I'm just seeking for something to show off. So people do this, who genuinely need a companion, they just enjoy growing together. There's a quote which says, a man's character is seen when he has everything. And a woman's character is tested and seen when his man has nothing. True. Today our guest is Dr. Sartak Dave, MD psychiatrist, who helps to understand the most severe emotional patterns. Do you think people are crazy when they break up?

1:01If they don't have a window of coming out of the house and parents have married somewhere else, then their grief will grow. Because your mind and heart is in the way that person is affected. And then you have to go on a date with this new person. So if you have to go on a date with this new person, then you have to go on a date with this new person. How do people have something negative in life? How do they create a positive energy? How do they do it? There are defense mechanisms. One is sublimation. I have the intent to change it and I have prepared something to do that intent is the way I will get if there is no intent or my way I will not do it then it's difficult why do you feel that Indian parents are so involved in kids' love life?

2:02because it's a fear my self-respect my social standing where my son's wedding is it's a fear you will do it that's why you don't give it you said that people have more long sustained growth and don't choose to do it but why don't you choose to do it

2:45welcome back sarthak doctor sarthak anything is okay sarthak is fine good enough doctor sarthak is like wow no I'm scared why I don't know I mean it's a little heavy sarthak sounds a little I'm comfortable I'm comfortable with talking to you no but I have to give it to you I'm making so many podcasts and I speak to experts of the experts and I don't know how many people you are one of the rarest people who is like you know how much you explain so complex things are and you are so knowledgeable I really enjoy talking to you I remember that when we were to make it, you would have to say I would have to do it and I keep telling my team that we need to figure out a way and with many doctors I connect so much I love it thank you so much because I genuinely like I think the amount of knowledge you have and the way you understand Thank you so much for coming Thank you so much And because we were talking about the podcast before on that basis I was studying I think American Psychology Journal American Psychology Society I don't know exactly American Psychiatric Association Psychology So that's what it will happen So they they had researched that why men marry women who do what decisions and their conclusions were that women when they marry the majority they see the financial potential that's their major thing who can uplift me financially and economically and who is powerful so power gives women a kind of security or psychological safety that I'm going to be the right person and girls on the other hand they look for more beautiful women okay so as much as beautiful women in fact they gave them 67 % or 75 % something people think that if you go to a room and you are and your partner is the most beautiful or the hottest partner you have then your status uplift so because of this because of this so this was their conclusion why modern people don't have childhood love and actually marry for marriage and companionship why do you feel like that?

5:18do you believe that it's like that? not so much because see Americans study the sample size which country is involved in which country which age group is involved we don't know in India state wise dynamics are different just because this is in the US does not mean that it will be true but I would not say

5:43if the guy is the most good looking in the husband and boyfriend is the most good looking in the camera

5:52but yes for the generations men have been the provider the protector the security giver and women has been the support nurturer house, husband or partner to provide the husband to provide so yes I mean there's a chance to be here but now dynamics change are happening women are getting from the side of the side of the side of the are getting better maybe so at least better in the way that provide security can nurture so now it's not also west in West there is more like equality and discrimination is less than in West. In West there is more equality. I believe there was not a skewed ratio. But still they talk about it.

6:50And if you talk about a general society, you can see comments, forums, in fact arrange marriages and love marriages, you can see the arrangements of the sites. The criteria that the girl's house is looking at, that's the criteria money is the most important criteria right and same girls girls are watching this is our like or not with girls all that random crap but these are the main features do you think this is because today girls are the providers workers, their work is to give security. Now security means that we don't live in the jungle. We have to fight with share and we have to fight with them.

7:44Now financial security is very important. If there is an emergency or medical emergency, there is money to take their own. Business is stable. Our daughter is not going to come on the road. Things like that. Now the girls can do something, their daughter can do something professionally. can do something. This is the mind of their own. Because the generation is like this. The girl's responsibility is to keep up with the house. If the girl doesn't work, people will look down on him. If the girl doesn't work professionally, the society will not look down on her. If the girl doesn't work well, the society will look down on her.

8:24But if the girl doesn't work professionally, if the girl doesn't work well, then you don't have money. You don't have a dough to make it. versus you make rice or not make it's not a difference why do you bring money? So, the two assumed responsibility society has given it. So, we are giving freedom freedom to make rice but you have to do it. You will bring money and you have to do it. You have to do it. You have to do it. You have to do it. You have to do it. Girl, you are okay. We are giving you the freedom to do it. But you have to do it. You have to do it. We are giving you the freedom. Now there are gender rules divided.

9:04Okay. So, we explore these two ideas in a deep deep. And then, giving you the freedom in all three. First is, let's talk about There is a concept that goes on Silicon Valley in Silicon Valley. It's called trading up. Okay. So, trading up means that there are many people who have seen it that in 7-8 years who were not at night, they were multi-millionaire billionaires because in startup and other things become bigger. So, for example, dating value or market value as an individual was not all of a sudden a hot candidate became a lot of money and status and intelligence and perceived people are a big status of the people.

9:48So, means that those guys or the guys are the majority of the guys who are partners like wife or girlfriend or whatever leave them because they want to now be associated with a higher status woman so many girls have done such a lot and it's a very common thing and it's justified by trading up that I leave them only because you and I are good we are compatible all are bigger but but now I will marry with Victoria's Secret model or I will date someone who is a very hot model right so they are just trading up it's a very simple you go directly and say okay this is ending all I want to do is I want to trade up in life and it's a very very very big concept in fact you have seen it in many movies certainly in many movies like the wolf of the wall street you have seen it so that's straight up in a party she sees a girl in that party she sees a girl she is unachievable and she thinks that now I'm become a big man so with that status she has increased Leonardo DiCaprio she goes to a girl and she dates and comes to her wife and then she goes to divorce true true

11:29so this trading up is a culture why do you think trading up is a culture why do you think why do you think when people reach more status then they leave their old partners see if I just see this relationship point of view this is the basic human nature I have reached here so now I need this talk Now I need this house. Similarly, now my partner is the basic human nature. But again, partner is human, he doesn't objectify him. Exactly. But there comes commitment. When I was given commitment, I am so true with my commitment. In India, in Hindu mythology, in that way, one of the fairies is that we will live in good and bad times.

12:19we will be with you. If I have a good time I will not leave you and if I have a bad time then you don't leave me. That's a commitment that we are giving. But if my target is not that I will give that commitment or I will need something in my relationship so that I can develop my startup well, I can grow my career I am not seeking for a companion I am just seeking for something to show off. I can do my work well and I need support support, so people do this. Those who genuinely need a companion, they just enjoy growing together. There are many Bollywood actors, who were the famous actors before dating, married, and they are successful, and people look up to them.

