0:00Bro, you can influence people, you can sway people, and it's so much sketchier. Like if you're a personal brand, like Johnny Walker, bro, if you had something like that, that's millions and millions and millions. Instead of them doing ads, bro. Master by Hacker. Someone who optimizes health, exercise, and nutrition. Today, we got the boy, Nate Belmar. I like fell off the motorcycle. I was doing something stupid, peeled everything. So I'm like, okay, I'm not going to do that anymore. That was dumb. Like I got skinny. And then when I went on the nihilistic spectrum, yeah, that's when I got super overweight.

0:28Like Luke also got like love handles and all that. I feel bad for people who underestimate what the human body is capable of naturally. Your approach to training and the way you look. It's athletic, but it's shredded. And I think every guy kind of wants to be shredded. I feel like my approach is different. Like I said, it's a lot of... What's up, guys, and welcome back to First Things Thirst. We have a special guest today, Nate Belmar in the building. How are you doing? Thanks for having me, bro. Hey, I'm glad we finally get to meet. yeah it's been uh long in the works i think um just right off the bat looking jacked i'm not gonna ask you how much do you bench bro how much do you lift bro because clearly uh to get a physique like that you have to put on the the work and that's what equity that being said do you feel like you break necks or no i think well yeah i think i do it depends where i am i notice in certain places uh people really stare and look whereas in other places they don't really care i think it just depends on i remember when i was in japan for some reason in japan i feel like people weren't they weren't really looking but of course if i'm walking down the beach topless yeah you know people are gonna be like yeah guy quick like for you but because here's where i'm going at it right i i don't think that was your why or your foundation as to why you got the physique no no no no no if anything i i to begin with i didn't like the attention yeah because i would go places that i actually wanted to keep my clothes on because i didn't want people to look at me i felt uneasy when lots of people were looking at me it's kind of like the two sides of the spectrum like completely fat people look at you uh diminish you make fun of you but if you're in the in between the average kind of like you can do whatever you want and then if you're like bro you're gonna get hate lash or inspiration or whatever but i feel like attention is still attention yeah but i'm sure you didn't pursue what do you have an idea like what your why was or no i always ask myself this yeah uh i i feel like it probably was a combination of different things i think the main one was uh the fact that i didn't feel like i could defend myself i didn't feel like i was a strong individual and this goes back to when i was uh on a bus this was back in leeds I ended up getting mugged by these two guys so I like robbed classic always two people two guys I felt completely helpless couldn't defend myself and yeah they took my money the cash which I had on me and I mean we didn't really have phones back then and yeah after that I was like man I just need to at least look as though I'm gonna be a difficult person to deal with if I'm ever gonna be a target and then I think as soon as I started hitting the gym and just seeing very quick results you know when you experienced the pump for the first time i was like hey like i like this and i also think it was this i'd spent like 10 years playing team sports playing rugby oh so this was the first thing which i did where i felt as though i was in complete control i'm in complete control of the session like how i'm training uh what happens after the session and i like that complete control it almost felt like a meditation for me every time i was training what about you i think like you said it always goes changing um the like the the one that kind of like blew up or whatever when i was overweight depressed it was when before we're talking i went on the nihilistic spectrum uh of train of thought which was kind of like uh do you take your life or don't you take your life i was overweight like i feel like i was a vegan as well so that probably well how old are you at this point this was like uh three or four years ago like this was like yeah a couple months and i was like overweight bro and it's a long story i can't imagine you overweight what i can't imagine you overweight yeah i can't imagine four years ago you were overweight well no like so here's the issue i was a young kid um super scrawny super scrawny um did a lot of skateboarding did a lot of sports always felt tight inflammation like i could barely touch my shins um both kind of active drink like tap water maxing the whole thing no idea uh third world country um this was argentina yeah and i kind of like worked out here and there and i would hear people saying things uh the reason i worked out was because i got injured from skateboarding i like fell off the motorcycle i was doing something stupid peeled everything so i'm like okay i'm not gonna do that anymore that was dumb yeah plus my knees hurt and i was popping like nine or ten advil a day for like and i was like what 16 15 i'm like Like, so from there I realized, okay, I have to build a good body.

6:09But then it was kind of like normal fitness, time off, four pack, sometimes look kind of skinny fat. But, um, dude, no, I was definitely overweight. Like, I think Luke went beyond like, uh, compassion or pity. It was kind of like, bro, this is bad, bro. And Luke was also fat. Like Luke also got like love handles and all that. I think it's the diet, bro. the diets, the drinking, the compounding of also being subjected to entropy, which is like, as humans, we go supposedly go degrading, degrading, degrading, but you can kind of potentiate that with lifestyle, bro. Like your exposure. I feel like being in the States the first few years, you're young.

6:48So it kind of didn't play a big role. But as time progressed, bro. Yeah. Like I got overweight, skinny. And then when I went on the nihilistic spectrum, yeah, that's when I got super overweight. Like it was really bad. It was kind of like you do it or you don't do it but if you don't do it you kind of have to make a good comeback yeah what's it like growing up in argentina it's crazy bro it's totally different than the states like i i have one experience of going there this was when i was uh playing rugby for my school we went on a rugby tour there oh so we did this exchange thing where we would stay with some of the families on the opposing team so interesting there was one family which i stayed with who were they were like a relatively poor a family so it was kind of like it was literally like two rooms in the house so that was a pretty weird experience yeah when uh i've stayed with another family it was the complete opposite end of the spectrum because they were a very wealthy family but what i remember is uh the meat was very good yeah extremely good meat and good quality yeah i don't know i'm 16 you know when he's 16 you just don't appreciate it jinx all i remember then was that the alcohol was very cheap because everything was super cheap bro like you went with the dollars bro yeah talk about monopoly money bro the peso what the fuck bro that shit's crazy i remember when i uh yeah just like growing up how the it was like a dollar to peso and like and i remember for me wasn't so much the dollar to pesos like with one peso i can buy x amount of candy and as inflation i'm like i'm buying less candy i'm buying less candy i'm like and by the time i left bro i'm yeah uh switch to the states was definitely a good play bro do you do you go with luke no bro luke uh luke was in the states before me like a year two years i went to south korea then i went back to argentina stayed there a year worked at a gas station to earn enough money to buy a plane ticket to go to the states and then yeah bro crazy story persuade you to go no it was kind of like america definitely had more opportunities uh than argentina yeah so having like the american nationality um it was a no-brainer to do it bro so what was life like when you first moved to america then bro it was so crazy i was overwhelmed bro because like everything's like you have to get your driver's license you have to like find a place to live you have to find a community luckily I had a friend of my dad who gave me like a part-time job at a warehouse for like the summer so I had some income coming in and then I kind of had to figure it out so I kind of went to like yeah just jobs where I could do I realized I'm like bro I don't want to be in a cubicle right yeah at all I'm like okay I'm gonna walk I'm gonna do something okay server I went from busboy I'm like no busboy sucks bro I can't make any money doing this I was like I gotta be a server yeah I'm like, okay, service the next step.

9:43And then just finding, like, going from one bad restaurant to another bad restaurant to another and learning when to quit and better opportunity. And then just, dude, a lot of stuff, bro. Like, all kinds of jobs. We tried everything. Not everything, but a lot of things, bro. Yeah, just trying to, yeah, hustle. And then came across, like, e-com in 2017. That was interesting, crypto 2017. That was, bro, I've made a lot of money. I've lost a lot of money. I've made a lot of money. And I see what money does to people. is crazy bro um in a good way in a bad way but the issue is like everybody is the yeah the focus is totally different and i totally rambled about fiat when you asked me about my why or did we how do we're talking about our why's i don't know i totally rambled you'll i'll do a lot of that bro no it's good though yeah yeah um going back to that the why i think it's oh yeah for me i feel as though it's uh now i have this standard for myself and i know what i am capable of what my potential is yeah and i feel like whenever i don't live up to it it's just like i'm just disappointing myself like why not be the best version that you can be yeah i think the problem is when you do get to a point where it becomes your identity uh that can be a little bit dangerous super dangerous especially as you get older and you age or if you had an injury and that stopped you from working out then who are you like who's mike thurston if he isn't like shredded and jacked it's what athlete what happens to athletes bro once they get injured or lose their career like if their identity was attached to the sport yeah bro it's super tricky yeah but for me bro the why one of the biggest things oh yeah so out of shape i was like walking i remember i was in the pool i was in puerto rico i was in the pool and i was like look at myself i'm like i was having one the meltdowns, right?

11:33In terms of like, not meltdown, in terms of like emotional, it's kind of like the mental rut that you're going down and you don't break out of. So I'm like, dude, enough is enough. Like, I know the stuff I need to do. There's some stuff I don't know how to do. And it was kind of like learning, bro. Like, I didn't know about metabolic flexibility or tapping into fat as the main substrate of energy, things like that. And I went learning, but it was the decision. I'm like, enough is enough. Start with walks. Okay, go out for a walk. Go do some pushups. Go focus on rewiring your brain. And bro, I'm telling you, The hardest is the first few weeks, bro.

