0:30battery degraded and generally degradation is the most important thing in the next 5 years. So the stress is the most important and the heating is the most important and the capacity is the loss of the laptop only to charge 80 %? Yes. Tell me the most dangerous device in the next 5 years. Your information without any kind of use can be very dangerous for you. In the last 10 years, the laptops are also relevant. If you don't have a screen, If you don't have a screen, you know, you can integrate your glasses. So, there is a form factor. Ultimately, computing will work. If you are thin, do you sacrifice on some features?

1:05No. The laptop is durable too. Even if it's not strong, it can be easily broken. Now, we are talking about expert books here. Can I have a stand? You are going. The sound comes from it. Let's see.

1:27What skills need to hire in a big company? How do you operate in India? Global MNCs, how do you customize their products in India? And which laptops and technologies are available to your productivity? We will give our guest today's guest, Dinesh Sharma, Vice President, Commercial PCs and Smartphones, ASUS India Private Limited. Apart from career and marketing insights, today we have known before taking a laptop, which 3 features should check them out. After a year, why does the laptop slow happen? Is it safe to use the charger and use the laptop? And how do the laptop change from AI? This episode is the end of the day and I want to tell you what you learned in the comments.

2:19You've worked in a lot of global companies, right? Almost every company you've worked with is a global company. These people are selling in the US, China, India, and multiple other countries. In your experience, what have you heard from your colleagues or what have you noticed in these companies that how to sell something to the Indians is different in the US, China, India. That we all agree with. But how is it different? what is Indians why is that the demand of Indian customers compared to the price which they pay the ratio is the best in the world in the sense that Indian customers derive the best value so suddenly paradigm shift that let's say in US we can buy this price in any other market we can buy this price but in India we can buy this price you know, you know, you need to buy.

3:22If you tell me, I tell you, that some brands are globally and your price maintain in the premium segment. But if you see their offers, they have a lot of offers. Second important point is that you can't do it. You can't say it. There are very few brands that can easily manage if their products in India cannot be customized. because here the operating conditions are different and the service expectations are different like for example, here people expect that if they take electronics let's say the mobile category is different but let's say the PC category or the home appliance category at least 5 years till they use it when those 5 years of time, if there are some issues then you need to replace the components that you need to replace the components and replace the product whole to replace it.

4:19If that is done, then it will be a very bad brand. Plus, you have a good service setup. Because people think that India is easy to go to India. You go online, you go online. You have a product list. Everyone knows. If you have a customer, you will search, you will do marketing, you will take a product top of the line, and you will pay. But when you buy a problem, when you buy a customer, one or ten customers, go and say that this is not good for company service. So, the infrastructure in India has to establish the next level and it has a very big country. It has 19 ,500 PIN code and you have to service to 19 ,500 PIN code.

4:59So, when you have to make a service for the time, when you have to make a service, and so many service centers, so many infrastructure, you can go to India and you can service these clients. So, when you even sell it to these clients, online is more important or offline is more important what is the bigger chunk online is more important or offline offline is more important see overall if you can see at least if I talk about PC category so in PC category there are two parts consumer part and one commercial part so commercial 95 % is now offline but if I talk about consumer then it was about 35 % online is more important online bik raya like 35 to 40 percent ke bici me veri karta hai 60-65 percent abhi bhi offline offline hai yes so larger part aaj bhi india me offline hi mal bikta hai correct ok and metros versus tier 2 versus tier 3 basically joh stage of evolution customers ka wo alag hai or joh media consumption habits hai channel purchase habits hai wo bhi alag hai by the way online competition abhi sub jagha hai tier 2 tier 3 cities mein bhi hai to aisa nahi ki tier 2 tier 3 cities abhi online hai nate hai because ye joh sari online companies have a lot of products value for money plus their reach in all areas distribution I think this problem has been solved since 6-7 years before that it will reach tier 2 tier 3 or not but of course media consumption habits are more mainstream and traditional so you have newspaper outdoor or TV depend for your communication whereas metros have been more digital conscious has been a lot of time people watch phones as compared to let's say other mediums like travel we can't see the phone we can't see and we won't know what's going on what's going on so everyone's going on so no one's going on so no one's going on so phone and digital media becomes very very important you know for metros but tier 2 tier 3 is TV still working TV works everywhere even today so TV is still important because especially if you target males news cricket these type of content will be more you will target females target so you will focus when you plan so let's say if you plan in Tamil Nadu so what is in Tamil marketing communication in Karnataka so in Kannada or in Kerala if you are in regional in a category where you have mass adoption then yes for you as aces it's a national wide product yes for you Tamil Nadu is as important at Gujarat as West Bengal as Delhi right so if you show Hindi in Delhi do you think same ad can you show Tamil Nadu same ad but you have to translate or dubbing you do that yes we do that and the posters you have to change the language that is important that is important if you have to use English and keep English if there are a very premium segment where we think the customer generally English if this particular product buy then okay but overall otherwise yes you have to adapt and how many languages you have to play majorly if you see in South States you have a large Hindi belt where Hindi is used local language is used in English and And then there are some other specific markets like West Bengal.

8:41So you need Bengali. You need Bengali? Yes. You need Bengali. You need Bengali. I don't know Hindi. I don't say Hindi. But it's more of a brand when you localize it. Because in your southern states, you don't understand Hindi. True. I've been there and I've tried to speak to a lot of locals. Especially if you go down in villages, in the villages, in the villages. they have the purchasing capacity high they will be very friendly but they don't know how to communicate until you speak their language or try to find some English common ground so West Bengal is also important so let's say 4 southern languages then Tamil Telugu, Malayalam Canada and then when you want to actually go into let's say Maharashtra you know like let's say Mumbai is very cosmopolitan but apart from Mumbai when you go to rest of Maharashtra then you need Marathi Gujarat you need Gujarati you need that so you have 5 languages then Hindi and English 7 and then you say Marathi and Gujarati then you add so that way if you really want to go to the masses and you have to go to the masses and you have to tell everyone about your product and your proposition then you have to factor the languages which you have to factor.

10:03If you have a new product of press release, you have to send multiple translations to the press release. Then the regional media which goes to the press release, then you have to make a press release. Then you have to make a press release. Then you have to make a dissemination in media. And is this Punjabi a big thing as well? I think Hindi is going to be in Punjab. Yes. but so nine languages toh you have to cover minimum these are big states population is a lot of purchasing capacity and has it ever happened that because you have not touched your language people have found it bad for you I don't think so people will find it bad because English is something you know which is universally in India.