13:07They are amazing. And the way they have leveled up their wives, they have leveled up in the society. They say, yes, and because of that people look up to them people respect them and they also respect their own selves that yes I have kept my life I gave my word and I stood by it but why do you think people do this because their target is not companionship their target is not that I need love, support stability in a relationship my target is something else I need stability here in the profession in my growth. I need growth in my relationship. That's why I can exploit my partner and my conscience and value system.

14:00It's made a way that I don't say anything. You can do it. Don't forget your profession. That's why you do whatever you want to do. Do you think that there is a deep insecurity that comes from us? Because validation is external for some reason. But… i don't know any reason i don't think i don't think your needs a public validation i have arrived people have cars people have families they have them here to happen from a lot of children there to be revenge that i don't gotten anything i don't get something then we have to do it i don't need it even unless of that or it feels like that i have arrived rather it feels like they have arrived that i have arrived i have arrived the world or if you have genuinely arrived then if Ratan Tata is such a huge man he does not have to come in a swanky car he does not have to live in a certain kind of villa to show that he has arrived new money actually does that not just that you are not confident you are not confident where you are so maybe that security that support you are looking for that partner maybe I will date this level or girl to this level

15:19I am not feeling good about myself in my looks. So I can prove myself that no, no. If I can date this girl, if I can be a partner, it means that for society I am good enough. But for society I am not actually saying that I am good enough. What are you happy to be like? They don't know. They keep seeking that. They keep searching that I will go and get happy. They think that I will do it. But I go there and I don't get it. So, I don't get it. But then, we will get exhausted. Some time realize that we don't have a place. So, whatever time you do, I don't get it. Or, I don't get it. I don't get it.

16:01One companion to another companion. Maybe I'll get satisfaction. Maybe I'll get it. Maybe I'll get satisfaction. But I don't get it. not because my mind is not working on this way that it is not working on peace. If peace is where it is, it will stop there, it will get out of it. But it needs to be a kick. It needs to be a peace. It doesn't need to be a peace. So, these people who are constantly chasing, these validation chasing, they can't be happy? See, happiness is a very subjective thing. If they feel that I am happy in doing this, then they are saying something with themselves. but if they are happy then we can't challenge them neither you you don't know I know the psychology but you don't know I'm not going to go but this is how I want to live so this is my autonomy I have to live like this and I'm okay with that but the kind of happiness which is a good it will probably not get because you seek something externally if this happens then I feel good now in the external in the channel in the channel the whole thing gets bored I think this cup has been a big cup 10 days and then what happened so if we do it then we will not get the happiness of the happiness but you will get the level up you will get the level up you will get the next then you will start the happiness of the happiness So, these all who are chasing, probably they won't be able to be happy, right?

17:43Do you think that terms come to justify them, this is a good thing to do? Like terms like? Like trading up, a term made up. An external validation chase, a new way to hide someone's insecurity, which people are morally wrong, give them a term to justify them. So that they don't feel guilty so much. no doubt I don't know whatever normalize that's right and what what what what what what what

18:31that might be helping them because name is not a bad thing per se someone's narcissistic behavior and say it's not a bad thing pattern define name is necessary so that every time you have to explain that this and the explanation is definition is a word in every thing it's necessary and girls trade up with financial security right and year old do Hadnip Hadnip

19:47Hadnip

19:55So that's how they trade up. Financial security if you see more on the other side and I don't have data but I have seen my anecdotal and I have seen people and I have heard this. This is what they do. But basically he was doing it before. Out of the available options he was choosing the best code. choose करके रखा था बट जैसे वो पूल में एक ज़्यादा पैसे वाला इंसान आया जो available था और उनको लगा कि यह मैं तीन महिने छे महिने या एक साल का दुख जी लेती हूं या इसको बुरा hurt भले hurt क्या फरक पड़ता है पर उसके बाद की मेरी life is more luxurious than I can do it. If I can do it, I will do it. So, their plan was doing it before.

20:42They were in the available options that they had chose the best. That's why you had a big deal. Yes. That's what I have seen. After that, you get to know mommy and papa and you get to know the better girl. Better in the sense that the money has more financially, strong family, background so obviously his mom and dad will be closed and he will have a problem and he will not be able to retaliate and he will not be able to explain and then motivation will be able to see the girl so where did the motivation go? the motivation to come so we will have to tell and now the mom and dad didn't know the girl the girl was also planning on the plan we were going to take the house he applied for the job apply for the job, you have applied, you have got a promotion, but you are choosing the business family or you don't trust your mother and father.

21:42If I know this, I will go to the risk in business first. Because you had to have financial security, to prove your mother and father, so I am in this job, I am struggling, I am working on promotion, I wait for you. If you're not in the picture and you had this plan before, then I would do that. I would probably grow more than this. That's why you need to be transparent. As much as you're cruel, but transparent you're just not helping the person, you're also helping yourself. This is who I am. You're the best option for me. That's why I love you the most. There is a risk that you're the best person you can see my mind that I am a little capitalistic look at it and nobody is able to do that nobody does that because I don't know myself I don't know myself because if I say myself then I am a villain a little capitalistic girl you leave love and go back to the money he will say himself so he will deny himself I am a love I am not calling this mom and dad.

22:56But it was never the case from the very beginning. But why do you think that why do you guys do this? Why do you guys do this? We talked about the guys, they trade up because there are no insecurity in the external world chasing the world. There are no validation chasing the world. Why do you guys do this? In India, a sense of security, financial stability, financial stability is more luxury attractive. Yes, a car is, but 4-5 gauri a hai or saath me driver bhi hai ghar ka kaam nahi karna padega ya phir kuch nahi karna padega baithe baithe aram kar sakti hai things like that to woh joh conditioning hai bachpan se hi ki family aur zahada aachha ho mujhe bhi bhoat loogun ai se kaha hai ki ladki waha pe jathi hai joh ghar unse oopar ho ta hai financially aur ladki waha se lao ya shadi waha pe karo joh aap se thoda sa financially ni cha ho something like that so conditioning so conditioning means what if you're against or you're a little different you're a little weird you know logically ethically that you're doing the right thing you're being with the person you love but then confidence why don't you come to see because in childhood parents ने, दोस्तों ने, मूवीज में, इतने बड़े घर में शादी हुई है, इतनी अच्छी बात है, तो वो confidence अपना तोड़ देगा, तो वो eventually, नहीं यार, मम्मी पापा नहीं मान रहा है, आ जाएगा, गलत नहीं है यह बहुत, absolutely absolutely and both ladies and gentlemen to trade up do you think it's wrong it's heartbreaking because when I listen to such examples so my friends in the startup world they give me examples who has been who has been who has been and who have been and who have been the names of founders and the top 3-4-5 entrepreneurs they have also top 3-4-5 celebrities they have also ladies and gentlemen both and then I give examples of let's say Barack Obama day one both in the same way power couple they built it look at them like Barack and Michelle couple goals right Shah Rukh and Gohri again they did the same thing so I don't know how many other examples you have right so I like that that both both at that time means Michelle Obama I'm sure that they have at that time a big option which probably will not be best for them of course they both fell in love and then they decided let's do it and the same with that once they become older then they will have thousands of options but still he was like hey there is no other option this is my love so for both why when there are these stories and these stories that we like then why is this trade-up in reality so it's a very simple thing that majority people don't realize that in a stable relationship peace You know, peace underwater.