12:03Those are the hardest, bro. But I wasn't there killing myself under trying to max new weight and destroy myself. Because I do that, bro. I get an injury. And then I'm going to be sitting down. So my why, bro, was I realized how bad I was. So it's like end of the spectrum. You do it. It's done. Or end of the spectrum. You make something useful. But I realized how much I was aching. And this was a couple years ago. So it was my late 20s. I'm going to turn 32. too so i felt so bad bro i'm like if this potentiates to my 50s 60s 70s 80s i already have a blueprint of like what my grandma what my grandpa like i already see what's gonna happen it's only gonna get worse with technology it's only gonna get worse with worse food like you think they look bad dude wait till you see the next generation of old people bro like shit's gonna be wet they're gonna be all their fingers will be messed up from the scrolling like people already have indentations in their head from wearing the yeah their headsets bro yeah do you know i feel like there's certain places in the world where i just can't sleep properly and i don't know if that has something to do with like all the fucking signals and emf yes all that stuff so i know you're you're quite aware of that and you do you wear these it was the silver line yeah so i wear the the the silver caps that supposedly like i got a dm they're like bro that's not uh that specific brand is not an emf blocker it's a emf harmonizer i'm like okay i gotta do more research so guys it's an emf harmonizer but there are emf blocking devices out there um bro i'm telling you when you start going into fasted state like long periods of time you start becoming more aware more in tune with things that aren't like physical bro like talking about metaphysical things so like wavelengths frequencies light like all that plays a spectrum and it's not woo-woo nothing it's like 2011 bro there's reports and studies on what happens with effects of 2g and 3g on human beings it's not a good study so do that five and then we got all the pinging that kind of like emulates certain patterns what do you say to people when you you know you're saying things like this and they're just like rolling their eyes thinking bro tinfoil hat i'm like yeah tinfoil hat bro that's that's what the u.s embassy was putting around the whole embassy was tinfoil because of the radiation with russia bro so yeah tinfoil hat all day if i'm in a lot of spots bro with a lot of people a lot of being like if i'm living in uh uh a skyscraper if i'm living in a building with a lot of routers around me it only takes two three weeks for me already notice a difference than me being outside with nothing bro with trees dogs with you know like one wi-fi router that you can unplug like it's and it goes potentiating people don't can't feel it because they're so botted they're so desensitized they're so calcified with blue light with all these things that they're like oh bro that's woo woo i'm like cool bro let's keep doing you bro you clearly look like you're doing great yeah there's a reason why people like to go into nature and um you know be away from people i mean from time to time i like to do that like obviously being in dubai that's probably as hardcore as it gets in terms of like just being in the concrete jungle surrounded by skyscrapers and you know there is the beach there is the sea there's the sunshine but there is a lack of nature so from time to time i do try and just get out and you know remove myself from the hecticness of the city and um unwind a little bit and it does do you good like when you come back to uh the the noise again you know at least you feel like you've recharged a little bit but the i guess the ideal scenario would be to somehow find a balance The problem is when you are in these secluded, isolated, but, you know, very much full of nature scenarios, it's not necessarily good for networking and business.

15:53I agree. You know, you don't have the services around you. I agree. Where do you spend most of your time? I feel like you're all over the place. Well, right now I might do an Asia trip, but usually America, North America, up in the mountains. Yeah. doing well honestly just studying bro legit just studying studying studying implementation bro yeah what does that mean um it means bro like just getting up realizing like how much time i want to spend in terms of uh personal brand how much time i want to spend in terms of building a business how much time i want to spend in terms of like learning what what are the things i want to be learning is it because i want to be learning it or is it something that i should be learning or something i shouldn't be learning um sometimes audiobooks sometimes podcasts sometimes actual reading while i'm like stretching but dude i'm telling you i get a lot done just because i'm like out like like out in the middle when you pulled yourself away from yeah the noise yeah like going back to what you're saying you said when you leave do you notice the noise more when you come back like is it more evident than when you just yes yeah yeah 100 like i come to miami you still feel it bro it's just distractions everywhere that's that's the problem especially recently a couple of people who i've spoken to on the podcast a lot of people who are very successful and the ones that have this ability to write but they create like just amazing things which have come from their mind but it's only come from their mind because they have this ability to meditate and just shut the noise off and just focus on their thoughts or just you know reading and learning and it's something which i want to implement a little bit more because this is the thing as well as you start to put yourself out there more on social media you know more people come to you they want to collaborate they want to do something they'll message you more i get like some people who say to me oh mike you don't really post as much as you used to on instagram like on my stories and whatever i'm like yeah because i get anxiety because the more i post the more messages i get to more replies i get and i'm like it's not normal but uh yeah for a human being to get that much attention yeah which goes back to what we were saying so what i was telling offset was imagine right so you you grew up in a village you grew up uh become a leader become somebody of wisdom somebody that contributes to that group of people you're talking about influence of 50, 100 people, 200 people, a couple thousand, 10 ,000, maybe if it's 50 ,000.

18:38But the fact that you amass like millions of followers, like people don't understand, like it's kind of like it is your tribe. It's digital. There is an ether, but it's also correlated ether with an ethernet of consciousness, right? So attention, right? Millions of views. That can be good attention, bad attention. People are completely botted. They're just there doom scrolling. but yeah, when you mask that, you kind of have to like channel it and learn how to take time off, bro. Which for me personally, what I was doing when I'm like, I need to get out of the rut was wake up in the morning, bro.

19:09Like no cell phone for two, three hours like that. And then before going to sleep, no two, three hours, bro. Like it was like fully locked in. And I realized I didn't have my phone on me and I would just do this, bro. Yeah. Like to where is it? Like people are addicted to it, bro. Like legit addicted to it. Cause dopamine hit, dopamine hit, dopamine. I'm telling you i do the triple click sometimes and i look at it i'm like oh it's not that like alluring right i'm not gonna be doom scrolling on the yeah orange filter with the orange glasses you're like bro this is so boring well you know it's weird if you you can put your phone on black and white mode and all of a sudden it just becomes less appealing interesting yeah it's weird what was your when you first gone to social media like what were you posting like what was the purpose the purpose wasn't any purpose the purpose was i got shredded um bro i got straight i'm telling i'm super anti-social media the only reason i ended up in tate's house was because luke told me to go with him because he didn't want to go by himself oh so you were both there at the same time yeah i went with him because like bro uh because he was doing a pop-up event capital club in um albania he was talking with luke he's like bro do you want to come to romania and i'd visited romania before when i was younger so i said yeah but yeah you just kind of like posted it and it kind of like that's when i started doing social media i'm like oh okay what's up guys this is what i'm doing yeah and then people like kept track i kept track and then i went like a year off bro like took time off i'm like yeah yeah what was your experience like going in the house um it was so interesting because it's multiple it dude it was funny so it was so funny um because the johnny walker right johnny walker's a story guys like there's a continuation to johnny walker story so luke's like bro we gotta stop by duty free because we gotta get some johnny walker because if he likes i'm like okay whatever you know what i'm saying but listen listen this is the catch uh i don't think luke was ready that he was gonna be partaking because it was like not a forceful drink but it's kind of like we're all drinking so it was like justin tristan yeah they drink heavy as well bro they drink heavy and they're big guys so they can take alcohol a lot better and well they wanted to get luke drunk they want to get me drunk and they want to get the videographer drunk why so i think you'd talk to people so you can uh perceive them better potentially manipulate better or just have a friendly conversation like people will like lower their guard on alcohol but he's like bro you gotta like just like here i'm like no bro i literally just was depressed i'm like in surprisingly i thought he was gonna be like push it heavy but he didn't it was like he was it was all cool luke got slammed because he couldn't take it he's a lot skinnier and then the videographer bro he got wrecked yeah the next day like i found him like we had to take him back home head on the floor like ko'd the next day we go there back to the house tristan like nothing bro eating chicken nuggets and yeah but that guy that guy does not get hung over no he doesn't i've seen him drink it and that's the strategies bro it's like okay let's drink together but my tolerance your tolerance i'm gonna have a good time i'm like nah bro i was like looking at everything i'm like bro i'll just have the coffee well that's you stay strong that's impressive because i know like especially in a situation like that if you're the type of person that you've told yourself i don't drink you know peer pressure is a hell of a thing it is i mean even i very rarely drink now i would save it for special occasion but if anything it just hits me harder than ever before i don't mind the feeling of drunk it's like actually like i'll probably have a bit more loose and more fun it's just the aftermath the following few days like it's not worth it everything sucks after my mood pounding a bit bro the workout like my willpower discipline like i don't want to talk to people when i'm really hung over so like for me it's not worth it did you ever think i guess nobody really expected how much of a meme that johnny walker thing would be it's hilarious because that video's been out for like two years or something maybe even more and then all of a sudden somebody somewhere takes that clip and for whatever reason it starts to build up some traction and momentum and then like it's fucking everywhere interesting because you described something i was talking uh today about which is uh the time lag there's time lag so people look at everything like a time frame one year two years three years no dude like once everything wants to go on the internet because that video is old bro like whatever it kind of like there's a time lag and then it was like the repurposing of it the editing of it the memeifying of it that's like dude there's meme warfare bro you can influence people you can sway people and it's so much sketchier like think about like if you're a personal brand like johnny walker bro if you had something like that going that's millions millions and millions instead of them doing ads bro like talk about it's like the what colors your baguette like it gets like 100 it's so crazy but do you see the the timeline like like two three years then you have some kids repurposing it and then it like blows up like that's crazy how's he how's he taking that does he just laugh it off i don't know i uh he i posted because i i dude i was in the airport i saw duty free and i had to put i studied bro because it's too funny and he just replied he's like funny i don't know he just said funny i was like okay yeah with that you just gotta you've gotta take it like a chump and just laugh bro like at the end of the day bro it's like literally it's a meme bro like if you if you're if you're gonna be in the internet it's only a period of time before some memes gonna occur bro yeah it's always something bro because think about it all it takes is a thousand a couple hundred creative people they're like oh we can grab this and make it a meme bro yeah it's viral now the difference haktwa girl right that was a video posted meme blew up right on the spot luke's time lag yeah so we're talking about like like there's infinite possibilities here and i know guys bro that back in the day that's what they're doing bro they're getting paid like 5k 10k just to do memes memes memes memes memes so something catches it is fascinating because even the it's crazy the the mike o 'hern one like he became a meme you know like the the the song the the baby don't hurt me and then just like the it was just him doing things in slow motion and then people took that and then started putting like just ridiculous text over it and then that was everywhere for a couple of months and then he got like he wasn't doing anything he was just continued doing his thing but he got like so much exposure like everyone was like who's this jacked guy that is everywhere and then you know he just makes the most of it and then gets it like on his t-shirt and stuff but yeah if you could figure out how you could make yourself a meme but in a positive way dude almost would look at it bro as because meme you could almost like if you like going back to what you're saying if you attach a label to it like you're saying oh my identity to fitness or my identity no if you attach your label to meme you're just like a meme bro but it's kind of like the meme is almost i would break it down as to what are the components that made it viral so then you can apply that for advertising free advertising on platforms bro it's like that um your pastor the black dude who says why are you gay why are you gay and that is viral and then he's built uh like a following and a brand just off that and again that video is probably really really old super i've seen like some of my friends have just been like bumping into him making videos with him i'm like what what is this world what is going on i mean technically speaking like you could kind of uh look at it also in terms of meme it's almost uh are you acquainted with like the book of propaganda no okay so i would highly recommend anybody go read go study that just read the uh yeah propaganda uh fantastic book or just audio book but it gives you a structure as to how you can create scenarios you can create illusions right you almost grab like a logo of a company right they just kind of like force it all the time so you so you remember just do it just do it so if you can grab like a meme combine the senses images the sound the tonality like you can create a lot now the issue becomes is if the meme in the perspective of everybody viewing it becomes a person is now a meme almost like back in the day a celebrity in a TV show, you see them outside in public and you wouldn't remember them by their name.

