In short
Episode 856 (“Chris & Jason”) is a wide-ranging hang covering Florida travel, Super Bowl halftime-show politics, and tech/AI and fashion culture.
Guests
Chris Black and Jason Stewart (hosts). They swap personal anecdotes (St. Augustine, Jacksonville dinners, poolside Florida life) and debate pop culture and consumer trends.
Key claims and arguments
They speculate about Turning Point’s planned Super Bowl halftime involvement, predicting it will be underproduced and politically reactionary, and joking about segregating Super Bowl viewing into “Bad Bunny” vs “American fare” rooms. They discuss Coors “Ultra/Pure”-style low-alcohol beer as a product that exists more for novelty than a real “flex.” They argue AI video tools like OpenAI Sora rely on granted face permissions and can be remixed, enabling realistic deepfakes (including blackmail-style misuse). They also debate “renting” designer fashion via dressing-room photo culture and whether designer tuxedo/suit branding is worth paying for.
Notable examples
St. Augustine nicknames (“ancient city/old city”); Coors Light/Coors Ultra; Bad Bunny; Turning Point; Zach Bryan and ICE controversy; Kid Rock; Sora deepfake demos; RealReal and “dressing room” photo scams; Benicio del Toro wearing a Cure “Disintegration” reprint; Timothy Chalamet promoting “Marty Supreme” with “Supreme”-like merch.

0:27Jason Stewart:oh i'm good i'm good i have all my beverages ready to go did a little dog walk this morning just praising this beautiful weather here in cali we're in the middle of summer now is it that hot during the day perfect weather no it's not it's like cooled down so now it's like 80 degrees and sunny and but it still has the autumnal glow and warmth but it's still you know you could go to the pool you know hey man if i had access to a pool i'd rather be there than where i am right now I mean, St. Augustine, Florida is if a whole city was a pool, though. That's not untrue. I went on Friday night. I've been living there four days, and now he's about to unk me.
1:07Jason Stewart:Tell me about it. Now, listen up, boy. Let me tell you about the history of St. Augustine. What is the name of St. Augustine, Florida that the locals use? Is there one? Well, I think it's affectionately referred to as the ancient city or the old city because it's been around since the beginning of time. Like in LA, like Palos Verdes, that's PV. Huntington Beach, I'm going to HB this weekend. Going to watch a helicopter crash. Nobody's like, I'm going to Augie. No one says I'm going to us. I mean, they might. They might. I haven't. I'm going down to the ancient city this weekend to drink Coors Light.
1:40Jason Stewart:I haven't spoken to a single person, so I don't really know. If there's a chamber of, I don't know, find a local, get back to me. I think it's going to be really important and add a lot of depth to your storytelling. while you're there yeah no i agree i agree i did go to i escaped friday night to jacksonville to visit i found out that one of one of my like oldest friends my like first boss basically uh her and her husband live in jacksonville and um so i went to have dinner at like a civilized restaurant with them um and it was so great to socialize with with my friends jim and christy i've known forever but they had this spread they had put in a pool and he had the crazy like woodworking shop in the back and i was like okay like you're making florida work for you i get it you have everything you need here but you brought up coors light and i didn't know there was there was a he we went into his garage fridge his his like you know his workshop fridge and i had seen i'd never seen this that there was a coors light that was lighter than light but not non-alcoholic oh are you familiar like coors ultra i yeah but it's in a can and he's like yeah you can drink 24 of these in a day and you like are tipsy and i was like oh i'd never seen that is it called coors pure maybe but i was just like how do we get how do we like just drink or don't drink my god what's the motherfucking like how do we do how do we get this far either grab and crack an athletic brewing or drink a fucking modello like a man this two percent alcohol like that's worse than Ghia.
3:16Yeah, I would say just drink a beer.
3:18Jason Stewart:Bragging about being able to drink 24 beers No, I don't think it was a brag. I think it was Not a brag. He was saying you could drink a case of this and you'll still not be blacked out drunk. I think it was more To me that sounds, it's not the flex you think it is. No, it was more of a like, I can't believe this product Depending on if you drink, I mean I guess I drink beer because it makes me feel good and then other people might drink beer because it's just what you're supposed to it's what a human would do in this scenario i think if you have a pool in florida it's definitely what a human would do in this scenario but i guess i think the discussion the discussion was more like i can't believe this product exists so i bought it yeah to try it and it's actually crazy that it's that it's just it's nothing it's almost it's to me it's more nothing than a non-alcoholic okay it's pure pure la croix flavor yeah yes i guess there is a coors seltzer as well but that's a fruit punch no this this looks like a regular ass beer like it looks like a classic Coors I mean there's definitely like a twist to the design to let it let you know it's for pussies but I I don't I don't remember which is cool because Coors they really have the whole market tapped they're like we have the no pun intended which is like intended we have the whole rocky tapped the obviously Coors Light might be you know one of the biggest selling beers of all time it's so big and then they're like let's do coors banquet like the little glass small bottle so we can look like we're you know something that role model would drink at ray's bar you know dude it's yeah it's so it's either you're next on the pool table you're either you're either in madison wisconsin or you're at ray's bar those are the two places that you can get that yeah you're right it's one of those like people that originally drank coors banquets that's just like oh that's the beer that is at my bar i drink it what do you mean and now they're like now it's a guy in a crop shirt tonight banquets with the boys now it's a guy in a crop shirt and a trucker being like let me get three actually they're so small yeah but there's but so it's the equivalent of being like camel cigarettes being like here's the ultra light pussy ass ones here's the menthol for the freaks and we got the you know we got the camel reds and we're gonna chew the filter off that's for the real dogs i mean i guess from a business standpoint why not cover all your bases i i get it from from the business standpoint of course i agree the same reason why the nfl is like let's why not have bad bunny on we already have crackers on deck let's go yeah we got yeah no it's true it's like and then for the last few years they've had the girls and the gays on deck with whatever the gaga's and the taylor swift's and everyone being there and now they're like let's get into the races i wonder if the real gays if the real gays would show up at the party just for the 15 minute halftime show and then leave right after?
6:08Like, do you think they're even willing to take in one minute of NFL action? Even if it's red zone? Like, do you think they're even like, I don't want these fucking nachos. I'm out of here.
6:19Jason Stewart:I think we're going to set, you know, like how Bergheim has multiple rooms. I think it's going to, Super Bowl parties are going to be like segregated now. Like, this is the gambler's lounge and it looks like the off track horse race betting room. You can smoke inside. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, there's certain restrictions going on in there, no children, things like that. And then there's like, we love football. And then there's, we're here for Bad Bunny to slay. Well, at my house this year, you know what we're going to be doing. We're going to have a two-room setup like you're talking about, kind of like when they would have the overflow room at a church that was too busy.