10:56All the content, all the websites, if you look at it, it's the only thing in English. So I think English is one common thread across India. Hindi is also largely there. But yeah, then you have to adapt. Interesting. Okay. Then how do you decide and define your marketing? How do you decide? Let's say, imagine you have made a product. Now, who decides this marketing? The CEO or brand manager? Who does it? good question actually to be honest with you marketing if you decide later you have lost the plot significantly when you start making a product when you decide that you want to introduce the product at that time the marketing approach is more or less clear because you have clarity that you are making a product which is why you are making a product and what will you make a difference and then what kind of market is going to be if we are talking about expert books about our expert books so expert books which is the expert book P series we have brought a need gap for the market which is small professionals or small businesses go enterprise grade very free experience who get them if this is strong then the product will be this need gap we will fulfill so we will fulfill the product what we will fulfill the service what we will do flip card and the platform what we will do one we will decide that we will realize that there are many things to explain to explain the customers when we got to explain the question critical question comes from a newspaper ad or a 5 second or a 30 second TV commercial can be able to communicate this.

12:59So, obviously, the answer comes from that no, it can be able to because you have a new concept to explain why this is important. Now, you don't know that. So, obviously, you decide that if you understand why you want to explain the details to tell customers that you choose this medium to choose the date which you can who can understand? Obviously, then, we need such people who listen to 10 minutes. Because 10 minutes will be a minimum to understand what is it. Obviously, when you see it, you say, I should work with influencers and I should work with media. Because people can write articles, people can write blogs, people will read 5-10 minutes.

13:44Then, tech influencers or other influencers if they review authentically authenticity is very important you are an MNC do people still have MNC charm that it will be better so do you make sure that I present you that I will be superior or do you try to present yourself as local like this time the trend that if you have a brand of clothes or jewelry then you have white models so you have more clicks versus of Indian models that was the trend in fact even today many fashion brands say that they need white models because they want and they buy more does that work for you to make it that you should have a brand see we have where we have any communication although we have Taiwanese brand we have where we have we have not we have Taiwanese brand right totally our organization which is India and our leadership in India like I am in front of you right so we work in the entire Indian thought process and we work and I think many multinationals are doing that we use our global capabilities to use you know which is technological capability which is R &D expertise and scale is electronics is very important because electronic category if you don't have scale to the global level it's very difficult for this reason many Indian brands survive because there are margins like electronic category which is very low and if you don't have cost efficiency economies of scale then you don't have survive so authentically India and India it's a communication like we don't give any we don't give any we don't give any foreign brand and everything made for India is very important you also spoke about that when you launch a product you will see technological trends what are you seeing technological trends at this point today so the new technology trend is artificial intelligence I want you to give an example before the adoption is artificial intelligence large language models like chat GPT for example so I had a trip and my advice that that travel is very difficult you have to travel agency you have to go to language problem and I said okay and cost I said I said I said I said why shouldn't I try then I tried to ask some friends to ask some colleagues to ask Japan to work now everyone is busy I have no time for my holiday.

16:44So out of the sheer thing, I have a co-pilot. Why shouldn't I actually start asking how to plan my trip to AI? And I started doing that. I asked questions like Tokyo, I have to visit these sites plus I have to travel to Tokyo to any other city. travel okay so you know which location is for even exact pinpointed advice which should make your travel convenient to multiple locations which you want to visit tokyo AI has told this trend definitely will across the board and a very important trend today company AI powered phone AI powered laptop AI powered this AI powered that. Right. Do you think it's a real wave?

17:38First of all, if I ask a question when you research how much AI tools are you compared to regular search? I do a lot. What will the ratio happen? This is it. It's 100%. It's 90 % and it's 10 % and it's 10 % and it's much faster.

18:04correct you feel like you have a friend who is asking a question and you are answering you correct and he is very smart he has all knowledge when you ask a question and then you ask a question so he is in a chain of thoughts in your answer you are doing a chain of thoughts you are doing logically building up your questions so as you can see yourself in yourself case you have 90 % AI switched to 90 % AI at least information for knowing true correct this means AI is definitely a use case very powerful right so further given the fact that AI is helping us our own task and method which is very better you will adopt it applications more and more you will adopt it then you need to applications which is information processing you need to give output which is your choice that is your device so you will have to your devices also you will have to enable it and you will have to more and more AI processing

19:08What does it mean? Okay, so before you had a processor, like a laptop or a computer, you had two most important components in that processor. One is the central processing unit, which basically method uses the computer. It is the sequential computer. and every processor in a integrated graphic processing unit is not a GPU means you have a NVIDIA discrete GPU so in a processor in a default integrated GPU which all the graphic processing unit is a task like display, image, processing now there is a third component which is NPU which is the neural processing unit which is the neural processing unit which is the AI compute methodology is just called matrix computation.

19:58Okay, this matrix computation uses and this matrix compute uses basically AI process. It's like AI is faster and it's less power. Because the way AI works, it's different compared to regular sequential compute. Simple. If you have to ask some questions, you will not run your algebraic equation. Correct? Correct. You are working on your past experiences and in your mind, you will be able to get a approximate opinion. Correct. So, you are working on your intelligence. Artificial intelligence is copying your intelligence. In some years, AI has a faster calculation, compute or many other tasks where we have a logical framework to put a particular solution or to look at possibilities.

20:52is dix neke lihe woh sare areas mein toho ai definitely you know hum se baut faster or aghe chala jai gha like for example agar supply chain management ki baat kare ya ya let's say agar aap like data ndalte ya ya ap usko analyze kata multiple tariqe se konsa tariqa best hoga kya insights haray us mein se kya possible outcomes haray woh sab toho ai bohat hi fast hum se jadha fast you know like compute karke outcomes dhe paega see you are in the world of ai technology abhi dindbar pardtay rhatay ho dhekhtay rhatay ho kama kratay ho in ke beech me right tell me the most dangerous feature or device in the next 5 years you can use your information without your permission you can use it's very dangerous to be able to like because AI can read all the information device and process so suppose if it goes out of control you can answer answer to let's say Raja Chabari to send a email and reply to Raja which can keep a lot of money so yes I'm like the kind of scenario we should safeguard against it it's a lot dangerous scenario to all but devices are doing device is process to process software is to utilize to ultimately AI applications are important important is compared to the device device to we hardware to we can do software for it.

22:24Do you feel Indian market today the gamers have right on technology as a gap as a global level? No because see games global okay and today the products available are available to you games to play support every category. Do you think India in all the available phones and laptops and computers they are at par with global technology yes, your budget above you know like if you have that date so India in India there is also that laptop or phone available which you can use and use it so I don't think that there is a gap in fact to be honest with you if you are talking about gaming so my personal experience with gamers I have seen that there are top class gamers in India which is what kind of dedication you know like aapne aapko master banane ke liye ki woh global tournament cheet pa hai amazing amount of effort or dedication mtl abd ek prakart ka you know joh dedication cricket ke liye jata ha us prakart ka dedication woh games me dalta hai actually it pe and therefore agar aap dekho ghe indian gamers bhi kafi global tournaments at least mobile phone space me kyunke main khud personally mobile phone as a category or rog phone waha par bhoat hi important hai humara to waha par to mene clearly dekha hai ki you know like indian which is our gaming teams they want to globally tournament.