28:02You just be like, oh, it's that celebrity. So if it goes that way, then it's not a good thing. But if you can kind of like, it is what it is, you kind of move forward on like see. People are like, bro, what do you think? I'm like, bro, I think it's hilarious, dude. What do you mean? I studied, bro. Dude, that's awesome, bro. That's what I thought. Yeah. I want to know what your relationship is like with your brother. because obviously I've spoken to both of you. I've spent quite a bit of time with Luke. I see similarities, but I see a lot of differences as well. I mean, we're definitely different for sure.

28:34Yeah. But we're definitely like fought a lot as kids, but always we're also super close. Kind of like we fight, but if somebody fights with the other person, because yeah, dude, third world country. Yeah, it's like you kind of grow up, but dude, honestly, like a lot of camaraderie. And I feel like that's what people need, bro. That's what people are missing. So you can find it with friends, but sometimes friends, bro, like, I feel like sometimes blood runs deeper. And if you can kind of bypass certain things, it's a good thing to have, bro, because a lot of people don't have it. How would you say you guys are similar and how would you say you guys are different?

29:08I feel like, I mean, he's a lot more meticulous. He's a lot more business-oriented. He always was more like that in many ways, which is fascinating, bro. like dude like e-com everything like dude you come from argentina bro from little village like what the fuck like is this and not saying it's a movie but it's kind of like there's opportunities take advantage of it and but it's also like a lot of things because luke came across e-com because i paid thousands of dollars because i was doing a serving gig uh to learn some courses like what is drop shipping uh like no idea bro like oh tripwire and started learning i'm like okay oh dude okay but it's kind of like then grabbing the money bro and also being like smart like strategizing because i feel like people don't strategize bro people don't strategize people want to isolate themselves but when they don't realize is you're isolating yourself with a job or with whatever sort of income that's not going up but you have taxes that are going up you have inflation that's going up so if you're not hedging yourself in terms of your monetary value and then you're extrapolating yourself from a group potentially safe if it's unsafe then it's good to leave in my opinion but if it's safe i would take advantage of it right think back in the day when somebody was left from a tribe they would either kill you or cast you out bro it's like and that was the last thing you're like oh death wish bro and now everybody wants to isolate them it's the opposite bro yeah before you're like oh i need to be part of the thing i'm not saying you have to be codependent with your family and all that like i'm not always hanging out with luke all the time we'll hang out for four months a couple years sometimes we'll take time off um but even in the states bro like sometimes we see each other sometimes we wouldn't sometimes we hung out for a long time like he was making more money me and sleeping on the couch just because he didn't want to pay for rent so that's what i'm talking about like i feel like he's more driven by the money than you are for sure bro for sure why do you think that is well i mean you grew up in a third world country bro you kind of see what life is but why do you not care about i mean i care about money i don't care about money i think it's like what's what's the purpose of money because i feel like people are like okay i want to get a lot of money if it's for status that's kind of gay if it's because i mean the game is kind of rigged in some ways bro like we understand who's printing the money or like the families that have the money how they inherit it then who's actually a hustler who's an entrepreneur who makes it who's it bro when you start realizing and you're like, oh, bro, there's a lot of smokes and mirrors here.

31:42There's a lot of fakery. A lot of fakery, bro. And that's what I realized. Dude, you know why I had that lesson? My first job. Yeah. My first job, the guy was hooking me up. It was a summer job, so he was going to pay me$11 an hour instead of the normal rate that he was paying his other employees. And there was a guy who had been there for a couple months. And I was looking to work there for a couple months, but I was talking about my salary. He was like, oh, yeah, I'm making$11. He's like, you're making$11? I'm making$9. and i've been working here and i saw his face change like what the fuck is going on bro i didn't know so i realized real quick i'm like okay money's a thing bro that you kind of keep it on the low though yeah or you can flex it bro but it's just it's like more attention it goes back to what we were saying before from what i've seen the the land of social media and people flexing how much money they have it does not work out in their favor most of the time i get it if your thing is trying to show people hey look at the lifestyle you can have this lifestyle as well but you know in order to have that you have to sign up to my course and i'll teach you how to do yeah there's a lot of that more than ever right now but apart from that um like a lot of people i've spoken to either on the podcast who are really successful who are worth like over 100 mil the people who i've spoken to off camera they don't want anybody to know yeah they do not want anybody to know and i understand that because if you even i would post a couple things here and there which would maybe show okay i'm doing okay yeah and i would just randomly start getting messages from people asking for money even family members asking for investment into things i'm like hang on a second or annon accounts be like hey bro send me some money for yeah and then what if you know you have a family then you have kids like then you can become a target and you know someone might want to try and kidnap your kids and yeah you can have your kid back if you have to you have to pay this much money and that's the thing it's like those are things that people really don't consider or think about so in my opinion bro that's why i'm like low-key i really i make more than one dollar a year thank you very much well done yes and i keep it at that um but it's kind of like bro at the end of the day like if you're gonna hit a certain threshold and it goes back to your why um in terms of business um you're gonna hit thresholds where you're kind of like okay should i keep going should not keep going but if you're just doing it for the money bro like i don't know if that's enough drive in my opinion if you kind of have like a purpose or a why or an ideal as to what contribution you want to do or like real people that stop you like bro you changed my life bro i stopped drinking tap water this and that i'm like oh well these are going back to what we're saying before these aren't just views on the yeah on the screen but you don't notice that when you're isolating yourself yeah i feel like that's um something which motivates me to keep going like if you're putting out some sort of value out into the world not just showing off yeah but actually you know trying to change lives for the better then you should keep doing that i mean there's a lot of there's a lot of issues in the world and people need to be taught you know how to actually you know live a better life or at least you know give them some sort of self-belief that they are in control of changing their destiny and going back to changing your destiny spending time by yourself thinking because the problem is people don't want to spend time with themselves because it's really uncomfortable it's hard especially if you're in that dark uh framework but the pop the the the popular mentality of the group mentality if you're correlated to that your identity is attached to that and those aren't people are taking you to the right place you have to leave bro you have to like cut that out so my opinion is the same thing is with it's funny bro because when you start becoming like well known or people know that you have money or this and that people treat you differently bro that for me it's so lame dude like it's like okay so this guy's successful then he loses his company's not successful but then he makes it again so now he's like bro what the company's just going on a roller coaster let him be bro like but the issue i think there is like you said if there is fakery and people are kind of leveraging like oh you can live this lifestyle when it's all rented out from bro i think that's super bad and it's gonna come back in the bite and butt you like come back in time and bite you on the butt you know i was getting some bullshit from some people the other day well every so often there was a guy who dm'd me quite aggressively saying that i was the reason why so many young kids were taking steroids because i am in shape and i look after myself that I'm making other men feel, you know, inferior, that I'm giving them body dysmorphia and that I'm persuading them to take steroids.

36:28I'm like, fuck you. Like, first of all, you have no idea about like... Have you said, ever done a video being like, take steroids? No. Then no, you're good. Like, I've actually said numerous times that I've never taken anything. But of course, loads of people, like, there's a large chunk... Is there a debate online whether you're like natty or not? This has been going on for like probably 15 years. Okay. My opinion, bro, I think I give people the benefit of the doubt. Like you're not, I'm not going to mention a name, but somebody who eats like raw testicles and is like exploding. I don't have that look.