6:53So you've got to watch the sermon in the other room on the TV. We're going to have two TVs. We're going to have Bad Bunny with a Mexican spread in the main room. But then in the overflow room, we are going to have the turning point halftime show with some sort of McDonald's or barbecue or some sort of American fare. So that way I can kind of satiate all of my friends and family. I don't want anybody to feel left out.
7:20Jason Stewart:The halftime room, we got the lechon. We're smashing the mofongo. We're having the tostones. There's just everything. A lot of plantains are in play. And then the turning point room is we got Chick-fil-A, and then we got none of the ethnic sauces. No, no ethnic, no Polynesian sauce. That's for fucking sure. No, hell no. You got ketchup, and that's it. You got ketchup, Heinz ketchup. You got Heinz ketchup available, and maybe there's a couple of, I think there's a couple of leather-bound Bibles, just if you need to sort of read the scripture while you watch the performance. Yeah, if your colts need a little help from the big man upstairs, pick up a Bible, and you can do a direct line straight.
8:07Ain't no prize picks with God. Exactly, but everything in that room is American. I'm talking the furniture is going to be American-made. The beers are going to be brewed and bottled and canned. The pillows are from my pillow. Oh, you already know. There's no chairs, actually. We're sitting on pillows, namaste style, but we never get into that whack shit.
8:26Jason Stewart:And then the last one, a lot of houses will have a guard dog on duty, that kind of thing. They'll have an American bald eagle. If any one of those Puerto Ricans tries to come in here and get some of our - You're getting pecked. They're getting pecked at the very least, mister. You're getting fucking - Yeah, I'll have Molly Baz's brother, the Falconer, standing out in front with a bald eagle. Yeah, try getting him on Super Bowl Sunday. It's like six months in advance. having a having a bald eagle guard dog from my turning point halftime show viewing room is is making me feel like a florida resident through and through no no bald my eagle is not trained to only attack brown people i don't know why you get that idea in your head it's crazy it's crazy that you would think that i didn't i rented this guy for a day i have no previous relationship with this bald eagle but so we don't have any the problem with the turning point halftime show beyond obviously the implications and the reasoning is you know historically it's like when trump tries to play music he can't get anything good because no good musician wants to side with him right right you know so he's got the he's got the american pie guy they're claiming to do the one thing that they cannot do which is we hope that we figure it out yeah i just don't know who you're going to get that's not a fourth tier country artist or like a racist rapper one of my favorite genres of music you know this hopefully there's a poly market bet going on here i mean i would say kid rock has to be pretty high up on the call sheet for this right bob gets bread like i don't know if they can afford bob unless he was doing it at a discounted rate because he loves his country so much which is very possible but i think bob has done a lot of live performances for the conservative right wing over the last 10 years that we're not yeah but there's a you know he lives cheap over there in michigan i think bob is very rich and he definitely doesn't need the money and michigan is affordable depending on you know which which city and neighborhood but shout out to all of our michigan family when you play for a um like a fundraising purpose that's sort of like a thing that people do you know what i mean like it's When we talked to the armed about playing for Bernie, they knew up front they weren't getting paid.
10:45That crusty old motherfucker wasn't peeling off hundreds. I'm doing this for the cause. I'm doing it for the love, and I'm doing it for the social media content. Exactly, but we're doing the turning point halftime show that's sort of sad and isn't a fundraiser for any political candidate. It feels less appealing to give out the free performance is all I'm trying to say.
11:05Jason Stewart:Well, the very opening episode, I think the pilot episode of Silicon Valley, they're at a tech nerdy party somewhere in some mansion. And then out of nowhere, Kid Rock starts playing. I think it's going to be something like that. Kid Rock is going to come out. There's going to be some fireworks that they didn't do that good of a job. Even though fireworks are sort of, it is a right wing space in terms of the arts. It is. for theatrical arts. Yeah, if you would say figurative painting is liberal, then I would say the art of fireworks is the most... They're not going to get the guys who did Charlie's fireworks over there, down there in Sicily.
11:48It'll be a different group, but I'm very interested to see how sad and underproduced this Turning Point. And also, shout out to Turning Point, legendary hardcore band, for all of our listeners that are familiar with Turning Point. I'm sure they're going to have to put out a statement saying they don't condone this. They're not involved in this. Even though I'm sure they're high school English teachers now, they're still plugged in. They're paying attention.
12:13Jason Stewart:We're a New Jersey youth crew. I don't know why you guys think. No, exactly. I don't know why you would think. But yeah, it's a great thing to watch unfold because I think that oftentimes the Republican Party does stuff that they think is really revelatory. and like oh we're really bucking up against this liberal bullshit and it this this is going to fail so miserably and look so bad like it there's no way that they can pull this off it was not i don't think this was thought through at all before it was before it was announced it was it was a reactionary reaction we got to move quick they def i mean because they announced that they're doing it and then i right after that did a poll on their website saying like but seriously like what should we do but one of the questions being you know who should perform and one of the bullet points you could select was like anyone anything that's in english it's so good it's so good and also half of them not realizing puerto rico was a state is the is one of the best gifts we've ever gotten look it's a gray area okay it's like when the woman i can't remember who it was but there was like a john oliver clip of like someone being like well we just want an american performer the woman being like he's from puerto rico that is america and the woman's face just dropping like she got punched it was so good it's so funny but i'm i'm waiting to see the when the lineup when the lineup comes out we'll do a coachella style breakdown yeah it seems like an interesting like creative agency exercise like if if turning point called you if erica uh called you fighting back tears and saying like what are you thinking for this i mean should we get imogene is she gonna cd this like how is this gonna shake out in your mind can we make it brat is it too late for brat i feel like we could i mean i don't know a lot about her but i feel like tape mccray is on the table this episode of how long gone is brought to us by our friends at dart collective um i think we can all agree that wedding music is typically quite lame, cheesy, and it doesn't represent the bride and groom's personal music taste.
14:31Luckily, Dart works with actual musicians and artists, many of whom have their own productive careers or tour in bands you've heard of. Everyone from Leon Bridges to Taylor Swift. 15:01Jason Stewart:friends with michael from dart and i have worked with them for years uh i think the last time i did a big one we did the uh the sweet green wedding they set up a beautiful booth for the you know for the ceremony just some cocktail music some vinyl some cool vibes and then they set up a whole big tent with a crazy bumping sound system for me to play in later these guys are great a lot of people always ask me like hey you know do cool wedding djs exist do cool event people exist the cool part about dart is they'll work with people like me to come and dj your party as well as provide all the gear and all the consulting and all the all that stuff so if you don't know who to hire for your event dart collective is the one dart just like throwing a dart dash collective.com and uh ask for mike his email address is michael at dart dash collective.com tell them we sent you uh so if you have an event coming up this summer dart collective is where you go heat up your fourth of july at the home depot with our wide variety of grills under$300 and make every gathering one to remember.

17:07Just based on her name, just based on her name, I don't know anything about her, how she leans. And there are Republican gay people. She leans.
