hatana matlab company ki profitability badegi company zahad achse se चलेगी, this is a very bad fear, पहले, पहले जब companies fire करती थी थी न, तो लोग बुरा बोलते हैं, गालियां देते हैं, stock गिरता था, गालियां देते हैं, यह company मर रही है, खतम होने आली है, पैसे नहीं है, यह वो यहाँ गलत कर रही है, now when companies fire people incentivize they are growing now if this happens more and more companies will be like because they are going to turn inefficiency all companies see it they will turn and then done all the jobs will go and then I went to this rabbit hole so anthropic founders said anthropic nightmare nightmare prediction nightmare prediction was that 50 % which are all the jobs entry level they will be finished in the next 5 years and they will be a job so the person making the technology he will say that 50 % of jobs will be 50 % and the person also says that 90 % of my code is written by AI today inside of Antropic so brilliant so the person who is saying that the company is very big 50 % of people will be going the companies who are listening to fire their stock price is studying you and me Microsoft everybody is talking jobs will go now everyone will be going who will be able to get there and if they will not have money so what will people buy?
21:59like how will the economy there's so many questions I know I know I think most of the people don't have answers to this question there are only theories one thing is that many people say as jobs go away new jobs will come up this is one of the concepts which I'll tell you the concept I'll tell you my stand we don't know if we are right or wrong the time will tell I have three follow up questions on this so if you want me to ask first question then you want to explain first yes, ask so first question is that if it's already happening and the stock price will be what's happening to everyone is stopping people to fire?
22:32Why are they not firing? Yeah, so just to address that point if the narrative is getting pulled that they are going to be doing because of AI jobs they are actually in a way true not. Companies are using AI as a reason to cut people off but I don't think they are actually getting chopped up because of AI as of today. Okay. They are using the reason. AI is just efficiency as a result we have to get rid of people because that narrative works really well in the public market right if you double click then that rational will not stand out okay COVID the time that was excess hiring was being chopped off there are few there are few jobs that are getting chopped for sure which is customer success sales there is 100 % there is no because I'm watching in my company I don't have to let go people because we are such a small company I could always find them newer things the context is so important for them but I like but you're not hiring more I'm not hiring more and the amount of work they're able to do is insane because I have a 25 member sales team right now which is doing 5 times more revenue than what we were doing with a 100 member sales team before yes I pay about 15 lakhs per month to AI tools to cover that cost but you know what I'm happy to manage AI over people anyone who is running a human company he will say but that is one line of that is the understanding what is stopping from other companies to doing that I think other companies are all doing that every large company I think the one who needs a bump in their valuation they just story the layoff and push it almost that narrative is coming right now this is what is happening on a broad level I don't think AI is taken over or eating over software engineering jobs or anything like that because the amount of building that needs to happen we need very skilled people okay right if I take a step back overall this narrative building and reality what is the ground reality and what is being portrayed as reality and one of my directional thinking is that most leaders are not telling the truth very large companies which has where there is a chance of the company in itself getting disrupted by AI they don't want to come out and tell anything about AI though it is real because they are de-incentivized to do that if they will do it they will kill themselves right so a lot of leaders are not actually doing enough to tell about it okay that's also happening in the overall ecosystem but thinking on a big picture what will happen what will happen what will happen what will happen new jobs what will happen brother I don't have the answer because the way I understand the way I research and I can tell you I'm very well read when it comes to the topic of AI right when it comes to topic of anything around this space I'm failing to understand when people say this job will come to a new job okay I want that to be true but please tell me three jobs that you think will come I don't know you know what's the narrative when it's not then they'll be like when the industrial revolution happened then people would say what's going on look Look, there is more jobs, there is more employability, there is more growth of GDP.
26:24Again, I want that to be true. But industrial revolution happened over 100 years. It took 100 years for the transition to happen. But AI is going to happen in five years. All this has happened in two years. It's going to be insane. Right? So problem with this is velocity. adaptability humans are very adaptable I think on a long term on a 10 year horizon we'll all be fine it's a problem with the short term but when there is disruption happening people don't understand what to do but disruption is happening usually our governments are not proactive enough and when I say our government I'm not talking about India I'm talking about the world government is not proactive enough to understand and there is this geopolitical war happening because everyone I think that whoever wins AI, they win the world.
27:23The game of banduk is over. Right? The game of inference, the game of AI is on right now. Right? So, no slowdown can be done. Because it's like you will die as a country if you slow down. But I'm still not understanding. If everything is going on, what will happen with me? I won't get money. Who has gained money, who has lost a little bit. this case bank they will go to jail for 5-10 years 80-90 % people are living in basic jobs and their jobs are in danger and the fact that the report you were talking about that plumber electrician nurse they will not go to jobs they will also be different because when people are more than paysever people are more than paysever people are more than paysever people are more than plumber electrician they will do highest according to that Microsoft research is that plumber and electrician will be highest paid.
28:22Now when I have no job, I don't want to do it what I'm doing, I'll tell you, now plumber is my friend and I'll take a little money. So today, the plumber that's 10 ,000 that will come down to 5 ,000. So overall money will erode. So what will all money be less? Who will buy? What will they do? How will these 18-10 people jail in 10 years if we'll be fine? Who is gonna, what's gonna happen? I think and forget these people who are already there the bigger question is everyone will talk about AI and what you said if then then if this then that if this then that that will be going on I mean entry level jobs entry level many senior people do that exam but entry level basically you me including all of us I think apart from if you have a lot 6-7 generation family money everybody starts with entry level job so your career starts from base level job from entry level job that job will not save so how do we start so those who have a career are now who have a new career they are not having a job what can they do now no there are always pockets of opportunities problem is that you have to go with a template then you will not go with a template because the template is fundamentally changing right now right that is getting disrupted over and over the course of time because TCS become higher because they also know efficiency gains are getting internally and all the large companies that are recruiting are not recruiting and you know what the market is and it's gonna get only worse from there how will the world make money that is universal basic income we can talk more about that it's a very interesting and a fascinating concept but if you are young today and you know you're entering a world like this what should I do today the only advice that I give all these people is while this transition is happening a very significant opportunity created which is filling the gap in your company there are 10 things which are inefficient you want AI to solve for that you don't have anyone in the company you don't have the time to do it if someone says 20 years old I will work 3 months I will do 10 lakhs and I will solve all the problems so he will say or not pockets of opportunities India is a land of SMEs who is going from our economy SMEs we are not like US US is F'd 50 % of GDP is driven by the top 10 companies for them not our case ours is distribution is pretty good right SMEs small businesses everybody needs help you sit in college playing a little counter strike playing a little AI and you guys are smart you fundamentally are smart and this is not rocket science other advantage of AI is that it is not easy It's not very easy It's a lot of common sense The cognitive overload is very less Logical sense you need to Product sense Which many people have Indians have that by default The Jugaad sense is there in us by default Leverage it And pick up these pockets of opportunities Before you finish your college Build your 2 years or 1 year of experience So that by the time you're out When a company is looking at you They're not seeing that he is coming out of college he is seeing that he has 5 things in college so he will get in my company