23:46So, it's not like Indian teams are not doing excel today. It's definitely doing. True. I have a lot of gamer friends. Right. A few of them Animes, Scout, I'm sure you know all these people. Kashvi, right? All of these people and then they when they talk about their life and everything is and I love this about them. Correct. Like they are just obsessed and they know what to do and what to do. It's amazing and they always talk about we will build this future. And the build that we will do is around the gaming around. Animate specifically, he just talks about all of these things. So it's amazing.

24:19Correct. Do you think in another way, technology or price, there is a difference in China? In 25 ,000 rupiah, a high-tech laptop is made. This is not happening in the system. Well, if I go to India, if I talk about taxation system, in the laptop space, so 18 % of taxes are. So if China has two small advantages in the sense that if their freight costs are less than us and if their taxation is less than us. But otherwise, India's rates and prices are very competitive. But hardware, they make it easy to make it. Manufacturing is so good. Manufacturing is so good. there. But what is the difference?

25:09If you see, ultimately you can get transportation costs and taxation. The duties of India can call it. It's difficult to buy. The duties of India are at least the PC category. The basic custom duty is zero. So you can pay for GST for 18%. In China, there are zero duties. Yes. but Chinese phones India have been there and there are 50 features of the phone if you can see all the phone's major companies they are all global of course some Chinese companies which are in phones are very big and India operates in fact a lot of market share so if you talk to any phone company you will say that it is one of the most competitive markets in the world you will talk to any electronics company so one of the most competitive electronics market in the world is India.

26:06Here the pricing the customer expects the value of this and the competition here. There is a volume of volume. You know, there is a big population. And you don't think about today. You know, like long term. If you think about long term, you have to be competitive. You know, like you have to build your base for the future. So here the pricing if you have to pay for taxation impact is very competitive. It's not that electronics prices are competitive in India. But what's the biggest fear of a phone manufacturing company or a phone brand? Today in India, because if you look at a phone history around the world, a company comes which is a lot of time and then it's gone.

26:51Let's say Nokia came, they couldn't keep up, it's gone. Blackberry came, couldn't keep up, it's gone. India in Micromax they couldn't keep up they are doing manufacturing side very good but consumer phone two important parameters if you have Nokia and Blackberry example technology Nokia has not adopted operating system that has not been universally appeal the most mistake if you have seen Nokia acquired Microsoft then Windows tried Windows didn't go Android system is android or ios to get the edge of the world so that was the technological adoption was the same way blackberry technology was the same adoption was the same way blackberry adoption was the same way and both of you you have the example of blackberry both of you have the operating system Nokia had Symbian so that it was the resistance that why I went to android my Symbian why I broke my ecosystem to someone else to adopt right same way if you talk about blackberry it was its own operating system was the approach of his own, with a keypad, with a quality keypad, with a full base.

28:02The migration was touched on it. So, the technology shifts were there. If we didn't adopt them in time, or we didn't have M-race, then we will be out of the market. That's number one. Number two, the technological shift was there. Okay, if you have to, it's not your fault, if anyone has to read it, that will be transition or not. but then you will have the global economies of scale ус time-based global markets where you willisten you to be back to make for hope that if you bring in India that if you bring them in the stock and then if the stock will thenroulectronics sideадig divine for such as effectively if you have a stock like that I agree with that that technology must be done but every company it's big every day there's a question that the other technology will be because you don't know that the new fad is that actually it's such a big storm that will become android never before it was not there the company's understanding of the market and the vision that's very minor but next every company with you also you don't know that the other big thing is what it can happen, Android always runs, it can happen in two years, someone else comes, something else comes, something else becomes big like Google which is the search command in the world that can be seen in the world that can be seen in the chat GPT that can be seen in the chat GPT I was reading this stat recently that how many Google users are who have used Google for years they have migrated to Google Chrome on the chat GPT and they have migrated to Google Chrome so now they have been on the basic chat chat पे हो रही है समझे मैं right so you don't know कब कौन सा technological advancement आएगा आप इतनी बड़ी कमनी Google हो के भी आप नहीं कर सकते predict future में what's your biggest fear as Asus fear तो केबल एक ही रहेगा कि हम इसमें ज़्यादा गलतिया न करें क्योंकि अगर आपने cable 2 global companies you know joh us competition ke onslaught ko sahip bai baqhi sab log you know kaafi categories ke baar ho gai like abhi humnay samaj ki humnay you know smart phones ke inder gaming smart phones per focus karna chahi woh hummara forte jahaan per dousaroko match karna humnay bohat difficult hai to hum us per focus karengi rather than going all out sare categories sare segments ke upar what was your biggest product failure to you know long back humnay you know phone launch I'm sorry I'm going back to my previous company Samsung okay so we had two operating systems launched with one was on the Android operating system and one Samsung had an operating system built okay so we launched a galaxy series which was on the Android and then we launched a wave series which was on the ecosystem so the internal operating system was Android which was Google operating system so the other ecosystem of the other phones beyond the point that ecosystem didn't sustain all the ecosystem was sustained on Google so at some point of time Samsung called that we didn't continue this cable on Android so this is a good example of sometimes you know if you go to a technology and why didn't it because it didn't become a ecosystem the other developers Google had you know like and the amount of app ecosystem was Google then everything was about app ecosystem where the app ecosystem was increased so customers started to adopt and started to go to the operating system multiple brands market then you are going to go tight so that it doesn't work in the next 10 years the laptops are relevant or are they now?

32:09it seems to be relevant because when you have to create something you have to analyze and analyze that you need a laptop because typing is a very important part of the content creation definitely at present the integration ultimately you can do a keyboard integrated which you can use to input further it may be another input methodology maybe in front of your screen or in front of you, you don't have a screen or maybe you have a you know, you have a glasses in front of your screen integrated. Exactly. So, form factor is something. Ultimately, computing will work. Have you seen that device? I saw it before.