17:17Jason Stewart:She's a little bottom heavy.
17:22God damn it. I just, I don't know who, I just, it would be amazing if they could find one.
17:29Jason Stewart:Tame McCray is a, the more I'm marinating on that, great. Because it does offer a little bit of, we're pleasing everyone, you know? It's putting a little bit of everything in everyone's basket. I mean, and look, now that Zach Bryan has come out as anti-ice, he's off the table. And he was looking, I bet he was one of their first calls. Zach is having to scramble similar to Theo Vaughn, where he's like, all right, the joke isn't funny anymore kind of thing, you know? and he has to draw same thing with marjorie taylor green i mean i think she i think it was a little i think with zach bryan the genius of zach bryan is that he was uh for as a military veteran was still able to somehow walk the line where everybody was uh able to suspend disbelief about his political leanings either way because they liked his music so much you know what i mean like like liberals were like oh he's he's never said anything it's all good and then republicans were like he yeah i mean you know he served our country it's all it's all good and right he finally made a statement the difference with marjorie taylor green is she she made a lot of statements she made a lot of statements and she doesn't necessarily bring something to the table that anyone wants no there's no good song zach zach is a you know he's selling out you know stadiums and shit he offers a gift that people want liberal or republican or whatever marjorie is like hey i'm a I'm a super mom.
18:58Jason Stewart:I could do a bar hang for a little bit longer than you think I should for a woman in her low 50s. I'm a super mom with a Tahoe, and I can use a kettlebell. It's not the most compelling. If the lights are turned down low, I'm in the room, and Vince Neil's in the room. Tough to figure out where it's coming from. Yeah, she is giving a Vince Neal kind of – if Vince Neal hit the Mac counter a little too hard is kind of her vibe. But I agree. Because Vinny's already hitting the counter a decent amount. So it really is into the extra innings in terms of the foundation. That's what I mean. She's got her blender out, and she's going fucking crazy.
19:41But, yeah, I think that Zach has put himself in a dilly of a pickle. but at least he's on the right side of history because the ice thing is one of that that's going to we're going to look back on that as one of the stupidest and worst things this country has ever done you know it's like absolutely insane and embarrassing and i think it's it's so bad that even someone like zach can't help himself and it's like it's like if it's that bad you got to think about what you're doing if you're the u.s government if you're pissing off an army veteran who plays acoustic guitar in front of 100 ,000 rednecks, you've gone wrong.
20:18Jason Stewart:And also, it's cool to see somebody rise, go from whatever. I'm sure he's had issues with mental health and PTSD and substances and everything. Grow to a point where you are like, fuck, I'm an influential person and what I say matters and I have power. It's cool to see something happen on either side of the coin. And that's why. Even old Theo Vaughn's ass is like, no, wait here. Yeah, hold the fuck on. Plum, plum. But that's, I think that the, not that those guys were, you know, inner circle by any means or even outwardly supportive, but, you know, they, those types sort of being like, wait, hold on, is a, I think that a lot of people are saying, hey, hold on.
21:01Because all this stuff going on, it really does affect everyone. No, totally. And it's too stupid. Like, that's the whole thing. It's like, it gets to a point where even a stupid person is like, this is too stupid. and you got it when you get that far you got to figure out what the next move is yeah and zach bryant i i also think that he's you know once he stopped dating a podcaster things have only gone up something to something to consider i don't want to forgot the chicken fry right
21:25Jason Stewart:yeah yeah i mean obviously never get over the fact that this person's name is chicken fry i know it's it reminds me of when drewski dresses up as the white hillbilly yeah and like the And they're like, should we call this guy Chicken Fry? And they're like, no, it's actually too far. That's too much. You know what? Nah, the 10 white guys that are on the crew are like, nah, nah, nah. The human NASCAR parking lot, it's too far for that guy. Chicken Fry is sort of a Hoobastank vibe to me, where it's like, this is a decision you made and you stuck with it. It has the same amount of vowels and sort of sing-songy cadence as well.
22:01Jason Stewart:Chicken Fry, Hoobastank. But Hoobastank is a band, so it feels like even though it's diabolically bad, it's like, fine, all right, you're a band. When you're a single person, you're a single entity, and you're going by Chicken Fry as your last name. It's all on you. It's like, so, yeah, I mean, I know that we're called Alien Ant Farm, but the drummer's cousin came up with it when we first, and it was like, I didn't like it, but it was like four against one, and what am I going to do? We were 14, and we were in a garage in the Inland Empire, and this is what we came up with. And then we got signed.
22:36There's a little more plausible deniability with a band name. When you are a conscious adult and chicken fry, even if it's a nickname given to you, you can choose to let it stick. Yeah. You can rewrite the narrative. It makes Hawk Tua sound a bit dignified in comparison. Hawk Tua sounds like, yeah. Once you compare to Hawk Tua.
22:58Jason Stewart:What is that? Is that an artist? I'd collect their work. Hawk Tua is also, Tua is not a word. It's like a sound that they turned into a word, which makes it even more curious as a choice. It is the description of how a sound would maybe be spelled. That is less of a word. Yeah, it's less of a word, technically. It does feel like it has some roots in Maori culture or something. It could. I'm sure if we went deep on the word Tua, we could find some information that would free her. It's a small island off the coast of Kauai. But I don't think the blonde chick from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, did any research before she accepted the crown of Tua.
23:42Jason Stewart:I got a blessing from the Tua people, the indigenous land. Yeah, when I was studying abroad, I got blessed by the Tua people. No, I think that's us just really hoping for the best, and that's just not the case. but is Theo okay? I feel like I haven't checked in on him and you sound to be like you're maybe a little up on more up on he seems like he's leveled the plane out a little bit I mean he's still alive and his AI video creature is still releasing content so that's a positive sign you know we're not doing memorial posts we're not Diane Keaton him no sure RIP to Diane one of the greats he's smiling in photos Yeah, sure.
24:27Jason Stewart:Well, so am I. Actually, maybe he's not. Yeah. I don't – Man, he really looked like if Decatur Dan never made it out. It's so cool. I love the way he looks. I love that he has that haircut because I feel like him having that awful haircut has – he is the reason that that haircut is – he's the reason why every 20-year-old college student I see at the gym in San Augustine, Florida, has a zen and that haircut. He is more influential than we give him credit for. and I mean for better or worse but I think he's a lot more influential than maybe he's moved more Celsius than any open AI definitely influencer any Silicon Valley I finally saw some AI stuff that made me laugh and I liked it and it was the only funny thing on Saturday Night Live last night but there was a moment where Michael Che was like yeah look I don't remember what he said he was like yeah i used ai to create something as well and then it's a video of epstein and trump hanging out and then colin jost is there with them oh yeah and he's and he's like moving though it's like a video and i was like damn this all right this is pretty good this is fucking funny and it was scarily realistic i i will say as a person who hasn't really dipped their toe in these waters yeah um but i was i was like okay you know what some people are using this for good for good yeah i was listening to a podcast um that our friend pj vote did for for his pod he just did one about sora too and about how it's basically being turned into the new tiktok where instead of like filming yourself doing the thing you just type in and then say yes you can use my face oh and yes you can use chris's face and then it'll just make it and then you can just keep tweaking it until it's perfect okay so i i've seen these videos and i obviously i know the company to some extent but what is the so when you're you're giving it a quote-unquote prompt are you giving it pictures and shit or is it using just search results and text you're just you're just typing in but i'm saying i'm saying if i say if it says chris black or jason stewart because there's enough pictures of us on the internet it's easy for them to composite something No, you actually, they have it worked out.