37:03So if you had that look, I would question it. But I think, how long have you been training? 17, 18 years. Yeah, dude, 100%. I don't think people, like the silver era, bro, if people if you look back at the silver era people training bro like you almost have that body composition but if you start adding like supplementation eating and a lot of new protocols bro like i'm telling you being on red light uh therapy being in the sun like that's what makes the physique i have the physique i have bro like and that's what i'm trying to like people you can make your physique different but it goes back so my opinion guys if he's if he says he's natty i'll give you the benefit of the doubt i think you could be if you maintained it over like eight years nine years to reach that body composition if you told me like two three years for you i'm like okay yeah you're not yeah like i don't the accusations used to annoy me and then i'm like you know what like you can believe the accusation start i think when i got into it must mean when i got into youtube for sure and it was more so i mean a lot of times when i was putting up content this was like mid gym session post gym session like the body's looking freaky it's pumped and of course i'll upload photos or videos where i look good you know when i'm not looking as good i would just not put it up um and it used to annoy me but then i thought you know what like i can't blame them of course with the amount of people that are taking stuff then why would they it's just safe for them to assume oh he probably is as well and there is a lot of people who were taking stuff who denied taking stuff and of course that just clouds the whole area where people are like well who's telling the truth and who's not yeah and the problem is there's no like universal like you do one test and then that will tell you exactly yeah what you have done over the past 10 20 years whether you've taken a little bit of this a little bit of that it's like that kind of test doesn't exist so i don't mind anymore but i just i feel bad for people who underestimate what the human body is capable of naturally and there are a lot of people most of these people are just genetic freaks like there are people who can just go to the gym like a few times a month eat whatever they want and they just like they just look like an action hero and then there's other people i experienced this before who i used to train with them one was an old business partner you know they would do everything with their training and like prepping all their meals and they were blasting stuff and they just they didn't really look that good yeah and that is you know probably largely down to their genetics but maybe other lifestyle factors weren't helping um everybody is different and it's one of the reasons why i got into doing what i do like from the first few years of going to the gym i was like okay well i'm responding very differently to everybody else who's doing this yeah so i feel like this is something i'm quite good at and i could have a potential career based off doing something relating to this empirical data bro yeah empirical data like people talk shit bro i'm like okay perfect if he's on in an annon account i won't but if a person bro doesn't have a good physique like why are you even listening or entertaining yeah but that's empirical data so i think you're right did you switch up your training styles throughout the years or have you kind of maintained it the same uh first three years was like three four years was like a bro split okay like one full session of doing one muscle group and it worked um was it optimal probably not and then when i started experimenting with different coaches programs one of the guys who was on podcast yesterday ben pikulski i think when i started doing some of his programs where you were hitting like two or three muscle groups per session i kind of changed the game for me where i could hit muscle groups more than once a week so it was getting more stimulus recovery wasn't as bad so i could recover quicker in between sessions that kind of took my physique to the next level and then more so with everything else i was doing outside of the gym so yeah sleep food stress um and then during the sessions themselves just more focus on like activating the fibers i'm trying to activate removing you know other muscle groups i'm taking over trying to make it easier like trying to make each movement as hard as possible and just bask in the pain and discomfort like that i just got better at that and it's just an art which has been mastered i feel now well you put in the reps bro and i feel like if you kind of like can learn from experience uh you don't build a physique the physique you have de pedo de pedo means in spanish or the english translation of fart right weird it's an argentine expression but the actual translation or the idea of the word is it wasn't a whimsical coincidence no way they pay though like it just didn't happen like you built a physique you built a foundation you got something to say bro yeah like done bro yeah done bro but i know obviously like my physique is not what everybody would want and then a lot of people would look at it and be like look i want to look good but i don't want to be like as jacked as you so i feel like they would probably relate more to you and your approach to training and the the way you look because it's like it's athletic but it's shredded and i think every guy kind of wants to be shredded realistically you want to have that for sure like and i feel like guys sometimes if they shred more they look bigger and they're like less weight well i get dude i get hey like bro this guy is super skinny what is he talking about he's super short this and that he weighs like 140 i'm like bro i don't weigh 140 i weigh like a lot more but i dude i don't weigh myself i don't count my count like my my calories i feel like my approach is different like i said it's a lot of stretching it's a lot of uh hitting different body parts bro like back chest shoulders abs take a second uh stretching but for me what was biggest game changer was training in a fasted state but my training wasn't crazy training like i was doing body weight i had two dumbbells like 15 pounds and then bands so it's kind of like 40 minutes 50 minutes i would be training at night because i feel like i have more strength between like 5 and like 8 10 p.m and also train i'll sometimes with the moon bro like the moon like the cycles of the moon like i'll go off not train i know it sounds weird bro that's mad but it's not it's not weird to feel like a night owl bro if you're night out bro like legit um you go out in the sun you just stare at the moon it's like full moon bro and i feel more energized and then throughout this i'm like rambling here but the no no this is good i like this yeah okay so i've never heard of this okay so the protocol is it's simple and it's a lot easier people don't realize like right now i'm more in a skinnier frame um i put some size on but like the last two weeks bro i didn't train at all i trained the last two days full body training but i also fasted a lot i wasn't eating a lot i was walking more i was doing like um the power plate i was doing that vibration therapy lymphatic drainage uh stretching and my body was tired so i'm like i'm gonna give it a break and then carb cycle heavy first day second day not so much third day more uh proteins and fats yesterday i fasted then i snacks a couple beef jerkies and i went on a walk um also walked to the airport like 50 minutes with a heavy backpack because i was like okay i'm gonna be here for 50 minutes go for a walk like people don't understand bro you fast so you don't have to eat so then you don't have to work out to burn the calories that you ate like yeah yeah you're saving yourself so much time dude yeah and but the idea here is like taking time off because for example you could go fasting but if you want to have a certain body composition in terms of muscle you're gonna have to have that calorie intake like that's the truth but in my opinion based on empirical data uh you can take time off if you're metabolically flexible and you can learn how to fast and look great two three weeks four weeks without working out or gym bros some of them bro they go three days without working out and they look like a potato yeah yeah the problem most people make is they will not work out but then they will eat garbage and they will overeat and then it's like back-to-back days of being in a calorie surplus and then of course you'll start to pack on the pounds and look like a potato yeah so i think that's one thing which people always ask me like well how you maintain the leanness all year round and i'm very intuitive and i'm obviously i see myself every day i can see these changes which probably most people wouldn't see and if it is going to be a day where i've not walked i've not moved around or i've had to miss the gym for whatever reason even on this trip like it's been busy doing things which i need to do and usually the priority is always the gym but now that you know the gym is not the priority so a few days we'll have to miss it so in that case okay well there's a lot of calories which have not been burnt today so i'm gonna have to pull back the amount of calories which i consume and it's i don't know i feel like that's fairly straightforward yeah but a lot of people don't quite grasp that or maybe they just don't really have an understanding of just the sheer amount of calories which are in the food which they consume yeah like if you actually look at the numbers of most of the foods that you consume at a restaurant like there's not many dishes which are under a thousand calories yeah and if you're having like three of them a day four of them a day that's that's that's a lot of unnecessary energy i think people overeat bro yeah i think a lot of people overeat and it's the compounding of overeating bad foods over a long period of time that plays is one of the roles in today's epidemic which is being fat wally all right guys quick pause here i've got a question for you how is your summer physique coming along we're only a couple of months away before you will be gracing the beach the pool are you in shape are you not in shape is there work to do most likely if so i have the tool for you which is going to help you out massively it's the thirst app this is something which i personally use myself when it comes to my training and my nutrition i have all the programs in there which I use on a regular basis.

47:18And for those who are just looking to lose a bit of body fat, the same thing goes for women as well. A lot of people don't realize that I used to coach for a large chunk of my life. So all of my coaching experience has been put inside of this app. I want you to learn as much as possible about how to get yourself in shape. There's exclusive videos in there telling you how to do it, how to execute exercises properly, the foods which I eat, and a newly added nutrition section where you can track your meals and your daily macros. It is pretty much this pocket-sized version of myself, which I'm going to carry around with you all day, every day.

47:52So if there's something which might interest you, which it definitely will do, I highly suggest you check out the link in the description. Head over to the Thirst app, get it downloaded. You will not regret it. Let's crack on with the episode. How do you... I've not really spent that much time in America. Yeah. How do you go about sourcing food when you're on the move in a country that isn't really that well known for being the healthiest country? I mean, that's where I think fasting kind of plays in and then taking snacks. Like I told you yesterday, I purposely got beef jerky because I know I'm like, I'm going to take time off.

48:32I'm not going to eat anything at the airport. I'm going to be flying. I'm going to be in a fasted state. When I get down, I'm going to eat food. And then I'll have cacao bars. Sometimes I'll do blanched almonds and things like that. But I've been staying off nuts for a while. I kind of like cycling, honestly, everything. Jerky is the undisputed goat of high-protein snacks. I don't know. In Dubai, there isn't as much of it available. here the jerky is quite available in a lot of stores but it's it's they pack it full of sugar so you have to get the right jerky i look at a pack of jerky and it'll say like oh yeah 20 grams of protein and it's just like full of sugar yeah this is absolutely not necessary but if you get like a decent pack of jerky we talk about like a i don't know you could easily just get 60 grams of protein in if you really wanted to and that stuff you don't need to keep in the fridge you can just take it everywhere you go it's not even that heavy yeah that and cacao bars bro yeah but when i'm like up there in the mountains training no i'm not training all the time guys mostly studying just studying bro i'm just studying hard bro i'm studying so truth is if you study but you don't apply then it's just a waste of time as well yeah like that's the truth and i've realized that with the whole like i don't know i'm going on a tangent but like the the biohacking thing it's almost like there's over hacking and people don't even live life brothers it's like obsessed with numbers or reading my stats this and that so to an extent i feel like yeah it's funny with the you know everyone's really into listening to podcasts now yeah they still they've they're taking in all this information but they're doing nothing about it correct it's like well okay you're still doing the same thing you're doing two years ago you're listening to all these podcasts where all these really smart intelligent people who are talking about how to get in shape or how to build a business how to make money or improve your mindset how are you still doing the same thing you're doing two years ago like take some action implement it and it's better implement some small stuff and getting more information more information it might be that they just like the viewers and they want to get the almost like they're hanging out with them or i don't know but like i feel like to certain extent you have to take time off and be like why am i like why am i listening to these people like what am i going to get out of this uh is this something because what people don't understand is like you have to be careful who you listen to bro i know i yap bro but i can tell you there's some people bro that have really evil intentions that know how to manipulate they're doing evil stuff on social media um because they're doing it to make money it's not even bro some people already have the money bro uh it goes beyond it bro like this is another game bro this is another game and the internet this is we're looking at like a second phase like it's this is going to keep evolving hopefully becomes decentralized and not more centralized yeah bro talk to me more about the good and the evil on social media um like you said it's smokes and mirrors bro so it's kind of like taking things with a grain of song like why are you listening to somebody like why are you trying to get the information out of it or like should you even be listening to it or just pause and not be listening to x person um i feel like what's the person gonna potentially get out of it what can you get out of it what can you add to value do you resonate with a person like i feel like those are questions that you kind of ask yourself instead be like oh bro he's shredded yeah oh bro he's got a lambo oh bro like yeah like people that's the issues it's the well the problem is as well like when you're younger you don't really have a filter you you just absorb everything you're like a sponge so the good and the bad you grew up on on phones and stuff or no when you're a kid no same bro yeah i was i'll be 35 this year yeah when i was growing up i had my first phone was a sony ericsson t68i i think it didn't have a camera or anything i think it may have had a color screen so that was the first phone yeah so throughout my teenage years um the only form of communication was text message and msn messages yeah she'd go back home and log into msn and be like well you nudging a couple of girls and you know having the same conversation every day like hey how you doing what are you up to and then after that i think uh the blackberries came about and then uh you know you'd share your bbm pin that was when i was like 20 or 21 and then yeah as soon as social media apps came onto the phone games changed so it was nice it was like it was uh it was a better time a real childhood bro yeah i think childhoods are rough and there's good childhoods there's bad childhoods um but i didn't like i had technology but it's like a gamecube then a playstation then a flip phone but maybe facebook scrolling here but it wasn't like I wasn't a like that wasn't it bro so imagine being a kid you're two three years old you're eating sugar you're doing sugary drinks god knows where you're sleeping in terms of getting hit with a 5g bro um drum roll yeah it's not only that it's the the screen bro and what blue light does to you and how it goes compounding over time and it's like we grew up bro I'm so glad and have all the technology like like i'm doing it now as an adult with it but imagine being a kid bro and i feel like that stems back to what you're saying of the guy sending you a text like oh kids think you're doing stupid because you said expectation like bro be inspired of a possibility of doing things but you growing up didn't really have a standard besides some wallpapers like arnold or this and that so i feel like guys you have to also like realize if you're a kid you can't be comparing yourselves with late 20s 30 you're talking about men bro like but there's potential there but that's kind of like my approach as well with the steroid thing bro i'm like bro i'm natty pretty shredded check it out like 100 dude yeah and the approach is giving the kids a possibility because the whole steroid thing bro is going to be an epidemic is like everybody's trying to get jacked look and that's what you're saying the irony is that the leverage is so bad because there's so many people are doing steroids that don't look good that then they get all the side effects if you at least look aesthetic bro for 20 30 years old and then you don't mind aging more and all the effects that it has then do it or if you're not going to compete professionally bro yeah but kids have to be weary like the comparison thing i didn't have that growing up bro i have to look up and be like oh i have to be like this or have to be like that and then oh my self-esteem self-esteem and this and that bro that opened literally pandora's box bro yeah actually i'm I'm trying to imagine what my life would have been like being a teenager and just being exposed to everything that's on there now, or even trying to like compete with everyone to try and find a girlfriend.