26:05And you have no idea the amount of energy that you can get from peace. Your solution is built. I'm a stable business, but during three or four months I break up. So I'm not a good person. Maybe it'll take one or two months a month. And you add new relationship to having a new relationship. Startup doesn't work well.

26:57need Inner Three Both both and the growth that reaches where it is doesn't happen anywhere it doesn't happen you know there's a quote which says I love this quote it's a beautiful quote which says a man's character is seen or is tested when he has everything and a woman's character is tested and seen when his man has nothing true true and just beautiful quote yes what does your woman do when your partner doesn't have anything what do you do at this time do you leave him or do you stay with him and when same goes with man when he has everything does he leave or does he stay a girl because in the example there is a girl she has suddenly zero the mother has gone into crisis she has gone Now I have to save myself.

27:59How to save myself? A better person, I have to save myself. The mind can't think long-term in crisis. The mind knows that it's a bad time for some time. It will go and do something again. But no, it's a crisis. I have to save myself. Let's go, I'm going to go. So the crisis that happens, the mind gives you a little bit of a bad word. Along with that, the human tendency to seek kick I need now what's the fun that we consider peace and freedom and peace and what's the food if you have food to get food you have that energy to build such amazing such great things so food food because that energy that you need that social financial professional growth में लगाओ खुद के growth में लगाओ stability companionship बहुत ज़रूरी है तो you said कि लोग जादा तर जो peace है long sustained growth है साथ में मिलके हम build करेंगे उसको choose नहीं करते बट उसमें जादा मज़ा आता है that's a beautiful thing तो क्यों जोज नहीं करते है to be happy here when you come in size when you last year is people why don't you choose if you choose this option if you look at happy you want to try to cause where graph is to here now where 10 days party goes where when you come sorts jitna sattak se upar jayega woh jaldi niche bhi aayega but sustained growth hai woh joh patience hai woh nahi dhimag chooses immediate kick longer videos are not as popular as shorter versions immediately body build karna steroids lake injectables lake is chosen moreover regular gymming joh gradually body build hooga nukasan body ko nahi karega aapka sustained long term growth hooga log choose hi pahle wala karta hai I have to make it very much.

30:15Because the dopamine which is immediately which is addictive is very addictive. It is very addictive. And if you don't have a tangible time, then you don't stop it. You don't stop it. You don't stop it. So you said that the brain is like this. Why? Why? Why? It's innate. innate that is the biological structure of brain that it seeks immediate gratification, immediate happiness, immediate kick and when it comes to this and that hormone is so powerful that it keeps the rest of the senses numb the brain it knows that 10 days later it will go no, it's not it's not yet, it's not yet it's not yet it knows that cancer will happen it's not yet it knows that brain but he is numb and he is numb and he is numb and he is numb and he is numb and he is numb that immediate and that is that addictive that's why for stopping there is a very conscious control and help but it is a very conscious control that I am enjoying but I am choosing this thing this boredom this peace over this immediate kick and that is difficult to go to the gym for 3-4 years 10 years and then a physique that becomes a part of your personality versus 1-3 months I have to upload photos on Instagram I have to see it is not that sustainable so we have to make the brain what can we change our habits choose boredom choose a psychologist saying choose sounds very wrong because two reasons one is a normal human emotion second anything and everything that you do for immediate gratification that will be a loss you will do it now the fun is coming now the badness of love now the money to choose immediate money the money from the money the body of the gym eventually the body will be a loss of loss this way the immediate comes then the loss of loss three months of relationship relationship है, पता है, toxic है, पता है, यह है, वो है, नहीं, पर है ना, कुछ कर लेंगे, कुछ कर लेंगे, पर जब हुआ, तब जो तीन के 6 महिने, जो खतरनाक बुरे गुजारने पड़ते हैं, wife है, girlfriend है, married हूँ, पर किक मिल रही है, which I am going to do in my affair, I don't know the complete denial that dopamine gives us.

32:56I don't know the wife and girlfriend. But when I know the 6 months, the 6 years that I have been thinking, why are you 6 months? Why are you doing well? Why are you doing well? Why are you doing well? But then it's too late. I don't know the first thing. I don't need to be very beautiful. But I need to be calm. I don't need to be calm. I don't need to be any complications. need you because my energy has to grow in my profession and self-growth in my profession and I don't have to put this all but it doesn't happen like this people are running instant things and they are running people and they are this way the world is going and everyone but how can you choose how can you choose nobody wants that especially when you have the option of immediate happiness exactly then it will not but if you have 2-3 times if you have done it then you have done it then you have done it

34:12you know I was a lot of like 15, 16-year-old, 17-year-old, kid, teenage. Just now, the urgency is in my mind today. Right? And at that time, my parenting was made a very strict value system. I'm talking about professionally career. So, I didn't give my health any importance to my house. But professional business or careers go important anything will do like that short term gain is a little bad zero if my people give me 100 crore option and say I have to go from the side I don't know that I have seen that happening I have seen them like it's wild I can't I can I've seen cases where I know that what's been growing?

35:17I don't know about it. But I've seen them taking options. So, I made a very strong value system. If you have something for short term virality, short term gain, short term instant money, don't do anything like that that you have against against. And that means value system. And it's difficult to stick. But if you stick, you'll know something in one year, when I tell you something, 2 years, 3 years but after 4-5 years you start feeling good and then you realize wow that what I chose value system, I chose short term gains and I was only driven that this is my according and I won't do anything just random money or virality and if I stick to it, I get strong compounding gains so I learned this after years, years, years.

36:11Same thing, I started applying to my health. Because now, professionally, I learned everything in my house. So, I stopped eating it. I started taking care of my health. And I thought, I was thinking, I'm doing so much, I deserve this. I'm enjoying it. And I stopped doing that. So, my next day, it will be broken. Just three months of doing that. My overall happiness level, productivity level, sleep level has all been so much better that I never want to go back to a time where I'm eating a little food at 2 o 'clock at 2 o 'clock. I can't think that I'm eating a little pizza at 3 o 'clock at 3 o 'clock at 3 o 'clock at 3 o 'clock.