32:17so what did he do give me 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 steps or 5 pockets of opportunity very much starting with let's say what are the top 5 problems for all the SMEs in the top 3 problems in India one is that how to generate leads how can you build AI agents which can generate leads for them Landing page Make AI Make ads Make small ads Make basic You know GEO Which is Doing basic optimization For the local business To be found on Chat, GPT, Google, Gemini Google Chat, GPT, Gemini And all of that Very interesting opportunities Right Lead generation Is the problem How can you solve it And As long as SMEs There is no money If you say 1 ,000 ,000 ads It will be If you work Then it will 1 ,000 ,000 the other thing you have to show them show them proof of pudding that's one lead generates the problem companies generate leads they don't touch with leads because they hire 2-3 people one person does grow two people don't do good as a result they get lost and they stop how do you scale that great you can build again agents to do voice calling inbound outbound everything without writing a single line of code for this you have to learn one how to write the prompt how to understand the business context how to write the basis of that prompt and you can deploy voice agents which is getting in touch with people helping them with or assisting them with sales this is the second problem the third problem most of these companies have is understanding of growth they don't know sales are also coming sales are also coming but how do I think bigger picture how do I get the scale how do I get the scale how do I get the scale they are not thinking because they are not reading for it they have built with sure hard work if you are educated bring that sense into them using AI again help them with strategy help them with AI strategy help them with efficiency using AI whatever you can automate the internal process you can automate procurement you can automate agents you can study how to do consulting jobs that is also opportunity yeah with all of these things are technically consulting freelancing consulting pocket of opportunity is highest and as you are doing something when you understand a problem cracked because building a product today is not rocket science try to productize it because this service as a software is open not software as a service service as a software what do you mean by that is to do something before this you needed a lot of people it only could be done with a lot of people for example customer success Airtel will have 1 lakh people deployed in 100 different companies in spite of that when you call you will say 1, 2, 3 3, wait a half and wait for the call right all of that can be taken care by AI so build that technology layer okay not for Airtel but small right but there are cases let's say your SIM block and you let's say you're in a different country and you need a solution right now and for those escalations you don't need 100 ,000 people anymore you probably need 100 people or 1000 people so you provide both software and people so that efficiency is bigger at a much lower cost so you're a service software plus service layer of a business that is service as a software and this is so big pocket it's unbelievable sales customer success appointment booking to staff in all these physical places you still have to call a bloody hospital to say is this doctor available can I talk can you book me an appointment it makes zero sense to have any of it anymore but one problem hospitals that's why technology deploy because they can't hospitals technology isi re deploy nahi ki hai because logon ko use nahi karna hai people still want to make a call they don't want to go to the software and book things they still have those options but just because you cannot change the behavior of a user that is I will just pick up the phone I will just call and they will tell me it doesn't mean that on the other side there has to be a human you give them the same experience but without a human it will be easy for me I can't even tell and get it done for you also no if you want to do the phone don't do the same you don't do the appointment you don't do the same I want to do the same I'm talking about that it's not about you a lot of people why do you do the appointment why do you do the same a lot of people it's the same reason why travel agents exist everyone can book a flight there are still people who go there and say my ticket see it's time travel agents to do it is just to go on a trip or on a clear trip or on a flight and put the filters and then see the flight tell me how it saves time no that's not true that's not true that's not true tomorrow at 12 o 'clock to reach there to send you the flight and send you the flight that's right that's right that's right that's right why are you saying why are you saying I can do AI When AI is done, then travel agent No, in tier 3 Which doesn't come to technology Exactly So I don't think people phone For the appointment in the hospital Do they leave the doctor to understand Do they leave AI?
38:14No Absolutely not If I have a problem I don't want to My chat GPT I don't want to understand What do they do so that's different but it's actually the opposite for me so I have a project on my chat GPT I don't want to show that project but I'll tell you what it does all my blood reports are there all the tests that I ever do for anything it has context of me working out my diet charts are with it everything is with it so every time I fall sick I ask a question to it I'm feeling and I was just I was just I was just I was just requesting ultra human to give me to build an MCP which is called as model context protocol what's from that protocol what's from the ring data I want that to be accessed by my large language models so I requested when did you make MCP so that it has real time data of my ring and my watch as well nice right now it has access to more context about me than any doctor in the world can have because the doctor can give you 30 minutes you can't tell the whole history true today I am feeling feverish should I be worried sick right but he did it Gaurav if you are watching this do it I think I am sure Gaurav will do it everybody is going to do it because MCPs Zomato launched their MCP I made a post on that MCP I can only explain You mean my Zomato orders Because I can track from ChatGBT Track?
40:02No I'll give you an example I have to eat biryani Okay? I don't want to eat the biryani That I've had before Okay? But I want the biryani To be highly rated Because I realized In Bangalore There's so many popular biryani spots That I've not tried Because I've never heard of them So I went to Claude Zomato to MCP I connected to MCP it's my account access everything is there I went to Claude I said I feel like eating biryani let's say in this case paneer biryani look at the history I don't want to eat anything that I've had before at least in the last couple of months and I want to eat something that is very popular in the city do the research once you find the biryani just place the order to my home home address on COD cash on delivery first AI did research of top biryanis in the city it did a deep research found all the top biryanis then found the location of my home address using Zomato it should deliver also then it narrowed down the list that these are the options left and then it looked up my order history it said okay I've already eaten from the food I've already eaten from the food eliminate eliminate eliminate left with three options and then finally AI literally set the last link saying is it good to go it found an option which I've never ordered which is supposedly very very good it's one of like 50 year old biryani corners and it is usually not live all the time on Zomato but the store was open and it is delivering in 25 minutes shall I order I said yes brilliant now you'll be like it's easy for people to say you go to Zomato but I'm not using it to order for Zomato So I'm using it to do five different things, which I don't enjoy doing.
41:55And that is what MCP does. And it makes her life easier. Very easy. Most of the time now, last week I was tracking where is my time spent maximum. And to my surprise, social media is more time spent. Which is a good thing. Which is insane. Which is a good thing. I was like, wow, this is wild. you know it's like do you know what bloom scrolling is bloom scrolling is doom scrolling bloom scrolling no okay so doom scrolling means you don't know what you're looking for watching you're going to be scared and you're wasting your time so bloom scrolling is you have your whole instagram youtube feed curate what you like to see what you want to see what you want to learn what is making you better so you curate your feed so you can see that thing you are better upgrading so I believe in bloom scrolling awesome I have curated all my feed my account which is not my main account and I only follow curated low I don't go to search recommendations I only go to that where I have been following I have been making a star following feed and it's that's the book and then I I'm doing regular feed which is save unsafe send unsend I'm selling myself so that's that's bloom scrolling right after being so productive feed where I actually have my consumption my consumption was so much and so much and so much like this is the difference and that is the amount of things I'm doing using because every question is just getting answered like that every model getting built my health coach is same health coach I made it mentor you know one use case which I have helped last time has helped me very much help from the time I am meeting from the time from the time any stalwart I am meeting in the industry I talk about it and then I start that I will make the most productive and it is helping me so much because chat GPT is my whole download my goals I am stuck I ask questions as I ask questions, I know that I am getting into the questions, what I am doing, what I am doing, which I am asking, which I am doing, which I am doing, all of that.
44:23What are my revenues? What are not my revenues? And then I tell myself, I am getting to meet with the X, Y, Z leader for 30 minutes. This is like breakfast, we will do breakfast with each other. There is no work-related chat. That is also a typical insight that I am giving this to talk about, and see how it goes. So now I have a hack to turn every meeting into something productive. And I give it to everyone that my goal. My goal is to make a mentor. My goal is to make a referral. My goal is to make friends with it. My goal is to make a planned party. And just based on that goal, it tells me wild insights.