55:36Like it's certainly a lot more competitive now. I imagine you are, I don't know, you're not, you're not getting distracted by the woman in the red dress. Well, they come in all kinds of dresses and no dresses guys. That's what I heard. That's the word on the street. No, no legit. I'm single, uh, Not ready to mingle. I think it's overhyped as well, bro. And I feel like people don't want to be by themselves, so it's kind of like the girlfriend. Now, I feel like if you find the right person at the right time, that's great. But a lot of guys run into distractions, bro. They can't be by themselves.

56:08I know guys that have to date somebody because they can't be by themselves. I saw that, bro. I'm like, I don't want anything to do with this. And I had to click when I was young. I was in South Korea, 18. I saw people getting married, dating, late 20s, early 30s. I'm like bingo like that's what I want bro because you only have so much time on earth it's short so like make the most of your like being single bro and then everybody is like oh the irony bro is it's uh everybody's getting flashier more aesthetic and then we have less and less population yeah the ironies right like everybody's doing it to get laid and then there's like less people it is weird damn yeah what what would take uh what would it take for you to change that and to no longer be single i think when it hits you it hits you bro that's what i'm kind of doing like i'm i'm really not like i'm not looking bro like i'm just like focused i'm doing my thing i'm trying to craft my why's keep that evolving and just growing um but it's Definitely overhyped.

57:19My opinion is... a lot of good like good men bro have gone down because of bad women yep and a lot of uh women have also been damaged by bad men bro like physically verbally so it goes both ways bro so imagine like why would you want that like you have to be i see it bro i just saw it with my friends bro they're getting distracted so i'm like bro i'm good bro like what yeah they coming to me with all the drama i'm like bro i'm watching anime let me be real yeah because i'm at the moment i'm currently single and it is it's so good sometimes it is you can literally do whatever you want there is no because i know whenever i get in a relationship or i'm with someone i really do make an effort to make them happy i put like if we're going away on a trip or we're going somewhere we're doing something I put a lot of my effort on trying to give them the best experience they can have and if they have a little business venture of their own I do quite a lot to try and support them I don't want to be the type of guy that's like here have some money I like to see them if they've got a hobby I want to try and help them monetize that hobby so that they can be self-sufficient because as a woman if you don't have any income and you're relying upon a guy to basically live or survive that's not it um but yeah at the moment you know me coming on this trip you know i was trying to imagine if i was in a relationship trying to do this trip or bring her with me like i i don't have the mental capacity to be focused on doing podcasts every day doing these youtube collaborations and also trying to keep my partner happy at the same time it wouldn't it just like i've been there and done i've tried to do it before maybe i'm not being with the right person because they should you you know, if we're talking about the ideal partner for me, they would be supporting me.

59:16They'd be like, hey, Mike, how can I help you? How can I make this easier? How can I help you to unwind a little bit? Almost like the reciprocity of you do this for this person. You know what that's called, bro? It's called love. That's called sacrifice. Like you're giving up something to help the other person. Like that's what a relationship is supposed to be. But it becomes about tally points. Like I did this for you. I did more of this for you. i'm like bro the last thing i need bro is trouble when already i'm already dealing with so many other things because then what people don't understand is also when you sleep with a person or the individual bro like you're dealing with a soul and then you're also with a soul bonding like whoever they've slept with bro you're most likely in some way shape or form are gonna have at a conscious or subconscious level that um quantum entanglement bro through sex have you you've experienced that or is that something you've just studied what like that quantum entanglement okay so the question is are you virgin bro is that the question no are you virgin bro that's the question um i was a virgin like most of my life um but when i went the nihilistic route i i totally alcohol correlated that lost it a couple days i thought it was really really fucked up when you lost your virginity yeah oh damn yeah so now you guys know it's not exclusive but but that's what i'm saying it's like i can't imagine you being fat overweight dude i was like in that zone bro i was kind of like i'm gonna do it just because i might take my life so fuck it like why not like i was like super bad bro like yeah but i snapped out of it and haven't haven't yeah had sex since so yeah yeah good that's that's right you know i mean it's hard bro it's hard to control yourself up and it's a lot harder if you're always in a city if you're always seeking i've never done walking around with your abs out looking super jackson handsome yeah that's what i'm saying bro what you're saying of getting the tension you don't feel like doing it but you're kind of also like bro check it out you get shredded dude it's so funny because when i go through periods of times where i'm just like look i don't need this distraction in my life right now i just want to focus on my shit and like actually make something of myself and then all of a sudden and out of nowhere you're getting the most attention you've ever got in your life and you're like you know where was this when i actually wanted some correct when i was a teenager in my early 20s guys don't i was doing it for that bro like don't chase it dude like don't chase it because all it is is attention and you can get distracted but it's kind of it's the different side of the spectrum bro like grass looks green on the other side yeah it really does yeah it's hard to find that balance there's perks of being single you also get the perks of being in a relationship like you kind of when you've been in a relationship for a while you're always like hmm like i wonder what life would be like if i'm single but i guess that's all down to being in a relationship with the right partner um yeah it's a navigating the world of relationships is uh it's an interesting one i feel like i have a lot of experience i feel like i've i'm happy from the experiences which i have had but i also looking back have realized like holy shit that's a lot of time invested into things which don't exist anymore i imagine you're so close with somebody they are like at that point in time they are the closest person to you you speak to them like literally every day all the time bro you're investing you're investing dude you're investing time time time time resources and then gone you just don't speak to them at all i mean that's rough dude weird as fuck like it's rough as well if you're by yourself and you can't explain it to people and like that like who do you so that's that's what i'm saying like people like and that's i wanted to bring up the like incel culture because there's a lot of incels out there it's all good bro it's good to be an incel as long as you're not like overdoing it with a porn because i think it's really bad for you like define incel what for the people you don't know uh so people that are involuntary celibates so they can't get laid basically and then they build an online community and then they like just spew how much women suck and this and that when it's kind of like the whole culture.

1:03:23It's like dude trust me like it's better to be an incel than to be in a bad relationship with somebody that's dominating you like freaking playing mind like dude. So grass is green on the other side. I don't know why I went with incel route. I just saw like a documentary on it the other day. I was like this is crazy bro. What? Have you still got your community? see i remember you anime shreds yeah i do have the community yeah yeah how's that going it's going good bro um i remember when you launched it holy shit you got a lot of people it was crazy luke pushed it on the telegram he's like bro uh nate's opening the dojo and yeah dude that literally people like came here and were like oh wow and it was like learning the instructuring it out because you kind of had like the courses laid out everything but it's kind of like it's a whole new ecosystem it took me like two three days to understand how to scroll school because it's completely different bro than facebook instagram i feel like all platforms uh have their pros and their cons the good thing about having a community like that bro is you kind of get an idea of the content information that you're going to be absorbing so it's not like a la carte social media or intentional feeding of information yeah because i can tell you bro multiple times i've opened my instagram and chicks just spread wide open like soft porn or she i'm like bro do i follow this chick i'm like no why is it showing up yeah now i'm in my 30s but imagine you're a little kid bro yeah you're 12 11 like okay down the loophole like that's that's what i'm saying so having a place where you can kind of i know i went out there but it's the truth it's like you get yeah okay you watch anime you get anime in your feed but pay close attention to it bro anime and then look at all the other images okay you get soccer oh soccer but look at the other images and it goes changing platforms go changing over time so i think school's a good place to have like people there now i launched a free x community because i kind of want to like do things that like in school you can't really upload videos stuff like that so you can kind of do like competitions and stuff like that where x is more so i'm going to do both the combination of both do you interact with a lot of people inside the community or is it just more of a you just providing them with information so i drop data sets i have always like upcoming programs um i'm gonna like for example this community doing private events just for them um the idea is also interacting with people because there are certain names that you see popping up not only in school but you see them also on instagram they comment oh they also comment on x so you kind of start seeing familiar faces so when they show up to events and stuff like that you're like okay cool you're developing like kind of a group of people it's just kind of crazy is it like a a wide variety of people or do you tend to see like a like common patterns of the people honestly it's i think it's a variety of people yeah i don't i really don't look at it that like much yeah i always found it fascinating when some people would come up to me and they'd be like oh i've been following stuff for years yeah they'd be really out of shape and i'd be like hmm yeah like why have i not like motivate you a little bit to get into shape but then have you ever asked somebody that or no or you're just thinking i don't know because i don't want to rude yeah i don't want to offend them um but a douchebag he's like yeah but i was just like i just thought it was fascinating like if you if you spend all this time like watching my stuff but i've not like i don't know inspired you all motivate you to go to the gym it confuses me a little bit but then i guess it's not you know maybe it's not for everybody but do you also see people that got inspired and transformed their body oh yeah yeah well it was interesting because there was a shift it always used to be the inspiring them to go to the gym teach them how to execute exercises properly and just give them maybe a bit of motivation didn't have motivation and then when i started branching out from fitness and doing vlogs, lifestyle.

