How to do that? Very simple. I used... He's a former data scientist and a very successful entrepreneur.
0:13Noah Laith:This man is an absolute wealth of knowledge in peptides, weight loss. The longevity biohacker. Noah Laith. 150 years ago, if you would be reading and writing, big chance you would become a wealthy person. Same with health. If you would be ignorant and just simple, having a simple life, you could be very, very healthy. You want to raise your standards because the complexity of the world has grown immensely. You know, a lot of people, they come to us and they want to optimize their health. I'm looking at them as like, what the heck? You just need first to lose 20 kilos. Then talk about optimizing.
0:42Your genetics is the gun that is loaded and then it's your lifestyle. Are you taking processed food? Are you training? Are you breathing? It's the trigger. What are some of the things which are going to damage your overall gut health? You have to understand that food is fuel. It's not pleasure. That's number one. Number two is... quick pause guys i need to tell you something it's that time of the year where everyone's on the winter arc hype where they're building their physique which they plan to reveal at some point in the summer of 2026 but i hate to be the guy that says it most of you are going to end up getting fat you'll be overeating you'll be following some sort of a program which isn't actually going to be getting your results you're going to be improvising on the spot no doubt you won't be tracking there'll be no structure just random exercises with minimal progress seen on a week-to-week basis.
1:28Pretty frustrating, right? Well, that's the whole reason why I built the Thirst app, to help busy people like yourself find a system they can actually stick to over a long period of time. We have thousands of transformations for men and women who just plug into the app and get the exact plan they need for their goals, show up to the gym and just put in the work, all for less than an hour of their time. You get access to over hundreds of programs and hundreds of different meal plans, everything which you could possibly need to get yourself in shape. So if you actually want to stick to something and see results without taking things to the absolute extremities, click the link in the bio.
2:07Noah Laith:Let's get on with the video. What's up guys and welcome back to First Things Thirst. We have expert biohacker in the building, Noah Laith. How are you doing? Great. Thank you for having me. It's long overdue to be honest. And I think in this industry I'm in and you are very well aware of. There's lots of people who claim to be experts in biohacking, longevity, and so on. But I feel like, especially in today's day and age, it's just a lot of misinformation going around on social media. And I've known you for well over a year, maybe two years now. And we've done a fair few things together. And you're one of the few people who I actually think, okay, this guy is legit.
2:42He's actually the real deal. And he makes a lot of sense. Not necessarily taking things to the absolute extremes of making these outrageous claims yeah look forward to this conversation me too so for those who don't know who you are summarize very quickly what is that you do so i studied artificial intelligence when people thought that it was artificial insemination when i used to say ai because it was not known back then and then i pivoted to real estate and then brian tracy who was my mentor asked me what are you doing for free and i was like always doing health retreats and hiring doctors to educate our investors and friends.
3:23And then he said, why don't you go into medical field? And that was 17 years ago. And I went into that rabbit hole of longevity when it didn't even used to be called biohacking or longevity. And now I became, with my wife, who's also a medical doctor, the clinical director of the longevity clinic. and we have 23 licenses, international licenses for longevity and regenerative medicine from peptides to hormones to stem cells to inusferesis to any type of pathology that most other doctors find it difficult to go deep into it, we'll take it. Yeah. So what out of everything that you're seeing at the moment with all the patients that are coming to you frustrates you the most?
4:10um i call it the frankenstein protocol which like the reason why i believe everyone should have a mentor is because it will just buy you 10 15 20 years of mistakes in two three four sessions right so a lot of people i see they go to chat gpt they go to google and then they go on a protocol and three years later nothing worked and they come to us and we ask them what what did you do like and they said oh i've tried everything and that's okay tell me your everything and then i discover it's like a bit of everything but nothing all fragmented that's i think the the biggest danger nowadays uh that people believe that chad gpt or google can give you uh i call them the google doctors yeah yeah even when i i just test it every now and then to see what it would say when i ask questions about building muscle losing body fat and it kind of gives you like like a semi-okay answer but some of the things just contradict itself or just doesn't really make any sense yeah so i mean obviously you're aware of what it is that i do i feel like i've mastered the art of getting myself in top condition at least visually building muscle losing body fat but particularly as i've got a little bit older 35 now gonna be 36 this year i'm a lot more interested in, okay, so how do we kind of keep this going for as long as possible?
5:32I want to look good, feel good, perform my best long into the future. And I want to do that in a healthy way and a sustainable way. So even though I would consider myself to be quite healthy, when we really look at what I'm doing, what I'm eating and where the food's coming from, there's a lot that can be improved so i think we'll start off let's say for example someone like me living in dubai how can i be sure that the food that i'm consuming is going to be the best possible food yes so let's say let's take dubai as an example but also actually let's take any city as example because every city has some challenges yeah i think the biggest problem is source where do you source your food because organs for example or meat or fish can be very toxic it can be like a super element and superfood and the biggest factor is the source so if you're in dubai or if you're in new york or in amsterdam you want to find a farm in the area where you meet the farmer and you're obsessed with the farm like the that farmer is obsessed with his land with his animals, how they feed it, and how they feed the animals, and make a deal with him.
6:51Tell him, look, I love what you're doing. I want to support you. I want to have one box every week with what you have. It's going to become seasonal. It's going to become definitely regenerative and clean of any pesticides and herbicides and antibiotics and growth hormone. But also, you know, you're helping an ecosystem that at the end of the day, your kids and grandkids, Like we're borrowing this earth from our kids and grandkids, right? So I think supporting that system with your wallet is also as important. Yeah, because if you go to a typical supermarket, say for example like Kaffa, Hinn, Dubai, which is, you would think, okay, it's a good one.
7:31if you go into the organic section or you're getting what you think to be the highest quality eggs and meats how do we know that it's actually first of all organic and it's actually like legit the same thing with the fish and the salmon things like that that's actually a very good question first of all you have to understand that 26 percent of all the organic food in supermarkets have been tested positive for pesticides and herbicides so the term organic is an unprotected term and it doesn't mean anything second uh organic doesn't mean free of grains free of hormones free of vaccines it does mean organic that it's uh grown in a in a natural way so what you want to find is a farm that is regenerative and that the that the animals are pasture raised that's then you know more you're more certain that this cleaner um and it's and it's a build-up right so the food is built up of toxins do your water is built up the air is built up toxins what you put on your skin so if you at least optimize one of these pillars the it's all statistics the risk of you having a heavy disease at what we call as stage seven disease is just smaller yeah So in Dubai, those farms exist?
8:49Definitely. The thing is in Dubai and actually in almost every country, the people that are obsessed with their land or obsessed with their craft are the worst marketeers. Usually they don't have a website. So you do, yes, you do have to step in the car and drive and go into where the farms are and just drive there for a couple of hours. It's like buying an apartment. I always use that analogy. when you buy an apartment how often do you buy the same apartment? Noah, what are you talking about? You buy it only once of course exactly you buy it once you renovate it once and then you rent it or sell it once right?
