Key Concepts
- Brain Fitness and Waves
- Main Brainwave Types:
- Alpha: Calm and relaxed state.
- Beta: Engaged and focused.
- Theta: Creative, relaxed state often associated with meditation.
- Delta: Deep sleep state.
- Importance of Balancing Waves:
- Need to maintain a balance between alpha, beta, and theta states for optimal brain function.
- Morning Routine: The MOVERS Technique
- MOVERS stands for:
- Meditation
- Oxygenation (breath work)
- Visualization
- Exercise
- Reading something positive
- Scribing (writing out what isn’t serving you)
- Morning Routine Benefits:
- Sets the tone for the day.
- Increases brain power and reduces stress.
- Engages the body’s biological clock.
- Neuroscience of Habit Formation
- Neuroplasticity: The brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections.
- Functional Changes: Repeated behaviors lead to changes in brain structure, enhancing performance in tasks.
- Importance of Visualization: Mental rehearsal can enhance performance as effectively as physical practice.
- Addiction and Brain Function
- Brain Differences: Addicted vs. non-addicted brains show structural and functional changes.
- Addiction Spectrum: Varies from substance abuse to compulsive behaviors like work or routine.
- Mechanics of Addiction: Initial psychological cravings can evolve into physiological dependence.
- Managing Emotions
- Techniques to Control Emotions:
- Anger: Deep breathing, counting backwards to de-escalate reactions.
- Crying: A natural emotional release; important to process grief without becoming stuck.
- Anxiety: Breathing techniques (e.g., 4-7-8 method) can help manage anxiety levels.
- Understanding Triggers: Recognizing personal emotional triggers can help in managing responses.
---
Practical Techniques and Tools
- Breath Control Techniques
- Brahmari: Humming technique to calm the mind and reduce fatigue.
- 4-7-8 Breathing: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8 to manage anxiety.
- Daily Mindfulness Practices
- Grounding: Walking barefoot on grass or sand to enhance alpha brainwave activity.
- Tratak: Candle gazing practice to improve focus and balance brain waves.
- Neurobic Exercises
- Engaging in activities that challenge the brain, like using the non-dominant hand or changing routines.
---
Men’s vs. Women’s Brains
- Cognitive Differences:
- Men typically process tasks with a singular focus, while women often multitask effectively.
- Emotional processing and memory may be stronger in women due to brain structure differences.
---
Conclusion Dr. Sweta Adatia emphasizes that brain fitness is essential for achieving personal and professional goals. By incorporating mindful routines and understanding the brain's functioning, individuals can optimize their cognitive abilities, manage emotions, and even overcome addiction.

How did my morning routine happen? That I will become ultra successful. Our technique is movers. M for meditation. O for oxygenation. V for visualization. E for exercise. R for reading something positive. S for scribing. Writing out what is not serving you. Dr. Shweta Adatia, a leading neurologist and the founder of Limitless Brain Lab. She's also a best-selling author. Today we will know how to train your brain to be stressed and successful. Can I rewire my brain?
0:38I am not lazy, I am excited to be doing hard tasks. So I am saying, rewire your brain, rewire your reality. If you have worked in the first 5 minutes, then your brain will come out. I want to understand that the brain is different. There is only one difference. Women who are talking about, they are a little bit of a lobe. Men are a little bit of a little bit. That's why in a conversation only you'll hear women's voice and the man is always shut down. There are tools or techniques to get out of pain or break up. Awareness then breathing and commitment to do all the daily habits automatically will be okay.
1:13The brain will be okay or life will be okay. For any person, like me, is it possible to activate your brain? Is it possible? I said you're going to scan the brain too. Yes, absolutely. I'm not going to scan it.

1:50Tell me how should I prime my morning routine in a way that I become ultra successful? Beautiful. And I become a stress-free life. What should be my first thing to do in the world? According to neuroscience, I'll tell you. Beautiful. Amazing question. So first, we'll understand this from the fundamental. There are four waves of brain. Alpha, beta, theta, gamma and delta. delta delta delta when we sleep when we sleep and you talk then the fast wave is the beta so you know my mind is engaged your mind is engaged question problem then it's a beta fast rhythm when I close my eyes it's a slow rhythm which is alpha when we sleep then the delta is the delta but the first time is theta now when we sleep then the delta is the delta now when we wake up then people in the beta are the alarm hit the alarm the alarm the alarm is running so you are on a If you were in neutral gear, you had to drive the car in the fifth gear.
2:48So what will the car happen? Obviously, it will crank. It won't function properly. So what is the first hour? You go from your one-step-to-step-to-step-to-step-to-step-to-step-to-step-to-step. So this is the powerful phase of the beach. If you have hacked it, it is a very good job. So first, what should we do? Hack this theta and alpha. And how to hack that? Sit for five minutes, eyes closed. Go deeper into that thing. You have all your auto suggestions, visualization, whatever you want to do in the day, in the week, in the next month, in the year, whatever you want to do, in the morning, you include it.
3:26This is the first thing. The first thing is to go to the sun. There is a very nice thing about it, right? The sunlight actually activates your suprachiasmatic nucleus. There is a nucleus in the brain, which sets our circadian rhythm. Like you are going to go in ancient wisdom the sun was burning so you are bowing down to the sun the salutation for worse for what that my supra-chiasmatic nucleus will raise and my whole system will kick start that is the very first thing that should be done caffeine should not come in the coming entire one hour that is bedtime tea bedtime coffee what are you doing coffee is caffeine it's a stimulant you will give it straight so already you are coming from delta from delta Now you have added another beta, added another problem in your life.
4:17So it should be a very, very, very dedicated routine. Of course, there is a huge science of waking up early 45 minutes, which we say more than 45 minutes, which we say more than 45 minutes, which we say more than 45 minutes, which we say more than 45 minutes, it's a superfluous scientific, this. Because when you first get up to the sunrise, 45 plus 45, means you get up to 90 minutes before 90 minutes, all these chemical reactions are at peak. So that's why you can harness the natural chemistry. Endorphin bhi hoté hai. So you don't have any pain killers to eat. You have already accessed it. So when we studied all peak performance and their daily, there was a very interesting thing that what is habit, what is ritual, and what is routine.
5:00So ritual is die hard. I will do this as a ritual. And what is habit? We don't say a ritual. We don't say a ritual. because when you go and get up and get up and you don't have to think about your brain. The brain is not attending to that. It is happening to you. So the rituals you do, you do with your full attention. So all the rituals of their rituals were very powerful. And all the first hour, all the things I'm saying, they had everything integrated. So if we present these things in a simple way, that morning should be how to do the morning, So our technique is Movers. M, O, V, E, R and S.
5:44M for meditation. O for oxygenation, breath work. V for visualization. E for exercise. R for reading something positive or affirmative. Because subconscious opens the door. So put it in. And S for scribing. Writing out what is not serving you. So we call catharsis for psychology. Leave it. Release it. So this is Movers. In the first hour, it sounds complicated to do so much. No, it's 5-5 minutes. It's a lot. That's it. You know, 5 minutes each. To go out in the sun won't take less than 5 minutes. Go in the sun and go in the sun and do 5 minutes. Yes. Absolutely. Close your eyes, then visualize.
6:26Visualization is super powerful. There was a study which was done. There were piano players. One physical group was playing piano. play kar raha tha aur ek mentally us ko rehearse kar raha tha. Tien mahine baad dono ke brains ko study kia gaya. The people who were playing physically and the people who were imagining playing the keys un dono ka brain ek jaisa mila. The growth of the brain cells was almost equal. So, jo, visualization ka kitna role hai. There was again another study and I think if I'm not mistaken, it was Harvard ka study tha little finger ke power ko bhadhane ke liye. So, there was one group which only imagined ki mehara little finger powerful or ahi, powerful or ahi.
7:02the other actually did some exercises again three months of a follow-up and the little fingers power was almost comparable I agree with the part of visualization I am a very believer in visualization insane believer and I do this a lot every time I have a high-stakes meeting or a high-stakes speech or a high-stakes podcast I sit down with myself or I just walk on my treadmill and while walking I am just thinking about that okay, this is what I'm doing, this is what I'm doing. Everything is picture perfect. In fact, if I'm going to give a speech, I know that I'm going to step on stage and then exit.
7:45Beautiful. I just visualize every little thing. Beautiful. Now what did you do? All your circuits, you primed it. All your chemicals already is prepared. Pre-prepared that it's like this. So already a scenario analysis the brain has kept in mind. So your stress will be less than to significant effect. So we call sympathetic nervous system. Now if we know something about anything, there would be a little stress. So you stress. A little stress is good. Because you need it. You will come completely. So a little challenge is okay. But when it becomes more then obviously you start to feel nervous. Palpitations are like sweaty hands, palms.
8:21We have all done exams. At that time I wish we could understand I was able to take a little deep breath and work will be done. And we are giving a lot of exams in medical. As you know, it's a never-ending process, you know. But I think that is, these fundamentals are very small but powerful. As you rightly mentioned, how much of the power of visualization. What do people do? They make boards. Vision boards. Vision boards. Big, big, big, you know. I make it. But feeling doesn't come. Like you said, you have to practice. You have to practice. It has to come within you often, often, often. to build those circuits.
8:56First you become here then you become in reality. Absolutely. Beautifully said. First here then there. Absolutely. Tell me what am I doing wrong. I'll tell my morning routine. Tell me. 80 % of the times I follow. 20 % I'm a lazy person. The first thing I do is I'll check my phone. That's the first. Because I'll take it. Okay. Whatever notifications or whatever. XYZ. I use then I read something while I'm in the bathroom. Perfect. Through phone only. Okay. Then I get up on my treadmill. I walk 10 to 15 minutes. Beautiful. When I walk 10 to 15 minutes, I get some motivation or speeches or something that I really like.