36:53It is done and dusted. So I realize that it's the way with the value of it. It's the way forward. True. And I tell a lot of my friends to this. But they don't like it. They don't believe in it. they see me they saw growth and they say they admire but they still choose to do it like one example is alcohol and cigarettes I don't do it I never had a cigarette I never did it I never chose it I chose this life that I don't have to learn next day a lot of my friends admire it they know that next day Monday ready

38:06percent becomes my hundred percent yeah, I get a good result. Now, a habit form is a good result. If something is good, when the end result is good, the brain will encourage it to repeat it. Repetition will happen because every time a good result is getting a good result. And because it is a healthy thing, it is a sustained growth. Now, if someone has 100 percent dopamine to check that, then it will become a habit. If you want to do it, you want to do it 100 percent. Or who will do it? Or who will do it? So, So if you don't have gone there, you don't have the path that you choose. You are saying the value system, English word, our sunscar.

38:43In our system, there is a kind of engrained that we don't know the path that we don't know. So if you have conditioning to go this path that we don't know the path that we choose a healthy path. The mind is happy. It's in 30 % of it. Why do you give artificial, 100 % dopamine happiness? When you can stay well at 30 % of it, function, grow. but if you have gone there then you will be boring but if you admire them you want to get this thing but then you don't get it why? 100 % so if you get it then when you do it then your mind will expect 100 % and 30 % so your mind will be what is it? it's that fun and fun you need growth you need you need you need you need so this is why you will go where you go How many people are my friends?

39:35Who are non-medical professionals? I was learning, they were doing fun. I was learning, they were playing. I saw that I was doing, so I was getting results. They admire it. But they still are not able to implement. Because if I am watching patients, they are doing fun. Why not? They are working. But they are doing fun with the job. They are doing fun. They will admire it. But they will not get it. Do you think that you are missing? I am doing fun. I am doing fun. I am really happy. Nice. I am really happy. Our 30 % is 100%. And I am proud of my 30%. I am really happy with my... I don't need much more happy.

40:13I don't need much more happy. The amount of joy is so much. I've always seen the desperation in the chakra. I'm more happy. The complications come from me. I don't need much more. The amount of joy is so much. The amount of joy is so much. grow, grow, grow, grow, on the straight path, there is growth, it is slowly, it is slowly, but it is sustained, China's growth versus India's growth, India's sustained growth, I suppose, China's sudden blast, and then, it is a complicated state, you know, my dopamine, that genuinely comes from, that I have learned what new, and what new, and this is an addiction, so, if I have a podcast, and I have done something very big.

41:03I have no shot. I have no chance to have any tequila I can't do so much. The way I have this is good. Wow! This is a 100 % theory. This is how my brain functions. I have a lot of fun. And then same thing when I work with a client on their brand etc. I have learned something from that. Sense of satisfaction. defense mechanisms defense mechanisms unconscious conscious techniques implement conscious unconscious techniques to deal with the emotional surge most of the times negative emotional surge a lot of mature defense mechanisms one is sublimation sublimation defense mechanism means that something has bad negative energy I used that energy I used that way I was going to go I was going to go I got a fight I got a fight I got a bad I felt terrible I used that energy I used that energy I helped patients or a badminton player they practiced so much so much time when they didn't have negative energy that their game is gone.

42:27What do you mean? Sublimation. So how can people make something negative in life, can they make a positive energy? How can they make a positive energy? Positive energy is not made. Energy is negative. Energy is made. It's negative and positive. But if there's a crisis, or something good has been, it's a lot of energy. If I'm very happy, then I go to party and I'll go to a party. I'll be very happy. I'll be 3-4 days until I'm done. What's this? There's a lot of energy. So let's do another job. Or something I do, which is my growth, or another one, which will also be good. So that will give me long-term results.

43:06This is so true. Why is this like this? Because I'll tell you,

43:13let's say, a number, if you've got so many crores, so you've got a milestone, you've got a lot of revenue, you've got to achieve. So the first reaction is, let's party. but my one was not. I was like oh what's so much fun now let's do this. Same with like a podcast you have reached that 4 million now let's do it now let's do it now let's do it now let's do it number one podcast in India now let's do it number one. Like first reaction is not party. First reaction it doesn't come to come to drink and drink first reaction is that this energy that's the time you have ecstatic that you have to wow that energy you have to use that you have to do it and practice , That's why,

44:06same When you have first, two yearsや, this we have done it and we will reach 4 million to reach which is why it has been so that it will be like 100 % 4 days and then it will go this is 1-2 years after 2 years this is the growth of mutual fund compounding so the mind notices that 4 days and if I have done this and this is the 3 years I will continue to grow and then I will say So, it is not that. It is not that. So, here's a question on this. I have a personal question. In many people, there are negative incidents. Simple negative incidents. When the world gets hurt, you are a victim, you are a victim.

45:01You are useless. Some people are insecure. why are you going to be very low? I will go out and leave the way I will leave. What is this? I will show you. I will tell you. I will prove wrong proof. Please wait and watch. That's what negativity outside world is. It is a positive emotion that I will channelize and work more. zyada kama kata ho, or zyada mehnat kata ho because, merhe under patani kya hai that it just happens like that koji kitna bhi galiya dhe de, ki minna time aya ga, bol lo aach tum mein tumhye bata ho ga, I'll prove you wrong was is joh, bhoat saare loog hai joh is chiz ko negative leke apne abcors, succumb kare dhe te hai, dhe dhe dhe, unka hosla toot jata hai motivation toot jata, or calm kana bando kya difference hai, dho type ke loog ho, harisai bhoat loog hai, joh kuch log negative chiz ko use and some people are broken from negative things.

46:01People are doubted, insecure, inferior feel. Some people use that energy and convert to positive outcome and some people take negative energy and take a small and negative energy and go to shell and break themselves. So for example, when someone says that I don't think it will happen,

46:30I get energy from it. I get positive. Okay. Huh? I don't belong here today. But. I'll do this. Now I'll do this. I'll do this. If you're saying wrong today. Wait and watch. I'll come and change you. Versus. I've seen some people. They take it. they are because they are they escape themselves they are they are they are they are they are they are they are they are

47:13so negative so what difference so here Where does that work? Two people come from mates in the world to get up because they are neutral questions to theanton. When you get birthnotes to school ,oliners or kindergarteners learn things through heart-task and start police in school. Theryaman and mother will talk about his finds a problem when he videos on this school or other friends are trying to laude. From which he sits by observing and effectively. are, what decide that when the person when the person is big, the future when the crisis comes, when the mom and papa will not be, then what kind of he will do it.