9:25Same for your health see it as an investment so you find the ecosystem where you get your food your makeup your skincare your water once you automate it and then forget about it okay but you're not doing the driving though to get that no but I mean the first time i came here to dubai definitely to check it out yeah check it out and and see okay who they are what they do which food they give to the animals to the chickens do they know the names of the chickens uh if there are 3 000 chickens in one battery hole no yeah especially in the heat in the sun yeah definitely yeah for me i like i'm i generally don't like to make my own food because i just would prefer to be doing other things yes so i have heavily relied upon getting things delivered to me.
10:11So prepped by restaurants and cafes. I try and keep it as high quality as possible. Obviously it costs a little bit more, but at the end of the day, it's still like, well, I just, I just, I don't know. Unless, as you've said, you go into the kitchen, you're checking out like the oils that they're using and seeing what else they're doing when it comes to preparing it. So I think I'm in a transitional stage where I want to start buying my food, the highest possible quality and source that I can find. And I'm probably just getting a chef to put it together. That's, I think, will be the most smart way to do it.
10:45Especially if you have the means and the awareness. And to be honest with you, you said, oh, it's a bit more expensive. Well, it's a hell lot more expensive to be sick. Right? So, and I also see it like this. That is, 150 years ago, if you would be reading and writing and having basic calculus, big chance you will become a wealthy person. Now, good luck finding a cleaning job. same for education same for money if you had$10 ,000 150 years ago you were a very wealthy man now good luck finding a parking spot right for$10 ,000 and same with health 150 years ago if you would be ignorant and just simple having a simple life you could be very very healthy now ignorance is the start of many critical and neurodegenerative and cellular diseases so you don't want to be ignorant you want to be you want to raise your standards because the complexity of the world has grown immensely.
11:39Yeah. It's funny that you mentioned the sickness. I told you earlier this year when I came back from a trip to the UK, I was ill for a couple of days. And in a way, it was a good thing because it just made me think, right, this cannot happen again. I had a full week of things planned, which I wanted to do, and then I couldn't do it because I was just literally crumpled on the sofa for a couple of days feeling sorry for myself. So you have said yourself that you just don't get sick. In fact, can you even remember the last time you closed? Yes, I do. Because that was when I decided, okay, my life mission is to never be sick.
12:15And the reason is, last November it has been 23 years. And the reason is because I met a guy who is world memory champion. And back in the days, a lot of people that were top athletes, high achievers, and everyone in Dubai is a high achiever. The difference between number one and number two is not 10%. It's 0.01%. And for the top achievers, the top athletes, the world memory champion, Orkan Ibadov, the difference between number one and number two is being sick one day a year, right? Because that gets you out of the flow and that's a two-week high flow focused training. And it's the same for any top athletes and high achiever.
12:52So that's why, look, if you can avoid, first of all, if you become sick, it's your body talking to you, right? As I told you, there are seven stages of diseases. Stage seven is cancer, autoimmune disease, diabetes type two. Stage one is your gut. right if you're bloating if you're farting too much if you're burping a lot it's unprocessed food and it means that your digestive system your first brain not your second brain is not optimal and there is some inflammation there and you want to optimize that so it doesn't go into stage two three and then end up in stage seven right it's funny actually because before i got sick i was having that issue with my gut okay it was but i don't know why because i didn't i don't feel as though i ate anything that was too out of the ordinary yeah although i was traveling on a plane it was christmas time i probably was having a few things that i shouldn't have eaten yeah so maybe that was the cause of it so okay so the if we talk about gut health what are some of the things which are going to damage your overall gut health i think obviously processed foods heavily processed food yes yes there is actually the first doctor in 1880 uh dr weston price I call him the first longevity doctor.
14:01He didn't even know what longevity back then was. But what he did, he searched all around the world for people who are never sick. And he found 14 populations. He was a dentist. And he was flabbergasted that these populations, not only they have no diseases, they have no cavities in their teeth, but they never brush their teeth. And he said, how the heck is that even possible? Well, he discovered that it's not about taking external things. It's about making the organism, the ecosystem so strong that when you get microbes or molds or any other attacker, your body is strong enough to defend the symptoms, including your teeth.
14:41And by the way, your teeth is the first part of your gut. It's the first part of the GI tract in your whole body, right? So he discovered that and he found out that these 14 population all around the world, from Alaska to sub-Sahara, they eat totally different. But the one thing they had in common is one of the five things is zero processed food. No one ate processed food. And he saw in their genetics they were predisposed to cancer and diabetes type 2, but they had zero diabetes. It's only when he put them on the processed food that the expression of their genetic went up to 70 % chronic diseases.
15:19So yes, your genetics is the gun that is loaded and then it's your lifestyle. Are you taking processed food? Are you training? Are you breathing? Is the trigger, right? That pulls the gun. How would you define a processed food? is it is it the the the process of it going from one thing to another or the added ingredient or ingredients that goes into the final yes so for example minced meat is not processed food right it's processed but it's not processed food uh while a protein bar is definitely processed food because you will not find it you will not find there's no tree where you can take a protein bar There's no tree where you can take a magnesium pill or a zinc pill or any type of French fries, right?
16:03So you have to process it to eat it. So minced meat is processed, but it's still in its original form. So I like simplification. You know, I don't know who said that, but simplification is the ultimate form of sophistication. In my case, it's an ultimate form also of health. So just simplify. Eat things as they are, how nature gave it to them. If it's a plant, if it's an animal, or if it's a fruit. What about foods which are unprocessed, but can they also, like, are certain foods going to be bad for the gut? 100%. So how do you know which ones to stay away from? Well, if it's, for example, a lot of people are allergic to dairy, to casein.
16:40Well, yes and no. They are allergic to type A1 milk, right? And the reason why they bred the cows to A1 milk, because A1 milk has a much higher ROI and production of milk. The problem is that type of milk is, we humans cannot digest it optimally. That's why you want to always search for A2 milk, raw A2 milk that comes from a regenerative farm and that is 100 % grass-fed, not grass-finished. And you can literally buy grass-fed cows that have produced milk and then the milk from non-grass-fed and you put it in the fridge. One will be sour after three days and the hour after three weeks. And actually it becomes milk or kefir.
17:26You can still drink it, right? So that is the difference between also genetic modified foods. And fruits are one of them. A lot of people think, oh, I'm eating one apple a day. We'll keep the doctor away. Well, that's one of the biggest myths, unfortunately, because the apple, the bananas, the resins, any type of fruits that you are eating that is mainstream, that's coming from a supermarket, has been bred to become 20 times to 50 times sweeter. Banana was never sweet. It's relatively bitter 100 years ago. Now it's sweet. Carrots, same thing. So you want to also, when someone say, oh, but I eat only whole foods, fruits.
18:02Well, if you're eating a kilo or half kilo of fruits every day, no, plus look how your grandfather, did your grandfather had access to strawberry in the middle of December? No. So eat seasonal and your body will need to eat fruit in certain seasons. That's how your body actually adapts to diseases. We need cold, we need seasons, we need fruits, and we also need the absence of fruits. Yeah. So how does somebody know which foods they should be avoiding? Because I know there's lots of tests which are out there. You can do the blood tests, the quantum test, the genetic test. Which one is going to be the most accessible for people?
