In short
Joel Dommett and Ben Shephard host a live “Comedy & Cream” event for their men’s skincare brand “Foreskin,” mixing stand-up, audience sampling, and charity. He had a clipboard so I trusted him. And halfway through he went, I'm just going to pop up for a second if you could just pop your top off. And for some reason when he said pop your top off, I heard pop your clothes off. That's just what I heard. This is genuinely true. So I took off all of my clothes. And I left my socks on, I'm not a monster, but I took off everything else. And he came back in the room. And the only way I could explain his reaction, it was like surprise, followed by absolute professionalism.
0:37He came back in the room, he went, oh, okay.
0:48For years, a deranged man in Wichita known as the poet stalked Ruth Finley. He sent her letters, gifts, and poems. The Wichita police put everything they had into Ruth's case, but got nowhere. The poet was always two steps in front of us, and we just didn't know why. And the city was already living in fear under the watch of another monster who called himself BTK. And he also had a thing for poetry. Could we really have two different people? But no one could have guessed how this would end. That's one of those Hitchcock endings that we did not expect. From Sony Music Entertainment and Newmetric Media, this is The Poet.
1:33I'm Rachel Brown. Coming July 1st to The Binge. Search for The Poet wherever you get your podcasts to start listening today. Subscribers to The Binge can listen to all episodes all at once, ad-free. Hello and welcome to The Businessmen. We're here. We're doing this. Welcome to our first comedy and cream night. Can I just take a moment, please? What? It's lovely to be beside you. Thank you. I have been on my own in the studio for quite a few weeks now. I'm so sorry. And I know you've been busy, but really, is Dutch that important? It's I, I'll be honest, I was supposed to come back a couple of weeks ago, but I'm really enjoying it.
2:12I just love the smell of tiny babies that are mine. Yeah. Well done for putting in the fact that it's yours or that you like. Well, it's lovely to see you. Thank you. And we are doing our first ever comedy and cream night. Yes, and it's very exciting. It's our first sampling event, essentially, and we're just trying to give our products to some people to go away and try. Let us know some feedback on what it's like, and hopefully we'll have lots of people coming back with lots of pointers. It feels incredible, doesn't it, that this crazy, silly idea that we had, well, we've been talking about it for well over a year and a half, but finally we're going to be in front of people and actually giving them some products.
2:51I absolutely can't wait. and they're getting one of these. Oh my gosh. It's a packet. Do you know like you should be on a school trip and you've got a really rubbish lunch? It's better than that. That looks like it's got a baby bell in it. It's better than that. It's got product in. It's got flyers in. It's got a picture of me on the front of men's house. Stop it, Ben. Stop it. In a sweaty room like this, it could cause problems. Oh my gosh. Should we see what the people make of our foreskin? Let's do it.
3:25Yes, yes. Welcome everybody to the first Foreskin event. Wonderful skin! This is very exciting. Thank you all so much for being a part of the first and potentially last. We'll see. If Scotland win tonight, it won't be the last million, lads. It feels appropriate in a sweaty room. This is very exciting. We don't really know what it is either. So it's going to be really great. We're going to have a lovely time. First of all, this is all for charity, which is a wonderful thing. Give yourselves a round of applause. We've raised lots of money for Mind. It's an incredible charity. So if you're wondering why we're here and what's going on, this is sort of, hopefully it's going to be a fun night for all of us.
4:16We're going to have a great time. We're going to do some sampling. Yes, we are. In our little bags, you're going to have, it's the first, well, it's the third sort of version of our sample, but it's the first time we've given it to real people. Thus, we had to get you to sign something. I promise you, we've been using it all week, so... How good do we live, by the way? I promise you, you won't come away with, like, you don't sign something going like, oh, I'm not going to have lesions or something like that. I, first of all, again, charity-wise, thank you very much for this. It's a brilliant charity.