26:42Jason Stewart:And also, sorry to all the people who actually know all this stuff. I clearly have used it for 30 seconds. So we're feeling around in the dark. I'm not apologizing to any of you fucking losers. If you want to listen, this is your problem now. Every person has to grant authorization. It's the same thing as like your permissions on other apps. We're like your Google Doc. Anyone with the link can use it. Close friends only. everyone in the world only i can use it nobody can use it sure and then based on whatever that is so i could say like hey chris black has granted you access to his face and so if i want to make a video of you and i figure skating or whatever it may be i'm able to do that great okay so you grant you grant it permission uh and then it does its thing it does its thing and usually it probably looks bad and then you have to keep kind of shaving it and tweaking it much like uh let's say a sculpture you know you you just slowly whack away at it until it finally looks believable and then you use it to blackmail someone or whatever fake your own death sure all the good stuff once it gets to that level of believability i'm not once again i'll probably uh put this off until I absolutely have to.
28:00Jason Stewart:I don't really ever see a world where you are going to create your own text-to-video content for your social media. And then also, when you upload this video to Sora, you can grant access if people are allowed to remix it or use it or whatever. But I've seen people posting them because it has the Sora logo burned into the bottom. Yeah, probably. I don't know about that, actually. I think they're missing out on a revenue stream. If you pay a little extra, get that logo burned out, then people really don't know if it's real or not. I have a feeling that you're not the first person to think of that dope idea.
28:38Hey, man. Look, maybe I'm just adding fuel to the fire myself then. I'm sure the good people over at Sora are listening to the show. I know we have a real stronghold on the Silicon Valley community.
28:49Jason Stewart:My Sorites. Yeah, I mean, I guess if you are a Sora master, if i let me know send me a dm or whatever if i create a video am i able to upload my own audio like can i take a clip of chris and i talking on this podcast upload it to sora and then create a video of that have chris and i be wearing whatever we want to be wearing yeah that sounds fun i could finally play dress up in the way that i've always wanted to with low commitment and no credit card and sample size finally god damn it don't even bring that up don't even bring you can get a waist that starts with a two and not a three only on sorry there's that there's that tweet that jake wolf posted this like just sort of hilarious breakdown of i mean not purposely hilarious but like a sort of like serious breakdown of the row jeans i don't know if you've seen this and it's like they're they're eight or ninety dollars but you know they're handcrafted and the artesian you know blah blah blah and people are just going fucking crazy and it's so fucking funny to me how viral it's gone and how it's basically like men need to stop like you guys gotta fucking chill and like i i think that jake is a good example of someone who's made a pretty healthy career out of talking like that and there's a huge market for it and i sort of forget that like you also gotta get clowns sometimes if you care about anything too much yeah you know look at my Look at our comment section.
30:19Jason Stewart:We got clowned like a motherfucker. I forget that everybody sees everything, and people who don't care about this are like, bro, shut up. You need to get a life. And it's like everybody has a get a life thing. And we all also all need a bop on the nose at some point. We all need to come back down to planet Earth if we're flying high on social media world for too long. I also, though, it made me think about this, and I realize that it's probably more true with men, but I feel like people are taking pictures in the dressing room and sort of passing it off like they own it. And I don't, you know, this ain't rent the runway out here.
31:01If you're going to talk about it, you got to be about it.
31:04Jason Stewart:I think it is. I think we are. It is a little rent the runway. It's, you know, getting into, this is Groupon type shit, but do you think that if this gains popularity and becomes an actual issue are we gonna have to start setting up a ban no phones in the dressing room i mean or are they gonna or can they um you know incentivize it or like make it actually like you go in and there's a mirror that will take pictures for you while you're wearing the celine leather jacket that you can afford i think they have that it costs 10 bucks or whatever i think they have something like that at um reformation i think there's something like that that exists but i'm saying at the road what if they made it for clothes that uh people actually were aspiring to wear though i mean reformation is doing very well no shade to ref but i mean like stuff that you can't afford like you can rent a room you can rent a dressing room go online and pre-select all of your chanel and hermese and all this stuff that you could never ever wear and afford charge it by the hour you can take as many outfit picks in these clothes as you want if you stain it rip it or break it you bought it otherwise crank it out 100 bucks an hour i mean i think yes but i also think it would be too easy to tell sharks come find me that you're doing that and then it's embarrassing like oh no one will care no one will care anymore i don't think that would ever i don't know i mean at the because it's like hey we just want to see what my body looks like in clothes and if the only thing i do in the world is take photos of myself in different outfits then yeah that's true i mean you know we're already the shark has been jumping when you're at the when you're at places like the row the giveaway is that most people don't have you know an eight thousand dollar chair where they throw their their underwear on to try on a skirt you know what i'm saying or whatever there is but but Maybe that's only for the discerning eye.

33:03People could have fakes, I guess. But yeah, you're kind of up to something there because I think people will... I mean, I guess there's also the people who buy stuff where it wants and return it. That's still a thing that people do. I just feel like that's so much work. I mean, you can't really do that with actual designer clothing. I think they're a little onto the scam.
33:24Jason Stewart:Well, yeah. I mean, you could do it. You could still do it. I can buy a$900 leather shirt and wear it on the red carpet and then go into the reel-reel and say, oh, it actually was a little short in the sleeves. They're like, sir, this smells like cigarettes, and you sweat through it all the way through. It's still damp, sir. I didn't think about that part. That's a good thing to consider. Well, that's the whole point. Even when you're starting, you have to return something. It's always a whole thing because it has to be dry cleaned. because it does, even one wear, especially on a night out, it's going to catch some smells.
33:59Jason Stewart:But that's the angle that I'm going to go on the RealReal Love, my RealReal family. If it's already vintage used garments, then it won't appear brand new. Oh, the RealReal doesn't give a fuck. They're selling whatever. I mean, they don't give a fuck. They're selling whatever they put it on the fucking... They'll do anything. So I don't think... I'm not concerned. The RealReal could work. I think that... I think they'd be like, oh, everything smells like cigarettes, whatever. Yeah, the same way that this dressing room idea should work, the RealReal should have a separate section for studio pulls where it's just a rental fee, just get it over with.