9:4315 minutes. Okay. And then straight to gym. Okay. And then after coming from gym, shower, breakfast, then come to work. and then my rest of the work starts. Beautiful. What do I need to do? Now, changes in it. That 15 minutes that I'm listening to. Beautiful. In that, I'm sometimes lost and visualizing that I'm doing this. Lovely. And sometimes it's not. Sometimes I'm so involved in what is happening. Okay. Then I don't do anything else. Tell me how to fix it to make it better. Before, I'm doing something with Delta Beta alarm. You'll have to make sure that you are not getting up. What's happening?
10:20There are many studies that have come. Your heart rate rises, your blood pressure shoots up. Because it's sudden, no sudden thing should be. It's jerking for the brain. So, there will be no alternative solution. Now, we were talking about the chronotype of studio. There are four chronotypes of sleep. But if I don't get alarm so fast, I won't get up. I know this. But there is a capacity that we don't harness. You have to try. The day prior, just tell your mind that, look I have to wake up at this time and it works it genuinely works and then you wonder what do you hear? I call it in my notes I have written the principle pillow talk power so I tell my pillow to get up at 8am and I don't know what's behind it but it works I don't know how to get up but it works So see, that is called priming of your clock.
11:19Our body has a clock. Our body listens to us. After all, when you see how many people have done their cancers, how is that possible? And they talk about, absolutely, it's psycho-neuro-physio-immuno-endocrinology. Psycho-neuro-physio-immuno-endocrinology. It's a long time, right? It starts with the mind, goes to the brain, goes to your hormone system, goes to your immunity. And then it works like an entire axis. So whatever power is your start, thought is the beginning for everything, right? Thought only converts into what? Mostly action. Mostly your repeated actions becomes what? Your character.
11:53Then slowly that becomes your destiny. But the beginning is from thought. So, if you tell it, you are priming that clock. That look, this is how I have to wake up. Now it's your thing. And if you just sleep before that, when you are in theta state. Because that is a suggestible state. In that state, if you consider that, if you have seen all the manifestation of manifestation or follow, then they say that you have kept a bottle of water. Tell that water what you want to do and then drink that water. Essentially what you are trying to do is, you are giving a second line of this to the body, that now I have ingested it.
12:31Does it work? I mean, you see all the experiments which has been done in that space, right? One is our Dr. Remoto's experiment, that's a very popular experiment, that when you talk to the water, the chemistry of that is changing. And there's something called the placebo effect. I always think as a doctor, I'm doing migraine, but with the placebo, it's okay with 40 % of the placebo. So how did that happen? I'm interested in 60 % more than 40%. Think without any damage. You're absolutely right. So what happened? There was a switch in the brain. There was a switch in the mind, which you just ignited it.
13:08It just followed. he is a genie, he is doing his own work, he has done his work. So yes, it is possible to prime the clock. Okay. So if you are able to do that pillow talk, wonderful. There's nothing like it, you know, that's one number one. Second is you said you watch all the notifications on mobile. What happens in this, sometimes it's pleasant, sometimes it's unpleasant because you cannot control what people are doing. But you can control what you want to do. But I've gotten good at ignoring. Oh, very good. if you are beautiful because that is you you are Rajshamani not many people cannot do that right the moment they read that their processing starts oh someone said this someone said that look what the brain is in three layers and we can show it to the audience what is happening because if it's like according to me there's a whole mathematical formula so this is brain stem so I'm breathing my heart is beating everything is coming from the brain stem then once you go up above that is the reptilian brain which we are in evolutionary perspective which is now that is more also called the limbic brain or the emotional system so what does it work it works like a scanner threat scanning what will happen now what will I do self doubt will create oh I have to do this so it's always in the state of I have to fight I have to fly fear I am always fearful of the things or freeze I will be just stuck there that now I can do so F F F all F here fight, flight, fear and freeze there now the biggest which we have given is the frontal cortex which we have the person who has seen the frontal cortex and we have seen this in peak performance the person who is able to hack the power of that frontal cortex which we have as humans already given we have a bigger cortex if you see a rat cortex then it's 7 % of the person of the chimpanzees it's 11-12 % but humans 40 % given so no one gave logic because that is where emotional control so I tell all things that emotional control your control your commitment your choices your command everything is there what are you going to do how do you connect the past and the future how do you regulate yourself if a threat came how do you convert a reaction into a response so what have you over the time made this that's why you can ignore but most people cannot studies 80 % of the time we are only being controlled by the limbic system amygdala amygdala is a small little structure almond shape which is inside it's the work watchman you can't go inside you can't do this what happened suddenly 13 seconds it takes to convert into rage anger if you have done a little work and even the power of 13, it's lost its power.
16:07It's like a bubble. It's gone out. But most people cannot do that. 80 % of the times, people still live in that limbic loop. Rumination. You're thinking of past. The cassette is running. All the things run past by. And you can't leave that thought. If you don't get that thought, then your random RAM is still busy. 90 % of your RAM is occupied in something which is not serving you. So how do you think of it? so that limbic loop has to be broken so you are able to do it because you can ignore and that is the reason why you can, let's go, this message is important this is not, it is not, it is so positive it is affirmative, something which is going to help me, you take that and then you go on to your treadmill which is your physical exercise which should be the case and the gym, so which is strength building and your exercise should be all components, cross lateral training should be wherever you are crossing your this because it is very important for the brain growth strength coordination coordination when we do exercises it's very interesting if you sit on one pair you stand up you think 30-40 seconds you command your brain that I have to be standing up so that will be so coordination also cerebellum also is essentially connected to your command center all connected to your frontal lobe so that is great so your strength is building coordination you're doing balance exercises endurance muscle is everything there's a very nice study which is published 2 weeks or 3 weeks first that the hand grip is connected directly with your neuronal strength and with your memory if you don't have a good grip then likelihood of you getting dementia is more so what you yeah new age faster if you are absolutely absolutely but you said pre-frontal cortex right and you said maximum low that's strong this way they all affect the world and they can't become achievers or successful they can't become very potential but this part is strong and they will stay at it how can someone strong can be able to be able to so before we all say that Raja Shemani has probably 24 hours more than that.
18:29That's how he works. Or Dr. Shweta has so much time. Time has all been distributed equally. Let's go, resources can be a little bit above. But the biggest resource is, what does anyone have given to it? Everybody has the same way, the brain, the physiology, everything is good. Now, a little bit goes back to your childhood also. That 0 to 5 years, that's a critical window, critical development period for the brain. Because the speed of growth of neurons, is astronomical 700 synaptic connections per second 0 to 3 and if we study it there the peak learning the sensory which I can process I can see I can listen that happens for 3 years and we understand that the child is not understanding the child is not knowing the child is not knowing the child is not knowing the child is not knowing the child is being the prefrontal cortex development the child starts there 0 to 3 the seed of it starts there So, the children who have been in the first place, now many people say, my child is gone, or I just lost my car, now the job is done, this is not that.
19:34Then there is another period which comes in between the age of 13 to 20. There you can influence that too. Now, the interesting thing is that the age of voters are negotiating that it should not be 18 because the frontal cortex is not fully developed then. So, you cannot do the choice properly. So at that point, if you have been building a habit, you started to work on yourself. Then you are working a lot outside, externally, but you are not working internally. The moment you start to work at that age, whatever you are listening to this age, if you start building these kind of practices, then your frontal cortex is sharp.
20:10Now, let's say, 18. If you have that age and now you are 30, between 30 and 50. I am 28. Perfect. And my audience is maximum in this age. In this age group. so now this is very important 25 to 35 this is the most important tell me 25 to 40 I bracket 25 to 40 if you think that the two were just gone we are not going now we have to start with the start so there is nothing wrong in it because of the neuroplasticity the day you start working on the brain plasticity is so beautiful gift to God you don't think that I have this hardwired brain I have this genes I blame everything they have to my genes they have to so my father now has not raised me so everything inter-generational trauma all of them have done so now I will not do anything I will just do all of them and fight, flight, fear, freeze will cut my life but it is not like that the day you decide the day you commit that you want to build this frontal cortex when that is possible the first stage is awareness are you aware about your limbic and frontal cortex so these are like a seesaw if my limbic fire fire fire fire I can't control my emotions I fall in love that's why I say fall in love I fall in love because that is what your limbic system is doing and if you are constantly in that limbic your frontal cortex is not working but the moment your frontal cortex starts to work your limbic goes down so be aware as you rightly mentioned if I'm going to the car what is my reaction?
21:43if somebody did something wrong to me how am I taking it? right from morning so do something called the day audit audit your emotions audit your actions audit your responses audit your relationships audit your work, your profession when you come to awareness stage you understand that I am very much in limbic or I use this much so that's the first step now what is the second step start doing activities which is making it strong What comes in that? The first thing that comes in is that the four waves, alpha, beta, theta, delta, all you need to practice. The whole day, if you ask any of these 25 to 40, and I can say this with the prayer, how many times you have closed the door?
22:36People's answer is shocking. Someone says, no. Someone says, maybe under a minute. Someone says, maybe I pray in a minute. So you are not building your alpha. If I want to build my biceps, I don't look at the biceps. I have to work for it. Same thing. If you want to work for a calm response, a balanced response, a frontal cortex, which is allowing your emotions to be under control, you want a good alpha. You want a very good theta because theta is giving you creativity, vision, future. So what do you have to do with theta? It will not work with the eye. You have to go deeper. That is meditation.