45:10Incredible. And it is so good. Everybody should use it. I was at a point that I was able to use it for my friends because it just gives me maybe I won't come to that but if I watch that 5 minutes it'll give me some level of possibilities that I can do what I can do which I missed nice so it's helping me a lot I'll tell you a couple of tools which can take your experience even better one tool is called Happenstance. All the tools, we will link it up. Happenstance is the name of the tool. It does, right? It is a deep search engine for people. So just name it. It will do a deep search on them super effectively.
46:01Another thing I like about Happenstance is that Happenstance is used to connect your LinkedIn, connect your Gmail, connect on Twitter. and when you search it finds networks of people who are connected to them and connected to you by default in different places for example, someone follows you and that person follows this person and here you have a conversation pointer oh, I saw Vaibhav also follows you and you follow him back, you get that insight if you want to get in touch with that person, it will tell you within your network who can reach that percent no way email twitter linkedin all your social network together so instagram everywhere only these 3 platforms now for these 3 platforms no insta right but bro i am surprised i will tell you how do i get the golden nuggets i connected all my emails i realized i have spoken to people on email 4 years back who have become something else only right now and they had reached out to me when they were small saying hey I'm just starting up can you help me and I have replied to them I have helped them and two days later I'm meeting that person for my work right now and where did this research happen from from my email because this tool has access to my email nice right this is the happenstance if you want to research you want a specific kind of people I think this will be useful and for people it will be useful Let's say you need a job in Google.
47:39Right? You will be surprised if you've been around. If you use email, you'll be surprised how many people are connected to you. Who can help you to get a job. Crazy. Because that's the network. If I'm connected with you. If you're connected with head of engineering of Google. That will tell me. That's linked in a Twitter account. And that's the score. You know what? you are connected to Raj Shamani on Twitter on LinkedIn and also you have exchanged 20 emails so you have a strong connection and Raj Shamani is connected to head of engineering of Google so Raj is the best person in the top for who you should reach out to it's incredible happenstance what is the tool doing but I hope I have done a decent job I get it I get it in my mind I'm using a use case I'll tell you one more happenstance please if you are watching this by any means any employees anyone who knows someone ad happens please Instagram I will message Alex the other tool is if you are getting you don't know how they are you have told me things before on how you expected the person to be and when you get they stay different right the characteristics and traits of people are very different so you don't know how to talk to them how to behave with them so there is this tool called Crystal Nose Crystal Nose Crystal Nose it's a Chrome extension let's say a new guest is coming let's say Webhub, you've never met Webhub he's coming, your team has set the podcast you go to Crystal Nose go to my LinkedIn profile and tap on that Crystal Nose button it will read everything about me it already has data sets about almost every person out there and it will literally tell you psychologically plot and talk with Webhub expect Webhub to behave like this these are the things that Webhub likes these are the things that Webhub doesn't like these are the topics that energizes Webhub these are the topics that Webhub you know de-energizes and how is it coming out psychographical data how you write content what are the words that you use what are the comments that you have reads everything about you on the internet and based on that categorizes people of traits they are soft signals if you are someone if you are more than a person you will get all of them in 20-30 buckets traits are not enough but it can be wrong it's 95 % plus I mean it claims to be 99 % plus accurate and I have seen it because I have seen my own profile I am like what how does this know how does it know about because a lot of things we know who we are we don't show this but I mean it is so powerful AI is so powerful because imagine I'm going to interview tomorrow I'm going to interview I don't know who the person how to tell him this is playbook pretty sick you have a date here's a playbook about the person you know more about the person than the person knows about himself or herself nice so you made a date and made a lot of people exciting exciting dating I have a big idea pockets of opportunities we were talking about and this is one massive opportunity that exists verticalization I understand what is it crystal nose is actually a sales tool for sales but the underlying technology I gave an example how about you build a vertical for it you build julie nose I don't know which is a dating expert which will just purely focus on you're going on a date with this person dump that person's Tinder profile or whatever profile or Jeevan Sati profile whatever it will do a psychometric analysis of that profile and tell you how that person is opportunity you know how big the wedding market in the country is it's one of the biggest and we fundamentally have problems with talking to girls men have a big problem in India agreed take that to the next level build that tool into a way saying that okay act like Chandra you're going on a date with Chandra this is her profile act like Chandra and talk to me and in the end rate me so I'm better prepared bro how many people pay for this yes maybe 10 ,000 we won't pay maybe we'll pay maybe we'll pay maybe we'll pay I've realized the dating space is very very very rich of money very this is verticalization more than dating is wedding market wedding market this is more that we are looking at for marriage how do we talk about loneliness is such a big there is there is a study that happened one out of five teen has a romantic relationship with AI today in the US no way it's it's data I read this in Peter H.
52:48Demande's pod right I'm sure your team can pull this off I don't think they will lie one out of five it's mind blowing it's mind blowing I've seen a CNBC show I mean like an episode where a person is he's dating with an AI he knows he's AI he's talking all day it's called artificial intimacy there you go I made a reel on it I made content on it but this data that 1 out of 5 is big it is huge it is big yeah like I know that people are falling in love with that entire online experience and online persona yeah I mean in the end sometimes people it was also that you fall in love with the person who's texting yes exactly what I was trying to get outside you're like no there is one more service I don't know back in the day it was that you have a message this person is available to have a chat with you Priya is available to have a chat with you SMS will come these were services which were run by large telecom companies back end there is a call center there are actual legit women who would just talk doing nothing wrong they would just talk with you and people pay because they were paying for telecom companies people pay and no these were premium this was like 10 rupees a minute and what not right and people used to fall in love with this woman in fact there is a movie also and there is a movie around this.
54:26Because loneliness is such a big problem. But to solve it is very difficult. So this is ancillary products being built on top of that. Tapping on that opportunity to make money. Nobody is solving for it, quite frankly. I have already said a solution, crystal nose, this, and mock interview. It's in a way solving. Because today, you can do a voice call also. It's not hard. whisper API use very simple you can wipe code it it will become 2-3 hours without writing a single line of code basic MVP will become 100 people give it see the 100 is giving it if it's giving it it's not giving it it's not giving it it's not giving it it's not giving it it's not giving it next idea you said no what will happen when there are no jobs build your own opportunities there's enough opportunities in the world is there another tool what?
55:17another tool I like this you take I have written a little bit. I mean, you told me these two tools to get people to get. For getting. Yes, for getting better ways. So that we are more prepared. You know anything? I can't think of anything. I always like this. This time we were sitting, let's do this only. I am a... 20 something. And... I am a 34, 35 year old or 25 year old I am showing this now I am super human super human with using chat GPT we talked about it so I am scared I am scared this time no I have been taking two steps back because I did not want to be scared to people so anyway so I am scared now let's just be like okay that I use how to do AI in a better way so that I'm a lot of work I'm a lot of work my job is a lot of better I'm a fold I'm a replace I'm not able to replace my business is a lot of better I was watching this one one chat by Jeff Bezos where he says that in the next 10 years AI will make so much productive that everyone will do 10x better and you say that it will happen now.