34:35Jason Stewart:But I love dry cleaning. I would totally do that. If I was like, oh, I really want this fucking amazing thing for the GQ man of the year next month, but it costs$4 ,000, I would rent it for$200 for a day. I just don't think I, I think, no, I totally, I think most people would. I just don't know if I care that much. Like, I don't like statement clothing that much. And I feel like that would only be the occasion where you're like, oh, I would never wear these yellow pants again. But they're perfect for this. Whereas if it's like a suit, I'm just going to buy it because I'll wear it a bunch. Yeah, of course.
35:09Like, I have to finally buy a tuxedo.
35:11Jason Stewart:Well, you know, get campy with it sometimes, Chris. You got to get campy with it. I do not actually have to get campy with it. Just be random, bro. Stop being so normal. Be rando. I'm buying a tuxedo. I got to buy one for Matt's wedding. I feel like it's overdue, but I don't really know exactly where to go or what to do yet. Chris, just talk to my good people over at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills. Do you think Tom Ford makes a good tux? No. No? Everyone knows that unexplainable it factor. That smile that lights up a room. That wow. Well, it doesn't happen by itself. There's chemistry behind the charisma.

Prices are based on rating plans that vary by state. Coverage options are selected by the customer. Availability, amount of discounts and savings, and eligibility vary by state. i don't want design i only want suits and shoes made by people that only make you want a little evan canory tuxedo no fuck no what do you want i don't want an evan can i don't want a tuxedo made out of like a black knapsack but i do somewhere in between that and a tom ford talk who doesn't like it no i feel like traditional chris is not having a problem with tom no tom tom no tom ford tuxes are a little fussy i would say i mean you can find the right one but like why would you if you're gonna get tuxedo you should get it from i don't know jay muser or ralph lauren or even sid or i don't know like i i just don't think that's like a designer item if that makes sense do you see what i'm saying i see what i'm saying penny loafers i'm gonna buy them from someone who's been making penny loafers for a hundred years like i'm not gonna buy prada loafers that have a stacked heel i'm gonna buy jm weston or john lob or something that's like that's what they do but i'm saying there's a spectrum and the you know the armanis and the tom fords and the the designer tuxedos and suits they make the crazy shit crazy lapels wild cuts blah blah blah too fashiony that you're not going to wear but they all they also make just the standard classic black tux that leo's going to wear on the red carpet you know but you're paying you're paying uh a large extra fee for that same quote-unquote traditional tux because of who it is you know what i'm saying smell like broken here no i just there's just things that people get brainwashed into buying and it's stupid like wearing a tom ford suit is joe budden shit like that's that's like some new that's some like new money it'll look good like it it will look not on him my tuxedo is tom ford so i feel a little but it looks good on you it looks i'm saying it looks good yeah because i got the regular one that you couldn't tell what brand it is.
38:54Jason Stewart:It's just a good tuxedo. Classic. But you like telling people... Fastball down the middle. No, because you like telling people it's Tom Ford. I'm not a Ford junkie like that. No, you're not. You're not. I find Tom Ford... I think the stuff that you see on a daily basis is exactly what you're talking about. It's like, why does the lapel look like that? Yeah. You know what I mean? But you know how to pick them, Chris. You know that every... All these brands... We got a dozen different tuxedo styles. You pick the one that's Chris. I could pick the tux out of a lineup that you're going to pick. It's not that hard no no i don't think it's that hard but i think it's like something you want to buy once because you don't wear it that often of course you know what i'm saying like you don't want to like i have 20 suits in my closet and and i wear three of them but with a tuxedo you have one and you wear one you know then the footwear is tough you know what i mean because i really like the the slippers the opera the opera shoe yeah i like the opera shoe but that's also twinkle toes shit it's tough it's uh yeah because you either if you were in the opera shoe uh i guess a little bit more of a a slight man it works well with them otherwise you just kind of look like lebron james wearing like burgundy velvet slipper it gets into it makes you look a little it gets into like tunnel fit it gets into exactly you can go that's the problem with all this shit that's what i'm saying man any designer it can go tunnel fits real quick if you fuck up yeah one wrong move and you're going tunnel fits that's a really good way to put it or just like the way your body looks that you have no control over whatsoever you know like it just works for some bodies and it doesn't work for other bodies true that's true but this is something i'll i will happen but also i don't it's like a time thing too it takes some time to get this like suits take longer than i i i always forget how long it takes i guess well we can get a nice rush job over for you at neiman marcus beverly hills chris We'll talk off.
40:42Jason Stewart:I mean, without, don't worry. The last, last, one of the best experiences of my life was wearing that Ralph Lauren tuxedo and Beverly hooking me up with that tailor who came to my house at eight o 'clock at night. And it was ready the next day. All right. That was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I was like, whatever this cost, I will pay for it. I feel this makes me feel very special in a way that most things do not. You felt like Katy Perry backstage in Las Vegas, didn't you? I mean, I don't know. katie perry feel like she getting her little booty grab by the xpm is what katie perry feel like katie perry got trudeau fingers all over her ass she don't know yeah what happened with all that they got there's like some classic like i guess a bunch of bad stuff yacht photos of of them on holiday hugged up classic classic fella grabbing the ass during the hug move you know which is a But I mean, no matter if you're the leader of a country or the leader of a gas station chain, you're doing that.
41:38You know, that's one thing all fellas can agree on.
41:42Jason Stewart:Yeah. And they can also bond over the fact that they've both done blackface probably, right? That's true. And that's a big – because like on the hinge profile, like, yeah, you're awesome, Justin. But like there's like a bunch of photos of you in blackface. And that's kind of – I don't know if I can come back from that. and then he feels weird telling katie that on the first date and she's like honey and then she pulls up the photo yeah lauren hill 1999 i was lauren hill do you know what i do you know what i've been through i dressed him like lauren hill and my my ex-husband who is a hotter version of you was photographed hog out on a paddleboard so i'm i've lived through it all baby i've had hit i've had ups and downs it's no problem it's no problem at all for us to get through this i just saw those pictures this it was like this morning i saw that it's funny because i think people were sort of thought it was a you know i i think they were trying to say it was like a business meeting you know because it was in when she was on tour in montreal so it was they had some they had some uh gray area but when you're on the when you're in sardinia on the yacht it's tough it's tough to it's different international uh relations yeah yeah once you go on holiday like that it's it's tough to beat the charges it's tough the charges i just googled orlando bloom halloween costume and uh i think during covid katie dressed up as a covid vaccination and he was a covid doctor oh my god oh that's that's that's worse than lauren hill uh in a lot of ways that's crazy i mean i would imagine because it's katie perry and she was probably going to a Hollywood-level masked and vaxxed party.