18:40and actually legit. So it's not about what you eat. It's about what you digest, right? You can eat all the food. If you don't digest it, if you get bloated, if you give you inflammation, that's going to help you. So you have first to, on an identity level, you have to understand that food is fuel. It's not pleasure. That's number one, right? So number two is allergies, intolerances, and sensitivity. Most doctors understand allergies and intolerances. They don't understand sensitivity. And the reason, because sensitivity tests, you might eat strawberries and you might be sensitive to a strawberry and you might have an allergic reaction two weeks later.
19:23And you think, where the heck is this coming from? Well, it came from two weeks ago. So you definitely want to do a sensitivity test because sensitivity test is the bad friend that stabbed you in the back, that you didn't know he was a bad friend, right? So while allergies or intolerances, you will feel it straight away so you definitely want to have these two things and then the closer to mother nature the closer to not having pesticide herbicides hormones gmos processed foods the better it is for your body yeah and then i guess it comes down to a bit of intuition and understanding your own body and how you feel after you consume something yes which i think a lot of people aren't very good at like they eat a meal feel terrible like oh why do i feel terrible oh let me just eat that meal again and again and again and i've noticed it with some foods which even with apples which i think came up on my test saying that probably better for me to avoid overdoing the apple consumption but even when i would have an apple i'd notice like as much as i enjoyed it there'd be a little bit of bloating and discomfort 100 like i other people ask me in the congresses and seminars, what is the number one thing that will bring our health to the next level?
20:36As biohackers, as people who want to optimize, I always tell them it's the speed of implementation. When you learn something is good or bad for you, don't wait two or three years before implementing it straight away. Next day, okay, out of my life or add it to your life. That's the problem though, because people are always waiting for things to get really bad. Then it's an urgent, desperate situation, they're like, okay, well now I'm going to make that change. And ultimately that you, you don't want to be in that position. You want to be making those changes now as an insurance policy. So those things don't happen further down the line.
21:08A hundred percent. Yeah. And it's funny, we spoke about this before how, because I'm just so curious how you've never been sick. Then I was like, well, how, how do you protect yourself from getting sick when things are out of your control? For example, when eating food, which is spoiled or gone off because eating something which has you know the food poisoning inside of it how does your body fight off that or what can you do to combat that that's a great question uh and i believe you know a lot of people they come to us and they want to optimize their health they want to optimize their longevity i'm looking at them as like what the heck you just need first to lose 20 kilos yeah you know then talk about optimizing you're not even there so for me it's uh optimizing my metabolic flexibility is the number one because you will see it aesthetically, you will feel it in your brain and you will feel it also in energy.
21:58How to do that? Very simple. I use the 4-2-1 protocol. That's my diet. It's four days intermittent fasting, two days feasting on the good stuff and one day water fasting. What happens in that one day, that will reset your insulin receptors, that will reset your taste buds, that will reset your appetite and the connection between your gut and the brain. And for example, last week I was in Russia. I had to travel and it was very unfortunate times. Well, I fasted one day and I continued to fast to the second day. I didn't have cravings because my metabolic flexibility, my insulin sensitivity is optimized.
22:32And the body is very resilient. If you are in a shitty place, if you are overweight, if you have a lot of pathologies, you can break that within four to eight weeks. Like I've had people that reverse diabetes in 12 weeks, like diabetes type 1, right? So just by taking care of their body and by focusing on the metabolic resilience. Yeah, so how long have you been doing this 4-2-1? Oof, like more than 15 years. Okay, so on the day when you do the fast, are you having caffeine or is it just water? No, water with electrolytes. Yeah, okay. On some days, I will have, by the way, a double espresso. Yeah, okay.
23:14But that doesn't necessarily interrupt. No, it doesn't break the fast. Yeah, but it does have a very small amount of calories. On your liver. No, it doesn't have any calories. It's zero calories. Okay. I thought it had like four or five or something. But it doesn't bring you out of keto. Okay. Yeah. Okay. And then the days when you consume everything that you want to consume, what does that entail? So, first of all, the reason why I do the water fast is not only for the water fast. and not only for the insulin resistance or metabolic flexibility, it's also for something called autophagy, right?
23:49Where you clean your senescent cells, where you clean what they call zombie cells, right? Having, doing that methodically every week, like it's like every week a reset and a cleansing. You cleanse every, instead of buildup and suddenly it explodes and you become sick, you clean your system, right? So that's why, like, it's very important to understand why. Now, regarding what do I eat on the other four, two days? I eat everything that is high fat and high protein and low glycemic index fruits, which is blackberries. I love all types of cranberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries. The other thing is organs, which I checked your blood work, by the way.
24:29You definitely need organs. I'm supplementing with this. It's clearly not enough. So organs, definitely to make my iron. and we can talk about the iron myth, the anemia myth that no one actually has anemia. I can explain it to you. That has been scientifically proven in Oklahoma in 1981.
24:51So meat, minced meat, bone broth, bone marrow. I love bone marrow. And all types of fermented vegetables like sauerkrauts or pickles, but they need to be raw, right? They need to be raw. they need to be unprocessed, they need to be a la grandmother recipe right? And what, steamed? No, no, just raw you take the vegetables, you put it in water with salt and olive oil and some apple cider vinegar and just wait two weeks and boom, you have a... And you can digest that That will help you kill the bad microbe instead of taking probiotics that is the most natural way that will bring the balance in your guts, right?
25:35And makes you digest things better um will make you having more bowel movements and what are bowel movements are detox pathways right so you want to have if you don't having at least one ideally twice per day something there is talking to you you know and then when you suddenly get sick well it already told you this for a couple of years so that's usually my food it's it's very simple it's very repetitive sometimes in some countries i'll eat small fish like sardine mccreale or or herring not big fish because, again, of the accumulation of mercury and other toxins in bigger fish because they eat smaller fish.
26:11Algae sometimes are amazing. Like, a lot of people want omega-3 and 6s from fishes. Well, the bioavailability from algaes is much, much higher. Why? Because algaes has grown with us as humans, is the oldest actually vegetables on earth. It's algaes. So our body has adapted and the bioavailability of algaes is much higher. So these things usually are. Yeah, I got a taster when you hosted one of the events and then you threw a barbecue. Yeah. And everything was just like so delicious, all the meats, vegetables. And one of the hacks which I really liked was how you were talking about the importance of if you are going to consume the fruit, have the fruit first.
26:52Yes. The fruit after the main meal. And it makes so much sense because I would do this so many times at a beach club or even at a restaurant where I've already had like quite a lot of food and I'm, you know, I'm pretty full, but you know, you've got a sweet tooth and you want to have something healthy. So instead of having the naughty dessert, you have a fruit platter and then, you know, you're consuming a load of different fruits and then you just, you're so bloated and uncomfortable. Yes. What's the, what's the science behind that? The science is that fruits that get digested, not in your gut, but they go straight into your intestines.
27:24And when you have eaten first and your gut is full and then the fruit comes and it gets blocked, it starts to ferment much faster. The digestion of food usually takes 20 to 30 minutes. That's why I eat first fruits, wait 10, 15, 20 minutes, and then start my meal. And it's weird in restaurants to ask for the fruits plates first, right? But that's what I do, and yeah, people are used to it now. Yeah. And going back to your original question about not getting sick from food which is poisoned, what is a method you can use to combat that? I remember you said you consumed something that would absorb it.