4:54It's absolutely wonderful. Ben's a very charitable man, aren't you, Ben? I try to be. Hence working with you. Thank you. That's so true. We got together, basically, I was like, oh, really, I really, like, I love skincare. I know it's a weird thing to be, too. But I really think it's fascinating. And, but no one's going to trust me with a skincare brand. So I thought, who's the person who's the most trusted man in the entire country? Dermot wasn't available. And so... He's very busy. He's very busy. He only works one day a week. He works Saturdays too. And he does. Yeah, come on. He does radio as well.
5:31And honestly, I can't tell you how wonderful this whole process has been. It's been going on for about a year and a half, getting to this point where we're actually putting it on people's faces. And it's really... I know it's mental, but it's really exciting. Yeah. And the whole thing has been even more incredible for me because this is cheesy already, but I feel like I've made a friend in Ben Shepard. He's a good guy. He's a good... Because genuinely, in this industry, they're all... It's so nice. The bar is really low. Essentially is what you're saying, is the bar is really low. I feel like I found another son.
6:14Very dependent son in more ways than you can imagine. emotionally financially so Joel decided to go into business with somebody he felt like the nation would trust I decided to go into business with someone who got called wanking on the internet
6:32that's true it is true but then who's laughing now because we named the business Foreskin and he knows about Foreskin come on come on because people can genuinely see it on the internet if you don't know that's genuinely something that happened by the way he's had a couple of tools out of it as well a couple of tools out of it you can google it after the show although be careful what you google be really careful can I please tell you this is this about the wanking why have we got to wanking already I know I'm so sorry this was like having a business with me someone made a documentary because I was catfish basically and I found the funny side I made a whole stand up tour out of it but there's another guy who he I used to work with this is the thing, you know him right?
7:21I do know him and so he was on telly as well and he met me at like a tour show backstage and he was like I'm making a documentary about what happened to us and he was really serious and he set up the camera and I was like okay and he went okay so tell me about my name is Stacey this girl he went so how long were you talking to Stacey I was talking to her for about he was like I talked to her for about 18 months before I finally sort of trusted her enough to sort of to finally have Skype sex with her and he went Joel how long did you speak to Stacey honestly I had to say this is a broken man about 20 minutes and he was like honestly he was so broken you're a very good judge of character he took less than 20 minutes to sign up with me though
8:23The thing I love about Ben is Ben has the most incredible stories that he can't tell on television because he hosts this morning, right? And there's so many... Tell the woman, please. He literally just told me before the show this happened yesterday we have this amazing amazing uh couple that comes on the show called claire sis and she's blind she only can only see a tiny little bit and she's amazing so she comes into the kitchen we do we do the cooking it's really amazing and she she cooks for us and she's got all these appliances that talk to her to tell her the weight of things to tell her bits and pieces and she talks us through she's got names for them all and she's unbelievable she's so engaging and fantastic and a really brilliant uh cook and she made this amazing spaghetti bolognese and it gets to the end of it and Kat and I are eating it and I go, Claire, this is unbelievable.
9:13This is so great. Is there anything you can't do? And she just looked at me and went, I can't see.
9:21So I'm just a shit, really. It's so funny. But the best thing about this, right, this is why I love it. And Ben is so good at live telling. It's so brilliant. You don't realise how difficult it is, all the stuff that's going on, is that when something like that happens, you just have to go, yeah, yeah. And then carry on the show. Yeah. The carrier. No carrier. It's all right, no one noticed. No one noticed. They always noticed. It's like hosting the Middle Isle at Lidl. That's what hosting this morning is like. I remember once hosting it, and there was, this is something I read out loud to a million people, essentially.
9:53This is what it's like. I read out, I went, coming up after the break, we'll be speaking to a girl who almost died from a botched nose job, and I'll be learning how to poach an egg. Like, that's something that I said out loud. It's life, right? That's the best thing about it. It's a little bit of everything, a little bit of all the stuff we love. It's so fantastic. Listen, let's get skincare-y. Now, let's talk to somebody about what routines you do as skincare. Because genuinely, we're doing this because we're fascinated by you. There's a lot of men here and we are making this product for men or we're making it for women to buy for their men.