43:24Jason Stewart:N95 is your blackface, is what you're saying. Yeah. This feels like it was at least done by professional Hollywood-level costume. Oh, yeah, yeah. It's all custom. This ain't some Amazon shit. This is nice costume. No, no, no. This is Heidi Klum level. She threw about 2 ,800 at this. Not an insult. non-derogatory imagine no i'm saying imagine being a multi-millionaire pop star it's sort of expected that you're going to spend up to five thousand dollars on a halloween costume and that's not stupid that's just totally like what people do in your world especially in 2025 to not ever even leave the house with it like chrissy tegan is going to spend five thousand dollars on her halloween costume take pictures with her and her dog and her kid in her kitchen and then you know eat a lasagna in her pajamas 45 minutes after and then just to get the picture i saw a couple of pictures i saw a couple of pictures of her recently and i she ain't been skipping lasagnas that's the neither neither have i brother i'd love a lasagna that's no ct come on the pod no shade no shade there was a tweet going around of people very excited about Benicio del Toro wearing a shirt, the Cure t-shirt Disintegration?
44:47Yeah, I'm not familiar with Benicio's musical taste, people are saying he's got great tastes, you know, he likes the replacements and 9-inch nails, okay cool bro I have the same musical knowledge of a man
45:00Jason Stewart:in 8th grade Yeah, like, oh wow, Sonic Youth that's crazy that's how little we expect from actors though you know I discovered this band called Can it's uh yeah it's called Can I know it's crazy like I'm sure Michael Cera listens to Disembodied but like I'm not I'm still not gonna be impressed La Musica de Stilidan are you familiar with this local group I'm making him too Latino I know he sounds he probably sounds like this yeah he sounds more like I smoked a pack he looks like If Leonardo continues on a dark path, him and Leo look almost the same, just like the homeless version of Leo. Leo's one mustache and mesh hat away.
45:49But Benicio's wearing a disintegration shirt, arguably the greatest cure album, one of my Hall of Famers. And a few people have pointed out from my vintage t-shirt community that this is a reprint. So I just want to be clear, he's got on respect to Benicio for liking the right Cure album, but it is a reprint, so it is a Hot Topic t-shirt, just to be clear. And I know that's something that you hate to see, Jason.
46:18Jason Stewart:Of course, because if you really, I mean, but he's an actor, so I guess we'll give him some leeway here. If he'd be cooler if he was wearing a leeway shirt, vintage. but it sort of separates the fakes from the reels. You know what I mean? Like our good friend Eben, he would never wear a reprint Cure t-shirt, especially in press. He's going to go and pull out the$378 vintage tee from his closet and flex on these hoes, especially if you're Benicio. Benicio got banned. I hate to say this, and it pains me to give Travis Scott credit. But even Travis Scott knows to pay the stylist to get the avail shirt.
47:08So he can, you know, even he, like Benicio Del Toro, I mean, there's no way he's picking out his own pants. Like this guy, I'm sure this guy hasn't lifted a finger unless it's to like work on his motorcycle in a decade. So you might as well. But if a stylist, if you're paying a stylist and they bring you a reprint, that stylist has to be fired. That stylist has to be fired.
47:27Jason Stewart:He probably was like, damn, this album is actually really good. And he bought it on Amazon and just showed up. That's also, I mean, he might care very little about how he looks, which is also cool for a guy that's that rich and famous. So it could go either way. Yeah, but to me that has like that great Hollywood feel from his generation because he's kind of old now. He's got to be mid-50s. He used to be like a really hot guy. And he was probably thriving in like the late 90s, early 2000s. very like kind of entourage-y vibe so he just found out about all these cool bands and you know back then he was like wearing a jesus is my homeboy shirt like a trucker hat that says porn like whatever his friend like yeah hey wear this hat it's for my new like wakeboarding line and he's like dope sick like just don't care i'm just a cool hot guy i wear whatever i want i wear clothes that people give me i don't think about it that and that is the most powerful he's just graduating into like the high school style band dressing that is the most powerful thing that you can be as a man like so hot what's that so hot that you can wear jesus is my homeboy shirt and it doesn't matter no one looks no one looks at you any differently that is power oh you're not gonna you're not gonna fuck that's what i thought that's fine that's fine i so timothy chalamet has been out promoting this ping pong movie and he's been he's been wearing marty supreme is the name of the movie um and he's been wearing like i i wouldn't even say merch i would say he's wearing clothing from like that says marty supreme so there's sort of like a silhouetted ping pong player that he wore on a hat but then yesterday he was wearing like a almost nascar style zip up jacket that said marty supreme and then the zipper pull was a was the same silhouette of the ping pong player.
49:22And I think that it feels like it could be actual Supreme. I just can't decide if they would do that to promote a Safdie Brothers movie because I feel like they might at this point.
49:32Jason Stewart:I mean, it would make sense. It looks Supreme-y. You can definitely already buy it, like reprints of it online. But I guess the question is, is it an A24 merch piece or is it a Supreme collaboration? We'll have to find out. Taylor McNeil, if you're listening, please tell me. Please let me know. This feels A24 in-house. It feels like they've got a reference image of a cool old shirt or jacket or something like that at a vintage shop or on Etsy or in an Italian gift shop. This is what Supreme does now. This is the kind of shit they make. Absolutely, absolutely. An ugly ass NASCAR inspired fucking Vanson leathers jacket is like, just strike down the middle.
50:17But I'm interested to see because I think it would be a pretty big coup if the Safdie. Yeah, if they were able to get Supreme to promote a new movie, you know? Yeah. Like obviously Supreme will put out fucking collaborations with the seven dwarfs or whatever. And it's all good. It does have the word supreme in it. That's what I'm saying. It's already built in. That was my whole point. It's already built in. So it's not like you have to go into the lab and story tell. It's already there. It's already done. It's a no-brainer.
50:50Jason Stewart:I think that this, I think it's in-house. I think it reminds me of what they're doing, like a vintage or like a dupe of a vintage polo sport, like windbreaker yeah i cover all kind of adirondack thing it feels but then they got like the bootleg version that was you know made in jakarta or something i know it's that when you have a zipper pull like that and shit you're it that costs money that's like you're doing something you're doing more than like embroidering a sweatshirt i guess is what i'm what i'm saying but i i you know it's it's to be determined what happens i um i can't believe how much people like those fucking brothers blows my mind well no it's kind of one of them but yeah i agree but you know what i mean it's it's literally like and timothy too it's like i swear to god timothy could stand in front of a white wall for two hours and it would be like five star this is the greatest thing i've ever seen he can walk around with a mini baby birkin yeah that like you were saying before to be a guy who's so hot that you can just wear whatever you want doesn't matter doesn't matter it's power it's power he looks cool though that's the thing he he is young enough and famous enough where he can do anything he wants and it works tall enough he's not tall enough that's the thing he's taller than you think shut up he's actually like totally taller than you think he just you know the camera makes people look short it's true but i'm happy to see i'm happy to see that he bravely shaved his head welcome to the community see me 5 10 that's not bad no that's for an actor that's 6 3 tom holland 5 7 which means he's really 5 4 i mean he better he better lay off those bureaus too you never know that talking about getting into 30 inch waste territory that little twink you drink a 12 pack of those not in a bureaus you got to do an extra hour on the treadmill well i guess uh speaking of that a little bit i wanted to talk about beef tallow really quick i uh yesterday i was at cookbook you know speaking of making america healthy again let's talk about beef tallow okay what you got what you got chief i tried it as a moisturizer for the first time yesterday okay so to be fair you learned this from over spray j our favorite influencer who rubs beef tallow in his face before covering himself in one of his favorite fragrances or you had thought about doing this before i would i would be lying if i said he wasn't an integral part of the discovery process.