28:00Oh, yes. Bentonite clay. So, yeah. There was a couple of times in my life that I ate something that made the whole table sick. And when I saw, okay, I feel something not going well there down. I drank a lot of bentonite clay with psyllium husk. And bentonite clay is a collator. It absorbs everything that it touches. Right? So it absorbed all the toxins that these times were fish that we ate that were not fresh. And I had zero, like no diarrhea, no vomiting, while the whole table the next day, they told us all the stories of the night with the toilet. Yeah. And I advise like as a first aid kit, have always bentonite clay and psyllium husk at home, especially if you have children, by the way.

28:48um so we talked a bit about food uh very quickly on sleep i know i don't want to bore people with talking about sleep is important yes we all know it's important but there was a particular routine which you stick to which is falling asleep at a specific time because it doesn't you know if you're the type of person that gets eight hours sleep there's a big difference between getting that eight hour sleep if you fall asleep for example 1 a.m versus falling asleep at 9 or 10 p.m So in February, one and a half year ago, we discovered that there is something called the glymphatic system. It was published in the science.
29:28And the glymphatic system, we always thought that liquid that holds your brain, we always thought it's something that just holding the brain has no function. But then we discovered actually that the glymphatic system is the system that takes all the toxins out of your brain, all the buildup of toxins during the day out of your brain, through your spine, through your detox organs, out of your body. And unfortunately, 80 % get activated between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. And that's why a lot of our patients, when they come to us, they say, no, I sleep eight hours, but yeah, I still wake up tired. Yes, because you are going at midnight or 1 a.m.
30:03and you haven't activated fully the glymphatic system. So my advice is always to go early to bed. And a lot of people that think they are a bear or a dolphin or I don't know what not animal. And they are night owls. We did also a study on that where we put people in the mountains without electricity. And after the second day, when their iPhone, iPads and computers stopped working because there was no electricity, everyone, including the night owls, slept between 9 and 9.30 p.m. We discovered that these people are not night owls. They are just hungering for no distraction. So instead of going until 2 a.m.
30:38hyper-focused, just wake up at 4, 5 a.m. and you'll have the same amount of no distraction. Yeah. Is that what you're doing? That's what I do. Wake up early, finish my work and start my day. How do you combat different time zones when you're traveling in the jet light? I have a protocol for that, which is high in vitamin C. When I land, I sport. Even if it's like 3 a.m., I exercise for 20 minutes. That will reset your hangover much faster. um yeah but sometimes you cannot avoid it and it's it is what it is yeah all right guys quick pause here i've got a question for you are you in shape are you not in shape is there work to do most likely if so i have the tool for you which is going to help you out massively it's the thirst app this is something which i personally use myself when it comes to my training and my nutrition i have all the programs in there which i use on a regular basis and for those who are just looking to lose a bit of body fat.
31:37The same thing goes for women as well. A lot of people don't realize that I used to coach for a large chunk of my life. So all of my coaching experience has been put inside of this app. I want you to learn as much as possible about how to get yourself in shape. There's exclusive videos in there telling you how to do it, how to execute exercises properly, the foods which I eat and a newly added nutrition section where you can track your meals and your daily macros. It is pretty much this pocket-sized version of myself which you're going to carry around with you all day every day so if there's something which might interest you which it definitely will do i highly suggest to check out links description head over to the thirst app get it downloaded you will not regret it let's crack on with the episode okay uh quickly want to talk about my blood works i've given you a load of my blood work from the past couple of years and then a little bit more in depth yes which the nurse came around yesterday yes sample so yeah where do we start with that yeah i'm gonna um read it like what are the things that we the good the bad and the ugly right it's interesting because i i never did my blood work until i think i got into my 30s like probably i think 30 or 31 was the first one i did and then after that it was like every four or five months because i feel like it was less of a thing to do now it's much more common there's more facilities there's more access to it um do you think there's a particular age when people should start doing it um to be honest to you i like always to say it's not only blood work it's a combination between blood work and symptoms right and that has to do with your the sensitivity of your receptors some person might be super optimal on 500 nanogram per decet testosterone for example another person they will start only feeling optimal when they have 800 or even 900 i had a patient that had 1200 only then he started to feel optimal so and that depends of your uh sensitivity of receptors and there is also a way to reset that but that's a whole different uh discussion regarding your blood work uh and what when to start that like ideally the earlier the better why especially if you're a woman because when we put women who are entering the perimenopause and menopause into a optimization program of their hormones and bhrt we actually would love to know how they were when they were in their 20s because that's their optimal hormone levels right so we will not know if we will have like a baseline you have a baseline then so ideally as young as possible and maybe once a year once every two years and then when you hit 30 35 you and i do it every year yeah right especially you know in the 21st century because as i said before 21st century problems need definitely 21st solutions and blood work and and prevention is the best way to do it yeah right and it's usually it can be a deficiency in something or a number of things which are causing these symptoms of you not feeling 100 yes like feeling tired exactly not making progress in the gym exactly erections less hard feeling lethargic or even sometimes so little that you actually don't feel it.
34:47Oh, did I have a bad day or am I actually like it every day? So if you test it, you will know it more. And sometimes it's not suddenly, it's having that chronic thing. Yeah. Right. So yeah, I would advise always every year. The thing is you want to definitely combine it with a functional doctor because most, there are a couple of things regarding blood work. First of all, the reference range. The reference range in 1950 has nothing to do with reference in 2025 or 2026. Why? Because the reference range today is based on a sick population. That's how they create the reference range. And that's not the optimal reference range.
35:22So you want to have a functional team that understands, and I say a team because there's no one doctor who knows everything, that understand these reference ranges and what are the optimal reference ranges and understand also how you react on medication and not tell you, hey, call me in six months because you need to know, hey, are you reacting on the peptides, on the hormones, on the stem cells, on all this range of biological compounds or supplements or is it taking much longer and you need to upgrade the dosage, right? So that's regarding blood work, let's say. Now, regarding your blood work, and today I'm gonna discuss it with the medical team and I told them, look, I'm not gonna tell you who this person is.
36:03Like we took out your name. I just want you to tell me, is this person taking exogenous hormonal compounds? Can be AGH, can be testosterone, can be steroids, can be synthetic, it can be bioidentical and they told that's funny they told me well i don't know if he's if this person is taking anything he's doing it in a shitty way because not only his total testosterone are not super optimal uh he's within the lab range which means he's definitely not injecting right uh no steroids no testosterone now you as a viewer if you receive the blood work of someone How do you know if someone actually is taking exogenous testosterone or steroids?
36:46Very simple. There are a couple of things that will show you that. LH, FSH. Now, LH and FSH, whenever you go on exogenous testosterone, your own production, the feedback loop to your brain tells the brain, hey, we are having exogenous testosterone. Let's stop producing that. That's number one. LH, FSH usually go to almost zero, right? Because you're not producing it. That's why a lot of people become infertile temporarily when they go on injections. Number two is your SHBG. The SHBG will go super low, right? That's in your case also not the case. So these three things and added the testosterone levels, your free and total testosterone, which are like not of someone that is optimized, right?