10:30A lot of guys have never really engaged with the world of skincare, looking after themselves. and actually it's about look after yourself now because in 20 or 30 years you will really be pleased you did and so we wanted to make it high performance, low effort is there something that me and you can do together that will find those men that haven't had a routine that aren't necessarily interested and would love a bit of our foreskin and you see what I mean the name never gets boring I mean I've got a feeling it might do after 55 minutes but genuinely shall we talk to them about how we came up with the name and then we'll talk to them about that.
11:05Oh, that's a great idea, yeah. Should we do that? Yeah, yeah, yeah. So how did that happen? Well, so we were going through, there's a few of the team in here and we were having a couple of sessions about what we were going to call the name, what we were going to call the brand and we were going to go, oh, maybe we could go with something that was about us, maybe we could go with something that was about skincare and then very late at night, one night, I was just going to bed, my phone pinged and it was a message from our creative director's wife, Charlotte, who's in the book. Me. She's there, she's there.
11:33Come on, Charlotte. Yes. Charlotte. And Charlotte just messaged me quite late at night, as she often does.
11:41And she said, I've got the name for the brand, Foreskin, I thank you. And I looked at it and I started laughing immediately. Could we actually call it Foreskin? And I thought, okay, but there's an irony to all of this. Because Charlotte and her husband, Russ, who's part of our team as well, they're Jewish. so I don't know why Charlotte was fixating on foreskin at the time and whether it was actually just an opportunity for her to have some we've never talked about this really where it came from I was thinking about you, Ben. Okay. I don't know why. I was just wondering if you have porfine. It's a question that is a good question.
12:29It's a good question. Ben. I do now have two tubes of it over here. It's understandable that Ben doesn't want to answer that question. It's absolutely fine. So what's... Sir, you're right next to me. You're right in the corner. It's very sweaty. I'm so sorry. I apologise. Just looking at you, you have a lot of skin.
12:52I hope that's okay to say. Do you have a routine? Do you use skincare? It's fine if you don't. It's fine if you do. I use Bulldog. Use Bulldog. Nice. Really good breath. You literally look like the Bulldog on the front. Yes. Use Bulldog. Amazing. Do you moisturise, cleanse? Moisturise. Bit of moisturiser. Mr. Moisturise. SPF? No. Oh, interesting. we know we've got a captive audience when someone said they don't use SPF and everyone was like oh interesting so that's really great so you moisturise and you cleanse and you do in the morning or the evening? No you don't cleanse you don't cleanse so you get away again this is something I find fascinating but you do look genuinely fantastic this guy's 85 he is morphing into a bulldog though i don't know what yes you do you do so that's really interesting because this there's some people here who i'm sure uh will be will be in um there'll be some people here who don't wash their face the men especially i'm pretty sure most women will do that um but there is there any men here who just don't wash their face before they go to bed it's fine if you again fine if you do see again your your wife is your wife or girlfriend is holding up your arm so you don't wash your face before you go to bed.
14:13And look, I'm not judging you at all, because I used to be one of these people. And how dirty is your pillow? Actually, should we ask you a why? Yes. Very. And you've got a beard as well. I'm telling you, man, honestly, once you start washing your beard, it feels weird to start off with because you're so used to a non-clean beard that when you start washing it, you're just going to be like, oh my god, I smell fantastic all the time. It's going to change your life. I can't wait. And this is kind of what we're going for. We're like, there's people that just don't do it and that's fine. Who else said that they didn't do anything?
14:54Any reason why you haven't done anything? What's the point? Good shout out. Because you don't feel like you can look any better? No, and that's okay. That's fair. I mean, that's fair. That's it. He's 25. There, there, there's no difference. and so you don't wash your face do you moisturise do you want to do anything like that no you don't moisturise you shave you shave so you exfoliate really and look there's no judgement at all it's a safe space for filthy people it's a safe space and to be honest we're about 20 minutes in we all need a bath together work along and it's going to feel like we're in a bath there's going to be a man with a hose outside and he's just going to Can I just stop this and pause this whole event for a second?
