Weber is integrating AI into every business. Today we will know how to replace AI jobs and which AI tools you can earn from a lot of money. Ideas, which can start today as a solo entrepreneur. You can build a pipe coder who are very good at talking with AI. Who can build personal AI solutions that you can use. You will charge 2-3 lakhs and you will charge it. How much time will it take? Maybe 5 minutes. What do you think is the skill that people have in today's time? I think everybody has to become something called an AI generalist.
1:06Who can solve any problem using AI. This specialist plant was you have to become a specialist at something. That is no more a wise thing to do anymore. Isn't it scary? Jobs will go a lot. Those jobs, which were refactoring jobs, which were templatars jobs, which were not original thinkers, all of them will be able to get away. 3 tools which can be used for a small business owner and expand your business.

1:50what is the future of the world what will happen in the future like what if I am a job I am a 20 year old I am a job I can improve with AI I can improve with AI first, I was just going to ask how to get the placement I think how to get the placement AI through placement How will your placement get better? Look, What tools can I use to make my placement better than people and faster? That's when people get better than placements. I mean? The market is horrible right now. Placements? Look, in the year, 1.5 million children are doing engineering. Their placement rate normally was 10%. Now, it's been down to 6%.
2:38Okay. So, the number of jobs in the market for young people and middle level people is going to diminish to a large extent and that is starting to happen right so it's a lot of difficult to get jobs it's not about tools yeah tools to use it's okay your might be a little bit but market is very bad and the reason I'll tell you recession is still going on on top of that lot of companies are not hiring because they don't know what's going on they take IT there's IT which hires the highest number of people in the country. Correct. IT sector does what is it? The companies outsource the work for making software.
3:21And this software is called code. Hundreds of thousands of people write code. Now, AI agents have become like Cursor, like Windsurf, Lovable Bolt, who can write code at a quality of a much better mid-level engineer at 100 times the pace. already the IT industry built in India US and first world countries needed people who can write a lot of code at a cheaper price at a cheaper price because people are very expensive GDP per capita is so high that you cannot hire people at that scale as a result they were outsourced to India now the code is not necessary to outsource because AI can write most of the code already I am not quoting this by the way Antropica CEO he said by end of this year 90 % of the code will be written by AI and very soon almost all the code will be written by AI the future programming language for that matter what is the future programming language?
4:28English but what is the future programming language? English is how we communicate with the system what could that be? the way we communicate with the system is going to be English in form of prompt engineering. You can call it the human programming language. But the real programming language that's going to be in the back end is going to be something which we don't even understand. When we write code, we'll see code. How do we see it? There are hashtags, there are stars, right? There are things like hash include std.h. Right? It's a library call function. Why does this include word use? So every time there's a new programming language that is created, it is created in a way that humans code leaking is very easy so that it can keep it that is why python went very popular that's why all the javascript frameworks went very popular because it's very easy comparatively then assembly language code when AI will write AI doesn't understand English AI doesn't care if it is alphabets characters words you will say write me the most efficient code and write me the code in the fastest way possible.
5:36So it will create our own programming language which you or me cannot understand. I will send a video. There are two AI agents talking to each other. They realize that both of them are AI agents and they talk in a language that humans can't understand. Gibbonnet or something like that. Obviously that language was created by humans for better communication but it's a language that humans don't understand outright. AI can create a language like that and will create a language like that and I showed you the example. I have understood you, right? AI, the language that you understand, doesn't understand humans, doesn't understand English.
6:10So, it will be the same. So, an engineer today, who was sitting in the US, was sitting in all of the US, who was outsourcing his work. And from here, you used to get a lot of people at very low cost to write code. Yeah. That will be an AI agent. Why do we need humans? He is sitting there, he has 250k to manage 20 people. He will manage 20 agents. Okay. all the jobs will not go but maybe you'll need 10 people because these companies will also adapt AI so coding scene is that so no job is relevant I mean there will be relevant jobs so I think I think software engineering I hope I'm wrong whenever I say this I hope I'm wrong because I don't want all these things to happen I think software engineering that will evolve into something like a scientist what do scientists do research Those are the only software engineers that will exist who will research in labs like open AI and all those big companies will come and also research companies where we will be researching how a human and an AI agent can communicate better.
7:20Most of the people who are writing code will evolve into newer roles. I mean there is a I think Gartner's report which said that 50 % of the engineers by 2028 will not basically have to upskill significantly to continue to have a job of existing engineers. Mark Zagabag said in meta, mid-level engineers will not exist in a few years. All of that work will be done by AI. Only senior level engineers will exist who will manage AI agents. So it's a crazy world that we are getting in. So the guys who will continue to have jobs as software engineers, jobs will come, I don't know what will happen, but next 3-4 years are going to be a massacre, according to me.
8:04Till new roles evolve, these who are top level people, I feel will become something like a software scientist who will invent things with the research companies. Rest of the people, they will just communicate with AI using prompting. And this is very widely spoken. I'm not making it myself. but my team was also in my team my 15 people was engineering team now we are 5 people and we are shipping more than ever what are we doing everyone uses to make MVP product manager software engineer not even going to my business team to make MVP to make some new feature to try their SOP make yourself take data and then you will go product manager you know the role of product manager I feel they are the guys who are gonna thrive like anything else because they have a business sense solid what to do is to make and these two things are happening for making product in my office product manager is doing a code ship because he is writing and you have to give a PRD you have to explain what you want you have to give context which a product manager does it very well already if it's a good product manager they are gonna thrive crazily that's also tweak because that's also a sheet first version of chat repeat I mean, that's it.
9:21But that's the same insights. So I feel when it comes to jobs, my belief is that the top 10 % tier who were exceedingly good, who were not doing templated work will do very well because original thinking is still needed. Because AI can think so much as it has been feeded before. For example, a graphic designer. If you think a good design, that you can make AI. If you can think of a design AI can make it. If you can see it, if you saw a design author that AI can make it. If I see your thumbnails, I can make all your thumbnails. You don't need a thumbnail designer anymore. Right. And I'm sure you're using AI already there.
10:02Right. So those jobs, your refactoring jobs, your templatars jobs, or I want to make something like this, I want to make it. Those original thinkers were not all the same. All the original thinkers who were able to come up with new thing, which always made you wow those guys will make insane money because you don't have to pay so many people anymore now a graphic designer is leaving a graphic designer so the manager is asking if you hire graphic designer is leaving i said why you have four creative strategies you graphic designer you have to send a brief and send a brief and i need this creative it makes sense i was not sure but i still wanted to ask developers I told you coding agents helps them like crazy brother pre-sales team was my we have done a course together right there's a pre-sales team if a lead comes then someone takes a phone and calls him knowing is this person really serious or no for that I had 40 people now all of that is done by AI AI calls you you know sales the amount of time the lesser the amount of time you take to get in touch with the lead the higher is the chance of conversion a human can a human call in three minutes every single time you need a massive army for that our lead to connection time used to be about 45 minutes to two hours based on the day based on that right now it's exactly 10 minutes why yeah yeah we expand that into a script automatically in the back end call jata hai which is a voice agent which sounds like a human wo call mein pushtai hai hi Raj this is Jerry our internal AI agent name is Jerry Jerry I'm calling from the growth school team I saw that you have applied for this program wanted to get a few more details about you whatever you say it captures all that information and feeds that into our CRM is this lead good or not if the lead is good then a human gets in touch.