37:35They're just someone within the reference range. You're in a healthy reference range. So these three things are the biomarkers how we know someone is taking or not taking. What does optimized testosterone levels look like? So optimized testosterone levels are levels where you don't have any symptoms. Because as I said, we have patients that have 450, 500, and they feel amazing. And we have people that are 6, 7, 800, and they feel unoptimal. And that has to do with the receptor sensitivity, and it has to do with also many other things in their life. It has to do with magnesium level, by the way, in your case, super low magnesium.
38:17It has to do also with vitamin E. It has to do with the sun. It has to do with many other things. So if you feel the symptoms of low testosterone, which can be lethargic, it can be your training and your gaining muscles, it can be you're tired, It can be you feel this dip at 2, 3 p.m. during the day. It can be you wake up and you're still tired after seven, eight hours. There are many. It can be erection hardness. It can be erection length. It can be the amount of sperm and mortality. All these things will be affected by testosterone. Anything else of interest in that? So in your case, yeah. So your HDL, your cholesterol is quite good.
39:02triglycerides, very good. Your HDL levels could be a bit more optimized, which my advice is eating a bit more fat. Your cupper definitely could also be optimized. Yeah, it seems to have always been consistently low. Just eat for a week, every day, a half kilo of liver instead of meat, and then test it, and see if that will help or not. You would say that's better than supplementing with organ meat capsules. Yes, I believe that capsules will not give you the same amount of bioavailability of fresh, pure food, right? Especially if it comes from the right source. Because how many pills you have to take to get an organ, like a whole bottle every day?
39:42So again, with the organ meat, get it from a farm? Yes, 100%. From a farm, actually, and you want to know the animal even. Especially if it's liver, heart, organs, because it's a double sword, right? It can be super toxic, it can be super healthy. yeah and you don't you don't really get in that restaurants not gonna happen no no no that's why like to be honest yeah unfortunately it's not very popular to say i don't go out for restaurants and if i go with it like it's it's a whole like it's a half hour i want to see the bottle that you cook in it can you show me the but like it people just hate it when they go out with me so i just i can imagine yeah it was funny though but a lot of times when i eat out here i just feel terrible after and you end up spending so much money yeah like you may like it can be delicious but usually afterwards like i don't know i still feel good and the next day like you just feel like bloated and puffy exactly exactly and funny enough like even here in five star and not only in dubai by the way that's worldwide uh even in five star uh hotels and michelin star restaurants when i ask them can can i see like the the bottle and it says extra virgin olive oil and then you look carefully and it says mixed with sunflower seed oil why the heck would you mix something so holy as extra virgin olive oil with sunflower seed oils.
40:55So yeah, anyway, and the way they cook it and that salt they put it, it's iodine instead of sea salt. So it's just too much, for me, it's too much hassle to go out for dinner. So what else you can optimize? Definitely your zinc levels. Now zinc is a very, zinc, you don't want to have it too high, but definitely not too low. You want to have it optimal. And that's one of the theories that a lot of people come to me and say, no, I'm eating already supplements. I'm having already supplements. Supplements are nothing, there's nothing natural about supplements. That's something very important to understand.
41:27There is nothing, if it doesn't come from a tree, a plant or an animal, it's not natural. It's synthesized in a lab. It's created by a human. It's a drug. You can have kidney failure and get hospitalized by too much zinc or too much P12. So you definitely don't do that. So in your case, zinc is not optimal. I will do 5 to 10 milligram for two months and cycle that off. magnesium uh also definitely too low can be optimized 1500 milligram malate or 500 milligram uh biglucinates also um and and that's by the way something else like other people when i prescribe them peptides or hormones they said oh but i i should take this for life i said you're gonna take also magnesium for life you're gonna do also sonas for life you're gonna do ice bath for life you're gonna be also kind for life kind to your body for life right so it's it's yeah it's it's a weird way of thinking any deficiencies can potentially be sorted out by just eating the right things uh if it's the right source why because if a plant grew too fast if it has not given the right nutrients and the right my microbe it starts whatever is in your mouth and whatever is in your gut starts in the flora and fauna of the earth of the soil.
42:48If that soil is optimized for speed of growth, it means it will not absorb in a maximum way, in efficient way, the nutrients into that plant. And then you will eat that plant or the animal that you eat will eat that plant. And then you will be not optimized because of the whole chain of reactions. So that's why I said to you, there is an inflation in health because you have to think of so many things, from the blue lights to the foods, to the pesticides, to the shower gel like it's it's uh you have to be almost professor to be just normal yeah it's out of all the people that you have treated and seen have has there been any patients where they've had pretty good levels everything's been yes sweet yes and is that just because they've got their life dialed or is it because you've you've you've given them the right recommendations of things that they should be doing and changing uh yeah you so the people that okay there are there are three type of people.
43:41There are people that comes to us that want to optimize their health. They are already quite dialed in and they want to optimize their health. And usually how we optimize their health depends on their age is based on five fundaments. Sleep, gut, eliminations of toxins from your soft tissue and bones, hormones, and strength training. These are the five foundation. Usually they're already living outside a city. Usually they already have sources of clean food and clean air and clean water. And they just want to optimize because life is taking some things from them. Then we have a second group of people that are really on the other spectrum.
44:28They're super unhealthy and they don't even know where to start. And the first thing that I focus on is metabolic resets. Like just losing that physical fat that is around your organs, that's giving inflammation, and that will give you more energy, that will give you more brain power, that will make you look good, which will raise your confidence, which will raise your wow, I look good. It is kind of the mental part, it's an amazing, powerful tool that will cascade into everything. It's like a ripple effect into all your life. Right? So that's the second part. And then there's the third part, which is actually the most dangerous part, which is the people that come to to me and they tell me no no no i am already quite healthy you know and then i said that would have been me probably and i look at the blood work said hmm yeah okay interesting yeah so tell me more about about uh your symptoms no no i feel super i just want to optimize and with men it take me on average 35.2 minutes before they actually tell me the truth and open up women by the way they're from first seconds this is my problem this is my problem this is my problem and how can we fix it men takes a lot longer to go deeper men just like carry on with their life and yeah we are go-getters you know we are uh especially the high performers they're like they will just power through anything exactly fuck problems i don't have time to to be a pussy let's go for power for it but yeah if you're optimizing your health you want to be for a moment honest to yourself no i'm actually not optimal optimal so yeah okay moving on to uh supplements because we touched on it a little bit you have your views on it is there any supplements that are actually worth taking the i mean and of course it's going to be quite personalized as to what you know the the symptoms or the deficiencies that person has but is there any which you would recommend for most people yeah so it defend the as i said supplements are drugs right so you're not going to take drugs like that like chocolate so it's based on three pillars number pillar number one is your blood work yeah player number two is your symptoms and player number three is your goals do you want to have a six pack it's going to be very different if you're and run the marathon, or if you want to make your wife pregnant, or you're going to become pregnant, right?