47:57One cycle again. I have wrong with my mom and papa told me, mommy and papa said, no, no, you don't have any tension, we're behind you. Everything is set. You have to do it. You have to do it. First of all, you have to do it. You have to do it. You have to do it. result mila jaysay result mila to dmag confidence aya that bhai karne pere acha feel ho ta to kareng to woh uske dmag ko yad rata future may bhi jab usko kisi nne kuch bhi kaha to uske dmag ko yad raga bhai kare kuch confidence milt acha similarly bach pann me mam bhi papa nne kaya acha sab If you say Ob見ええ It will definitely never do it A lot of less So the other side To be different Then it won't make good Once the person does it So make it not So why not do it To be confident down That doesn't take any feeling When the future goes 날 asked do that Challenge Then remember what do it Unfortunately Where I learned from learning, I don't remember.

49:05The unconscious mind says, what he did, he repeat it. No, he doesn't. Go on. Now, freedom is grown. First, it was closed. It was closed. When I was closed, I was closed. When I was grown, I was upset. I was sitting alone. I didn't do it. I was giving up. Things like that. So, parenting is decided. Parenting is decided. Both children are normal. They are neutral. How to handle crisis, we learn how to handle the crisis. Parents, guardians, people around us. our conditioning conditioning means I have done that result that result that result that I encourage that thing to repeat on doing good on doing not do nothing not so I don't encourage give up encourage so it is how you handle your children that will decide how they handle the situation the world in future so so if parents nope had yarcha work and children did not say it and that they didn't do that without that exercise so that those parents were coming in space who did they come from from from from' students zin really snail but, if today let's go with two children Now those children give me that one's one's their big one's parent concentration this one's has come from to cope from from lately One's goes from…

50:29So, they turn around now now how can they work on it that the negative energy is affecting and actually it's a positive turn after growing, it's very difficult to recognize that this is happening with me which you may not do yourself because what you know is right someone has said someone has been on the top external professional help or not so we have recognized something with friends This time it feels good. It feels good. So, encourage your mind. But then, how many years you haven't done anything? That will decide how much it will neutralize. How many years it has been the fear and lack of confidence cement.

51:22You don't go there. You don't go there. Your mind doesn't know. Why do something? If you listen to something and it feels like I'm going to affect the negative things. I'm going to go down 2-3 days. I'm going to go down 2-3 days. I'm going to go down a little. I'm going to feel inferior. So, in someone's saying, you don't think that it's a reality. It is their opinion. The opinion is not a reality. If they're saying that it's not happening, then the best way to counter them and yourself, your lack of confidence is by doing it وہ same to show and believers go on see they hit ëgood guess both from your confidence will grow

52:15but fight not big first strike fight fire 5 oleh return normal behavior aku 10 ber response ha two told Don't first time fight because 10 years every time this is a simple thing to understand some people who have to brush after not some people who have to brush if they have to change then they have to conscious effort to put it first then brush or vice versa if there are some mistakes both neutral events then nothing happens in childhood someone said first then brush now change then consciously I have to do the brush first and then I have to do the wrong. Don't go wrong. The more the more the behavioral conditioning that the behavior is implemented, the more difficult to change.

53:08But you need external support. External support should be in your opinion? See, validation will get you. You will do it. You will do it. We are with you. Something wrong happened to me. Because the mind is saying that it will wrong. So the external confidence will get you. that will do it if it's done then the internal confidence will build then 4-5 times done then the external need is not so now it's chemical but it doesn't happen how many people have external support social support so how do we do it but if it's not and it's not then the most important thing requires the intent my pattern I have recognized now I have the intent to change it and that I am ready to do something to do.

53:57If I am ready to do something, then I will get the route. If I am not the intent, I will not do my route, I will not do it. Then it will be difficult. You know, we talked about this conversation earlier, just before this conversation, about choosing a person for better financial gains. Girls choose to do it. Girls choose to do it in their life. I've seen Dj podemos we can have is 있어서 Sury раз hij from Shargi do especially Papa Violin telling Funny then financial gain he got incentives for this got incentives for this house so that's what he said so he's not going to lose his money so now he's gone 2-3 years ago he made money and he became more of a business then he's not going to come back if he's chasing external validation he's chasing financial security he's watching and he's instantly that he's a big house then shouldn't she do that I mean I mean he's just an example in reality we have seen that there are many ex-boyfriends who have been more money.

55:23But then, they don't leave it. But then, if you have married, then you have a legal social commitment. The marriage is a very big thing in your country. The marriage is a very significant thing. To break on the basis of multiple things, it is wrong. Multiple things like abuse, it is wrong. If you don't give it, what is the difference? Things like that. so my ex-boyfriend has now more money socially acceptable we need a social validation along with that ma-bape's big role ma-bape's little bit but we should not buy a shirt or we doubt if mommy says this shirt and that movie I remember there is a factor along with that the kind of behavior I was just making an example so maybe the father was right that this person is wrong but this person is not right this is also fair fair fair I was giving an example financial gain if people have a objective but that's how strong I think the financial gain is the world taking the oil taking the oil Oh Oh

56:53But why do you feel India Indian parents Are so involved in A kid's love life Or in a marriage life Like you said a word We are giving you Freedom Do you think it's a right term In India we are giving you freedom it's a sad reality but parents it's not in-laws or other people say parents you know this right parents we have freedom now we have our story we have we have freedom we have given freedom what is freedom isn't it that's our fundamental right deswegen we are all ready our people are now in a country 75 years now that generation only wives have helped many families of them they do not know they did not happen that it was not they also where the girl did win or nothing that they did and as husband because girl is him you do do do do do do

58:32do do do do do parents are scared all of them also because girl's fault my child's fault didn't come to get divorce separation is a huge thing and also if you're happy you're happy you're happy you're happy so you're not wrong again what I mean I got this I got this good home I got this good home I'm staying same you replicate you're not you're happy but they don't know the other methods, other ways because they never lived. I'll give a real example there was this guy who belongs to a lower middle class family who graduated from a good business school and he started a good job. After 6 months a good job is a huge thing for the family.

59:26The father was a farm laborer who was working on someone's farm. And the boy said that I have to take a car. I use public transport. I have to take a car. Papa has never seen the money. No, he never takes it. Why do you have to pay? The kid is so angry. Why do you don't give me my mind? Why do you don't take a car? Why do you don't take a car? Six months ago, they both are fighting. Because in their belief system, you can't buy money. Because today is not today. I've never seen the money. download that

1:00:21they

1:00:27will start If your conductitudinal consume your health threat, listen if смотреть. But both are similar to them. In their conditioning like this or on their upbringing, they're afraid of money. You don't suggest them like he should release others. That's right O, You don't suggest that they still don't happen to you.

1:00:55But why are they, Why are parents involved in India? Because, the fear, right?

1:01:14।

1:01:34but this generation knows that they have confidence parents have no confidence so if you're wrong you're afraid of fear that you don't give freedom that's why that's not confidence because they have a lot of struggle and your children's life don't come to struggle so they're afraid that we all see that's right second society Oh my gosh! She knows. I—net not know who else's saying. Actually, she doesn't exist. She genuinely reach the house or she魅 it like that. My husband will be ami it but she'll decide when I should have married that. She is a little but… THECK Zining is perder. This is my husband if my husband has got an or who is companion, he does.