12:13So you're significantly able to scale the business while not scaling the team. Post session we have humans WhatsApp message how was the feedback we used to send everyone because we want feedback. Now our AI agent which is again Jerry reaches out to people Raj we saw you attended a session you dropped off after 50 minutes but I hope you found value. Is there any feedback you have for us. It will talk to you like a human. And we outright say we are AI. We don't lie. And people are actually happy man. People are finding it fascinating. This is the other thing because we also are learning AI. So they feel that okay these guys know their shit.
12:55But you get the point right? In this level of customer support you know what can happen. Everything is out of it. Sales, marketing, every prediction, everything. My marketing team is shrinking. outreach SDR all the SDR outreach is automated with agent's forms you know you can literally create a process today it will cost you hundred dollars a month maybe every time there's a company you can put a logic like this okay when a company gets more than 10 million dollars funding that company should be in a Google sheet AI will keep looking for news all over the world every time a company has raised 10 million dollars it will find the company name or whatever basic details on a google sheet then an agent swarm kicks in what is the agent swarm?
13:46imagine a bunch of employees let's say everyday 10 leads let's say 100 ,000 leads for whatever reason right if a human goes into one another it's a lot of time research what is the name of the company what is the founder of LinkedIn what is the founder what is the email ID what is the email you can deploy 100 or 200 or 500 agents at once, which will fill the sheet with a company. Did the name of the company get it? Did the link get it? Who is the founder? Who is the marketing head? What is the email ID? What is the last three posts? Based on all this information, we will craft an email and keep it ready.
14:30Now an AI SDR agent comes into the picture. The moment it has full information, it will be sent to the Aurex sheet of data saying this information finish an AISDR which is humans will start writing cold emails automatically he will follow up if a reply comes he will reply too because you have told it how you want to handle it somebody says yeah I am open to explore but my budget is$100 I'll be like sorry not right now we started this dollar we can talk later but if we say something close to$1000 that's your price say$700 hey that's not usually our price our price starts at$1000 but happy to chat to see if you're a good fit.
15:07If you are a good fit, let's get on a call. Our partnership team member will be happy to get on a call. It will take you till the call for you. And it will chat. It will talk on email like a human being. Reply, understand what the person is saying. Imagine all of this being automated. We do this today for our mentor reach out. Every time someone posts on Twitter, a new identification person who creates on AI, we reach out to that person like this automatically. we don't know who that is when we reach out when we reach out when we reach out when we reach out we validate human in the loop this allowed us to shrink you see when people say jobs will go right it's not that it's not the only direction that people will fire or will be able to or lay off it is just that as companies grow it always needed more people here people are not the need and that is a massive advantage for people who are starting businesses if you are AI native you can fart you have to know how to deploy AI in the right way you can kill it by this there is no skill paranoia so much see this is what skill paranoia is that I will learn which skill every 6 months I will learn that will be outdated because something comes what I learned that will be right anything that I learn and maybe Maybe I saw 2-3 jobs, because of that, it's a lot of anger that, oh shit, you don't know, you don't know, I'm not able to learn anything.
16:39And just thinking about what next, what next, what next, a month has been a deal, then there's another idea. Then there's another idea, then there's another idea. Like it's just crazy. Bro, the reality of life is that it's going to be hard. I sadly don't have a right answer for this. And there is no right answer. But what do you think is the skill that people will give in today's time? Keeping up with AI. I'm being, I'm not kidding. And how can people do? how can you do it? See, I think everybody has to become something called an AI generalist. So, how can you become AI generalist? Like you know so many things about XYZ.
17:12I'm sure how to grow business, how to grow a creator, how to grow a code. But it won't be relevant for you. Maybe something is relevant, something is not relevant for you. It won't be relevant for you. So, how can you learn this in the domain? So, the world that we are heading towards, domain as a thing is of past this was the specialist you have to become a specialist at something go deep into marketing become head of marketing become CMO that is no more a wise thing to do anymore why do people hire people why do you hire people to solve problems with AI you can solve broad range of problems so there will be rise of generalists 90 % of your team what is your team is now there is 20 % generalist 80 % specialist your chief of staff is a generalist your E.A.
18:09generalist those are the generalist roles who can do a lot of things like we have talked about that will flip 80 % of the roles that will exist will be generalist 20 % will be specialist and I believe those who are specialist roles will be majorly consulting full time nobody will be very few people The reason is we are called a specialist that we are called a specialist is because it is hard for us to comprehend and do multiple things as a human being. We cannot just do everything. If all people are generalists, all founders are become a generalist. Every founder is a generalist. You know that.
18:43Right? But with AI coming into the picture, you can actually truly become a great generalist. So, AI generalist is the word. I believe is that person who can solve any problem using AI. That person is an AI generalist. It doesn't matter. It's a problem with marketing. It doesn't matter. It's a problem with product. It doesn't matter. It's a program product with code. Of course, there are a few things that you don't touch. Like financial, you won't touch it. Because it's too critical and too not everything will be relevant here. But you get the point. I think everyone should be a generalist. AI generalist.
19:16Where you equip the skills of solving problems using AI. How will it be? I have a roadmap. I can give you very quickly I am a 20 year old I am zero in AI I don't know anything after listening to this podcast whatever I am doing I have to find perfect love it 5 levels step by step level 0 you are watching a lot of tools you are watching on Instagram you are watching on my reels you are watching on your reels YouTube explore all the tools to understand the possibilities of AI what can do today this is level 0 like play with chat GPT play with Gemini play with Claude play with numerous AI is on Excel AI is on Excel there are many tools play with all those tools because you don't know what you want to do you are a 20 year old but if you are a working professional I advise this that you list down what are the kind of things that you do on an everyday level and find the right tool for each of the job and see how can you do those jobs faster because that is level 0 and almost 80 % of the work no matter who you are Raj, except for shooting, let's see for how long because AI will do it in a few days in a very good way but can be automated using AI and can be done much better, much faster using AI, right if you don't know where to look at and you know what to solve there is a platform called as there is an AI for that.com go there and put it PowerPoint, Excel data analytics, it will give you all the list of tools so put content creation all the content, be specific Instagram videos video editing be specific it will give you because there are hundreds of thousands of tools in the world that is a directory play with tools what will happen in level 0 will become your fundamental strong you will get into understanding what AI can do once you have done this you will get some confidence you move to level 1 level 1 your job is for you to crack anything you need to know how things work the reason why you crack podcast is because you understood the data behind it you understood the humans who watch your content behind.