46:31So these are the three rules, usually, that we craft a protocol with supplements. And then you have to find the right supplements, because there's a lot of bullshit online, right? So you want to also know the owner of that supplement brand and how upset he is with that brand. Yeah. Okay. I mean, is there any brands which you generally would say stay away from? I will not want to say which brand that is but I will just tell people use your common sense and do your research like you're putting something in your sperm like you have to think like that the supplements will end up in your sperm so if it's toxic it will end up there so it's not as simple as just looking at the price point and going okay well let me just go for the most expensive one you've got to no no no I know a lot of very very very expensive brands that are shit yeah but they have great marketing yeah yeah yeah well yeah that's that's the sorry state of the world at the moment yes The people who are the best at marketing tend to get the...
47:28Yes. So the magic is when you combine these two things together. When you're obsessed with the product and you hire the right great marketeers, right? And then you combine that. That's a magical marriage. Okay. And then peptides, because peptides is a trending topic at the moment. A lot of people get involved with them. I've done another podcast on peptides. So we'll kind of touch on the surface of it a little bit. Is there a particular age when people should start to consider... looking into peptides? Yes, yes. So this is a very funny question, a very important question, actually, because I get that a lot from a lot of biohackers and doctors and people.
48:04First of all, they tell me there is not enough, like how can you prescribe peptides to your patient? There is not enough research around it. I said, well, there is not enough English speaking research, English literature. There is 12 English, there is 41 ,000 Russian clinical and medical studies. That's interesting. Yes. So the reason why I go to Russia, well, that's one of the reasons to get educated. You want to always go to the source where the science has the longest history. When Canada and United States legalized cannabis, where did they go? They didn't go to Japan. They went to Amsterdam, to Netherlands, because that was where the most experience for decades was.
48:40So you always want to go to the source, right? That's number one. Number two, you don't start investing when you are old, right? You don't say, okay, I'll start investing when I'm a millionaire. I'll start being an entrepreneur when I'm a millionaire. No, you start investing as fast as possible, as soon as possible. Same with peptides, same with optimization of your body. You cannot do anti-aging well if you don't add peptides to your body. Why? Very simple. Your body already has around 230 ,000, 250 ,000 peptides. And what are peptides? Peptides are not building blocks. They don't build anything in your body.
49:18They are just messengers. They tell your body, hey, do something, repair something, optimize something. And when you get older, after the age of 25, that internal communication mechanism gets disturbed. It gets less optimal. So what was 100 % clear becomes 95, and then 90, and then 80. so the earlier you start with it the slower the decline the more you delay that decline right that's just my advice to everyone obviously again the source and the protocol uh is extremely important yeah i think the the most challenging thing for people and we're going to assume most people don't really know what the hell they're talking about so they will see all this stuff online the short form content talk about the benefits of one particular peptide and then there's another peptide for this, another peptide for that.
50:10And they're like, well, okay, I'll have some of this and some of this and some of this and some of this. And they just go and buy it all and then start just injecting themselves with no idea that there needs to be a specific protocol. You need to be aware that taking certain peptides at the same time is actually going to cause some damaging effects. Oh, there's many things. So there is, first the source. Let's start with the source. First, actually the type of peptides. There are three types of peptides. There are chemically synthesized peptides. There is biologically synthesized peptides. And there's organ-derived peptides.
50:37organ-derived only in Russia. They have chemically and biologically. 99 % of the products online are chemically synthesized. Nothing wrong with them if they are pharma-grade. If they are in a GMP lab with stability tests, purity tests, endotoxin tests, most tests online of non-pharma-grade are only, the COAs are only on purity. Purity doesn't mean anything. You also want stability tests, which are way more expensive. That's why research purposes companies don't use that because they are too expensive and unstable peptides is non-active peptides. You're injecting just very expensive insulin water.
51:18So we produce only biological peptides. Why? Because they are more potent and they have a longer life shelf. So that's why I prefer. And the difference in pricing, to be honest, is not that much. And if I'm going to inject, I don't even inject my dog with non-pharma-grade peptides. You should not inject it. And I have seen more and more a lot of hospitalizations from the wrong peptides. From the wrong peptides. And then the second pillar is the wrong protocol. Supplements that are negating the effect of peptides. Or peptide protocols that have been too long and they are desensitizing your own receptors.
52:00Or too short. Or not enough. Or too much. like it's a my concern is that there is lots of money to be made selling peptides so there are lots of influencers even doctors who are just gonna say some nonsense purely to sell more peptides without properly educating people about peptides and the potential damaging effects that that can have so advice to people listening just make sure that the person who you are listening to actually understands what they're talking about and is also transparent and not just trying to 100 % source and protocol. Like where did he get his education from? Like ask, ask for batch number, ask for, hey, who was your mentor?
52:41Okay, who was the mentor of your mentor? Like you want to go, this person's going to make you inject things in your body. You know, there's nothing more by available than injection. So you want to make sure. Especially like these fitness influencers who've literally just started looking into peptides for like a couple of weeks or months. And all of a sudden they're like selling them to people. Yeah. I much prefer to listen to someone who's actually dedicated a large chunk of their life to studying peptides and someone like you has actually gone to the source gone to russia and actually checked it out yeah why is russian i'm curious why did they just start so early actually um it has been in the 60s and 70s where they started uh doing the research in peptides and it was one guy that kind of coined the term and coined the research was dr kevinson was the um the private anti-aging doctor of Putin.
53:32The reason why Putin is so vibrant, you know, in his age, one of the reasons is definitely peptides. And he was one of the professors at the St. Petersburg University, and now there is Kevinson Institute. And he did a lot of research on immunity or immunology on oncology with peptides, right? Now peptides are being used for autistic children, for neurodegenerative, for Alzheimer's, for Parkinson, for they're now using in South Korea peptides to heal even that reverse diabetes type one. Imagine. Like, so peptides are very active bioactivators. And they, if you don't use them, like a lot of people say, oh, I'll use them just for a temporary time.
54:16Well, it can have a life effect. Like it's not something that just do something. It can't change your DNA. There are There are 7 ,200 type of peptides, right? The usual suspects are 40, 50. There's so many more peptides for so many more functions. So the reason is because Russia, until today, every pharmacy is selling peptides, while the United States is only just started 10 years ago with GLP-1s. Yeah. Right? So they just have a... And also, the obsession of Russian people, of Russian scientists with their knowledge is on another level. It's like, brother, if you compare scientists from Russia and scientists from the Western world, the scientists from Russia are way less distracted and are way more obsessed with their knowledge.
55:06Unfortunately, they suck in marketing, right? So they don't have the right way to market it. Obviously, I'm not talking about the sanction. Imagine the sanction doesn't exist. Even when they didn't have the sanction, they were not the best marketeers in creating distribution channels, in explaining to people where it is. Maybe it's a barrier language, maybe it's a cultural barrier. And Americans and Europeans and the Western part of the world are just much better in that. Yeah. Okay, interesting. In terms of biohacking equipment, because again, this has become more trending with the ice baths, the saunas, the pulsing electronic beds, you know, all these things.
55:49oxygen chambers, cryotherapy, what's your thoughts on them? Again, there have been some studies, but we're still in the early stages of seeing which ones are actually worth doing. Yes. So we use hyperbaric chamber for autistic children, for example, but we also use hyperbaric chamber when someone have a very high inflammation in his body, right? So it depends which pathology you have. It depends how fast you want to heal it. It depends of your lifestyle. It depends on many things. It depends if you're pregnant or not. It depends which type of injury. So you want to do it with the right protocol.