56:47So let's talk about how it can become. Before even we go there, tell me what the better AI is which one is the best out of the top three? JGBT, Claude AI, perplexity. There is no best tool. I think there are different use cases and different solutions. And Gemini 4, sorry. Gemini, Grog too. You should not deconsider Grog Grog is still running is it in the they're not marketing it I think well enough is what I feel but the models are incredibly good they're very good models Grog 4 heavy is just mind blowing so all of the superpowers I go to Grog when I need insight but based on Twitter okay for example let's say I want to know the current bias of a stock in the market what are people saying about let's say Google as a stock Twitter is a great UGC platform I go to Grog go through the top 100 tweets about anything that was spoken about the google stock and based on that tell me if I should buy more hold or sell perspective which is Janta's perspective which anyone can give any other LLM because there is no access so what happened to Lenskart IPO exactly what is the sentiment can we see that right now let's do it let me share my screen that if anyone knows I want to know what is going on in the stock market, IPOs should take the company or not take the company, what are people talking about, what are experts talking about, what is larger sentiment, which I have to understand, perspective at the end of the day, call is mine.
58:26Okay, so first thing, we use GROC, I majorly use GROC because of access to twitter data set. Okay. The data set is not on anyone, and access is not on Twitter. What are people talking about? There are some senses, right? Many people, one of the biggest UGC platform is there. And everywhere you see images and videos. Twitter is the only place where people type. So, I will use Grok only for one thing. And that is to understand the sentiment of people. What are you talking about? You are an expert when it comes to analyzing large sets of data. What I want you to do is, I want you to use your financial hat.
59:05and read at least the last 100 tweets about Lenskart IPO. I want you to go through each one of the tweet and tell me what is the overall sentiment of people about those tweets. Basis of that, I want to make a call if I should invest in the IPO or I should not.
59:27So, I use a tool called as Whisperflow, which I don't type anymore I just speak to it and it will type for me on every single piece on but this can't be used in Grok so you can probably use in Grok I don't think so I don't know if voice has voice or not in Grok but this is by default I have email like this LinkedIn post so you don't have this Chrome extension no this tool is called as Whisperflow big in SF researcher who built this product this is the tool an app which is in Windows and Mac this is Whisperflow already installed so you can see I just speak to it but how do you know that you have you can say anything from your laptop I hit a function button and spoke so the function is pressed once or until the function will be pressed whatever you want you can set it up so I can control button or function button I can do that I will keep the function.
1:00:33Okay. There you go, sir. We have 100 tweets analyzed from November 1st. Oh, most as recent as November 1st on Lenscard IPO. From 100 tweets, 68 % are negative. Dominant theme is overvaluation. A lot of people are talking it, calling it obnoxious as insane. Positive are only 18%. Focused on strong day one subscription. Looks like day one subscription was pretty strong. very strong by 1.32x yeah and then there is a few neutral overall and overall sentiment is predominantly negative investment recommendation wearing my financial hat for context I would not recommend investing in Lenskart IPO what is this on the basis?
1:01:20this it has given basis of just it can be wrong also it can be of course it can be wrong so if you want to take it to the next level I can basically say something like this I'll just go to a new tab I could do it in the same I can use something called deep research or deep search in this case and I'm using free model I prefer using expert because his reasoning ability his thinking ability is higher right and I will be like I want you to do an extensive research about all the articles that you can find on the internet about Lenscart IPO from credible sources who are usually right or most of the times right about investment advice that they give out.
1:02:08Read out each and every investment advice that you see on the internet. Go through all of them, parse all that information. Don't consider any public voice. So don't read any tweets. Don't read any individuals. Only look at credible sources and tell me if I should invest in the Lenskart IPO or not. Before you do this, I also want you to benchmark this data based on past IPOs as well and their performances so that we are taking a very calculated decision rather than a decision with hunch. And who are the marquee investors who have invested money in this? And also check who are the most marquee investors who have invested in all of this or any other trades that I should look at which can help me to take my call better.

1:02:56this is our crock this is what deep search is essentially deep research but deep research is better than this is another place so my favorite deep research tool has to be gemini okay so this is a work this prompt I have already copied I am gonna do this any which way I don't rely on one in fact do you want to see the workflow that I do so what I do so what I do is I do not rely on one I am not loyal to any model. Okay. I will go to every single model.
1:04:03this is our chat GPT perplexity I will go to research this time and ask the same question again now perplexity when we are going I can you know you can also create something called as labs project which I will show a little bit but let's do the research now what I will do the workflow here is I will not rely on single source so I will make everybody to do deep research okay after that I will use another AI LLM either chat GPT or any it doesn't matter I will dump all the reports and then I will ask give me one final report nice because why do I have to rely on the one what if they are biased on some specific source or whatever I don't want to lose money you take four and then tell someone to summarize will your notebook LM work?
1:04:55it will but notebook LM will work if you have all your sources imported into it here you don't know what you want to use This is coming. So first, you get to Grok. Grok has already come. Which is quite quick. I'll directly jump. Yes, directly. Conclusion. Conclusion. Who is this? What is this? Okay.
1:05:19It will be below, right? The market will be below. Recommendation. It seems reasonable to invest if you're focused on long-term compounding in consumer tech. As the eyewear market shift is organized, players favors lens cut. for short term gains evidence suggests caution due to valuation pressure and historical volatility in similar IPOs we asked another question of course I don't want to go through all of this what were the similar IPOs issue size what happened so it pulled out all of those issues as well and you asked my mother so pre-IPO backers soft bank vision fund Temasek and Kedar Capital
1:05:59this is coming from who's? Grok Grok okay okay Gemini's start also this is it's not because chat GPT always asks you follow up questions so I'm just gonna for this example isn't it bad it is actually a good thing because better research it's more tailoring but we are humans we want it easy so I'm gonna say do it based on what you think is best this is why I don't type you see the spelling why is your green? you can change the colors and I'm used to so the public is saying that the experts are saying according to credible sources that it's right for long term you're confused that is that is that is why the problem with all of this is that you don't usually listen to public you have to go by data yeah that's why i asked that question right are there similar companies that have happened because public what is it?
1:07:09public sees how much of the market cap revenue how much of the valuation multiple how much of the price how much money is that is based on what has happened in the past this era our cloud is going bonkers it has gone through 425 sources and counting which is wild which is wild yeah and Gemini is also has gone through 65 websites usually deep research Gemini and perplexity are better based on what I see and here it comes perplexity is done okay subscribe with caution only for long term investor okay there is at least this is common both both both short term not long term long term forget it this is our work now and what is here
1:08:07my work did for short term listing gains the grey market and anchor interest suggest that listing gains are likely many analysts expect a decent premium on listing day okay however listing gains are never guaranteed execution risk remains long-term value the business fundamentals are strong so my recommendation i would subscribe but i would be in caution treat it as high growth high risk investment rather than a safe long-term value stock this time it's interesting uh don't treat it as a safe long-term stock but here it's also saying only hold if you believe lens card can deliver sustained high growth expand margins and defend competition and justify the premium.