33:00I had MIT student Pranof. They have made a sixth sense device. Have you seen that? No, no, sorry. I'm not. It's an incredible video. I don't know why that device will not be made. Why it will not be made. What happened? okay i mean he was an indian student in m.i.t and his presentation which is insane you should watch it okay so it's like a device where it's like here it's like a device like this it's like a phone bhi hai watch bhi hai it's like a chest device and it's like a PC okay so it's like he took it and put it on the screen and then he can work right if he can see his hand then he can make a phone and then he can call wow like bunch of stuff and he did that and it was a wild live demo okay interesting don't you think such a device which will make watch phone and PC in just one form factor see if you have a smartphone then you don't need a watch in a way right today watch is not uses like it's not more of keeping the time today you can measure that my hard weight I have how many steps it's either status or human data my oxygen level care.

34:07Now, you know, like next level is that you can measure accurately for blood pressure. Cardiogram can be watch, right? ECG can be. So, point is today watch is much more beyond, especially when it comes to electronics. Of course, if you want to buy a luxury watch, it's a different one. It's a different one. But, I mean, multiple things. Now, like you might have put the ring on your electronic ring, correct? Right? So, the point is that ultimately, you have electronics that you're wearing variable you are using. It's a different level. More of health, biological monitoring data and insights. So, the point I just want to make is that yes, if someone has told me that I have to use one device in today's date, and that one only needs to be a little inconvenience, but how to manage that, it's possible.

35:01I can also use PowerPoint presentation phone. Exactly. Exactly. But for me, I think it's a lot of community. Okay. Today, do you think that a laptop is necessary? If you know, like, like I said to you, if you want to create something, like for example, if you want to code, then the laptop is necessary. If you want to run a business, where you want to run an accounting software, if you want to type an email correspondence continuously, if you want to do analytics, text to have to use a system to to ultimately multiple systems connected to significant extent laptop is very important but student laptop or regular fun use laptop or professional laptop is different?

35:55There are many differences. Take any profession computer is being Computing is a Computing is a There is a great capability which has changed humanity. You have made a podcast on the same time. And there is a topic that has been discussed well. The basic point is that if you use computing for your work, when you work, you use the laptop for 8-10 hours a day. You see the screen, you type the keyboard. Correct? Correct. When you travel a lot, the battery requirements are very different. You need performance and battery. If you have a lot of gaming type access performance, the battery is very bad.

36:41How big is it? You need balance. You need port. You need presentation. You need charging facility better. When you travel, you need to get a charger. Like charging, charging easy okay so you can have a very convenient laptop in the future so your requirements are very different compared to a student or a gamer and this if you know a business customer or a small business or let's say in the middle the laptop starting fundamentally designed that that is different that gamer for high refresh rate is very important okay but a business maybe he will say I will low refresh rate chain power consumption is more than battery refresh rate means 1 second in your screen how much refresh so obviously the more refresh will be the more power consumption so for you 60 hertz you can see one document one time you can see a moment not to be where you are shooting shooting that all do not to be refresh rate you can see if you do a reflective display give me the light in the office.

37:59You can sit in the office. You can sit in the office. You can sit in the dim. Then the reflection on my eyes. I put my eyes on the back end. I need anti-glare display. I need reflective display. When you have regular laptop, you can see the reflective display. But for business, you need to have anti-glare display. You need to have security. you need to tell me that your data is how precious you are only data is precious so if I ask a simple question again, your laptop costs you correct, if you have to add a price how much you are I can't add it so this answer I find almost all business users that if I ask you you know like laptop ki cost apki data ki cost kya hai ab ab us data ko agar mahi kou ki agar aap you know like ye wala business laptop lete ho uspe aapko baut jyada protection with those data ka relatively ultimately sub kuch relative hai you know to phir abkya lena chauge you know apne data ko protect karne wala laptop lena chauge jyada achhe se usko protect kar saktah ya jyada achhe protect karna matlab kya hota see dhekhye protect your data no harm can be you can hack your laptop if you go to laptop then you can easily access that data that data can be protected of course data backup protection so you can expansion you can you can laptop in your drive whether it's SSD or hard disk it's full हो गई उसके बाद अगर आपको replace करना है आपने replace कर दिया अभी उसके उपर guarantee है क्या जो आप नहीं है डाल रहे हो वो किसी और की guarantee हो सकती है फिर आप दो -दो लोगों के पीछे बाग रहे हो एक laptop manufacturer अगर laptop में कुछ गलत हो गया एक वो you know drive manufacturer जिसने आपको SSD, you are behind it, if you are going to be a SSD tomorrow, then you focus on the work on the focus on the focus.

40:08At the end of the day, your productivity matters. So basically, when you are a particular type of user, you should have that type of laptop that is the best appropriate for your use case. One gamer will have fun with a normal laptop. One professional will have a gaming laptop and will have a lot of money. is because there is GPU and there is a battery. My performance is very good. I have a laptop so much. I will go and if I am a gamer will say that I will the screen is good. This will say that I will light weight and performance and battery life is good. So, you are the type of user depends on that.

40:50You pointed out something about light weight and heavy weight. Yes. and I have a lot of basic questions which I'm talking about. Sure. I'll ask you one by one. Sure. First is, laptops sell all the thinnest laptop, patla laptop, all of that you know, different ways, lightweight. Yes. So if you're thin if you're thin, do you sacrifice on some features? No. It depends. Like for example today, technology is so advanced on laptops that you can high performance thin laptops. But I'm a fan, and stuff, you will sacrifice something. You will not believe that our thinnest laptop is two fans.

41:31So, it's more warm. Two fans. But it's more warm. Why? There's two fans advantage. For example, the thinnest laptop is in the right. So, let's say if you have a task with a few tasks, where the processor is not warm, then you can work with a fan. It will become power consumption. Where you have the performance, the processor is more heat. 2 20 % on the table quickly can open the Nacional Fluid isند informee when apparently the flip рис went into time opposite despite that it is excellent but for some laptop Labour if you want to use this or use that it's that the cost grows. There are materials when you have run for yourself that, like using product, should i have used a assure

42:27because i will not have made your laptop a full - darkest plan to change is what has made to do. Even those that look like the raw neolons, if they don't make too powerful you may break things in the way has kept of Whereas if these who want to create and get more durability was important so when you use alloys to make the body to make the body to make the internal electronic components to make the thin for keeping the thermals and you need efficiency so then all technologies are much expensive that's the only difference why you don't sacrifice for the looks sometimes if you have a very slim laptop then maybe integrated RAM and what's integrated RAM means that you have a motherboard inbuilt generally when companies add more RAM so you need to upgrade if you have integrated RAM then you can upgrade but you will have RAM that will be for your usage you need to use 2-3 years for those RAM you then also spoke about security and privacy yes that is a business owner that is very important or professional that is very important if your laptop is not going to track my laptop this capability can develop it is possible possibility hundred percent okay you need security agents who are in your laptop and no can take and at the same time if you can locate you without Wi-Fi network you can do in GPS laptop you can but you basically ultimately that location communicate for some signal yes some of the internet or if you have mobile internet or laptop you can do if you have SIM card generally laptop not because people use their phone today so when the wifi network will transmit because data should transmit ...