23:12imagine that meditation is a very big word and hula it feels so what do you listen to music which can make theta what do you live with people because you imbibe the qualities of the people that you live with which we call mirror neurons if I come here in a studio then I can transfer that emotions are contagious so are you living in that environment now you live in a moment and say no I have to make theta how will it be? not possible so then you have to change your environment so you have to change your environment you have to change your daily habits now imagine you drink alcohol smoking, nicotine caffeine and then you say no no I need alpha theta now you have to make alpha theta how do you make alpha theta so how important is addiction to you you have to let go of all these things something will be left to leave if we take it in the hand after a time jalan vagirah hoti hai or agar maan lo chote bachay nne pakad liya to mammy bolegi aray usko chhoď do na why are you holding it to hum usko hold bhi karna chah raha aur phir complain karte rate hai ki bheh merah brain to banta nai hai kiasse banega so you said alpha, beta, theta, gamma gamma and delta delta achi sleep saad hai yes that is why yes alpha ke liye agar mujhe apna brain alpha mujhe bhoat train karna hai meri brain ki power bada nai hai to mujhe roze kitnhi diir baitna chahi minute, come to come.
24:41Five minutes, eyes closed. Is it like, the more you sit, the better it is? Absolutely. Tell me an ideal, if I have to do it today, what is the ideal? So, remember, go to grounding, that's the best way to build the alpha. What is grounding? Grounding is just walking barefoot on the grass, walking barefoot on the beach, because the moment you touch the earth, it's automatic work. You're saying, alpha build is two ways. Yes. First is, I sit at home, anywhere. Anywhere, baby. And what do I do? nothing that is the beauty of it nothing let the thoughts flow you are sitting and you are just watching your thoughts flow whatever it is so for alpha train just sit and think and if I'm thinking about some problems that's fine it's fine totally fine so it's alpha second way that you have to go on ground yes without thinking can I listen something while yes there is something specific music which are being created so this music as a frequency is also a therapy.
25:40So, when you give a frequency, you change the frequency of the brain. Give me an example of music. So, I'll tell you, Limitless Brain Lab has collaborated with Mauna TV Germany and we have made all the music pieces lab tested. For example, I can't relax. How much I can do it? And when you say the time you say the brain, relax, relax, it will go out. Because you've never done that so the brain is not prime for it. So, you have binaural beats of alpha. So, alpha frequency of binaural which means I give a different frequency I am giving a frequency, I am giving a different frequency. I am giving a cancel and I am giving alpha.
26:13So that you can use it for 5 minutes. We have a headache, so listen to this pill 5 minutes. It is a frequency. And it will help you to get into the groove. There are so many companies. Raj, I have MBA in Cambridge. We used to go on field visits. I have been to all these Huzu company campuses. I was very interested in one company. They had a headphone in a very small, a headphone and a big screen is made. And you pick it up and there is stress, rejuvenation, focus. So I said first, I said this is our brain's work. So you just pick it up, five minutes you spend there, because when you watch a frequency and when you tune in the audio, the brain waves frequency can be modulated.
26:59So we call it neuromodulation. So big companies already have hacks of neuromodulation. hacks are doing already this is happening so it is very easy brain ke liye itna koi namumkin hai nahi in fact bachche ko abhi hum we are doing the trials on limitless brain lab autism ho gaya autistic spectrum ho gaya attention deficit disorder wale bachche ho gaya aap unko light and sound ke saath unke brain ko modulate kar sakte ho so it is all it is all there you know these are hacks very simple hacks can i listen to a podcast while yes now depends on what is it doing to you okay so there's something where you get consumed and something where you create so what is that inspirational value for you is what you do is match for example for me anything related to neuroscience is helping me build my brain but anything which is completely let's say you consume something else it is not helping me just 15 minutes I will be able to do my brain alphabet alphabet speed of reasoning problem solving what should anyone in life if we see success for success simple success what should jadugar idea what should what should so what is implementation which is rock solid resilience because failure is a good one try two try three try I have to change my brain how many times, I have never had anything, back to rumination, back to depression, so failure will come.
28:32That's the strength of resilience to that failure and then continuing that journey without giving up. That's what the formula of success is all. And these four steps are related to all the brain. Why do only few, if it's so simple, why only few people are successful? And why a lot of people struggle? Because at these, when the frontal lobe comes to the front when the situation comes to the front you will fail and you will not face it so success essentially is how well you have trained your brain so when you have made all the practices practices practices it is a rock solid circuit if you have a failure and you have a successful person what will say to you oh it was a stepping stone to something else if this happened then we will find some other way so that is how the thinking then happens So you are bending your ability to think and to challenge and look at a problem.
29:26That is success. And this is all train of alpha. All train of frontal lobe is built. In frontal rule, you talk about alpha. Alpha is focused on challenge. Challenge ability. Challenge ability. Correct. Overall cognitive abilities. Cognitive abilities. That is one. Now we come to beta. How do we strong this? So beta is a little bit for problem solving. के लिए काम आता है, front में एकदम छोटासा बीटा आना चाहिए, which is allowing you to engage in a task and activity, तो त्रातक जैसे हमने बताया, focus and concentration exercises, builds your good बीटा Is there anything else, जो घर में बैटे लोग कर सकते हैं?
29:58त्रातक तो बहुत ही असान है मतलब कोई भी कर सकता है, जो simple सा हो do is take a day off just because force goes the formula and then go to the and then go to the then do things do when you are aware and aware do things first take a... and then sit down and sit down. Largely going up to down is better. So you finish your sit down and focus then you get on to your meditation practice then you get on a little deeper so you go like this. Interesting and we missed the part we were talking about I can't get up early in the morning many people don't get up. Yes. And you said there are 2-3 types Yes. What are those types?
30:53I think you and me same. I can't even get up early although my spiritual teachers are a lot of brahmamurad which we call early morning and that's very scientific because as we said cortisol, adrenaline, endorphins the best chemicals are in the morning your circuit is almost primed to think better create better function better so early morning is definitely playing a role so the chronotype is nothing but how is your clock primed so there are few people who are lions they can get up early in the morning they find their most energy peak during five o 'clock to seven o 'clock eight o 'clock then there are bears which are at eight o 'clock at eight o 'clock and they get energy at 10-11 o 'clock so those are bears and then there are some people who don't get energy at three or four o 'clock then they stay at midnight until midnight wolf okay this is my type of type and some are random sometimes energy comes out sometimes I don't know how it's going in the whole day.
31:53Those are dolphins. So this chronotype is very simple. Anybody can do Dr. Bruce's study. So go and do a sleep chronotype. Do a simple question. Understand that your chronotype is a phone. Now I'm a bear. Sometimes people call me at 7am. Tell me the solution to this. I said, brother, I'm a bear. I have to call you at 10am. I have to call you at 2am. So because that is how you have kickstarted your brain. That is how the brain thing comes. beauty is can you shift these chronotypes the answer is very much yes so we don't have to remain i am a bear so all my life i have to die as a bear i lived as a bear no you can go into being a lion if you want to depends on which phase of your life you are in right now i'm in a phase of my life where i feel that no i have to be sincere in my spiritual practices i have to be sincere with my brain i have to reach to wider audiences i have to prepare my ferrari to prepare to do carosine you can't put carosine your Ferrari is your brain right you have to feed it well you have to feed with all the right things so I think getting up is that feeding part of it and then is it different that the lion is chronotype which are at 5 o 'clock versus which are 3-4 hours they are a wolf or who are at 10-11 hours they are a dolphin they don't know when they are good when they are asleep they are always asleep they are always asleep in these four in life how successful are there?
33:18there was a study which was done that successful people and their chronotype match what they found is that people who are aware that this is my optimum utilization of the capacities and then they were matching as you rightly mentioned so their success was more than that most people are unaware they don't know what's happening in my day life is going life is not going you are not making life life is making you So this is a very significant difference between when you take the control over versus everything around takes the control over you. I remember a story. There was a young guy who was very, you know, a 25-year-old man in Dubai.
33:59He called his grandmother. He was coming from a small village in Gujarat. So the grandmother is like, wow, this is a Ferrari. Let's go to the Sheikh Zayad. Future Museum. He's showing everything. The uncle is very happy to see the kid. The kid is riding in all the tush and you know, now he's going, going, going, going and the car is closed. There's an accident. The car stops and the boy is perturbed. Oh my God, the accident has been gone. Ferrari, what do you think of uncle? Suddenly it happens. Uncle is sitting with a lot of fun. Uncle doesn't have a difference. So he's saying, uncle, it's all over.
34:34Why do you have nothing to do with anything? He said, son, you've called me. I've come from small towns. Beautiful, loved your car. You've been driving. We were going. So, we were all watching, we were all watching. When I was thinking about how this is going to be closed? It's like a closed. It's closed. So, in our life, there's also a break inside and outside. Now, people are going to the outside. They're closed. What happened? Suddenly, the disease has become. It's got a stress. It's got a burnout. What happened? The outside has got a break. What you need to do is understand the breaks inside.