1:02:31This is a wrong thing. They need to separate it. But then in that generation, they have seen their parents. So, their belief is very difficult to change. The best you can get to is, whatever you want to do, do not speak to me. That is the best you can get out of your parents. And they do not do that. How can you change that? It's been so much conditioning. To come up the conversation. Like he showed me ears. Him pressure. We can talk with a person and haveτε indefinitely. Emotional blackmail India in India is very strong, financially independent cosmos, then in his profile it gives a guilt and defile.

1:03:19The parents are like Billy says, Since.

1:03:36What can you do? If you have a hard time for people killed, get rid of a little help, how can you do it? Just for real.

1:03:49they do it then the subtle guilt the short answer is that you have to take a car or you have to put a car so if you have to take a car you have to accept the consequences I can unconditionally Second option Second option The next to impossible The long answer is That when you know That parents are like And you want to get married to someone For whom they do not agree So you have to be prepared That this is possible And you have to choose We can keep telling That this is not going to happen but eventually if you have to solve problem then you have to accept reality that it is like this now which pain should I?

1:04:54that the person who will listen to it or the love of my life what should I choose? if you are getting that confidence from your love that I will also keep the pain or keep the pain then I will keep it with it and if you don't have that confidence that I need my parents validation, I need this is who I am so buy it because you will probably not be happy because you will be happy but a fact is that parents eventually want to be happy so if you are happy after that, then you will be happy versus if you have said that you will get immediate gratification mila, that you say, you will be married, but if you don't be happy, then you will be parents, you will be sad.

1:05:46So, if you want to be happy, then you will be think about it very carefully. Immediate happy long-term sustained happy is better. But then, you have to be confident that with this person, I am happy with this person. Now, many people come to this pressure and come to move. They, they don't move with their loved ones. with them, they don't move. Where parents say, they get married. And it's a heartbreak in this one. And that's a problem. It's a major problem. What do you think? What should that partner do? That's a heartbreak, a loss. It's a reason for anyone. I remember another movie. It's Laila Majnu.

1:06:34No. It's a movie where

1:06:41but then I think I think and trip to the parents of his parents they married from another girl and the girl who lives he is the hero of the movie before he was very bubbly funny nice guy stud londas everything he does all of a sudden which change doesnt have a return 2011 года silent silent silent to share something social energy which is reality which mandат psychologyComplastic or so or so has got something. You can understand something. You can hear it. You can hear it. You can hear it. Literally, in literal terms, it's easy to tell you. It's completely crazy. Do you think people are crazy if you break up this question?

1:07:28This question, Raj, is so many answers. I will tell you. Number one, if genuinely just in parents' say, or parents' say, that's why the girl has left their partner. Those factors involved are not involved. Payse, social validation, trading up I don't believe that partner will not feel bad even they will suffer second a lot of people might not agree but if they don't have window to get out of the way and parents give birth somewhere else then their will grow because your mind has been at the time before break up and then you have to go on a date with this new person maybe get physical with this new person, socha bhi nahi tha life may aisa kuch hooga, toh doonoh ek saath hona is very difficult, second, ladke ka, ya the left partner ka kya hal hai, wo decide karta hai, hamnene joh baat ki, kis tarikay se unki crisis management skill hai, crisis ai break up hua hai, you are going through a terrible terrible time, mature defenses use kia, mature defenses develop huay hai, toh thukra ke meera pyaar, intakam dheke IASB bantay hai loog if you use that energy in a way that it helps you grow haa par agar itna zahad involved thay dependent thay us insaan ke oopar ki ye hai to hi my dunia hai to pahle to is tarikai se pyaari mat karo you are an independent individual without even without your partner even without your family to aap to khud ho hi to

1:09:12I don't feel I genuinely believe in this theory because I have met someone you say doctors, psychologists everybody talks about it independent relationship but relationship you get dependent it's next to impossible that you live in a relationship independent you become dependent you become dependent 1 year 2 year 5 year 10 year there will be some factors that will revolve that will revolve and if that person will go to your life then it will be a terrible loss that you have to end up with your individual identity and you have to end up with the dependent part that will be a major loss so don't love this this way I don't think it's right because it's going to happen in a long term so you're getting confused between emotional dependence and absolute 100 % dependence so much that if it's not then it's not my existence if it's that level then you're psychologically and you're going to be lost first of all if your identity is different without emotional dependence you don't have to become emotionally dependent this is why you're going to feel terrible 6-8 months, 2 years but because you have somewhere in your mind an image about yourself that will be careful about its own self I have to keep myself I have to eat it I have to do it in my childhood I have to do it I have to do it I have to do it I have to do it I have to do it for myself if something happens it will come out it will save you but if you have to do it if you have to do it is that it is not my world then it will be over so you believe that heartbreak is over and I also believe that after it it will grow because so many of these people use this trauma for their self growth unconsciously of course but it will be so much energy build up initially shock trauma you will be bedridden you can't get out of your house then you will get a little energy a little sip of tea 10-15 kilos of water then you will recover you will not get out of your house but you will recover what percentage do you think people who are dependent on a partner and then they are heartbreak they are like the world and they are not and they have no individual identity in the same way how many people who turn around So, if you have a strong trauma, you can use that trauma to say, that after six months or two years, that now I'll be really really good for life and it will become very good.

1:12:08Versus, how many people who are dying, they have no option, they never come back. They will be emotionally off in their life, or they lead towards psychological problems, or pills are addictive, or sleeping problems, or eventually if death or psychological disorder, that happens. What is the percentage between two cases? So, if 100 % absolute dependent ho, the state of mind which believes that I am born, I am born to love this person to this person. If this is not, then I am not. Those people remain in denial. They are not coming. Because the concept of relationship is a little wrong. That's not how you have a relationship.