21:22You need to understand how things work. In level one, what do you have to do? You have to come to understand how do you do AI work? How do you do LLMs? What is the back end of it? How does it give you text? After all, after understanding that, you also understand how do we do this? How do you do prompting? Prompting by word will be heard from everyone. Prompting is not write a poem for me about my dog. There's a way, there's a method to this madness. Learn about prompting. Every AI tool has a different advantage. Inside of a chat GPT, you can see, chat GPT is 4.5. And there's one more called as O3.
22:03What is the difference? It's a reasoning model and a text generation model. It's a work, the 4.0 model is a very different. Emails, it's a good thing. But if you have to brainstorm, you should go to O1 or O3, which is a reasoning model. It's a reasoning model. you have to know. There are many models in the world. There are some open source models. There is no need to be code for this. There is no need to be exploration and excitement. If you want to look at models, you can go to huggingface.com. If you have a platform or AI model, you have to squeeze out and play all the settings with all the settings, then you can go to something called as Playground.
22:39Open AI has its own Playground. Google AI Studio you don't get any feature in chat GPT. You get input and output. All these are internal customizable features. Temperature, p-value and all that. This will give you a very good sense of what are the models out there? How can you prompt with them right? And a few concepts like rags. You will get to understand how AI works on a high level. Now in level 2, we have understood how to play with text. But I told you, you have to become an AI generalist. generalist means text images, videos, audio all those things come in then you should go deep into diffusion models like stability AI stability AI you know comfy UI model which is stable diffusion model which is images generate the level 3 you go beyond text you have text with LLMs now you will go into diffusion models where you will learn how to do images, how to do videos, how to do audio.
23:47Because when you are solving the problem, text is not the only problem solving you will do. You are a generalist. Remember that. So how will it become a photo from a video? How will it become? How will it become? What are the tools to use there? If you need such an image. I said, go to GPT-4O, go to image generated. After that, go to RunwayML or Luma Labs. But don't go to V or Sora because they are not good enough. If there was a little advance. was that I would say to make a model yourself. Those already existing models are for example what I have done. Right? These are all not I have not made a model.
24:19I have trained with my data. That think like me. Think like me. Make me like me. All those things are level 3 where you go deep into image, video and all that. In fact, I will give you a road map. Detailed road map which you can link it up also. If people want to go even deeper. Right? That is level 3. Level 4. we have done these three levels this is fundamental understanding of the world of AI out there now you have alphabets you got to know the words now it's time to frame sentences and write essays you learn how to build products using AI right now for that you don't need to know again a single line of code and now you know how to prompt now you know which model to use now you know how to talk to the model so you can start building products and build a product sense but now we can't do analytics everything can do AI can write code so you dump there are so much good tools which can make as good at softwares and apps not yet if you want me to expand on that right now there are a few constraints AI has of course it is in very early development internal products which companies use like meta and all are much more at once.
25:39They don't have access. But the major problem with these tools which create softwares today is that one, the model they use in this, the AI model they use, all of them are outdated models. So Cursor, all of the tools, they use Sonnet 3.7 which is a recent model. Now Gemini 2.5 which is also a recent model. But you know what is the best model out there? OpenAI, I think six months back, it's a preview. It's called O3. O3 can write code as the top 200 software engineer of the world. So reasoning models which can think can write much better code and when O3, O4, O5 the quality of code will go drastically higher.
26:25That's the one. Another big problem which is called as something called as context window. Why does a developer do a good job? Why does a experience developer do a good job? because when he works in a company he comes to understanding which code what he did why he did he has the context of the product even though there are million lines of code the developer knows what is happening in subconscious memory AI there is something called as context window of AI how much can it remember at once about anything on a chat window when you open chat DVD you try 100 page content copy or paste mahan ke liya, woh bole ga it cannot take so much content because it cannot remember so much content at once, that is called context window which is about 250k 128k tokens means 100 ,000 words le le is how much it can remember at once if your code base is 100 ,000 words se bhi zahada hai, so woh it cannot remember everything, there are rags and all that to do it, today but, as we are shooting the podcast two days back Mark Zuckerberg launched something called as Lama 4 its context window is 10 million tokens that means I went to my developer and asked how big of your code base is 10 million tokens and we are heading towards a world where there will be unlimited context window AI can remember whatever you drop it if the whole code base comes to understand it also has a business logic why can't it write code great so now we are talking about coding about today who is talking about today today it can do MVPs I am also telling we are all talking about the future and when we talk about future we don't say that it will be 5 years next year we have talked about so much we have talked about so much we have talked about so much we have talked about so much we have talked about Mark Zagabag and put a selfie video and said 10 million context window and we are making unlimited context window making it.
28:31There's no idea of it. When this tool comes, after 2 years, you'll understand what will happen. What do you need then? You need to have an understanding of how to operate these systems. You need to know what works. You need to know what is the best use case, what is the best way to operate with these models. You have to do it in level 4. You build things. If you're 20 years old, you don't need a job. If you have to apply with Raj, you'll make 5 tools. which you think and solve. A caption can be written for Raj. Give new script ideas from the existing podcast. All tools you can build without code for 5-5 hours.
29:09You will not hire people. 100%. That is the dire need. So you have these skill sets. You apply them. Build your proof of work. Dude, degrees are gone. You have finished degrees. There are pieces of paper. I'm not talking about. See, people coming from IITs, IIMs and all. They'll still be valued. and it's not because of where they studied it's because of how hard it is to get into those schools the reason why you are excited to go to Harvard to give a talk was not because how big you study there you were excited because the density of talent high quality talent is very high it's very hard to get in so those institutes will always be valued there is no two ways around it anything less than that it's all piece of paper it's worthless please go and get a degree I'm not saying don't go and get a degree maybe it will be useful in the future but use your bloody time to build use AI to learn and build don't rely on your education system brother, your professors don't know what's in the chat GPT they won't use them because they think if you have an assignment properly your job will not they don't know they don't know that's why they're studying if they had a job they would not be teaching in a regular college It was running until now because there were enough jobs out there.
30:29That will not be left. And this is hard truth. Because I am a founder on the other side. I know what is happening. And larger companies, every time Meta fires people, their stock is growing. Shareholders are rewarding layoffs. Because everybody has realized that the world we are heading into is different. Level 5. level 4 now level 5 we spoke about AI agents the future of teams is going to be 20 % humans 80 % AI agents instead of having a researcher instead of having an editor you will have AI agents working for you so if you want to be a generalist you have to learn how to build these AI agents how to automate things like I said make.com you can use tools like NA10 make lindy Zapier and things like that and build agents which can solve problems and unlock your time.