35:08And that is through the frontal cortex. The power of the brain. The moment you harness that, everything becomes possible. Everything becomes potential. Everything is possible. Limitless potentials are there. 24 hours are the same. Everyone's physiology is the same. Everyone's capacity is the same. So, awareness. First step in life is to understand. Understand your habits. Understand your performance. Understand your power. And then start applying. I like that quote, try again and again and again and again. Which is all what life is all about. So, understand your chronotype. and if you can understand someone's chronotype then I'll give you a link you send me a link I'll give you a link in the description so that people now test how many times do you test 5 minutes people will know that that they are a lion type or a wolf type or a bear type or a dolphin amazing and I'll give you a link because this is also necessary that what your brain's fitness what your brain's strength what your brain's strength what your brain's strength very very simple thing depending on your lifestyle your score will probably be more but try we will try what comes from brain fitness score decides how well you are taking care of your brain I'm sure people have given a test of kidney I'm sure everyone knows their hemoglobin but does anyone know their fitness capacity so that is what the mission and vision also of limitless brain lab was that what you can measure you can manage if you don't know then what will you manage so 5 minutes literally 5 minutes so we have validated this thousands of people have done it it's a very simple and easy test to do but it's also known that what changes in my lifestyle will I have to bring in my lifestyle is it free?
36:50yes yes the entire tool is free I'll put it here in the description again and we all have our mental fitness score or mental fitness brain fitness brain fitness check it out amazing very interesting thing let's change gears because I want to understand that we were talking about brain power, morning routine, if someone, like me, or someone, is your brain 100 % activated, is it possible? Great question. It's a Limitless movie, that I ate one pill, and it's all my brain. I am fully capable. I have my brain activated 100%. So technically, let's put it that way, that we eliminate myths first. eliminate my 5 % brain is 10 % that is all myth all your brain is always engaged now as I look like my visual cortex is engaged sound is my auditory cortex is engaged if I have to move and take this my kinesthetic system is engaged now if you see my brain will still make sure that the coordination is such that I will be able to drink it so it's all the time
38:03we have said that is all that is your mutual fund. The moment you will keep into it, compounding will happen and your growth of your life or whatever you want, it will be happening. Two things, the frontal cortex plus multi-sensory challenges. Now what do we do? Mostly if you do this as a normal person, point A to point B, go to the office, go to the same route, eat the same food, do the same thing, the same thing that the TV program is,
38:40So, if you need an optimized brain, you need multi-sensory challenges. Now, I go to grocery shopping so busy schedule. I tell my mate, no, I go. Why? You take the smell, you touch the thing, you are walking past an ally. There are so many people of different things. Because now you're constantly sensory challenges. So, in our language, it's called neurobics. How you have aerobics? that is neurobics right and very simply let's say i have a desk of my own now i have a phone i have put my phone in the next week change left side my brain will change the whole circuit and that's it where i gave the opportunity to continuously work one day comes when it's multi-sensory prepared frontal cortex is prepared now you have a challenge it will work I read this about neurobic very long time ago yes and since then I've been doing left hand brush same thing I do yes morning is right left but now now that's in this position I'm doing it for many years that in fact if I'm doing it for the night then I'm doing it for my brain I'm doing it for the night yes it has gotten into use but now you start mirror writing I just met one a major Vikram amazing young army officer and he says that I do mirror writing.
39:58What does it mean? Exactly. So I was like, let's go, I listened to ultra writing. What was it? So you write ultra and when you look in the mirror, it becomes straight. That is called mirror writing. From left? Yes. So, ultra, completely ultra because you will see it in the mirror. So Leonardo Da Vinci used to mirror read and mirror write. So, somewhere where his brain was fit. Wow. Now, I told him, I told him, I told him, ka kyun zharwat padi bhai mirror writing karne ki what prompted you to do that he says I was to be posted in siya chin aur mujhe kisi ne bata ya ki waha pe kuch nini kero ke brain ka power chala jayega because obviously it's a cold place and very difficult to even survive he says I took it up as a challenge ki waha pe ja ke mirror writing sikh lunga I said what a you know way to stimulate the brain so ab mirror writing woh bhaat sundar tarikhe se ab chalo waha tak bhi thik hai ki mai right handed ho my mirror writing kar rio he can do it with both hands so I think you and me should start learning that after that he thought I can do it in English let me do it in Tamil let me do it in Hindi so this is the way you challenge the brain so as you grow up a level of challenges as you said now it became an automatic habit for you the brain is getting understanding now you are left so now I have to fire the circuit let's leave it now do something else so people who want to become successful and specifically your audience as you said is this 25 to 40 success and I think success is the birthright for everybody.
41:31Everyone should be successful. You should be watching the broadcasts who are successful. Absolutely. Personal growth should be done. How do you have a instrument? I tell a lot of my patients also that Mozart is singing. Mozart is the top musician and the music is the best and that is being transmitted from the radio. Now you're saying that Mozart isn't good. What have you done with your radio? So you have to fine tune your capacity your brain the moment that happens everything around will transmit everything will happen success relationship what is life all about there was a very nice study which was done as i'm talking to you know all those studies are coming in my theta so that study was very interesting so we say that we do think 50 to 60 000 thoughts a day now one scientist said that 50 000 thoughts So he went out and shot some 22, 23 ,000 people's thought audit pattern.
42:30So when they entirely completed the study, they were shocked to see that it was the same thought over and over and over and over about the same thing. Finally, they came to three things in that study, that people think three things. So what was that three things? Number one was relationship. relationship. Number two was work and money, work money profession. And number three was health.
42:59So it is not like solving a lot of things. It is only solving one, two and three. Very few people in that study also thought that what is my evolution? Where do I come from spiritually? That was just actually single digit number but largely people only had health relationship and profession or work money wow you know what's impressive to me and why I'm writing this down like exact line I'm not writing words figuring out full podcast from day 1 there are only 4 pillars we only talk about 4 things we only talk about 4 things but we don't talk about you will never see any other conversation on my podcast ever beautiful from day 1 till now we have probably 700-800 ,000, I don't know, how many episodes did it.
43:48Health, wealth, relationships, and country insights. Oh, wow. Beautiful. These are, and so health, because I think that if someone needs personal growth in life, then their health is top. Energy is big. Then they can't do anything. They need wealth because that gives them ability to have better and nurture most of the relationships. Beautiful. Then when you come to money, you don't have a relationship. You don't have to. You need to understand relationship in a much better way. The relationship with yourself is also and the other one is also. Beautiful. Then, and if you have overall something new in health, better and you have to find new opportunities for your money, you need more empathy and better for all, country insights is very important that the rest of the country because the more you understand the better your overall intuition gets and that's why you can perform better in the three areas beautiful so these pillars were and now when you said that 50-60 thousand thoughts but those same three thoughts again and again again that's what I'm gonna write it down using it now there is not to fix that so it's not like oh I'm overwhelming I'm gonna do so much formula is very simple three things I'm gonna do this in my manifesto that just fix it we have to fix this for this 3 pillars are necessary.
45:11Now I will give you a more logical reason. Because, 28-30 ,000 people who were studying, that they think about 50-60 ,000 things but those 50-60 ,000 things are only about 3 things. That is health, wealth and relationships. That's it. And that's what we want to improve in this podcast. I love it. Thank you. You gave me a manifesto. It gave me a good thing for me to write. But coming back to your point. So you said if someone wants to activate their brain 100 % this thing should be done. Absolutely. Number one, you should sit with yourself at 10-30 minutes. Whatever you can give, the better. Just silently sit and activate your power.
45:52Second, you should do something that you do daily, you should be a little bit of mismatch. If you do something with your right hand, then do something with your left hand. If you do something with your right hand, then do something else. If you do a same type of workout, then do something with your right hand. If you take a root, then go from the other root. sensory stimulation sensory stimulation so that in different ways you are going to challenge the brain and third what did you say so the third point what we were on was energy management so it is not about time management you know gone are those time because AI will do a lot of your tasks so you have time but you invest in energies and wherever there is a very nice Hebbian formula in the brain he says the neurons that wire together fire together neurons that fire together wire together so wherever you put your attention wherever you put your focus your passion into it you are obviously going to build those circuits yeah once your circuit has become become become become become then you don't that means now talk about cycle if I was initially learning cycle 2-4 times I was also learning cycle now do I have to do it before I sit on the cycle or before I learn the car so that is exactly what happens in the brain once your circuit is created your frontal lobe is strong and called this done now you have a business loss now you have a problem in any situation you will still become resilient I had Mr.
47:11Rizwan Adati on my podcast he's one of those guys who's a millionaire businessman from Africa went through a lot three times it's zero from millionaire to zero millionaire to zero and every time he rose back and he says I've been here I can't do anything my internal wealth will definitely create external wealth wow that's true we're talking about internal wealth and you said about a millionaire I've studied most of the billionaires and ultra achievers this is very boring they don't have any multi-sensory they do the same thing again and again again and again same thing we think like that if we study them in detail I'll give you some of the peak performers that we have and we have some of the top leaders of our of the country such as UAE so they do gardening they keep reading about all the things that is happening around the world also they keep traveling also they keep meeting different kinds of people also so it seems to us that their tasks are very monotonous but it doesn't happen they do keep themselves sensory stimulated and that is the only building years also building years so let's say talk about for example a sports star I'm just I'm thinking about it I'm thinking out loud because I don't want to name a specific person who I know so let's say one of the top cricketers in the country Virat Kohli so don't you think in the building years they were only up to the day they would practice, go to the ground, play and play then they would come back and do it such as Sachin Tandul, their story is very popular and we talk about that they were up to the day and they were only up to the day and they were only up to the day only bat ball, bat ball so in this way they had multi-disciplinary sensors, they had no activity because they were such an Tandul see what happens is they took up that one task and they wanted to be top at that task so just as you said that noise you have to remove all of that you have to make it one circuit but if we talk about Sachin Tandulkar do you think that his strength led him to become a good batsman?