53:16Shout out to overspray. He did not teach me about it. No, of course. No, of course. I mean, obviously you're in the food space. Beef tallow is something you probably tangle with often.
53:27Jason Stewart:Yeah, yeah, yeah. I make my own tallow at home. I guess I should say I source it and harvest it from, you know, when I'm cooking beef, but this is like a pure, you know, whatever. So you bought this a cookbook. Okay. Yeah. I was just grabbing a few things to make my make my din din and then i saw the beef towel sitting there and it was like oh this looks nice and i asked them how much how much for the for like a large maybe like the same size jar that you get like a large peanut butter in or something like that oh okay so not not 20 bucks how much 20 20 okay which is i mean compared to the the price of uh carolyn's ab yeah oh yeah moisturizer that i've been stealing you know it's pennies so so there's some pros and cons it's too it's it's thick as fuck it is thick so you kind of have to get your hand i like to get my hand a little wet pause put that beef tallow on there and then rub it around a little bit and then and then apply it to the face okay so you you're cutting it i'm cutting just getting a little slippery for papa okay got it heard that before so it smooths on and then the water will of course evaporate off my hot body and then and then we're kind of set but so far so far so good the only doubt like carolyn's like oh it looks good like after one day like it's well she's lying because it's impossible that it would show any despite everything quickly and she's like don't look worse you know all right your shit look i keep doing it well the problem is on a hot day you know you're working out you're in the sauna maybe you know i'm hitting the jump rope whatever it starts kind of smelling like the argentinian grill okay you know what i mean it starts smelling like park's barbecue so your ass is on the treadmill smelling like mixed grill from the okay all right so that is i have to say i mean obviously for me that's a giant downside but even for you that feels like it has to be a downside so i i personally don't smell it okay but if i get very close into carolyn's nose area then she'll be like bro you smell like a damn ribeye okay smell like a damn tomahawk okay that is we'll see what happens for me that's a deal breaker but i think that i mean i think everybody winter is coming you can become nose blind you will you obviously with that schnauz of yours has you've been nose blind forever but carolyn will eventually not warm to this no pun intended but she'll she'll become nose blind and be able to not detect the tomahawk on you i agree i agree but i'm this is brave of you to try because that is something that i've seen on my fyp a million times and been like that's just too gross like i don't care what that would do for me i just can't it's too gross yeah i'm it's not i obviously i need more time to really see.
56:19Of course. Yeah, but again, I'm brave of you for at your big age pushing and trying to, you know, trying new things. That's hard for us.
56:27Jason Stewart:I've always experimented with my body, Chris. That's true. Nothing you've said is more true than that today. Yeah, I'm my own guinea pig. Cut this frog open. I've been having to go to Publix a lot. Why? Because it's the only grocery store besides the health food store. You know, health food stores don't have everything. How often are you going to the Publix though you've only been there for what a week every other day probably okay you know because I'm not I'm not doing a Costco style haul you know I kind of even though it's a Publix I like to treat it like I'm in France and just going to my purveyors you know as you should well also because you ain't got nothing else to do over there and dead dead ass after three hours of staring at my google doc Publix is a warm hug this is back to your little stoner days where you're like i guess we could go to like whole foods for a while yeah that's exactly it really does feel like that but i mean the people are check out the new products but i went to i went to get a famous public submarine sandwich and uh which was absolutely delicious it really is how gay is chris's pub sub order we gotta know oh it's oh it's bent over chief it's a bottom it's um i'll go back over there and get the sprouts if you guys don't have any back there uh well the guy that i mean the public's employees in san augustine florida the ones that i encountered were i mean they could barely talk or move so it was it was it wasn't really a it was sort of a seems to be a running theme i think the last time you were discussing people over there you mentioned you know inability to move or make sounds or it's a little bit of a grunt vibe when i was suggesting things but he was very confused i didn't want meat of course which i i feel like in 2025 is a little bit of some kind of queer yeah exactly so i got uh spinach um provolone cucumber tomato uh and then uh some spicy mustard a dash of oil and vinegar salt pepper oregano okay pretty classic pretty classic run it through the garden no avo actually yes i did get avo i'm sorry that was a that was one of the confusing you can't bullshit a bullshitter christopher that That's one of the confusing elements of this whole thing.
58:37So then he's like, do you want to heat it up? I'm like, sure. So it was delicious, but I was really proud of myself because normally when I have daddy's little sub night, I get a medium to full size bag of potato chips. I don't eat the whole bag.
58:55Jason Stewart:Okay. Sometimes I don't even eat half the bag, but I like to have the full bag of a voodoo jalapeno. You're like knowing that you'll never have to worry about running out of chips. If I want to dip into my fucking crinkle cut salt and peppers, they're going to be there for me. And this time, I bought the regular kind of child-sized bag of chips, and it was plenty. Wow. And I was like, you know what? I don't ever need to buy the fat-ass bag again. I think being around all of these large people and the products they consume is actually turning me into less of a consumer when it comes to the food space.
59:37Jason Stewart:People say the South Beach diet. You're just doing the South diet. Just go hang out in the South for a while and say, Jesus Christ, these people eat. I just am looking at people's carts, and I'm like, I saw this couple walking around, classic Southern couple, a little bit older. they had I'm really not exaggerating they had a 5 to 10 page computer printout with a highlighter stapled together for their shopping that's how much food they were buying and I was like unless you guys run a halfway house or you've adopted too many kids there ain't no way you need this much shit we got a lot of people down in our basement locked up right now they eat for entertainment down there it's kind of dark but there's not much going on.
1:00:25Seeing a woman walk around with a color-coded chart file to do grocery shopping is like a list to me is even like how much stuff do you need to buy? If I walk into a grocery store, even if you walk into a grocery store, unless you're planning a big dinner or something.
1:00:44Jason Stewart:Is it gay to have a shopping? Is that a female trait to have a shopping list? Yes. Oh my God, yeah. A man should memorize it. A man should only buy the same things over and over again. And if there's an impulse, you're like, oh, wow. They have golden beets and regular beets. I don't know. Grab one. Try that out. Purple carrot. I'm saying for you, I know that when you're doing, you know, if you have a few people coming over for dinner and it's like, obviously you're buying a lot of ingredients, you're making everything from scratch. That's different. Buying all, buying$1 ,000 worth of packaged foods is not, you don't need a list for that.