31:27Internally, Jerry said, what voice calls, he does, we have the same codename as Jerry. I have an executive assistant which checks my calendar, which attends meetings on my behalf and gives me notes. It attends every meeting on my behalf. If whatever meeting happens, I attend, bro, I've seen my calendar. Before, how long was my life so bad? I had to be in every bloody meeting and it was necessary. and I had informed that maybe something will go wrong. Now AI attends my meeting gives me a summary and I can just query it saying, brother, last five meetings or I mean, last five product syncs product meetings that happened in five meetings tell me the things that are repeating five times and we are still not solved for it.
32:11It happens a lot and it will give me a summary of everything because it attends meetings on my behalf and I can talk to it on my Slack. it can write emails for me that's fine leave it email can reply calendar written it can execute tasks right now using responses API for operators so it can actually go and do research for me and give back with a document it can do all of that and these agents no this has been made my team there have not been one line of code used we used a tool called as relevance AI and make.com to build it I'm also talking go and study learn do it if there is no agent you will hire or not right now at this point of time in 5-6 people if anyone hears this if anyone comes to this then I will hire you and if it doesn't come so learn give it a roadmap you will learn everybody is capable to do this you know what I am scared of I am scared of the fact that people will continue to stay in a delusion they will disagree they will be like shut up it will not happen I am studying for 5 years I have learnt you know the way to do graphic designing for last 7 years what were you doing in the last 7 years resizing looking at dribble and replicating those designs because that's what we did most of us right you kind of yeah dull and you feel it will be a little I don't want to hear and this is what leads to drastic doom and this is what it's happening I'm a founder it's also what's happening you have to embrace it and you'll be like how do I win I'm a creator room is happening with me.
33:47I see people are growing more efficiently and faster just because they are using AI better and they are not there.
34:02It's happening. It's happening. I don't scare you today because you have accepted it. No, it doesn't scare me today because that no one can do so much. Right. It doesn't scare me because now I'm able to outwork everybody. But this will be done probably in a month or two or five months six months. But that's why you're also adapting. So that nobody can outwork you. That's why I'm also learning. That's why I'm also doing things. The real power of AI is original thinking. That is you as a human being. That's why I said the top 10 person will always thrive because they're original thinkers. Website AI can be but the website I mean the website will become generic websites from AI because it will be feed but the website will become a stunning website will become a out of the world website that will be able to because there is no match because everybody is making one kind of content or one kind of website while this guy came out and did something outrageously good he did use AI but he had original thinking you have to build that here's what I do to do this I'll tell you I had no voice in AI I didn't even know anything and two months ago I hit what's going on in the world because I was traveling abroad somewhere and I just saw something I was like what's happening when I felt in panic when I was like what's happening what's going on what's happening that night I had an idea I started to experiment and I started to experiment two days later I had to start that that video me then I started to do and I started thinking what's going on since that day till today when I was a podcast before I was sitting with my team to do, understand 3 content strategies I don't know what I'm doing I've been doing it last year but since last 2 months before I was blocked I've been blocked by 1 hour I'm just floating 1 hour every day I'm just floating that's all trying to understand what tools are and what not and then after 2 months I knew what is the notebook LM, what is it Google AI studio and I was thinking shit this is what I was doing for 6 days this is what I work and it's getting better and better and better I'll tell you an interesting thing what do you think AI which language you can learn English AI doesn't understand any language it has its own language which we don't understand.
36:38It's not funny. Antropic company, who made Claude, he recently released a research to know, you know this, right? Nobody knows how AI works. It's a black box. We don't know. Even Sam Altman doesn't know. When you send a message that you write a nice little poem for my pet, the poem doesn't understand. It was input in, it was trained with a lot of content and as in all just as training goes the output will be good as there was more training in the output kept getting better but what was in the beach was not we know that it predicts next word that's why it's a generative AI model but that has been proven false so everything that we know about AI is our assumptions so Antropic has researched that is AI actually predicting the next word and then they realized it is not predicting it actually knows what it wants to say it arrives at a conclusion and then makes up everything else what are you talking about and in that they also understand how AI is talking about 10, 15, 20, 100 languages how is it talking about 10, 15, 20, 100 languages how is it I mean we dumped a lot of information yes but how is it working then they realized AI thinks in a language which we don't understand first he understands his language he understands his language he formulated and then translates to what he needs to be in the language so that is the world that we are living in today where everything is a black box isn't it scary?
38:24jobs will be going to be a lot if you are telling me that now my large video like you and me I talked about it for 3 hours. I took it and took it to some software. Which software did you cut? Opus. I mean that is a outright software. Opus.clip. Okay. I took it and took it. I thought that there should be a problem in it. Opus is cut by default. For example, there is something called as operator. On chat GPT. It was made a computer use model. Which can handle your computer. But now there is a new company. came up as a general agent company. Right? General agent company or general assembly company, something like this.
39:06I'll get you the right name. It works on other softwares so it takes over your browser. You just have to prompt it. I have to execute it. It will execute it in the background. I understood that. I'm telling you that I've added a big video to the opus. In this case, I'll take 25 clips to take away. Shorts to take away. Yes. This is the basic thing. Yes. Will it be high performing? It won't. Because it's cutting it at this point of time. Okay. That Opus is not using his brain. Not yet. That sounds like an opportunity. It can be. It's a great idea. I'm not sure if Opus is doing it or not. Hypothetically.

39:48See, today, in the episode of three hours, the genius of the editor, who works with us, who works with high performing podcasts, is knowledge. Is that, that intuition I would say or that knowledge yes that in 3 hours these 10 things will go and then it will cut and put it this AI can do it or not intuition is trainable how does how your creator how does how does because he has made thousands of clips pushed and he has seen which content has worked now if AI has access to your content it knew what the input was and it knew what were the outputs and it knew what are the pieces that did well in the past.
40:33It can build a 100x better intuition than a video editor. So, today it can be if someone doesn't make it. That's a great idea. I'll tell you one thing. Right? I've seen my content right? In the last three months in actually last two last three months I have not clocked the views that you do but I've done 200 million views on social. Everything is AI. That I know. 100 % is AI. Now, I'll tell you where the real magic comes in. The idea generation, what happens, is AI and I'll tell you how it works. There's a tool called Feedly. Feedly. Feedly. Okay. It's the job that it's what RSS feeds. Every time there's a new piece of content on the internet, it's pinged.