1:07:11I think that I was doing that because I knew there was more to life than what I was experiencing before that. I was stuck in the same place, wasn't socializing, just I would make workout videos, edit them, upload them, just do my online coaching. I was like, there has to be more to life than this. Then I started traveling and I was making money whilst I was traveling. Then I was trying to like, share with people that they could also live a life that they wanted to live. you know you can you can get in shape you can quit your job you can live somewhere else and do the things that you want to do and particularly when i made that move to dubai i think that was i used to then meet a lot of people in dubai who would say oh i'm here because of you or you inspired me to quit my job and start my business so i thought that was like even more powerful that's more life-changing to you know give people the confidence to you make that tough decision they were thinking about doing but they were a little bit afraid of doing it yeah so i think a lot of people who are watching my stuff they watch it because they just they're living vicariously through me like they're like oh i i kind of want to do that but i don't have the confidence to take that leap so i'll just sit back and i'll just watch somebody else do it but in reality they do have the power to do it it just takes take some balls to do it it is scary and also being focused bro yeah yeah being focused like this didn't occur overnight bro yeah you know you know how long it took to get 100 bro people bro people don't want to climb the mountain no people don't want to climb the mountain dude they see people at top they start casting stones because the shadow's hitting hard but bro if you're not going to walk like bro don't complain just enjoy and be there in the bottom don't complain but don't bother other people bro yeah even people who have they've had success maybe i don't necessarily agree with their message or I'm not too comfortable with the way that they have achieved that fame maybe they've taken a shortcut or maybe they've you know scammed a couple people but I respect the grind and the hustle and the fact that they have been willing to put themselves out there and achieve that thing that they've wanted I think for anybody to do something that is scary or something that they're afraid of like automatically I have I have some respect for them because it's still stuff which I'm like thinking about it scares me to put myself in these uh i don't know areas of discomfort you know fuck like i i mean yeah i i have i know that i have to force myself to do it yeah but i have currently created this life myself which is very comfortable life and i could continue to just you know live that and be you know quite content live happily ever after but there's always something inside of me that's just like come on gotta do this go step out your comfort zone going to do something a little bit different.

1:09:58I remember even when I started the podcast, like I was petrified of doing it. So I was like, I'm not a talker. I'm the type of guy that would just, I like to just sit and listen. Maybe that was strategically quite beneficial for doing a podcast. But I remember when I first started doing it, first few episodes, I was like, fuck, I feel like an imposter. Like how am I going to be able to hold a one and a half hour conversation with somebody who's like this multi-billionaire, serious businessman? And here I am, I'm just a - He's looking at me right now. Yeah, I'm just a guy who like managed to get in shape like what do i know uh that's funny um i think it bro it's it's a it's a psychological game bro because it's kind of like where your focus goes because for me personally if i'm focusing on like how do i look how do i appear what should i say the tonality isn't that start getting your head bro you start talking differently the ideas that come to your mind are different if you're kind of like take it with a grain of salt like and then try to add value and focus on what you said listening that's when you have a good conversation bro yeah that's just my take on it and that feel like you get rid of the nerves a lot more and then breathing and then maybe some lavender oil oh yeah yeah helps me bro beta yeah is there anything that scares you I think uh I think death concerns and like scares every person just most people don't have the time to deal with uh that thought so that's one um I have fears I mean yeah I don't like heights okay yeah I got a tingling sensation in my balls bro when I'm up there well when you're up in the mountain not in the mountain like if I'm up in in a sky rise or I'm doing like yeah that's that's another fear you reckon you could hypnotize yourself out of that fear say what you can hypnotize yourself to not have a fear yeah i think people do that um i think for example my dude my mind my thoughts the way i think the way i feel is completely different than in my early 20s bro and in my mid-20s um a lot of it has to do with the choices i made but there is more to the world that meets the eye.

1:12:08It's not only physical, bro. So when you understand that, like developing an elite physique, going back to what you're saying, like now you still have a fantastic physique, but you're not like obsessed with the gym or making it the main priority, but physical aspect and component of the body should still be dealt with and invested because you're going to be older and you need to have a good physique. Bro, gym bros are literally like babies and the gym is like stuck on the tit. like oh i can't leave like i have to work out every day oh we're going on vacation no is there a gym no i can't go bro yeah like you don't want that bro like you don't that's not healthy that's unhealthy now if you're going to be a bodybuilder whatever build the physique periods of time you have to take time off and then if you're a young kid and then you're comparing yourself with other people i can tell you i don't work out as much as people think i work out i take time off like i said like i'll work out three days a day off but then i'll take weeks off it's almost like shocking the body in my opinion it's kind of like changing your fasting windows changing the food with the seasons um also the potions bro like the the the the gourd with the tea so the whole thing is in argentina they have mate right they gourd and they sip out of the pipe yes yeah so the idea i was there i'm like okay i need to start tapping into digestive teas so i'm not hungry satiates hunger look more toned some teas also bro like great like magnesium flush so you can like flush out and look more lean but if you have a healthy gut microbiome you don't want to do a magnesium flush what i'm trying to uh convey here is you have to think outside the box because i looked at the gourd i looked at the pipe and i'm like why are they just putting yerba mate in here bro like why am i gonna be drinking uh bleach bags uh highly processed because that's not even healthy bro you're doing a tap water bleach bag it's like a normal tea bag yeah like and then put it in the microwave yeah like i'm like no i know i i knew or like i knew that that wasn't good i studied bro right but then i had to apply i'm like okay i'm gonna have to put the loose leaf tea in the gourd in this application bro and i just did it bro and it works i remember when i was making the meal prep videos in the early days of youtube i was putting those uh microwavable packs of rice in the microwave yeah dude twice a day yeah i blasted myself with so much microplastic i can't even imagine and i remember like putting everything in the oven in aluminium foil yeah i was doing a lot of i mean back then you know when you there wasn't that much information also on all the stuff bro but when i think back i was like oh shit i'm making improvements but i tell you that the hardest one is the bottled water and the plastic yeah that's hard to avoid yeah and i hate walking around carrying things yeah so i'm not the type of guy you're not going to see me on the street with a flask yeah i'll do it sometimes it's annoying it's like why am i carrying this is it worth it yeah um i think like if you did coconut water or something like that beforehand it kind of hydrates you more if you're just drinking purified water and then you're not adding salt or anything it's just going right through you bro yeah it's kind of like i'm gonna drink then pee it out and then be thirsty so it's like hydrate if you don't want to be carrying a bottle you know what i was who is it i don't know who said this but avoiding microplastics is just it's a really difficult thing to do yeah in for example a city because even if you're stood next to a vehicle which is emitting fumes there's microplastics in the fumes themselves yeah so you're just breathing them in yeah it's air pollution bro the when you're eating you might be eating food at a healthy restaurant but can you see where the food is being prepped where it's coming from how was it transported to that cafe you know if you were if you were to become completely obsessed with avoiding all microplastics in your body that's going to be quite a difficult existence to maintain so the idea is like how much can you hedge yourself without going i'm paranoid yeah i feel like you might do you have a an internal battle trying to be like the the healthiest no dude i don't i don't quantify like i say i'm like i don't quantify bro i don't i've seen you you have all these like mad devices on you though like wait what you know that there's no wait devices no like you know these like uh crystal things on the ankle the weightlifting oh this bro yeah so this is a harmonizer it's not uh emf okay i think leila tech is the name of the company but yeah bro okay so what does that do cojones bro okay little cojones this is supposedly supposed to help with the harmonization of emf which i don't know what harmonizing is clearly because i thought it was an emf pendant um that was a device um i think there's a correlation with like magnetism and um wavelengths right also i think it's the same thing with uh psychedelics right doing certain psychedelics uh in certain states whether it's a fasted state depending on the dosage you start realizing your perceptual reality is completely different it's complete different wavelengths bro um wait what were we talking about just trying to be like the healthiest possible healthiest possible so yeah i don't really there's always things like for example i'm like okay grounding it's free you can do it right ideally in the city i don't think it makes that much of a difference maybe if you're going out here in miami on the beach um but out in nature so that's what i'm trying to say i i compound time so if i'm walking if i can walk barefoot if it's a nice patch of grass i'll be barefoot try to get the most of it if i'm training out in the sun for 15 20 minutes i'm grounding as well it's not like i'm oh i'm just gonna go outside and ground no i feel like i'm gonna go outside stretch read a book listen to something archery sometimes sometimes i'll yeah stretch with like the bands or like the wooden sword but it's making the most of my time um but no bro i'm literally like in some ways anti like aura ring anti those things especially shout out to whoop oh sorry sorry sorry i didn't know sorry whoop like everybody to each their own like people like doing it that's just my take yeah yeah how do you know whether something you do is actually having a positive effect or whether or not it's a placebo imagine how much stuff has not been proved by science yet but there's a lot of stuff like i i just know it's not been proved but it exists like how are you you know when you're trying all these different things to try and optimize yourself how do you know like is this actually working or is it just like mentally i kind of feel good but there's no studies to show that this shit works well it's that in the science has never settled when they tell you the science has settled bro like the science has never settled like they were telling us the science was telling us that sugar was good for us, that smoking cigarettes was good for us, going back to the book of propaganda, Edward Brené, right?