1:12:50But the rest of the people, all of them get out of it. If there is a family in their mind, their profession is fear of getting jobs is fear of EMI so this means all these things are important I fear my nature is bad for me so I will eventually keep myself so I will go out no just say I'll give you an example I know certain people who had breakup they were from a good family so I'll give you an example of a girl like she married to someone else now but so she was in a relationship and in a relationship she was in a relationship she was in a relationship but the girl didn't do a job she didn't do anything she was fully involved with the girl because she had a lot of family with the money she provided the girl and the family provided the girl this was a classic example that she became a wife or a home wife or she was traveling with her work she was a little bit nothing else but her life was that I have to do some time pass with my brothers and sisters and my husband will help me after that, my boyfriend will be free and we will go to a movie, date, whatever and that's what her life for 5-6 years so her life is not something just one person and then breakup and this is why one day the guy feels like I'm out of love myre ko nai ho ra wo move on ka gya life na to iski to life end ho ga kuch hai ni iske paas or karne ke liye and wo emotionally off ho ga to ab uske baad uski sleeping pa chalo ho ga because sleep won lag ga usko trust issues ho ga wau aapne dosto bhe trust nai kaarti hai uski shadi ho ga kai hoar because 3 saal raha yeh sab bhoot zahada problem 3 years later she is like fuck it mere ko jahan gharwalhe shadi karar रही है वह कर ली पदो आज भी OFF है मतलाब मैने उसके उसके husband की उसके chemistry नहीं देखी जो उसकी chemistry बॉश्रिंड के साथ थी कुछ chemistry नहीं like zero chemistry कुछ है यह नहीं so मुझे तो इसमें यही सुनाई दिया की वो पहले से ही किस طरीके से गलत थी involved I'm saying it was okay but if they both have been there then maybe their lives are going to be big right so now it's different so if I ask what to do then do you think that in such relationships there's no coming back people can come out so that's what if you are absolutely 100 % involved then it becomes very difficult almost impossible for you you will become completely numb clinical depression this will come because you have done something else for 6 years, for 5 years for 10, 10 years 1 year something else if you have not done it and you have lived in this state if you have one thing and you have all that and you have all that so you have all that so you have all that this is not to do it relationship this way you don't do it you are saying that you are saying that if you have married then you have so much dependence dependence अगर रहा तो भी आपको eventually insecurity आएगी because आप सब उनके लिए ही कर रहे हो और वो शायद काम भी कर रहे हो और आपको भी time दे रहे हैं तो काम क्यों कर रहे है office वाले phone मेरे साथ है तो क्यों उठा रहे हो दोस्तों को क्यों मिल रहे हो उनको बुरा लगेगा तो फिर भी conflict हो सकता है You have to understand the concept of relationship in a way कि आप 100 % अगर एक ही चीज करोगे तो नुकसान होगा ही दो -तीन चीजे करो दो -तीन चीजों के उपर अपने emotions dependent रखो यहां से नुकसान हुआ बहुत दुखी होगे in two things of help from out so if if a girl is dependent and has and has been thinking that I am dependent and my life is but in the future I am going to be problem not so let me start doing something else as well so what I saw in this case that I felt very bad why Because the girl has made effort in life.

1:17:17Because it's like I think if I can put effort in someone else, then there's no point. When I can do this at the end, I can put effort in why? Because I think so many years, it's long term. If you have started a year, then you have to think about it, then you can put effort in another career. You can put effort in another career. You can put health in another life. You can put mom and dad in another life. It's a different thing. But 5-7 years ago, if you put effort in someone else, then you face it. It's called learned helplessness. What do you say? Learned helplessness. Okay. I have learned, I have accepted that I am absolutely helpless.

1:17:50It's an experiment, maybe frogs' that they kept on the heat frogs and they kept on the heat. Initially, frogs will try to fly and try to fly out. But they will not fly. Then they will accept it. Then they will not try to fly. It's done. There is nothing. It's not possible. So, So, that learned helplessness for having to take out. This is after, after that. For having to take out that hope is necessary. That hope is not going to come one or two times. Sustained efforts is coming. Pills is because their thoughts are so much on them that she is not able to live with her own thoughts. She is so much trouble that she is giving her.

1:18:34She is maybe a memory. She is guilt. She is regret. She is 6 years to put down something. But, pills are so much work. the actual events happening in her life that will give her that confidence that I can get the healthy defense mechanisms that she may be able to use to help someone to learn something to do anything healthy defense mechanisms I don't hope, I've tried so many times now, hope comes later first, without any emotional result effort I'm not feeling like this doing it but उठके धूप में जाके बैठना है result कुछ नहीं आएगा but रोज करते रहना है initial सौ दिन not a specific word but दिनों के लिए महिनों के लिए करूँगा तो फिर वो body का part बनेगा system का part बनेगा फिर कहीं बच्चे ने वहाँ पर गाया और किसे ने आके that I gave a tea, or a tea, or a ball pass.

1:19:32So, it's a high point. That's a high point. Which was not a high point. That's a high point. That's a good feeling. That will encourage your mind to again do certain things. That's it. Sometimes something negative or neutral or good or good. So, it's a hope. So, the learned helplessness is out. Now, the people who are involved so much emotionally so first of all is to recognize see awareness self awareness that this is where you are going wrong helps you like anything I know that I am addicted when I am aware then I am addicted to work on addiction otherwise I am not aware then I am not so much so only I am emotionally aware that I am so much dependent so much I am my mind protect myself do it.

1:20:29You have to do it. You have to do it. You have to do it. You have to do it. You have to do it. You have to do it. You have to do it. What happened to the increment. You have to do it. You have to do it. Recognition. But most of the people who are 100 % dependent, are passionate people, they cannot recognize them. So if this podcast is recognized, what do you do? If it is recognized, you have to do it. Give me three steps. Number one, so basically yourself life to explain relationship self family and profession these 4 balls are 4 on on on on on on on on on on on on on on on on on on on I don't blame the relationship.

1:21:15So, the chance is a lot of the chance. And balance is difficult. If there are four, one is gone. So, how do we balance and eventually manage? So, the four have equal importance. I am with my family or my self. Self can include friends or things that you do for your own self. That is so important. My professional growth is important. My life has tangible tensions also important. Loan ka emi ya guys Bradley I mean 35

1:21:56and牛 it's

1:22:10see what you're saying you know, a big textbook advice. It's not fault. I've seen people are devastated. Today, the dependent are, the addicted are, they're happy to come. So, how do they make a new profession if they don't want to come? Yeah, I don't I don't give them. Okay, one advice. This is something I have implemented. If my breakup happened, after that, I'm not going to feel good. I feel very bad and my mind will tell me to not get out of my bed मुझे नहीं ही जाना है, किसी को नहीं ही मिलना है and मैं फिर भी force करके उठके hospital जाओंगा, patients देखूंगा जो मुझे अब अच्छा नहीं लगेगा, बुरा लगेगा बट फिर भी मैं करते रहूंगा क्योंकि आप कुछ करते हो, किसी -किसी concept how to change in that case textbook advice he works first we always wait to implement something to do I should get a result I should get a guarantee that I will look good I have not done but I guarantee that I will look good then I will do no I should do I should do or do anything for the sake of doing it my mind my body my mind if you want to do something you need to do it not particularly52 and if you want to do something they will increase that

1:24:01eventually i will give up symptoms what its actually it's actually clinical depression may hota hai ki you lose all the hope sir l'thik hai aya hoon dikhanay par kuch hooga nahin I don't think kuch hooga aap bol rye ho dawa hai le leta ho par kuch hooga nahin kya hi matlab hai dikhanay jane ka kya hi matlab hai kuch bhi karne ka jab kuch result hi nahin milne wala so you lose that hope and you accept that this is how it's going to be you your mind almost normalizes your clinical depression but this is how it is now and now this is never going to be changed I am done I am done, I am done I am not important, now there is no meaning now there is no meaning so do you have to go out how can people get out of it?