1:08:49This is telling us what we know. Yeah, but verdict is not giving. So there is political correctness with a lot of AI models. They don't want you to, they don't want to recommend anything to you. Because if something happens then people will start blaming them. And GPT-5 is a lot of times like people don't like GPT-5 because it tries to not give you the answer directly in cases where like bhai bata na chali thik hai mein kuch nahi bolna tu bata that is what you want but gpd5 doesn't act like that grok is complete moofat yeah grok will be like bhai muha toh yehi thik lak gara toh yehi opinion de duho and ye apna chalu hai bibi ye time lagaega apna but pritai mera maya itna gpd use kar liya ki now i'm like adamant to go to some other as one and the reason is ki maya itna data usko zeydiya but you have to understand the other people that is the power of rights because they know so much that you are you have you know you don't want to exactly like make up in other places how much more people don't give such nuanced answers yeah but there is a hack what is the hack what is the hack you go to settings okay funnily enough my memory is off I keep the memory off I don't like the memory management of chat GPT because it relates to everything and then relate and you give the answer which I don't want which I don't want right so your self-sufficient self-fulfilling yeah so I'm on-off actually now it's off for a while but if you go to manage right now there's no memories which is a good thing I don't have to show them anything but when you go to yours you will show all your memories there okay okay you can just copy that copy all of that which is the reason why AI is able to personalize it to you you can go to a Claude and you say please remember all these things about me Claude also has memory you are forcing it to save it you can do the same for Gemini as well as a result everything is accessing the same memory all of a sudden so Grok uses for Twitter opinions then what is it for chat GBT everyday general tasks quick rewrite this that and all Chad GVT Claude Claude Content And Building What does Content is LinkedIn post To write Instagram Read To write To rewrite YouTube script Everything is I've built projects On Claude For all of this Writing content Is incredible On Claude Nothing comes close Chad GVT Is better writing Hands down Okay Hands down At least for me Okay I really like the style I think prompting the way I prompt all these models I believe in something called as constructively critiquing I will write it I will open a new window I will put a post and tell me why this post will not work then it will tell me five reasons why it will not work then I will be like okay how much will you rate this 7 out of 10 okay rewrite this to make it 9 out of 10 then I will take it out and again open a new window other reason why I don't like memory dump it and I'll say how does this translate my all YouTube scripts and I'm very open about it are all written using Claude using the same technique of constructively critiquing its work in a chained fashion to make it better and better and better of course human nuance comes to where I say I change it and I change it at least in long form short form is sorted short form I read once and say I never can write it no chance and it gets my style and everything how to write best prompts how to write best prompts okay cool let's do that yeah this is a segment made by the team which is magic prompt formula so I know how to make a magically prompt so that I I use this AI to best use I can get like better really better so it's going to happen in prompts when we write usually what we do is let's say you want to write an email right you'd be saying something like write an write an email to my manager so I can get a leave tomorrow we write something like this and you know what you get a decent email there's nothing wrong with it but when you go specific when you write a great prompt the kind of output that you get fundamentally changes.
1:13:41What happened? Chat GPT down. Sorry, sorry. Right? You got this email. I want to leave tomorrow due personal work. It's fine. It works. Yes, okay. Right? But I don't think it's convincing enough. Right? So, when you rewrite this prompt in a magic prompt formula manner, the kind of output that you'll get fundamentally changes. Okay? And let's say, sorry about that. Okay. I zoomed a little. So magic problem formula has something called as role, objective, context, and data. Okay. What does it mean? I'll tell you. Role is if there was one person who can do the best job in the world to write an email, who would that person be?
1:14:31Person means what kind of person would that be? Who could you hire when you want to write an email? let's say like this let's say you want to an experienced email copywriter who's working at Ogilvy okay right or something like that best email marketer in the world okay the more specific the better okay where do the best email marketers in the world work okay okay so let's do that best email marketer in the world who is probably in a sales job has open rate of 20 % plus always knows how to make email detailed enough that the other person gets context in very concise form and is short and gives a brilliant subject line.
1:15:30Okay, cool. I'll simplify that. But I got the context. you are an experienced email copywriter with more than 15 years of experience writing emails and in the past you've been in a sales job so you have context of understanding user psychology sales and also are very good with email copy that is the role I'm assigning I'm assigning a hat to the AI now objective is simple I want to write an email to convince my boss to give me two days of off tomorrow and day after while I don't have any leaves left anymore. That's the objective. Okay. That's an email we need to write. Context. My boss is a 45 year old who believes in working from office all the time, who believes in the fact that being in office not taking many leaves is the right way to go and I don't want to piss him off because he comes with a very strong perspective so make sure you're tuning it based on that context because it needs to understand base context right data now in this case there is no need of data person data is like if someone wants to include anything like that you add it here in this case it's not needed now this is a prompt which is written based on magic prompt formula which is role, objective, context and data.
1:17:03When you add these four elements, the kind of context you're giving to AI fundamentally goes up. As a result, the quality of the email goes up significantly. We will open that email. Now, I said, write an email to my manager so that I can get a leave tomorrow. I wanted to request a day's leave tomorrow. I mean,
1:17:27there's nothing wrong with the email. It's perfect. Right? But we have a lot of work to do. And here it comes. I wanted to request a short leave for two days. Insert dates. I realized I've been, I used up my leave quota and wouldn't be, I wouldn't be asking if it wasn't necessary. There's a personal matter that needs my attention. And I'd really appreciate your understanding on this. I'll make sure everything I'm responsible for stays on track I'm already mentioned any proactive steps briefed so that you can add all of that if anything urgent comes up I'll stay reachable and ensure there is no disruption I completely understand the importance you place on being present at work I assure you it's just an exception not an habit thanks for considering this I really value your support what is it suggesting would you want to make it more emotionally let's try make it extremely emotionally sincere almost make it feel like the person who's reading the email can feel that I'm crying on the other side please don't do this guys we're just having fun
1:18:37and here it comes some person genuinely needs me to step away for a couple of days I know I don't have any leaves left I know I know how much you value consistency and being at work and I've always tried to live up to that I wouldn't have asked if it was absolutely necessary I've made sure everything that's on the plate is taken care of and if anything urgent comes up I'll stay reachable I'm honestly feeling quite torn even writing this because it needs to feel it because I hate to let the team down Saraj are you giving me the leave? No I know this is what you've learned from now you know what now I'll tell you what if you want to take this to the next level no more better so what do I have to do I will copy this prompt once I write the prompt there are two things that you can do one is that you can go to a platform like let's say multi what is multi multi is why do I have to what we have done in deep research 5 LLMs I don't want to do it I have to answer all the best LLMs needs to answer so this has access to 300 AI models at once and look at this this is GPT-5, Cloud 4, 2.5 Pro DeepSea Car 1 all doing the job for me I'll just send the same prompt and here comes GPT-5 here comes Cloud 4 and 2.5 Pro is a reasoning model so it's taking time to reason and DeepSea Car 1 and once all the responses are here
1:20:14one of the model ran into an error it will come it will come must have timed out
1:20:26no because it's a reasoning model it's not fair it's not a reasoning model okay so it's not thinking before answering but this model thought before it answered okay so you can see how the subject solution is different 2.5 pro before it answered of course this is a delicate situation that requires a careful blend of respect responsibility and strategic communication and it explained what it's doing and then it came up with an email because it's a reasoning model that's why it took longer right and here you have deep sea carbon as well and now if I have to follow up on this I'm like and this can you know if you want if you are feeling cool about it you can literally select hundreds of I mean I think 10 models at once that's why I just use them the top models at once so that I don't have to jump between each of them now and another cool thing this prompt do you believe that this prompt gave you a better output than a simple prompt absolutely and first of all someone will try Okay, actually let's slightly change this Like a data We can slightly change this only Actually you know what I'll do one thing Let's say An opportunity is Consultant To tell people To tell people I can write something For that I don't want to write the prompt I have to write a long prompt for this I have to write a long prompt which I don't want to do so we make a tool which will write the prompt okay because now you will say after this I will write it I don't want to hear it okay let's do one thing see I can write this prompt okay let me show you a tool very quickly.