49:16his physical strength? his strategy led him to become a good batsman? his frontal cortex led him to become that batsman if we talk about Mahindr Dhoni he is one of my favorites Virat Kohli की बात करें, कितना आप शांद रह सकते हो, कितना आप पिछ पे कमांड में रह सकते हो, things will go wrong, how can you motulate that, तो वो कहां से आता है, वो cortex से आता है, ठीक है, तो शायद वो multi sensory stimulation नहीं कर रहे हैं, जो कि एक general brain growth की बात हम कर रहे हैं, but they are building their frontal cortex. No sportsman doesn't win with cable strategy or with cable strength or with cable doesn't win it is only the frontal cortex and this study has been done.
49:55By the way, soccer players and basketball players and NBA have been done many studies that they have done before the game and before the game they have been brain scanning and after the game what is happening in the game so when people who have a very balanced frontal cortex who have a very frontal cortex which I'm saying is on top They are the ones who perform better. Because they are the ones, I think one of the tennis stars, he was playing a lot better in tennis, but he was angry at all. He was fake a racket, he was doing this. So that is where the amygdala hijack which we were talking about.
50:28So that makes a good sportsman a good sportsman, or a good performer a good performer. So I think if we talk about general people, barring these super ultra focused performers, sensory stimulation is must. Otherwise we'll go into dementias. and which is a lot of pain that why should we be plumbing the brains we should be kindling the brains would you call them anomalies or do you think if one brain is developed in 4 ways then they focus so much on the three that one skip doesn't matter exactly precisely because the focus the art of not getting hurt by anything and that's so strong that they need other sensory to develop I don't know.
51:12I was listening to, in fact, Sachin Tendulkar was in Dubai and I was listening to one of his live speeches. And what he was saying, that the most effected my game, whatever improved my game was my mental resilience. So what are you talking about? And you're talking of a mental fitness. So whatever you want to take, I feel like that. And I wish that resilience, building the frontal cortex, autonomic nervous system regulation, amygdala control. This is all I learned in school. yeah yeah it is must i agree and i i genuinely believe the most dangerous people are the ones who can stay calm when they're disrespected beautiful beautiful i had such a situation a couple of weeks back i called this amazing person and he was giving his lecture so i was moderating the show and then i had another guy who walks in and completely bashed the whole this of it now he's at a very high stature but he came out of the show and he said look this is the test which came in and completely zero changes in his body language zero change in his physiology now that is what i call a peak performer that anyone wants to give you a lot of people you are giving you something but you are not disturbed inside that is the capacity of the frontal cortex and when you when you go through a lot of billionaires is the brain differently designed so how do they become billionaires okay first is nature so there are some genetic things that we carry.
52:40I give a simple example that a loaded gun is a trigger. Trigger is your epigenetics which is your environment. So what you want to become? What is your environment telling you to do? And loaded gun is your gene. So combination of nature and nurture will then make your brain flower. So which success is made? When they have that spark in them that something is also I will be solving this problem. And one of the why is that that I have to solve this problem. If you ask me why I need everyone's brain healthy, because I feel like you have given such a good acid, and you will end it like that. So I am very passionate to preserve that acid.
53:22I use it and I use it. So that drives me. So when your motivation, your driving force, your focus, mission, vision, purpose, it comes to that, automatically your nature, that whatever genetic if you think that there are things that you automatically overpower from that environment and that is the reason why you should never never feel that my genetic gave me so much now I will not do anything that is a very very minimalist thinking you know very narrow thinking so you can design your brain to become a billionaire yes you can do it absolutely 100 % yes and I also in fact I also know in neuro manifestation people say manifestation is manipulation and manifestation just no it is man everything is all here your mind your brain is all what it takes to get anything that you want okay one person two people both have a lot of potential one was one didn't happen in life the potential was in childhood wow smart child and something didn't happen and he was like that he was like that he was like that and a billionaire became in the brain what differences will happen this frontal cortex power will be much more he has come to try again try again try again he has done resilience built he has the capability to take what is going wrong in his life he has detached emotional detachment is extremely crucial he has increased focus and attention and converted to the purpose and converted to the outcome that's why a lot of people also get perturbed by the outcome then they decide the outcome that this outcome I need this.
55:02So again, you have narrowed your limited where you can gain billions. You have kept your outcome in millions and then in contentment. We were talking about contentment. Never feel contented. Because then where will you grow? The opportunity and the growth is beyond your contentment. And that's why I like your statement which is right here. It's foolish to be satisfied. Don't be satisfied. Go beyond. So these brains, they have this. And look, every brain has the same same here. The same situation is the same. The debt will come, loss will come, failure will come, relationship will crash. This is life.
55:39What do you show all of this time? What comes out of you? That defines you. That destines you. I think that that is your destiny. But doesn't that mean that you will be emotionally off? No. You don't disengage. I don't think I am wrong. But that's off. No, that is disengaged. You are not taking it inside. Yes, you feel bad. Now, as I talk about three days back, a very dear friend of mine had a sudden severe cardiac arrest. You know, that night I just could not take it. Before I was very small and I was not able to take it. So it's not that you don't feel bad. Now, how much time I will continue that?
56:16That is where the difference comes in. So, my life has become lost. Somebody is that. Now, what do people do? They take all the loss. Then there is an acceptance which you have to at certain point. that was not in my hand. It is an unfortunate event, I cannot help it, it is gone, I wish it did not happen but that's it right? Something in my hand is now, can I fix it? I cannot do it. The people are not able to come out of that loss, come out of that grief. In business there is loss, they will be doing loss, they will be doing the work on that. And this is not anything. It is all, the cassette is stuck in the limbic loop, your cassette is stuck there and finished.
56:53Your life is gone. Lives are gone. So if I want to know my brain type, how do I know? Yeah, there is a website where you can access it. It's not free. It's not free. How much money do I know? $200, not too much. But yeah, it's$200. $16 ,000 for knowing my brain type. And if I know my brain type, what will happen? Now, to understand my brain type, one is one. After that, the next question comes, are you aligned? Are you doing your work according to that? And if it's not, you have to build it. Now, if I'm driving, one is my front mirror, one is my rear mirror. I know I have to know about the front mirror.
57:27But I have to see on the rare mirror. So those will be my weaknesses as well. So we call it flow and grow. I want to flow in my strengths. And if we talk about the ecosystem and children, they also do weakness. That yes, let's do it all right. It's not about that. In the brain, you have to harness the strengths. So if we talk about the Western side, that is where they give a lot of importance to that. If you are a normal school,
58:03So that is the beauty with the brain. That in the less effort, you grow something in it. Now let's grow a little bit. Let there be a rare mirror. But the focus of the front mirror is full of strength. Interesting. So we have built 15 labs, which are very, very specific to building these four parts of the brain. So, just say intuition lab, compass lab, I don't know where am I going, mental fuel lab, communication lab, confidence lab because all these are required for your daily life. Now, someone doesn't tell how to develop intuition. Yeah, tell how to develop. Just like people understand intuition is coming.
58:41But how do you sleep over those decisions that come in? I mean, I have a gut feeling, the second brain feeling. So, how do you feel? what type of the data points that you have to scan how fast you have to scan those data points so there's science into everything procrastination there was a survey which was done and and survey was shocking what survey was in the survey how many procrastinators are how many people guess that survey was almost a very good guess because 95 percent of the people were procrastinators it was a huge survey scientists wondered 95 % people procrastinate 5 % people can do it why is that because fundamentally brain is lazy it's happy where it is and there is a way in which you can break the procrastination simple steps do the shitty draft first do it if you have to work then your brain will come in the air maybe you have to prime a coffee first I am giving you caffeine in there you come come come come come come come come you know so momentum yes create momentum absolutely the first five minutes can I rewire my brain that I'm lazy not even I'm I'm excited to be hard task for me to be excited although you know how when we get up we don't get up we don't think why do we go to gym this is majority people's brain says this.
1:00:16Absolutely. It's not a problem. Responsibility is like this. Can we rewire our brain this way? That we can excite that we can go to the gym and go to the gym? Absolutely. Apart from 2-3 people who go to the gym and go to the gym. I'm talking about people like me. People like me also. So I just told you, rewire your brain not rewire your reality. You can rewire your reality. You can rewire your whole reality. And that's what it is. That laziness. First of all, understand, the brain is lazy, brother. 95 % procrastinate, I am also one part from that. How do I break this? I have to be having a firm commitment.
1:00:51So, that's why I often tell people that you keep your purpose. If my purpose is that I am just giving a random number, I have to connect with 1 billion people. So, that's what I have to compromise in my 5 minutes. So, am I on my mission? Am I on my purpose? And if I continuously keep reminding, because the brain loves meaning by the way. The chemistry of the neuroscience is such that you add it to the meaning. I wish my 8th standard teacher would understand this. I taught the Pythagoras theorem that I taught the meaning that I will apply it. The moment meaning comes into the thing, brain is able to do it.
1:01:32So always attach your waking up in the morning to also meaning. I am a neurologist so we see many patients who are paralyzed, is paralyzed, who sometimes goes away, doesn't say, so everyday I wake up with the feeling that I have got two limbs and two legs and this so I have to make it happen. So you have to have that drive, constant drive, constant motivation. What's first? What's the motivation? You have to take it out. You read books, this is what happens. And sometimes it's very interesting that everyone talks about positive. No one doesn't say that we learn to think negative. Because negative is automatic.
1:02:08A and T, automatic negative thoughts. Ants are always crawling. So you are not going to be doing that I have to do positive and negative. When you rewire your physiology, negative does not exist. So that is the beauty of the mind. Interesting. I like it. I want to understand men and women's brains are different. Wow. Are they designed differently? Beautiful question. So as scientists, we thought that there will be a lot of difference.
