1:28Without trust, it's very hard to then get the other really productive elements that you want in a high performing team. So I think what you're really asking is in terms of rebuilding that trust, you kind of have to go back to the fundamentals. And if you know you had trust with that team beforehand, part of it is looking at what was the fabric of that trust. And my guess is they might need a little bit of time to really process through whatever it is that created the erosion of the trust. They might need to be listened to by you. And remember, I'm saying listen to not not being talked at. And you really being able to hold a space, for lack of a better term, where they're feeling like that trust is being rebuilt.