1:19:25So like trust the science, but don't trust the science. Also, there's a correlation between science and magic. If you know, you know, like legit, I'm not even capping. Now the question is like, what's the purpose of science is supposed to heal humans. We're supposed to become healthier, thrive. I was born in the nineties. People were looking better then than now and supposedly we've become more sophisticated and the science has improved in many ways isn't that ironic yeah or is that intentional to each their own but when you start studying yeah i mean different topics because like that's the issue is like people can also become super obsessed with biohacking and it's kind of like that's their lifestyle that's their like identity and it's like everything's weird sometimes some of the biohackers don't look very healthy it's yeah yeah that always raises a few questions inside of me there's there's definitely there's there's extremes to it isn't that kind of crazy though it's almost like a an internal garden as to where you can visually perceive like people's health yeah i'm not saying like i'm the healthiest person i don't know but like you can see okay that person looks energized or that person looks you know one person who stood out to me where i was like hey he looks fucking good for his age tony robbins i haven't seen tony i know tony robbins he did a recent chris williamson did a podcast with him and i was watching i was like damn he looks good so he's like 60s so you saw him with like the shirt on not with a shirt on Yeah, he wasn't doing a topless podcast.

1:21:09Oh, okay. But like facially... No, you said I saw him. I'm like, I wanted to see that. No, like facially, I was like, damn, looks good. Like whatever he's doing, I'm curious to know. But when you have, I mean, he's got dough. Yeah. So when you got dough, you see like a lot of these models and like famous female influencers, like the Kardashians, like they're, I don't know how much money they're spending on their body, their faces. whenever you see the before and afters yeah it's like different people yeah you can you can do a lot with money even as i come into a little bit more money i'm like hmm like what can we start experimenting with you know they've got stem cells on offer you know like all these other things i'm like it's it's becoming a little bit more appealing now i did the stem cells with dr john laurentz combined with methylene blue then like the nasal cranial release game changer bro yeah i did it with um dr khan he came on a podcast that uh it was an injection in the shoulder and a 45 minute iv drip and it's it's it's really hard to track how much has this affected me like i'm because i noticed after that it's supposed to stay in your system for two years until you need to get like a an update i felt i feel like now i'm the strongest i've ever been i feel like i have more energy than I've had before.

1:22:35But then I'm trying to figure out, is this because of stem cells or is it because I'm doing other things in my life? You know, I'm improving my sleep or the foods which I'm consuming. It's really hard to know what is having an effect. It's kind of like a combination of everything. And then with the stem cells, it affects different people in different ways. Different ways. Doesn't always work for some people. Yeah, I mean, there's some people I say that stem cells is a total scam and there's some people I say that stem cells is like the next field for longevity i did it just to hedge myself yeah um i like that also with the methylene blue but my take bro is an intuitive approach um where it's kind of like process of elimination you bring something in see how you feel take it out yeah like you i left the city i came back to the city process of elimination okay you notice what's going on i think the same with food bro yeah like i've constructed my diet based off of how i feel after consuming certain foods yeah regardless of whatever people say dude but the problem is most people don't have that level of self-awareness they're numb to it they're just like oh i'm gonna eat this i'm gonna do this and i'm not gonna think about how it's made me feel they're just gonna carry on with their life in fact for me like it took me a while to actually figure it out uh i remember i used to consume loads of protein shakes yeah i used to have four scoops a day just because i was like oh this tastes nice it's got protein in it so i'm gonna have it yeah i'd have i had four scoops of protein i remember it got to one point where i'd have i'd have two scoops of protein in a shake and then literally on cue an hour afterwards i'd have these horrible stomach cramps and then i'd need to go to the toilet and i would have like diarrhea and then i never put two and two together i just carried on doing it i was like hey why am i always like feeling so bad yeah and i'm like oh why don't i stop having the protein shakes for a bit yeah i stopped having the protein shakes i was like there we go yeah that's what everybody needs to do like if they're people are getting bad reactions with their skin or they're getting bloating or they're getting brain fog like okay well something you've done or eaten is causing you to feel terrible so even if your trainer is said to have this maybe just leave it out it sometimes it takes trial and error yeah like if you're having a combination of foods, you don't know which one is disagreeing with you.

1:24:56And it could be healthy, but your body just isn't able to process it or digest it like other people can. It's, it honestly, like, that's so crazy, bro. Like the body, the more I study, the more I realize, I'm like, there's so much, I don't know, bro. Yeah. But there's things like an intuitive approach. It's hard to have an intuitive approach if you're eating... stuff matter that's not food like potatoes eat two three you'll be satiated potato chips potato i don't know what percentage and then an ingredient list that you can make a bomb with yeah there's specifically intentionally designed ingredients that just hyper palatable foods that make you more addicted to food bro and i think chemically wiring people instead of young age bro it's kind of like you're a kid you're out there in the middle it's like chips and bro in argentina every time we play soccer is for la coca playing for the coca-cola yeah like you just bad food bad food it's very hard to be like aware of like how this affects me right i'm telling you it takes time for me it took two years bro of like not only oh physically changing that took a couple months it was an eternal thing in terms of like your gut like i for example i started with the whole vegan thing like i thought that was a good thing then went down the rabbit trail got nihilistic almost killed myself overweight was losing hair like i went it was you were just deficient deficient bro i felt like depleted the first few months was great i was like i'm toning this and that it was good but there's a lot of things bro in my opinion the vegan diet is kind of skittles yeah in my opinion i i respect the fact that people do it or take on the diet if it's for moral issues in terms of like the animal i understand that i do see a correlation a lot because i had my vegan phase after mushrooms bro there's a lot of vegans that go vegan after mushrooms which there's a interesting i'm not saying coincidence there is sort of consciousness there that opens the box of our relationship with food you're like oh wow it's a living animal oh wow it shouldn't be like you there's and that's why a lot of people go down that road but there was deficiency after two years bro like i was losing hair i was i was like super i think if it's carb centric vegan bro if i was if i was going to do it i would need a chef yeah i would need somebody who knows how to make vegan meals tasty and there would need to be this wide variety of different food sources that would not only supply me with the amino acids but also to give me that decent hit of the vitamins that my body needs and i'm probably going to need to supplement more on top because of what my body is lacking it's doable but most people are not educated enough to just consume or prepare what they need to eat in order to achieve certain body composition or to do it for the the health reasons and think about uh we're creatures of habit.

1:28:08So you go from making people, uh, completely bodied, super dependent with scrolling with a phone. Uh, I need all my, all my needs met right away. Oh, the order came 20 minutes late. I'm pissed off. Perfect. How does that translate into your vegan diet? Oh, well this, this hyper palatable vegan patty meal. Okay. It's convenient. Boom. Grab it. Instead of, Oh, I have to do all the work of what it takes. takes to. I'm not saying, you can do raw vegan, they eat all the raw food, all that, that's fine, whatever. But it goes back to the convenience factor, bro. And I feel like a lot of people when they go vegan, if they go the hyperpalable food, tons of carbs, that's how they get skinny fat.

1:28:50That's why you have so many Indians that are skinny fat, bro. What do you think about keto? I think ketosis is good as a tool to become metabolically flexible, but over long periods of time, I don't think it's healthy, bro. I think you have to cycle everything, bro. It's just my take. Yeah, I would have, and i've done it for like months and months and months and then i took time off was it difficult no it's not yeah you have to it's it okay because i've it is a little bit difficult i wanted to try it but i've never really been a proponent proponent of doing things to the extreme or like excluding a macronutrient group yeah well first of all because i'd already got myself into the shape i wanted to get into so it's like why am i doing this yeah and then second of all i am a man who likes to maximize convenience right i just want to eat the foods which i know i like to eat that's going to allow me to feel good and give me the physique which i want and i can kind of hit that uh ratio of macros which i'm trying to achieve so i've never really needed to do it but i have been curious to do it for a couple of months just to see how i would feel but i know if you're doing it you you gotta get a lot of fat in not really dude not really what are you doing just fucking protein no no no dude i've gone through the weeks bro where i do 20 grams of protein zero protein for multiple days 50 grams of protein but i'm not killing myself with training bro if you kill yourself with training then you're gonna start shriveling up but you must have lost size though yeah for sure bro right now i'm on the skinnier spectrum bro 100 but it's also conducive with my goals which is also taking time off eating everything for longevity bro Yeah.

