This is a way to audit where you are. What are the things that are limiting you? What are the things that are calling you? And then to pursue them. If you look at your values, those are really your North Star. Looking at your abilities, some are innate, some are acquired. We list all of the things that we've had success with. We can see it as personal, professional, maybe even political. And then the third is desires, right?