44:32... ... ... ... So, many companies control laptop pro. How is that possible? So, generally, companies want to control laptop, they take Windows Pro version. There are many policies. There are a back-end console in Windows Pro version. So, all devices are listed in the directory. And then, the operating system is set in the operating system. There are policies that you can do in the laptop or not. can do it. And that operating system customized version like if you understand Windows like Windows for the corporate customizing all the functionalities that you need to know what applications should be, what should not be.

45:16So, the technical term used to be called custom image. So, that custom image you install all the laptops which you give employees. And your that the company's policies are in that particular laptop they activate in that particular laptop. In that regard, the person who uses that laptop can do something or not. Is incognito mode or privacy mode safe? If anyone knows what you are looking for, what do you search there? See, incognito mode, well I am not an expert first of all in that particular area, but as I know that your search history might not be able to but Google might know that you might know what you are looking for.

45:56okay and today you have a big deal that allow all cookies now which website you go to laptop and phone they ask you reject all or allow what happens if I click allow all cookies the minute you allow all the cookies the information you want to take which is relevant because cookies don't allow basically then you can track consumption behavior content consumption behavior track कर सकते हैं और आपको target कर सकते हैं और advertising के लिए depending upon how they want to do it So tracking permission दे रहा हूँ Correct Now you are laptop expert तो मैं laptop questions पूछता हूँ जो basic logo के हैं टीक है One is charging Laptop की battery life कैसे बढ़ा होँ तो पहले तो आपको यह देखना है Ultimately उसका जो if you need a lot of battery life one, what kind of system is your okay if you have a gaming system you will have a lot of battery because it has GPU run CPU run thermals run two-two fan run big display run refresh rate it's very fast so battery is quickly if you have a business laptop so if you have a lot of mAh what hours okay battery actually what hours typically computers when you use what hours when you use what hours when you use what hours so the amount of watt hours you get more battery the amount of battery in one charge in the same configuration in the same type of usage can go on so you can see that my laptop's weight and my laptop's battery how do I balance it the amount of battery in my acceptable laptop's weight in terms of my second important aspect that if you If you have battery for 3-4 years, then your battery will degrade.

47:46Every charge on the recharge. And generally, the degradation is at 80 % to 100 % of charging. Suppose you have a laptop and a 50Wh battery was at the battery. After that, after that, it will go to 80%. So, it will be 50 % of the battery. Correct? after that, maybe you have 40Wh that will perform. The laptop will only 80 % charge. Yes. Yes, if you are sitting on a table and you are continuously charging your laptop and you work on the job, then if you have a capability in your laptop, you definitely have a case to use your laptop, if you have a battery care mode, then 80 % will charge. And the good part is that when you start your laptop, So, he asks, shall I keep it at battery care mode 80 % and shall I switch to full power?

48:39So, you give a reminder that you can charge 80 % to 80 % and if you travel to 100 % to 100 % so, you will get more battery time. But if you continue to keep it on, then you can charge my ASUS. You can charge my ASUS. And you can charge battery care mode on. And if you have battery, then it will be 80 % to 80 % and you will get the capacity retention long term. is it safe to use laptop while charging totally safe and overnight charge no problem if you have 100 % charge and you have if you have a charge if there is no resource if you have a battery like if you have a laptop typically 100 % charge charging that will be but if you have a task that will be 100 % तक गया फिर 5 % बैटरी कम हो गए फिर वो recharge cycle में जाएगा तो depends अगर आप मेरे तरह तो मैं तो कभी laptop completely switch off नहीं का तो मेरा task और ही रहता है तो in that particular scenario I'll avoid doing that.

49:45Laptop पे अगर बहुत सारे task और tabs open हो तो क्या वो laptop को slow कर देजाए depends on your laptop if your RAM is enough processor is good then slow then that is also at the end of the day I have a time I have 50 tabs correct at least at least minimum on the worst day 15 tabs so let us actually go one by one let's talk about performance because you have now talking about performance so when you have laptop you have 5 important things which are run I have hardware perspective I have to talk about first of all it is processor processor and processor in the processor typically many people understand cable i3 i5 i7 in this case r3 r5 r7 depending on you have amd or intel you have not seen cable you have to see what generation is the latest generation or not because overall you know like over a period of time there are generations like r13 etc etc so you have to see generation in the second important thing is your processor you see CPU and GPU both of you the next important part is RAM random access memory RAM in the same way different types of RAM so there are generations like today's latest is DDR5 there are some variants like DDR5X so ultimately you know like joh ram karta woh basically uski joh speed hootay woh matter karta karta karta kata kita mega transfer per second ya kita hertz per ram operate karta karta let's say for example ddr5 to 5200 to 5600 ddr4 to maybe you know like 35 36 100 to obviously ram ke speed se aap ke performance pe impact aata third aap storage ultimately data vahas se read hoga data

51:40most important is thermals if your thermals like I have before example a laptop a processor a human body if you have to take a lot of fast and then you will get warm and then you will self protection mechanism which is which is which is which is slow so if you need to say that your performance continuously is good then you have laptop which is good so this is your performance parameters impact of course if you are multi-tasker especially you are content creator you know videos open you will have a laptop then you need processing GPU and RAM because ultimately if you are opening multiple applications now it depends like if I am I will read my Excel file how much MB will be 200-200 MB you will open a video in 2 GB right so my laptop is closed for this because it gets hanged Asus No Someone like me Who absolutely Laptop Exploit Performance By just Opening 5000 Tabs Correct What do you Do you think We should Reduce our Workload No The job That is not Your job You are a user You You What you want To do Laptop That's the That's the That you Don't do So if You You know Multitasking or heavy files of user.

53:10So obviously in your laptop RAM, GPU, CPU these three should be very strong and powerful and powerful. Like you have the multitasking capability that doesn't have any difficulty and obviously thermals are good because if you push it especially when you do video editing and you do research then definitely thermals should be So that's why I said that the parameters are very important to a customer when

53:58of course, fit and of course in this hanging software sometimes sometimes you have to latest updated versions then it will reduce the Google search because there are multiple things opened so Google search which I'll tell you later what I meant but it's a problem I understand which one do you think it's the best laptop in the country or in the world asus of course not a brand so see i'll tell you i'll tell you the best laptop is actually very very individual to a person so let's say for me i want the fastest laptop are you generally battery also and you want fastest also see today a good blend of speed another fast speed and good battery life is for example our laptop expert book P5 and not because you know I want to now specifically recommend like just because for the sake of it we are sitting and talking.