1:22:31So this is a free tool. What do I say? I don't want to write prompts every time. I'm too lazy. So I want to build a tool which can write prompts for me. Okay. I'll drop a lazy prompt. It should write magic prompt formula for me. Okay. So this is a open AI prompt enhancer. Okay. It's the work that if you add something basic, it will make a good system prompt for it. And it's free. This is for developers. Okay. The tools they make, AI tools, it's meta prompting this is meta prompt so I will use it to write a prompt which I will use that further which will write prompts for me just see what you are doing I want you to write an extensive prompt which will create prompts for me in magic prompt formula, I am sharing the example of a magic prompt formula below with the structure so that you can convert that into a prompt for me
1:23:34okay I put it I said I want a prompt I want to make this into a prompt generator a good prompt has 4 parts like I explained context, task, instruction data and an example put it under one time one time no what I'm saying now I'm doing prompt generate So I gave the context It will give me a meta prompt right now The prompt I will use in a tool So that I will become a tool Where I will dump And it will give me a prompt So this tool Is an optimizer So if you have a big prompt If you give your prompt It will give you a good prompt But what I am doing here I need a magic prompt formula Okay Now I have made a magic prompt formula Now I have made a magic prompt I have understood what magic prompt formula So it will write a prompt Which will generate magic prompts Okay Let's see We are making the further Now as this is generating You will be like Where will I use this prompt?
1:24:44Again let's use free tools today Which everyone will use ChatGPT So ChatGPT has something called as on the sidebar projects did you use it? no click on new project project's advantage I'll call this magic prompt generator project's advantage is that anything that you use over and over again as a prompt any task that you do repeatedly you can give instructions once let's say you have a LinkedIn post your format is your LinkedIn post if you give it one time instruction every time you give a topic it will write your linkedin post like that that's what you do in normal chat but you have to put a prompt every time no he said this is the chat window for this yes it has something called as context window every AI has context window after 200k tokens you will start forgetting oh it is a very very bad thing to do never do it so I used to do that don't do it okay we will use projects for this so magic prompt generator and put it in projects if I click on these three dots I can add something called as instructions so here I have to put a prompt and what prompt will be look at this I got a developer prompt this is what developers use to build tools and I have not written a code I dumped my thoughts it wrote me a technical prompt I'll just copy this paste it done now we have a prompt generator which will do prompts in magic prompt formula to write a sales email for so that I can land a high paying client for any XYZ service I want to write an email to a lot of SME companies to sell my AI consulting I am very good with AI and I can help them with AI consulting that is what I want to do that is the email that I want to write there cannot be worse prompt than this alright bhai okay
1:27:05okay
1:27:10ideally if this worked because we didn't do any intervention it should give me a prompt let's see if it does
1:27:23here comes the prompt
1:27:28this is the magic prompt formula and now I can just say and it gave me a copy button also just to copy and paste I can just say use the prompt to get me the email so writing email chat GPT is more clod email is fine email is fine and here comes your prompt here comes the email which is written using the prompt which was a magic prompt formula delivery that happened right here fair so what did we do first we learned magic prompt formula that magic prompt formula structure we have We have said that we have been using GPT optimizer. And we have said convert that into Metaprompt. But tell me some hidden features.
1:28:22And some crazy things in chat GPT. Which I don't use and I will use it. So it will be better for me. I use it for basic stuff. I give it all context. I tell life. I talk. I go further. What else can I use it for? I think one recent thing that has come up. Which is quite interesting. is ChatGPT is trying to build an app ecosystem. Okay. They're integrating apps like I said to you. Yesterday I connected to Canva. Correct. Did you try that? I tried it. I was like, yesterday I probably didn't have any prompts. So I think it's a beginning or starting of something but that is what it is. I think one very cool thing is you can just generate let's say a presentation on the fly using AI and using Canva I think I can show you two things interesting how can you make a presentation Chad okay I want to create a pitch deck for this business called as Figuring Out which is a content distribution company you can read about Figuring Out and Raj Shamani and get a sense of how the business operates Raj is a huge ass creator with distribution of more than 20 million followers across And he wants to leverage that distribution and convert that into a large business using similar playbooks of Mr.
1:29:47Beast. So do all the research on creator economy and everything around it. He doesn't have a product yet, right? But he wants to sell the dream of distribution and raise capital and figure out a way to build a large freaking business. Do an extensive research on this topic and convert that into a presentation using Canva.
1:30:12this is my pishdek business people will people think that is not the case that is not the case it is web of teaching me ways how can I reduce my workload and get better and get better and whoever has a presentation this is a way to do it let's see you can see it says connecting to app so right now what has happened is there is no need to be designers I mean designers doesn't mean there is now but I don't think presentations ever had focus on design it's always about content that's the true value of a presentation right and Canva is good I think there are better tools also if you want to know for presentation there are much better tools as well like one of the tool I will not go deep into it but chronicle presentation design wise chronicle HQ hands down chronicle HQ it will be made oh beautiful like I think it's apple for design look at this design okay I have a whole pitch deck my prompt is what how to do it I will put it it will be I will check that out so that is the whole point right that is why tooling is very important because if you need design finish chronicle is great but if you want a management consulting style deck where there's a lot of research, a lot of data the tool that I would use for that is something like GenSpark which is a combination of deep research and presentation skills, so here I slides here I can just copy the same thing let's try to do this as an example let's do this locally, believe that everyone business is a what's app for a pitch deck to make a pitch deck to tell what services they give what's app brochure type that I provide cleaning accounting detergent AI consultancy whatever if I take a product it will be easy I'm asking a podcast as a product no make it more generic no make it physical so that everybody can relate to it okay indie mugs handmade handmade indie cups india is made for this cup i have to make a brochure so one i have to make a management style type consulting type which is the data that why indie it is etc etc and one is the design for both how will it make a lot of things okay first you said brand right which sells indie mugs right so first you make a poster when do you make a poster it will be good for me I will make a good job I need a image I need a Kiora website Kiora home beautiful Kiora this is the one okay great which product is picked what you like all will be Kiora Choplap Pro do it let's go oh man but yeah good website okay interesting okay this is good image I'll take a screenshot of this
1:33:48how do people make pitch decks brochure and pitch decks I'm not making anything else because you gave me a good idea so we'll make pitch decks okay all make it a small business what can we do I was gonna tell us First, small businesses run on WhatsApp. When new products come, they push on WhatsApp. So, you need posters for that. Create a stunning and a very premium looking poster which I can share on WhatsApp for my product which is a mixer that I've attached. I'm running a flash discount of 50 % off which is running for the next two days. Make sure you mention all of that and make a nice little poster for me.