41:17And I have given some keywords. AI, tech, startups, funding, investment, bunch of company names in India and all of that. if any content piece on the internet hits on any of these keywords or relevant it comes to it everything comes to Feedly so Feedly filters this content and sends it to an AI for me that AI has data of the last 300 videos that I have posted which one this is a prompt so I send that data using something called as make.com make make make.com so Feedly say via make.com API which is chat GPT API where a prompt is written imagine it like chat GPT but automatic okay where the prompt is written in the prompt I have given this that I have 300 pieces of content which I have posted before Instagram LinkedIn everywhere out of this 300 pieces of content these are the 100 that have performed very well so you know the data about me on what has worked what has not worked now there is a new content piece about urban company do you think this will go viral how much would you rate it from a scale of 1 to 10 if that rating that's it it's the same AI system rate if that rating is more than 7 then that that's what I'm doing in Slack new topic idea discovered urban company launched maid services in Mumbai for 9 rupees potential to go viral 9 out of 10 if it's less than 7 I don't even know because I don't want to see this urban company I'm giving an example so I get that feedly you have put it in the startup then make.com like how does this decide because it has my data the kind of content that I have created in the past the scripts of each one of them which topics performed which topics performed not so feedly it will take it make automatically choose 3-4 names should I redo it okay how do I get my content feedly is a platform which is scraped on the internet for new topics.
43:25Okay, that I got it. It's not enough. Right? Every time there's a new topic that comes on a topic that I'm interested in, feedly that data via Make.com. Make.com is like a glue from one software to another without writing code. Okay. That's equivalent of Make.com. I wrote a prompt in the chat GPT. And the prompt is that this is the content that I've done in the past. These are the content that I've worked, topics that I've worked. these are the topics that have not worked. So based on this data, according to your intuition, you tell this topic how much would you rate it from a scale of 1 to 10.
44:02So AI rates that topic from a scale of 1 to 10. If the rating for that topic is 7. Because every day hundreds of pieces of content come. I can't create content in everything. So if it's 7. Then the piece of content is a summary that I ping in Slack. New content idea form. In this case, Urban company launched a 9 rupee made service. Whatever. Right. Then, my personal team looks at it. Every day, some 10-15 pieces of content, ideas like this, I come in Slack. My own. Automated. Right. Skim through hundreds of articles. My team picks these topics here. And they just select, agree, disagree, agree, disagree.
44:43Good, not good, good, not good. We pick about 3-4 topics here. After this pick, we have made an AI agent system. What is that? the first step is to write script. How do you write script? Again, I have fed a lot of scripts that I have worked in the past that have gone viral. So it knows how I write scripts. So it is able to mimic my script writing. So this topic goes through. This topic is deep research. The step one is researching about this topic. We use Perplexity API. Again, no code, nothing is needed. Perplexity API is a big document to research about this topic. This research goes into my prompt which is which has been fed with all the articles or all the LinkedIn posts and reads that have gone viral in the past so it knows kya kam karega kya kam nahi karega so wo script licks ta hai teen angles ke aur ek ek angle ka panch panch hook licks ta hai okay then a human in the loop comes in where we select which hook combinations do we like aur select honne ke baad diffusion model mein jata hai jahaan mera AI clone bana hua hai joh clone karta hai my video goes to 11 laps and to smallest.ai where my audio clone is.
45:54They bring all information and go to the video editor. Every piece of content that comes out has one body, five hooks. So what are the hundreds of pieces of content? What do we bring out? One body, three, four hooks. Now, with this content, we have five, six dummy profiles. We put it there. and check initial metrics. What is the first three second view? What is the retention rate? What is the view to share rate? We see which hook is best performing. And we have a benchmark. This is not automated. This is manual today. If it's a benchmark cross, then we put this video on Instagram. If it's not a benchmark, then we pick the right hook and post it on Instagram.
46:40If it's not a benchmark, we don't put that video on Instagram. Wow. Wow. As a result, from, again, I'm not a creator, I know you too. I'm very fun to experiment with you. Right? This was an experiment for me. Wild. In three months, 200k, right now it's at 600k followers, English content, tech content, average view per reel is 350k views. One out of three reels hits a million views on a 500k account with only English content. Damn. All AI. and how much time do I spend doing this 10 minutes a day sick this is insane so many people are creating AI content so many people it's not even funny I don't know anyone who has grown as fast as I have because there is an inherent creator marketer brain what does it do data experiment experiment everybody can do it which has been developed for so many years that what will happen and what will happen that gives you edge over everyone else so that is that edge you need that storytelling, copywriting, understanding people, psychology, that is that you need if you want to fast track it other people can also do it but it will get a salver it will get a salver because when you ask in simple words when you say 5 hooks or 1 body when you ask In starting, 6-7 months will take the right thing to get the robotics.
48:14Correct. And for a creator, it will be max. Correct. That's right. There's another insane opportunity. We are living in a world where distribution is going to be the most premium asset. Right? With AI, you can multiply content creation. It makes every sense in the world to start a production company, content company like companies movies to own 150-200 creators to own which basically their followers their views everything will be owned by you so technically they don't even exist you can do that as well you can create creators who don't exist random faces yeah generate faces massive opportunity generate faces how will it be you can do it this is mid journey great tool have you seen these videos of mine where I look like Harry Potter Iron Man my team does all these experiments so we are making ads using AI 2 years right now you can face swap to anything and if you can generate a photo you can become a realistic human which moves and does everything the process also is very simple you go to a tool like mid journey and now the 4.0 image generation is incredible right photo realistic image by giving the right prompt on how you want the character to be the advantage here is you can tell me I need 5 sides same face retain and I need 100 dress full free now take these images and go to a platform like Luma Labs dream machine Luma Labs Luma Labs dream machine and Runway ML and Sora Sora is not that great I'm waiting for VO2 which is Google's model which has the ability to convert an image into a life of a video you know I'm doing a runaway machine Sora does too but it's not good but yeah incredible what you can do today I can't even think what will it be far yeah wild So, and videos will also become themselves?
50:39Do I tell you something? I mean, I don't know if you've thought about it like this. I have investors, you have investors.
50:50My GPT is where I feed every conversation that I have with my investors, which is only with me obviously. Where before, let's say, today I have a board meeting. I upload a copy of deck. upload karta ho, I get on a voice mode and I say grill me like an investor. On voice mode. And it wears the hat of this grilled investor. Numbers dekhty ha, usko context hai pehle ka. Mene kya kiya ho hai usse pehle. Or yeh numbers dekhi mujhe grill karta hai call mein. So that you're prepared for the next investment. I'm prepared for whatever agar mera investor meeting do ghente ke waad hai. Mai hai, do ghente se pehle earphone laga ke grill kar raha hon kud ko.
51:31Wow. this is what you can do for when you are applying for a job as well of course right interviewer kya poochai and tere podcast se pere bhi min kud ko kya hon because you know when you do a podcast like this tu nye bola yaar will geek on AI and all of that, I socha yaar ye kuch fundamental question poochai ga lot of times we miss out on fundamentals only because we think we know it or min kuch galit na bol doon tu mene bola yaar min podcast kya raj ke saath it's going to be business AI and all of that, ask me the most fundamental questions where you think most of the humans will go wrong. Give me the answer and tell me how I can improve.