55:07Reason we tell that the processor works on 30 watts. The standard laptops are standard business laptops which typically you know like heavy battery life designed are on 15 watts. So one thing you get 30 watts performance. Second Intel has integrated GPU also made ARC 2 or ARC 2 so the GPU integrated that is also powerful so you know what your video rendering or what your video playback and what your graphic card is your usage that will manage third that is in a neural processing unit which works at 47 tops so AI which is the measurement laptop which is computing which is trillion operations per second or tops So, you have 47 tops of NPU and total system tops.

56:00If you take GPU tops, 64 plus 47 and CPU 5, then 115 tops of you. So, you have to use the AI for the user. Because you have to use information, you have to use analytics. Which way you can do it. So, that will also support you there. And the other important thing is that its battery life. One, it's 63Wh battery. battery plus its battery life is this task that is easily I am saying heavy usage with 8-10 hours minimum is 1 charge and claimed life is 20 hours so RAM is 32 GB LPDDR5X RAM which speed is 8 ,533 MHz okay so I am saying that DDR5 RAM speed is the best 5600 is 8 ,533 so approximately 50 % better this is all I have spec fatigue I have so many specifications you have told me my brain is not able to process because I am not a techie I have a basic customer I have a basic thing so tell me top 3 features which I should see before buying a laptop as a professional or as a business see as a business for you number 1 you should see that the laptop which I am taking the laptop, it is not durable.

57:23Okay. Okay, lightweight and durable are two important things. So, in the durability of what you do, what you do, ultimately, right? First, where is failure? You have a keyboard. You have a lot of use. Correct. You have a whole day typing. So, that is not a keyboard. It is durable or not? Ultimately. Generally, companies don't put information. You can put it better. You can research it. Like, for example, if we talk about our new range, our Jesus expert, so this keyboard, one-koro times key press tested. One-koro times. Okay. Second thing, you will open the laptop, you will close, close, close, close.

58:04Correct. How many times do you? 25 times, 15 times minimum. 15 times? Yes. I will open, close, close, close. Because my work is very much in the pockets. Correct. And how many times in the year I work? very often almost every day but laptop I think it's 3 days it's not okay so 50-52 years so you basically 3 days you use it you 20 times open and close so you have a half half of it and if you have math correct then you have 3000 times you have a laptop open and close correct 52 so you have 3000 times so our expert series laptops are na, one laptop hinge opening or close test is 50 ,000 times one laptop is if you calculate your usage it is about 16 years to 20 years to test so hinge important role play third day you travel today you travel or you have risk that you to load in your bag you have two You can type 2 % of your laptop anywhere.

59:17It's impossible to win those managersolve Because you hope that Pop unterschied screen while Call the laptop will turn up Exactly, so why should be Chrome pos vậy bueno laptop so now this pressure

59:37like push tested and again you have keyboard do it, sometimes you have a tea or tea, so you don't have a keyboard, so you should have a spell resistance. Okay? Another important thing is that you use your ports. You keep on using a plug-in, type A port, you put on your USB, mouse, it's connected. So that's the testing of ports. Ultimately, when you have bad things, like ports are directly connected to your laptop, so if your port has broken, or broken, it has not been able to take pressure, motherboard toot down so you have to motherboard's bill the highest so it was important because if you have a port pressure not to take into it motherboard toot down motherboard toot down so it's a great deal because ultimately it's a long charge so our laptop if you can see motherboard's ports on a gracing like proper steel which protects the ports that if there's pressure then the motherboard pressure second pull pressure is 9 kg pull pressure and we all test this.

1:00:47Now. Durability is important. Second important thing is battery. Because you travel you need battery. You have to have a requirement. Battery capacity is the best best for you. 50Wh, 40Wh, which you can easily compare. If you take a car, you can see capacity fuel. Battery should not be seen. नहीं चाहिए जितनी capacity battery की और minimum ideally 3 cell की battery लेना चाहिए अगर वो information है ठीके बाद at least capacity तो देखो second important चीज है अभी जो नई technology हम ला रहे है वो है charging capability एक तो हमारा charging type C है second मैं आपसे question करना चाहूगा क्या आप अपने laptop को एक mobile charger mobile power rank aircraft charger गाड़ी charger سے charge کر سکتے ہو نہیں ابھی تک تو نہیں میں کوئی نہیں بتا ہوں اور اگر یہ ہو سکتا تو best کیوں best کیونکہ پھر مجھے device carry نہیں کرنی laptop میں کہیں بھی charge کر سکتا ہوں میرے powerbank سے easy ہو جائے گا middlely exactly تو مجھے آپ کو بتاتے میں بہت خوشی ہو رہی ہے کہ جو پوری نئی series ہے اسوس expert وہ p series یہ آپ کے mobile powerbank آپ کے mobile charger car charger aircraft charger in sare chargers se abo isco charge kar sakti ho and there's one more thing jho bhoat common in laptop maga kuch bhi kharaabhi hoti hai to kya service center bhajna chahi company ke ki local vendor se kharada na chahi see agar aapka laptop warranty ke an dar hai to definitely kisi local vendor ke paas please maha jahe okay see dhekhi jab hum you know like is ke liye main kare raha ho you know like jab aap kisi chiz ke liye purpose design lete hai to jab hum cable laptop hi nahi hum service bhi purpose design business one big problem yes is a year after laptop slow why fantastic point maybe maybe your RAM adequate you have downloaded that application requirement generally Asus laptops slow again thermals depends if your thermals are good then ultimately your processor you know like for example Indian conditions dust goes inside the dust goes inside the dust goes inside the fan covered with dust the heat vents covered with dust so what will happen dust will be built up the thermal efficiency will be reduced your processor will be throttle and your laptop will be slow this is why in the range we have built a dust filter because in Indian conditions there are chances of dust in the back cover in one of the windows, which can be done through the air flow.

1:03:43And second, the dust protection is a dust filter, which takes the dust filter out. And then it doesn't clog your thermals. So, your laptop's performance continues to be good. But internally, software updates are also like this, which is slow. But it can be fixed. How do you? Generally, intentionally, it should not be intended. So, at least not our way. I'm going to assure you. See, security updates are very important. So, like, we are talking about performance, battery, security, we are talking about security. Security is that there are three layers within our device and laptops. One is your hardware, second is your BIOS, basic input output system, which generally people don't see.