1:01:17like you know you're going to buy 100 coca-colas 200 oreos you know you don't need to write that
1:01:24Jason Stewart:down i feel like the diet's not changing clearly you walk around the aisles and then when you see something you like you go oh i like that one and then you you put how much enough exactly it's a very simple i i guess i just i i just kind of i go in there i have the ideas at least you could do if you want to be discreet notes app then it looks like you're texting your friends checking your feed. You're not walking around here looking like you're in middle management, sort of making sure that people are doing their jobs. It didn't feel good to see. Notes app is good, but it is a female trait if you create each list item on the shopping list and have the little box that you can select once you've completed it.
1:02:08Jason Stewart:That's too far. I've never used those little boxes. We have to mentally know which ones have already been put in the cart. And also having a shopping cart can't do that either. That's tough. I mean, if I have to go basket, I will. Double basket if you have to. Oh, double basket. Farmer's carry style? Great idea. Farmer's carry. But during the summer months when I'm getting the La Croix cases as well as a watermelon. Yeah, that's tough. Right in the armpit, it's bad. I mean, what the best thing to do is obviously juggle everything in your hands like a cartoon. Of course. And hope that nothing falls.
1:02:45you know what I mean but I think that you know unless you're buying a giant jar of apple cider vinegar you shouldn't have anything big enough that can tumble out and create a mess and we got to call you know the loudspeaker for cleanup I agree that's that's a great that's a great point I mean I did use a cart at the health food store my first day because I was buying so much and I I I thought about you when I when I pulled it out of the holding I thought like damn thank god no one i know will ever see me doing this but if i oh my god imagine getting caught in key foods on fucking avenue a with a cart here go my little shopper boy over here okay that's that's that's that is i mean like i'm sure could i'm sure david cho has done that before and he he would be proud to admit it but yeah i i don't i couldn't do that personally yeah this is a this
1:03:34Jason Stewart:is a non-issue for 99 of people i would say but that's right maybe 90 i think there's 10 of us out there who get it there's 10 percent of complete idiots that listen to this podcast that agree with us i would say most uh before we head out i want to give a shout out to role model uh my my you know he played he played snl tucker played snl last night and he didn't play the song i like the best but he did play his hit and he brought out charlie to be his sally and quickly the internet uncovered that charlie was wearing a great vintage maxis kansas city t-shirt and you know charlie's been known to wear a vintage t-shirt with a skirt she'll do the lou reed you know whatever but timeless look i guess big tuck uh had been wearing that same max's kansas city shirt in one of his promos from earlier in the week with amy polar so i like that i i like the continuity i like the sort of callback yeah i like the callback and role model set design was like a barn where he was sort of sexily laying on the loft with some hay kind of behind him.
1:04:42And then he climbed down the steps and kind of kicked into gear with his band, which I...
1:04:48Jason Stewart:I'm very happy for a gay Matthew McConaughey child. He wishes. He wishes. But I wonder what it will do. Also, I don't know. I mean, I don't like the idea of him wearing the shirt and then her wearing the shirt later on, which is a real we had sex last night and now I'm wearing your shirt Mr. Big style thing. Well, that was the point. That's the point because there was like a whole thing about him not being invited to the wedding. It's been like an ongoing joke. Okay. Well, I'm just saying as Team George, this joke isn't funny for me. You know what? I'll flick your ear, Tuck. It's just bro code.
1:05:26Jason Stewart:You don't do shit like that, role model. Role model. Calling him role model. like because usually if somebody has a stage name you can shorten it and make it feel a little more you know if it's a two-worder you can you can shorten it a little bit right but you can't call this guy roll like you can't just be like what's up roll you can't call that because that's what i call jelly roll backstage sure but that roll as the last half with two l's it makes more sense as a nickname i know it's just like earthquake they tell me quick would you pull me You know, like roll my. I'm on backstage and say, roll, where'd you get that watch from?
1:06:04Jason Stewart:And I said, I'll tell you what, you know, it works. But the problem is his first, you know, his real name is Tucker Pillsbury. So it's like, what's better? Tuck? But then you think Tucker Carlson. It's really tough. It's really tough. The Tucker space has been contaminated. Yeah, it has. It really has. Which is why I have to say, roll, get down here now, mister. Roll, roll, no, bottom bunk. We talked about this. Bottom bunk role. Oh, man. How long gone? Okay, how long gone? R.I.P. Diane Keaton. I watched Baby Boom last night for the first time. That movie. She had some great performances, though.
1:06:43If you've had a career that long, you've been in a lot of bad movies. We love her. She's one of the greats.
1:06:49Jason Stewart:Woody Allen Truther. Ride or die ho. Respect that. I like that. I sent this to you guys last night, but she has a great book of photography that I bought years ago that is much better than it should be. And I would suggest finding it before the prices go up. I think the copy I sent you guys last night was like 25 bucks. It's called Reservations. Too late. Yeah, it's on thriftbooks.com. One of my favorites. Promo code Chris Black at checkout. Yeah, that'll help you out. Thank you guys for listening to How Long Gone. We're back next week with more podcasts, of course. Yeah, tomorrow morning I wake up, Vic's gonna take me to the airport and back to the glorious Nine Orchard I go.
1:07:28You got to hold it down for me while I'm out there at the event.
1:07:33Jason Stewart:I will go to Cafe Integral. Thank you. And order a black coffee. No, ask for the Chris. Ask for the Chris Black and see what they do. This would be great. Actually, bring a cameraman and just see what happens. Okay. I'm going to get Eddie Wong over here. We're going to get an app to pay for this. Yeah. Is there any other goal in our lives, really? This is going to be a places feature or an Amigo feature? No, I just want it for us because I want to see. It's like a fun test to see if the baristas show me enough respect to make that drink for you without asking any other questions. You see what I'm saying?
1:08:08Jason Stewart:I'll bring my GoPro ice cream chest strap. That would actually be amazing. That would be perfect for us if you could get that. Do I say let me get the Chris or the Chris Black? I would say just for this purpose, we should say full name so there's no room for interpretation. I don't know what other Chris's are coming in there and what they're ordering. Thank you for doing that. That's really sweet. The response that I receive is now beddable on Polymarket. Go check that out. If they say, who is that? Odds, 47 to 1 odds on that one. Damn. Wow. Okay. All right. Well, we got our work cut out for us.
1:08:43Thank you for listening, and we'll talk to you next week. Au revoir.
1:09:16Good energy in. Good energy out.
1:09:24Jason Stewart:Storm, zero sugar, 200 milligrams of caffeine, and immunity support. Storm, energy for life.