56:28And always, all these biohacking tools are an addendum, a layer above the foundation. There is no amount of ice bath and infrared sauna that will make your sleep go good if you are sleeping at 2am. So you want to do these five fundaments, which again are your gut, your sleep, your hormones, your strength training. And if you do these things, then you can add ice bath protocol. Then you can add infrared sauna protocol. Then you can add oxygen and ozone therapy and hyperbolic chambers and all these other things that definitely will give you a boost and even reverse some things. Like for example, when I was with Wim Hof and I stayed with him for three weeks in the mountains in Poland, we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, pizza.
57:19It was pizza and I still lost five kilo. Why? Because we were in ice bath the whole day, like morning, afternoon, lunch, dinner, in between. So yes, if you want to lose fat optimally, then you can have ice bath as an addendum to your normal foundational elements. And that can be a very superpower because most Most people don't have the time to do seven ice baths a day when I did it with Vimov. And then there is the protocols. Do you want to sleep deeper? There is a specific ice bath protocol. Do you want to build muscles? Then definitely no ice bath. You want to lose fat? Then definitely an ice bath.
58:02And by the way, you want to optimize your immunity? Microdose ice bath. One of the things a lot of people tell me, like, how is it possible you never get sick? Well, I use the hormesis principle. And it comes from actually studying toxins and toxicology in plants, where we give plants a microdose of toxins and they became stronger. So we analyzed that and we created an analogy with humans. So you wanna give micro, hormesis means micro stress. So you give, for example, ice bath, you give sauna, right? You give heavy strength training, fasting, right? All these are micro stressors, that will boost your immunity and will make you always, you know the saying, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger?
58:48Well, what gives you a little bit stress will make you stronger. So based on what you've kind of observed in my lifestyle and the blood work, is there any particular peptide or protocol that you would recommend for me? Let's just say, for example, my goal is just want to speed up recovery, perform best in the gym, optimize body composition. and I think recently just, you know, everybody knows when they wake up and they just feel great and they have a day where they're just full of energy, they're firing, the mood is boosted. I just want more days like that, to be honest. So my advice, I mean, when you say better body composition, I don't understand that part because you look already like a great thought.
59:33I'm a perfectionist, it's like, I want to better. Yeah, so there are definitely a lot of peptides that I would advise, independent of if you feel good or not good. Right? What are these? These are peptides that will lower any type of felt or unfelt inflammation. BPC157, orally, not only injection, orally, will focus on the gut, will focus on rebuilding the gut lining, will just make your gut much better. Right? So in oral form, in a clean oral form, BBC 157, amazing. BBC 157 combined with TB 500, which is kind of the most famous Wolverine stack, definitely also great for body composition, for repairing the joint, and especially if you add mobility and full range of motion exercise during that protocol.
1:00:25Very powerful, these two combined. If you're above 45, a lot of people come to me, they say to me, I've used epamodulin and CGC 1295, which is a growth hormone creator in your body, right? It tells your body to create more growth hormone. And they say, it doesn't work. I said, yes, it doesn't work because your growth hormone bank account is finished. So, and we said, peptides are just messengers so they tell your body create more growth hormone but they are empty. So what it does, what I advise someone who is 45 or 50 is microdosing HGH, human growth hormone, in a microdose. And there is a lot of misunderstanding around human growth hormone, which is a peptide also, which is a lot of people don't believe that they think it gives you cancer, and everything stands and falls with the dosage.
1:01:26I can kill you now with water. If you have to drink six liters of water in five minutes, big chance you'll die. You know, so everything is about the dosage and a microdose of my mother, who's 78, is microdosing AGH. Her brain power, her muscles, her bone density, her skin is better just because of AGH. So in your case, I will add definitely epithelon, one or two cycles of a week per year. And a lot of people who are watching this, they think a week, but don't you need to take it the whole year? No. Peptides, as I said, they are messengers. And because they're messengers, you take them for one week.
1:02:02But it's like cleaning your house. If you clean your house one day, the next day is not dirty. It keeps that effect for a while before it gets dirty again. And then you clean it again. Same with peptides. Some peptides, you can use them one week every year or one week every six months. And some, three months. Some even longer. Like insulin. Some people take insulin for their whole life. So it depends on the peptides. It depends on the pathology. Epitalon is an amazing peptide also. So, I mean, there are so many peptides I can tell you to take. We can go. Oh, we'll have another in-depth conversation off air about which ones I'll be taking.
1:02:36I'll be transparent with everyone as to like what it is that I'm taking because I feel like it's definitely worth talking about now. What are you taking at this moment? The only one that I'm not taking any apart from Dihexa. Okay. Oh, good. Because I was curious to see what I would do with my brain. Yeah. I think it's helped. Yeah. When I first started taking it, there was like, you kind of feel something going on. Yeah. And then, um, I think it was, I've been doing it for the 30 days and then we'll see after that. Yeah. Yeah. For brain, there is a DSIP that will make you sleep better and deeper.
1:03:07There is a, a C-Lank. There is C-Max. There is Cerebrosin, which actually is one of the only three peptides that you can take orally. Uh, there is KPV. That's also for your guts, which will affect your brain. There's so many things. It's the thing. Cause there isn't anything that's urgently screaming to me, Hey, this needs to be fixed. Like, the gym is working i kind of look the way that i want to look like i'm feeling good but sure i could feel better so now i'm curious as to just how do i optimize things how can i feel even better because i've realized after being ill for that period of time and with just what is required of me and you know the businesses i have and the content which i need to put out i just i can't afford to feel sleepy or not focused like i just i need for the moment i wake up i want to be operating to my best ability for the entire day yeah then when i go to bed i want to be lights out yeah you don't want to start working when you're bankrupt right you want to do it before immunity obviously gut like most of your immunity is creating the gut and then there is also another peptides called ta1 uh t-mesa alpha one that will boost your your immunity also which use we use it a lot with with kits and with the autoimmune disease patients yeah so yeah so i want to rapidly go through uh quite a lot of common household items that people would consume um which probably are not as healthy as they would think so we'll start off with these nut milks so milk alternatives the alpro almond milk soya milk things like that thoughts on that yes uh the problem is not actually with the almond milk or any type of nut milk um obviously soya milk i don't prefer it usually most of them are gmo and very estrogen um but the problem is that they add other things to it they add other things like seed oils they use emulsifiers they use other additives that that's the one that hurts you.
1:05:09If you want to have almond milk, buy the almond, put it in water for two nights, and then blend it with water. It's the cheapest way. It's super, you know it's clean and you know it's there. So if you like so much almond milk, you can do that. I prefer raw milk. And it's not supposed to taste super sweet. No, it's not supposed to. Now, you can put stevia, by the way. Funny enough, they tried to make it illegal stevia. It's 50 times sweeter than sugar with zero GI boost, right? So you can add stevia in your... So stevia's good. It's amazing, yeah. Because that was another one I had on the list, the sweeteners and the stevia.