1:04:31We are using Windows or operating system which is our laptop that we track. But, the starting phase is laptop who BIOS manage the interface between operating system and hardware BIOS manage the interface when we have data to secure then we have operating system protect us and we have BIOS protect us and we have hardware which will overall system to more protection if you have regular laptops then there is one chip which is discrete trusted platform module sorry this is technical but this is

1:05:14neighboring which is

1:05:22separate

1:05:27hardware which aren't don't anything that not probably so is what chip होती है अलग से hardware chip होती है जो ज़्यादा secure होती है जो business laptops में होती है जो आपको normal laptops में नहीं मिलता second important thing है like हमने और advancement के लिए bios को भी ज़्यादा protected बना दिया उसमें बड़ा password डाल दिया 8 digit का password जो crack करना ज़्यादा difficult हो Then there is a new technology that says that No, not that. Which is business laptops, but we built it. Which is cell feeling BIOS. Which is typically higher end enterprises. So these things, which are the security perspective.

1:06:05BIOS level protect them. Plus, we have of course, operating system security for Windows Defender, a Macafe premium version for a year, free for a year, which is about 3 ,000-3 ,000-3 ,000-3 ,000 cost. So in every way, we have your operating system, your hardware, your BIOS, ko tino ko additional protection deite security ke liha and ekor important question aap se aapka kya perception hai ki agar aapne laptop ke andar password đala to mein aapka data read kar saktah ho ki nahi read kar saktah ho nahi let's say agar aapka laptop gom gaya to agar wuh password nikal crack kar liya to then you will be able to do to ye sabse bada shocking news aapke liha if you have a password I just want to do it that I have a drive and I have a laptop and I have a drive reader or a laptop and I have a laptop and whatever data I have not been specific I have not been able to do it I have all the data as easy as pen drive as easy as pen drive all the data I can read so if you have all the data to properly secure that no other read should not be able to save it in encrypted format a lot of conspiracies around that we don't use webcam have you seen Snowden?

1:07:33yeah you've seen Snowden? yeah I haven't seen the movie but I know about Snowden so in the movie he tells that there are many agencies and companies that can see through the camera is that true? so that's why all the range inside our range in every camera camera shutter which you can always close to the camera just when you use a application where you have to have to do a camera on like a team or a zoom or a camera which you can do that so you can open that camera shutter so this security risk camera shutter is 100 % built in for you to protect how did Flipkart change what is his story see Flipkart as a platform it was only designed mainly designed or let's say focused for selling to regular consumers.

1:08:20So what we did is we told Flipkart, see, we want to create a complete worry-free business experience. We want to make things completely built for worry-free business, whether it is product, service, and even the buying experience. So Flipkart being a strategic partner, they said, yes, we would want to partner. They saw the need in the market for this. And we made some platform-level changes. Now, these are very difficult to do on a very large platform like Flipkart, but Flipkart being committed to this cause. Okay, agreed to do this. So they did what they did. first of all, we have our service packs, Flipkart's buying page integrated, and also Asus's service packs.

1:08:53So, if you have a laptop in the day, you can find a third-party service packs, but this is the expert series, when you go to the store, you can select that, like if you have a user, you can use a year of warranty, the majority of the users, you can use a minimum of 3 years of laptop, so that 2 years of warranty extension pack, 2 years of accidental damage protection pack you can take the same time with the laptop and then we activate it. So, for that, we will have a complete peace of mind. Second important thing is that this series you get a GST bill, you can pay it through bank transfer through you can pay it on the flip card.

1:09:36We have a direct company rather than your personal account. Plus, you have 7 units like 7 units, you have directly laptop का ordering कर सकते हो अगर आपको साथ से ज़्यादा unit शी है तो आप उदर एक form fill up कर सकते हो जहाँ पर आप अपने business requirement के बारे में पूरी data डाल सकते हो और उसके बाद कोई आपको flip card और issue से contact करेगा और आपके requirement को custom basis पे भी आगे लेके जाएगा तो So, we have a capability first time Flipkart to integrate with it. Plus, if you go to the laptop when you buy it, you can get a video call. And a sales consultant will get a live video call with products.

1:10:16And the queries you can resolve it. Like when you buy it, you can get a virtual buying experience with a shop. So, we have a capability that Flipkart to add. Plus, Flipkart's which is a minute delivery system where you can get quick delivery. We have integrated this product. So, we have a lot of thought that we have an end-to-end integration where as a business user, you have the experience of buying. It will be completely worry-free. And this is the start of the process. After that, we will do more innovations. Okay, this is my last question. Tell me what you have seen in your best marketing campaign and in your worst marketing campaign.

1:10:57What is one campaign in my mind? For example, For example, if you know any brand, you know, like kudos to that brand. You know, there's a product called Saregama. Yeah. In which they had their content for years, and didn't monetize it, they had packaged it in a radio form. And that became a super hit. It's a fantastic example of great marketing and thought process, you know, to kind of make that product successful. So that is one of the best campaigns, I would say. I think unfortunately the worst campaigns don't remain in our mind you know so things that have not remained in our mind you know those campaigns did not work that well this is why they probably don't stay there but still some campaign which you felt like what are you going to say a lot but let's let's not I would I would just not want to you know like get into that for that brand's purpose but yes there are a lot perfect thank you so much sir thank you so much for giving me time and explaining me lot of features help me out with all the things that you have said let's check actually heavy or not durability test so when we are actually you know like kishi business laptop build car we are thinking a lot like in the laptop performance performance performance is 6 parameters one is its processor second is its integrated graphic card which is generally business laptops, discrete also happens in a few things, but very little.

1:12:33Then, RAM and its storage. Because RAM's speed, storage's speed, processor's speed, these three performance impacts. Then, today, there is an important element, which is in AI PCs, that the NPU is how fast, and its speed is how fast. In AI PCs, NPU is how matter. This is key hardware components. So for example, if we need the fastest RAM today, then we need DDR5, DDR5X RAM. If we need the fastest SSD storage, then we need the gen 4 NVMe SSD. And in processors, obviously, if you know Intel or AMD latest generation processor and you know i3, i3, i5, i7, you will have a better performance. performance will get but these things are very common that all laptops come in but one important element which people do not see in which you have built thermals in which you have a processor that is a human being that is if I I say I say I say I say I say I say I say I say you know you know like you know 5 km 6 km you know you know but if I tell you that you can run 15 km ok so maybe 100 meters you can run 15 km and then you will say that you need to slow down because your core temperature will go up so that way processor if its temperature is a certain threshold ultimately silicon it can be damaged so to prevent it there is a built-in mechanism which is called thermal throttling so what does it do If the temperature is out of certain range, it will slow down.

1:14:24It will throttle. So, that will drop your performance. So, when we are making our laptop, we are making this kind of cooling system is very efficient. Like the processor will not be warm and you will get good performance. So, if you can see what we have achieved, the higher volumes of барret. This jedem and i - trend from 8 m ali atli the presets in this heat sink idea, the ones that we go through XY car willkadh the system on the low stays Abe's area. And the higher partout will be full of that Boulevard. If this fan will look and this check the fit runner. if you look inside it, it's a heat sink.