1:30:27Like, like, so my whole thing with carbohydrates is everybody lived. We're in a carb centric world, bro. Like you wake up, you're born. Here's a cookie. Here's a cereal. Here's rice. Perfect. You do that, bro. All right. Every few hours for many days, for many weeks, for many years, you are addicted to carbohydrates and your body's operating off of carbohydrates just because you've been programming it. Yeah. bro and then you add the this bro kids are whack is it the hyper palpable foods the sugar all that add the medicine bro it's a concocted disaster perhaps intentionally designed do you want kids one day what your kids what do i have kids wait do you want oh i was like wait i haven't been on a date do i have kids maybe should i that would be quite a foolish question yes yes i have many i have a family in india you had like you left one crazy night and then you just so happened to like have twins so um when i did stumble and i fell it was safe so good man yeah stay safe guys um uh wait do i want kids i do want kids uh eventually but it's kind of like you're saying even bro relationships like you dating somebody casually is completely different than you you're dating to get married you're married is completely different than you're married and you have kids like it's more and more giving up time demanding sacrifice and oh we don't like this it's not helpful for me split that's why the ratios of divorce are crazy yeah do you think your your partner or the mother of your children would be like a female version of you i don't know maybe what do you think if you met the female version of you you'd be like yeah i think jeez isn't that kind of weird i don't think i wouldn't want to meet the female it was like yeah i don't i don't think i would either in that whole like opposites attract also maybe i don't think it's a thing it might be a cliche but that's what i'm saying bro if it when it comes it comes but here's the thing like with each relationship grass is like oh that other person isn't going to be better than this person like every person has their pros everybody has their cons it's just like how much are you willing to sacrifice or how much are you willing to deal with to be with that person if it's not worth it then be single bro yeah yeah like just the problem is i think there's a stigma bro with being single like oh you're single that's weird are you a virgin bro yeah if i'm a virgin so what bro stop busting my balls dude you know i'm saying if i'm a virgin i'm a virgin bro fuck it dude like straight up dude it's none of your business that's my take bro yeah but if you do have kids what i'll be curious to know how you'd raise them in a dojo mode bro now i would tell him that uh we're gonna do things a little bit different

1:33:21would there be some healthy kids though yo you know it's a good movie talking about kids bro captain fantastic with vigo mortison bro he's like out with the kids uh in the world i don't i don't want to go that hippie yeah but something along those lines you don't want them to get bullied what if you don't want them to get bullied i mean everybody's gonna get bullied bro everybody gets bullied bro the bully's bully like oh kids their their parents take it out on them then they go bully the kid and that's smaller more frail so they can take up their anger everybody gets bullied i learned that real quick bro in school do you think they should bring back bullying um in some ways yes in some ways no i feel like the bullying is kind of more intentionally decide uh directed towards uh right and conservative yeah it has to be fair game bro if we're gonna do bullying as to be bullying both ways or no bullying at all yeah yeah because i feel like but no no none of that like one side i kick you i punch you i give you the arm and you grab my freaking armpit no dude it's kind of like if you're gonna you're gonna bring the heat you can take the heat as well if not equal grounds for everybody that's my take on it bro yeah because conservatives get wrecked all the time oh and then the other guys oh we can get away with it free hand pat on the pat on the back yeah because i i really liked it when i was getting brought up as a teenager like we used to give it take it i think that's what yeah bro it built me up to the point where i can handle a joke or i can handle criticism there's especially recent times everywhere and everyone is just so soft just can't handle any bit of yeah criticism or abuse like it got to the point where it was it was like bad to like crack jokes like somebody so especially during 2020 i feel like if you ever tried to make jokes in 2020 it was like nah forbidden like you need you're gonna get some shit for that well it's it's the censorship bro i remember i posted uh this was during lockdown and i just i was just bored i i got some masks and i wrapped them around my chest so like it looked like the the masks was like a bra for my chest it was just a picture of me the door and i'm just like saying oh i was wearing the mask as well on my face i was like i'll just on the way to the shop to get some milk as a joke and then everybody was kicking off because they were like oh you're wasting precious ppe equipment because there was a shortage of it in the uk or something and then i was just like holy shit i was just trying to have a laugh bro when when it was when when that uh when that occurrence occurred i would go coughing around and be like sorry covid sorry people would out of the way i'm like bro this is crazy like dude that was people that saw it coming saw it coming bro people that saw it coming saw it coming and people that didn't see but it was very evident did you see it when the what do you see it coming did you see it coming i saw it coming a couple months before it happened and we strategically located to florida because it was going to be easier yeah to deal with it but i'm not going to bash people the truth is there was a lot of pressure put that's not good bro like oh i'm gonna lose my job if i don't do this like what like i think that's where i kind of drew the line like okay this is like way too much but i was trying to make make fun of fun of it i was yeah multi-boy not naughty i was just i'm a troll guys like that's what i'm saying if it goes both ways like let's have a good time but if it was some elderly lady or some old gentlemen like i would respect them i'm not doing it like a little kid like talk to me about the kicks japanese getta how where why all right so in ancient japan now feudal japan they had like straw straw sandals right um so they had to find better ways to kind of like walk around without first of all getting cuts or because what people don't realize like we've become very comfortable with like living in this cement building when you start going out in nature bro if you walk barefoot you're going to get cut up real quick yeah so having the elevation kind of creates oh i'm gonna step in a puddle i'm gonna step in a rock like you can walk with these on the grass and it's a lot better than even the straight floor so they went from having straw sandals to wooden sandals um and then they have different versions there's one with a one-tooth getta so it's like one you kind of have to balance it out it's a little bit harder but i think i like walking barefoot as much as possible um i think the gettas are cool i got my first pair when i was like 18 um yeah i don't know i like them they're fun gives me elevation and also i can stretch it has uh rubber on purpose because if not it like clicks a lot but if if there's no rubber i have some wooden ones you can ground some people say you can basically ground having wood on the floor so yeah yeah the the outfit overall is first of all it looks comfortable it's super also says i don't give a fuck and then thirdly it like looks like you could take somebody out like it looks like you probably got a samurai sword somewhere i don't i don't i'm not i was planning on concealing carrying but i'm not going to for this trip um is just japan your favorite place you've been to what is japan it's not my favorite place but i love japan bro so epic dude yeah i love japan um so funny story the first japanese get i bought so i come from buenos ayres bro like people steal like it's bad so i remember i bought my first pair i'm like damn this is expensive and i was carrying it we went we were going store to store and i was going to walk in with the bag and my friend's like no bro you got to leave the bag outside i'm like what do you mean like because it's a competition or whatever so i'm like whatever i left the bag outside did some shopping went back on the subway left hours later i'm like bro the getta and i started tripping i'm like damn i lost my money i wanted these japanese getta and he's like uh no bro let's go back let's go back we took the train it was still there bro nobody touched it this is what is what is saris no this is japan this is not what is iris bro you take them off you're like whoop yeah i was gonna say no chance no chance that gets stolen real quick um my opinion bro i just like this is um jinbei so it's they work for natsumatsuri which is like the japanese summer festival so it's like yeah traditional where and i really don't care like people can judge me bro i don't this i it feels good cotton breathes well yeah yeah when did you get into like in anime when I was young bro young young kid for sure why what is it about anime that there's pros and cons with anime like I I have my my things with anime where I'm like this is really bad and unhealthy but then there's certain things that I think the meta is very cool for example growing up um I'm not saying I was in the harshest of environments but you definitely deal with bullying definitely deal with um energies right and then you kind of extrapolate your emotions your thoughts based on the proxy of the people that are around you like this is my reality right like this sucks whatever so when you have some show that you can tap into that's way more epic that's way better you kind of like oh okay i'm gonna give this a shot so you almost like immerse yourself into a different reality and people don't understand like you watching something digitally is the same thing as me watching this besides some blue light and disconnection of the the face and the humanity of it but you still got the same information yeah so i feel like people become weaves and otakus and all that that's a whole different thing but for me it was kind of that i'm like i'm hanging out with bad people i don't want to be around this what's a different source of entertainment and i loved anime bro it was an escape it was in escapism in some way 100 100 but how you said it was well it was dangerous no it's dangerous turned into like weird bro like some animes now are weird bro like super pornographic super i'm like okay that's cringe but some animes bro are fire dude like what which one all right so some good ones if you want to kind of understand um a concept of utopian presentation of what humanity will look like but then undermine it with a dystopian uh real agenda you kind of want a good framework psychopaths psychopaths is going to give you a good insight as to getting technocratic form of magic amplified with more and more technology and realizing how potential dystopian society could occur okay like it plays it out real quick and there's a lot of technology nowadays that clearly show that blueprints there it's just written by very small people not really i think so anime is just like movies bro it's like who writes it who produces it what's the intention is there sub link like sub because bro there's some sub messages of some anime bro that are bad dude and then there's concepts that i love like they're so the whole thing with anime shows like anime shreds embody of your hero because there is that hero archetype bro and you watch cartoons you watch that dumb it's just stupidity bro it's comedy to keep you dumb and entertained you see this guy's like oh shit like he went through the shit i'm going through shit oh he goes on his journey oh let me get a little inspiration that's also like you can be there all day be a weeb and it's kind of like whatever but if bro you've watched a few anime shows you get into it and they got an aesthetic physique and that didn't motivate you i'm kind of like it's kind of like you're thinking like yeah but i think it's progressed bro um but it's not cartoons bro cartoons and anime are two different categories yeah in my opinion what's the rest of uh 2025 looking like i'm probably gonna do a few pop-ups um launched the supplements brand which is oh yeah yeah it's been years in the making in terms of like understanding supplements there's always still room for improvement extremely potent pre-workouts well not really no it's not gonna give you jitters no i imagine you get one person one buy they never buy it again bro they're like no he got me cracked out yeah no i imagine it's probably gonna be good for the body well it it's what i take um in the energy is like fermented amino acids cordyceps um so my approach was a little bit different there is still caffeine in it but it's not like caffeine gives you jitters crash yeah and i've been taking it for a while split testing it um i wouldn't mind switching ingredients here and there but yeah it's kind of like overall people like oh bro what do you take what do you take i'm like i'm gonna launch my supplement and yeah bro it's good enough where i can put my name behind it because i believe in it bro good yeah so that's launching that and might do some asia tours some podcasts because that people like that want to do some podcasts i might do that as well and then i'm gonna probably bulk a little bit like put on some more size and take some time off um bit of studying here and more studying if you don't study bro no future bro awesome man right we'll wrap it up i don't know how long to be talking for between funny conversation thoroughly enjoyed it where can people find you you guys can find me um free content mr belmar anime shreds on all the socials if you're interested in diving into community school and supplements the hero stack yeah awesome man appreciate your time yeah appreciate it good combo

Nate Belmar doesn’t just train for aesthetics, he trains for clarity, resilience, and control. In this episode, we dive into the physical and mental transformation that took him from overweight and directionless to lean, disciplined, and deeply intentional.

Nate shares the mindset shift that pulled him out of a low point, why most people are overtrained and under-recovered, and how fasting, metabolic flexibility, and environmental awareness shaped his approach to performance and life. We explore his views on social media pressure, identity, and why detaching from noise—digitally and socially—is often the unlock for growth.