15:43Look how unbelievably sexy Ben's sweaty upper nave is. Look out. Have you ever seen anything? That guy, that was on Men's Health front of that magazine. Yes, take a photo of it, sir. Yes, take a photo of it. That's going to end up on the site that your video's off. Yes. Yeah, you know what? That's exactly the angle it was at. I haven't got a beanie on there, have I? Yeah, I was wearing a beanie. It was a whole thing. I couldn't have thought to put the beanie on. I couldn't have thought to put the beanie on. So I'm 41. I turned 41 last week. And thank you. Thank you. It doesn't look it. Thank you.
16:25I know, I know, I know. Because I'm so sweaty. Because I'm a horse kid. Yes, exactly. Thank you. Thank you. Ben's 51, so he's almost exactly 10 years older than me. and I feel like I'm starting to just get slightly older and starting to care about these things. I went for, can I do this story about when I went for a medical? You know this story? Oh, yes. Yes. So I went for a medical because these guys are quite close to us though. They're quite close. And he asked me all these questions, absolutely fine. I had a clipboard so I trusted him. And halfway through he went, I'm going to pop up for a second.
17:01If you could just pop me top off, I'll be back in a minute. And I was like, fine. And for some reason, when he said pop your top off, I heard pop your clothes off. That's just what I heard. This is genuinely true. So I took off all of my clothes. And I left my socks on. I'm not a monster. But I took off everything else. And I never forget. This is the thing I will never forget about this. How unbelievably confident I was in my decision. Just naked. Just on my phone. Just waiting for a man to come back. And he came back in the room. And the only way I could explain his reaction, it was like surprise.
17:35followed by absolute professionalism. He came back in the room, he went, oh. Okay.
17:47It was so... And this is the weird part. As soon as I saw the surprise in his eyes, it was like someone had pressed rewind in my life. It was like, I put a puppy on top. I was like, oh no, it was just the top. Of course it was just the top. And now there was obviously nothing I could do at this point. I can't at this point grab my jeans and be like, well, you shouldn't have winked at me. So I just carried on naked, and he knew I was supposed to be naked, I knew I was supposed to be naked. I was just, it was such a British... What was he checking? This is the thing, right? Your blood pressure. He was basically that.
18:23Genuinely, right? So he did all of the stuff you do with your top off, like he did a stethoscope, he did my blood pressure, he checked my spine and my lungs. Nothing but I'm half. I'm just naked. And then he goes, that's about it, that's it, we're done. And I was like, okay, and I stood up. I think he did this to make me feel better. He just lifted up my dick and put it back down, and that was it. That was it. It was like he was looking at keys. Yeah, it was a nice gesture. It was worth it for the lift and press. It was like he went to shake my hand and went, no, I'll do this. like he was looking for his keys now you can understand why foreskin is such a great name for it exactly exactly how do you feel as a 51 year old do you feel like you're do you feel at your age do you feel younger do you feel older I still feel like I'm the same age as my 21 year old son and his 19 year old friends I don't feel for a minute like I'm in my 50s the only reason I do is because you can't get out of bed quite as quickly and things break down and fall apart here and there but undoubtedly I value how I've looked after myself which was by chance because I was helped by a lot of amazing people and I'm very grateful for the work and effort that they put in to keep me young
19:53yeah I haven't told you this yet but I feel like this is a place to share this is absolutely fine. I went for a colonoscopy this week. Excellent. Yes, yes, right, in this weather.
20:09Again, we won't put this on socials. First of all, the guy was wearing a bow tie and I think that's unacceptable. It's a little eccentric. I think that's too much. Like he's enjoying the show biz part of it. Like it's going to spin at some point? I don't know. this is the worst part he kept on calling it my body that's unacceptable isn't it okay I'm glad you guys find it unacceptable as well that's fine that's fine but that's the kind of age I am I'm 41 now and I'm feeling like I'm having to do these sorts of things to look and so I've started to sort of care for my skin more I've started to sort of like the way that Ben looks after himself I'm like looking up to this guy to try my best to look like Ben Shepard when I'm 51 and this is the point of tonight is that you all in your bag have a cleanser and a moisturiser to take away today.