1:15:17And in the heat sink, there are many fins. So, total cooling surface is very large. This is because of fins. So, what will this system do? This is totally across the board. If you look inside the slats, then it's across the board slats. Because we need to take the air intake. So, we will put the slats here. There will be many laptops in the cable. Maybe you know, it will open so many. Or it will open three-fourths. It will not open so many. So this will be air intake here, that will be cooling fast and your performance will be good. Another cool thing is that, because we have cooling in India, we have many people without this product use, but there is dust also.

1:15:59So if you can see the slats behind, all the dust will be filtered. So if you have cooling system, there will not be dust in it. If there is dust, then it will clog up the fan, and then obviously you will have cooling efficiency. so this is one part second important part is expandability now when you have laptop you have 16GB RAM yesterday you have 32GB 8GB you have 16GB you have additional RAM now we have 2 dim slots if you have 2 RAM you have cable here this is not RAM this is 16GB RAM 32GB I have 16GB or 8GB I have 8GB I have this I have this clip kia, ये product के साथ, ये RAM expand हो गया, मुझे एक और SSD, अगर storage expand करना, यहाँ पर अलड़ी एक है, यहाँ पर एक और slot दिया है, मैंने दूसरी SSD डाल दी, original SSD का warranty नहीं गया, मैंने यहाँ पर दूसरी SSD डाल दी, और मेरा storage expansion हो गया, another important thing is, ये ports, okay these ports are okay, the usage of your durability is important why?

1:17:06suppose if you have a pen drive, by mistake you have forced to put it okay, this port will be pressure to put it on the motherboard because the ports which are laptop are soldered so this can damage the motherboard and the most expensive component is laptop because the processor is also so if you have a motherboard damage when you use it then your expense will be much more across the range we have here on this you will see metal bracing this two benefits so ports total can be 9 kg if there is pressure on them this pressure will help you sustain it which will not happen again again India perspective if you see speakers are very important because here noise levels are very much more so here are two big speakers if you have ever replaced battery this laptop then it's very easy here is a connector we have opened this particular you know like video this connector is open and the battery is easily so on your motherboard when you have battery replaced that it's not pressure on the other laptops I have seen that the battery is screwed so it's screws and this is attachment so the probability of damage is higher if someone has worked obviously but the probability is higher now if you have to go to battery so if you can see if you touch here 1, 2, 3 there are 3 cells so it's full of battery but there are 3 cells 3 cells the advantage of let's say one is the capacity so when you have you can buy new products, your battery is 100 % capacity.

1:18:58But you can see if you use mobile phone, or EV or laptop, over a period of time, your battery's capacity retention is less than. So, in today's date, it's 50Wh battery. 2 years later, it's 50Wh, it's 48, it's 46, it depends on how you use it. So, when we build more cells, build in the battery so the most capacity loss is the 80 % to 100 % charging because you are local you have already filled after that you are filled in the morning so the pressure you come in the train that the pressure is on the battery when it goes to 100 % to 100 % so the capacity loss is in the generation battery 80 % to 100 % charging so if you divide it so you divided it in 3 parts instead of 2 cells 80-100 % divided it in 3 parts so the capacity loss of battery will be minimized then over a period of time like over a number of years which you use the laptop so you have the capacity retention I didn't charge full laptop ideally if you are in office in our product you have to go and do it and do it 80 % to charge and why do it 80 % all laptops 80 % if you are in office sitting in office definitely your phone and your laptop if you travel and you don't have a battery then you have 80 % charge because I have told you that electrons 80 % have a capacity and 80 to 100 you have to over pressure so 80 % you have to leave it if you are in office then you have to use battery care mode your laptop 80 % charge but if you travel then you charge 100 % because you actually need battery because you stick just put the charger on laptop continuously and then you charge and then it will always be 80 % so it's better that you 80 % charging your battery life capacity retention sometimes you will not use battery you don't have to do anything with the laptop.

1:21:19So these are important aspects. You know, when you have a laptop, if you see all these products, then you'll get a lot of benefits. So let's actually, you know, like try putting the liquid also on the laptop. Okay. And now you can see I poured quite sufficient amount of liquid. Okay. This is below. Okay. So let's kind of clean it. and you can try using the laptop. Yeah. Thank you.

1:21:53Raj.

1:22:03Keyboard doesn't function. Nothing will happen. This is also running. It's running. And it's running. Yes. Trackpad is running. Yes. All right. Well, perfect. Thank you so much. The basic laptop, the one which is made of a master vault. You can hold it like this on the laptops. From this angle. Forget the other oil. Okay. This area, not the other. Okay. So that's how you can hold the laptop also, it can still withstand the pressure. Of course, there's some flex on this side, but this side too, there is just no flex. Even if I keep it, just no flex at all. Okay. But that's more fragile, right? It's like it's more fragile.

1:22:40So, this side is the most difficult to get from this side. So, let's say you plug in the RGF board here. I will do it. I will do it. Yeah. Now lift the laptop with the weight. First of all, check the weight. Proper 8 kgs. Very heavy. Very heavy. Lift it with the laptop. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, that's the kind of pressure that the board can actually So each of the ports on the laptop is designed to take 9 kgs of pressure. Stand on the laptop. Okay. Raj, you're standing on the laptop. Now what will happen? Display will go. Yeah, obviously. Start. But something happened or something happened? Keep the display started also.

1:23:28Okay. The display. This is the P1. This is now see it's working absolutely fine. You stood on the laptop row. Now this is all metal. So this was lowest weight capacity. This is 25 kg, this is 28. Next one is even 30. So we made you stand on the one-channel lowest. Thank you so much for watching this episode until the end. Now you have to do three things. In today’s episode, we have Dinesh Sharma, Vice President of Commercial PC and Smartphone System Business Group at ASUS India. He shares how tech brands approach the Indian market, why price sensitivity shapes everything, and what makes India one of the most competitive spaces in the world for gadgets.

We discuss the key differences in online vs. offline buying behaviour, marketing strategies across regions, and how ASUS balances global capability with India-specific thinking. Dinesh breaks down what really goes into creating a laptop, from design trade-offs to battery optimisation and why features like AI are changing how users interact with devices. He also covers taxes, product positioning, and what makes or breaks success in a market like India.

In the final segment, he talks about the risks behind big bets, product failures, and why some legacy phone brands didn’t survive. Dinesh wraps with practical advice on choosing a laptop, managing battery life, handling performance slowdowns, and the truth behind incognito mode and cookies.