1:02:46will be different in men versus women. But the scientists could not find a major difference. There was only one difference which most of the studies have shown. If you think that a man is in a closet, he has a closet. The socks are lying just there. He will not see it. He will not see it. He went in the fridge. He told him to take yogurt. Yogurt is there but he will not see it. That is how he is wired. His attention is wired only monofocal. On one task. He is watching football and everything is done. He is doing cricket and everything else goes out. Because they were hunter gatherers. So the way the brain was built was that one is attention or focus.
1:03:26Now talk about women's brain. Children are going to be able to deal with the kids. Some are talking about the maid. Some are doing something else. There is constant awareness. Yes, absolutely. that because that is how their brain is formed so largely women's vocal capacities, vocabulary which is the same as saying, that's a little bit of a lot of people so that has been shown about 5 % change between the men and the women, that's why in a conversation only you'll hear women's voice and the man is always shut down, these are major differences but one major difference is when you read a lot of studies not from the neuroscience perspective but from psychology, emotional perspective if there were a lot of studies that were done quality.
1:04:11it's men's mostly memory and focus are more evolved women's intuition and multitasking is more evolved. Emotions feel more important. And also women's memory is better than the men's memory. Isn't it? The women's memory is more tuned to the emotional. So their hippocampus is the way in which the emotional memories form. If I suddenly talk about my grandmom used to cook amazing cookies So he constantly, just say grandmom, those emotions will come, cookies will remember. So the emotional wiring of the memories with that hippocampus is strong in women. That's why he remembers everything with that feeling.
1:04:58Men is more of a general memory, not connected to the deep emotions. And then men's amygdala was stronger? Yes. They were saying that men's amygdala was stronger and hence it fires and all. But the latest research is coming that that's not true. because of social conditioning I think there was one research mosaic brain yes yes unisex people thought that it would be men or women but largely it would be unisex both sides evolved because of the social conditioning which has been done correct earlier when we were hunter gatherers we would be different because over the time the opportunities have become the same the social conditions have also remained the same and brain is very quick to change and evolve.
1:05:44That is the beauty of the brain you know. So, she sets everything very quickly very quickly. But isn't it that women have empathy more? I was like that. But equally all the research that is coming through is not showing that that's the case. It's a perception. It's a perception that women you know even the technically if we talk about global standards then weaker sex and then more emotional more that and all but the neuro anatomical correlates are not coming. But why is this perception then? that girls are more logical and emotional are more emotional?
1:06:42It's not like that. It's not like that. It's not like that. Because those people are not so developed. Why? Possibly because in the evolution of them, they were that you focus and attend to one task perfectly well. At the time of hunter-gatherer, you have to do that. So that was the mission and purpose why the brain was formed. This gets me to the point of men and women, the way they deal with breakups. Girls and girls go to the same intensity. Then they break up. So girls process them at that time. process that will be very sad until months they will not feel good they will not eat food they will not eat they will have problems they will affect their work they will cry they will be very affected but they will feel it through that process and after that after 6-7-8 months she will be over it forget it that was past it will be moving someone feels like a year someone feels like a year someone feels like a year but they get over it and they feel it versus men they are ready they are ready from the day, they don't have any difference, they go into the mood, they feel like the world is hearty, break up, whatever, they don't let that emotion process, they get busy in their work, they escape, and then 6 months later, they hit that, oh shit, this is the part of my life, I don't know, and then they eat inside and then they get into this alone, depression, sadness, feeling stuck, emotional negativity emotionally off so why is this like this look this is evolutionary perspectives exactly same thing happens and largely people who are listening will also be very much allied to this because this happens now evolutionary wise if you see commitment before a relationship then the chemical changes are very different let's say the couple or the friends are meeting for the very first time the very first time the girl's oxytocin oxytocin is like more bonding hormone it comes a lot it comes a lot it doesn't come in men even after the sexual this also intercourse also which is in women it increases oxytocin and serotonin it increases all a little testosterone will come in but in our male there is no testosterone so the bonding hormones for the women is already pre-anticipatory that this is my family the body has already given that signal physiology has given that signals so when you invest pre-anticipatory so much invest you have invested so many chemicals circuits into it outcomes into it so the truth is you will get so much men that's why the way the biological evolution was that I will choose perfect partner I will keep if this is not there then I will go to the next one then I will go to the next one then I will go to the next one I don't invest oxytocin there I don't invest my serotonin I don't invest I have a little testosterone and the thing is done so this entire thing answers your question why both of them process it differently.
1:09:39It's a completely different neuro electrochemical reaction what is going on in both the sexes. But that's in the beginning. Yes. After that, there is that self ego which comes in. There is always this back of the brain which is it's not coming in immediately because those chemicals were not there. This was not there. Then the life passes by. Then somewhere you hit that thing. You automatically stumble upon that friend or whatever happens you know then that little ego thing because you have seen the rest of the partners now you go back to the thing saying that oh that could have been a better choice because finally the entire evolution was to bring better offsprings it had nothing to do with a man or a woman it had all that towards my child my best offspring should come in so the entire way in which the man woman psychology biology physiology was born to produce good babies so this is why he hits them oh no now that comparison becomes a comparison I may miss out FOMO then the FOMO hits in and then all the entire then the reverse biochemistry starts you are telling me that until now because of evolution subconsciously you are just choosing that my child is better 100 % and you don't have to take anything love and emotion that's all noise really subconsciously that is all that we are doing and he is subconscious that's why we don't do it we don't do it we don't know but we are doing it so who am I getting attracted to what am I getting fallen into what am I getting this is subconsciously driven from that large perspective there are some tools or techniques to get out of pain or break up A, B, C awareness start breathing well because mind when overthinking I have to do my mind thinking I have to reduce when you don't know this mind's length breath volume is what is the length of breath volume?
1:11:35How do you reduce the overthinking? The best way is the breath. The breath is the bridge to the mind. So, when you do your breathing slow, you get the mind to control. So, awareness then breathing. And the next C is commitment to do all the daily habits what we spoke about. What do you do with all the things? Modulation of all your brains. Automatically, the brain will be fine. The brain will be fine. Life will be fine. So, tell me for every emotion how do I control you? what techniques or tools or breath work can be done first is anger if you are angry how can you control it beautiful anger is coming amygdala hijack 13 seconds blow off and that's it very simple thing is deep breathing deep breathing take a second deep breath cyclic side this is very good Huberman lab and Huberman is a great proponent of cyclic side works very well to diffuse that anger or feeling of anxiety, feeling of that restlessness.
1:12:35Simple hai, nothing complex at all. Ya, take a deep breath and start to count backwards. Chahe aap 100, 99, 98, you know, so you are taking away from the power of the amygdala. Deep breath, 100, 99, 98 and then slowly exhale. Vaat khatam, finish. That's it. That's it. Parasympathetic system or vagus nerve. Chaise kick in it's the powerful this automatically thoughts calm can do it interesting thing when you change physiology psychology psychology psychology psychology psychology psychology if you a good sportsman he will take deep breath because he will know that I am sympathetic if you see some pole or whatever you see deep then they go ahead and shoot why because they know that I have to go to Vegas.
1:13:31There are many athletes' physiological connections so strong with their sports. The ones who are in the same position or who have a time where they are ready and go to the gym, they are short of gun, they react to their body. Top of the top athletes, Olympics athletes, now they react to their body. Yes, automatic. They are standing in their mind. Their body gets ready to it. of that psychological physiological reaction they have trained that I have like I have my physiology change my psychology completely change my fear will get my anger will get in fear it's the same so if I have to take a break then I have to do it crying how can I control I can control why can I control I say catharsis let it go if it's going for a reason your emotion is serving a purpose sometimes people are stuck they are stuck they are stuck in any situation then it's important to control and regulate that emotion.
1:14:33Isn't it? I would disagree. Because crying is also a way in which you are letting out your emotion. But as you said, let's say, incessant crying has been incessant. You're not able. Which means you don't have to stop the crying. You have to go to the root cause of it. What are you not able to resolve? So you have to go to the unresolved emotions. See, emotions, there's a very nice book on emotional equations also. Emotions always work like an equation. की तरह चलते हैं, अगर हम अंगर की भी बात करें, उस time पे तो मैंने अंगर ऐसे physiology से control कर लिया, लेकिन मुझे अंगर क्यों आया, because I had an unfulfilled desire, उस बंदे ने मेरे को ये नहीं किया, because मेरे दिमाग में ये desire था, इसलिए मेरे को anger आया, so I, every time if my response is anger, I don't go ahead and fix anger physiologically, I go ahead and fix the desire, so this is always an equation that works, so crying is because of what, so rather let me go ahead and fix that how can someone figure out what is the reason, your sadness why is the loss of power when you are crying which means you are powerless some things are inevitable, someone will leave someone will die, someone will die, someone will die, someone will die someone will die, someone will die, someone will die absolutely, keep in that state in a little time.
1:15:40The state of grief cannot be lifetime. Because if the state of grief remains lifetime, that means there is a serious problem. Initial grief is necessary to live in initial grief. In fact, grief, in the old days grief was done. Because otherwise your entire physiology would not take it. So that was a physiological or psychological process. But if it is incessant, something is wrong. Psychologist should be. Psychiatrist should be. But sometimes someone If you break up or divorce, when you know that someone is in front of you, at that time, you will not have grief. You will be sad, but then you will have a lot of feelings of mistrust, lack of happiness.