21:00You have a QR code on the bag. I know this feels all mental, but scan that. I want you to all use that cleanser and moisturiser for the next three to five days and tell us what you think about it. Should we have a little look at it now? Let's look at it now, Ben. Do you want to have a go? Let's go, go, go. If you take out your... Should we start with a cleanser? Let's go. Now, it is actually wet enough to foam this cleanser in this room. This is so perfect. It shouldn't be. But you'll find the cleanser. Let's get the cleanser. And we put it in a nice little dispensing pump. And just have a little...
21:34Put it on the back of your hand. And we'll start with fragrance. Think about the fragrance. Think about the fragrance. I can tell you what it is if you want, but if anyone can tell me. Do you like the fragrance? Is it the sort of fragrance you like? Is it too strong? How does that smell, David? Lemon-y, yes. Very light. Citrus. It's not heavy, yeah. It's not too sticky. Well, I mean, have a little go on it. What does everyone think? What does anyone think of the scent? What are you thinking? What is it, sorry? Masculine. Okay, Amy thinks masculine. Very masculine. Do you think it's too much? Like sparring.
22:15Okay, that's good. Do you like it? You like it? Yeah, yeah, exactly. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What about in the corner over here? Any scent feedback? good, nice, clean, fresh not too strong, right, okay we didn't want it to be too strong, can anyone tell me what the fragrance is?
22:34It's actually I mean we've absolutely ruined it, it's grapefruit guys, actually it doesn't have lemonade, it's bergamot grapefruit and petit grime theory, we've worked on how quickly it should lather which actually is probably not as quick as it would in this room right now so think about that when you get the feedback we've got the QR code and send your email get your feedback to us if you would like to because we'd love to get your sense of how you enjoy the experience putting it on would you like more lather would you like does it feel like it's cleaned your face our experience of using it is it cleans really nicely and actually feels really fresh on your face it's really light David you've used it for a few days David's used it for a week come on David David is a farmer by the way if you get a chance check out his Instagram pretty peonies He's pretty peonies.
23:24He is a peony farmer. And I promise you, he got the most amazing content. And he did some peonies for our son's birthday. They are beautiful. But his content's amazing. And then started following us, which is why he's here. Because his wife, Samantha, basically said he needs to sort his skin out. And you've been using it for a few days, David? Yeah, before that, I want to say once a day in the cheapest thing that is possible for 40 years. Right, OK. and so now my face does face smoother smoother what does that think it looks a lot brighter there you go this is good we thought I was better looking we're going to take these quotes and immediately put them on the website what I think is a shame when we put the quote on the website is that we can't have your beautiful my face is actually smoother it was beautiful thank you so much I have never been this hot I've run a marathon in a piranha costume that's another story of another day ok should we move on to the moisturizer move on to the moisturizer grab it out put it on the thing now I've got a warning with this one before you fully apply it the moisturizer you don't have to put it on your face now or anything but again for the next 3 to 5 days it's got a tiny bit of DHT in it which is basically a sort of tanning element It's a really small amount.
24:50That's a THC. A THC, sorry. THC. It's got weed in it, guys. We'd sell a lot more of it. So basically, it's a tanning agent, and it's a really small amount. But like, when I'm telling you, man, I'm just, I know this is mad for men to think, but me and Ben use it, and it's genuinely, it's life-changing. And I'm not even exaggerating. I use it every night, But you've got to be really careful on the edge of your hair because if you've got light hair, then it'll go slightly ginger. Unless you like a bit of ginger. Unless you like a sidewalk of ginger on your hair. So our Scottish friends, who, as we know, tend to be a little bit pale.
25:32I think you might really like this. Just warm your skin a little bit. Just a tad. And the thing is, it means when you wake up tomorrow morning having destroyed Morocco with a hellish hangover, you'll look in the mirror and you'll feel amazing because you look really warm and healthy. and you realise that women have kept this a secret for years. Yes. A little bit of fake tan goes a very long way. And this is what we feel like is our thing that we're going to bring to the male market that men are scared of. They're scared of like a slight... We're scared to call it a tin because I think men are going to be scared of the word tin.