1:34:33It's not a mixer, brother. I'm sorry, what's it? It's a chopper. Chopper. Vegetable chopper. It is a vegetable chopper, not a mixer. Sorry. It's a mixer that I've attached. Let's see, let's see, let's see what it does. If it doesn't, reset. What do you think? Not bad. Not bad at all? Not bad. Okay. What is your brand colors? My brand colors are red and white. And black. My brand colors are red, black, and white. so make sure any text or anything is around that and it's brand compliant bro why are you making my carousals in designers
1:35:12all my graphic designers should watch this right now so actually what I did is I actually ended up building a graphic design tool yeah a little bit is this better? I like that better but okay it's flashy that's okay I think it's magic of prompting only we are doing what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to prompt like a noob because that is what most of the world will so let's not try to you know master it okay this is way better if I want to change anything I will tell you I don't need to white black yellow green and the best part is you see the image consistency I just put a screenshot and put it it was able to pull through that and build the whole image with it yeah pretty cool pretty cool I can say can you make a different variation of the same poster with my product but this time I want it to be in a in a place where the background looks like Mount Everest because this is kitchen no I want it to be Mount Everest in my mixer I have tell me tell me Vegas should it?
1:36:29Mount Everest if it's a cool marketing what do you think? not look at this I think it can do a better job with text which I can prompt and say I don't like shadows and all keep it minimal this is good this is great I know in this way like white doesn't look good I change it pretty sick okay you said what's next did you need you needed the pitch tech right so let's go to Gen Spark because you want to raise capital. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to copy the URL of the website and I'm going to be like AI slides.
1:37:10Okay.
1:37:15And I'm going to be, I'm going to slightly geek out. So you are an expert management consultant who has worked for McKinsey for 15 years of experience and currently work with startups to help them raise capital. You have helped biggest of the companies, biggest of the D2C companies in the world to raise millions of dollars from top VCs. I've shared the website of my company, which is Cura Home. Read about it, get a sense of what it is. I want you to do an extensive research like a management consultant on anything and everything that's needed to build an incredible pitch deck to be able to raise$10 million of a seed capital.
1:37:55make sure you follow the pitch deck principles of Y Combinator or Sequoia while you're building the slides out so that all the information is properly captured. I want the pitch deck to be extremely data-driven because a lot of people think D2C founders are not data-driven. So I want my pitch deck to be extremely data-driven. And yeah. So after this, right, I could also kind of pull-in designs but because we Cura already has a brand language so what I'm gonna say is I want the brand language to be majorly white with black and red accent that is my brand language so make sure the presentation is white red and black with white being the primary color in the background and black and red being for images text and everything around it cool and copy all of them and also which was the other one but in that design I'll tell you the difference this is an agent Jenspark is an agent what it does right now is what it will do right now is it will do the research for you the deep research we did it will do deep research first it will do all of it it's an agent it can do stuff end to end it's not a presentation builder it's called a super agent so it will do it itself it will do it itself it will also study what is the deck of Sequoia, what is the deck of them, they will also study.
1:39:24And then, it will start building the deck. That's what an agent is. While a tool like Chronicle is a presentation maker. So, it can only design the presentations very well. Okay, so what has it to you, it will better design it? No, if you can give information, it will better. For example, if I have to use a tool like Chronicle, what I will do is, this research segment now he is researching to do it will do it will do research it will do research for your presentation but chronicle tools like that can do but they are not there yet because they are not simple words if I am using a small business to put me on whatsapp and tell me these 10 products are very good that you have to make a good design make it a good design make it a good design let's do try that until you make it until you make it until you go on chronicle
1:40:17Chronicle What do you need to do? You need a brochure You will use a presentation tool for the brochure What do we try and see? My business is very big on WhatsApp That's how most Small businesses think like When I was doing small business When I was selling detergent I had to show my detergent and dishwash gel Like I was selling iPhone you are buying a phone everyone has to show that you know that it is a detergent but you use design elements you just want to show your product in a way that you use it all people do this they buy bottles they do this but they want to show it in a nice way if you have to do this you have to download all your images of your multiple products and all of that which I am too lazy right now now I am making something with my mind No, you gave me a problem.
1:41:13I will solve it. And I don't want to do it for that. Okay. So instead of going to Chronicle, I will go somewhere else. Okay. I will actually go back to ChatGPT. Okay. Because people have a subscription. There are so many subscriptions. ChatGPT has something called as agent mode. If I have to download all your products and make a presentation. What do I have to do? one product website right scroll to get to copy information to keep and if someone will give that presentation but I'm too lazy to do that so what I will do is I'll come to chat GPT I will turn on something called as agent mode and I will say this is my website let's to make it quick in the most category masala dani is your small category so it's quicker or ceramics okay ceramics kitchen appliances and other small check out kitchen tools kitchen appliances has multiple products so it will take longer kitchen tools kitchen tools
1:42:38I am too lazy to type. Go through each of the products on Kitchen Tools, read about each one of them, download the top images, copy all the data of all of this, download as many images as possible of each of these products, and build me like an extensive document with almost all the information which I can use as a source to build a brochure. Now once you have all this information on once you have gathered all this information about all the products in the category of kitchen tools I want you to use Canva to convert this into a brochure that I can share on my WhatsApp. This is what the process is.
1:43:24Now this is going to take time. Okay. what agent let me explain what agent mode does do you know what an agent mode is agent mode does what is that agent mode is that he opens his own computer quite literally it will open its own computer it will open himself his own computer will open himself his own chrome will open his website and one button that you click like a person will click click on one thing it will try to download the image it will try to copy the account look at this it's reading mode right now it has gone to the kitchen tools the link cannot be clicked due to whatever it uses the code so it will figure out you will have to do it you will have to click all the buttons click and click all the information after that ideally should ignite canva and convert that into a brochure this is your website open we are not doing anything we are using it usually I am giving tasks I will leave it it will open one more task why do I have to sit and watch it in fact I am so I am so bad for the electricity in the world because it consumes a lot of energy I am giving 20 dollars chat GPT this task will not be done so I will waste my time so I will open 10 tabs 10 times I will give it to make sure that my solution is fine once again.
1:44:58Just in case. So it's doing all of that. It's opening the websites, doing the research. Why is it for kitchen wings? It's studying now. But this is insane. Yeah. This is called computer use. Am I too new to this AI world that everyone knows or doesn't know? Me and I are like people. Yeah. I think it's all about going as deep, right? play it or not? Yeah, like, when you're telling me, it's so basic. But now I'm like, why I haven't used it? It's been a long time. These are, in my head, but, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm,
1:45:51People say AI is a force multiplier. Why do they say it? This is your presentation. Some slides have been made. Why? Chef designed premium appliances for modern Indian kitchens. That is exactly what we do. Yeah. Founded by Chef Sanjot Kheer. Yes. And there you go. And House of X. Problem statement with data point. Because I said it has to look very data centric. And it's on brand. Black, red, white. Very on brand.
1:46:24It's all generating here. You can see market opportunity has come. Tam, Sam, all have researched. You have to check if it is accurate or not. And I'll also show you how to do it. Now it is designing it. Now as it's doing its job, it's going to take 10-15 minutes. Like I said, it's an agent. What it does in the back end is fascinating. What does it do? It's research before, if you're watching here. It's done a lot of tool calls, a lot of articles for you. Image searches, download very quickly google this is what an agent does right this presentation it's actually writing code look at this every slide is done using code pretty sick that is what I was telling you if there is an AI model which can write code it can do anything now it's making a presentation with code and it's gonna take some time so let it imagine that there is no website ID not.
