In short

A quick burnout self-screening exercise using a 0–10 rating across six burnout factors.

Guests

Chris Bailey, described as an author who created the two-minute exercise.

Key claims

Exhaustion is normal, but burnout can be identified by scoring workload, values, reward, control, fairness, and community; the overall score shows current stress level, while category-by-category scores reveal specific “pain points” to address strategically.

Notable examples

After two weeks working from home, someone might rate community as 8; workload might be rated 2 if tasks are manageable.