26:05But genuinely, it makes you look so much better. A glow. It's a healthy glow. It's a glow. We like glow. It's very taboo, isn't it? And you know what? we're ready to break that taboo we are breaking taboos Ben Sheppard and Joel Dormit the two least taboo people on television are breaking a skin care taboo and what are your thoughts on the moisturiser, tell us, what's your vibe did you like it, did you like it? it's nice hopefully what's going to happen with all of this is that what I think men want a lot of the time, this is certainly what I want is I just want to be told what to do I just want someone to go like just do this this and this you f***ing dickhead and I'll be like yes great okay cool and that's hopefully what we're going to achieve right okay has anyone got any questions we'll do any questions for you and then we'll tell you what to do with your QR code and then we'll go home has anyone got any questions for me and Ben about anything about life about TV about skincare about climate change yes sir I'm a busy dad I don't have time so my routine is I give my kids a shower while they go to bed they drop their flannels on the floor put them to bed go back here hit the flannel up wash my face still got arse juice all over that's my secret but actually some of the dads they're nappered while they go to bed especially with young kids they're in their 13s and 14s and they just don't have time so it's making it accessible and making that understandable especially in that age range And I think one of the things that we've drilled down into is understanding, I mean, Joel's mid-arse juice face wipe right now.
27:46I've got a month old at home. With Wild Juice 2, I am still arse juice because mine keeps shitting all over the floor. And they're 21 and 19. But the simplicity is the thing that we've both drilled down into, is making sure it's really, really easy. and we want the high performance and the low effort and it's got to be effective. We want you all to feel like you're getting the benefit of it because if you try something and it doesn't do anything, you're like, I can't be bothered with that because we're asking you to add in a step where there isn't one previously. But I promise you, if you do try even one or two steps after a week or two weeks, you'll suddenly start seeing the difference.
28:25I feel like really, again, I don't want to get sort of too serious about it, but I've really only got properly serious into it over the last like two years and I look at photos of myself. The only reason I really properly got into it is I'm on telly a lot. And too much. And I'm fully aware of that. It's been said. It's been said a lot. Coming from me as well, by the way. Yeah, I know, right? Between the two of us, we've got the entire day f***ing zipped up. If anything bad happens in this room, IT is absolutely f***ed. But Dermot's quitting. Dermot is going to make a fortune. So I think genuinely it's made a real difference to me and as a new dad because I've done my first son's two and a half I immediately was like oh my god I can really see how tired I am I could just like hollow eyes I was really really and then so so Hannah my wife started me off on this and sort of just simple routine of this this this this and a lot of it just didn't really work for me because for women it needs a different thing because it doesn't matter if you're shiny because they then apply makeup and all this stuff afterwards and so just men just have different needs and so slowly but shortly I sort of figured out a routine that worked for me and I'm still figuring it out but over this process I've got Ben involved and and lots of other experts we've got this amazing expert called Angela who's brilliant who makes all of our products for us and she's just like an incredible like facial scientist she's amazing and so she helps us with all this stuff and then and goes off and makes it and brings it to us that we try it and we give it to you guys so um so hopefully again we're very much still in it we're still learning and hopefully we're passing that learning across to you as the community.
30:02And hopefully, you guys will want to come back if we do another one of these when it's not as f***ing hard. It's unbelievable in here, man. Sweltering. I feel like it's almost time to let you guys go. If there's one more question... They do look a bit like we're holding them hostage. Yes. It feels like we're above you as well. Go on then, you got a question? Yes. What makes your works different to other companies? What makes it better? Great question. it's a great question there's obviously so many products and it's really really difficult so so and often what happens is you obviously have a lot of um crossover with the ingredients that you're putting in with a lot of other people and um so what our sort of difference is that hopefully we're sort of willing to sort of stick our neck out i suppose as being the faces of the brand and then people hopefully might like us and trust us and be like oh you know what i'll use what they'll use and trust us with that thing.