1:24:56how is it? like I said, initially to give discomfort to yourself force and do it you have to do it, keep doing it just like learned helplessness is so that you have thought that my life can change my life. It's horrible. I have no motivation external or internal purpose. I have no discomfort in which I have no discomfort in my life. When it is not, and when there is no motivation or purpose, there is no intent. Why do I have no discomfort? Above 40s, a lot of men, that generation, above 50s, very many people are happy very many people then they go to the office upset they get upset machine kind of work they go back this is the doubt that when you are in your state of depression or terrible state of mind that there is no purpose or motivation that is the doubt that if you are motivated that I will do it this is the doubt that I will do it I have to do 100 days I have to do 200 days I feel like I said I have to do something magic It's not provided in people's lives What I mean by this is I know many housewives I know Our partner is right Our children are right I don't do anything I don't appreciate it I don't have to be a brother I've become a brother And in that zone where they feel value less very least important right now they want to know in life because they have so much and told and so they have so much that they have learned helplessness state but they have provided they have good house and good car husband is taking care all the bills and the little I feel good at shopping shopping.

1:27:04I feel good at shopping shopping. I feel good at all. I have to pay for 100 days. I don't have to pay for 100 days. My daily day to day is going to be good. I'm not happy. I'm not happy. There's no motivation to do it. Same with many such family business kids. The kids. They have to accept that .. ..

1:27:41See what theo -んと her heart.. I don't do anything. So now I'm just going to go to the friends with time pass and go back. But what you're saying about learned helplessness, this is that is not. This is clinical depression-learned helplessness which means that I don't have to move on.

1:28:18There's no difference if there's a car or not. If I haven't experienced or I haven't seen it, I can imagine that it's so painful. that is clinical depression or shock or acute stress reaction when you know something is dangerous with you either you fight or you absolutely give up this means that you are sinking in the water but you are not hitting your hands or then you are not dying but you are not resisting at all and that is actual learned health justice so that is what I am talking about aunties a woman in 50s or 40s, late 40s learned helplessness in their thing no motivation, I don't want to hit my head I'm going to get my blood and I'm going to get out of it I'm going to go on I'm going to go on in my life I don't have any meaning I don't have happiness I don't have anything I'm just waiting when death will be I'll get to know that I'm going to die and my life is going to die If people win 70, we will win 50.

1:29:31Passive death wishes. Give us, I know that I leave. But that's clinical depression. Can they change? Treat. Treat. It has to be treated. See, if there is learned helplessness, then clinical depression is there. Then you have to heal treatment. Not necessary. Depends on the cause. Depends on the concept. How it happened. external factors internal hormonal changes what are depends on if therapy or if if the drug is needed or if the drug or if the drug is needed or if the drug can be better or if the drug can be better if the drug means that drug is closed or the treatment absolutely closed then it's a very difficult thing to say but manage what does manage what does that emotional reactivity comes in emotional reactivity a state of mind in which you can get a situation based emotions you can get a job you can get a job you can get a child your husband has said you can get a bad feeling you can get a good feeling you can get a good feeling your family has said you can get a good feeling this is all about but if you are saying clinical depression absolutely right it will happen it will happen it will happen depends on multiple factors genetics, social factors husband is toxic or is she drinking a day and one thing in his mind was the child's life that my husband after my husband, after my husband we are very happy and if it turns out to be this so the only hope that was big that was finished so then we will manage then we will continue continuous therapy say when you go to childhood and you go to everything change in the age of 50-60 is very difficult because unconscious brain is very cemented after a while when you get a lot of therapy and you get a lot of receptivity and it gets difficult resistance is very difficult like that you are doing it you are saying it you are saying it it is true but let's not say you use the word passive death wishes what is this active means I have to do it this is my plan garlic, fasi, google proper covid ho jaya yaar I hope zyada ho jaya, my oxygen come ho jaya ya, thik ya, agar ho bhi jayega to problem, thik ya kya hi farak padega, I don't resist thinking about death, I don't think about it in a negative way thik ya na yaar, buri baat to nahi hain, a lot of people feel ki, those people start in their regular conversations life is kind of a little task na what is this what is this death death is not something bad things like that passive wishes what is this carelessness that is like you just are that that's chill you are in a state of melancholy maybe sadness that everything is going on what signs of death I can say that death is not a bad thing if you have to be spiritually awakened that this concept is also like that I have seen many patients who depressive symptoms initial stages spiritual awakening मानते थे मुझे सच खोजना है मुझे जवाब चाहिए because we feel that getting some answers कहीं से कुछ किसीने कहे दिया कुछ मिल गया तो मुझे जो बुरा लग रहा है वो ठीक हो जाएगा because basically तो मुझे जो बुरा लग रहा है वो ठीक करना है so my mind has a thought that I will get a good answer where are the purpose of life spirituality spiritual gurus when I go to the end then I will get a good answer if there is no answer which I will get a good answer I will get a good answer my purpose of life is what I will authenticate this is there is no official document second if I will get a good answer then I will get a good answer Yes, let's see my purpose of my life is that patient's purpose.

1:34:12After that, emotions are not changing. Then it becomes realized that maybe depression can happen. That's why it takes in India at least a lot many years day one of symptoms to go to the doctor or therapist to go to the doctor. Because our mind cannot comprehend mental illness. It's not bad at all. Maybe someone said it. I'm still functioning at 50 % I'm doing 50 % and then it's coming that's when it comes that is called lack of awareness awareness means when it comes to the doctor it's coming straight to the brain the doctor can go to the doctor COVID can be malaria can be viral it's not here it's not straight to the brain initially we'll do normalize then we'll do options then we'll do mental illness when I talk to you whenever you or a neuroscientist or a doctor psychologist psychiatrist with a very big life you are or big or very old or something you should an

1:35:35exploratory session because you don't know what you have confused and you know how you a spiritual awakening that's a bad thing to do it is it is and you how little different things that we ignore in the name of something else. True. People should visit it and first because we have the answer which is the only answer. There was a movie, Munna Bhai MBBS Part 2 in which Gandhi Ji was watching. So, in Munna Bhai, he was watching the information in which he was watching. He asked the wife, if there is no information, then he will not see. So, I don't know I don't know what can happen. Until I will keep attributing it to some other things.

1:36:28Or I am doing this. This also comes. When there was no awareness of malaria, people understand something else. How do they give treatment? When there was no awareness of the miracle, there was no awareness of the miracle. Then they did something else. There is no awareness. But I hope podcasts like these actually create awareness.