52:09And if I said something wrong, remind me. In the end, send a report so that I can read. So it started asking me simple questions. What is quantum computing? What is qubits? What is GPT? What is transformer? And then I started to give answers. And I was like, I have to think for everything. I know what it is. but it's my must practice so I do this quite a lot this is like a hack and I'll tell you another hack for all the people who are trying to learn doesn't matter right what we're talking about you can do this in the interview you can put a job description and say this is an actor as an interviewer and interview me you apply for this role this is my resume and this is a job description this is the person who's going to interview me here is his LinkedIn profile now act like Rajshamani and grill me for this interview and ask me the toughest of the toughest questions.
53:03Give me answers also. If I say it wrong, give me answers also so that I know what is the right answer. Incredibly powerful. And I'll also recommend you to do it. I don't know if you do this. Google AI Studio is a platform. There is an option to share your screen real time. So I don't have coding. I keep playing with all these open source repositories and all and I'm stuck because I don't have coding. So I can share my screen with Google AI studio and I can literally talk to it and it guides me to click on this button. Maybe this is wrong. Try this option because it can see your screen. It is on a video call with you.
53:44AI which means it uses 2.5 which is one of the smartest model. Multi billion parameter model. It's a video call his video not audio call your screen and talking and talking about what should do future can there be a better teacher than this how crazy and wild world that we are living in all of these are possible today and these are my learning tools bro fuck I like I like today YouTube video comes I have patience for watching podcast you have a podcast it's an interesting topic but I'm on the go I want to know 10 things what do I want to do take a podcast go to Emily there's a platform called meetemily.ai you go there you drop the video and you start chatting with the video chatting means what chatting means let's say hey let's say this podcast someone picks it up and drops it and it gives you a nice little summary saying they're talking about AI they're talking about all these tools and all and let's say notebook is coming which you mentioned what is notebook lm what is notebook lm can you tell me what that is it will explain and give a time stamp you click on it it will play the video exactly where you are saying notebook lm so that will give you the explanation there so this is we don't need it because wherever the word is it is in the description our word is not very important there is a option that will come that will come that will come that will come that will come that will come right there we will send it but i will tell you where I use it actually.
55:23Technical content which I have to understand. What is it? But I don't understand in the video because two engineers are talking. True. They are geeking out but I want to understand. Take a video, put it and ask questions. There's a voice mode also. I can turn on the voice mode. I can talk with that YouTube video now. These are all possible. These are my learning tools nowadays. I can't read a blog article. Sorry. This is a dull thing. that my situation is so much better what will happen to my children's situation
55:55it's you have scared me from the whole podcast I feel like I am very back I feel like I don't know what I have in the world I don't know what I have to give you 5 hours everyday just to learn all of these things I think it's a kickstart problem the moment you kickstart the moment you go in I passively throw you a little bit hours a little bit because you are in this world you are excited about every new thing that comes in aren't you excited about topics that you really like really enjoy this is how it is I've never been more excited in my life I can tell you this I can't remember when I was the last time I was so excited when he was cracking LinkedIn no there are phases you're right when this real cracking was happening on Instagram there was that phase LinkedIn when he cracked there was this phase but boss what a must time you get to learn something every day how many times it's happening how many times it's happening It doesn't happen today.
56:48But with this has come in, like it's so fun. It is so much fun, but it's scary. I have to tell you, three tools that you should use a small business owner. Small business owner. Look, we talk about AI revolution in the world. AI, AI, AI, there are many buzzwords. But when I talk to my father, I'm wondering, what is this? They know that I have taught them. What are the top three problems of a business owner? So I'm telling you. So now they know that they have meta AI on the top. ask you to go to Dubai what is the library of Dubai? So, three days of the library they make that format. That's their use case.
57:22Right? And if someone has something to send English he would go there and convert it to Hindi. So, he would convert it. That's their use case. Now, I have and my father like a million million million Indian business owners who maybe a small business or a small business or a trading business or a manufacturing business. It's a small business. 10 ,000 rupees from a month to a month to a month and a month to a month to a month small business that people can use AI and can expand their business because they will get the most affected because with technology there is no conversation and there is no conversation so they think that they will become a big and they will become a system which Which lot of people have survived lot of stuff.
58:14I mean, he's also surviving the e-commerce way. So, what should they do? Look, this is a very broad question. It is very hard to answer this and I'll tell you why. For this answer, I have to know their specific top problems. Because blanket answer. And someone wants to grow money. No, no. What is the problem? What is not allowing you to grow? To grow sales. Look, let's say. Okay. I'll go deeper to future questions I'll go deeper sell a personal take a personal we'll solve give me a personal my food okay what are you selling all the things I'm selling correct as a quick comment I'm facing trouble correct you have to grow business right so the first thing that I will do that I will advise them is don't be angry first start a big WhatsApp announcement channel where you have people come to for buying their phone number you will add in the announcement group.
59:14Okay. And every time you will have a new product. Or every time you will have a discount. Or you will start to deliver in the announcement group. You will know all customers about you and you will be top of mind. This is the bare minimum. You need to do everyone. Right. And when you make this announcement group you will need a marketing material. You will need to add a pamphlet. You will need to add a menu. . image ڈالنا ہے उसके लिए आप obviously chat GPT में जा सकते हो voice का button बटन बटन सकते हो मुझे ऐसे message बेज बेजना अपने whatsapp group में आप English में
1:00:03लिख के Matt and Alpaz right the third thing you can do is that if you have to keep a lot of food you have to keep eating what is the amount of food everything around it and you have to write all papers and you have to go and go and go how you manage it all the days end of the day photos go look at photos and put all the photos in a chat GPT window and tell that you have to make a final table and the old data the old photos and the new photos make a table make a book that will be made that you will see this you can do small things when it's a small business you can do everything nice or you can say voice that I made a bill and you can put it in the house that doesn't happen because you will have to build a custom GPT will make it which if you don't come your son will come on YouTube I will make an app Webhuffer or Raj has said in chat GPT he will make a GPT he will make a GPT YouTube will make it how can you make a small app and you will make an app for you because internet savvy there are a lot of kids they will figure out you will probably make a video you will also make a video no you will also make a video a little it's not so difficult it's not so difficult there is a tool called scalai which is calorie ai a child has made a tool without writing a single line of code how much of the app revenue you know how much is it?
1:02:0630 million dollars. You know what the app does? You can see the food. After eating the food, it estimates the calorie based on how the food is looking. It is a dead simple app for anyone to make. It used to be distribution. How do you do it? App marketing. I also want it. Brilliant app. Look at this madness. There's a guy called as Levelsayo. You will see it on Twitter. Indie maker. people have a simulation app flight simulator game all using AI racking and money the guy does solo prunar I don't know how many companies he started a little coding but now he does wipe coding wipe coding is essentially prompting and getting a product out the guy does 10 million dollars in revenue Lex Fritman in podcast 10 million dollars in revenue single person because we are talking about businesses I am telling you this there are so many opportunities there are jobs if there are jobs it doesn't mean there are opportunities there are many problems this is very interesting okay those entrepreneurs who think something big and all when we both started hand in your heart okay hand on your heart we didn't want to do anything which cannot be built into a billion dollar company yes or no because our aspiration was this that we have to make a revenue revenue to become a 15-year-old revenue so that it becomes a unicorn.