1:16:24Ask me. I have gone through it, right? I have gone through all of it. And all I had to do was, I committed to getting it out of the way. So we covered anger, crying, anxiety. Anxiety, there is a very simple and easy technique. Anxiety, when I say anxiety, let's say temporary. Not pathological anxiety or generalized anxiety disorder. I'm just getting into a situation. I'm feeling very restless, nervous. I'm feeling anxious. 4, 7, 8. I take in 4. I hold 7. And I exhale not from the mouth as we did in the previous. Just from the nose. 8 4 7 8 is the quickest way 4 in 4 in yes you count 1, 2, 3, 4 4 then 7 you count to hold and then 8 you exhale again counting 1 is to 2 the magic is in that ratio when you inhale and you exhale then your vagus nerve kicks in that is very simple but works like magic that's anxiety that's anxiety momentarily momentarily migraines migraines are very very common 2 billion people suffer from migraines in this world so it's one fourth of the population how do you fix it so it's not any cure but it's control so the headache is so much so hydration is very important exercise is very important when the pain comes in pre-empting that's what I'm doing with a particular environment avoidance of a lot of trigger factors avoidance of a lot of stress factors is it something quick for migraine there is see here these nerves are very important these are again the stimulation of the vagus so you relax your head because finally eventually it's all muscle contraction and it works very well simple here the occipital is there you have given a little pressure it works there are certain devices now I have a simple device cephali you just put it up on here you just press the button there's a certain frequency which comes in and the headaches come down so it's neuromodulation so all these people can use it and someone can do it it's a very safe end there's no hazard into anything so you just carry it along I used to carry it for 7-8 years because I don't believe in popping pills my mom gets insane migraine attacks she should use it it's very simple it's very simple but it works like works very good is there a way that when I feel drained feel karta hain, jab bhoat low feel karta hain, usse control kar lo, usko better karta lo.
1:19:02So drain is a very common thing, right? We all have busy lives and fatigue vagare kaafi ho jata hai. There's something called power brahmeri, at least in our lab we have shown, brahmeri is like humming bee. So humming bee ho ta hai wo deep breath lete ho or humming sound karte ho. So nitric oxide, vasodilatory substances brain mein produce ho ta hai. Wo brain ko ek tam se relax bhi kar deta ha aur focus bhi kar deta ha. So it is like a quick reset. So when you are tired, just do two or three but at that time don't focus on anything else it should be like power as in essentially you're cutting off all the other distractions you're just you may be if you light white bun too it's good you completely dark close your eyes and then do the humming bee very powerful humming bee it's called humming bee and humming bee has been shown to be also in a lot of diseases it helps very well so when you do the brain pre-scan or post-scan humming bee technique you take a deep breath and you are just saying as long as you can you know that is humming bee so when you scan pre and post so your beta because when you are tired you are losing that focus power your beta is gone, your alpha is gone you are just feeling completely low so it increases it, it increases it, it increases it and it increases it, it increases it the beauty of it is it gives paroxysmal gamma now it is gamma so life is I am a yoga teacher in our session end in the end.
1:20:25She makes me take deep breath. And then she says to me That's Bramri. What's that? That is Bramri. That is Humming Bee. Same, same, same. So this is Shanmukhi Mudra. And exactly the same. Yes. Closing the eyes like that. Precisely. And that's super powerful. You can do many diseases with Humming Bee. Like people with anxiety, lack of focus, ADD, attentional issues, all this you can fix it even as a prescription even as a therapy What happens in the brain? High beta and then gamma so when the gamma comes in automatically Why is high beta and gamma simple language? Efficiency of your brain is improved in anything that you want optimizing the efficiency So let's do this before sometimes intense situation before that Absolutely You need attention focus decision you need to be power you want to fight back everything it's just it's like a so powerful one magic pill actually when I see when I first did my brain live study I was surprised I said this is very interesting and very quick it's not that in milliseconds you're changing and then I went back to the literature there's enough literature on humming bee technique as a technique and then the outcomes in the diseases so when we have something very simple easily available and this we should optimize the use of it and how much how much time 3 to 4 rounds 3 to 4 rounds every single day.
1:21:52And if there is fatigue, it's less than 3. And see, I always say that life is all about experiments and experience. Do it for yourself. Check it out what's happening. If it's not serving you, it's not for you. But largely, because science has seen evidence every time, 90 % will be effective. I want to talk about neuroscience of addiction. Why are people addicted? What happens in the brain? in the brain, those who are addicted people are non-addictive people, their brains are different. Absolutely. So addiction is, by the way, a very common problem. We think that addiction is only a certain proportion of the people which is there.
1:22:31And addiction can be even in our simple lives. Look at even simple tea, coffee. If you get coffee, your brain starts to throw the alarm that, oh, I'm addicted to this. If you look at the global statistics also of a lot of substances, there's a lot of proportionate percentages of youngsters specifically all these teenagers and beyond why do they happen again we dealt about it that the frontal lobe is not your choice, right, wrong that's not all you have and once you mess it up once your substance starts to get to a certain level your wiring of the brain changes in fact Daniel Ayman's studies have seen it by scanning it because in the spec you actually show the lighting of the brain In many areas, like your hippocampus, amygdala, frontal cortex, you have got structural damages for watching.
1:23:23Imagine, you know, to that extent that you are knocking off your brain circuitry and the power. Now you have frontal cortex, we already work on low reserve. You have given it all. So where is the question of you getting out of it? so when you scan the brain the person is addicted from alcohol versus the person is addicted from alcohol versus the person is addicted from porn or is addicted from smoking in all their brains are different or is there any one addiction where it's different largely one circuit if you take any addiction you get changes you can see so it is not that it remains different but there are other bad effects so for example alcohol also has an impact on your coordination so it works on the cerebellum so it also damage it for example people who consume cocaine then a certain part of the chemicals because receptors are connected chemical reaction so it also modulates receptors why do some people are addicted and not anything?
1:24:26again the same thing initially when the frontal cortex is not well developed they get into it and what happens in this? there was a very nice study which was done on smoking yeah once you start having that cigarette this of it there is an area in the brain which is talking about the harmful effects of it it will always signal that this is not for you no this is not for you because it's trying to tell you physiologically this is not right for you it's giving you the wrong signal your heart brain coherence but when they stop listening to that and that's stopping the listening happening only after two or three times and then they that high that little chemical high that you got from it then you want another high and these receptors they work very weirdly initially you give receptor optimized and then they exhaust so the entire way it forms is you took it all before but now the craving is initially the craving was psychological then the craving becomes chemical then it becomes physiological so if you don't break in psychology then you have to go to the physiology then it's difficult to handle I was speaking to one of the really good addiction doctors from India and they wrote a lot of books about addiction and they said that every person is addicted every person someone's addiction is addicted alcohol, work, something someone's adventure people are addicted to certain things some people are addicted to routine whatever so when everyone is addicted then everyone should see in the brain no but what is the outcome of addiction see what is the outcome that matters right I can be addicted to a task which is serving me I can be addicted to meditation meditation is serving me to build my all the capacities which is okay I may call it in the connotation of addiction but it's actually serving me so this question is it serving you or disserving you so disserving will be different my brain's wiring is different and serving is different.
1:26:28Exactly, precisely. How does brain know that it's serving or disserving? Because the internal, your physiology is set in that way. If you do a meditation daily in 66 days or another 66 days when the brain will be done, then we will get that motivation. Because that feeling will change. The entire compassion, care, the level of our understanding, the level of understanding people, everything will change. And a lot of people are addicted to negative talk. Right? Big time. That's a different type of negativity. Big time. It's a different type of addiction. Big time. That people say, I'm not smart enough, I'm not good enough, I don't know what I can do.
1:27:05I'm like that. And automatic negative thinking is the default mode. And in fact, default mode I remember when we scan peak performance, it's a area of default mode network. Now, this is self-referential. It always talks about what you can do, what you can't do, what you can't do, what you can do. It always is self-referential. the peak performance is reduced in that or almost not firing which means self doubt self doubt also not and I had what I did what I said yesterday, what I said, what I thought everything is not happening, I have only tomorrow or today, right now, what is the present moment for me and that's the beauty when we study the meditators also in that it is quiet, DMN is quieted so what does the negative talk brain it will just continuously put you in that loop of I cannot make this happen, this is not going to happen I'm saying this, but did there some chemistry change?
1:27:58Same, same, same. That's the same. Limbic is constantly overfiring. You shut your frontal cortex. The moment your prefrontal cortex is not available for all of this, you can't progress in life. Life's progress is dependent on this prefrontal cortex's power. This prefrontal cortex and limbic system, bro, has made it so much? That's it. The formula is this. That's very simplistic. Although there are seven salients, there are a lot of networks in the brain, complexly if we study it there's a process right like I think first in life I see something so it's my psychological response and psychological response when it becomes physiological response it changes my life's chemistry and psychological is prefrontal cortex then limbic system then there's a brain stem then there's spinal cord then there's gut and then gut becomes intuition and then that intuition becomes my physiology and then it changes my life beautiful I've told you all the neuroscience No, absolutely.
1:28:57You're right. This is it. It seems complex, but it is not. We make complex. I was watching one clip of Andrew Huberman. And Huberman tells us that those who eat spicy, their pain tolerance is better. If their spice tolerance is better, and I've seen many researchers, that they can tolerate spice. Overall, they can usually tolerate other things. So technically, it's like, if you tolerate yourself at one level which is little uncomfortable for you but your body has learned to tolerate it enjoy it or convert it into a positive feeling then if you have another thing in life you will be more resilient, more tolerant and your pain tolerance capacity will be better so spice is because of your brain train to tolerate more pain at other places so you think that's true so spices are the same are many many pain receptors and fibers.