1:05:44No, sweeteners is different than... Like, I will not do dextrose. I will not do all the other things. But stevia is a plant. It has... The taste is 50 times sweeter than sugar, but it has zero insulin spike. Okay, good. Sodas, in particular, Coke Zero. Because there's a lot of the fitness influencers saying that, hey, it's okay to have. like this is going to curb your appetite that's fine there's not enough aspartame in it for it to actually cause damage yes like to be honest with you there is there is one person one medical doctor in our team she explained that uh so well if you want i can record it and send it to you but the summary is that i prefer you drink full power coca coke than coca coca coca cola zero it's like that bad uh yeah the effect on uh your brain of the elements the compounds that are used to make a product zero is way worse than the the sugar in coca-cola so if you want to drink then drink coca-cola don't drink coca zero oh that's not good i love a good coke every now and then oh dear um bottled water yeah so i mean a lot of the bottled water is in plastic bottles unfortunately um i guess where possible you would say consume bottle from a glass yes but it would be better if at home you've got a filtration system yes like a reos moses with a with a pre-filter and it's that will be the best and you put it in your glass your own glass bottle because even they've tested a lot of glass bottles even the glass bottles have uh toxins some of them even more because of the caps yeah the metal caps the metal caps exactly that's one thing i've noticed about you is you you everywhere you go you've got your your bottled water yes and you have your electrolytes in it as well yes why is that well electrolytes because i sport a lot so i lose i lose a lot and i walk a lot so i lose a lot of uh like i sweat a lot so yeah you want to replenish that and also a lot of people think that you need to drink three four five liter of water per day that's the biggest bullshit that i've ever heard and i'll tell you the reason why why are we drinking water we're not drinking water for the water we're drinking water for the minerals in the water.
1:07:58And your grandfather and my grandfather didn't need to add electrolytes because the water from the river was full of minerals because it went from the mountains touching all the rocks and minerals and it got mineralized, right? Unfortunately, now it's so filtered, even the mineral water is filtered and there is just not enough minerals in it. So that's why I add my own electrolytes, which is by the way, 30 times cheaper than any electrolytes formula that most people are buying, which is potassium, sodium, and magnesium. And then you just... You just mix it every morning and that's it. Okay. Caffeine, your protocol when it comes to caffeine and coffee?
1:08:39I love caffeine. Yeah. A lot of people don't know, but caffeine is actually psychedelic. Yeah. Caffeine, when it's got found in, I think, Ethiopia or Eritrea, in that part of the world, they started the Arab Renaissance where calculus and algebra and watches and a lot of things got discovered. Same thing happened too when it got introduced in Europe, in the Western world, same thing happens here. So caffeine is amazing for many biological processes. But again, it's also the most sprayed crop in the world. It's also the crop with the most mold in the world. And nowadays, it also has the most microplastic.
1:09:24So you definitely want to have it from a clean source, not roasted for longer than three months ago and also from a bean and not from a capsule. Okay. And then what else do we have? I guess fruit, similar thing. Yeah, fruits. Look, fruits, low glycemic index fruits, as I said, all types of berries. I love them. the danger with fruits especially with berries, berries are sponges they will absorb any pesticides and herbicides you put on it so it needs definitely to be from a clean source or else don't touch it even if they're clean source I put them in baking soda for a half hour and you just have to think that the fruits that are nowadays in the supermarkets, not besides the fact that they are sprayed, is they are 10 to 50 times sweeter than 100, 150 years ago.
1:10:24So you need also to take that into account when you eat fruits. Yeah. And then mold. I think this is an underrated issue which people are not aware of and can be causing a lot of problems with your health. Yeah. So most mold is in coffee, air conditioning, red wine, and nuts. So you want to just be careful that it doesn't come from... And mold is actually a very, very dangerous neurotoxins because it is a very old virus, a fungi. So it grew with humanity much longer. So it has adapted to our biology and then it can hide in our brain, in our joint, in our gut. And then suddenly you get dementia or you get depression and you think it's depression.
1:11:11You get healed because of depression and you get depressive drugs and medication, but actually you just have mold, right? So, knowing how to test, knowing how to take out mold from your body is also very important. And also, every so often get the... Every month. Every month. Every month you need to double check, especially in humid places like Dubai, like Miami, like an area where there is a lot of humidity. Yeah. Okay. Because I would have thought it would have been like every six months or something. No, no, definitely not. Every month. Yeah. Okay, cool. so with everything that you have observed and you obviously see a lot of stuff behind the scenes where do you do you see everything going in the next like 10 to 15 years in the health wellness biohacking yes that's actually a very good question so i think the world is going in two paths similar similarly what i've seen what i'm seeing and is that the people are going are getting more interested in living like our great-grandfathers, more closer to nature, more closer to clean sources, more closer to plants and animals that are growing around them and they can know where they're coming from and what they are eating.
1:12:23That is one part. And then adding, which I called mother nature, and then adding father science to that foundation with peptides, with stem cells, immune stem cells and exosomes with things like uh chelation therapies and taking out the toxins that uh that unfortunately are everywhere nowadays so it's kind of a becoming a marriage between mother nature and father science that's what i'm seeing well it makes more sense like the the amount of these wellness hotels retreats and even the new apartment buildings which have been built here in dubai is that they're they seem to be a lot more spacious and like earthy more plants It's more natural because that's what people, they want.
1:13:04Yeah. And also, I think it's quite interesting, these new pieces of biohacking equipment that are coming out in particular, the one which I tried, the quantum scanner. Like that's, I think there was only one in the world. And it kind of makes sense to me that there's things that we can't fully explain yet, which science doesn't fully understand. Like the frequencies which we're emitting, and like the different frequencies that the organs are permitting, emitting, sorry. So where do you think that's going? Yeah, so that definitely, it's one of the most non-invasive testing machine. The Russians are very, very far with that, by the way.
1:13:49So there are many places where they use this, just not so much commercially. right but you will see more and more usage of this to to see hey what is happening into your body where is inflammation where is an organ or a cell that is not optimized because every part of your organ has a micro voltage right so that will definitely also become more mainstream in the coming 10-15 years unfortunately there is a delay the average delay is 17.2 years between something getting discovered on and going mainstream and that's the average some of the things even 20-30 years yeah it won't surprise me if we get to the point where we literally just walk into a clinic and just lie on a machine which will be able to tell us literally everything yes about our bodies what the problems are and then whether you're in the same machine or go to a different machine and you just get it all fixed exactly exactly yeah that's happening already yeah yeah cool so um where can people find you on socials if they want to learn more and um essentially work with you On Instagram, the Stoic Biohacker.
1:14:53Yeah. That's where you'll find me. Nice. And I look forward to you helping me out to optimize myself so I can be performing at my very best. With pleasure. Thank you. Thank you.
1:15:21Thank you.

Noah Laith (thestoicbiohacker) hasn't been sick in 23 years, and this conversation reveals why most people are doing backwards protocols that waste years, how to actually source clean food, and what fundamentals matter before any biohacking tools.
People try everything but miss the foundations. Learn why "organic" means nothing when a quarter of it tests positive for pesticides, how to find regenerative farms with farmers obsessed with quality, and why your gut is the first brain determining whether you get sick. The difference between top performers isn't talent—it's avoiding one sick day per year that destroys flow and training cycles.