1:03:37Correct? This was entrepreneurship. For us. Now it has revolved for you, for me, everybody. But there is this category that nobody was looking at. You know, building 10 businesses doing 10 million dollars is much easier than building one business which will do 100 million dollars. Building 10 businesses which will do 1 million dollars is much easier than and building one business, which will do$10 million. And his insight is that, brother, you have one SOP, which can become$1 million, or$1 crore, let's say. That SOP can be applied to another place. Now, you don't need new insights. You need to learn how to replicate the model, in different places.
1:04:22You will replicate easily. It's much easier, that you will make 10 businesses, which will be$1 crore in a month, rather than one business, which will be$10 crore. and this is an arbitrage that exists because of AI because the cycle of product development is much faster now if you need customer support you need AI agent marketing material you need template before this you needed 10 teams you don't need it anymore you need probably like 10 EAs for you to manage each of the businesses with a lot of agents that is also a very interesting opportunity and today because this indie maker which is a solopreneur who can build a very sizable business the opportunity is the biggest before that if you think about it creators who are able to create content reach out to millions of people and make very good money but how many creators can be in India I will kill education creators like high quality creators the people that I consume are not more than 10 in fashion will be more than 15 in fashion All the ecosystem is made by 200?
1:05:31200 top great creators in the country? That's it? Or will it be? A lot. A lot of people. Okay, 2 ,000. For the country of size of? 140 crores. Now, that is the opportunity. There are only 2 ,000 slots. Or let's say 5 ,000 slots to make it. Now, 1 % of the creator will be able to earn money. How much? 1 ,000 ,000 per month. How many creators are in India who make 10 ,000 ,000 per month? According to you. I don't know. What do you think? You said 2 ,000. Do all people earn 10 ,000 ,000? If you earn 10 ,000 ,000, how much will it be? 1 crore per year. How many people? 1 ,000 people? 1 ,000 people earn 1 crore per year.
1:06:081 ,000 people. The chances of you making 1 crore by becoming a creator is 1 ,000 by 2. What billion people? 140 crores. 140 crores people. 1 ,000 by 140 crores people is your odd. To make 1 crore becoming a creator. pathetic odds it's the worst decision ever you get my point what is a higher odd 1 crore 1 crore by 12 months about 8 lakhs 8 lakhs 8 lakhs divided by 1000 how much 800 correct yes if you can build a product where 800 people give you thousand bucks thousand rupees a month you make more money your odds of building a very micro niche product maybe something for a very specific niche of people let's say a specific zameendar very specific niche that you understand and if you can make a product there are hundreds of thousands of micro opportunities like this which is not an entrepreneur because the entrepreneur who thinks I want to make something he thinks that he has to get a 100 million dollar revenue okay which is an agency which many people think business is all about a lot of people doesn't look at this idea because he says it's a very small niche it's not worth it but a solopreneur today all by himself can build it there you go micro niche and there's such a large opportunity man.
1:07:54Give me three ideas. This should be my last question because I'm asking all of them. Three ideas for? Three business ideas which anyone can start today as a solopreneur. Exact niche idea. I think one, as a solopreneur you can build an automation agency. What's this? Automation agency is that AI is there. AI is all over the place. But big companies can go TCS. to get companies to execute solutions for them. But you're a 100-year-old company. You're a 40-year-old company. Who can help you with that? You have to learn yourself. You don't have time. You're just saying that. I'm just saying that. I'm an AI trainer.
1:08:37Correct. So AI agency is a very interesting arbitrage that exists because all the medium to small companies don't have a solution today. Massive opportunity as a solopreneur. If you know five different, three, four different tools. make, zapier of course you need to know prompting what is the model, make, zapier na10, relevance AI, lindy crew AI, so many tools you can make a lot of good automation and agents. That's one. I think as a solopreneur you can build a vibe coding platform not platform, vibe coding studio vibe coding studio which is the same thing. You come and tell me, this research is a lot of time.
1:09:28You can make a tool. I should make a personal software. Which only I will use. And you also know that it can be done without code, but you don't want to put in the effort. There could be a lot of vibe coders who are very good with talking with AI. Who can build personal AI solutions which will only use 2E. There you go. he will charge for it 2-3 lakhs whatever you charge and it will charge for it how much time maybe 5 hours doesn't matter if you know how to wipe code really well right this is a very interesting opportunity which I am talking broad opportunity because I don't know what this person does or third third hmm this is for a little difficult for solo practice right but I think a very interesting opportunity exists it can't be a little solo practice it can be a little a big team for this which is service as a software line so for example let's say your bank right if you have some problem you call and you call and you have a problem you call the telephone and you will wait for 10 buttons after 10 hours wait after 10 hours will connect and most of the times that human is not smarter than you.
1:10:51They just have a SOP to follow. They know if they will say this, then say this. That's the same. This opportunity exists as a service as a software. You can build an agent and there are a lot of tools to do that. Again, for smaller businesses, like customer support. Or take customer support. Where you can become a voice agent using a tool like WAPI. Very easy to build. where someone can call me for example in the same case Airtel will call instead of putting any number because you are talking to AI you can directly talk to it and tell your problem and if it is already fed knowledge based then he will give you a solution this call used to cost 15 rupees to a company like Airtel per minute it's very expensive that is that can go away the reason why I said it's not just software is because in these cases right there will be cases which are knowledge-based and beyond, which are edge cases, there the human in the loop has to kick in.
1:11:55So if you have 100 or 10 people in the team, let's say, and you have this software, and you put that logic that anything beyond this question, it should come to a human automatically. Then you are able to set up a service as a software business. And you can enable a lot of solutions to enable, which was not accessible before. Companies which were not able to hire a customer support team because it's too expensive for them. You can be the solution for them. Absolute arbitrage. Absolute arbitrage. Wild. That's one more. But you don't have to do solo pronouns. You need a little big team. And BD team will be big.
1:12:39Yeah, but beauty is, bro, you have two clients. You have a little bit of a client. What do you mean? You have to make one, two, ten. crore so don't do 100 million you have to scale you cannot be a solopend it's very very hard but I could be wrong Sam Altman you know what he said 1 % billion dollar company is going to be happening if you look at mid journey image generator tool 30 people revenue same 25 members team 100 million dollars in revenue it's happening right in front of us it's wild thank you so much my brain is blown away now I will learn from you it was really great to talk to you after so long there's a background story guys me and web of how we met so web of linkedin was king on web of linkedin was king on web of linkedin and linkedin it cracked itself so linkedin was a trend and then he made courses on how to grow LinkedIn I had a message on his ad didn't we meet before that?