1:47:19This is all content from website. Someone doesn't have a website in any business. It was not here. We said research. Tam, Sam, everything is on-line research. But one website gave it to us. There was also some material there were all images. There were all things. There was no other thin air. It can generate some images. Who can make it? Who can make it? It will make it. Like I don't have a website to make it. How will I make it? Who can make it? Think about figuring out media. Okay. Well, then I would just go to bolt.new Best very bomb website when on you Yes, it will make a bomb So, figuringonmedia.com Okay And we make podcasts production services content distribution content making services social media services whatever I'm just making three services right now What are the three services?
1:48:15Podcasting Podcasting Content marketing Figuring out production I have a production. And the third is, we build your YouTube and Instagram content marketing service. Okay. Build a stunning yet minimal and modern looking website for figuring out media with Rajshamani. The business majorly does three things. One is they do podcasting where Raj hosts podcasts with other creators and other founders. Two is that they do content services. So they help other brands to create their own YouTube channels. And the third one was? Production. The third one is production, where figuring out media helps other brands with producing content and everything around it.
1:49:01So use this information to build a stunning website. Capture all the critical aspects that you think a good website like this should have. And the brand colors are black, gray, and yellow. correct those are the brand colors right
1:49:24okay so that is a prompt bro people will go like my audience I'm not sure how many people will watch I don't know but see please
1:49:42like now any idea out of thin air
1:49:50absolutely absolutely this is now the reasoning model is using it will take 5 minutes to build here first what is our AI is doing research there our AI is making our AI is making so that you can raise money some number is not so what is going to do it do it the pitch deck is ready actually look at this first slide next is problem statement because we asked it to follow Sequoia and Y Combinator pitch deck format right it did research of all these numbers the solution chef designed precision appliances and curated kitchenware blend lab blend lab pro retro kettles automatic pepper mills this is all you have to sell this is all research and put it higher power energy this is our exact use case yes so it's your website because it did a research why now why now is the right time mackenzie reports has been pulled from the mackenzie report market opportunity is this accurate you would know if you're not sure there's a button called fact check content it will fact check all the content again for you anywhere there's data so let it fact check right now traction you have to add so you can say AI edit and you can add all your information here so much revenue so you can edit business model D2C first product ladder pricing strategy gross margin accurate actually it is accurate exactly I don't know how it came up from that gross margin from Amazon I think it's basically making an average guest estimate okay but it's it but Amazon can it unit economics this is obviously off your CAC won't be$58 but you have to put it go to market strategy CAC to LTV of 3 I hope you are hitting that number competitive landscape spring lane, ninja global chef IQ, wonder chef beyond prestige and bajaj atomberg, lg and samsung I get I can edit this So I can just say AI edit and say only look for Indian brands.
1:52:14We are not a global brand. I mean, a big up and down place can be done in a lot of places. Like I said, I got the gist. Yeah. If you've made this, you can only do up and down changes. Yeah. That is where the human context is. Why Cura wins your moat? Is this accurate? I hope it is. Yeah, yeah. Chef design. And here comes the roadmap. It made up stuff. and team chef Sanjot came house of exes co-builder and financial which always is on top to raise capital and the ask and where will you put this capital I think it's doing it must have researched about how to deploy capital but it's doing its best job like I mean with the numbers up and down based on my thing my design and structural thinking which I think in a few minutes it's been a few minutes which I think it's been 10 minutes pretty sick right it's been made and it's still working because it has to go through so much and it's been made it's been made it's been made and what else what else do you want let's make a video add your product is ready okay let's make a video add let's make it before can you give me just the product image with a green screen in the background so that I can use that for video generation
1:53:53we will make Sam Altman your brand ambassador of Cura okay we got the picture now we will go brother Sora.com okay which is OpenAI model video gen model now you'll see if you go in India it'll say Sora is not available in India so we'll use a VPN why is it available in India Sora 2 is not available in India yet because India use a lot of so usually these models are late to come to India so I'll use a VPN and I'll do a work I'll give a free VPN link so you can put it up so people can use a VPN for free free VPNs free VPNs are there safe reliable it's okay okay I'll take everything now I will come and if you tap on this right you have a bunch of AI clones that you can use and Sam Altman has given himself cameo okay can I make it yes of course you can also put it how will it add yours and scan it and it but here we can use Sam Ordman but my existing file I don't have to do this no, anyone can do it so okay, we have the product image I'll just download this I can't make a new person that can make it that can also make it figuring out media with Raj Shamani this is the website that AI built for us just now full screen stories that inspire action our services podcasting content services production crafting stories building brands your reach which we put in our mind but that is not what usual people get latest episode of course you have to put your own stuff ready to elevate your brand start your project contact us what is the website basic website this is better than basic man no services I don't think they must have built it I have to say now build the service pages now one very cool thing I'll show you which I think a lot of people should know about is if I select this button select here the button is shown select let's say I can just select that section I can say I don't like the design of this section it's too basic can you get a little innovative and make it better it's too verbose there's too much of text so reduce it and come up with a new design so what will do the section we have selected this section it will only redesign this section for us nice right so that is what it will do right now okay let's try Sora very quickly I want a UGC style ad created for the product that I've just attached where the person is basically holding the device that I've attached and showing it towards the camera and saying this is the best Cura okay let's see what it will generate in some time it's gonna take some time to generate obviously but let's come back here we said design change do style nice much better oh yeah much better and the best part is this is usually responsive so phone may be come karega desktop may be come karega out of the box wow and it publish publish publish you'll get the url that you can share with anyone else right now it's on you the website is done and then I'll take it and I'll put it in my url and I'll give it to you and I'll give it the link figuringout.com oh yeah your website and this is just front end right?
1:58:01You can literally make apps with back end and everything. It is absolutely crazy. Wild. Okay. Looks like videos are ready. It's in draft. You're our first one. Lab Pro from Curate and I'm kind of obsessed with it. While you just press the top, look how smooth that salsa came out. Seconds. Seriously, this is the best. Pick up this little chopper. It's called the chopper. Just let the kitchen you need to have this device. Just let the person carry that device on his hand
1:58:36and this is obviously Sam Altman right and you literally you will say an Indian housewife using this device what should I say Indian housewife doing this and why is it writing? what is it writing? because I'm using voice so that's what I'm talking about create a UGC ad of an Indian housewife in an Indian kitchen using the product big premium kitchen using the product and then turning towards the camera and saying this product has changed my life Cura and it ends with the branding Cura AA right? okay FYI I don't think we are using pro version if we are using pro version it will be more better do you speak Hindi?
1:59:35huh? but it's weird to say Hindi not the Hindi accent it will say it will say it will say it all depends on what I am saying thank you say thank you Kura you have done my life good in Hindi is all I need to say and it will just take care of itself okay Thank you.
2:00:01I thank Vaibha for everything I am today starting from how to create Instagram reels to shooting podcasts and now he has taught me how to become Iron Man
2:00:21So I'll tell you it took us 15 minutes to do this
2:00:28I'll not name the tool because I don't want it to be abused right usually voice clone is that you have to give your permission in legit tools but there are Chinese tools out there where there is no need permission so how many inputs do I know 60 seconds of your audio is the input if I have a little time if you add one podcast you cannot tell forget about someone else and here's your Indian housewife using your product you can see that cool
2:01:10nice bro
2:01:18this product has changed my life Kura Kura