30:55And also, we love the idea that it's got a slight tint in the moisturiser because we are really excited to slightly push men out of their comfort zone a little bit and push them to feel a little bit better. Like a standard moisturiser is great and we can put all that stuff in and it'd be amazing, but I don't feel like that's anything different for men. You know, you use Bulldog. There's some amazing products out there for men that are using it. We want to introduce product range to men who aren't using anything at the minute that maybe haven't found something that speaks to them, that's simple, that's effective, that has a bit of fun as well.
31:27We really want to have a bit of fun because I think if we can help people feel great about how they look in the morning, they can go off and be brilliant dads and brilliant husbands and brilliant boyfriends and brilliant partners and brilliant at work. And it does start with that part of it. It's why we partnered with Mind tonight because we understand the intrinsic link between how you feel connected to how you look. And if we can help people feel great about how they look, then hopefully they will feel better about how they feel as well. and they can go off and be brilliant versions of themselves.
31:54Woo! Woo!
31:58That is a tired clap, if ever I've heard of it. It means the world to us here, and I thank you for being a part of the start of all of it. Yes, yes, yes. And one more thing. Come on, Scotland! Come on, Scotland! Thank you all so much for coming. Thank you, everybody. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Go military. Go downstairs. Hydrate. Hydrate. Not just your skin.
32:28Well, there we go. We've done it. We deserve a beer. We've finished our comedy in Green Rite. It's finished. It's done. Joel. Left the room. It's the hottest I've ever been in my life. Thank you, man. That was really fun. It was loose, but fun, right? Am I allowed to say I just did some stand-up? I think you, genuinely, you were so funny. Tell them who was on before we came out. So I was on the night before. I was on the little slot before. There was a little gig before this in the same rooms. Why the room was so hot. No, no, no. Not just they know you. They like you. You're great, obviously. But who were you with?
33:00I was with Joe Wilkinson. Joe Blimmin Wilkinson. He was on. And Michelle Wolfe. Michelle flipping. And that exact same stage. Netflix special Wolfe. Ben Shepard headlined. That's what I'm talking about. Sweatlined. He sweatlined. Oh, man. That was really cool. Thank you. It was so fun. You sort of held my hands throughout it. but I felt like you held my hand. We held each other's hands. It wasn't your hand. Oh, okay. Like the doctor. Okay, yeah. Just a little lift. A slight lift. If you're going to have a medical, get naked. That's the moral of tonight's story. I've realized almost all of my stories involve me getting naked at some point or someone else getting naked.
33:35I'm with you on that. I think people really learn stuff about our brand. So look, we've done the first bit of testing. We're going to get some feedback. We will keep you across exactly where we are and what's happening with the brand. It's exciting times, though. It's really exciting times. I feel like we're at the start of, even though we've been talking about it for goddamn ages, I feel like we're at the start of it. So look, as lovely as it has been to see you, I know you're going back to the womb to sniff the babies. Oh, my God. Your babies. Look, I know it feels like I'm not at work with you, but it's a lot going on back home.
34:11Can I ask a question? has um has dutch the little fart in the bed yet and you've gone ah it's a dutch oven yeah yep how'd you find the body i headlined comedy that's why someone mentioned because i i talked to um bob morton on radio soon yes it was so amazing and i said oh my my new baby who's two weeks old is called dutch and um uh what would you call a newborn if you were to because he comes up with these amazing fans and he came up with something really funny it was really beautiful and all the uh the comments about the name of my son was so funny um and my favorite one because you know going dutch means you split of course yeah you split a bill right so one of the favorite comment went uh uh well to be fair they did split it both ways such a good joke i love going to steal you're going back to the family and looking after your children but I will be holding the business then fort uh so hopefully you will like and subscribe you'll be on YouTube you can watch a sweat to bits on YouTube I mean what a spectacular that's going to be but we will back next week with more brilliant people in the studio so thanks for listening we'll see you soon