1:29:53When I touch a little bit, there is also a different fiber, the signal. When you burn it, there is also a different fiber. There are some small delta, little fibers that carry pain. So, when we have internally, when I put something in my soft organ, when I put something in my soft organ, versus when I applied an external, all these are sensory pathways, which are there, going from the spinal cord into the brain. Thalamus is a area in the brain, where all sensory inputs are, it's like a little highway. that I have to feel or not the final feeling of the center is in the parietal cortex now that your whole sensation will decide oh I have so much pain because in the parietal there are many sensations in parietal so that all the guidance that thalamus decides because small delta fibers which are under my when I start to eat spicy they are getting disturbed so those sensations are going in now thalamus makes a decision that these are very intense signals I'm sending or not it's trying to try a little bit let's see what is happening the next time it will say oh send more I'm okay you know the parietal cortex says I can handle more so as if it's like pain threshold pain tolerance etc now that was internal but the body is such that the body doesn't know the difference is like it doesn't know in visualization that it was real or it was visualized so the body's unit says that if it's in this it will also be done then the body is trying to match it you know I have three more topics to cover yes one is aura photography okay what happens so aura I am not an energy expert so I will not give energy expert answer to not but the amount we have studied but tell me if you do aura photography you do yes I did so nowadays we have these fancy now you have orla if you have a simple app you just click a picture and automatically it will show those energies orla very easily and what you can tell me so energy your energy body how does it matter it's different in life I mean energy is a very now we think that this is our physical body but there is also ethereal body causal body there are so many layers to everything so that layer you can tell that energy and it's important you can tell me my photo
1:32:24because your mental processes are defining that energy so if you are mentally focused if you are very in tune if you are this is there there will be a nice picture which will be created essentially there are colors there are patterns into it which means that you don't disturb now you practice let's say i'm doing a certain breath practice and my energy is changing and my mental focus is changing. So it is giving me a good validation. When I change this, my energy pattern is changing. Just validation. Yes, yes, yes. Nothing happens. My life doesn't matter. Feedback is getting. See, your brain got a feedback.
1:32:59The moment I see a picture, my brain will get the feedback. Is it accurate? Now, see, there are studies which have been done. Accuracy, when you control all these sciences, why is there not a lot of evidence? Because there's no head-to-head comparisons. you know there's no proper evidence back trials. Occult science? Yes, that's right. Occult science, someone says pseudoscience, someone says science beyond science, but what is the harm in exploring? But sometimes if you accumulate irrelevant information, it's worse. Depends. So I mean, I mean, if I look at another photography, I know that in my life, there are four problems, and I see that I think that I'm not going to have another problem.
1:33:38This is a matter of time. Like let's, scientifically or magically which is also a way to look at it which is also a way of exploring now not everybody can intellectually process things we have to understand that every mind every brain is different so let us help them in that way because if everyone is the same that's why I have a problem with the schooling system that I have 30 kids they are all understanding they are all studying you have all the same things everyone is studying in it how it will go and that's why you know in my limitless brain we are very this that you know your studying style learning style family dynamics you know relations communication behavior because it is all very customized so give customized solutions to people true well perfect thank you so much it was pleasure having you so much I enjoyed my mind but thank you so much for doing this I loved it thank you so much for calling me here.
1:34:42Gratefulness and gratitude. I cannot express my gratitude because A, to meet a peak performer, B, to do the scan. We're going to scan. And C, to talk about it so that a lot of millions of people can get inspired. Thank you so much. Thank you. I'm going to get a brain scan. Yes, absolutely.
1:35:32Thank you.
1:35:40When I close my eyes, alpha comes. So because your eyes closed, now look at this legend. You can see here the Z spot. This is your brain compared to another age and sex match standard. So this is what comes from the library. So anything red is high amplitude. Anything blue is low amplitude. So somewhere between the gray and the green is a normative standard. So if you see the alpha is coming around green. Here, green and yellow. so slightly high alpha which is coming when you are closing the eyes so like this which is perfectly okay rest everything is almost in the normative standard now slightly these are dynamic we had so much of conversation so but largely sometimes this also remains as a fixed disc which explains what you are telling us that after a while there can be some tiredness which is there that comes from that slowing which is happening in the prefrontal cortex otherwise all the brain waves are perfectly fine now look at this this is beautiful uh yeah peak performers will have face coherence which is right here on the this one so there is absolutely no red lines or blue lines which means there is no hyper connection or no hypo connection now for uh perspective let me show you some of the scans where you will realize that it's hyper or hypo.
1:37:04So what happens in the brain? This is very, very important because for most people, what happens is there is so much of crosstalk which happens. You know, mind doesn't keep quiet. Anything, anything, anything. This signifies that I can be focused. You can be very well modulating your brain. you see this look at this face coherence whoa this is a person who feels that what if the ceiling will collapse what if my dog starts to fly you know irrationality of the thoughts and look at this this is also an eyes closed bilkul blue there's no alpha which is there there's no delta which is there there's no theta which is there the brain is only running on this high beta it's constant constant constant firing so this is like a traffic jam in the brain so and and now coming back to yours look at yours so to give the perspective so yeh asan nahi hota this is a tough thing to have you know so that is one of the element required for a efficient functioning of the brain okay all of that's good in my case that's good that's very good and we have to maintain that.
1:38:16This is a very interesting score and an important one. You are seeing this on PC, you have 10.5. Now, this is the alpha peak. So, between 8 and 12, the higher the alpha peak, the better it is for the functioning of the brain. Now, normally, we see 9.5 to 10. We see 9.5 to 10. But largely, those who are very high peak performers, we see 12, 13, 14. We see We see all the athletes, people who are shooters, people who are parachute divers, jumpers, etc. Because somehow, you know, cognition we think is only complex problem solving. But it is also judgment, orientation, how to do it in visuospatial.
1:38:56So a lot of all this also gets into this core. Now this is very important. When you close your eyes from open, your brain should modulate. And a lot of people cannot modulate this. This is very interesting. Now in the eyes open state, you are getting a lot of theta. theta is like a creative calm very very relaxed type of a wave where you do meditation when you go to theta largely goes on when we are trying to go internal that is when the theta comes in this indicates the distractibility that you are talking about so we take theta and beta ratio in your case that theta and beta ratio slightly high and that's why when i'll give you a final report you will see slight theta beta high this itself is indicative of mind wandering suddenly the mind will go off and then you know you have to gather your thoughts and then come back now a lot of people in eyes open have a lot of beta which fires or front maybe they are always doing things they don't make things happen and that's why i will put your this into the very good peak performers this because your theta and your creative brain is only leading you into that.
1:40:08So your distractibility number one answer came out. Because there is an excessive theta, if you are able to build five minutes of routine into building a little bit of beta, life will be sorted. And for that, easiest to do is tratak. So tratak is like, you know, watching a candle flame or for that matter, even watching a shri yantra. If in the center of the shri yantra, five minutes, immediately the jitra bhi theta and balance in the front, you will start seeing the difference. Now, when eyes open, you do get a lot of gamma again in the frontal part, which explains your ability to see beyond what other people can see.
1:40:48So, you know, you can plan, you can execute certain things. This is a good thing. This gamma is very, very good and helpful for us. So, very nice. I should show you this person's gamma just to understand in the perspective. Now, she is a healer. So, this is a very easy, quantified way to just monitor and do all the changes that we want. So, it's a good thing. This is like a good benchmark. But amazing, as I said, 8 on 10, I'll give you for your brain. That's beautiful. On 10, yeah. We'll do it. 30 or beyond, are you? So, everything. thing all this is like an entire brain which is wrapped in gamma so jab aisa ho jata hai na then all your functions are all opened at once so a lot of people automatically koi kisi problems hai somebody has pain somebody has arthritis whatever it is you know that healing happens because such an entire gamma yeh jo hota hai it gives some special siddhis ya powers bhi deta hai and very very very rare to find that entire brain is wrapped in gamma so when I see this it gets fun because if you and me can also have that now so we will be at a god alone knows what level so that I want to have that you know but alpha will be done no alpha not much on gamma execution capabilities or new ideas will be done like you're already in a nice Exactly, very good and interesting point.
1:42:24What happens in that? They can think and absolutely make things happen. So, their manifestation ability becomes so much that they don't think anything else. They come to their own. Things happen to their own. So, that happens through the power of literally manifestation. But, whatever my library is, it's the top gamma. I watch this every time. Let me show you His Highness of I show you that. Now look at his brain. It's a very interesting brain. Theta. Only high amplitude theta in the entire brain. And zero beta. Absolutely no beta whatsoever. So this gives you the indication which means that when I was interviewing him he was saying that I can write a book in five minutes.
1:43:19I can create a project in two minutes. I mean, my speed of imagination and creativity is so high that I have a problem from outside output. So there are very interesting nuances of such brains as well. Interesting. So all in all, moral, we will make this beta a little bit, theta-beta ratio will reduce the delta, we will remove the delta, we will improve the sleep efficiency, we will improve the trattac, we will make it all, we will continue to make it all, And we will slowly add the yoga nidra. And an entirely new brain will emerge. And from Raj, Shamani, Global, this, you don't know what you're saying.
1:43:59But my blessings and my wishes are there with you. Thank you. Thank you so much. We will do this for three months. We will do it again. We will do it again. And then pre and post it. And all the delta changes. We will show it again. Done. Perfect. Okay. Bye. Thank you so much for watching the end of the episode. Now you have to do three things.