1:13:54no no I had a message and started talking then I had 40-50 followers I had a message on my web of I had 20 20 then I had a message on my web of and I had a message on my web of and I had a message on my web of we had a group that we all had a good friend so we had a group where web of was I, I, Varun Maya we were all creator friends and we decided that we wanted to make something in life and we wanted to make something and this group was someone else that was the entrepreneur first and creator second we wanted to make businesses we didn't make any content creator but that time TikTok banned and Reels started so we decided to do the WhatsApp group that we will do the Reels new thing.
1:14:44One day, one reel. Every day. Every day. Oh my God. We will make a reel. Oh my God. And we will add and we will learn and we will share every 30 days in each other. We will share what we learned and what we learned so that we can better and we can get better. And so we became friends. And until today we made web up and we made Reels. No, this story is a little bit a bit. The real story is we all started making reel. I did 15 days after give up. I don't know how many days he gave up but Raj gave up as a result he grew you grew and you got to like I think a million followers and I don't know if you remember this before the podcast we started in Mumbai we were sitting and brainstormed and you were asking me what can I do so I said I can make a podcast creator I can make a podcast then I asked you a question I remember from a good direction where I asked you how will you ask questions I don't know how it works he said nothing we will talk like we both we will talk like this it will be two cameras it literally happened so today now the thing is different you are at probably 8 million 7 million subscribers on YouTube with the podcast and I am so bloody proud of you my brother thank you thank you but that's the story that day it started on a group until now there was not one day when I didn't make content.
1:16:12That's true. One day only. And that's how it started. And Vebov started building a company. So since then, Vebov has, there's not been a day where Vebov stopped building a company. So he's also growing. I'm growing. And I just look back and look, Varun's also growing. Everybody's growing. I was like, wow. What does it say? What does it say? Value CC. What does it say? Value content creators. No, no, no. What does it say about people? it's just that everybody can do it we just give up none of us did we always try to find that's the great part about that group right everybody did everything different and by the way and everyone has seen failures if you look at Varun built and failed then he made a massive outcome you started two three things failed and figured out pivot and made something else I started failed and made something else then failed and then failed and then we all failed back to back Like, Bichman, Prakar has started, closed, then started, then closed, then started, like...
1:17:12And every time we failed, we spoke with each other. Yeah. In some form or fashion. And everyone was crying. Why? He was like, I was speaking to Webberho about this and we all had like same trauma. Sometimes we are hurting people, sometimes we are hurting ourselves, sometimes we are hurting investors. We are hurting all of them. Bichman, crypto, crypto.
1:17:35NFTs, crypto. I said to my shit. I'm sitting in the night at 2 o 'clock and I'm trying to get NFT. Oh shit. Wild times. But good stuff, man. From that time we all have kept. And I'm so proud that everything is not something. Like just look at this. Like it's just insane that none of us talked. Different fields. None of us talked. So that's why me and Veibov go long back. And it just happened. Here's a podcast. Veibov one day called that I want to do this, I'm doing this. And they're like, yes, okay, do you? Like it has never been anything else. Yes. So it's a, I feel extremely proud. I'm very happy.
1:18:16My company, when I started, one of the first investors in Webhuff was there. When Webhuff was there, the company started, one of the first investors. So it's funny, right? I'm your angel investor and you are my angel investor. And it's the same with Varun as well. Yeah, same. Varun also is the same. We were the angel investors. It's just. And Varun invested in my company as well so wow good full cycle full cycle sub sub ek duseye saath hi grow karareh abhi bhi intel share karete hai abhi bhi bhi have a sounding board it's and it's so for me the lesson is ki whatever who you are today find people like you which now good same journey hai tu hai padai chalega yeh sab kise fatteng hee or yeh sab itna intel ik duseye sa share can i say one thing it's not find people like you I don't think we did that I think we had this feeling you correct me if I'm wrong at least I had the feeling that everyone in the group I thought were smarter than me and I thought I'll learn from them for me the feeling was I thought yeah I felt like everybody's trying to do something yes and I will have something to learn from them yeah yeah so I I call it me for me it was like everybody's on a similar journey with me.
1:19:32So, the same type of journey, like, at that time, my friends were probably 50 times more than that. At that time, my friends were probably 5 levels. But, the most strong friendship even today is with you guys. Because we were all on the same level. Correct. And today, we are all on the same level. And we are all on the same level. And we are all on the same level. And it's almost the same level. And also, people don't know this. Which is, I think, even you don't know this. My, My first brand deal was an upgrade. I gave it. I got 70 ,000 euros. I was given a lot of money. And I didn't get money for him for a year.
1:20:13I didn't get it. So, he had done a brand deal. And after that, he didn't get money. I think we were talking about 6-8 months later. He didn't get money. And after that, I did it. I got money. And that's my confidence. He had to leave Indore and come to Bombay. That, bro, you can get$70 ,000. You can get$70 ,000 in a brand deal. So, you were my first brand deal. I got you the first brand deal. But I eventually ended up building a company to compete with Upgrade directly. Brilliant. That's amazing. So, my brand deal is pending. Thank you so much. Thank you, sir. Awesome, man. This was fun. Yes. It felt like a, again, a very long conversation that we usually have.
1:20:56but this time it was longer than usual because our calls usually happens in the nights yes we can talk about one hour and talk about something more unfiltered hello what is up big man
1:21:12how far is that far down it's a great thing what a cool setup man good you like it Yeah man, very good. Okay, you're playing table dance? Yeah, yeah. You can't play? No, we'd do a little bit of play. You'd play a little bit of play. You'd play a little bit of play. Yeah, you'd play a little bit of play. You'd play a little bit of play. You'd play a little bit of play in Mumbai. You're staying here, right? Yeah, yeah. This is fine, right? You're doing what you're doing, Masha? This is your new addiction. I like it. I like it. Makes me feel less guilty about myself. You are not doing body-wired.
1:21:55You are not doing body-wired. Trying new explorations. It's great. Keep it up. I also do a lot of workout. Thank you so much for watching this episode. Now you have to do three things. In today’s episode, we have Vaibhav Sisinty, Founder of GrowthSchool, sharing practical ways to use AI to move forward in your career, build a business, or create content. He talks about how the job market is shifting fast, why software engineers need to evolve, and how roles like product Managers are becoming more powerful with the help of AI.
We discuss real-world AI use cases, from automating sales and speeding up lead qualification to building entire workflows without expanding teams. Vaibhav explains why being an AI generalist is more valuable than deep specialisation, and how tools like Relevance AI, Make.com, and Google AI Studio are changing how people learn, build, and distribute. He also breaks down how AI content systems work, where the real opportunities lie, and what small business owners should be using right now.
In the final segment, Vaibhav shares three business ideas anyone can start, tools to prepare for interviews, and the mindset shift needed to stay relevant. He concludes with personal insights on content creation, distribution, and why most people are underestimating how fast this change is happening.
